Friday Vibes And Office Energy
SPEAKER_01Happy Friday, everybody. We like to say Fry Ye.
SPEAKER_00We don't like to say Frye, whatever the hell I want.
SPEAKER_01Frye.
SPEAKER_00Okay. I'm going with whatever.
SPEAKER_01Yes. It's uh more device.
SPEAKER_00Please.
SPEAKER_01Welcome to the Dan Show.
SPEAKER_00Whatever this is.
SPEAKER_01We have a good, we've got some good energy around the office.
SPEAKER_00Always, always. Every day. Every day. We I come to the office just because it's so good. I never go home.
SPEAKER_01No, you are here quite a bit.
SPEAKER_00I love it.
SPEAKER_01In and out meetings, lots of things going on, behind the scenes as always. But this week we got some pretty cool news. Um it happened in September, but we just found out about it.
SPEAKER_00Which thing, which thing are you talking about?
SPEAKER_01There are so many good things you don't even know where I'm working on.
SPEAKER_00We got some pretty good news.
Big News: Russell 2000 Induction
SPEAKER_00We've got a ton of, I don't even know what it is.
SPEAKER_01So one thing, uh well, I want you to the the the Russell the Russell 2000. Yeah, there you go.
SPEAKER_00Does anybody know what that is? The Russell 2000? You've heard of the S P 500, the Fortune 500, Forbes 500, uh S P 1000, or yeah, Russell 1000. All the different indexes. Yeah, there's a ton of indexes, and we got allocated into um the Russell 2000. That's huge. Um, you know, there were three inductees, um, Aero Group, AIRO's or ticker, us.
SPEAKER_01This was in the industrial category, right?
SPEAKER_00That's right, yep. And the third one was um Voyager Technologies, and they're actually a multi-billion uh 7.8 billion. Uh no, I don't know if it's 7.8 billion, but $2.3 billion company. I'm gonna just show this to you. If I can figure out where we go here. Can you guys see it?
SPEAKER_01I'll include it later. But that's the official announcement from the Russell Index.
SPEAKER_00Yep, that is amazing. That is um that's that's really huge. I can't believe it, you know. Um, so we we keep hitting these huge milestones, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um, and you know, and this you don't solicit these. That's just you earn it.
SPEAKER_00You can't solicit it. Yeah, it's it's all quantified by you know metrics that we can't control, market cap mainly, and things like that. But it I think it shows the trajectory of where we're going and the awareness that's all around derive AI. So keep keep putting the word out, right?
SPEAKER_01It's really neat. We're gonna be able to soon make a lot more content of our behind the scenes work going on because we're moving into a brand new building that's doing all my thunder. Well, I want you to talk I mean I just have to keep it moving, you know.
SPEAKER_00Kylie should it's the kind of segue artist. Okay. Well, let me do it. You do the segue and I'll take it.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
Moving Into A New Headquarters
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00So we will soon be able to show you a bit more behind the scenes because we're moving to a brand new building, not brand new, but very new, yeah, due to us. Check out the pictures Kylie will show you here, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'll put them on the video.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, this building is amazing, 30,000 square feet. It's everything a NASDAQ company corporate headquarters should be. And it's really close to where we already are. So we're not disrupting any uh employee you know logistics or anything like that.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00So it's exciting. Uh got a lot of work going on in the building right now, repainting some new flooring, a bunch of cubicles. Um, it's gonna be amazing. I can't wait for you guys to see the picture. We also have front edge on the highway so you can see the arrival AI branding. Um getting some signage, some cool. Maybe Kylie can show those renderings.
SPEAKER_01For sure. Um, it's neat because there's gonna be a prototype uh assembly line, basically, this manufacturing space, which is gonna be cool to show because our team has just exploded.
SPEAKER_00It has. There you go. That was the next thing I was gonna talk about, all the new people.
SPEAKER_01And I'm ruining this show.
SPEAKER_00You really are, you're killing me. Can I say, can I, is there anything I can share first? We you know what? We were hiring, we were about in the 40 range, maybe on people right now. So we're right on schedule, um, you know,
Team Expansion And Roles
SPEAKER_00getting to the number that we've been saying by the end of the year. So it's it's a lot of people to digest, right? I I have to confess I don't even know everyone's name. That's a good thing.
