In this episode of Saturday Service, we gathered in a new park this week —switching things up from our usual home at Pease Park — and the energy was just as amazing!! This conversation dives into what it truly means to align with your higher self, and how that alignment begins to shift everything: your clarity sharpens, your decisions feel effortless, your energy becomes magnetic, and you naturally move into timelines that reflect your highest potential. When you’re aligned, you’re no longer forcing life — you’re allowing it to meet you at the level of who you truly are. If you’re ready to deepen your connection, elevate your frequency, and step into the version of you that already exists at your highest level, you can listen now.

SPEAKER_01

I want to thank you guys for taking the time out of your day to be here for Saturday service. Like, truly, it is a joy to get to see y'all's beautiful, shine, shining bright souls. One of my favorite aspects, I would say, of Saturday service is really like realizing and intuitively looking in at the purity of those that join this space. Like it truly brings this joy out of me that I don't almost know how to articulate. I shared it with you two last week. It's like there's this purity, and there's this, there's something within each of you that has this like pull to create something special in this world. And we we've had Saturday service for almost a year now, which is so um, which is so awesome. And you guys show up like all the time, right? Y'all are here, no matter, you know, we've been in the rain, we've been in the freezing cold. Hi, glad you made it. Um, welcome. Say hi, Prada.

unknown

She just puts 24 seconds.

SPEAKER_01

She swallow them. So Saturday service, it you know, it's it's an opportunity for us really to realize the depths of who we really are. What are some things that begin to happen through that process when we connect with the depths of who we really are? You guys can kind of popcorn them out.

SPEAKER_00

Well, yeah, like now.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there's more of a yes with life. Yeah, you start to feel more like it's like a puzzle fitting into, you know, that open space on a on a puzzle, puzzle piece fitting in, you know, puzzle puzzling, you know. Yes, you start to feel more of a um an equanimity with life, more of a flow state. What else you guys got?

unknown

The more alive.

SPEAKER_01

The more alive you feel, yes. What else happens when you connect with the essence of you? More joy. More joy, yes, you connect with more soul joy. And it's pretty interesting because I found in my life that there have been experiences that on paper you would think I should be having a good time, but then internally I felt disconnected with the essence of self, and the experience, I almost felt guilty for not having a good time with that experience. How many other people have experienced that? Yeah? Great. So, what we're gonna talk about today, we're really gonna get back to what Saturday service is all about, which is getting back to the essence of self. And there's different ways to sort of approach connecting with who we really are, but really we're gonna get back to aligning with our higher self. That higher self is the true you, it's the version of you before the world told you who you should be. That is it is that, okay? It is that version of you, and I have found in my life that connecting with the essence of self, connecting with our higher self, it allows us to have these experiences in life that aren't just fun based on conditions. Like if you look at these like sweet three precious little puppies, you could bring them anywhere and they would be doing this having a good time. Because their good time, their soul joy, and some of the other words that y'all threw out in the flow state, it's not based on anything external, it is just the essence of who they are, and the world hasn't got their ideas of who they should be launched in their subconscious because source made doggies perfect, right? Now, with us, we have this thing known as the subconscious mind. Okay, the subconscious mind, 90 to 95 percent roughly of the sub of our daily actions dictated by the subconscious mind. When is that subconscious mind programmed? Like as a child, yeah. Right of a sponge. Exactly, zero to seven, zero to eight years old, you are a sponge. You are taking on the energy. So if someone in your household has these ideas of who they think they should be, y'all being a high frequency soul, you're get it out, y'all are gonna take on the energy of your environment, and guess what you're gonna start to think about yourself? I should be someone different than who I am, right? Now, as a high frequency soul, this world is not set up for you to have success up until now, right? Now there's spaces for that, but primarily most of the world is not set up for a healer to have success. So as a little healer, all of you, which all of you here are, okay, you were attempting to help the world in the best way that you knew how. Now, why am I sharing this with you today? I'm sharing this with you because the obstacles or what you could perceive as problems in your day-to-day life, we love chaos, and in your day-to-day life, they're not your fault. Okay, they were not chosen by your human self. I want to make that abundantly clear. Okay, so these things that you take personal about you, thinking that maybe you're not good enough, you're not smart enough, you're not whatever enough, okay, your human self did not choose that. They were learned, you took on the chaos, the negativity, the fear of your environment. So this is an opportunity for us to step into empowerment. Now, your your higher self and source, right? Who you really are, collaborated to create this experience for you to hold it now. Collaborated to create this life for you so that you would go through the obstacles and realize your potential and increase the frequency and vibration of the planet in the way that you could, but the human self did not choose the things that are wrong. So now today's opportunity is for us to get back to the essence of self, right? That's really what this is about. Now, the question I want to throw at you guys: who is the higher self? Right? We're referring to the higher self, it's it's the the um unlearned part of you, it's it's the it's the part of you that before the world got its paws on you and its ideas of who you should be. But really, what what is the higher self? You guys can popcorn, Jonathan. I felt called to call you for no reason.

