Hey, how are you? I've missed you. Missed you too. I'm great, honestly. Really? Yeah, I just feel like I've been in a I've turned a new leaf and life is all about positivity. Hello. I was not like this a week ago. I know. I hate those hard times. They really come at you hard. And that they do. How are you? I'm good too. How is your uh week going? Fantastic. Fantastic? That's a good word for it. Thank you. Cooks. Yeah, I've done a lot of stuff this week. Yeah. Worked a lot. I went to the casino. I went to what else did I do this week? You saw Megan Moroni. Oh yeah. Oh yeah, yeah. I forgot about that. Uncle! How could you forget? My boyfriend's sister took us to see Megan Moroni. I know. That's really fun. Does she sound good live? Amazing. You heard that, Haley? No, my opinion don't matter to her. And that's okay. Not everyone is gonna be everyone's fan. It's okay. No, I love Megan Moroni. We love her. I really do. I think she just she just gets me. She's just a girl. She's just a girl. We love her. We just always we always listened to Morgan Wallen and Megan Roney. Megan Moroney. We're obsessed with Megan Moroni. Ella Langley too. Yeah. That was like our Mexico city trip with Ella Langley. We listened to her every day getting ready. It was really fun. And Brooklyn and Haley were there, so at one point we met up and then we got a picture. So it kind of looks like we went together too. That's cute. That's cute. A lot of people went. So many people. Yeah. There was a lot of people. Everybody above me. I didn't really I'm just kidding. It's okay. I'm not a big I'm really not a big concert person as much as I want to be. I am and I'm not. I don't know. I always think of the Ariana Grande concert that happened. Do you remember that? Where there was a shooting? Oh, you didn't know about that? Yeah, it was a bomb. Oh, oh my bad. It was a bomb. The Manchester Yes. Yes. It was a bomb. And yeah, that's yeah. That I mean that is a big reason, but that's a big crowd anywhere, honestly, kind of freaks me out. But sometimes I just like can't justify the money to go to a concert. Yeah. I think that's my biggest thing. I'm like, dang, cup of honey to see one human being for two hours. Yeah. That seems a little and it's not just a ticket, it's the parking, it's the food in there or the drinks or whatever. It's the whole day. I don't know. Maybe I'm just kind of cheap when it comes to concerts. That's okay. You have other things that you want to spend your money on. Exactly. Yeah. On the list of priorities, concerts just not up there. Yeah, there's things that are worth your money. And with that being said, you guys know that trend on TikTok. That's five things that are worth your money or five things that are not worth your money. We want to do our take on it podcast edition.
SPEAKER_02Per.
SPEAKER_01And I think it'll be so much fun. Yeah. Because one thing about me and Celeste, we will try it out. Consumerism final boss. We will try it out.
SPEAKER_00My favorite phase was your TikTok shop phase. Guys, I got this. Like you were buying, like, what's it called when you put something in your car to put your phone on? Like a tripod, kind of? Yeah, like a phone stand. And then you got like a galaxy light thing, and you're like not worth the money. That was like one of my favorite phases of yours when you were like on that shop like crazy.
SPEAKER_01Damn, it really died down. I haven't gotten anything.
SPEAKER_00Sunglasses are from TikTok shop.
SPEAKER_01The sunglasses that I freaking fought for with that girl.
SPEAKER_00Literally was really $7 sunglasses.
SPEAKER_01And that's okay with the principle of it. It was the principle.
SPEAKER_00One thing I'm gonna do is defend my fans. I mean, my fans, my friends. I was crazy. Defend my friends.
SPEAKER_01I'm like, she did what she felt was right in the moment. Thank you. Anyway, I feel like TikTok shop is actually only getting better, and I actually do do need to go back and refresh.