SPEAKER_01It's a lot at once.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I was I was traveling a lot and people are coming in with me when I'm not here. Yeah. And so uh I wanna I want to know everyone's name.
SPEAKER_01It's been really neat. They've had workshops and brainstorming sessions and um to come up with solutions and ideas and the way their brains function is just fascinating, you know.
SPEAKER_00They say that about us.
SPEAKER_01Oh, for sure.
SPEAKER_00In in not maybe the best way. Right. But what are you guys thinking over there?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, your brain works that way. Um, but just you know, software engineers, AI experts, um mechanical engineers, product product development, supply chain.
SPEAKER_00I'm not gonna help her anymore.
SPEAKER_01We have all the things.
SPEAKER_00We do, we do. But uh what else? You can now you can give me something because I'm trying to remember what else we had on our list.
SPEAKER_01Well, so now you need my help.
SPEAKER_00I do. I'm beyond help, but yes.
SPEAKER_01You are leaving Monday to go to
New York Trip And AI Panel
SPEAKER_01New York.
SPEAKER_00That's right. That's the big thing. It's gonna be exciting. Going to the Maxim Conference, um, present. I've got excuse me, I've got 20 one-on-one meetings. Yeah, and then I'm doing a I'm on a board or a panel, sorry. Um, and I'll be discussing Arrive AI and the AI in the in the uh in the market and that kind of thing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's an AI and software panel. And Dan is representing Arrive AI, and there are four other panelists there, four other companies represented, and it's all about um how each company is using AI in its roadmap in our case, right? And in their products and what they're developing um from software services to actually using AI in a hardware is kind of what we're doing, which is cool. We're using it in different ways, but right, right.
SPEAKER_00So can't wait to get out there. There's gonna be a lot of opportunity for exposure. Um and that's great. Any any exposure is good exposure, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Just like PR. Any PR is good PR.
SPEAKER_01And going, well, that's debatable, but I think I think it is. I think it is. Um it's neat that you're going into it as representing a company that's on the Russell 2000.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's cool. Right? Um I should get a a button or something.
SPEAKER_01Announce it. New inductee.
SPEAKER_00Every time I meet somebody, I want to say Dano Tool, A-R-A-I of the Russell 2000. That's what I knew.
SPEAKER_01NASDAQ listed.
SPEAKER_00That's right, Nasdaq listed. I'm like a kid in a candy store. Right. I'm gonna peek in the Nasdaq window, guys.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you should look on our socials for that video because it never fails when Dan goes to New York and he's at the Nasdaq market site, his eyes just twinkle.
SPEAKER_00It's true. I I'm pinching myself still. And when I stop doing that, that's gonna be bad for everybody. I'm never gonna stop. I'm never gonna stop. Let's uh let's keep raising the bar and having fun and you know doing what we're doing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's amazing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we have um a couple of our team members are going out to New York as well this coming or like next weekend, um, hopefully, for like some drone demos with our unit and everything.
Hospital Deployments And Early Impact
SPEAKER_01So we'll have more to come on that as long as everything goes according to plan. Um, we do have some fun things happening at Hancock Health.
SPEAKER_00Uh Are we doing like a Halloween dress-up thing?
SPEAKER_01We are. So um, our office manager, Angela, she's going out to Hancock Health on Monday, and she is going to dress up the robot in Halloween.
SPEAKER_00I'm sure there's gonna be balloons that test to this thing somehow, right?
SPEAKER_01And we're also participating in Hancock's trunk or treat, which will be neat. So we'll have the robot out there and then our media day coming up. We do have a media day coming up. Um, there'll be many more announcements on that. We'll issue a press release and whatnot with that information. But it is exciting because uh the system there has been up and running enough to start to quantify some of the data, which um we've found it is uh really reducing the time spent running errands, you know, for these healthcare workers, giving them more time with their patients. So that's been great. They've been wonderful to work with.
SPEAKER_00That is great. Um, what else can we talk about?