SPEAKER_02

I feel like it's the version of God that has reached its highest connection.

SPEAKER_01

Beautiful. I love that. What else you guys got?

SPEAKER_02

Someone told me recently that I really like they said it's the version of us closed to God.

SPEAKER_01

The version of you close oh, that is beautiful. I kind of like to think of the higher self as like, I love that. The higher self is like so source or God is the ocean. It's like if you took a cup out of the ocean and there was water, that the higher that's you. It's like it's that that piece of you that is sourced. Now, when we refer to source in here, we're sort of just referring to wherever y'all believe we come from. It's just that source of that parent energy, right? Sort of an all-inclusive word because we work with people with all different kinds of backgrounds. So, source, think of it as a filler word, your higher self is is the is the clo is that version of you that is closest to that. Now, when you bring that higher self to this human experience, that's when you begin to feel a little bit of a zest for life in your day-to-day, in your day-to-day life. That's when you begin to align with, let's say, like your highest levels of health. What happens when you align with your highest levels of health? You feel energized. If you're anything like me, you've had a lot of these experiences in life where you feel like your day-to-day, you feel like you're sort of dragging your feet. You sort of feel like, man, why is everything, literally everything, feel challenging, right? Even some of the easiest tasks, getting up in the morning. When you begin this process of purifying the relationship with who you really are, getting back to the higher self, you'll begin to realize that you're starting to activate the energy in your day-to-day life. Now, does it happen overnight? Absolutely not, right? Because that subconscious is filled with all these limiting beliefs of others who who of what the world thinks you should be. So you have these ideas about you that aren't true. So it's an unlearning process, and it takes practice and it takes actions, and it takes, let me just really highlight this for you guys. Takes resilience. It takes resilience, right? Because you are fighting up against. I don't want to be like light I I don't want to say this lightly. You are going up a current, you're going up against a current of thought patterns that have existed really for thousands of years because you took them on from your parents, your parents took it on from their parents, their parents took it on from their parents. So, congratulations, you are the one to sort of like liberate your lineage and step into your higher self, and that is why we are on this planet. What's really cool is that we realize through this process, life may change, okay? The things outside of us may change, but our internal reality, it's really a getting back to self, it's not a changing you, it's a realizing your whole and complete self. And yes, it does require a high level of resilience, and the ego is gonna fight you. It's really interesting. Anytime I'm in a session, I really have to, when I'm in an intuitive reading session, I have to make it abundantly clear to the person that I'm working with that some of the information that I'm gonna pull for them today, it may be triggering. Okay, we're not in a session for me to just make you feel good, right? We're gonna show you what's possible in your life. We're gonna show you that your higher self dreams are a lot larger than what you've been dreaming for yourself. Yeah, so that part will be exciting, might be a little bit nerve-wracking, but we're gonna look at the emotional imbalance, we're gonna look at the the needle in a haystack blockage that your conscious mind has been protecting you from realizing, and we're gonna hit some low numbers. We're gonna look at where self-love is incredibly low, where your self-image is incredibly low, what is holding you back from truly living this life that is in accordance with your spirit self, in accordance with source, your mission, and this purpose. And I say this to say because a lot of the things that are gonna align us with that higher self, with our true essence, at first they may not be that fun. At first for like a second, they may not be that fun, right? It was sort of like I was swimming in her pool the other day and it was cold, and this is just a really small example, and I could feel intuitively my higher self was called to go in this pool, and it was cold, right? This is just a super small example to give you some context. Every part of me was fighting that. I didn't want to get in the cold pool, I just wanted to lay and do nothing, right? And I get in a pool, and once I went underwater, of course I'm having the time of my life. And that's sort of a small analogy for the bigger picture of your life. The things that are actually going to align you with the things that you're asking for, at first are gonna seem a little bit challenging. So I want to think, I want you guys to think about your own life right now. What are some things in your heart of hearts that if you had to look in the mirror and be radically honest with yourself, you know that it would be beneficial for you and contribute to your high that's right, Steph. Yes, whatever, yeah. It would contribute to your highest levels of soul evolution. But it would on on the front of it, front end of it, it'd be a little bit challenging. And I want you to ask yourself this question, what could begin to happen as I begin to lean into this resistance? What could begin to happen? Now, resistance, leaning into it, is how we expand our perspectives and consciousness. Why? You I'm thinking about my thing.