SPEAKER_00No, actually, there's a lot of things on TikTok shop that I think are really cute. I've gotten some pieces from there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I like their workouts sets or like their loungy stuff. I've seen a lot of that. And that stuff comes in quick. Does it? Yes, like I don't think it's you know, I've never ordered from Sheen personally, but I've heard that their stuff does not come in that fast. Or it didn't used to. It used to take a month to come in or whatever, because it was coming from really far. TikTok shop will come in in three, four days. Nice. I do remember my stuff coming in pretty quick. My mom is the one who's always ordering off a TikTok shop. She loves TikTok. So it runs in the family. Yeah. Okay. Do you have your list ready? Yeah. Really? Was it easy or hard to come up with five things that you feel like are worth your money? I feel like it was kind of hard. Really? Me too, because I just there's a lot of things. I just feel like if it makes you happy, it's worth the money. Could be a $7 specialty coffee, and I think it's worth your money. That is not on my list. What's your first one? Okay, my first thing on my five things that I think are worth my money is therapy.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_01I think it is 120,000 percent worth the money. When you find a good therapist and you are consistent, and you I just couldn't understand how it wouldn't be beneficial to just talk through something. Yeah. You know, I just feel so much better and so much my mind just feels more clear and I just it's a good way to organize your thoughts. And I think even if it's not a licensed therapist, if it's a counselor, if it's a trusted person, I think therapy. But I know that that's not realistic for everybody. Yeah. But I do think, yeah, it should be, should be accessible for everyone. But I think it is 120,000 percent worth your money. Because it ain't cheap. No. That's the problem with it. It is not cheap. And I feel like I have found a good deal as far as therapist goes. But yeah, I encourage everybody to try to get it covered through insurance. But if you can't find someone that's in your budget, period. I would also say that because I went to therapy during the roof time. And you feel like it helped. Yeah, I wish I would have stayed in it longer and still continued. But I think it gets hard. Sometimes even just carving down an hour every couple weeks or paying for it all the time. Cause yeah, the therapist we were going to wasn't covered by insurance. Is she covered by insurance now? Yeah, she takes a couple of insurances. She doesn't take mine. But I'm like, what does she take? She does take some. Yeah, we gotta ask her. We gotta get a list. Yeah. What's the first thing on your list? Mine. Mine's a l my yours was kind of heavy. Mine is my Canyon G7X. Oh, that's on my list too! I don't know what I would do without that camera. I just love taking pictures. I love and it makes me want to invest in more. It makes me I love photography. I've realized. And I didn't realize until the other day, Mason was like, he wanted me to take pictures. And I was like, I don't really I don't really know what I'm doing. He was like, no, you do. You know how to play it with the camera, you know how to mess with it, da da da and I was like, oh my gosh, I love photography. That's I was like, boom, like I love messing with other settings. I think it's so cool to mess with the ISO and the aperture. And I remember when I was in high school, I took a photography class because really I think it was my last elective that I like had to take. I was bored and I didn't want to do anything else. So I took photography and I remember learning all that stuff. I remember stuff and aperture and depth and all this shit, but it was really fun. So I love my camera. I also just think it's so worth like I know it's like it's more, it's more I think it's so worth it when you pull out your camera, you take pictures of everybody, and everybody gets so happy. People do get really happy when that canon comes out, especially when they've s already have seen a good picture of themselves with it. They love it. I love it. I'm like taking and then I'm quick, like my my SD card, that's worth the money too. That SD card reader. You need to plug that shit real quick. The money. Every single penny spent. I love that thing. On all the accessories of the Canon G7X are 1000% worth the money. That's so funny. That was on my list too. But going hand in hand with an like electronic, something that I feel like is completely worth my money is my Kindle.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_01And on top of it, my Kindle Unlimited. Oh my gosh, guys. I I know that there is nothing better than holding a book in your hand and flipping through the pages, and you can physically feel how far you are in a book. But something about how convenient the Kindle is is 1000% worth the money. I have been on a reading kick lately because it goes in a couple episodes ago. It was like, dang, my screen time needs to go down, and I need to just get off social media as much as I'm on it. So my compromise was reading again, and I am hooked. And I just feel like it is so convenient when you're traveling, when you're at work, on your break. For some sad reason, I feel like it is more socially acceptable to read on my Kindle than it is to pull out a book. I feel when I pull out a book, everybody stares at me. But when I have my Kindle, people just they don't say anything. They're just like, okay, whatever. But it is so worth the money. I love it so freaking much. I just finished Just for a Summer by Abby Jimenez. So cute. If you read it, let me know. If you guys also if you guys have any Kindle Unlimited, because I'm trying to just read off of Kindle Unlimited. It's like Netflix, you know? They have a lot of books, movies, shows, but not everything is