Hey, it's me, Shane.

SPEAKER_07 0:50

Hi. I left my charger at your place, and it's the old one that fits into my phone, and all the other chargers we have are newer, so it's okay, Dad.

SPEAKER_01 1:01

I'm sorry you didn't find out that way.

SPEAKER_04 1:04

Found out what exactly?

SPEAKER_06 1:08

I'm gay, which I was gonna tell you soon. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner.

SPEAKER_01 1:14

Uh and this is Ilya Rosanov, but you already know that.

SPEAKER_06 1:19

Hi. He's visiting and we're uh lovers. No, Ilya, that's gross. But you hate him. No, I mean I get that, but no, I actually I love him. I didn't want this to be the way how I told you. I'm sorry. Can we just sit down, please?

SPEAKER_04 1:56

Here I think we thought maybe you were gay.

SPEAKER_07 2:05

You did? I think we thought it was certainly possible. For how long? Hmm, uh for a while, I guess. We both know you pretty well, Shane. I mean, what we did not suspect was that you were so friendly with Rosanoff. Ilya. Ilya, sorry. I know. It's a long story. When did this happen? Wait. The All-Star game. You two had so much chemistry.

SPEAKER_01 2:43

No, it was before then.

SPEAKER_04 2:48

Wow. Wow. Wow.

SPEAKER_05 2:54

So when? Since our rookie season. Since your rookie season? No, it's not true. Since before that. Not helpful. Before? The summer before. So you've been in love since No no. Just um just what? Um just just oh, okay.

SPEAKER_04 4:11

You never I mean you never let him win, did you, Shane?

SPEAKER_01 4:15

Do you let Dad win a card?

SPEAKER_04 4:17

I'd rather die.

SPEAKER_01 4:19

Same here.

SPEAKER_07 4:21

Alright. So is your plan to what? Just keep doing this in secret until you both retire or Probably.
