A haunted swingers house. A survivor story that turns your stomach. And dating advice that actually lands because it’s paid for in real life. We’re joined by Daphne Minks, a creator behind Vortex 29, who shows up with humor, patience, and the kind of honesty that makes you laugh one minute and sit in silence the next.
We talk about her past in the public eye, what it means to carry a controversial name, and how stalking and fear can reshape every choice you make. Daphne breaks down heavy metal poisoning in plain language, including mercury exposure and the “Mad Hatter” kind of disorientation that can make you doubt your own reality. We also get into why isolation can be healing, how education can become a lifeline, and what it looks like to rebuild your sense of safety from the ground up.
Then we go straight into the messy heart of it: relationships, secrecy, cheating, and the red flags that show up when someone can’t share who they are. We dig into fantasy, shame, and the difference between being truly desired and being tolerated. Daphne also opens up about estrangement and parental alienation, and we connect it back to attachment, self-worth, and why so many of us end up chasing familiar pain instead of real love.
If you like dating podcasts, sex-positive conversations, paranormal stories, and real talk about trauma healing and relationship boundaries, hit play. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway.

Welcome And Wine Warm Up
SPEAKER_04Hey besties, you're listening to Nothing Untouched, the podcast where we overshare, laugh a lot, and talk dating, hookups, and heartbreak, and all the messy moments in between. Hi, I'm Ivy Nohr. And I'm Scarlett May. Buckle up, besties. Nothing is off limits. Hey besties. Welcome back. In this episode, we had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Daphne Minks. She was pure joy the entire time. We had technical difficulties, and she was so patient and so kind and so understanding. We just really appreciated it. I hope you enjoy the episode.
SPEAKER_03I was drinking wine as well. I'm about three. Okay, so what wine do you like? Um right now I am drinking Snoop Dogs. Um it's really good. Don't laugh. We're not laughing at you, but we are laughing, you know.
SPEAKER_02I'm just kidding.
SPEAKER_03Okay, great. It's called 19 Crimes, and it's Cali Red, and it's Snoop Dogs, and it's fantastic. It's wonderful. What what are you ladies drinking? What are you drinking?
SPEAKER_02So me, Ivy, I'm I am drinking rolling mist at this, it's a cab. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Very nice. Very nice.
SPEAKER_04So I'm drinking Aldi's wine, Chardonnay, but I hear Justin Bieber drinks it.
SPEAKER_03Hey, I don't hate on cheap wine. I don't. For years, I was just like, oh, oh, screw caps. Oh my god. You know, and it was like, no, actually, come to find out many years later, screw caps actually keep the wine, you know, much better than a pork does. So it's like, you know what? If you're a wine snob, go fuck yourself because really there's some good cheap wines out there. Don't hate on it, you know. So I'm with you. Go off these wine. Why not? Hey, it could be good.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so can we get into the nitty-gritty with you? Are you are you good with that? Can we go ahead and start?
SPEAKER_04Good. Because um, we actually were looking forward to just be un and candid and like this is uh untouched.
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, I mean, I mean, we are nothing untouched.
SPEAKER_03So I I truly think it was it was the way it was supposed to be. I truly believe that we were supposed to have a couple glasses
Bethany St. James And The Backstory
SPEAKER_03of wine and just dish. I do know about, and I should make sure we're aware of this. You know about the Bethany St. James thing, correct? You are aware of that. No, what are you talking about? Okay, um Tell me everything. Okay, no. Um, just to be, I mean, I'm sure you guys are gonna be fine with it, but I was known as Bethany St. James for well over 20 years. Oh yes. I watched that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, sorry, sorry, sorry.
SPEAKER_03Okay, no, that's totally fine. I just but you should explain it to Ivy. Yeah, keep going. Oh, oh, okay, okay. So basically, yeah, my story's kind of weird. The reason, and this is very quick cliff notes. The reason I bought a house in a ghost town to begin with was that I was stalked for 20 years. And so backing up from that, the person that was stalking me was my parent. It was a parent. That sort of put me into a really interesting place where I became a very high-end courtesan, where I was on tour with bands and just on this, you know, salary. I became sort of adjacent friends with Ariana Huff. I put was put on the front cover of Huffington Post because my job, my life, everything about me was, you know, a freak show and you know, people wanted the expose. Yeah, that actually inadvertently pushed me to stalking. That became a major fucking problem. Major problem. I survived an attempted murder, I was on simply stalking. That podcast. Anyway, I was on Anderson Cooper, Bethany Frankel, all this other bullshit. It was just awful. And so, you know, there's that whole thing. I it it kind of put me into a weird place where I bought a house in a ghost town. So that's where I'm going with that. Is that it's I want to make sure you guys are aware there is a controversial nature to me being on your show. I just want to put that out there that people have some real fucking opinions about the same James and who she was. And I kind of revived her because Jock wanted me to. Okay. And I found that I found a lot of community through her, to be honest. I she was far more beloved than I expected. She made a very big impact on sex workers' rights, lots of things that I had no idea until I revisited it years later. So there's that. I just wanted forthcoming that it's you know, there's some controversial stuff.
Vortex 29 And Paranormal Energy
SPEAKER_03So yeah, agreed.
