Post-Announcement Energy And Gratitude

SPEAKER_00

Hi.

SPEAKER_01

Hey.

SPEAKER_00

It's another Dan show. We're still here. Yeah. What do you think we're going to be talking about today?

SPEAKER_01

I don't know. We made it to the other side. We did. How about that?

SPEAKER_00

We're here. It's exciting.

SPEAKER_01

Can you guys believe this? I can't believe it.

SPEAKER_00

It does seem it's almost, you know, we we've waited so long and there was so much energy and anticipation surrounding the announcement, and now it's here and it's like, okay. Now the work starts.

SPEAKER_01

No letdown. We're even at a higher level than we were last week, right? And thanks for joining us, right?

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. Thank you so much for being there.

Community Celebration And Culture

SPEAKER_00

There were hundreds, literally hundreds of people who joined through the virtual party on Zoom. It was great. And we had a wonderful trickle of people all throughout the day at the party. We never let up, right?

SPEAKER_01

It was even uh somebody said it was like a Jerry Lewis telephone.

SPEAKER_00

Somebody did say, Hey, I missed Jerry Lewis. Where was he?

SPEAKER_01

We didn't need Jerry, we had Rob.

SPEAKER_00

That's right.

SPEAKER_01

That was fun. That was amazing. We didn't know what it was going to look like. It just evolved into that and it really worked great, didn't it?

SPEAKER_00

It it did. It was better than we could have hoped.

SPEAKER_01

It was. It was so organic and natural. Couldn't have been scripted. And everybody that said great things about me, you're right.

SPEAKER_00

A lot of people did.

SPEAKER_01

It was very touching, guys. I I uh I tend I tell you how humbling that is. I want to live up to that every day. And you know, just hearing all those uh green compliments, it I can't tell you what that means. I I didn't know I was not likable or people were that was resonating in that way. I guess I kind of did because people have told me that, but that it really means a

Trading Reality And Long-Term Focus

SPEAKER_01

lot. So when the share price is down a little bit, don't just remember how great I am.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, exactly, and how hard he's working to get it to go the other direction. And uh I did talk to you one early this morning, and his voice was raspy because he talked to so many people from Thursday until today, just going over the events and yeah, everyone's calling, and the great thing is you have my phone number, and I want to double down on sharing my number 317-6947520, the animal tool.

SPEAKER_01

I uh we're a public company now, and guess what? We're not gonna change our culture. I don't care what anybody says.

SPEAKER_00

You know, I'm trying to get him to stop, but he he refuses.

SPEAKER_01

This is what guys.

SPEAKER_00

Just for his own benefit, you know.

SPEAKER_01

No, I know. But um, but yeah, I just we want to be here. If you have something to say, good, bad, or ugly, you guys have my number. Yeah. I want to uh I really want to address everything. I you know, you you can't make everybody happy all the time, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

We're trying to do the best we can, right?

SPEAKER_00

And we've been trading now for let's see, Thursday, Friday, my third this is our third day of trading. And um, you know, obviously we wanted it to just soar through the roof and never look back. That's not typically how these things go. Um, so where we are right now isn't a a lot, it's not a big surprise. Um, and there are a lot of things that we're working to, you know, make this a long-term growth strategy.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I'm a little surprised. I was I was secretly when we opened up in the $40 range, we had a $1.2 million market cap at that moment. That was a good point. I thought, yes, people are realizing the value of what we're doing here. But what I would say, this is my own opinion. It's not uh don't take it and invest based off of or anything, whatever the forward-looking statement disclosure is we'll have at the end. But you know, if you loved us before, uh, we've been pre-revenue for the whole time that we've taken investment, uh, you should really love us now because today we just put out uh a release,

First Revenue: Hospital Robot Deployment

SPEAKER_01

right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we are um able to announce our first revenue generation, and it's so exciting because it's a local hospital who has they are known for, so it's Hancock Regional Health. Um, we partnered with Autonomy, a robotics company that built this robot that can deliver to our arrive points. And so this robot is making trips back and forth between um Hancock's cancer center. The cancer center will deliver specimens to the lab. And so it's been operating off of volunteers, which sometimes they don't have them on the weekend. And then um, and if there's not a volunteer there, then a healthcare professional has to make the trip. And it's at least from point A to point B back to point A, about a 10 to 15 minute round trip walk. And they had to do 12 of those, at least 12 of those a day. And so then if you get caught along the way, um you know, whatever it is in a conversation or um in some other time-consumed activity, something's not ready, you have to wait on something, then that makes that trip even longer. So this way, there is a robot that just asynchronously delivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And not only is this cost efficient and um time efficient, but it also, which is the main goal of the hospital, according to Steve Long, the CEO, is it improves patient health care.

