In this episode of Saturday Service, recorded live out in the park at Austin, Texas, we explore a powerful and often overlooked way to activate your magnetism — by reconnecting with your inner child. Many people try to become more magnetic by changing how they present themselves on the outside, but true excitement and presence begin within. When you reconnect with the playful, curious, and expressive energy you had as a child, something shifts in your field. People feel it.

In this live conversation, we dive into a new perspective on magnetism and why the individuals who light up a room are often the ones who have reawakened their sense of play, wonder, and authentic excitement for life. Through questions, reflections, and intuitive insights from the group, we explore how reconnecting with this part of yourself naturally activates the kind of energy that draws others in.

SPEAKER_01

Alrighty, beautiful humans. This is a little something something. Call it I Find God. Here we go.

SPEAKER_00

I find God in the breath I breathe. Early in the morning, I find God listening to burn sing with gratitude and glory. I smile, I create space, I close my eyes and meditate. I find God in mountains, basking in sun showers, or underneath the trees, or out amongst the flowers, wandering in the green in all of Mother Nature's power. A fine God with my family. Oh yeah, I'm my side. I see heaven when I look into my mama's eyes. My daddy is the winner, so is my brother and sister.

SPEAKER_01

Back up single You're hired. Beautiful. So I have been yesterday I hosted, well not hosted, I was on, I was on a panel with uh with an event for South by Southwest to while I was there. It was great, and then later I hosted a workshop and I did a little bit of the structure that I do here at Saturday service, which is so fun, so great to have this new audience, new people that are maybe like new to intuition, learning about reflections. And I sang a little song, like I sang for all of you here. And one thing I shared in the beginning that I want to share with all of you, and it's one of the reasons why I love music. One of the reasons why I have been so drawn to music in my life is because it's allowed me to get out of the indecisions that reside within the mind. It's allowed me to get out of the day-to-day second-guessing who Nikki is. When I'm able to sort of like put that stuff out on paper, out into a song, I was able to express and articulate me. Whether that was an imbalanced version of me, that was a feeling highly resistant version of me, I was able to express that self. And I remember the first time, I remember the first time that I was on stage. I think I was, let me see what age I was. I want to say 10, was one of the first times I was singing and I was on stage. And I was pretty shy in my life leading up to this point. And it was really a beautiful experience for me because in that moment, hi Tansy, welcome. In that moment, I began to realize that I can be loved for engaging with activities that bring me inherent high-level soul joy into my life. And it was pretty fascinating because for a long time I'd want to hide those parts of my personality. And I did for a while. Then when I made it out to like high school, 16, 17, I started to express those parts of myself. But I'm sharing this with each of you because I think we all have something that we're drawn to that gets us out of the mind. And this is really what Saturday service is all about. It's about getting out of the mind, getting out of the indecision that resides up in here and seeing if we can begin to access the heart and get into the intelligence that resides within the heart. There is actually what science calls a mini heart or a mini brain that exists within the heart. There's a number of neurons that exist in the heart, and the heart and the brain are communicating with one another. So, what would happen if we began to confirmation of the truth? What would happen if we began this process of intentionally finding ways to get out of the head and connect deeper with that higher power? Whatever it is that you guys subscribe to by getting into the heart, there's two access points and connecting with source. What do you guys think that they are?

unknown

What? What?