on there, and you kind of have to wait for something to go on Kindle Unlimited. So that way it's can it's included in your membership. How much is your membership? $11.99. It used to be $7.99. Inflation. No, I kind of want one too. I just feel like also reading makes you smarter. And I just want to be smart. I do feel like it makes me more articulate. I notice while I'm reading, I'm like, oh, and it also helps me, I don't know, organize my thoughts too. I feel like I'm very disorganized up here. I also like boom, boom, boom, X, Y, Z. And it's like, girl, start with the beginning of the alphabet. Yeah. So yeah. I feel like it helps me actually be a little bit more clear-minded. Yeah. The girl who wrote The Housemaid that became a movie, all pretty much all her books are on Kindle Unlimited, too. So I've been reading her books. She's crazy. Are they good? Yes. They're like murder, mystery, psychological thriller. You're reading and then you're like, what? It was her? Wait, I kind of want one now. Oh my gosh. How much was your Kindle? They're like $150. Oh, that's not bad. It's not bad for if you think about it. Right now, books are so expensive. They're like $20, $30. I have the Kindle Paper White in Matcha Green. Oh, cute. Love her. Love her so freaking much. Yeah, it's $109. Wait. Oh my gosh. I kind of want one now. Am I gonna make Celeste? No, I have been reading I I haven't wanted to get into reading too because I feel like I'm always on my phone and I'm like tired of being on my phone. I also feel like I just want to get off. Well, this brings me into mine, my next one, but we'll talk about it. I love when someone pulls out their Kindle. I feel like you, Brooklyn, and Haley Duma always pull out their Kindles. Really? That's for me. Yeah. We'll be at the pool and Brooklyn or Haley will pull it out. And I'm like, oh geez. Yes, I love it. There's something romantic about reading. I don't know. There's something very intimate about just pulling out my book and just I'm like, you know what? I don't really want to be in this reality right now. Let me just hop into this one. Yeah. Well, you guys, I want one bad now. This is so cool. It's worth the money. I just want to get off my phone and my iPad. I'm an iPad girl, which is my second thing that's worth the money. I feel like it's a lot of electronics over here. Oh my gosh. But my iPad, she's an iPad kid. All for me. I always take her everywhere with me. I edit like all my videos on there. Which that could be your Kindle too, if you really wanted to. You could lock your other apps. Sorry to cut you off, but you could lock your other apps and just have reading time because it's the Kindle app. Oh, so I don't need a Kindle. You don't need a Kindle. But this is cute because it doesn't overheat and stuff like that. It is cute, yeah. The paper white. And then you can read it in any lighting. You don't have to put the lighting up. That's why you can read at the pool and the beach and stuff. Yeah. Because it looks like it looks like a page. Yeah. Like the shade of a page. I need something like that because I do feel like my iPad would be overheating, but I do think my iPad is worth every single penny. I love that thing more than life. I love the Apple pencil that comes with it. I love the case. I love everything about it. I just love my iPad. I use it for school. You do want an iPad for school. I use it for literally everything. I love when I'm like on my iPad. I'm gonna get a keyboard for my iPad. But I'm gonna go. Yes, you should. When I'm on my iPad and I'm just getting texts and I'm like, I'll switch over and I'm like no, she is literally like you know what I think of Celeste?
SPEAKER_00You know in those spy movies, that person that's at the computer, they're just answering everything and like, oh, this location just popped up in this. That's her when she has electronics in front of her.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, I'm in the She locks in.
SPEAKER_00You are you are very, you were born in the running era.
SPEAKER_01Thank you. And nothing is wrong with that. I love it. I love my personal IT. I love it. Because I'm like, Celeste, this is not working. This is not working. How what's the setting for this? How did you do this? How did you do that? She's like, oh, Batty, don't worry. Yeah, my boss at work, she's always like yesterday, she was like, I just got a new phone. I can't turn off the setting with the display that I want it off. She's like, you know how to do it. I was like, okay. And I didn't know how to do it. And I do. But I don't feel like it's hard. Anyway. Yeah. You're also super into learning about electronics too. I feel like you do in the last episode, you were saying how you have just been like looking up how to edit certain stuff too. I feel like you're really smart. You take the time to educate yourself on how to be knowledgeable on these devices, and that is not easy. Some people really don't have the patience for it. And I feel like you do. I just love it. Electronics can do so many cool things. Yeah, I think that's good. It's a positive. I love that. I am gonna get a candle though. Period. I'm gonna tell my dad if he can buy it. Dad, it's for my brain. So I could be smarter. I'll let you borrow it. Okay. My third thing that I think is worth all my money is my bio-ionic curling iron. I love her. I love her so much. My curls last. But I could also, I don't know, it gets really, really, really hot. So I feel like I can have really tight curls that just last for days, but then I can lower the setting and just have loose, chill curls. I feel like it does not damage my hair the way that other curling irons do because there was a time where I was putting heat on my hair every single day, right after I got it dyed, and my hair's only gotten healthier since, even though I put heat on it so much. Yeah. So I think she's worth the money. Wait for her to go on sale. Ulta