Open And Momentum Check
SPEAKER_02Another day for a Dan show. We've had so many awesome announcements lately. Um, boy, the last two weeks has been going fast. Amazing. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Turbulent.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. We are going to have a special guest today. So stick around for that. Yeah. You're going to want to meet her.
SPEAKER_01That's right.
SPEAKER_02But until then, we've got a lot to get to.
SPEAKER_01Hey, we've been going with a lot of rapid fire dances, right? Yes. But we've got a lot of exciting things, right? Mm-hmm. Yeah. So what do we have?
SPEAKER_02Well, first, um, do you want to get to addressing some questions or do you want to talk about fun announcements first? Which way you want to go?
SPEAKER_01I think fun. You always go with it. Let's go fun first. Let's go.
SPEAKER_02Just this morning, let's start with the newest stuff.
Peachtree Corners Smart City Installation
SPEAKER_02We sit on a press release announcing our installation outside a Curiosity Lab in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This is huge. If you don't know anything about Peachtree Corners, please Google it and look it up. I actually linked it into the email that went out today just about the smart city component. They are leading the way in innovation and smart city um infrastructure. And we're now part of that.
SPEAKER_01There's some, there's a really big company working with this too, right?
5G Partnerships And Visibility
SPEAKER_02There is. We have a bigger announcement coming at some point, um, working on some things, but uh T-Mobile is one of the residents inside of Curiosity Lab. And so it's been interesting because they're um providing the 5G that will help power the arrive point. Um, so it's just really neat to see how these installations grow our potential partnerships and just our name in general, getting it out there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Uh Arrive AI working with T-Mobile, working with the city, uh Peachtree Corner, Smart City, a lot of exciting things happening. Uh, you know, going public has really put us on the on the map, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Great credibility, access to capital, everything that we knew would happen. It's happening.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So you know, um, former Carmel mayor Jim Brainerd, he was one of uh Carmel, Indiana. Carmel, Indiana.
SPEAKER_01Roundabout capital of the world.
SPEAKER_02And it he really was
NASDAQ Credibility And City Outreach
SPEAKER_02instrumental in putting Carmel, Indiana on the world map. He designed, yes, all the roundabouts, but so much more.
SPEAKER_01He was safest city in the US, best place to live in the U.S.
SPEAKER_02So many things. So he is um an advisor to Arrive AI.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_02He's working very closely, and he says that since we have hit the NASDAQ, it's gone kind of gangbusters in his conversations with other city leaders across the United States, just they're seeing this and they're recognizing the need. And uh Peach Tree Corners, not surprisingly, was the first.
SPEAKER_01They were great, great for them.
SPEAKER_02So let's uh but a robot will be coming and getting things and taking it around. The city, I mean, it's just so cool delivering to our unit.
SPEAKER_01It's it's really it is, it's surreal, right? Lots happening so quickly. And thanks for being here and making that happen with us too, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And then um, just ahead of that announcement, Dan, you had a big day yesterday as part of the Maxim Conference.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, Maxim Tech Conference.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's 2025 virtual tech conference and uh about innovations and um autonomous delivery was a big part of it. There are a lot of drone companies as panelists, and then you had a whole half hour to talk about Arrive.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it was really exciting. Got to showcase what we're doing here, how we're doing it. Um, flattered that they asked us to join. Maxim is a big investment banker in New York, and they've got their own analysts and uh all those kind of things. We want to be on the map out there, right? So yeah, it's exciting that we're getting that kind of you know, people are taking notice.
SPEAKER_02It was the analysts asked some great questions, and Dan provided answers, I think, that a lot of people haven't even heard yet. And so we did talk about smart cities.
Introducing Board Member Laurie Tucker
SPEAKER_02Oh, we our guest has a let's bring her in and we'll come back. Let's go ahead and bring her in. Hey, Lori.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna I was gonna have everybody guess who this is, but you just you just blew it.
SPEAKER_02I didn't say the last name.
SPEAKER_01No, Lori Tucker. Laurie, how are you? Thanks for joining. Can you hear us? I'm thrilled to be here. Awesome.
SPEAKER_02So uh so Laurie Tucker, this was another big announcement we had.
SPEAKER_01Um biggest, the biggest announcement.
SPEAKER_02Biggest announcement this week on Monday morning. You might have woken up to the alert that we had a new board of directors member.
SPEAKER_01That's right. Really excited. Uh great people, great talent are all flocking to arrive AI. People are seeing what we've seen, right? Laurie, tell us. Tell us what you see and give us a little uh you know, bio. Tell tell everyone what you're doing. Can you hear us, Maury?
