After a break that felt like minutes, or maybe months, Orcamon and Kiho Mori are staring down Libramon in the bleak lands of the Gear Savanna. Without any intel about why this strange digimon has been chasing them, they’ll have to defeat it if they want to figure out what’s going on.
Meanwhile, in the cyberpunk city, Shelbie and Wispy finally get a break, but the feral baby Pabumon in their apartment has its own plans for them.

Hi, it's Little Chomp, and welcome back to the Chaos Group. Last time is Sobe and Shelby decided to go to the lamplighter base to find out if his egg was gonna hatch. Shelby and Foxmond got to talk for the first time on the drive over, and it was uh a little complicated, but good it's a good start! Once we got to the base, Simon examined both of our Sapotamas and found out the name of the owner of Shelby's egg, but also told us that if Isso Bay Sapotama was going to make a Digimon, then it's already been deleted. He was devastated and went back to school early. Well, Shelby decided to stick around and wait for his new Sapotama to get finished. Tojiro showed up and yelled at Shelby for not being at work, and eventually the whole team was there. Shelby and Fox Bond got into an argument. And he de-digivolved back to Wispy, and she decided to keep wasting time instead of going back to school. But because she was still there, she got sucked into the group workout that Lena was running and had to run until she was very nearly sick. Eventually she went back to school and talked things out with Jin, her student teacher, and finally got a chance to rest. But none of that matters because this week we're coming back to Orcamon and Kyomori, who are in the digital world, face to face with Lee Ramon, who may or may not have caught up to them while they were um having a friendship is magic conversation about being pirates and doing digidestined things, whatever that means, and uh, you know, in general, just not running like they were supposed to. Kyo pulled out a Digivice and Songon Digivolve for just the second time, but this time with her own human partner.
SPEAKER_02Uh we're starting this in initiative.

SPEAKER_13Uh I mean that's what I was gonna say as well, but Keho is going to just I got my Digi dusted and he doesn't even have a girlfriend yet.
SPEAKER_02He runs up and punches the Digimon.

SPEAKER_02Uh so he rolled a d4, then a d5. He has uh a special little thing here called reversal instinct, which means he explodes on one less than max, meaning that five explodes. Explodes on an 8. Woohoo! It's like 33 in the best Libramon sits there to see. Is this human trying to Holy shit! Uh he doesn't have the thing that lets him roll defense, so he's just gonna roll durability. Kyo kicks this dude in the face. He only inflicts a minor injury because that's all humans can do to Digimon. But evil flying leap kicks him in the face as sleeping on, oh god, oh, oh, what's Kio stands up and says, Yeah!
SPEAKER_20Don't you mess with my Digimon?
SPEAKER_11Uh he's so cute. I don't get a turn.
SPEAKER_02Uh you do not. Right. So your turn dissipates uh as it goes straight back to Libramon this time. However, that effect is now null and boy.

SPEAKER_13So I do have a question. Do I just lose attacks and counterattacks or do I lose my whole turn?

SPEAKER_02Sure. Sure. I will say give me a if you want to just push him with water, I'd say maybe brawn.
SPEAKER_13Okay, so if I pick movement, then I don't get damage, right? Because you could get like one thing in this.
SPEAKER_02I'll say we'll push it down a thing again. So if you get good enough to get a major, it'll only be a minor.

SPEAKER_13I did tell you there was a thing I wanted to work on after work. Um so for the last several days, she's been making little clay figurines of all of the people that she and Wispy know. Um, and like she's she's giving Wispy some some space. I'm sure it's still a little awkward, like there. There's still an issue and they haven't talked about it, but they're also like he's stopped coming to work with you. Oh.
SPEAKER_02He mainly stays at home now.

SPEAKER_02After the first two days, he stopped coming. Just sits at home all day, apparently.
SPEAKER_13Okay. Well, I guess I'm glad there's no Ogremonds or anything that have jumped through the window the last few days. Um, and then also I think the baby slime, whose name I can't remember right now, was still with us. We talked about that.
SPEAKER_02He's essentially been watching over that. You would have gotten a message from Tojuro at some point, essentially being like, yo, do you have this Digimon? And when you were like, yes, he would have been like, Don't you fucking take it in, I will murder you.
SPEAKER_09He was the one who said I can execute it or whatever.
SPEAKER_22Yeah. He got told different.
SPEAKER_10Okay.
SPEAKER_02He's currently not the leader of the lamp lighters. You've met the leader.
SPEAKER_13Well, Tojiro was never gonna be the leader.
SPEAKER_02But no. Currently, their leader is very strong-headed. One of the few people that Tojiro will do what they say.

