Saturday Service is our church like community gathering experience designed to help you reconnect with who you truly are beneath the noise of the world. Each week, we come together in the park in Austin, Texas for meditation, connection, intuitive development, heart-brain coherence, and conversations centered around living a more aligned and fulfilling life.

In this week's Saturday Service, we explore how to cultivate a deeper soul level joy and excitement in everyday life—and why that joy is far more than a feeling. We discuss how genuine joy can accelerate your success, strengthen your intuition, and align you more fully with your purpose, mission, and the life you're here to create.

All are welcome to join, regardless of where you are on your journey.

Alrighty, beautiful humans. Hi Hannah. Thanks for joining us. Alright, we have a really special topic today because, again, like I shared with each of you that each time each Saturday service, or whatever it may be, the Creating Clarity webinars, whatever our offerings that we have, I asked Soros, I go, what's gonna be the most impactful topic that if we focus on, it's gonna bring about the greatest breakthrough. And one of the most special aspects of Saturday service is the community gathering part of it. And the reason why it's so special is because Saturday service tends to attract high-frequency, like-minded souls. So, you know, for those of you wondering, like, okay, how does Source know what one topic is gonna serve? Olivia, Steph, Hannah, all you guys, right? Well, it's because you are attracting high-frequency like-minded souls, and so we tend to sort of have similar things that are creating the current blockages in our life, and the the topic at hand is meant to serve that thing. So I haven't brought the guitar in a while, but I'm gonna actually start off by singing a little bit of a song. Okay, there's a new song I wrote. I sang it, was it two weeks ago, last week? Remember, Steph? Yeah, was it last week? Okay, thank you. Uh, I usually snap these days, but I was like, you know what? Sources like bring the guitar. So you guys can kind of think of this as a meditative experience. You guys can either close your eyes during this, you can play along. Hello. You can join us if you'd like. You are more than welcome. Yes, you can Steph can right here, yes. If you want, yeah. Yes. You you can say it right here if you'd like. That's right, that's right. Good call, Emily. What's your name? Peggy? Welcome. Yes, you are more than welcome to join us. So when I use the word source, and many of you already know this, I'm referring to wherever you believe we come from, that higher power. Okay? And this is a song that I wrote that you guys can. I sort of want you to see where your I want you to see where your your the spiritual part of who you are, I want you to see where the emotional aspects of who you are go if you allow this to be sort of a meditative thing, right? You got this guy teaching some things, he's also singing, kind of weird, kind of strange. I want you to see this as a meditative experience to align with what's what's one of our favorite words here? Equanimity, to align with the equanimity, the purity of who you really are. So this song is called Source's House. It's actually not complete, but connecting with Source. Source says, sing it. I'm like, all right, fine, bring the guitar and sing it. Alright.

SPEAKER_00

All the waves while we're growing like flowers in the sun. We remember we were built out of love, as the ones who came before us, showing us a way, when we know why we're here and why we're made in sources house, in sources house, we can do all things in sources. In sources house, in sources house, we can do all things in sources house. Our frequencies aligned with our higher self and guides, our angels teaching us how to fly. As the days keeping going, we know where we belong. Can you feel it in the words of this song? In sources house, in sources house, we can do all things in sources house, in sources house, in sources house, we can do all things in sources house. In sources house, we can do all things in source's house.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you. Thank you. You liked it? Thank you. Thank you, I appreciate it. Heck yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Alright.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

unknown

Source.

SPEAKER_05

Source?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, source. Yeah, you can kind of think of source as like the source of all. Yes, you've got it exactly. The source of all. Wherever you think it would come from, we work with people with all different kinds of backgrounds, religious backgrounds, spiritual backgrounds. And Saturday service and what we do at Source Clarity, which is essentially a school, church, school and church, which is what we founded, it's not an opportunity to change anyone's beliefs. It is an opportunity to remember who you really are, give structure, give empowerment to whatever one believes. And each of you here, it's really beautiful, have a unique mission and a purpose that source instilled within you. And so Saturday service, it's our opportunity to realign with that mission and that purpose. But if we were to stop there, right, why is it beneficial for us to understand more about our purpose that source instilled within us? Why do you guys think? What are sort of the the benefits? What is how does how does life begin to, how do we begin to experience life differently when we when we tap into that part of who we are, our mission and our purpose? What do you think?

SPEAKER_03

When you align yourself, you then raise your frequency. Yep. And by serving your purpose, that purpose isn't created to serve someone's purpose.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly, right? We attract what we're vibrational match for. So good, Emily. We attract what we're vibrational match for. So if I'm aligned with the purity of self, I'm aligned with the purpose that source instilled within me. Like Emily said, we're not, we're all we're broadcasting a frequency and vibration. Okay, that frequency and vibration science says it's just information. Okay? So the information that I am emanating out is one of alignment with purpose and joy. Now, just by my being, right, just my existence is inspiring others to align more with who they really are. What else do you guys got? What are some other ways that life becomes, I would say, more beautiful when we align with the purity of self and equanimity of our purpose? Go ahead.

unknown

I feel like it just flows better.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Like your thoughts are aligning up with like what you're doing, and then that just lines up with the hundred percent.

