Welcome And Big Apple Recap

SPEAKER_00

Let's do it.

SPEAKER_01

Let's go.

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to another Dan Show, everybody.

SPEAKER_01

Welcome, welcome.

SPEAKER_00

A lot's happened since we last talked to you.

SPEAKER_01

What's happened?

SPEAKER_00

We made a trip out to the Big Apple and uh had a lot of friends there with us.

SPEAKER_01

That was awesome. That was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Ringing The Nasdaq Opening Bell

SPEAKER_01

You'll you only ring the opening bell for the first time one time, right? If we ever do it again, it's not gonna be the same, right?

SPEAKER_00

No, there was so much energy, and I think most of the people there, it was their first time to have ever been on the NASDAQ.

SPEAKER_01

I have to say, I think we looked the best of any Belarian I've ever seen. I'm not just saying that. Yeah. The coordination with the green and all the elation, it was it was really it was amazing.

SPEAKER_00

Lots of energy, lots of good food. Um the bell, you push the button.

SPEAKER_01

That's right. Even though the thing didn't populate like it was supposed to, I improvised. I still opened the I opened the market without the without the little bell thing.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, for everybody who wasn't there, it was quite the production.

Behind The Scenes And Media Buzz

SPEAKER_00

It was much more than just going up on the stage and hitting a button. They had a full show, they interviewed you beforehand.

SPEAKER_01

It was five interviews. You were I MC'd two events. I was in a thousand and twelve pictures, just kidding, I don't know how many. Probably it was a lot, and uh it was it was amazing.

SPEAKER_00

We pulled that together fast.

SPEAKER_01

We did, we did a hell of a job. Looking back, there weren't many, you know, the food was late at the theater event. But you can't have everything right, right.

SPEAKER_00

But it ended up working out just fine, and the food was delicious, and everybody was um getting along and having a good time meeting everybody.

SPEAKER_01

People from all over the world, so much love, friendliness. We're all in this together. Every everybody, uh I just couldn't, it was amazing. Putting faces to names, yeah, like nothing I've ever seen before. It was it was great.

SPEAKER_00

Um some 350 people.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. I'm glad we didn't have 351. Yeah, you know, we wanted we set out to set do a world record, right? What

Planning A Closing Bell Next July

SPEAKER_01

we didn't know was that the NASDAQ was gonna like max us out. And we were almost to a point where people were gonna have to be on the outside peeking in the window. That was a non-starter for us, right? So we had to really last minute improvise and do some things, but we pulled it off and it taught us a lesson for when we do it again.

SPEAKER_00

It did, and we are not the opening bell, but um Dan wants to do a closing bell.

SPEAKER_01

Let's do a closing bell. I'd say in a year from or about from when we did this, it was such a great event. Let's let's let's close the stock market next time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we have a tentative date.

SPEAKER_01

We do. What is that tentative date?

SPEAKER_00

July 14th.

SPEAKER_01

Yep. July 14th, we're gonna cap it at almost exactly a year. About the same amount of people, 350. So when we get that definitively kind of locked in, we'll put it out there and then we'll do we're just gonna do like a first come, first serve, right? If you want to come out, lock in early, uh, because we're gonna have to cap it this time.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. The first rodeo was um we were learning as we went. The wild west. It was the wild west, and we made it happen. But this time we're gonna know exactly the the do's and don'ts and the things that we can do.

SPEAKER_01

Um we're gonna mess more stuff up.

SPEAKER_00

So we yeah, we'll try to just do even more. It was so fun, and uh just a big thanks to everybody who made the time to be out there with us.

SPEAKER_01

There you go. Hey, napkin to NASDAQ.

From Napkin To Nasdaq Origin Story

SPEAKER_01

I got a Greg Prime, my buddy Greg Prime. I showed him a napkin in 2014 when I had the when I had the idea. Okay, yeah, sorry. Well, don't get too close. The artwork's not great.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's lovely.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not an artist, guys. Uh, but anyway, in 2014, I I met my buddy and I shared over lunch uh my my idea on a napkin. He came up with the idea from napkin to NASDAQ, which is kind of sums it up, right? So what do we have going on that?