SPEAKER_01

There's two access points to connect with source. Two chakras. What are they? Crown and heart. Yes, crown and heart. You got it exactly. The crown, that's sort of our, it's sort of, I like to think of the crown chakras. It's your spiritual sense. It's sort of like being in another country. Your third eye is like learning the language of that other country. So this is an actual an access point to source. One of the greatest portals in connecting the source is also the heart. And it's sort of challenging because the mind is combative. When we set the intention to connect deeper with the heart, we're having to sort of like face all those unresolved fonts of resistance and negativity that arise within the mind. Now, today I want to focus on something pretty specific. We've been hosting webinars, creating clarity webinars. We have been hosting a we're actually going to release a podcast on this on Monday, one of our creating clarity webinars. We host them every Wednesday, and we're actually posting one of them to the podcast. So that's going to be out on Monday, and it's about magnetism. We talk about how to begin accessing magnetism. Now, as you guys will begin to realize, we're posting the audio from Saturday service. And each week it's going to be the same topic, but from different viewpoints, from a different angle, different stories, different ways to look at whatever that topic may be. This week it's going to be magnetism because we're posting the webinar on the podcast. Today I want to focus in on magnetism, but go a different approach than we're talking about on the podcast. And I want to talk about connecting with your inner child. So I want to ask a couple of you guys here, what does it mean for you guys to connect with your inner child? And then we're going to tie it in on how that increases magnetism in our life. You. Go. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Okay. Love that. Kenzie, what do you got? Love that word. Yes. Deep sense of safety. Great. Jonathan, what do you got? Your hair child is like your highest self. Yes. Yes, your most authentic self. Now, for you guys, we've got two more of you. I'm gonna ask you guys this question. You guys can rochambeau who goes first, or rock, tape or scissors, who goes first. Uh how does that increase our magnetism, right? Like, there are certain people, when they walk in a room, it feels like everyone's heads turn, and it's like, wait, who is that person? They don't even say much, right? Certain people that are, you know, have quite a bit of notoriety in the world, they seem to have this star quality, this magnetism. How does connecting with our inner child, how does that increase that magnetism? So when we walk in that room, people are like, whoa, who's this person? What do you guys got? Who's the rock, paper, scissors? Let's see. Rock, paper, scissors. Okay, genuine.

unknown

I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

I thought I could great. What do you got? Yeah. They're walking in their light. Yes, absolutely. An ingredient, and we do talk about this in the webinar, but an ingredient of increasing our magnetism in the world is realizing, hello, welcome.

unknown

Hi Chelsea.

SPEAKER_01

Hi, Chelsea, I'm glad you made it.

unknown

Thank you.

SPEAKER_01

You can sit with Jonathan here. He brought this for both of you, right? He knew you were coming. He felt it intuitively. Yes. Well, welcome. We are just talking about today increasing our magnetism by connecting with our inner child. And we're sort of exploring how does connecting with that inner child. Now you guys laid out a lot of good reasons as how to begin this, like why connecting with our inner child. Well, the the ingredient, one of the ingredients we talk about, is connecting with the aspects of you that are unique. When you first arrive on this planet, you don't have the world's ideas of who you should be, right? You don't have the world's paw prints all over you. You are connected with your inherent high-level magnetism already. And like you said, when you are connected with that inner child, there is a certain level of excitement, zest. What's the word that you used?

unknown

Magnetic.

SPEAKER_01

Um there's some other way, yeah. Yeah. Fill in the blank. Hi friends! Look at you in town. It's alright. That's sort of the Saturday service theme, you know? It's sort of it's it's it's the it's the parking. It is the parking. You in town for South by Southwest? Nice.

SPEAKER_02

We went to go see some Highland Cows this morning.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, really? I wanna see those.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, they're like, I love them.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I want to see those. Um that's on my bucket list.