SPEAKER_02

I totally think.

SPEAKER_01

So I understand. Um why when we lean into resistance and adversity in our life, is that where we expand our perspectives and our consciousness? Like, like how yeah, why, how? How does that make sense?

SPEAKER_02

For me, it makes sense because that's what I mean for the thing.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Nailed it. It is it is where your conditions reside. If we were to simplify this human experience, why we're here, we're here to realize unconditional love. So if I'm already going into the spaces that I love, well that's that's great. You think you see this now more than ever in the world. You know, there's there's especially in regards to like politics and things of that nature, it's sort of like the people that think a certain way hang out with the people that think a certain way, which is fine, and there's there's there's a place for that. But true unity is like leaning into the other side. Can we listen to the other side, show up with love and grit-that's hard. That's an actual pain in the butt because you're almost always you're also exposing your own wounds, and life is no different. That true unity within the self sort of starts out it it begins by asking ourselves this question: where do I feel resistance? Where do I feel most scared? I remember the first time I sang on stage and I was 10, and I was so resistant. You know, my my parents put me in these performing arts groups, and they saw that I had a liking towards singing and writing songs because my dad would do it, and he would play the song all the time, shake your little booty, and my brother would just do that, you know, for like you know, an hour just doing that. So I took a liking to singing and writing songs. My dad's creative, my my brother's a really good writer, and they're like, let's put this dude in a performing arts group. They they put me in all types of things in sports, music, and all these things. I was so fearful to be in this performing arts group, and I remember it would be me and like three other people, and I remember I would just feel embarrassed that I was the tallest person, and that everyone else felt like they were extroverted, and I was this really shy kid. Every week I'd be so embarrassed, and it took a second. I had to like be there for a while. Deep down I knew that I loved it, and then one day the teacher asked if I wanted to sing a solo. Little did I know. Well, first of all, I thought solo meant duet at the time. I went, Who? Um, but then what I didn't know is she she asked everybody to sing solos, that was part of it. It's like you sing in a group, and again, I was probably 10 at the time, and you sing in a group, and then you also everyone sings a solo, and it was really beautiful, like an opportunity for these kids to realize that you know they can sing and have confidence. And I sang this like these two lines. I remember it was something about a blue sky, and I remember I felt that I like I felt in that moment, like wow, that I felt like I sounded good. Now, whether I did or not, who knows? But I felt like I sounded good, and I went home with this confidence, and I began practicing for my solo. The first song was Oh, I could hide beneath the wings. Uh did anyone know that song? Of the bluebirds as they sing. Do do do. The six something like that. By the monk, I think by the monkeys. And I sang on stage in front of people and I was terrified, but I felt liberated from my own conditions. So I want to make this abundantly clear. It took a second. I was resistant. I had this natural What product? What? I had this natural inclination to sing. I I I had a I had a joy when I would sing on my own and pick up my dad's guitar and whatever. And I started writing songs like in a little journal that I had. And so they're like, let's put this kid in performing arts groups. But I was embarrassed because of external noise. My friends weren't singing. I would beg my mom to not tell my two best friends that I would sing. And this was all because of external things that I had taken on from the world, but it was the greatest source of eliciting confidence within me. Because as I got into middle school, again, I was still pretty secretive about this. I think it was somewhere around my sophomore, uh, in between sophomore and junior year of high school, I started to realize that I can share this with the world. And I realized when I loved this piece of me, and we've talked about this before. Well, life is a reflection of our energy. So people begin to reflect that right back to me. They begin to reflect back to me my love for this innate joy that I have. So again, I want you guys to begin to think about your own lives. Where is it where is there an action that you can begin taking in your life that feels maybe a little bit overwhelming? It's sort of uh having you immerse yourself into the unknown. And where does the conscious mind go when we step into the unknown? What happens?