SPEAKER_02That's pretty heavy there, my my lady. So you just okay, so I I had to stop you right there. I'm so sorry, because you want to talk about the paranormal and like feeling things right and just the universe. I literally just got goosebumps just now, like throughout my entire body. So so the reason I asked that though is because like a lot of times, like during the the pod, there are things that are cut off, obviously, but there's a lot of times where I get overly emotional or whatever. What happens when Scarlett and I are ha or whatever you want to call it right now, but Scarlett and I are having these conversations because I I just the energy around me and the environment that I am in, like I understand like the paranormal. I've I've encountered it. My daughter and I went to the Veliska Axe Murder and had many, many encounters. My daughter and I are actually very big ghost hunters. Ghost hunters, yes. If you will. If they weren't very green, we're very green at it, but we love it, and we actually have a lot of activity when it when it happens.
SPEAKER_04They love a good haunted house, like you got. In Vortex 29, they would anytime they would thrive at your house. Yeah, my daughter would fucking love it.
SPEAKER_03Anytime at all.
SPEAKER_04I do want to ask this though, Vortex 29. How did that come about and how does that like that interest you to buy the house or buy the property or I I actually didn't know, and that's why I kind of went off on my little tangent.
SPEAKER_03I was a stocking survivor, and so I knew I okay, so after okay, I got very, very sick. It was it was heavy metal poisoning.
SPEAKER_04Oh that where'd that come from?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it was a big deal. I mean, the FBI was involved in my case, the national, you know, missing and exploited children, you know, whatever.
SPEAKER_04I'm just probably saying, Oh my gosh, but so I I want a whole episode about that.
SPEAKER_02We have so many things, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like I'm writing down everything, we have so many questions, but uh so you're you're gonna be a regular guest now because uh that is locked in there, lady. I mean, you have so much to fucking tell right now.
SPEAKER_03Right, I do, I do. I mean, and and it's funny because I I feel like it's a fine line, and I love what you ladies are doing because you're hearing me as a person, as a woman, you know, a woman that proudly owns a home in Southern California that had no idea that it was haunted when she bought it, you know, that questioned her mental health, quite frankly, and that's how I got this person uh into my life, you know, and I think I really have a lot of respect for you because it's a fine line between a freak show. Look at this woman that has just endured. I've been through those interviews, I've been through the hate campaign. Oh, good God, am I familiar with the hate campaign? And I'm you know, I'm I'm not too familiar with friendship and kindness when it comes to my story.
SPEAKER_04So oh my god, my girl like tears away. Ivy's over here tearing up because you know, you know, I'll share a little story to you. Ivy and I we worked together for quite some time before we realized that we love love the same things. We're going through the biggest, toughest deal of our lives. Uh I'm divor I got a divorce and she's going through it being single, and we're both on these dating apps trying to meet these men that we feel are wonderful in our lives, and they fucking suck. It's amazing, actually. It's it's a battlefield out there. It really is.
SPEAKER_03It's uh I love your show. I no, I'm very familiar with your show. I love it.
SPEAKER_04I really genuinely wanted to be a good that's so amazing. Yes, thank you so much. Thank you so much. God, to hear that. That to just to hear that, that is just like like tearing us up. So I wanted to see. I'm fangirling right now. No, she I you we have her number. Like, how much does it cost to book a trip? Yeah, through your house where there are nice weekends.
SPEAKER_03Come here and visit. Like, there's no charge. I mean, on the website, it shows that there's like you know, this big exorbitant charge. I would just love the company, I would love people to come out and investigate. I would love for people to come and see how it seems amazing place. Absolutely no charge, just absolutely.
SPEAKER_02So when we get done here, we will definitely um eventually you know catch up, obviously, after the show, and then we will privately put something. And I love it.
SPEAKER_04Absolutely. Um I will be scared as fuck. I'll tell you this. I I will need like I will be praying, like I will be scared. I get scared, but I know that you guys will be like, okay, calm down, calm down. I'm gonna need like eight Xanaxes or a weed. Well, I'll feel I'll feel yeah, I'll feed you for interesting.
SPEAKER_03I think what's interesting, you will love this place because I think what's different about it is I have what I call sex ghosts. These this house, the history very quickly behind it, is it was a swingers' house in the 70s and 80s. I don't have civil war jump out and scary fucking shitless ghosts.
SPEAKER_04I love that. What you're saying is I'm gonna get masturbated in the middle of the night, right? Because uh that would be that would be like everything I wanted in life for real.
SPEAKER_03True. I mean, it is, it's truly, it's exactly what you just said. It is, it's exactly that they get in bed with you and you feel sexy. And I tell you, when there's no extra, like or what I call organic male energy in here, it is off the chain. I put a stripper pole in, I have a full nightclub in my balls. It's yeah, we're coming. Okay, literally. It's a lot when you cook food, they come out like they they're very excited about food. They love meals and sex.
SPEAKER_04Is that what you're saying? I love it. Well, they were some new swingers clubs, so yeah. They're like, they eat, do poke, and then go fuck.
SPEAKER_03Well no, they well, all of it mushrooms up at 3 30. 3 30 is the prime time.
SPEAKER_04They're like, we just took a nap all day, we're good, we're ready to part.