SPEAKER_01

That's right.

SPEAKER_00

Because the people who should be with their patients can stay there.

SPEAKER_01

I said to Kylie, it's it's really creating great patient outcomes. She said you guys are saving lives because you took it so literally. So patient experiences, Kylie.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, patient health care, patient experiences.

SPEAKER_01

But we will be saving lives later. Stay tuned. And I think that's gonna really drive things. But um, we're also quarterbacking this whole thing. We we brought autonomy in. Uh, we're the ones that put the whole uh logistics uh you know uh pieces to in in place, and we're really proud of that. And that's what we're gonna be doing as we roll out all over.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's been really neat to watch the process from working with autonomy in the early stages and then to the big box arriving recently, and we get it out, and then we get it wrapped in the beautiful colors, and um, it just it's step by step getting closer to the other.

SPEAKER_01

Right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and it's actually already out on our socials. So if you look at Instagram, there's a big story, there's a

Social Amplification And Investor Network

SPEAKER_00

big reel there that you can watch and it shows the whole thing.

SPEAKER_01

But yeah, I can definitely um that's a great segue into something I want to do. I want to start an initiative where all of you guys are sharing all of our socials. We're trying to come up with a one-button solution to find it. But if you guys see what we're putting out, if you could just hit that button when we perfect this and get it to you, Kylie. We'll be sharing that um and get that out. You know, six degrees of separation. They say that everybody's just six degrees from knowing the whole world. We have 5,000 investors, we know the whole world. That's another enough people to know the whole world. So, you know, if we can use our community to broadcast from thinking what that'll do. And the other thing, if you guys are on any Reddit uh threads or any of those uh investing channels, I would love if you would uh take a minute to uh throw us into the equation out there, let everybody know about this great company that you guys have invested in and believe in. Yeah, that would mean a lot, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's really interesting because we can see the the analytics on our side. And when we have a post and all of our team, just internal team shares it. The reach that it has is so exponentially larger than if only one or two people share it. It's crazy how with each person it just grows and grows and grows.

SPEAKER_01

So help us do that. Really seriously asking you guys to do that methodically. We love that. I also want to talk about this.

Ticker On Apple And Validation

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, go for it. This is if you guys are on Apple, well let's see. Some I might get some messages. Uh, if you're on Apple, to me, we have a right arrived because the top one there, and maybe Kylie can show this a little better. Yeah. When we do this, but um we we are now populating on the Apple stock uh app. So you can you can put AR AI in on your watch list, you can move it all the way up to the top, and you can always see where we're trading at.

SPEAKER_00

You taught me how to do that. I did. Um Dan taught me the CEO of tech company. Don't don't don't put that out there.

SPEAKER_01

But uh, um you know that's kind of the you've arrived when you look on the Apple, you know, I'm tracking all these other companies all the time. And now I'm I'm right there. We're we're right there. That is that is amazing. I can't believe it. So um we had it we had our press release come out this morning. We just talked about Hancock, but uh the cool thing about the the uh I'll show you when you're when you have an EREI, this is how new this is. If you click on it, usually it'll have all the news stories down here. They haven't picked that up yet, but in the next couple days you'll probably see it. And then you can always use that as an app. If you're on Apple, if you're on uh Android, I I'm sure they have a similar version. I'm sure. So check that out. But you know, that's kind of a cool validation of you know where we are. So uh what else do we want to talk about here, Kylie?

SPEAKER_00

Just appreaching everybody who um is hanging in there with us and looking at the long-term potential value of what we're offering.