unknown

Fear doubt.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, fear, doubt. It's not safe. Literally, do not do this. It's not safe. It's gonna come up with every single reason why we should not do the thing that we are destined to do. Okay, each of you has a destiny, and again, I do not say this lightheartedly. Now you have the opportunity to live out that destiny in this lifetime. The opportunity is guaranteed. It's like a video game. I just recorded a podcast and I actually made a social media post on this like years ago, and I came across it, and I was like, I want to re-establish this. Oh, we have another friend joining us. Um today is puppy day. Uh, I think. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think they're joining us. Yeah. Uh I want to. I'm gonna wave and see. Okay. Um there's someone behind you, sir. Yeah, yeah. Right. Um, where was I going with this, Steph? Do you remember? Podcast. You're good. You're good. Uh so I made a social media post. I made a yes, I knew it. Uh about this years ago, and then I put this in the podcast that comes out Monday, which is, hi friend. Oh, really? That's so fun. It was an accident? Yeah. I was like, oh my gosh, I recognize you. Yes, you're welcome to join us. Oh my god, there's another one. I know. So good to see you. Yes, you are more than welcome to join. Yeah. I was like, I know we have another friend here, and then you're like walking right towards us, but then I was a little unsure. I was like, yeah, okay. But here's the thing. Is it accident? Yeah, yeah. You know, is anything an accident? That's divine alignment. So essentially what we're talking about is aligning with our true self, our higher self. And how do we begin that process? How do we begin that process? I'm gonna test somebody. Everybody's like, oh god. I'm gonna test L. L's getting picked on today.