SPEAKER_02Are you are you saying 3 30 a.m. though, correct? That's in the morning, yeah. Because that's a well, I mean, three o'clock is usually wicked. Three o'clock's like the woo the wicking wicking hour. I said wicking. She said wicking, witching wookie wookie. No, it's 100% true. I mean absolutely so exciting.
SPEAKER_04So I would love to ask you what's the best sex paranormal experience experience you've had.
SPEAKER_02We're dying to know, literally.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I mean, I'm gonna be real honest now that I don't have a boyfriend. I can be honest, like yes, exactly.
Heavy Metal Poisoning Explained
SPEAKER_03I really do mean it's very lonely here. Okay, let me put this into context. So I went many years, you know, being sick, and I recovered, and I suffered heavy metal poisoning, and it takes on about seven years.
SPEAKER_04What is heavy metal? I'll look it up, but I what's heavy metal poisoning? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So basically, uh, say you receive a cake from somebody and they've cracked open a thermometer from the dollar store, which is old school mercury. Oh and they put that into your food, you now have after enough of that, what's commonly referred to as Mad Hatter's disease. Yep. So if you remember, it's not actually a disease, but you know, that's what they call it. If you remember Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter. Yes, absolutely Johnny Depp.
SPEAKER_04And I fucking love him, and he does a great wait, is it Johnny Depp or the Mad Hatters? Yes, it is. I was gonna say, I love that fucking movie.
SPEAKER_03They put sort of a blue hue on him, and that's what it feels like and looks like to have Mad Hatters. So, on top of that, you have no concept of reality, like at all. Like it's really intense. The wind would scare me. I mean, and you're losing weight, your hair is falling out, you're going blind, and you're not really sure what's happening. It's really bad. And then if I'm testing you, can I intervene just for a minute?
SPEAKER_02And then it's also and I could be wrong on this, but it's also even worse because it's like you're coming in and out of it. So, like oh, yes, correct. Yeah, so like it's like you you're in reality and then you're not in reality, and then you are and then you're not.
SPEAKER_03So absolutely, oh, that is absolutely true, and it it goes the frequency that it's being administered. So, on top of the mercury, I was also being administered arsenic, cadmium, lead, heavy, heavy, heavy metals, and so I was, you know, working, my life was good. I was, you know, speaking, I was looking good, my body looks good.
SPEAKER_04You look good now, honey. Yes, you look fucking phenomenal.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I do appreciate that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you look amazing.
SPEAKER_03I do appreciate that because I am 49, you know. I turned 50 this year. No, you're not.
SPEAKER_04Okay, when
Scorpio Intuition And Sex Dreams
SPEAKER_04is your 50th birthday? I have to ask my sister turn.
SPEAKER_03Ah, yeah, October 29th. Oh my god, I love it.
SPEAKER_04You're a Scorpio! Okay, so your birthday and our visit in Halloween. Oh, wrapped into one.
SPEAKER_02So, oh so okay, we I'm so sorry. Yes, absolutely. But I I have to say this real quick. I've been cut cut this out. I don't care, but so you're you're the 29th of October, my my best friend, and I always say soul sister. It's not me, I guess. Uh, we lived across the street from each other. Long, long story, but anyways, a very, very old uh friendship over 40 years now. And her birthday is October 27th. Yeah, I know. October 27th is her birthday, and mine's November 5th. My daughter's is November 18th.
SPEAKER_03Amazing.
SPEAKER_02So we're all Scorpios.
SPEAKER_03I love it. She's a Scorpio. We all need a leaf sign. I don't care what you say.
SPEAKER_04Oh god, yeah. I I think honestly, I if I found a guy that was a Scorpio that could match my uh Libra love. So boring. Libra's so boring. We won't get into Libras right now. I need to get sex fucking people pleaser ass as you know.
SPEAKER_03Well, I mean, seriously, everybody wants to have sex with a Scorpio. Nobody wants to commit.
SPEAKER_04No, this is true. Well, it's Libra problem, too.
SPEAKER_03We are the worst because we expect complete honesty. 110%. You know what?
SPEAKER_04That should be uh every sign sign, if that makes any sense. Because we should always fucking expect truth.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but with Scorpios, it's a little bit deeper. I mean, I agree with that, but we yes, I'm disagreeing with her.
SPEAKER_04I'm shaking my head.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I don't know. Like Scorpios, we just we we are in so intrinsic when it comes to everything, and we feel everything that's out there, and so and it's true. Um, and so like to have somebody and even their energy means everything, and so and we feel it, we feel the energy, we feel the the fucking we feel when you're lying to us. That's the bad part.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, I'm like human mind detectors. I'm like, what the fuck?
SPEAKER_04And then you have to like I have learned we always question ourselves.
SPEAKER_02I'm an overthinker, but that's that's I'm an overthinker because of my my trauma in my past, though. But also being a Scorpio on top of it does not help.
SPEAKER_03Well, I'll tell you, I I question my intuition because of the trauma, but then I often remind myself I'm a Scorpio, so I know the goddamn score. Okay, so thank you. I know your mommy, get some out of here, get your shit and guess 110.
SPEAKER_02But we're gonna have an episode that is fully about dreams. Are you cool with being a guest episode on that one? Or like even like a can you do that for us? So many dreams. Absolutely. I would love to hear your dreams.