SPEAKER_00Well, I I'm excited to be here. Um I'm I'm sorry. Oh, I can. Yeah, I have my audio on.
SPEAKER_01We got you.
SPEAKER_00Can you hear me? Yeah, we got you. Oh my god. Technology, you know, it's supposed to be perfect, but it's not. So someone can can create, you know, one that picks up your voice and automatically turns off your mute to be a millionaire, chillionaire. Well, I'm excited
Laurie’s FedEx Background And Last Mile
SPEAKER_00to be here, Dan. I met you three years ago by phone when we were in when I was introducing Mark Ham to you. Mark and I'd worked together at FedEx, and I loved working with Mark. He was such a star and such a great innovator. I learned so much from him. Sometimes I had no idea what he was saying, but you know, that that was challenging and I didn't understand. And he would explain it to me, and I felt like I learned so much. You know what? I'm thrilled that I'm a part of Rob.
SPEAKER_01When you said that when we met recently, uh it it made me feel better because because I was thinking that and have you say that validated that I wasn't I wasn't wrong. If I can need you to come down here, come on, Mark, talk to the common person here, you know. So yeah, keep going.
SPEAKER_00I know he has trouble doing that, but he's he's he's he's so smart. So doesn't it kind of validate how smart he is? We can't have no clue what he's saying, but he knows that's what's important. Um I loved getting to meet you, and Mark lives in Memphis, and he, of course, commutes to Indy with you guys, and every so many months we will have lunch together, and he would keep me up to date on what was going on at Arrive. And why I was so very interested is because last mile was a huge part of my job at FedEx. So I was at FedEx for 35 years. I actually started with the company when it was five years old. Sounds so ancient, but it is. And um, I was 21 and I was able to see that company grow and change, change the way delivery was done. I also believe Arrive AI is going to change the way delivery's done.
SPEAKER_01And we're also being many jobs while I was at FedEx.
SPEAKER_00One of my jobs was customer automation. That was kind of back then a cool name, but it's not so cool anymore. It'd be customer technology. And we were about, you know, making enabling shipping for our customers. But the problem we were still trying to solve was last mile. Last mile was very expensive for FedEx.
Board Experience And Fintech Angle
SPEAKER_00Um, not so bad if you were delivering to a business address, you'd get multiple packages to a single stop. But when it when e-commerce started exploding, it became very costly to serve. And we were constantly trying to innovate solutions how we could make last mile more efficient. Uh, I don't believe the delivery delivery companies is solid. Um, I believe that you all are gonna be the solution. Wait, we are gonna be the solution to solving that problem. Thank you. And so I hope that my experience I know, I I I truly believe that. And I hope my experience over the years with FedEx um will be of value to you.
SPEAKER_01We're counting on, we're counting on it, Lori. Also, you talk about your experience on other uh public boards. You know, that's a great experience that you can bring here. We're able to take the take advantage of that.
SPEAKER_00Well, I used to be on the board of Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain fame was the fact that they're the mountain where the um documents are stored for the government um retirees, and and it they made it sound like a dark, dismal um well, of course, I guess all caves are dark, but this one's lit up and this one's underground and it's extremely secure and it's temperature controlled, and all of the valuable stuff in America is in that cave. I've actually been to it, it's pretty amazing. Um, but good thing the government's moving them out. That's crazy what they've been doing. Um, we I I got off that board when I left FedEx and joined a board called Alliance Data, which has since rebranded into Bread Financial. It's a financial services company. They do branded credit cards like Victoria's Secrets credit card, they do credit cards and financial services for the masses. And it's wonderful. Very um sort of edge in their use of AI. So I've been impressed.
SPEAKER_01We're gonna want to tap tap them for the arrived pay
Transportation Insights And Strategy Fit
SPEAKER_01credit card that's on our roadmap. So let's let's have a discussion about that.
SPEAKER_00Perfect. I they they would be perfect for that. And so my other board is called Ford Air, and it is a transportation company that um sort of innovated in their in the way that they were created. Um they call themselves Ford Air, even though there's no air involved. Um they serve Floridors and Airlines at the time when they were founded, and they were all about delivering airport to airport as fast as if you had flown it, but at LTL rates. So they are an expedited um LTL company who recently bought a supply chain company who does third third-party logistics throughout the globe. Their largest customer, for instance, is NVIDIA. So it's a fun company to be a part of. You know, I can relate to the transportation side. Um, we have a new CEO who's only bored about a year, and um company's really moving in the right direction. So exciting to be there.
SPEAKER_01That's great. Well, Lori.