unknown

I don't know what your answer from the beginning is, but we're leaning to what we.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, leaning into what feels uncomfortable internally. Like these things that like we know would bring us high level of soul joy, but we're sort of resistant, right? Let's say it could be in regards to dating, and we're like, I know I would, I know there would be more of a connection with my higher self through dating, but we have these conditions on how we see dating. It's like, no, we have these judgments about hinge or whatever it may be. Now, the podcast thing and my social media posts, I created this this this video one time where I was like, life is a video game, it is a simulation. And I know I love this analogy because it's pretty simple to understand. And it's understanding that it's already written into the software of a video game that the main character wins. It's already written into the quantum realm that you have won. Now, it is the job of the person playing the video game to go through the different levels and experience that win. Now, what happens, Steph, if we don't get past level one? What are we gonna do? We're gonna feel sorry for ourselves? I know. Yeah. Figure out what it what can I do differently. This is where a lot of people get stuck, okay? They're going after their dreams and goals, they're coming against obstacles, and instead of going, this is sharpening my own inherent skill sets, this is expanding my perspective, this is happening for me. Instead, they begin to take it personal. Why? Because the world is not set up for high frequency souls like all of you to have high level of success. We are taught that is a learned thing to take things personal. It must mean there's something about me that is bad. It must mean I don't have this remarkable destiny that I'm meant to live out and experience and change the world in these amazing ways. If you were playing a video game and maybe you start to work with some friends, like, hey, have you played this video game? How did you get past level one? And they give you some things, you get past level one, that's gonna elicit some excitement and joy within you, right? Then you get past level two. I remember I played I played one video, so when I was little, I played the video game Lion King a lot, and um is it Crash? Yeah, Crash Bandicoot. Have you guys heard of that? Yeah, you play crash. Isn't that sick? Years ago, I actually like bought a PS2 and just bought Crash and I found it and I and I still have it now, but I I barely play it, but sick game, isn't it? Um, and then I didn't really play video games like most of my friends played, but my friend gave me an Xbox in high school, and I bought one game and it was Grand Theft Auto Confirmation of the Truth, yeah, which is what sneezing is in the spiritual world for those that are new. Um, so my friend gave me his Xbox and I bought Grand Theft Auto. Okay, who's heard of Grand Theft Auto? Yeah, okay. Violent game. But what I loved about it is that you can with the character just like run around and like yeah, you like punch people. Yeah, stop with the red light. Yeah, yeah. You can do all these things that you want. There's like free will in the game, which is so fun. But I began to realize after a while it was only fun for so long until you align with that character's mission, what it's designed to do. I got to the last level, I never finished the last level. Now, why didn't I finish the last level? Because I tried like three or four times and I couldn't finish the last level. To this day, I've never finished the last level. Well, but we could either look at that and go, Nikki's bad at video games, or you can also look at it like I didn't really play video games like my friends. I got this new Xbox, I played it. If I had stuck with it long enough, I would have lived out that character's destiny. It was already written into the software that that character accomplishes their virtual dream and goal, okay? Grand Theft Auto to kill everybody and win. So I hope that's not your all's dreams and goals, okay? For you guys, there's a destiny instilled in you that is already written into the quantum realm. It's already happened. According to science, time and space doesn't exist, it's all happening at once. So, this journey, this adventure that life has to offer, in a lot of ways, it's more of a realization thing. It's a realizing who you are at your core, it's a getting back to self because that's the unique coding that's going to be. To align you and have you experience, emotionally experience your destiny. Who in here is aware of what in the spiritual world we call ingredients are? I know a number of you are. Show of hands. Cool. Ingredients. Ingredients, so a lot of the spiritual world will talk about affirmations. What's the problem with affirmations? What do you guys think?

unknown

If your brain doesn't believe it, it's creating conflict inside.

SPEAKER_01

You got it. So, you know, affirmations, not good, not bad. But if we're saying an affirmation like, I am rich, I am rich, I am rich, the subconscious mind in an attempt to protect you is gonna go, bitch, no, you're not. Right? And you may not even hear that voice, it's just an overall feeling. I'm rich, bitch, no you're not. I'm rich, bitch, stop it, no, you're not, right? And so it's gonna start to like reaffirm, it can, that's the slippery slope. An ingredient is understanding new personas. And you can sort of utilize affirmations for ingredients, but in the same way that there are ingredients to bake a cake. In the same way there are certain, like it is a math equation to win a video game. Like there's certain things that you do, it'll guaranteed your win. There are ingredients that we can intuitively channel, tailored to each of you, that will guarantee your success. Now, the reason why I'm bringing this up is because one of the most incredible ways to connect with ingredients is by connecting with our emotions. That's a big thing that people have a difficult time with. Because again, if we're just saying an affirmation, I'm rich, I'm rich, I'm rich, we may not feel it emotionally. An ingredient of aligning with financial abundance would be the embodying the feeling of value in regards to what you're offering this world. Another ingredient, I'm gonna give some stuff away here, is feeling like there's nothing like what you have to offer in the world. So do you guys see how it's like ingredients? Like if I were to bake a cake and I left the egg out, it would not really be a cake, or left the sugar out, wouldn't really be a cake. So this is why people get defeated in going after their destiny, because they might have 80% of the ingredients and then they think they're doing everything wrong when there's just 20% more ingredients that they need. And that's what intuition allows us to do. But what I'm getting at here is how do you guys think you think one of the most amazing ways, and I see so many people miss this, that we can connect emotionally with our ingredients? Who's here had trouble connecting emotionally with ingredients? Yeah? Yep, okay. What are some ways that we can do this? If I'm want to embody the ingredient of feeling like a genius, and I say it all the time, just the affirmation itself, the brain is gonna go what? No, you're not. Right? How can I actually begin to feel that I am a genius? That's one way. Yeah, okay, that's one. Okay, great. This is great. Okay, this is great. Yes. Okay, this is great. So when you start to give the brain evidence, okay, give me one reason, Steph. I know this is a little might be a little embarrassing, why you're a genius. One reason why Steph's a genius. I can already be able to. Yeah. Nice.

