Opening And Share Price Elephant

SPEAKER_00

Hi, welcome to another Dan show. I'm Kylie Conway. You know this guy.

SPEAKER_02

Hey guys. Hey Conway. Kylie. Conway.

SPEAKER_00

Kylie Conway.

SPEAKER_02

Start that over. Conley Kaiway.

SPEAKER_00

I'm Kylie Conway, Dan O'Toole, CEO here at ArrivingEye. Lots going on. We first want to start off with.

SPEAKER_02

And I have a quick question.

SPEAKER_00

Oh gosh.

SPEAKER_02

Have you seen our share price today?

SPEAKER_00

What do you mean? I never checked.

SPEAKER_02

Sure you know. I think we're up. We're green. So we're coming on today because we're green.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. We will take every green momentum we can. We don't want to dwell too much on this, but we do want to just acknowledge that we hear you. And um what else?

SPEAKER_02

Hey, it's the elephant in the room. Yeah. Some people said, hey, do a dance show, don't even talk about the share price. Are you kidding me?

SPEAKER_00

Uh well, that's what I said.

SPEAKER_02

You're some people, right?

SPEAKER_00

I'm kidding. I and I I get that it needs to.

SPEAKER_02

We're not Hey, it's the elephant in the room. Let's address it

Nasdaq Milestone And Mindset

SPEAKER_02

head on. First of all, if we were valued at a billion dollars on crowdfunding today, guess what? That's not worth the paper it's written on, frankly, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

The promise of investment, it's always been is liquidity. We got we made it to liquidity. Three-tenths of one percent of all companies ever get here. We are on the Nasdaq. Is that amazing? I'm pitching myself every day, guys. I can't believe it. I was just out in New York.

SPEAKER_00

You're gonna show some videos of me peeking in the it is Dan doesn't lose his childlike expressions when he's in New York and at the Nasdaq.

SPEAKER_02

I don't know if that's complicated. I call you a kid in a candy store.

SPEAKER_00

He just mesmerized that the journey has gotten you here and we're all there together. Um and you're inside the NASDAQ. It is a positive. I think that's a really good big positive. I think a lot of people um can change a little bit, and you haven't.

SPEAKER_02

No, hey, I you know what, you're right, I haven't though. I am depressed about the share price, but but you know what? What goes down must go up, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, and honestly, as much as we do want that to change, um, we have a trajectory that's going on, and we have a five-year plan that is extremely detailed, and it's

Building The Dream Team

SPEAKER_00

being executed as we speak. Um, first and foremost, it's the first phase is bringing on the people to scale quickly.

SPEAKER_02

That's right. We have the dream team.

SPEAKER_00

We are building the dream team as we speak. It is incredible the new faces we have in the building. It's crazy because it was this small group of us.

SPEAKER_02

Can you fast forward around that? Yeah. I did a video of that just going around the room. You guys are gonna be excited. This is this is your team.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_00

We have software platform engineers, mechanical engineers, AI engineers, AI engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, um vice president of sales. We hired a VP of sales who hit the ground running.

SPEAKER_02

We actually got an HR guy.

SPEAKER_00

We have and Tom is another. He started. We had to hire him first because we knew we were gonna have just an onslaught of new hires, which has been awesome. Um, and he's been so busy.

SPEAKER_02

Poor guy. We actually gave him a raise after we hired him.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, good.

SPEAKER_02

Nobody knows that.

SPEAKER_00

He just well, everyone knows.

SPEAKER_02

We're sitting there. Well, now everyone knows, but the guy was just going through it, you know, working uh sleeping less than he was working all in the 24-7 and uh seeing all these deals and things, and we just had to do something. But yeah, got a great team, and it's right here in Indiana. Really, it's counterintuitive. People think you have to be on the coast, one of the two coasts, right? To to get the tech hubs. Yeah, right. And guess what? There's a lot of tech people that don't want to be on the coast, they want to be right here in the Midwest. And we're fine, people are finding us and are saying, wow, a high-tech company right here in Indiana. And and people are actually moving here from other places too. So uh tech areas.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, we've got Indiana University, Purdue University, talk about engineering. Rose Holman. Rose Holman engineering. So we have all of these wonderful um colleges to have interns from, and then they're already emailing of interest, you know, once they graduate. It's been really, really cool. So we're just trying to keep all these people in Indiana, which

Five-Year Plan And Revenue Mix

SPEAKER_00

is neat. And then they're gonna help us build this five-year plan. So it's been um on a lot of the things that you've talked about, like the Wayne Wright conference. So the Wainwright uh conference was last week. It was in New York City. Um, it's a big investor conference, and Dan and the rest of the C team had about a 20-minute presentation on it and went through that five-year plan in detail as far as what milestones we want to hit and when to achieve that.