SPEAKER_02

That was my Christmas.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna I'm gonna do that. I've just like I was meant to hear that.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Well, this is great. This actually all ties in with what we're talking about. Which is no no, you're you're you're totally good. It's all divine. Right? So we're talking about increasing our magnetism by connecting with our inner child. And let me ask you all y'all this. While you're hanging out, was it baby cows? Did you feel cows? Yes, highland cows, okay. Did you feel more connected with the essence of who you are? Okay, why? Yes, you love animals. Great. At your core, and I sometimes I hesitate to say this because it can kind of come across a little bit woo-woo or a little bit like I'm trying to sound cute. But I'm gonna say it anyway. At our core, we are unconditional love. Now, what if we were to hear that past this the stranger sitting behind in front of a tree here, you know, saying that in this sort of cue? What if we could hear that, hear it past that and like ask ourselves this question: what does it mean to connect with the love that resides within us? And when we feel that high level of joy, we'll begin to like emanate a higher frequency and a vibration. The reason why anyone is excited to see anything is because there's something unique about it. We see the value behind it. The reason why we would see an incredible mountain and want our heads to turn and look at this beautiful mountain in awe is because we would recognize the aspect of this mountain that are magnificent, that are brilliant, the purpose that it serves. Really, simply for our gaze and all these other reasons, right? All the life that it supports, there is just this intuitive knowing that it's significantly increasing the goodness, the joy, the equanimity in our life. When you see a magnificent mountain, when you're hanging out with these baby cows, you're probably like, wow, these baby highland cows are increasing the goodness in my life. Right? There's something about it. So the question is, do some people on this planet have magnetism and then some people don't? Is that a yes or no? Let me see, thumbs up or down. No. Yeah. We all have it. And I kind of like to look at life like a math equation. What if we can begin to realize that who we are at our core, that inner child, is magnetic, right? Because that that inner child is not valuable because. I used to say that, and I had a social media comment go, what if you were to take a word that word because and go, you're valuable? Not because, because I used to go, you're valuable because, period. And I was like, I like that a lot. You're valuable, period. You were born that way. It's the way that you were built and the way that the mountains were built, valuable, beautiful, significant, incredible. But many of us, we downplay our magnificence because we had this spark within us. When we were children, we had this spark. We were drawn to, when I was a kid, I've shared this here before, I think. I was drawn to like, I remember at one point in my life like hunting for spiders for whatever random reason because I don't necessarily have an ink drawn to them now, although my favorite superhero is Spider-Man. I had a uh a draw to a lot of different things. But then as we progress in the adventure life has to offer us, and we go through the traditional education system, we get told that those aspects of ourselves aren't valuable. Or for whatever the reason, maybe like we're picked on in school, maybe our parents didn't know how to facilitate and activate our connection with knowing the aspects of us that are valuable. And really, anytime that I get to work with anybody, the message that I sit that I share is this isn't a changing journey. Yes, your life will change. Absolutely. You'll begin to experience life outside of you change, but this is a more remembering journey. It's remembering who you really are. One of the first times I connected with my inner child, it's really funny. Well, first I started bawling tears, right? But then on the other side of those tears was this bright smile. And I had a friend with me at the time that was sort of guiding me through this inner child connection with self. And what I realized in that moment when he started asking me questions, my inner child was fine. My inner child had all this wisdom to offer me. We tend to think, let me go give that little that little child love the love that that child needed. And I realized that this inner child within me had just an array of wisdom to offer me. That inner child was actually fine. And I actually embraced a hug from my inner child. Right? We talk about these practices of let me go hug and embrace my inner child. I was like, I'll take the hug. Thank you. And it was a really interesting way to look at things because it was a union of self in that moment, right? It wasn't going, I have all the answers, I'm gonna hug and embrace my inner child. It was going, that little child is so connected with source, so connected with their magnetism, so connected with what allows them to be special and unique. I'm gonna embrace their love. I'm gonna absorb the wisdom from them. You have kids. Yeah. Really? Yeah. Good to see you. Yes. Yeah. No, no, no, that's that's spawn on. And it's Layla, who you all know, with her puppy Prada. She is little Prada, this little puppy's nine months, ten months at this point. No work today. Nice. I like your priorities to come straight here. Love that. Uh so what was I gonna say? So, Prada, I really want you guys to understand this because we tend to do this with our inner child. We tend to downplay the value, the information, the intelligence that our inner child has to offer. And animals are way similar to children, right? Those Thailand cows, a lot like children, right? So, what do I mean by this? Well, again, Prada has all these lessons to offer. Really, her existence is a lesson. The frequency and vibration of the love that she emanates. It's easy to sort of dismiss when we're walking down the street with Prada and you see smiles light up from people's faces. And I take this initiative now in my life to really like look at that past what we maybe like an adult, ugh, we don't like that word, uh, would would sort of be like, oh yeah, just this dog that kind of makes people smile. Well, think about what that does for somebody's life. They see that dog, their heart opens up, they smile, now they're gonna interact with their friends in a little bit more of a friendly manner. Joel, my friend here, is also like a little puppy. He walks into rooms and intentionally smiles, as you guys can see, right? And any of you here, you have that bright light within you. What happens when you smile, like little Prada? You open somebody's heart. We tend to sort of downplay the importance of that, but think about how that literally can change. I want you guys to hear this, it's gonna sound crazy, the trajectory of somebody's life. By legitimately connecting with the innocence of who you are and realizing your value resides within your smile. Your value resides within your play. Yes, we're on the spiritual path. Yes, I know a lot of us are ambitious to learn esoteric information, learn advanced protocol, learn about our intuition. But man, when I began developing my intuition, I started to intuitively look at the the high-level advanced techniques that reside within appreciation. And the percentage of people, which is like 99.9999% of people, that dismiss how advanced something like appreciation is. If you think animals aren't smart, well, they've mastered unconditional love. Heads up, the reason why dogs are even on this planet, they're here to serve us and teach us unconditional love because humans have not learned it. Children are actually way connected with that unconditional love as well. What a question? Shoot. Yes.

unknown

I've been getting like a lot of terrifying around this.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

I was like, I need like what is the action Isn't that funny?