SPEAKER_00

So we are putting out a bunch of media pitches um with Dan's story of the idea, getting the patent, and then bringing it to life. And so it's really Dan's um story of taking a concept and working very hard to make it a reality. It's really interesting.

SPEAKER_01

So we'll see if anybody even wants to write or read about it.

SPEAKER_00

Where were you when you wrote when you drew the napkin?

SPEAKER_01

You know what? I think it was at um a place where Ake Stone the Crossing, uh, is it Drake's?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, there was a Drake.

SPEAKER_01

That's where it was. Yep.

SPEAKER_00

There was, I don't know if it's not.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I don't know if it's still there, but yeah, that was it. That was a place. Eleven years ago. Eleven years ago? It seems like 13, but it was 11.

SPEAKER_00

And then uh John Richardson got you the wrote up the patent.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, hey, the rest is history. We did it.

Bloomberg Mention And Direct Listings

SPEAKER_01

Uh so um we just got mentioned in a Bloomberg article, right?

SPEAKER_00

So that was really cool. Um, this was just in the last day or two. Bloomberg um was writing about how many companies are now just skipping the whole IPO process and doing the direct listings and some of the biggest really cool hip companies like Arrive AI.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. You got Coinbase, uh who else did it? Uh Slack, Spotify, some really cool hip companies on Arrive AI, right? We fit right in there.

SPEAKER_00

So uh we were mentioned in the article. It's not just saying that's what we did too. They actually mentioned Arrive AI.

SPEAKER_01

Because we're a cool hip company like those others. So and if you guys see anything out there, any media hits that we may have missed, shoot them over to us. We we you know we'd love to read about ourselves and see how we can uh expand the story, right? If you if you see a story and there's some mention of us, we might be able to get a hold of the reporter and get them to even put a brighter light on us. So uh, or if it's a like story, something around what we're doing, we want to make those reporters aware of us too, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's it's really helpful to say, hey, we we exist, you know, get to

Team Expansion And Careers

SPEAKER_00

know us. And um also speaking of expansion,

Help Us Track Media And Press

SPEAKER_00

our team, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, that's right. There you go. Nice segue. I'm glad you got it. I was gonna have to mention it like two more times. No, hey, you guys know we're tripling our size. We're going from around 20 to 60 people. If if you have an interest in working here, you know, we have our From Within initiative, which means uh if you're an investor at a Rob AI uh and you have something that we're looking for, we always want to look within first and uh give back. So if if you're looking for a job and you meet one of the roles that we're looking for, where can they look at that?

SPEAKER_00

So it's gonna be on our website. Our team is finishing up the little tweaks to it right now, and it'll be live any moment, but it's at the very bottom of our homepage or any page at the footer, there's a careers link, and you can check back in there and it'll be updated daily. I know that there are gonna be several more postings next week. Um, so it might not look like we have a lot right now. It's because it's a process getting all of this stuff up and running.

SPEAKER_01

It is.

SPEAKER_00

Um, so we will be strategically updating the job postings in a priority order, you know, of the most important.

SPEAKER_01

And we are hoping to have everyone work here in Fisher's Indiana with us, just so you know. Um, so if you're willing to relocate, right? Uh if you want to send your resume, careers at arriveai.com, shoot that over to us. C-A-R-E-E-R-S at arriveai.com. Uh you can put Kylie in the subject line that she told you to do that. Or me, or you can put me. One thing I do want to say is we've got a really orchestrated process that we're doing. We've engaged a uh um um HR consultant, and uh we're we've got that whole team being set up. And the reason I'm saying that is because everyone is my favorite, and I don't want anybody to feel like I played favorites. Uh we are looking for the best people. Um, we give everyone

Hiring Process And Culture

SPEAKER_01

consideration. Uh, I'm not really involved too too much on that part. The people that are going to be the leads in those areas are gonna be hiring for their own team. So uh but but get those over to us. We'd love to hear it. And if you know of anybody that's awesome, we'd love to you know get your recommendation on that too, right?