SPEAKER_01I think that's pretty good.
SPEAKER_00I want to sneak in uh I just thought of the share buyback.
Share Buyback Clarified
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I just want to touch on that. As you guys remember, we announced up to $10 million of a share buyback, um, ending at the end of Q1 in 2026 up to that point. Um and I just want to address for housekeeping reasons, uh, it doesn't mean we're buying a full $10 million. We didn't even have $10 million on our balance sheet when we made that announcement, but there's things out there that if they culminate, we could result in us having substantial capital on our balance sheet. If that is the case, um, one of the options that we might have in front of us is uh a share buyback. Uh I will say that we have been active in buying some shares back already. So um I just want to clarify that. I know there's been a lot of speculation about that. I just want to clarify that. Uh, you know, in that announcement, we wanted to do a couple things. Wanted to signal to the market uh, you know, that we feel like the stock is undervalued. Uh we also wanted to do a shot across the bow of anybody short selling our shares uh in our company uh and let them know that you know there could be a looming uh buyback. You know, we do have a small float of our shares out there. Um and so you know, small moves can create big moves. So um wanted to get that out there. And I just want to clarify for everybody, um, so nobody feels like we you know misum directed anybody or anything on that. Uh if you read you know, we did get board approval for that. And if you read the press release on that, yeah, there's a lot of disclaimers where we might purchase all of it, we might not purchase any. It could happen now, it could happen later, it may not happen. All those things. I just want to be clear about that, but and I wanted to give you the reason behind why we did that. And uh, you know, we did kind of put some money where our mouth is, um, and we continue to evaluate opportunities and what what's the best uh use of capital um and where we're gonna get the best uh ROI for the company and its shareholders. So uh keeping that in mind, just wanted to share that. Um we're gonna be moving in the next week or so, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, next week we'll start to move in. It'll be a phased-in approach, but it'll be the beginning. Um, it's been a lot of work because they not only did we purchase the building, but we have renovated it as well.
SPEAKER_00So it's we were leasing the building.
SPEAKER_01We're leasing the building. That's what we're doing. Sorry, leasing the building. Um there was a lot of renovation that went into it. Absolutely. So um some updates, brighten the place up, put in some arrive green inside. That's right. It's looking good.
SPEAKER_00Arrive green always brightens everything up,
HQ Move Timeline And Renovations
SPEAKER_00right? There you go.
SPEAKER_01We had to add a bunch of cubicles and because we have a growing team.
SPEAKER_00Yes, we do. Uh yeah hey, it's exciting stuff. You guys call me if you need to talk. Uh always here. Um, love our uh pre-public 5000, the OG 3000. You guys are great. Um just a couple other things I want to say. Linda Elliott, uh, Tim and Linda. Uh Linda's one, they're a couple of our great investors. Uh Linda had a heart attack. There's a GoFundMe page that we put up to support. Uh if anybody sees any way to help them, they didn't have insurance and they had a quite a quite a large bill. I'm glad to say that Linda is recovering. She made it Go Linda. So uh anyway, try to help out and part of our team, right? Uh our community.
SPEAKER_01I'll put the link to the GoFundMe in the caption.
SPEAKER_00That'd be great. Hey, one other thing I'm gonna throw out. I just thought is my son Reese has a company called Joy Coast. Uh he does wooden watches and sunglasses, joycoast.com. Uh love my kid. Uh if
Community Shoutouts And Closing
SPEAKER_00anybody wants to go on that uh website and use my promo code, promo code dad, gets you 25% off. Uh it's our way of giving back to you guys.
SPEAKER_01So did you ask him if you could do this?
SPEAKER_00No, I didn't, but he he gives me full discretion. He knows uh I'm his biggest supporter. So um anyway, I'll leave you guys with that. You got anything else you want to?
SPEAKER_01No, I think that's perfect.
SPEAKER_00Okay, did I leave anything out? Is there anything you else you want to say? No, okay, I'm good. Yep. Okay, we might be able to do that.
SPEAKER_01I'm trying to think of something I want to steal your thunder on. And I am uh let's see. I don't know. Darn it. That would have been good.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Well, we'll get you next time.