SPEAKER_01

Like I think I think Yeah, yeah. Yes. Yes, a hundred yes, it's a hundred percent. And it's sort of like reflective of how we'll respond to things. You know, because I know children are probably like the most reflective thing. And when we say reflective in here, what we mean is that if all of life is a reflection of our energy, that means the obstacles, the adversity, it's reflecting something in our energy, right? So if Elle's children are yelling at her, she's going, okay, where in my life do I feel that am I doing the same thing to myself? And we have these eight different areas of our life where we could be doing the same thing to ourselves, right? Where we're sort of yelling at ourselves, being hard on ourselves in these other areas of life. So if we can begin to take what I like to call radical accountability for our lives and go, okay, how can I shift this? Then that's how we begin to attract a life that's in accordance with abundance, life in accordance with the, with, with goodness. And I want to say one thing about this accountability thing. If everything in this universe has both positive and negative aspects to it, components, where does the slippery slope reside within taking accountability for your life? Like how how how can that turn into a negative? And anyone can answer, even though I'm pointing it out.

unknown

Start blaming yourself.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Right? So it's like, okay, I'm gonna take radical accountability for my life, and then you start to go, this is my fault, I blame me, and it doesn't feel good. That's not accountability. So anytime that I go into that place, I'm go, I'm gonna take accountability, and it doesn't feel good. Like, and and sometimes it won't, it'll not feel good because your ego, and that's where discernment where you learn to play with discernment. I love the nuance that exists within wellness, spirituality. So you so it's not when you take accountability, doesn't necessarily mean it's gonna feel perfect, but if it feels like blame, I like to reframe and go, okay, this isn't about blaming me. This is about knowing I'm the creator of my reality, right? This is about going that I get to create the experiences in my life. And when we have these obstacles and we have this adversity, really what this brings us back to, it brings us back to that inner child because your inner child inherently has this intelligence because your inner child is closest with the all that is, the highest form of intelligence. So I want to encourage each of you this week to begin to see if you can communicate with that little version of you. All right, I know we've heard techniques out there in the world that to go embrace your inner child, to go give them love. I wanted to see if you guys can begin this process this week to see what information your inner child has to offer. Now, when you begin to exercise this intuitive aspect of the self, what can happen is doubt arises. I don't know if this is what my inner child actually. Has to say. I don't know if this is actual guidance for my inner child. What I want to encourage each of you to do is realize that we grow through life experiences and it's all data, it's all information. So if we can begin to engage with our inner child that is connected with their inherent high-level loves, their inherent high-level interests, their inherent high-level curiosities, their inherent high-level brilliance. If you can connect with that inner child, there is an array of brilliant information that is waiting for you. Now, what are some remarkable ways, right? If today's topic is about increasing your magnetism, and we're going, okay, how do I increase my magnetism? Well, one of the ways is to connect with my inner child. What are one of the ways? I'm gonna give you guys a little hint. Elle gave one of them, that we can begin to connect deeper with our inner child. Nailed it. Why? You can answer why or someone else. You can too. What's that? Yeah, gratitude appreciation. Why does that connect us with our inner child? Gratitude alleviates resistance. Go ahead, Jonathan. Yes. Yes. Yes. The thing is, is that when you're connected with your so you so when when you're a child, your children haven't necessarily developed all the skill sets to articulate maybe advanced information. It doesn't mean that they're not embodying it. It doesn't mean that it's always organized in these perfect ways. When Elle's children are screaming, that's probably actually an advanced skill set. Maybe she can give them a little bit of boundaries of where to express their screaming. Hey, go in this room and get it out, right? Yeah, scream and appello, go scream and appell. But they're connected with expressing themselves authentically. What's that? Yes, because when they feel that resistance, it's like, let me express myself. Very normal. Yes. Let me not be but be a people pleaser. Let me be honest. And then we go through the world and we're like, okay, I'm gonna learn how to lie, I'm gonna learn how to people please, I'm gonna learn how to suppress my emotions. Appreciation, it brings us back to that essence because your essence is unconditional love, is appreciative, your inner child is wildly authentic, so it brings you back to authenticity. So we're gonna get into gratitude groups, and we're gonna play this game that we play each week. And we're gonna partner up. And all you're gonna do, you're gonna share something that you're appreciative of. And your partner's gonna go like this. So if Elle and I are going, feel free, Elle, to share something you're appreciative of with the with me. Okay, and all I'm gonna do is this, ready? Why?