SPEAKER_04What do you think they mean a little bit? Just give it oh, there's so much.
SPEAKER_03Wow, why? Why I started laughing like some kind of maniacal lunatic? Honestly, is I mean, really, this man, and I'm I don't need to identify him, but you know, sex dreams was a huge thing, and I kept saying, I really feel as though you're acting out fantasies or things that you're doing behind my back. And it was like, no, no, no, no, it is, it is. And so I would love to have a conversation about her because when it all came out in the watch, it was like, no, I'm not gonna buy off on this bullshit that it's a movie you watch, or no, it's not. I'm literally hearing you from someone else when I'm like right fucking okay, perfect. So, you know, I think that's okay.
SPEAKER_02At another time, though. Okay, I know you I know, I know, but I have it here. I know. We only have so much. Yes, it is.
SPEAKER_04It has to be.
SPEAKER_02I'm sorry, I had to say that right then and there for some reason. We I uh we had already had it in our notes just real quick. We already had it in our notes as far as like an episode to have, but for some reason, right then and there, when I found out that you were Scorpio as well, like I knew that your fucking dreams were so much and just like your intuition is just so in tune
Secrecy And Why Partners Cheat
SPEAKER_02to everything. But so moving on though, so we have to kind of go into this a little bit further. What do you feel you have to keep from like your other partner? Like if if when you are in that relationship or you just you're now newly single, obviously. So what did you feel that you had to keep from that from well, I won't say his name, but any relationship, any relationship, anything at all.
SPEAKER_03For me, I think being a Scorpio specifically, not even mentioning the Bethany St. James aspect, where honestly the reason I was invited on talk shows every single time I was invited on anything, you know, it was about why men change.
SPEAKER_05Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, the same thing that I have said for thirty years. I grew up in the adult entertainment industry.
SPEAKER_04Oh, your pictures look really good, by the way.
SPEAKER_03Oh, thank you. I mean, really the truth is if your partner desires something visually or has a fantasy or something that they cannot share with you.
SPEAKER_02That's a problem. Right. Yes.
SPEAKER_03That's what I think would never get across to people. It is not about jealousy. Yes.
SPEAKER_04Are you a therapist?
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_04You should be you're relating to us so much.
SPEAKER_03I I feel like because of my background, it gave me a certain foundation. When I was very sick from the heavy metal poisoning, I knew that I needed to do something with my time. So I got five degrees. I went back and I got a Bachelor's degree in sociology. I got an associates of science in criminal justice, administration of justice, humanities, and psychology. I wanted to.
SPEAKER_04That's amazing, by the way. Congrats.
SPEAKER_03Thank you. Thank you very much. Thanks, Chico State, for offering some of the finest online.
SPEAKER_04Shout out lately. Shout out. Yeah. Sponsor us. Yeah. Chico shit.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I really want people to hear me. You can go to college. You can. Like you'll you can make it happen with FastFa and some different shit. You know, if you if you daff me at twistedreels productions.com, hit me up, I'll help walk you through it. Truly, it saved my life because Tico has like webcamps like set up on you know the campus and in the classrooms. And so you really genuinely feel like you're in class. Like it was like it was a real legitimate, you know, class experience. And it made me feel like a big girl. Not to sound silly, but you know, no, no, absolutely. That does not sound silly.
SPEAKER_02Bragg, listen, girl, you have every right to brag right now. I want you to brag it out. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I I was excited about that. So yeah. So I mean, I guess I'm not a therapist, but I do have a lot of anecdotal, you know, experience plus some academia behind me.
SPEAKER_02So well, not only that, but you have life experience too. And I'm sorry, but I feel like that goes far few and like far more in depth than any therapist that has no coming fresh out of college. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04So me and Ivy are each other's therapists. Well, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I think that's really the best way is to kind of like talk about it with your friends. And they're like, no girl, that's fucked up, dude. Like the way he's talking to you is fucked up. You know, and I think I mean when bringing it back to like you know, the marriage thing, why men cheat is I I really do believe if that person has such a desire for something again shrouded in secrecy, that's not a relationship. That's not there's something else there, and I fell into that. I really feel like that's what happened to me over the past 365 odd days. You know, I mean I knew this really the last relationship I was in, I only knew this person for almost to the day a year before I threw it out.
SPEAKER_02So can I ask you then that's I'm so sorry. I am so sorry to cut you off, but I now I have to ask questions. So you only knew the guy for so long. So then what was it that made you feel or even fall for this guy, or even like start like let's go from the very beginning, okay? If that's okay. Okay. So like what
Trauma Bonds And Dangerous Attraction
SPEAKER_02what uh intrigued you about this guy?
SPEAKER_03Um, being a violent crime survivor, I think it was the danger. Okay. And I'm really being vulnerable.
SPEAKER_04You know what? That fucking makes sense because it because I think that can I raise my fucking hand here? Uh because I think that's my trauma. Not my trauma personally, but we all have traumas. Fine line. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03It is, it's a swap, it's an emotional swap. Yes, it truly is. And I think that's the thing is when you're dealing with somebody that can't deal with themselves.
SPEAKER_02Yes. That's that right there. There's that right there. Yes.
SPEAKER_03There's not enough fucking cheerleading in the goddamn thing.