will have sales periodically on her. Yeah, she's $160, and I got her for 90 something. Oh. So that is not bad. You just kind of have to keep your eye on the sales when it comes to that curling iron, but I think she is worth the money. I actually want to get the curling iron in a bigger size, like a big yeah, to give you like the like a blowout look. I just got the guys. Can I change it really quick? I think luxury hair tools are worth it. Luxury. Yeah, I really excuse me. I really think they're worth it. Like the shark, the Dyson. I just got the bio. Hold on. And it's actually really good. I just got the Bondi Boost Thermal Brush. Also worth the money. Bondae Boost? Yes. Oh, I love Bondi Boost. I love it so much, the thermal brush. And the reason why I say luxury hair tools, because I know you can get everything for maybe maybe a more affordable price, which is totally fine. But apparently, like why it's a little pricier is because the material that they make it out of is a little better for your hair and healthier for your hair and just doesn't cause as much damage and breakage. So that's why I think that it's worth it to spend a couple more dollars and they last so freaking long. A lot of even my more affordable stuff has lasted me so much. So imagine just investing a little more, it'll last even longer. So that's kind of how I feel. I love it so freaking much, and it is worth it. Specifically the bioionic curler in one and one and a half inch. Oh, period. Or one and one fourth. I love it. I use a small inch one. Yeah, I love it. I think mine's a one inch. I think mine's a little bigger than yours, so I think it's one and one-fourth the one that I have. And I love it so much. My third one is something I'm gonna start. Okay. But I know it's gonna be worth the money.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01Laser hair removal.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah, baby.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna do a full body one once it's when summer's over because you can't tan or you be in the sun or anything. So once the summer's over, I'm really gonna start every week, every four weeks. And I'm really excited. Oh my gosh. It is worth the money. Yes. It really, really, really, really, really is. I I didn't have to pay for it, so maybe I shouldn't say that, but it is worth still worth your money. Yeah. If I had if I had to have paid for it, I actually want to start doing it again because it's been a couple years, so I think I I just need a little touch up. It's something that you do still have to touch up, but I think it's completely worth the money. So I might look into that too once summit is over. Cause yeah, you should not be doing that in the summer. During the summer. Yeah, it's just not the right time for it. But I literally think it's worth every single penny. Just not having to shave or just like being bald. That sounded crazy. Anyway, so I'm just so excited. I am too for you, because you're gonna love it. I know. I can't wait. One thing about Celeste is I like how much you share like what you're trying out for the week. She'll be like, guys, I just tried out this new lotion, it's amazing, and you guys all need to buy it and use it. It's amazing. So I'm excited to hear your thoughts on laser hair removal. I'll give them to you, don't worry. Yeah, I love it. It hurts a little bit. It doesn't hurt that bad. It's just as bad as waxing, honestly. Exactly. Beauty is pain. Beauty is pain. And I think this is long-term like it's an investment fulfillment. Yes. So it's gonna hurt, but I decided to keep it. But you'll be alright. Mm-hmm. You'll be so happy you did it. Yeah, and I'm only 25, so I'd imagine. I wish I would have done it when I was like 19. Uh it's okay. It's also a hormonal thing too, though, your hair recycles and stuff like that. So maybe it's good that you're a little bit more mellowed out than you were as a going through puberty and stuff like that. My fourth thing that I think is worth the money is taking Ubers or Lyfts instead of driving. Uh-huh. Specifically on vacation or nights out, or just like when you're out with your friends and stuff like that. I know that I don't drink often, but sometimes it really is a bummer looking for parking at some places. Like you don't drink ever. Yeah, I don't drink ever, but that doesn't mean that I want to be default DD all the time. I know I don't drink often. Has never had a drink. Right, right, okay. Right, right, right. But still, I don't like to be default DD just because I don't drink. I like to not have to worry about parking. And also I just encourage everyone to like want, I'll literally drink just so I don't have to DD. I really don't want to do this right now, but I will because I'm not posting drive. No, but seriously, I freaking hate driving to these places. I do not like it. I will let my man bribe me into being DD. I will. And I love it. It's a new kind of thing we started, and I'm like, you know what? This is worth it. Worth my money to be an Uber driver. Because that's what you're doing. Because that's what I'm doing. So we just have to make this fair, really. So, but yeah, I encourage everyone to take an Uber instead of driving, especially if you guys are out drinking and stuff like that. Or it's even easier. I, if I'm going somewhere super packed and an event or something like that, I would literally rather park somewhere secure for my car and everything like that, and then just Uber close. I would rather do that because I just don't I just don't like paying for parking. I don't like parking. I don't like driving. I just don't like anything that has to do with that stuff. I'd rather just be dropped off. So I think it is completely worth the money to Uber. Especially on vacay. Don't rent a car. You don't want to deal with parking and all that stuff in a different area. You don't. So what have you gotten from bribing? I just