It's likely that you have tried so many things. And you're exhausted. You're exhausted of trying the things of feeling stuck and trapped and like nothing will work, and you're never gonna get out of this health anxiety and the spinning and the spiraling with it. Maybe you're starting to feel hopeless, like there's nothing out there. I'm just broken. And I wanna be so clear with you: you are not broken. You're not broken, and there's hope for you. You're simply stuck, your subconscious mind is stuck, and I'm gonna show you exactly how and why, and why the things that you've done haven't worked. It's not because you're broken, it's simply because you haven't had the right tools, you haven't had the right processes and the way of reaching the subconscious mind and getting to that charged memory. So let's go through some really common things that maybe you've tried to heal your health anxiety. One would be therapy. How many people do you know that have spent years in therapy? Maybe you have even spent years in therapy. And they're still anxious, they're still living with it, but they feel like, oh, I'm getting this figured out, I you know, understand it more, I'm, you know, diving deeper into it more. But the reality is, if you just simply talk about your health anxiety over and over and over, you're stuck in the conscious mind. And those charged memories that we talked about, they live within the subconscious mind. You cannot logic your way, you cannot talk your way out of getting those charged memories gone. That's why you might understand all about it. You might understand logically, it doesn't make sense, you might know it inside and out why you have health anxiety, and you can't stop it. You haven't been able to stop it, no matter how much therapy you do, because it doesn't live within the subconscious mind, and you have not reached that charge memory. Let's talk about medication. If you're taking medication and you're still experiencing health anxiety symptoms, you are not alone. Almost every single person I've ever talked to who has taken medication has been like, oh, it's helped me be able to function. But oh yeah, I still experience this on a daily basis. Medication is just a band-aid to the problem. It's just a way of trying to manage the symptoms, of managing the end. If we looked at the trigger cycle, at the beginning of the trigger cycle, there's the part where we're trying to avoid the thing from happening. So if we go back to the heart pounding one, it's like you're avoiding anything that would make your heart pound. And at the end of the trigger cycle, step number five is the panic and the anxiety and the fear. And if you think of medication like it's trying to numb that signal of the anxiety, the fear, the panic. The problem is the trigger cycle is still going. So even if you learn, or even if you take medication to calm those signals, your body and your subconscious mind is still reacting as if you're gonna die. And so this cycle is still triggering even subconsciously within your body. So your body physically is still on edge. Your body's still in fight or flight, your body still thinks you're gonna die, even if those symptoms are a little bit lessened. One thing I want to touch on is prayer because so many people tell me when I've asked them, what have you done to heal your health anxiety? They say, I pray. I pray that God will take it away from me. I pray that it will disappear. Now I believe in the power of prayer. I think prayer is a beautiful gift from God that we've been given. But I also think of charged memories, like if you were to break your arm and your arm needed surgery. You wouldn't be praying that your arm would just get better on its own, that it would just, God would just take this pain away from you. You would be like, oh no, I need to go get help for this. And I'm gonna pray for complete healing. I'm gonna pray for the skill of the surgeon. I'm gonna pray for the skill of the doctor to be able to help me. I'm not gonna pray that it would just disappear. And you can absolutely use prayer, but maybe God is answering your prayers in a different way than just taking it away from you. Just because it's a mental thing, because we can't see it within the subconscious mind, doesn't mean it's not an emergency. Doesn't mean it's actually not actually something we have to do something about, we have to take action on. Like if your arm was broken and it's dangling there, you're like, oh my gosh, this is an emergency. I need to go to the hospital. In the same way, if your health anxiety is happening on a daily or weekly basis and it's truly starting to take up your quality of life, it is an emergency. It is something to pay attention to. Not just pray that God would just take it away from you. Because that's not what happens, that's not how it works. You actually have to go in and clear those charged memories. You actually have to do the work and do the healing work on those charged memories so that your health anxiety can disappear. So if you've been praying, maybe this is the answer to your prayers. And maybe your prayers are being answered differently than what you were expecting. You were asking God to take it away from you. But what if he's giving you the path to healing? What if he's giving you the right tools and techniques to actually heal it? Another thing that people often do is I'm gonna be positive. I'm just gonna not think about it, I'm just gonna, you know, look for the good and try to ignore it. Not ask you, how's that working for you? How's that pen? It's really exhausting, isn't it? It's exhausting to have your body be in complete fight or flight, and you're trying to ignore it. I love being positive. I love focusing on the good. I think the more we focus on the good, the better. But at the detriment of your body being in fight or flight, and your body and your mind literally thinking you're gonna die, it's like as if you're sitting in your bedroom and there's a lion in your bedroom. Okay? You're trying to go to bed. You're sitting there pretending that there's not a lion in your bedroom. Your mind is freaking out. It's like, panic, panic, panic. There's a lion in our bedroom. We gotta do something. You're about to die. And you're like, oh my gosh. Let's just ignore it. Oh, not that big of a deal. Let's try not think about it. I'm just gonna ignore the lion and try to lay down. And your body is freaking out, your mind is freaking out because it sees the lion. But you're like, oh well, at least it's not that big of a lion. Oh well, you know, let's let's try to look at the good. At least I have a big door to get out of. Like, it's not working. Positive thinking does not get you out of clearing this charged memory. You have to get rid of the lion so that your subconscious mind can calm down. So your subconscious mind can finally realize that there's no lion in your bedroom. So let's go through your own health anxiety trigger cycle. Okay, so I want you to take step number one. What is the thing that is causing your health anxiety today? What is the thing that's triggering you, the thing that starts the whole process? You can see this and you can actually get it on paper so you can look at it and be, okay, these are the things, this is what starts it. And then I'd have you go to the anxiety symptoms. How does it feel? What's happening in your body and mind? Because for