SPEAKER_00But I'm more excited about coming on board, Robin. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's the right answer. Right, isn't that the right answer? Yeah. Kyle, what do you have to say?
SPEAKER_02Um, I am just so impressed with you. And I'm more impressed with how perfectly I feel like our needs align with your expertise. And I'm excited to see and hear what you do bring to those board meetings. And I can only imagine how your brain is going a million miles a minute thinking of different use cases for what we're offering, given some of the problems that you faced while at FedEx, not knowing what that solution was. So I can't wait to hear.
SPEAKER_01Hey, Maury, I just say great people are seeing the same vision that we've seen for the last several years. And you've you've been working on the last mile for 35 years. So we're we're ready to take all that knowledge and make it happen right here. And we're counting on you.
SPEAKER_00Fantastic. Well, I'm so excited to be part of the team, and I can't wait to learn everything I can about Arrive AI.
SPEAKER_01Lori, on behalf of me and the whole company and all of our shareholders, thank you so much for joining. I can't wait to have you back up here in person and you know, give you a big hug and uh get working together. So thank you very much.
SPEAKER_00Thank you so much for having me. I really appreciate it.
SPEAKER_01All right, we'll talk to you. Bye, bye, Laurie. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02I know she's probably gonna get tired of hearing from me. Like, what do you think about this campaign?
SPEAKER_01I don't know how how much time you're gonna get with her because I'm gonna be talking. And I know that I prioritize over you. I don't think you're gonna be able to get in.
SPEAKER_02We'll see about that. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01No, hey Lori, thanks again. Great, that's
Culture Fit And Full Board Roll Call
SPEAKER_01a big get for all of us, right?
SPEAKER_02It is huge. So not only is she brilliant and it's gonna be great and different areas that we need her, but you you just got to meet her. She's so personable and um lovely to talk with and have around. So, and that's the kind of the the culture that you're building here.
SPEAKER_01We are hey, let's let's recap our board right now. Can we do that? Sure, just so everybody, you know, let everybody know who who our board is, because I think it's really uh exciting. It says a lot about the validation of our company. Yeah. So Kevin McAdams, uh, retired uh last uh VP of last mile logistics for the Postal Service, over over 165 million addresses directly over you know the whole the whole map, uh reported directly to the Postmaster General. Uh John Galena, uh retired CFO from Allevance uh Anthem Blue Cross, $123 billion market cap company, uh retired and joined us. I think that's huge. Um Bill Stafford, uh in the past with uh Verizon Robotics, which is very centric to what we're doing.
SPEAKER_02Um I got to talk to him a lot. He was at the launch party with the other listed, and I got to chat with him a bit that day, and he's just so cool.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, really, you know, military background.
SPEAKER_02Yep, he's done a lot.
SPEAKER_01Yep. And then we've got uh Lori just joining. Right. Uh we've got uh Nirov Shaw.
SPEAKER_02Uh we see him every day.
SPEAKER_01We see him every day, whether we want to or not.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, yeah, we had his own drone business. Uh again, a very uh industry-centric guy. Uh Mark Ham, who Lori just talked about, came from FedEx, vice president of innovation, COO here. John Richeson, uh, ran a hundred million dollar division of General Motors in Portugal. He's our chief counsel and our patent attorney.
SPEAKER_02Um we keep him very busy.
SPEAKER_01We do. Um, and I think that's uh and you and me, little old me. That's right. Yeah, I I don't, I'm not worthy.
SPEAKER_02You're you're the pecking order.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, um that's why I'm I'm last. No, but and no, don't take any order off anybody else that I name. Great, great group. And uh just wanted to re-emphasize how great that is. That's I'm really proud of that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. You should be, it's great. They it seems like everybody really bounces well off of each other.
SPEAKER_01And well, uh, you know, and I've been tapped to be on several boards, and I just want to say I've turned every one of them down because it's it's onerous, it's a lot of work. So for people to join our board and make that kind of commitment and dedication,
Share Splits And Public Transition
SPEAKER_01that is that is so humbling and flattering. It really validates what I believe about this company, where we're going and how we're getting there, and the fact the fact that people want to join that journey with us, it's not something you do for fun. I mean, it's it's a it's almost like work, right? It is work.
SPEAKER_02So seems like they're excited to be a part of the um, you know, kind of what Lori was was indicating. It's it's exciting to watch a company start to run, you know. Right, right. We we were crawling, we were walking, and now we're sprinting.