my newest thing is I got Sam Edelman Mary Jane flats. They are really cute. I look kind of like a senora. I feel like I look like my grandma in them a little bit, but I kind of like it. It's cute. Like my style. I do feel like I'm very grandma core style sometimes. And I really love it. I got them in black. Sometimes I look at them, I'm like, oh, I wish I had gotten a fun color, but I've been kind of into flats and ballet flats and stuff. So I'm slowly building up my collection. And I had heard that those were really, really, really, really good walking. Like they're very comfortable. And they do feel very comfortable. I wore them around Target the other day just to test it out. And I was like, oh, these are comfortable. I like it. So yeah. Okay. My next one is Mind Comforter. I think a good comforter is worth every single dime. Mine is from the brand, I think it's from the brand called Ginse. Okay. It was like on a $501. Yeah, betting is experienced. $300. I don't remember how much it was, but I bought it like a year ago and I actually just took it out of the packaging. I like wait, I like put things away, and then I was like, oh, when I'm ready, I'll like pull it out, or like my comfort is good for now. But I just put it on two weeks ago. Dude, I sleep like a baby. I sleep so good. It's like a cloud. Oh really? Yeah. And like before, like I would get like from TJ Maxx or Target, like those are where I would get my comforters from. Mm-hmm. It's so good. Really? Yeah. Okay. Sleepover. Yeah, I'm like, I'm gonna have to test it out. I had Canon G7X on my list too, but sorry. No, I could keep adding to this list. We could keep going. I know. I was like, I gotta actually. My next thing that I think is completely worth the money is my hatch alarm. I try to put everyone onto it. I know that it's it is pricey for what it is. It's a freaking alarm clock that's almost $200. It is really expensive. I encourage you guys to try to get it as a gift. Put it on your birthday list, your anniversary list, your Christmas list. Ask Santa, beg Santa, do what you got to. But it is worth the money. I my sleep quality is amazing. I love the sleep feature. I put white noise on it. I love, I just feel I wake up. I used to wake up anxiety right when I wake up because I think your alarm clock, like mr, mrrr. Like that can't be healthy to wake up to that.
SPEAKER_00You're already spiking your cortisol.
SPEAKER_01First thing in the morning. I just, I just love, oh, I love everything about it, honestly. I when I go on vacation, I genuinely think, damn, I'm not gonna have my hatch alarm. What am I gonna do? I'm not gonna have the best sleep ever. But I think it is completely worth the money. It's the oh for I was I'm already starting Christmas list for people because there's a lot of people in my life. Okay, and my brothers and my parents, they like some good stuff. So I kind of gotta start little by little. I gotta get ahead of it. I gotta be prepared for Black Friday sales. I really gotta lock in, guys. And I'm like, I wish I could gift all of them a hatch alarm. Even though they wouldn't all love it, maybe. But I just think it would change their life. It would change their life. I'm like, dude, if you just got good quality sleep, you would be so much happier and relaxed and chill. And I just think sleep, I I think I know that sleep is actually one of the most important aspects of your life and your health. So I think it's worth it. I think it's improved my quality of sleep. And I think if you have trouble waking up or if you have trouble with anxiety in the morning, I think that it could be a really good investment to get. It's amazing. I love it. I think I would want one. I've been saying that I want one, but yeah, I can't justify the price of it because I don't know. But I feel like you're explaining it pretty well, and you're influencing me. I am thinking though, what's gonna are you gonna like when you get married, are you gonna have your Hatchelor? Mm-hmm. Yeah, he's gonna wake up when I wake up. Well, I don't know. I have seen influencers that have it, and each couple has it, and I think it's loud, but the light that you have, it really only wakes you up. So I don't know, like what? Really? Yeah, and then I could I think I could just wake up when I wake up. I know I wake up early, but like do it too. No, I do want one. I was thinking about it a couple weeks ago actually, but it is just a little expensive for what it is. I know. But I do want one. That's really funny with the money. I wonder how if I would use it if I moved out or if I lived with someone else. Mason falls asleep to TV. So Okay. Do you fall asleep to any noise or silence? I can fall asleep to noise. I can fall asleep to anything. I can fall asleep to anything. I can't stay asleep to silence though. Because any little noise, I'm up. Yeah. I am I I think I realize that that I am very sensitive to noise. So when you have the white noise, and I have it pretty loud, I'm not gonna lie, guys, it's I like to be able to really hear it. So that way just drowns out everything else. Does it wake up the whole house? No. The white noise, it's not super loud, and then my alarm. Wow, so many things that I want. That's why these trends are really dangerous because I've been like, Do you think it's worth the money? Alright. Maybe I'll try it. Maybe it'll be worth it to me too. Consumerism. Is this my last thing? My last thing that I think is worth every single penny. Is my aura ring. I got it. I love her. I got one in the beginning of the year, and I've used it for months. I think Nikki was the first one to get it out of everybody's show two years ago. And I was like, oh my, I'm on one. It's worth it. I love it. I have had it for a while now. Yeah. Loki though, mine's been dead for two days. I'm gonna charge it today. But my battery's dying faster, so I either need to get a new one or I need to see if they could give me