unknown

Oh, that would be such a good question.

SPEAKER_02

Because I am a great caretaker for Kuma.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Do you intuitively take care of Kuma? Does most of the world take care of their dog intuitively? Probably not. So this is how the brain starts to go. Maybe you are a genius. Okay, I can get on board with that. Now, another way to connect emotionally is looking at past evidence and also deliberately taking actions that are gonna elicit a feeling of genius. So if Steph goes, okay, today I'm gonna learn more about how to become an even better intuitive communicator with my dog, and I'm gonna ask my dog something along the lines of like when what you desire to eat and what's gonna optimize your health. She might hear a different brand. In that moment, she's gonna begin to feel emotionally connected with that ingredient, a feeling like a genius. So, yes, it's looking at past evidence, okay, I don't want to overwhelm you guys, but also taking deliberate actions that are in accordance with our what we could call, you know, some call affirmation or the ingredient. Deliberately proving to yourself why you're a genius, learning something new. If I go, I'm a genius in regards to let's say I'm going business, okay? Finding evidence is great, that's gonna help me emotionally connect, that's big. But also taking a deliberate action that's gonna elicit that emotion within me is going to change everything, especially in regards to building a business. Now here's what's cool. You were built by the highest of highs, okay? That highest of highs that created the mountains, the oceans, the stars, um, this homeless person that's coming towards us, um, the the trees, the I already said trees, um, Prada, okay. Each of you has a genius within you. You are a genius. We are equally genius and brilliant and equally ignorant, right? It's through our ignorance that we get to actually experience our genius. So if you are feeling unintelligent or not realizing seeing your intelligence through the lens of source, it's gonna create those obstacles in life. If it's gonna create that disconnection from the higher self, who you really are, because who you really are is a genius. All of you are the best at the world at something. One of my favorite activities is communicating, conversing with someone, and I go, well, if everyone's a genius, let me learn something new today, right? There is something you can learn from everybody that they have something genius to offer that would illuminate different parts of your brain and get you excited and you would learn something new because you can pull that out of people. So, really, this is about realizing all of who you really are, leaning into the resistance, right? Finding ways to emotionally connect. And this is where again our outer reality begins to change when we start to remember the essence of who we really are. So we're gonna get into small groups here. Perfect. Is that yummy? Okay, so what was the idea that you had, Ashna, for groups? Did you have a little idea just now?

unknown

I decided to think white people are genius.

SPEAKER_01

Why people are genius? Oh, I thought, yeah, I thought it'd be cute to have like how you were asking us that to think, but if we all kind of or whatever, in our groups say why we think the other person is. Is genius? Okay, we're gonna get that in a little bit, okay, because I want to play with that. What I want to start with is it's a sort of a a form of gratitude groups, but I want you to see if you can be a little bit vulnerable and share with your partner an area of your life that you feel like it would be beneficial for soul evolution to lean into movement with that area, lean into the resistance. For an example, when I was a kid, if I was sitting here at Saturday service, I'd be like, Well, I really want to sing on stage when I'm scared, right? Your partner is then gonna play the why game. Why would this be beneficial for you? Okay, they're gonna show you because typically we are resistant because we're only seeing one side of the coin, right? If I have this poll to go out into the dating world and meet people, that might purify my relationship with the self. I might connect deeper with the higher self by meeting awesome people, realizing the conditions I've been placing on myself. Maybe I get rejected. How many freaking times have I shared my rejection stories here? Right? But I grew. I began to realize the depths of Nikki that I get to love Nikki that first hinge date where I got ghosted. It was an opportunity for me to unconditionally love myself. I it didn't feel good, I didn't like it, but I had to lean into that resistance, and then things began to transform with hinge, which I shared with you guys many times. So for you guys, this is about sharing with your partner. Okay, so if it's Jonathan and I, you know, Jonathan would go, let's say Jonathan shares like I'm having resistance in regards to is there something you feel comfortable sharing? Um that maybe would be different than with your partner.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so I've been thinking about how I want to expand my spirituality into like a computer.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. Beautiful.