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_03There's yes, there's not enough. You're amazing. I love you. Here's the best sex in the whole wide world. Here's me as a human being, here's me as a sexual creature, a smart person, a person that can manage the bills, and your children, and you know, it's like fuck you. After a while, it gets to the point where it doesn't matter if they're a good person. Correct. It doesn't, you know, but you say it worth the squeeze, man. You know what I mean?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02Not with a fucking squeeze, man. That is that's a that's a caption right there. That's right. That's a quote.
SPEAKER_04That's my forever quote. That's a fucking squeeze, man.
SPEAKER_03I truly mean it when I say to you, I never thought I needed a man until I went through that very traumatic experience of being poisoned and so much and all these horrible things. You know, and I bought a house in a ghost town and I found myself three years, and I'm gonna be real, real. It was 13 years of celibacy. So I went from the hottest sex in the entire fucking world with rock strivers and actors and traveling all over the world and talking about sex and doing all this podcast shit to being in a hospital, not having anybody. I mean, I was dying, you know.
SPEAKER_04Well, of course, yes, absolutely. Well, you're not gonna want anything at that point except for Jesus to come and save you, honey.
SPEAKER_03You know, exactly. And I think I was just I often say I was so thirsty I would drink from any cup that was offered to me. I guess and I really do believe that. I do. I think that that's exactly what happened. And there's a lot of predators, yep, you know, online out of the predators. We think of, you know, six predators or whatever. Not even online.
SPEAKER_02I'm so sorry not to catch you there, just for our listeners, not even online, but like literally in person, and you can Right, everywhere.
SPEAKER_03Yes, exactly. And they're there.
SPEAKER_04So many things. Well, I have a question. What do you corner? What do you feel like you're gonna do in the future for dating sites or red flags or like do you are you going to date
Dating Again And Loving Solitude
SPEAKER_04again?
SPEAKER_03Well, it's interesting because I'll tell you, it's really good. Okay, I'm gonna be really real. Oh my god. Yes, okay. All right, here we go. We're really going into my bedroom here. Okay, that's just kind of what I'm thinking. I mean, you don't need a man. A woman, okay. Many years ago, a woman told me a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle.
SPEAKER_04I mean, sorry, that was loud. You don't need a man, do you?
SPEAKER_02I love this.
SPEAKER_04No, I fucking loved it. No, I'm laughing because I fucking love it. Like, yes. Let's go.
SPEAKER_03So, my thought here is I love my house when there's no man in it. I feel great. I can stretch out, I can watch whatever fucking show I want.
SPEAKER_04Do you watch reality TV by any chance? Oh my god. You're what? A horror fan. Yeah, I like it.
SPEAKER_02Oh, she's more she's she's yeah, she's more me. I'm uh I'm a uh like a documentary bitch thrown through film yeah, documentaries are cool, but not like she's talking about like fucking Love Island, fucking Housewives, a good lives, yeah. Yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_04I have a problem though. It's like one of those vices that I never shit about time. It's like stupid TV.
SPEAKER_02That's really why I'm gonna tell you one thing though. I'm gonna tell you one thing. Yeah, I'll tell you one. No, it's true though, but I will tell you my one reality TV show that I do watch that I can't well, two. I that's a lie. I have two. Okay, I have two guilty really pleasures. Got your ending up here, I love as blind as one of them. Love as blind as one of them. Okay, that's fucking worse reality TV.
SPEAKER_00Nobody's fucking watching. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
SPEAKER_04I will watch it now, little Libra. Listen, listen here. I will watch it, but guess what, motherfucker? It's fucking garbage, just like the rest of them. Anyways, be quiet.
SPEAKER_02There's more depth to it. That's all that matters. Okay, be quiet, little one. Over there. The other one is Oh my gosh, it just flew out the window. What's the other one I watch? I don't know! Holy shit. What is happening? Love Island? No, I do. I definitely do not watch what is it? Is it documentaries? No, it's not. True detective? Dateline?
SPEAKER_04I watched Dateline with my parents on Friday nights at 10 p.m. Hey, uh TV. Did you did you ever have those parents that were like at 10 p.m. Do you know where your kids are? My parents were like, nope, not tonight.
SPEAKER_03Oh, my grandparents were like that. My parents could have given a flying fuck. What?
SPEAKER_02Mine was the opposite. My dad raised me. And so, like, he fucking, I was his only child, and so he was so overprotective over me all the time. Like, I could not do, I couldn't even, well, eventually I learned how to like sneak out, army crawl, all that stuff, like really cool army style. Taught myself. I love it. Uh, yeah, no, but anyways, so that's how my otherwise, yeah, I wouldn't know what the world was around me. I was I'm still learning to this day what the world is around me. You know, no, absolutely.
SPEAKER_04So I can't figure out this fucking universe to save my fucking life. I'll tell you. You know what? Here's I know.
SPEAKER_02Can I can I ask you a question?
Divorce Aftershocks And Family Pain
SPEAKER_02Well, my question is is so okay. Let's just say about a year and a half ago, okay? My life was beautiful. Quinn, like this beautiful little picture. And it was the first time in a long time. Here we go. No, I'm just kidding. It's actually a very, very good. So I'm just curious when we are out take with you real quick. I'm I'm literally hanging on your every words here.
