Hey everyone; Danny here, it's well past closing time here at the tavern and I've been here thinking about our opening day and reflecting on everything that has happened over these past few weeks. If you would just allow me a moment of your time while I recognize some of the people who have encouraged me and supported Our Tavern Talks. So without further ado lets begin

Hey everyone, Danny here. It's well past closing time here at the tavern. And I've been thinking about our opening day as well as the rest of the month that has passed. And if you'd allow me to, I'd love to take a few moments of your time to recognize some of the people that definitely helped with getting this tavern open and these podcasts running. So without further ado, I do want to start with my Florida peeps. Frank and Clay, they've been there when I wasn't sure what I was going to do. Um, they kept me thinking positive and moving forward. And no matter what, whenever I talk to those two, they are always throwing more ideas at what could be coming about in the uh tavern. And I also have my residential tech son Adam. He has been a deeply loyal friend. He's been a wonderful personality to talk to when things got really rough. He kept me thinking positively about restarting the podcast and how it would go. And I truly appreciate him for everything he did. And besides just my own close friends, there's a lot of people from the podcasting community uh that came up to embatted for me in so many different ways. I had Rory from the Podcasters uh nation, and he was there to help coach me through some of the tumunculous times, trying to figure out the old project to the new project, and gave me a lot of good uh advice and honest answers for honest questions. I had Javier from the Compass Chronicles, he kept pushing me not to let the podcast die, strive and thrive, and man, he was right. I also had Richie Roberts from Fat Dog Studios push me to keep going on as well when uh things came out. And a little surprise, keep an eye out in April. I have a project coming out soon. Eric, Jackie, and Willie from Eat the Kick Anime. These guys are great friends. I've done a couple pro a couple uh recordings with them over the last few years, and man, they are such honest people. I'm constantly remind I constantly remind myself, looking back on it, about the uh end of the year recording that I did on their channel to help me just kind of get back behind the microphone and get back into a comfortable recording mindset. Uh I'm looking forward to doing more stuff with them in the future. We can't forget about Michael and Jeremy, you know, the two that put the holes in my wall. Uh these two, they are some of the craziest characters I've met. I mean, not only are they crazy characters, though, they are really, really good friends. Um they were there when everything hit the fan, and they stayed in very close contact. Um, and they also kept pushing me to continue on. Um when they heard that I was still up in the air. I mean, they managed to steal not my podcast, but they stole some of my man cave time. Didn't tell me that they were uh recording that for an episode. But sure enough, even when I wasn't podcasting, they had me podcasting. So Michael and Jeremy, Michael and Jeremy steal your podcast. Thank you guys. And of course, then none of this would have happened if it wasn't for my wonderful partner, Rachel, who's always working behind the scenes to keep my ideas and visions in sync no matter what comes about. And keeps me grounded throughout all my different stresses. She stuck through thick and thin with me, working towards my goals. You wouldn't have the Danny you do without her support. There's obviously a lot more people I can name, but we would be here for probably a good hour or two, and it's we're not even open right now, so I do want to just let everyone know who had helped me and helped get this project going. Thank you. Without everyone and more, the tavern may not have opened the way I would have liked. I love how kick-ass we are standing. I want to say truly from the bottom of hearts, thanks each and every one of you, and you, my listeners. Whether you know of me from anime or you are new to the tavern, thank you for listening. I cannot wait for the lineup we have in store for you. Check out the next week's episode about indie animation and the amazing digital circus with a newcomer to the tavern. And I think with all that being said, I've said my peace. And once again, this is Danny from an after hours, our tavern talks. And that's another ciao from me.