SPEAKER_03

Because it's a little light right here.

SPEAKER_01

So it is okay. Love that. How does that invigorating feeling bring you back to your own coaress?

SPEAKER_03

I like initiate these little moments where like literally while we're talking, it's opposite.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Alright, alright. That's great. So then I'm gonna keep asking questions wherever I'm intuitively polled to ask. You guys might be a little worried. I don't know what to ask. You want to lead them to expand on their appreciation. When do you feel the most loved in your life? When you feel understood. A lot of the times we dismiss actually what we're appreciative of. So if we can begin to understand why we're appreciative of what we're appreciative of, right? I get to work with people from all around the world in one-on-one sessions and intuitive reads. And if I'm ever helping someone with a physical form and I'm walking them through this process, and I'm going, let's find something you love about your physical form. Let's some let's take something you've had a challenging time loving. And we'll go, let's say maybe your ears. They're like, How'd you know? I'm like, You think my ears are stupid? I'm like, no, no, your ears are great. Let's just yeah, it's usually not the ears, which is why I'm using that as an example. Yeah, intuition. Yeah. So I'll ask the question, what do you love about your ears? I don't know. Well, if you could never hear again, would you love that? No. Okay, do you love that you can hear? Yes. And all of a sudden there's this emotional connection with that appreciation for their ears. And then we just begin to explore why, right? Why do we love the trees? Right? Because there's this co-creative relationship, there's this even exchange that happens, right? Between humans and trees. So when we begin to understand why we're appreciative of a thing, it connects us with that inner child, it connects us with the authenticity of self. And through that process, we increase our magnetism. If we're looking to attract abundance financially, socially, with our family, in career, and we are not increasing our magnetism through connecting with who we really are, it's always gonna feel like there are these obstacles that are unovercomable. It's always gonna feel like why don't people see me for who I really am? We're gonna be in relationships going, they just didn't get me over and over and over and over again. They just don't get me. So we're gonna begin this process of taking accountability for our lives and going, I'm actually gonna intentionally connect with appreciation today. Alright, so remember your number. What we're gonna do is gonna be two minutes each. So when you hear me say go, you're gonna so you're gonna meet your partner, you're gonna meet, say hello. I'm gonna say go. You're gonna have two minutes. Share with your partner what you're grateful for, your partner's gonna ask you, start with why, and then ask questions. And then when I say switch, your partner's gonna share what they're grateful for. And then after that, we're gonna potentially switch partners, but don't worry about that right now. We might do that. We're gonna check on time. Any questions before we get into groups? Doing good? Okay, let's go. Alrighty, friends. We can make way back to our mats. We did it? Nice!

unknown

Okay, all right.

SPEAKER_01

We're gonna get into groups again, so don't worry. Uh, I wanna hear how to go. You.

unknown

Great.

SPEAKER_01

Great? Sweet. You, how'd it go? Awesome. What were some of the insights, Tansy? Go further than with whatever they did.

unknown

I was just inspired by like his likeness of being, like just centering around fun.

SPEAKER_01

Centering around fun, love that. Beautiful. Did you feel like when he asked why and began to ask questions? I know I love that background. Did you feel like it allowed you to emotionally connect more with gratitude? Yes. How'd it go for you?

unknown

I mean, yeah, yeah. I can actually feel like it's amazing being able to open up.

SPEAKER_01

Totally.

unknown

I mean, I feel like gratitude comes from there.