SPEAKER_02

Let's talk about the five-year plan real quick, just in a summary, a bullet point. Uh, in five years, our goal is to have 100,000 units out. 50% of our revenue will be through AI insights, and the other 50% will be at from mailbox as a service uh as our subscription um uh service rolls out. And then we're looking to 20x our our company valuation in the next five years. So that's that's the plan we're executing on every day. You know, um it's fun to watch the share price, sometimes it's not, but it you know, every day you greet it with you know optimism and you know um anticipation. What's today gonna bring? The reality is it's the market, nobody knows what what it's gonna do. Um, but but what we do know is if we execute on the vision and really um kill it like we like we always have, uh it it doesn't matter, we're gonna overcome everything. So that's what I would say. Um I want to play a quick Aaron Rogers reference when the uh when the Packers, when he was with the Packers and they started out like 0-3 or something.

Market Volatility And “Relax” Mantra

SPEAKER_01

Five letters here. Just for everybody out there in Packer Land and yourself today. R E O A Relax. Relax.

SPEAKER_02

There you go. That's what I say. We're gonna be okay, guys. Uh we're gonna be.

SPEAKER_00

And when I'm stressed, Dan texts that to me. It's great.

SPEAKER_02

That's right. Relax. Uh I never have to send it.

SPEAKER_00

I know.

SPEAKER_02

Because the things are so great here.

SPEAKER_00

It is, it is really fun.

SPEAKER_02

We have fun, and you gotta have fun.

SPEAKER_00

And uh one of the You know why I'm stressed? Do you know why?

SPEAKER_02

I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's because I care so much and I know how much like I know what we're building, and I want to just not stop. It's it's all my it's all on my own.

SPEAKER_02

So we're never gonna stop. We're gonna we're gonna get there. You know, this um kind of a what something I'm liking it too is, you know, we we got to the public market, we got 40 40 million dollars uh uh capitalization for 40 million. That's a ton of money. Yeah, it's not really a ton of money, like you think it is, but it's a lot. Um, and my thing was let's be a submarine, let's put 40 million dollars on, let's go underwater and go way down range and and re-emerge

Submarine Strategy And Autonomy Vision

SPEAKER_02

uh with this huge uh you know, world-changing product that nobody's ever seen before. Uh works like a charm, all these great partnerships, just flip that switch and uh and dazzle the world. And I think that's that's what's really gonna uh have a monumental uh impact on everything we're doing here. So um if you were with us you know through our crowdfunding, we had a great trajectory, kept going. Even when we went public, I was really proud on day one. I could say not one person had ever lost a dollar in this company. Uh, you know, we went up to 40. Um, you know, we closed above our our reference price of 13 bucks. So, you know, I felt a little bit vindicated, a little bit off the hook, and everybody could kind of regroup at that point. Um, and we want to build on that momentum. Unfortunately, today we're down a little bit uh you know from that point. But um we have so much in front of us. Let's not get focused on that. If you believe in our story, what we're doing, you know, we're at the intersection of AI and autonomy. Uh where autonomy starts, that's where we start. You can have a locker over here, a mailbox here, but when you have an arrive point, you had all the element of autonomy. Uh robots, drones, unmanned vehicles, that's all of our patent portfolio. Nobody else has that but us. So if you believe that that's the future, nothing's gonna stop us, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and the platform and the network behind it, it's a it's it's a lot of power right there. The um I did want to mention the wane, right? Or the buyback. That's what I was gonna talk

Share Buyback Rationale

SPEAKER_00

about. Is that so we did talk about the stock price earlier and whatnot, and a lot of people had questions about Dan's announcement that we did a $10 million buyback, a share buyback. So explain what a buyback is.