SPEAKER_03Okay, while you all decide.
SPEAKER_02Anyways, okay, so yeah, about about a year ago. I mean, literally, my life, I loved my life. Everything was great, ran good. And it's been a long time coming. I just got a long-term relationship. I was in the happiest point of my life. Took me a few moments, but then the other part of it was that my daughter was also not living with me. She was 16 at the time. So, I mean, happiest time, but like lowest time at the same time. Yeah. Um, but I I felt at peace in a way. Does that make sense? Like I felt certainly does. Oh, it's okay. Yes. Certainly does.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. Yes.
SPEAKER_02So, but then, so I am so big on like you know, universe and positivity and and everything that comes around you and about you. And within I I'm gonna get emotional.
SPEAKER_05Oh, she she she honestly.
SPEAKER_04She doesn't like to cry, but she we have emotions on here.
SPEAKER_03I must do it, girl.
SPEAKER_00Really, we're here for it. Um we're here for it. Within the last year and a half, I mean, you well, I mean, like six years. You're making me cry. I'm sorry, but because she knows about it. I know.
SPEAKER_04No, we're here for it. Really. I'm trying not to because I'm like trying to keep my composure.
SPEAKER_00I all of a sudden lost myself again.
SPEAKER_03And I yes, it is so okay to share. You are among friends, like you have no idea.
SPEAKER_04Like you have no idea. Yeah, no. No, I tell her to. I mean, like we get worked up and then we like cry and then because we have like we have the biggest hearts in the fucking world, I'll tell you that. We have like the most sensitive hearts, and that's why we relate to you so much, is because you made me feel like I'm this sounds so stupid, but you made me feel like home.
SPEAKER_00You make me feel like I can like tell you anything, and so thank you for that. You can't, and I'm so wild. Like, I've never told anybody. I'm never in my own. I'm so sorry, but like, yeah, I lost myself. I'm I'm gonna be 40. I'm gonna be 42.
SPEAKER_04I got divorced. Get out of here with it. Anyways, I got divorced. I got divorced when I was it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I got divorced by the time I was 25. Failed relationship after failed relationship. You know, raised kids by myself, had a hardship with my son. I really want you guys to hear me.
SPEAKER_03I really understand every single thing you're saying. I really mean it. I choose, I I do, and I think you'd be surprised how many people out there are relating to exactly what the fuck you're saying right now.
SPEAKER_02You're amazing.
SPEAKER_03What you're saying. It's true, it's true. I don't mean that you're trying, but I want you to talk. Yeah, everybody's truth is valid, and everybody deserves to be heard and talk about their experience. And isn't that why you started a fucking bot? Yes, absolutely. We're 110%.
SPEAKER_02Yes, 110%. Yes, we love you so much already. I can't wait to give you a big old hug.
SPEAKER_03I just want to give you a big old hug right now. You guys are amazing, but please, I really want you to pick up from where you were, like truly, just I need I need to know now what what is it, you know. Tell me. I'm dying to know.
SPEAKER_02Sorry, yeah, sorry, we got distracted. So yeah, no, so yeah, I had to choose my daughter over my son, unfortunately, and things got really hairy. And a long story short, short story long as we always like to say. Um things happened, and unfortunately, the bond never got like re mended with with the son. So just been always the daughter and I, and and there it is. And I just I don't know if it's if I'm scared of commitment per se, you know. You're not scared of commitment, I've been I've been listening I don't know. My daughter says I am, but I've been to therapy, I've I've talked to them about it. They say it's a lot to do with my past. But my problem is it has to do with your past. Well, I know, but my problem is I have mommy and daddy issues. Like I have both trails of the road there, absolutely, you know, and so it's like, now what?
SPEAKER_04Like, what do I do with that? And I'm a Scorpio on top of all of it. So I'm like, oh my god, I have so much like Scorpio hindrance. I love everybody, but I hate you all. That's like, let me just throw that Scorpio in there.
SPEAKER_02No, it's but it is true because I my my thing is I love everybody, but I hate everybody at the same time. I and I I relate more to I would I would have a room full of fucking animals over I would have a fucking room full of people at any point in time in my fucking life. I would be in the middle of a goddamn fucking forest over and and and lost over being in a room full and a crowd full of people. The more lost I feel, the more found I feel.
SPEAKER_04I I can't not say I gotta give her a shake because I'm looking right at her. I'm so sorry. I'm looking right at her and I'm just like, bitch, cut it, cool it.
SPEAKER_03And she's like, no, I get you. No, I do, I do. And here, I really seriously, this is something I've never had an opportunity to speak about. Please do. I can relate to you. I think I you have no fucking idea. Like you're speaking my language, and I'll tell you why. And and I I'm really thrilled to hear that because this is a samz sense.
Parental Alienation And Estrangement
SPEAKER_03So I never talk about the fact that I have a daughter.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Oh, oh my god.