SPEAKER_01

So 100%. I remember the first time that I made a friend when I was in like first grade, and I just simply asked him, like, we were having so much fun, I was like, Do you want to be my friend? Right? It's like, yeah, and I was like, great, it's official, we're friends. And it's it's in that connecting with another human that we do when we're children. We're just sort of ourselves. We we get to express what we're appreciative of. I was into Pokemon and I didn't have any shame around that. I loved it, right? But then we learn how to be sort of uh shameful of our outward expression, our gratitude, our appreciation, and things of that nature. So, like you said, to connect with one another and really connect with that inner play, that inner joy, and to really explore why we're appreciative of the things that we're appreciative of. It is an absolute game changer. And I have found again this process and this adventure in realigning with the self, connecting back with who we really are. It can be exciting to learn, again, more of these esoteric perspectives, advanced techniques and protocols in regards to intuition, spirituality, and wellness. But what if we can begin to really traverse through all the brilliant information that appreciation has? What if we can begin to set the intention to get back to that childlike play that resides within us? What if we begin to realize that the intelligence, the information, the intelligent information that we're looking for is within us. It's our inner child that has an array of this goodness to offer us. Because I have found that when I simplify my life, I begin to channel all this advanced information instead of what I'm trying to be in my head, figure things out. I should have changed this thing earlier, I should have done that. When I get back to the simplicity of self and I get back to that inner child and I get out of my head, all of a sudden these downloads begin to come in. Like, like I couldn't even believe. Whether it be in my songwriting, whether it be in my teachings, whether it be in our offerings, whatever it may be, I'm accessing this whole other aspect of the self through letting go. But so many of us are holding on to this version of us that we think we are because it's keeping us feeling safe. It's keeping us feeling secure. So I want to get into groups again, alright? Be a good opportunity. We have some great music in the background, which would be great. So you guys will be able to hear each other more when you're closer. And it's something that I'm channeling now. So give me a second. This will be new because I I have it. What I think I would like to, let's see. So you guys are gonna group, okay. Alright, I like this. We're gonna get into a meditation and you're gonna connect with your inner child. Okay? Your inner child has a message to offer you. You're gonna bring about that message. When we get into groups, you're gonna share what that message was with your partner, and we're gonna play the why game again. It doesn't have to be why, it could be why, but you're gonna sort of challenge your partner to understand the direction that your child self is pointing you towards a little bit. Right? So let's say Joel connects with his inner child, and he sees his inner child like handing him this little puppy, and he's like, Okay, this is great, I kind of get it. His partner's gonna go, well, why do you think your inner child hands you a puppy? And he goes, Well, maybe I'm supposed to get a dog. Challenge him a little bit. Go, go, is it to get a dog? Or what do what do puppies make you think of? And he'll he'll share with and Joel, go ahead, what do puppies make you think of? Joy, love. So then you'll ask him, okay, is it a puppy? Or do you think? And Joel, you're gonna answer intuitively, honestly. Maybe you'll go, oh, maybe it's not a puppy to actually purchase. Maybe my inner child is telling me that I have this puppy-like play that I can begin to sit with longer in my day-to-day life. Right? And so if Tanzi and Joel are partners, Tanzy's gonna go, where do you think you can currently integrate that childlike puppy play? Tanzy's gonna go, I feel like you already do, but is there an area of life where you feel like you're not? And so Joelle's gonna go, okay, maybe within career, right? Maybe within business. Ah, okay, and then you're just gonna keep asking those questions. Any questions with this next group work? Okay. So we're gonna meet with our partners, get into a meditation, and then you guys will just turn to your partner. We'll do it that way. Okay? Alright, y'all. So let's get into you guys can close your eyes. This is gonna be about a two to four minute meditation.

unknown

Everyone dropped.