SPEAKER_02

And I feel drawn to like tarot.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. So, okay, so then it would go. What I would start with is just I would start with the why question. I would just simply go, why? Why, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Um because I've been told that I'm very limited and that I need to develop that skill. You are going to be like I'm not doing it right now. Okay. And I know that there's I have a friend at a meeting up later that pays like $2,500 a week. Okay. And he works for 10 hours, and I'm like, that sounds like a dream.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, okay. So why um why is there resistance?

SPEAKER_02

Um, I guess I don't feel like I'm good enough. Like I don't I don't really know. I've played around with tarot cards before and I I do get messages, but I feel like I don't have the skill to beat other people.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. What do you think the um benefit of having those negative thought patterns is? That I don't feel like I'm good enough. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

That if I actually or when I do actually push through that resistance, I will see how intuitive I I actually am. Okay. That I can challenge myself and grow.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, beautiful. So you see where we're getting at with this? We're sort of like opening up Jonathan's why. Why is there resistance there? And then you're gonna just see what questions come up. Challenge yourself a little bit to see if you can guide them to see the perfection in all aspects of this obstacle, from the thought patterns that Jonathan's having with the potential negatives. One of the greatest ways to attract what you desire, believe it or not, most people don't know this. Identify worst case scenario and come to peace with it, right? So, like, in the times it has worked out in regards to dating, I remember I had to like convince myself I hope I get rejected. And it created this confidence because I let go of my conditions, and then those when things work out. One of the first times I attracted money in my business, same thing. I started going, why would it be amazing if I never had money in my business? Within 48 hours, started getting clients, and I'm like, whoa! Because I let go of my conditions. Universe is like, you got the lesson, great, here's money. Okay, so let's get into groups. Alrighty, y'all, let's gather back. Alrighty, I want to hear from you guys. So let's go with L.

unknown

How I'm talking?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. How how's that how's it going for you?

SPEAKER_02

How how'd your because it's we my topic we talked about a lot of parallels. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Isn't that funny how that works? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Literally like I had a thought this morning, five minutes before I go leave that related to that.

SPEAKER_01

And that isn't that funny how that works. Love it. You didn't see that coming. Uh no, did it?

SPEAKER_02

Um, what's the question?

SPEAKER_01

How'd it go? How was your group work with stuff? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I feel like we kind of ventured from the just like why question into like actually that was good, like a perception.

SPEAKER_01

And you felt sort of like liberated from that own your own resistance in those moments?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, she took me down the path of like why is this a good thing if I are doing that thing that you feel like you're doing? Yeah. So, you're so good, Steph.

SPEAKER_01

Steph, how'd it go for you?

SPEAKER_02

Um, also really good because we know we're very good on being logical, feeling the emotion. Yeah, we're able to connect to why everything is happening.

SPEAKER_01

Why it's a beautiful thing. Yes. How about you, friend?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it was great. Um saying, oh, are we supposed to share?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, um, like for her, it's like kind of like getting more into like uh finance finances and learning more about that to ultimately have like financial freedom.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And then I was just telling her um that this is kind of this is like what I'm actually working with is like putting myself in like something like this. Like I got a client of mine, and I just told her that like I've only been on this like a year for the last year, and I've had a really hard time because I am from Austin and all my like well, it's like nobody's on a serious jury that I've been lifelong friends with, and it's like not something that I'm trying to cut off, but I need like a new community, and so I in this entire year I just haven't done something like this. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