SPEAKER_01I'm running so fast I'm almost tripping. Yeah, it my theory is if you're running and you trip, if you run fast enough, you'll never fall. You know what I mean? That's right. So I'm I'm tripping, but I'm running faster, whatever that means. So anyway.
SPEAKER_02Let's see, where were we um at when Lori knocked or rang our doorbell?
SPEAKER_01We were they asked questions, I think, right?
SPEAKER_02Talking about, I think we were getting into that. We talked about Curiosity Lab, we talked about conference, then we're going down to not fun. So here's here's kind of just the um line items we want to get to, where there are a lot of questions still coming in about the transition from private going to public, um, about just the share transfer process still.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. One of the things that you know, the we've we've done a couple splits. One was uh a two for one. If you had one share or that became two.
SPEAKER_02So what Dan is referencing now is people are worried that what is showing in their account is different from what they should have. And so there's math involved.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I want to give you a little chronology here. Everything's been certified by auditors, and I I'm proud to say this that every single um thing that was raised, question that was raised by an investor about thinking that they had the wrong number of shares was proven to be 100% accurate. Yeah. So I'm proud of that. I mean, mistakes do happen. When they do happen, don't be frantic. We will always make it right. And we're not gonna dig in and fight you on that.
SPEAKER_02But it is confusing given kind of some things that we went through.
SPEAKER_01Yep. So we went two for one initially. I love to split shares and build you know perceived value. People have more shares. I think that's fun as an investor. I enjoy that. Um, and so we initially were, I think we're probably the only crowdfunded company to ever do a two for one split, you know, while still that was early on. Early on. So if you were early on, you bought say a thousand shares, that became two thousand shares. Then, you know, for fast forward to when we just went public, we had to do a one for four split to get our price, our share price high enough to actually trade. There's restrictions with the NASDAQ. Um, and some people said, hey, just raise your price arbitrarily. You know, I wish we could do that. We can't. That's market integrity. Uh, and you can't do that. And frankly, if companies did things like that, no one would ever invest in a company because it wouldn't have the intrinsic value that you believe it to have. So following that progression, 1,000 shares became 2,000 shares. Then you do a one for four. So that 2,000 now becomes 500 shares. It never changed the dollar value of your shares other than the share appreciation that happened separate from that transaction. Um, so
Stock Price Context And Commitment
SPEAKER_01it didn't do anything to take anyone's value or anything. I know it's been a little confusing, uh, but that you should still have the same value stream. Um and then once we went public, we're all subject to the daily fluctuation of the share of price, the markets. Um, we can't control that, unfortunately. You know, um let's talk about the share price.
SPEAKER_02Um, let's do. We have to be uh just very, very careful, um, of course.
SPEAKER_01Sure.
SPEAKER_02And but we also want to recognize that we know that you're watching it and we're watching it too. Guess what? We are too. We are too. Every I mean, how often are we yelling? What is it? Where are we?
SPEAKER_01Are we getting any work done here?
SPEAKER_02I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Hey, hey, what I'd say is you know what? Um, we went public. We we everybody thinks we started out at 40 bucks. We had a trade at 40.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we started at 13.
SPEAKER_0113 was our reference price. That's what we came at. The stock did go up to 40, which was really cool because in that moment the company had a 1.2 billion dollar market cap, which is that's pretty amazing, right? Yeah, billion dollar um we felt it for a I'm glad we got that trade. I I I built, we built, you built every you owned uh a billion dollar plus market cap company. That's hard, that's that's big. Yeah. So that happened, and then the stock came down a little bit, and then a little more, a little more. Uh, and then now we're we've been hovering around the six dollar range. Um, it's not appropriate for us to comment. Uh, I will say this. I used to own a race horse at one point in my life, and everybody would say, hey man, is your horse gonna win today? And the truth is I never knew was gonna win, and I did win one race, but because I didn't know, I didn't even bet at that on that race, so I didn't even win. But you know, I kind of yeah, it's kind of very similar. You know, things that we're doing here that we see every day, we you know, we I think this thing I you know, I don't want to comment on what I think, but I guess what I think is I'm bullish on the stock. Um, I'm I'm 100% all in. I haven't sold one share. I just wanted to say that too. Uh that's questions. Have you guys sold any shares? This price has come down. I can tell you, not one of us has sold any shares. Um, and the thing about it is there's actually um paperwork that has to be filed with the SEC with if and when we do do that, so it will be evident. Um, so you don't have to take his word for it. Yeah, yeah, that's right. That's right.