SPEAKER_01

So, children. Okay. You're like, so we're doing it right. We're gonna get into a two to four minute meditation, and then we're gonna get into the groups, okay? So you guys can go ahead and close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath and tap into your senses, right? We have music in the background, we have children in the background, we have sirens in the background. I actually want you to see if you can observe all of our surroundings, right? Engage with your senses and see if you can begin to elicit appreciation for the wonderful music, for the children, for the sirens, for the wind. The mind has a tendency to go, ah, distraction. But what if all aspects of life are bringing us back to that inner child? Do the children that are currently playing on the swing sets have a problem with the sirens, with the music, with the wind? No, they play in it. You'll see them playing in the fountains, in the water that is spurting up. You see them playing in the wind. You see them playing in the mud. So I want you to go ahead and focus in on your breath and see if you can feel the smile that your soul has to offer. And I want to see if you can connect with a six-second inhale. Hold that breath for two seconds, and release your breath for eight seconds. And continue through this process, six seconds in, a two-second hold, and an eight-second release. And I want you to go ahead and intend to connect with source energy, wherever you believe we come from. And I want you to see if you can connect with the center of Mother Earth, where a pink healing light resides. And I want you to imagine that this golden white light from source fills every single cell in your physical form from head to toe. At your own pace and your own timing. And I want you to go ahead and connect with the center of Mother Earth, where a beautiful pink healing light resides. And I want you to imagine, really just with an intention, a playful intention, that a pink light makes way through the earth, gathering all the minerals that are in your highest good to receive, filling every single cell in your physical form from toe to head. And you can intend or imagine it, or it simply could be an intention. There's a green light at the center of your heart. And this green light expands out across your heart, out across your chest, out as far as you could possibly imagine. And I want you to see yourself out amongst rolling green hills. And you see in the distance your inner child at any stage of your life running towards you. This beautiful, brilliant child filled with source intelligence that is inherently magnetic, running towards you with a message. This message might be one of a hug, embrace, it might be words. They may bring an animal, they may showcase you something, they may grab your hand and bring you somewhere. If you're confused, I want you to embrace the confusion. And I have one protocol for each of you: trust. Maybe it's confusing. Maybe you're like, I don't know why my inner child is showing me this. I want you to trust the intelligence that your intuition has to offer. Maybe it is words. Maybe it isn't objects. Maybe it's a warm embrace. Maybe they are taking you to a completely different scenario. Maybe they're taking you out into the mountains or the oceans or a sailboat. And I want you to see if you can actually feel the love from your inner child. So it's really stepping into your receiving aspects of the self. And you can go ahead and express appreciation to your inner child. Say thank you for your wisdom, thank you for your love. And I actually want you to see if you can playfully express appreciation. Like a playful expression of gratitude and love. Maybe you sort of poke them on the head playfully. But I want you to see if you can feel that playful appreciation, that playful, grounded appreciation. In the next couple of breaths, you can come on up and open your eyes. Any questions before we begin this group work? When I say switch, we won't have a time, it'll be about two minutes. We will switch partners. So just go until you hear me say switch. Go. Alrighty, y'all. Let's come back to our mats. Alright, how did it go for y'all? So good. So good? I loved that exercise. We like that exercise? Okay. It's it's one that sticks. Great. Uh okay, tell us about it. What was good about it?

unknown

The memory.

SPEAKER_03

The memory. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Sure. Did it feel helpful to express the message from your child and then have your partner ask why?

SPEAKER_03

I felt nice to talk about it.

SPEAKER_01

Nice to talk about it. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Cool.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Because I wasn't sure. I was like, these things are all like nothing. And then I was like, that's actually more easy, like less metaphorically.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I love that. Yeah, so it helps you like realize and understand more. Yeah. How about y'all? How'd it go?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like maybe like crazy.

unknown

And then like higher. It was funny.

SPEAKER_01

Like, isn't that funny how that works?

SPEAKER_03

I wanted to show me stuff. I wanted to like wear it seven.

SPEAKER_01

And it just I was like, I didn't know I had stuck in the case. Yes.

unknown

And I think that's what we're looking for.

SPEAKER_01

Really beautiful. How'd it go for you guys?

unknown

Um good.

SPEAKER_01

Joel's perfect answers. Alright. So I want to encourage you guys this week to see how you can. Y'all throw in detention. Although detention would also be noisy, so I don't know, I'd have to figure that out. Yeah, yeah. You guys are like, great, put us in detention. We'll we'll hang out there, yeah. So so I want to challenge you guys this week to see how you can begin to engage. Now I'm gonna say with magnetism, how do we engage with our magnetism? Our inner child. How do we engage with our inner child? Appreciation. Right? Go to the inner child, ask some information, right? It's a little bit backwards for maybe what you've heard out there in the world. This is a process of going, okay, I'm gonna receive information from this bright, brilliant who I really am self. We're gonna be back right here next week, Saturday, 11 a.m. We're gonna be giving more, I'm gonna do some intuitive reads. We'll do like a little lottery thing, we'll do two of them. Um, two intuitive reads next week. We're gonna take everything to the next level. Monday, we have a podcast that's on this subject of magnetism, but from a different angle. So not from the inner child angle, from a whole different angle, and we're posting our webinar. And then Wednesday, we have what's called the creating clarity webinar. It's on Zoom. Anyone can join from anywhere around the world. It's a complimentary webinar where we focus in on harnessing that high level of clarity to connect with the essence of self. I've seen you two there before, right? The webinar. So this is really great. I want to thank you guys for taking the time out of your day. You guys could have been anywhere, right? I know you typically work on Saturdays. You didn't today. Your priorities are great. I'm loving them, right? And you guys take the time out of your day to be here. Truly. Um, it just brings me joy, and I love to connect with each of you. I'm so excited for life. I don't know where I was going with that sentence, but alrighty, y'all. Thank you. Yes, absolutely.
