River Of Prayer
River of Prayer with Chaplain Cox
You are loved — by the only One whose love has never had an ulterior motive.
River of Prayer is a Christian prayer podcast for the moments when life is too heavy to carry alone. Whether you need a prayer for anxiety, a prayer for strength, a prayer for financial stress, or simply someone to pray with you today — this is that place.
Each episode, ordained Chaplain and Deacon Minister Anthony Cox opens the Word of God, speaks directly to where you are, and takes it all to the Lord in prayer. No performance. No fluff. Just a servant, a scripture, and the presence of God meeting you right where you are.
If you have ever felt like heaven has gone quiet — like you don't know what to say to God or whether He is even listening — River of Prayer was built for you.
New episodes every Tuesday and Friday at 5 AM. Subscribe so your prayer is waiting when you wake up.

River Of Prayer
A Prayer for Breaking Free From the Old Patterns That Keep Coming Back
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You are loved — in the places you hide, in the moments you fail, and in the seasons you feel most unworthy.
Old habits pulling hard this week. Old patterns showing back up at the door. You know the resurrection is real — but the old life keeps knocking like it never got the message.
This prayer is for that exact moment.
Romans 6:4 — Just as Christ was raised from the dead, we too might walk in newness of life.
In this daily Christian prayer, Chaplain Cox brings this word before the Lord — claiming the newness resurrection has already made true, asking God to break the gravitational pull of old patterns, and declaring that the empty tomb was not just a historical event. It is the power available to you right now. One surrender moment at a time.
Whether you need a prayer to break old habits, a prayer for spiritual transformation, a prayer for new beginnings in Christ, a prayer to overcome old patterns, or simply someone to stand with you as you try to walk in the new life God has already given you — River of Prayer is here.

Thank you for allowing your servant Anthony to pray for you today. God bless you.
Hello. This is Chaplin Cox from RiverofPrayer.com. And you are loved in places you hide, in moments you fail, and in the seasons you feel most unworthy. So let's take this to the Lord in prayer. Father in heaven, your word tells us, just as Christ was raised from the dead, we too might walk in newness of life. So, Lord, Father, we claim your newness today. Not just new feelings, new life. The old has passed away. The new has come. Help us walk in what resurrection has already made true. Father, old habits are pulling hard this week. Old patterns keep showing up. We want to walk, Father, in the newness resurrection promised. But the old keeps knocking at the door. Break the gravitational pull of the old man, Lord, and empower the new man. Let us walk today in the resurrected life that the cross and the empty tomb made possible. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. And I just want to encourage you that the new life Jesus offers is not a feeling, it's a reality. One surrendered moment at a time. This is your servant Anthony, and I do want to thank you for allowing me to pray with you today. I really do appreciate it. You have blessed me today. And may God bless you.
unknownBye bye.