a new one. Yeah, check the warranty on it. Mine's was dying really quickly, and I was like, oh no. Oh no, no, no. But they will give it to you and it will ship out in two days. Yeah. They run a diagnostic from like wherever they're at. And mine's was like, Yeah, your battery sucks. You need a new one. Yeah. But I love it. I think it tells you I use it for lots of things. Like I use it to track my food. Sometimes I forget, but I try to use it to track my food, like what I eat throughout the day. It doesn't tell you calories or anything, but it just tells you if this is nutritious or whatever. I use it for my cycle, I use it for I haven't used the food one. Yeah, you should try it. You just take a little picture of it and then submit it, and then it'll tell you. One day I was eating wingstop and it was like, not very nutritious. You're like, yeah. But Celeste, you could have figured that out on your own. I'm sure you read it now. I just wanted to read it now. It tells me when I'm being like productive, it helps me when I've been on my feet for a long time. Sometimes too, when I'm at work, I'm like always sitting down and stuff, so it'll tell me, Oh, maybe it's time to get up for a little, and I'll just get up and walk for a little because it's good to do that. Yeah, same. Sometimes I need a reminder. Yeah, and so I just think it's really good to have the ring because it has so many beneficial features for your health. But I love it and I love waking up and checking how I slept. And I feel like it's also kind of like a mind game, like if it's motivating too. If I slept if I slept like an 89, I'm like, oh, what did I do yesterday? Yeah, it makes you reflect on your habits. Nikki always gets a high 90s. I was like, I'll check her auraing thing. I wish there, I wish that you could check each other. Your friends and stuff like that. Maybe not the details of it, like what time she went to sleep or anything like that. Because that would be crazy. But I wish that it would be like though. No, I would.
SPEAKER_00I just check what time we fell asleep. You'd be like, but you didn't text me.
SPEAKER_01You said you were asleep. Yeah, I love it though. I do think it's cheesy for a man to have one though. No, you think so? Yeah. That's really funny. No, I think it's really chic when a man has it as a wedding ring.
SPEAKER_00Really?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I'm like, okay, I like it. A two-in one. Hmm. Yeah, I'm pretty sure my friend's husband has his as a wedding ring. No, no, no. I don't think he listens, but really that's kind of that's kind of a funny take. Yeah, I don't know. I think that's okay. Some things I'm like, can't we just have something? Yeah, that we have to do that. You want our aura ring too? Like you don't need to hop on all of our trends. I know that women have cool stuff, but stay in your lane. I get that. I absolutely love my aura ring. I think it just makes you reflect on your habits and motivates you. And like the sleep thing, I remember I kind of went through when I first started this job, I just wasn't used to waking up at like 4 30 in the morning, and like I just was sleeping later than I was supposed to. And even now, on days that I work, my sleep score is not that great. But on my off days, I'm like 97. 97. Yeah, I'm like 97's like my number. I've gotten 100 and I've gotten 99. Like I can't. Okay, she'll also like sleep for hours. Yeah, what she can go to sleep at 6 p.m., wake up at 7 p.m. the next day. Are you wondering? No, I can really sleep. I can't sleep in. It's really hard to sleep in for me. I think because of the hatch, it just programmed me that if there's light, I just wake up. That's the only thing. But I don't think it's a bad thing to wake up with the sunlight. I think it's beautiful. But I I will go to sleep at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. if I'm like, you know what? It's like crazy. My mom's like, you are so crazy. Cause I'll be like, I want like a 10-hour sleep tonight. I want to sleep for like 10, 11 hours. So I'm gonna go to bed and it's 7 p.m. She's like, Are you for real? And I'm like, so for real. But then I miss like the juicy stuff. That's the problem with going to sleep early. Is I wake up. Yeah, I wake up and I'm like, oh my gosh, I miss four crisis. Two like juicy gossip sessions, and everyone's like, Hello, where are you? Maybe I'm sleeping with the sheep. She's no walked. I'm counting sheep in my sleep. So yeah, I do think it's worth it. I think sleep is so, so, so important. I just love it. I love the ordering. The cycle thing is really good, especially if you're irregular. Because yeah, I don't I've had it for two years and I don't think it has pinpointed my period to the day. It's never going to. I'm just irregular. Mine doesn't either though. But mine has a good window. Like I have a good window. It's good for planning trips, like it's good for all that stuff. Because you just never know, and I just don't want to be on my period for events and stuff like that. I don't want to plan an event and be like, oh, but I already know it's my week. Yeah. Because I also just feel terrible. I do too. That week. I don't feel my best, I don't look my best, and I don't act my best. So yeah. Oh my gosh, that was so much fun. That made me want to go shopping. I don't know why. We're gonna talk about clothing. Yeah, we didn't. Do you have any honorary mentions? Something that I think would I don't have this. Okay. I don't have this. Something that I think would be worth all the money would be a Pilates or a Legree membership. I don't I don't have. I almost thought about that, but I had one of those and I ended up canceling it because it in fact was not worth my money. Okay, so that's my next question. What's something that you wish was worth the money? Like you spent money on and you're like, ugh not worth the money. Well now the only thing I'm thinking about is the