SPEAKER_02

First of all, we didn't do a $10 million, we announced announced up to. Yeah, let me let me explain that to you. Thanks, Kai. Um, a lot of big companies announce share buybacks all the time when they think their stocks at an you know at a great value. Yeah, we think that too. And it sounds a little counterintuitive because we're a growth company and we're taking on capital, but you know, we think that we're, you know, these are forward-looking statements, these are my or our board opinions. Uh, you know, your actual opinions may vary. I just want to get that out there. But um, you know, we feel like we're historically low. We we we are actually, um, and that these are great values to be buying stock. Uh we think that'll be a creative to what we're doing. So to the extent that we've got excess capital on our balance sheet now or in the future, we want the um permission, the ability to to seize on these shares at these historically low prices. Um we believe, you know, where we're going is somewhere big and we want to, you know, latch onto that value. We also want to signal to the market that um we believe in the company. We think that's important. Um and uh uh we also want to, you know, if there's any short sellers in our stock or anything like that, wanted to do a shot across the bow on that and just say, hey, you know what, we believe in our own story, we're gonna be buying, uh, and we think uh others will too. And so for a lot of reasons, that was uh why we announced that. Um we did get board approval. You have to have your board of directors approve things like that. We did that prior to announcing it. Uh we were active in the market last week after the announcement. We have purchased some shares back already. And as time um as the opportunity um you know avails itself, we will be active in uh buying more. It's just gonna be uh kind of a formula of things that we're looking for uh to pull the trigger on buying more stock.

SPEAKER_00

So as shareholders are listening to this, they're probably thinking, so what does this mean

Investor Meetings And Growth Signals

SPEAKER_00

for me? How does this impact me?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, well, when when the company buys shares back, it it actually lowers the float, uh, which makes um the dilution less, and it helps um, you know, if if we had a big volume day of buying, it would, you know, create a higher momentum, a tighter, uh more linear um price um effect on stock. And that could work going down too. So um, you know, I think that you know, we're I don't know. I we feel like uh the reason we announced this, we feel like our intrinsic value in the company with all the IP and and uh all the um assets that we've built to date uh are undervalued at this point. And you know, we want to get in there and signal that. So anyway, um if if you're with us, thank you. Right? Uh I I all of our shareholders, I get communications every single day. I I just want to thank everybody for all the support. You know, you guys are in the trenches with us. Uh you're buying shares, your dollar cost averaging, you're hanging in there, you're you're uh sending messages of support. Um, you know, nobody can ask for anything more than that. And I it's so humbling every day. I you know I've had a lot of people confess to me that, hey, you know what, I love being on this journey with you. If I lost everything, um I wouldn't be upset. And you know, that nobody ever admits that. So that is that's about as touching for me as it can get. Um nobody's gonna ever let that pressure off of you. And I don't take that lightly. I'm just I'm just astounded every time somebody tells me that that they're that's how they feel about this company. I think that was echoed when we went, you rang the bell. Yeah. You know, 400 people out there, um, and just all the mutual love. Everybody had something in common. Uh people all met for the first time, and uh, we are all instant friends because we share this bond and this passion for what we're doing here, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, absolutely. So there's been a lot of encouraging words. And for everybody who has sent those, thank you. It's been wonderful to receive them. Um, you know, and then I guess finally, let's go back to talk about the conference. Um, so Dan, Nirav, Mark, and Todd were out in New York last week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I know you came home Thursday morning. Um, but it was a whirlwind. They presented first thing Monday morning and then just had back-to-back meetings the next 72 hours.

SPEAKER_02

30 meetings in three days.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Met with investors, um, investment bankers, uh, lawyers. Uh, you know, just it was uh just an all-out uh blitz. Uh, you know, and obviously we're talking company strategy and you know, kind of inside baseball, what we can do to uh, you know, support the shares and uh and get this in the right direction where we know it should be. So um a lot of exciting things coming off of that. Hopefully you guys will see the fruits of that here in the near future.

New HQ And Hiring Surge

SPEAKER_00

And since our team has grown so big, we're kind of outgrowing our office space right now.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And so maybe we'll maybe we'll move soon.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we are. We're gonna move. Let's just let's just announce it. We haven't put anything out on this yet, but uh, we're getting really close to a deal on a new corporate headquarters. I would say look for the signals, guys, right? We're hiring, you know, I say we're literally 10x in our workforce, going from about six WTs to 60. Uh we're moving to a brand new, not a brand new, but to us a brand new uh headquarters, uh, which is going to be you know something that we we'd all be proud of. Um and I think I think the signals that you guys are seeing about how we're growing and what we're doing, I think it's definitely a sign of a company on the rise.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. Right. A hundred percent. I mean, if um if you just didn't pay attention to the stock price at all and just saw us for what we were building and what we were doing, you would be like, this is awesome. They're going somewhere.

SPEAKER_02

I want to I want to be a part of it. So so if you haven't joined, come on in, right? If you join by more, just kidding. Uh what else what else is on our list here? I want to make sure we're covering everything.

SPEAKER_00

Well, we're at 15 minutes, you guys. How long, how long do you want to listen to Dan and me? I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

All right, maybe you should go back and erase some. I don't think we've exceeded we've exceeded some of that. Um, I'd just say, uh, why don't you show some of the pictures from New York when we do