SPEAKER_03Honestly, she is gonna be very upset, probably if she never hears this. But I do have a 30-year-old daughter. And here's the thing having been in the adult entertainment industry and who I am, and that I'm so like out there, and I own this hot house, she hasn't spoken to me in years. Yeah, it's it's a heavy subject, no matter what the reason is, I learned about something called parental alienation. Okay, and Google this shit. Yes, I learned about this, and it made me feel much better as a stigmatized mother. That's a word, it's a newer word, but it's a you know, it's it's a word, right? Basically, what that is is in my case, this child, while I was on tour for years and years paying the bills and you know, doing you know, everything I could as a mother in my mind. You know, this child was being fed a different story. You know, and that story was that mommy doesn't love you and that's why she's not here. Yes. And you know, these sorts of things. So whatever that situation is, or the details, or the minutiae, you know, of somebody else's situation, it's all the same foundation. Some motherfuckers talking shit about you, end of fucking story. You know what I mean? That's what it is, and poisoning your child against you. You cannot combat that. And that is a real psychological phenomenon that happens for children where they love the parents, but they have been told for so long what a fucking piece of crap you are. That it's real hard for them to intertwine those threads and create a fabric of some sort of a relationship with that parent. Yeah. And so for myself, I had to, as the experts say, get to a point where I love that child at arm's length, but unfortunately the damage has been done. There's not a fucking thing that's gonna make that kid feel any differently. They're a free-thinking adult. And once you realize that, they are a free thinking entity. There's not a thing in the world that I'm gonna be able to say that's gonna change their mind. They have to see it for themselves and come to it, and they may come to it at 40 years old, and they may come to it never, you know, and that's just something that we as stigmatized parents have to accept really. And it's all experience for the death of a child, but that's some heavy shit. It is. I don't say that lightly. But if that child is never going to accept you as the loving, caring, kind person every fucking thing I've ever done since the minute you popped out of my womb has been because I love you.
SPEAKER_02No, I understand that too.
SPEAKER_03I cannot accept that. That's a hard truth, but man, that's that's just the way it is. You know what I mean? That's it's sucky. But it's true.
unknownIt's true.
SPEAKER_02No, it's it's 100% true. But the thing of it is though, too, like what I was I mean that listen, it it is a true heartache through and through. That's kind of where my dad and I were at a certain point, I guess. But ultimately, though, I just I grew up and learned like different aspects of humans too, right? So when you're a little kid, like you don't realize like the aspects of like the political
Choosing Love Without Familiar Harm
SPEAKER_02like dynamic of your family, unfortunately, right?
SPEAKER_03I feel like maybe what you're asking is like at the core, what is a relationship? And having been through this isolation period that I went through where I was with myself and feeling my girl gig, quite frankly. Yeah, that's the part of my story. I feel like maybe your listeners and and maybe you guys need to understand is I cut off from everybody. I did not have social media for three and a half years. I nobody but the goddamn bug guy. Not the bug guy. I mean, it was like, you know, I mean, literally isolation, and it was great. It was wonderful. And I had just finished that a year-long RV trip through the national parks totally by myself with my dogs. You know, I mean, I was very used to being myself, you know, by myself. I felt myself when I was by myself. I bought this house so that I had a place to be myself. I, you know, I put in things to keep myself occupied. And I really looked at my career as a partisan, I looked at my life as I'll just say it, a survivor of an abusive father that I loved very much. Exactly what you're saying. Yes. I loved him. Yeah, but it was the pinnacle as well as my stepfather. Yeah. This is what a man is. Well, they were flawed humans. And we all are. And I think that's what those three years of being alone and we'll go a little paranormal because I live in a you know a high school.
SPEAKER_04Please do, please do.
SPEAKER_03That's kind of what the what the entity sort of told me, you know, is that you're good, girl. You're good. Whoever you choose should not be from familiarity. Uh-huh. Whoever you choose should be because you fucking dig them. Because they see you with unshaved legs and think you're just as sexy as when you're wearing a burning lawn oring to fucking have to think you're just as sexy because they know your strife as a human, they know your background, they know everything about you. It's not transactional. And I think we as women, especially from abusive or fathers or relationships. Uh yes, we become very accustomed to you're only as good as your last yes.
SPEAKER_04Yes, one hundred and I actually think that us girls or ladies or ladies of the night, sometimes well, I would like to host the party ladies of the night, but that's another episode. I know. So uh I have to ask this. Vortex party night!
SPEAKER_03Let's go! Yeah, it is not a typical haunted house. These are sex ghosts, they are extremely horny and they love naked women. Quite frankly, my whole life one episode.
SPEAKER_04Well, I'm gonna show up naked and you're gonna be like, what the fuck, bitch. This is not really I mean, wait till nighttime. That's that's okay. Like we're gonna live there.
SPEAKER_02You don't want that. We're gonna fucking erupt our way into your lives, you know?
SPEAKER_03You're smart. I love it.
unknownI love it.
SPEAKER_03It's a great company.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god, stop it. I know keep going though.
SPEAKER_04I know. So so you say sex goes and stuff.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so what okay, so we have to ask now, yeah, what is your favorite like sexual or paranormal um encounter that you've had? I mean, I guess it has to be paranormal in that kind of aspect, but I would like to know the other two.
Fantasies Group Sex And Owning Desire
SPEAKER_03Absolutely. So yeah, it all I call it organic and non-organic. Organically, I'll be honest. I I really and I think we touched on this earlier and we never we got off on silly tangents.