When Jonathan said that he liked this, I was like, okay, way to go, Jonathan. This is my thing, it's like I I just need to get up and like go right up here. So it's like I'm talking to her, who you know, it's like this spiritual girly pop right here, right? A community of people like that are on like essentially like the same 30s, I don't have that in the life. I it it's so interesting, like you're right, like there's this what feels like a limbo. It's like we feel sort of like at a crossroads between our life and then sort of what we're stepping into, and it feels confusing. It's like I don't want to leave my friends behind, I want to create new friends, how do I begin that process? So really beautiful. I I love that you shared that. I think it's really relatable. Thanks for being with us today. How'd it go for you? Um Yeah, so how was your uh your group your group work? Like any yeah, epiphanies, it feels good?

SPEAKER_02

It was good. Like initially when you asked the question, I was like, I think I'm already running into all the things I need to be doing. Yes, but then this stays like opened up in that aspect, which is uh dedicating more time to learning about finance.

SPEAKER_01

That's the that's a big one that people miss. Like simply just like taking the time to learn about it, and it could be like a five-minute video a day. It's gonna open up things in your guys' world, whether whatever that task is, whether it's finances, whether it's like learning how cars work if that's your thing, but really beautiful. I'm glad you said that. Thanks for sharing. Yes. Let's go, you two. How'd it go?

unknown

That was really good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Um, I think I had like a bit of a mini-epiphany with um, am I really scared of dating or am I scared of losing myself and my identity?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And it is, yeah. And it's scary. It's scary. It is. It was good? Breakthroughs, epiphany?

SPEAKER_02

Um yeah, we were kind of asking me what's my worst case scenario, and I was like, there is not until I just had all the resistance that just built up in my head.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes. I love that. That's that's amazing. So we're gonna get into groups one more time. So you're basically gonna share something you're grateful for, and we're gonna play the Y game. Why do we do this exercise in the first place though? Root to it. What were you saying?

unknown

It increases your vibe.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Nailed it. So why else? Like, if I say I'm grateful for the trees, that does that always elicit an emotion of gratitude? If I were to say, um, like, you know, if someone gives you a compliment and they don't feel emotionally rooted to it, some you guys are intuitive, you can feel that. But when someone goes, Oh, I love your hair, and they start to explain why they love your hair and all these things, it's different, right? So when we start to understand why we're appreciative of things, that's what allows us to emotionally connect with what we're grateful for. So you're gonna share one thing you're grateful for, and your partner is just gonna ask a bunch of questions leading you to why are you grateful and start with why. They'll share, I'm grateful for my doggy, why? And listen to your partner just you know share all these reasons why they're grateful for their doggy and then start to ask more questions. We'll go two minutes each, and then we're gonna finish out here with a little song, even though I have no guitar, but that's okay. We're gonna finish out. Listen, I get a yes from source to sing, so we're gonna finish it out. So two minutes each, you guys can get together, and three, two, one, go. Yeah, that's right.

unknown

I am a couple, but I'm also gonna make it really hard to put up with like friends and community and grab.

SPEAKER_01

Alrighty y'all.

unknown

I mean I still have access to it.

SPEAKER_01

So I'm gonna sing this out with a little song, and I'm gonna snap. Feel free to snap snap with me or not. And this is a song we sing each week, and it's called I Find God. Alright? Here we go. Oh yeah, here's your baby.

unknown

Come here.

SPEAKER_00

I find God in the breath I can breathe. Early in the morning, I find God listening to birds sing with gratitude and glory. I smile when I create space and I close my eyes and meditate. Oh, I find God, I find God in the mountains, blah blah blah, I sing in sunshine, or underneath the trees, or amongst the flowers, wandering in the green and haul of Mother Nature's powder. Oh, heady, ha little heady, ha little heady, ha little heady, hey, ha little hey, ha little hey, I find God in my family, my side, I see heaven when I look into my mama's eyes. My daddy is winner, so is my aunt, brother, and sister. Oh fun God, hallelujah, hey, hallelujah, hey, hallelujah, hey, hallelujah, hey, hallelujah, hey, hallelujah, hey God.