SPEAKER_02It is public information.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you know, and I would say I'm the largest shareholder. I started the company. I inherently you're gonna be um I have more to lose than anybody, I have more to gain than anyone. If it's good for you guys, it's great for me. And I want you to know every single day I'm doing everything with this excellent team and Kyle. That's a joke. Uh to to really, you know, build value for all of us. That's what we're heads down focused on. Everything we do has the prism of how do we uh increase value here uh and really you know um do the things we need to do. Um and that's what we're doing. You know, all we can do is execute, hold it, keep our head down and really focus, and hopefully the rest all just takes care of itself. You know, um if you are a shareholder, uh if you have any questions, you guys know how to reach me rather than go out and trash us and hurt yourself in the process, you know,
Recent PR Wins And Robots In Testing
SPEAKER_01hit me up. I take every call, I own it, good, bad, or ugly. That's that's the promise of being here with us. Uh so you know, if you have something good to say, say it. If you if you don't have something good to say, like your mom used to say, you know, whatever, don't say it at all, right? Um, but you know, we all care, we're all in this together. Uh and I know people are getting upset here and there. That's part of it. You know, sometimes I'm upset. Uh, you know, um, but you know, but let's not focus on the day-to-day. Let's let's just get this trend where we want it to be, and we'll wake up and we're gonna be the next Google at some point. That's what I believe.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's what we all believe. That's why we're here.
SPEAKER_01What else?
SPEAKER_02I think that's it. I think we got it all.
SPEAKER_01Let's just let's just highlight PR releases that have come out of the state.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we have the Tankop Regional Hospital. So we are revenue number one. Actually, yeah, we're um it was revenue number one, which is really cool to be um able to announce that with an Indiana based operation. Um, we're actually it's really cool. We're testing the robot in the office um this week and doing all sorts of fun stuff. The office is just so hustle bustle and really fun these days.
SPEAKER_01What was number two?
SPEAKER_02Um number two was Curiosity Level.
SPEAKER_01No, good.
SPEAKER_02And then oh, we had go to delivery, which is yeah. Go to delivery, and then there's a million. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Are we recording? Are we recorded? Okay, done.
SPEAKER_02So Hancock, then um go to delivery, which go to delivery is huge. It's a Pharmaceutical medicine
Pharmacy Deliveries And Chain Of Custody
SPEAKER_02courier. And so by having arrive points outside of pharmacies, this ensures that really expensive drugs don't get lost in a courier system or have to be redirected back to a warehouse if they're undeliverable. They can actually be delivered no matter what, because there will be a 24-hour day secure receptacle outside a pharmacy. So whenever that pharmacy reopens or there's somebody authorized to accept that medicine, it's there. And the patient will have much easier access to retrieve it. And then it saves costs and it provides that chain of custody that prevents a lot of things.
SPEAKER_01We did the Maxim virtual tech conference.
SPEAKER_02Virtual Tech Conference.
SPEAKER_01With Lori Tucker.
SPEAKER_02Lori Tucker.
SPEAKER_01Curiosity, gosh. We already talked about that. I can't believe this is how busy we are, guys. Check all these out. You can get our website, right?
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah. All of them are there.
SPEAKER_01Everything's on our website. If you're an investor that we've identified over the years, thank you. And we're giving you emails on all these too, right?
SPEAKER_02Yep. You get emails, it's all on our socials, it's on our website. We're trying to make sure that there's no stone left unturned as
Where To Find Updates
SPEAKER_02far as being able to get you the information. So if you think of other channels where you would like that information to be, we're open for those suggestions as well. But we really feel like we're covering a lot of ground.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Tell your friends, neighbors, family, coworkers, you know, thanks for being with us. Um I hope you don't sell. I hope you'll buy more. If you have to sell, we love you guys. Thanks for being with us and getting us here. It was because of every single one of you that we're here. Wouldn't be here without you. And in New York, right now we don't have a date. I'm gonna say we're targeting July 3rd.
SPEAKER_02Targeting.
SPEAKER_01Targeting. We don't have I'm throwing it out because I want people to think about that. But the NASDAQ's being very slow about responding on that. Um, and we want to give everybody as much time because we really want you to be there. We're gonna have an epic party. We're gonna give a ton of great swag away, right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, we want to set the Guinness Booker World Record responsible for that.
SPEAKER_02So fail you.
SPEAKER_01No,
NYC Celebration Target And Closing
SPEAKER_01no, no, couldn't do that. So, anyway, that's it. Yeah, we don't want to go too long here.
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh, you're sick of us by now for sure.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we're coming back probably tomorrow with more, right?
SPEAKER_02Probably.
SPEAKER_01All right. Hey guys, thanks a lot. We'll see you soon. Bye-bye.