freaking Pilates thing. Alright. I was like, ugh, I don't think it's worth the money. I think that working, moving out your body is worth the money. I love that aspect. I could literally go on a walk love. Yeah, I just didn't love my instructors. You have to find a really, really good studio, I think. So it just wasn't worth it. Yeah, I think a club studio membership would be good. Ooh, yeah. But that's $200. What I something that I think would be worth the money that I don't have is a sauna. I want a sauna. Something that I wish was worth the money is my Disney Pass. Oh I love it. I love it. I love my Disney Pass. I think it's like when it opens back up, and I feel like I make good use out of it. I go pretty often. But I wish that it was worth the money. It's still pretty expensive for not being able to go all the time. You still have to be parking, and parking just keeps getting more expensive. You still walk into Disney, and there's a gazillion things and everything, and Disneyland is so expensive. But I think Disney is such an experience, and I just love getting to just pick a reservation day and just be able being able to go. So I'll probably always have a Disney Pass for the rest of my life, but like I don't think it's worth the money. Mmm. But I love it. Yeah. And I just wish that it was worth the money. I think it'll be worth the money like when I have kids or like it would this is if I lived closer. So conflicted. But I feel like it is worth the money. I love it so much. I just love Disney. I don't think I'm a Disney adult, but I just love Disneyland. And I love just being able and I love just being able to go. But I don't think it's worth it. Yeah, I just money. I'd rather just go once or twice a year during the cute seasonal things and then be good. I think I'm good going one or twice a year, and it's still the same thing. I still have to pay for parking with the pass. I still have to pay for everything inside with the pass. But at least I can go when I want. And I'm not like paying it monthly. I don't know. I also I don't think it's ex okay. I don't think it's crazy expensive depending on the pass. We don't have the most expensive ones. Yeah. So we're not spending an arm and a leg, but I do wish it was more for what it's for what we're paying. You wish you got more for what you're still paying, even though it's the lowest, it's still so much. That's what I'm saying. It's still so much money. I think if I had kids and I went consistently, I would honestly get the most expensive one. Just boom, do it. Sometimes I do want to get the most expensive one because it comes with a free parking, but it's I'm really not gonna be at Disneyland a gazillion times a month, you know? And then also like you do you do the most expensive pass, and then you go when your kids are still young, still young, and you just keep taking them and taking them and taking them and taking them. But I do love my Disney pass. Mason actually just got one, so we're gonna go. Oh cool, yeah. We're gonna be able to go more often. But I also wouldn't go on the weekends because it's so packed on the weekends. They're like going on weekdays. So I like my pass. I think it I love it. I just wish you got more, yeah. Okay, Sir Wolf. Get it. Email Mickey, girl. Get on it. Email him, tell him. Tell him your thoughts, your worries. Okay, those are the five things that we think are worth our money to do a little recap. I think therapy is 100% worth the money. I think having a Kindle with Kindle Unlimited. I love my bio-ionic curling iron. I think taking Ubers instead of driving is 100% worth the money. And also my hatch alarm. And let me know if you guys try out any of those or if you also think any of those are worth the money. I would really, I love to talk about purchases so much. So you just let me know. And my list is my Canyon G7X, my iPad, laser hair removal, my comforter, and my aura ring. Good stuff. Such good purchases. So worth the money. I love it. I also agree with that list. I think those are worth the money. It's good stuff. That is good stuff. Let us know what you think are the five things that are worth your money. I would love to know. And I'd love to know if there's anything you think I should be investing my money in. I feel like we should go shopping. I actually need to go shopping really bad. I do not fit into any of my jeans. I did love a good jean. I need to find good jeans. So yeah, I'd love to go shopping. Me too. I go every day right now. What are you so seriously serious about? I am so seriously serious about the same thing that I was so seriously serious about last episode because I have not done it. And I was so seriously serious about going to church and I have not gone. I also have not gone to church and wanted to go to that is I don't know what is up with me. I've just been like, oh, ten more minutes of sleep. I just want to be in my bed and my blanket. And I will say I did work one of the Sundays, but it's like no. There is no excuse. So I'm still serious about it, and I'm gonna continue to be serious about it until I do it. Well, why didn't you go to the book? Because I really need to go. I might go today. Maybe. The day's not over. I don't know. I'm just conflicted right now. What are you conflicted on? I don't know. You know how you have to want to go. You don't want to go. No. I mean, I also don't really want to go, but I feel like no, but you need to have discernment and discipline, and I just don't do it. Well, I'd love to go with you. It'll come from my heart. But I'm still seriously serious about it because I'm I gotta figure out why I'm struggling with this so much. So yeah, that is what I'm serious about. I'm disappointed in myself. What are you so seriously serious about? I actually got nothing. Oh, actually, I'm serious about the casino girl. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00Serious girl all morning in between takes.