each person, for each of us, it's gonna look a little bit different. For some, it's gonna be fully in the body, for some others, it's gonna be erasing thoughts. And for another person, it could be all of it, it could be some of each. So just notice how is it showing up for you? And then let's look at the charged memory piece. Because this is the most critical piece, and every single thing you have tried, I can guarantee has not gotten this. All the therapy, the medication, the breathing, the meditation, not one of them has reached this charged memory within the subconscious mind. Not one. And that's why you've been stuck. That is why you haven't been able to heal. Not because you're broken, but because the tools that you have tried have not reached this charged memory. And when you heal this charged memory, when you clear this charged memory, it's completely broken. There's no anxiety left. So when you look at this charged memory, you might know what it is. You might have a very clear, like, this is exactly when it happened, this was night and day. As soon as this happened, I my anxiety started. It could be something that's not even related to the trigger that you experience. For example, I had a client who had severe anxiety about driving, and her anxiety did not even come from actually driving. She had panic and anxiety as she was driving, not about driving, but she was trying to get somewhere. She experienced anxiety and panic. And in that moment, her brain made driving dangerous because it felt the panic and the fear while she was driving. After that, she couldn't drive and she was so confused. Why can't I drive? And she went to doctors and therapists and all of these people, and not one of them told her, Hello, you had a panic attack while you're driving. You felt panic while you're driving. Of course, you can't drive. And it wasn't until we cleared that charged memory that she could actually drive again. So this is the missing piece. This is the missing part. And whether you know what that charged memory or not is or not, it doesn't really matter. Inside of my Heal Your Trigger program, we walk through exactly how to find the memory. Even if you don't know what it is, it's within your subconscious mind. If you are experiencing health anxiety, panic, and fear today, the only reason you have that is because there's a charged memory that's causing it within your subconscious mind. And when you get rid of that charged memory, you break the trigger cycle. I'll give you some examples of true and real clients that I've worked with that have broken their health anxiety trigger cycle using the Heal Your Trigger program simply by taking the charge out of the memory. So I had a client who could not go get a health procedure done. She could not do this because she would get panic and fear every time she thought about it. She needed this done. She was physically feeling the pain of not getting this procedure done, but she could not do it because she would have a panic attack every time she thought about it. Then she used the Helio Trigger program and cleared the charge from the memory. The memory of as a child, she experienced strong negative emotions while at the doctor's office. And so, to her subconscious mind, every time she tried to think about going to the doctor, she would have full panic. Because it was like there was a time that we did not like this. There was a time when this felt dangerous and scary. And so we're going to make sure you never do that again. And that's why you feel like you're gonna die, because your subconscious mind is freaking out, and it's like, uh-uh, we're not gonna, we're gonna make it so feel so terrible that you don't do that. And so she would avoid it. But when she cleared this charged memory, she sent me a message that she got the procedure done. And another client who had had a real health scare. So she would, every time something, any sensation would happen in her body, she would panic. She would freak out, and she's like, Oh my gosh, there's something wrong with me. She would go to the doctor and she would have this true and real belief that she was gonna die. And it was causing a lot of pain in her life, a lot of fear, a lot of worry. And it was truly affecting her quality of life. And then when she took the Helia Trigger program and she used the tools inside to clear that charged memory, she had a health scare. And it didn't affect her like it did before. She was able to very quickly move on to give it to God. And she found out, I guess I didn't say this part, she found out that the charged memory was from this health scare that happened. It was real. But the health scare was over. And maybe you've had that experience. You had something real happen. But it's over. And your mind is trying to protect you from something that happened five years ago. That's not happening anymore. And if you feel stuck in that, if you feel like you're like, I can't get out of panicking every time my chest gets tight, or every time I have a weird symptom in my body. If you had a health scare, your mind is reading it as if it's happening now. So when we cleared that charge from that memory, then she was able to live her life, to not be so caught up in the anxiety and the panic, and didn't waste her energy thinking about that anymore. And the last client story I would share with you is a mom who had a very real and terrifying fear of coughs and sickness. So much so that even if she wanted to go out, she would go out and about, she would hear a cough, and her whole body would go into panic, fight or flight. And as soon as she heard a cough, she would have to leave, pack up everything, and she'd be checking her kid, her kids, and she would have to wash her hands and change her clothes and wash her child up and change their clothes, and it was this whole big deal. Then the next days, she's anxiously watching her child. Are they sick? Are they getting sick? Oh my gosh, are they gonna get that cough? She was constantly on edge watching for sickness. And when she used the Heal Your Trigger program, she found the charged memory was of COVID. COVID was absolutely devastating. Absolutely devastating. I talked to people over and over and over again that have been debilitated by COVID. Not with COVID itself, but with the anxiety and the fear about COVID. Again, it's not your fault if you're experiencing this. You don't get to choose what thoughts and emotions get charged and put into memories, charged memories. If this is a charged memory within your subconscious mind, you didn't choose it and put it there. Your mind just put it there itself. But when she cleared that charge from that fear, from that memory, her child coughed. She didn't even register it. She didn't even notice it because it shouldn't be a big deal. It should not be a big deal. And she didn't even notice it. And that's what's possible for you. If you've been feeling like I don't even know how to break this, I have to go to therapy for years, I have to relive my most horrific days. None of that is true. None of that, not at all. And I wouldn't say that so confidently if I didn't have proof. I have proof that you don't need to spend years in therapy. You don't need to be on medication for the rest of your life. You do not need to live years of your life with this. You could simply be done in 30 days. You could simply be done very quickly.