SPEAKER_00

Dan has a good quote. He he said it, I think, to everybody who's on the team now. And it's what is it you you don't hire to fire, you hire to retire.

SPEAKER_01

That's right, that's right. Thank you. You remember she listened. Yeah, I I I always think the hallmark of a great company is a company that keeps people forever, you know, not just have a revolving door. I I don't hire people to fire them, I hire them to retire with me. So um love to have you come in if that's something you want to do, but you can't leave, just remember that. It's the Hotel California of businesses.

SPEAKER_00

It's a fun place to work, um, benefits, all the things.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we want to do it right money. Yeah, we want to treat people great. Uh uh one other thing, um, crypto, I just want to tease

Teasing A Bitcoin Treasury Strategy

SPEAKER_01

this. Something I'm thinking about is a crypto strategy here at Arrive AI, uh, deploying um some of our revenues and uh some of the money that we take in uh into a Bitcoin strategy. Just throwing that out there. Uh seeing some cool things happening with micro strategies out there. Uh GameStop just recently um signed up for a similar deal. I just see crypto is really uh it's kind of de-risking uh in its a way to um get an appreciation out of money that you have sitting around. So uh I think it I think it's here to stay. Uh I wouldn't do a bunch of other little ones. I think Bitcoin's the real one. That's my own thing. So you guys have your own views, I'm sure. But anyway, I'm just teasing that out there. Uh, you know, let us know what you think about that.

SPEAKER_00

He's always thinking of something. This is why he's the CEO, you know. Oh here.

SPEAKER_01

You gotta keep moving, right, guys?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you've been um nonstop, just nonstop.

SPEAKER_01

I don't ever want to stop. I always say I can sleep when I die. And I hope I'm not gonna do that for a while. So uh what else?

SPEAKER_00

You still taking a lot of calls? Have you heard from a lot of people since the bell ringing?

SPEAKER_01

You know, I've heard from people. I take every call I haven't changed, I'm not going to. I know I know you know. Uh, you know, we gotta stay with uh what we did to get here, right? And you don't want to change because you're here, right? So um anyway, um, what else?

M&A, Partnerships, And Global Plans

SPEAKER_01

MA looking for mergers and acquisitions. If anybody knows of any cool businesses that align with what we're doing, you know, you're welcome to share those with us too. You can send those to careers as well if you want. Um, you know, want to hear your ideas.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and our and partnerships too. I mean, our relationship with Sky Air is just taking off. That's really exciting. No pun intended.

SPEAKER_01

That's right. That's been that's way overused. Uh we need to come up with something new on that, Kyrie. Um, really, a lot of opportunities keep continue to find us, you know, traveling throughout the world. I know India, there's a chance Laura is gonna go to India. Uh, there's a big press conference centered around that coming up, and we're working on that right now. So uh just really exciting about you know, going on the NASDAQ has really changed things. I think it's accelerated uh a lot of stuff. Um, really proud of that. So uh June, July 14th. If you went the last time, I know you're gonna want to go again. If you didn't make it the last time, I know you're gonna want to be there. So when you see that coming out, be on top of that. And if you do commit, we want to be able to really count on you because the spots are gonna be highly coveted, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So um and hey, if you did go and you didn't submit pictures to us, please do that. Look in your inbox. I sent out a couple emails um asking you to submit your pictures and maybe a favorite memory or something, and we're

July 14 Event Details And Photos

SPEAKER_00

doing a campaign just celebrating people who were there and um again putting those faces to names and stuff. So uh if you can't find the email, just email me, Kylie, at arriveai.com and I'll get to the link to the form.

SPEAKER_01

Perfect. Thanks, Kylie. I appreciate it. Thanks, guys, for coming out. It was great, great seeing everybody. Let's keep rolling here, right? Let's do it. All right, thanks, guys. See you soon.