SPEAKER_01We should go to the casino.
SPEAKER_00You never been. We should go. We shouldn't even go to the casino. You know what I think you would love? I think you would love the casino.
SPEAKER_01I I thought it was so much fun. And we've been a couple times. I've been a couple times, like obviously Vegas and stuff. And I had been before, but really. Yes, yesterday I was so mad. I'm gonna tell you. So Mason puts in $100. I was like, oh damn, this is a lot. Right. Then I sit down and it's going down. I was like, I feel real bad. I feel really bad right now. Whatever. Eventually I get a bonus. So I get a huge bonus, and we end up at $275. I was like, oh, period, yay, cash out. He's like, all right, let's go play it again. I was like, no, this is good. That's $170 that you we just got. Like, no. Anyway, we lost it. Because Mason wanted to go play it. And I was like, no, we shouldn't. And you know what's funny about that guy? He was like, he was like doing math in his head, and he was like, technically, we can play, we can play up until $100 because that's what we put in. So we're not gonna be out money. Let's just play. And I was like, okay, we go. Ends up at zero. I'm like, dude, you said a hundred. I can't with him. Yeah, no. I feel like you have to have the mentality of ah, whatever, it is what it is. He does have that mentality. I don't have that mentality. We were leaving. I was like, he did not just spend 100, he spent a couple. And so I was like, I feel really bad. I'm sorry you spent so much money. It's okay. It is what it is. And I was like, Yeah, no, that is supposed to be nice to feel the way you're thinking right now. Yeah. I'm like, that's crazy. You know what I could do with $100? That's what I keep saying. I was like, you know what I could do with $200? Manicure, pedicure. Exactly my thing. Maybe get your eyebrows done. Anyway. Yeah. It's still a lot of fun though, and I think we should go. Yeah. I'll pay with $50. $100. You never know. No, I don't need to know. I don't need to find. No, maybe I it sounds fun, and I know that sushi's into it too. I think every once in a while I think it'd be fun. So maybe. Maybe I'll take you guys up, but not but the maybe I'll take you guys up on that offer. That was crazy. I can't really talk right now. But yeah. That's what I'm serious about. And you're serious about the casino. Two very different things. This is why this is always so interesting. Those are our personalities. She's type A on type B. You're just like, ah, just go. Throw a hundred dollars away. Maybe you make money, maybe you don't. What? Just a hundred dollars.
SPEAKER_00No. No, that's a lot. I don't think casino is worth the money.
SPEAKER_01I also don't think it's worth the money, but I wish it was. But it was fun. And it was fun, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I feel like that's a fun little thing to go do sometimes.
SPEAKER_00Like you guys have been going often.
SPEAKER_01That's kind of crazy. We were supposed to go for his birthday last week. But so bad, but me and the girls retired. So like I ended up just staying at Brooklyn's and we fell asleep at Brooklyn. Did he still go? Yeah, he's still with the guys. He's still with the guys, but that's funny. Anyway, yeah. That's everything for today. I hope you guys like this trend. I love watching these on TikTok. I feel like they're so cool to watch. And I'm like, huh, what do you spend your money on? Because I'm always curious. I would love to see everybody's Banks team, be honest. I would love to know what you spend your money on.
SPEAKER_00It's really funny. You are so funny.
SPEAKER_01This was so much fun. So much fun. I always have the best time. Well, we'll talk to you guys next week. See ya, love you. Bye.