SPEAKER_01

That's right. If you looked back and you said, hey, I wish I would have invested in Amazon, Google, you know, any of these big companies that have really made it through, you know, you know, thick and thin, high and low, all those things. Um, we're gonna have all those

Bell Ringing Plans And Share Transfers

SPEAKER_01

kind of things too. But um we really we view ourselves as having that big market opportunity. You know, the sheer size of our uh skit out of the total addressable market, the TAM, you know, in the US I'm owned 165 million addresses. Uh that number grows by 4,000 new addresses every day. We've got this huge momentum of what we're doing right now. Uh we've got some capital coming in. We're gonna be doing some great hiring, uh, a lot of growth, a lot of execution. Um, you know, one thing I would say is um let's not all focus on the day-to-day stock fluctuations. That's gonna happen. Uh, but what the long-term value that we create and where this company goes is what we're really hyper focused on. Uh, and like I said when we started, if you loved us when we were a pre-reven pre-revenue company, you're gonna really love us now because today we have the first revenue and we're gonna really uh blow up now. That's our goal. We we've got some big things we want to do, uh some big opportunities that um can't wait to to execute on and and report to you guys. So um, and then don't forget New York.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we we are um we haven't gotten a date yet, of course, for the bell ringing. But we're as soon as we do, we'll let you know, and we'd like to get everybody out there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we're gonna try to give at least a month or so, three weeks to a month, maybe a little longer uh notice so that you guys can plan to be there. We don't want to have everybody say, hey, how we he did it without us. And that reminds me of something else, um, the share transfer thing. I just want to kind of re-readdress how that all happened. Um, probably about six, I think everybody remembers how online we were. They wanted to ring the bell this time that we traded for the first time. But with all the extra time it took, and it burned up a lot of our run uh rate uh or the money that we had to to keep going, you know, our burn rate was hitting us. So about six months ago we announced on a dance show, hey, you know, we love the idea of ringing, but now with the extra time and money that's taken to get this far, the first day we're gonna we can trade, we're gonna trade that day. It wouldn't have made sense to get all these approvals that we've worked so hard on for years, literally, and then say, okay, we're gonna wait four months uh until we get uh a ticker, a bell ringing date. So I we get announced that I want to be on record and be clear about that. Um the other thing we did is we as soon as we knew that definitively we were gonna be able to trade, we gave all the Odyssey to trust um our transfer agent info out. We wanted to get you guys teed up.

Vision, TAM, And Hiring Momentum

SPEAKER_01

We've seen other offerings out there recently where um their shareholders couldn't get their shares, and we didn't want to be those guys. You know, this is the we the people story. I didn't get any shares ahead of anybody else. I'll fight my shares. I don't even have shares um ready to go yet. So um, you know, that's so there's no there's no preferential. I just want to be on record with that. Uh we care about everybody here, and uh, we want to all be doing things at the same point that everyone else is. Um so um, you know, the and every broker too, I also want to say, has a different time cadence as to how they uh approve those shares coming in. Some of them can do it in hours, some literally takes days. Uh I've heard Robin Hood's very slow uh and Chase is kind of slow. Um but anyway, just want to throw that out there. I want to address everything. Um, total transparency, communication in this moment of elation where we took this company public, we're on a Nasdaq, and it's it's a big accomplishment, the biggest accomplishment of my whole life. Um, I don't want anybody to feel any feel left behind or bummed out. That's something I never want to have happen. I want us to all be high-fiving together. And this was just the beginning. So we're not gonna be blown away with these dance shows either. I just thought it would be great to come back post-trading and kind of check in, let you guys know what's happening here. Uh more buzz around the office than I've ever seen, right?

SPEAKER_00

Busy.

SPEAKER_01

Busy for the city. Everyone's very busy, and yeah. So uh wrap us up here, Kaiway.

SPEAKER_00

No, just thanks again. Thanks for coming along, watching these dance shows, being engaged, and that's a big sacrifice. Um some of them are longer, so they know 13 minutes. That's a long time to capture attention.

SPEAKER_01

So all right, we'll let you go on that note. Let's go.

Closing Thanks And Investor Message

SPEAKER_01

Um, ARAI, tell your friends, family, co-workers, yeah, come on in, don't leave. If if if I'm asking, hold your shares, I'm asking you to buy more. If you have to leave, we love you guys. Uh it's your choice. Uh no, no pretenses, no obligation. Thanks for what you did to get us all here. Uh, but we still love you, and we've got the best part yet to come. This is a forward looking statement. I'm gonna put that in there.

SPEAKER_00

We're anticipating some great things. Yep, there you go. Peace out. Thanks, yes.

SPEAKER_01

All right, bye bye.