SPEAKER_02No way, you know, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03It was fun. In general, I think what I was saying was being a single woman, like really embracing myself and just being like, what is it that I want? Hey, you know what? I like multiple men. I want to be with a lot of men. Hey, can I ask you this?
SPEAKER_04Have you ever had okay? I I like to pleasure myself a little bit here and there. Uh and guess what? So I actually have my Google my Google like types and shit for me. Guess what it is? Two man fucking me every time it pulls up. I'm like, every hole it is every hole in there.
SPEAKER_02I mean I'm sick, but wow, I'm I'm sick. I know.
SPEAKER_03A secret weirdo. I'm gonna be really real here. When I left Adult Entertainment and I started getting sick, I did some videos for fun for me as a you know, yay me under a different you know, moniker or whatever. It was just junk of garbage. It was for me, but it was five five people at the same time, and I did three of these videos, and I'll tell you, I do not regret it doing that. Say what okay, okay, I love it.
SPEAKER_02Hey, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Hold on, hold on. Before you get your questions, I'm gonna tell you something right now, okay? And I am unapologetically gonna fucking admit it. My dream job was always to own a brothel. Yeah, not you fucking own that shit. I would too. I'd be the madam out of fucking the queen. I would fucking let me go.
SPEAKER_03Yes, I'm telling you, as someone that worked in a legal brothel, and this was a luxury brothel I worked in. It's called Sherry's Ranch. You're welcome to Google it. Bethany St. James never heard of it. I mean, why not? Be an independent woman, you don't need a man, you know, unless it comes to sex, then you need several men. Why not? Hey, are you sure she's not like a long lost soul?
SPEAKER_02Are you sure we're no, we're soul sisters, that's what it is, and that's why every time I talk to you, like I just feel at peace in my heart growing to the the pot, the sisterhood, yeah, you know, there's there's never stealing, there's growing. Absolutely, and I love to have more like-minded people like myself because it's very hard because everyone thinks that I'm weird.
SPEAKER_03I don't think we are. I really seriously, I don't mean to be all like you know, serious or whatever, but I'm telling you, I don't think we're weird. Yeah, I think if every woman is honest with themselves, which is exactly what I said about the whole fucking cheating thing and all that shit. Yep, yep, if you guys we appreciate that. I love that. Yes, I mean surely. It's like am I gonna be amazing? You are so fucking amazing. So happy that this, you know, I mean, I I just want to say this. Am I gonna be happy to hear that my mate, my partner, my whatever, is into something totally different than me, something I'm not into. Well, is it something you can get into, or is it something that's just offensive to thine eyes? Exactly. You know what I mean? Yeah, and that's where it gets into. Yeah, and I have a fucking relationship with this front. Exactly. You know what I mean? Truly, and so I really feel like women, you know, specifically women, I know there's dudes listening to this, but there's gotta be if there's not, we got a real problem. We got a real problem.
SPEAKER_02A couple of them out there.
SPEAKER_03Here's the deal, man. Really, do you feel like a sexy vixen when you're alone with that man? Do you feel hot as fuck when you're with that person? Fantasy fully fulfill you as a sexual being, or are you doing it because he's not gonna fucking like you if you don't?
SPEAKER_02Oh my god! All right, all right. I have so many things with that. Okay, so here's the thing. We're gonna have to cut this sometime, obviously, tonight, which is fine.
SPEAKER_01Only uh two hours. I am now holding, so you're gonna have to you, you starlett, are gonna have to write that down. I know, I know. No, babe, that's why I'm giving you a penny paper. We'll cut it again.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god. I'm kidding.
SPEAKER_01I'm getting the whole fucking night. Now I'm the yeah.
SPEAKER_04Anyway, listen, goose moving forward.
SPEAKER_03Hey, listen, goose.
SPEAKER_04You guys do not if you don't post this in the raw, I'm gonna be oh girl, uh it's gonna be no because you know why we're gonna do that? It's because you're in the raw, and that is no, I mean, I mean, that's what we're about. Is like so much for being in the raw and being owned.
SPEAKER_02Letting us be ourselves. Let's not just say that.
SPEAKER_04Have you not like ourselves? We've been crying, we've been laughing, we we've been doing that.
SPEAKER_03I really mean that. It's been it's been absolutely beautiful, and I truly mean it. I mean, I really am just who I say I am, and there's nothing we need to cut out. I really it's totally fine. What I fucking said, I'm the Scorpio. I fucking say it's a good idea. Fucking say it. Say it, Max. Say it.
SPEAKER_04The best part about us is like we're super honest in like yeah, we went in conflicts before on well, we just seen it.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02I mean, we do it, we do it all the time.
SPEAKER_03Oh, I totally get it, but I'm letting you know I am such a purveyor of the human folly, as they say. I mean, there's nothing more beautiful than watching a person just be a person and say whatever the hell comes to mind. You are so amazing.
SPEAKER_02You are so that's no, thank you so much. Like, that's literally what our podcast is about. Is like we just we don't have a script, we just we literally just fly off the seat of our pants.
SPEAKER_04We do pretty well.
SPEAKER_02Andy and Ivy are looking at each other like, I can't believe she is so fucking awesome. We're going out to Vegas. We're going out. My slide's fucking book. Yeah, so hey, so exactly what I said. Like, we're gonna we're gonna get together after this and we're gonna definitely