SPEAKER_02So yeah, you have had a very like basic week. We're probably coming in on the Friday, the end of the week here. Uh we're gonna pick up at the start of the day. It's been since Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Nothing happened, essentially. Uh the little Digimon here has been like a bit of a menace, but he mainly just hangs out with Wispy all day.
SPEAKER_13Okay. Um, can it be early enough that we actually have time to talk before I have to go to work? Yeah, of course I can. Okay. So I'm gonna like sit down on the floor and put my I've got like a little bag. I'm trying to remember which there we go. Little bag that's got the figurines in it, and um just a box full of random knick-knacks and things. It's a junk drawer, but it's like an art junk drawer. Umispy, can we can we talk? Do you have a second? Can you come over or do you want us stay all the way over there? Okay, alright, that's fine. Um, on the floor in between us, I'm gonna put out the little guys and stuff. Um So well first I've been making these for you so that you can still talk in in this form, kind of. Um So it's it's basically everybody that we know together. Or like most of them. I'm sure there's others I could that's not important. I got I got really hurt during the um meeting at the base, and I want to try to explain why. And these might help me too. And I um take like a piece of string out of the junk drawer and lay it on the floor in like a circle and put the little figurine of Shelby in there. So there's like a Shelby, there's a Wisp Mon, there's a Vox Mon, there's the members of the Lamplighters and their Digimon, there's Isobe, there's there's a Sangha Mon.
SPEAKER_06We'll see how that one goes, but it's in there.
SPEAKER_13So before you came, I would always come back here alone. Um and this was my family. Just me. And I'm like trace the circle of string. And it was really lonely, and so I felt like I should find somebody else to go in the family with me, and I'll just pick up a couple of the human figurines and like bounce them in the circle and set them down. Put somebody else in the circle and set them down, but not actually drop anyone in the circle, like I just tap them and move them out. And then and then you got here, and I'll put him in the circle and let go. And I wasn't alone anymore, and it was good. It can be overwhelming and scary sometimes, and I don't want to lie to you and and pretend like it's not a lot, but I've tried to do everything I can to keep you safe and let you be free and stuff. Um like I wouldn't let them take your sapatama because I needed you to be okay, and I couldn't turn you in because I didn't know what was gonna happen to you, and then I had to register as a cleaner to make sure that you would be free and there wouldn't be people hunting you down and everything, and I'm doing my best to adjust to everything because I just I want to protect you, and I tried to tell you that in the kitchen of that bar and you didn't listen. Um, or maybe it was after that. I tried to tell you that before. I do need you to protect me when there's fighting. But I'm also trying to protect you from people stuff. And maybe that doesn't matter to you, maybe it just matters to me, but I am trying. Um. So anyway, we were getting along and I was really happy. And then Voxwon, and I'm gonna pick up the figurine of Voxmon and just turn it in my hands. He asked who my if I knew who his favorite person in the world was or whatever, and he said it was me. And I was really happy because I thought that meant that you guys wanted to be in the circle with me. Cause like that morning when uh you said you wanted to go with Isobe, instead I was gonna let you because if that's what you really want and what would make you happy, then that's what you should get to do. And so then when he said I was his favorite, I thought maybe you also wanted to be family, and then he just said everyone's his favorite. And she picks up Shelby and moves her out of the circle, puts down Boxmon and just grabs a handful of figures and throws them into the ring. It just doesn't it doesn't matter who it is. Anyone is fine. And I just I don't want anyone to be fine. If not, even my own Digimon would pick me first. There must be something really wrong with me. And I think we need to figure this out before Saturday because we have to do cleaner stuff, and that means we have to be getting along, so yeah, that's how I feel. She'll just kind of like gesture at the figures. And then lean over and grab this little guy. Then I'm gonna scoot back and lean against the bed and just hug him if I can take the little baby one.

SPEAKER_02Cool. Um Yeah, you look at Wispy, and there is once again that signature key frustration in him. This thing that has been a mark of your relationship with Wispy for the most part. He honestly feels like he can't communicate sometimes. Um he sits there as how's he gonna what's he gonna do?
SPEAKER_13He I made the figures so that you can try to talk with them and I can try to figure out what you mean.
SPEAKER_02He looks at the figures, picks up Voxmon, picks up himself, and doesn't know what to do with them, honestly. He's trying to convey as he.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, I don't know what to do with them either, Whisper. Because he told me that you wanted to use fruity language about Sangamon, but he wouldn't use it. And I'm like, if you're that mad, he should just let you see that you're that mad.