SPEAKER_05

The same inside of like you're thinking, looking and doing it.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Have you ever been on a boat? You're like, yeah, probably. Yeah. Have you ever been on like a like tubing?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Have you ever been like on the side of the wake and it's kind of uncomfortable, then you get like down the middle and it's straight? Well, it's really fun when you're like flying on the side, but we'll just stick with this analogy anyways. Yeah. But sort of like being on the wake, it's kind of like being out of alignment with our purpose, right? It's kind of bumpy, it's kind of like filled with obstacles. There's no rhyme and reason as to why our things are happening. There are, we don't see them. Aligning with our mission and our purpose, yeah, there's still challenges, but we tap more into a flow state, right? Because we're driven by something greater than the self, right? We're driven by the core of who we really are. What else do you guys got? What is some of the benefits of aligning with our mission and our purpose?

SPEAKER_04

But they just automatically got off the ground and got her up on the beer.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. The beer will do it. Yes. I thought that was perfect. Yes, so you get the analogy, exactly, right? And then all of a sudden, when you're in alignment, now you're back in the flow state. Now you're more into fun and all these other things. And so the really beautiful thing about understanding of our purpose, the one that source instilled within us, it has everything to do with our inherent high-level interests, our inherent high-level loves. Like, look, for as long as I can remember, I would say I've been a spiritual person. Like my dad would take us to a mountain in the town every Christmas, and he would say, This is church, right? Like, point to the tree and say, There's God. He'd point to my mom, there's God. I have a special needs sister, there's God, right? So I sort of grew up feeling as if church is all around us. And I remember I had this scenario in my life where I was in my uh my I was I was a kid at the time, and it was around Christmas time, and my friend's dad asked me, Where are you going to church? I go, We're going to Mount Diablo. He goes, What? That's a mountain. I'm like, oh. And he told me, like, he kind of explained it to me. And I don't remember him ever being like hostile, weird about it. I remember I felt like kind of embarrassed because I thought church was everywhere. And I asked my dad if he would take me to church the way that my friend's dad described it, and he did. And everyone was kind of turned away from it. But I always had this sort of interest towards the church. Couldn't explain it. I went on a houseboat church trip. It had to do with the locals town church, and a lot of the kids from the high school, whether you went to the church or not, went on this houseboat trip, a lot of kids from high school. And I just was so captivated by it. There was something about the community. There was something about at least talking about a message from a higher power. And I realized that that inherent high-level interest, I didn't realize it at the time, had something to do with what we're doing today in Saturday service. Because ultimately, Saturday service is a church-like community gathering experience. The bigger part of this vision is to continue to grow, to expand, to reach, I know, millions of lives and have people have a space where they don't feel like they have to change a part of who they are. They don't have to feel like they have to change their religion, but they can tap into the equanimity and the purity of who they really are. So I want you guys to think about in your own life. I want you to think about maybe the random interest that you've had in your life. That maybe you feel like it is kind of random and you've kind of brushed it to the side. I'm legitimately talking about like maybe you love certain dynamics. Like when y'all in your friend group, right? Is there a certain dynamic that you guys love? Maybe it's like four of you or three of you, or like, yeah, it's like one dynamic that's like your favorite that pops in your mind?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, they're dependent on. I get what you're saying.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. I've always done really well in groups of three. I don't know, I've always ended up in groups of three. Now it's funny, like in one-on-one sessions, one of my specialties is working with couples, right? Or like I've had mentorship containers, and it's like ends up being two people and they're really effective. So, like these little things, they all play a role in what we are meant to do in this world. And that's why aligning with our mission, our purpose, the one that's sourced instilled within us, it's gonna be challenges, right? The way that I like to preface it is you're raw dog in life a little bit, and what does that mean? Is that you are distancing yourself from distraction a little bit. You're becoming more aware of your wounds instead of distracting yourself with it. But today's topic, like we wrote in the Telegram uh chat, today's topic is all about how do we begin to experience more of an excitement, a joy for day-to-day life. I don't feel like we're just here to exist in day-to-day, drag our freaking feet through the mud every single day. Gotta I'm having flashbacks to all the days I've had like that. Like it's like, is that why we're here just to drag our feet through the mud every single day? Just exist, our same routines, whatever it may be. And I asked Source, what would what topic would bring about the most amount of prosperity, goodness, excitement in each person's life? I just kind of heard the word excitement. I was like, okay. So sort of like jotting down some notes, right? And Source is like, yes, focus on what brings about joy in a day-to-day experience in a person's day-to-day life experience, whether it be through conversation, like connecting with each of you, it's a joy for me. There's substance in those conversations, right? But how do we begin that process in the first place? Right? How do we begin the process of actually experiencing that joy, that excitement? Well, what do you guys where do you guys think I'm going with today's focus? Right? We're talking about purpose. We're talking about experience Jordan day-to-day life. What's up, brother? Good to see ya. I'm so used to waving at the chicks like this. And then I wave at the dude, I'm like, hey, I'm like, I gotta work on that. Um, yeah, hey. Uh um you playing basketball after? Heck yeah, you want to sit over here? Cool, stop. Um, so where do you guys think I'm going with this? Like, why how do you think we've cultivated an experience? And this is for all of you. This is for me and for you guys. How did we cultivate an experience where the conversations that we all have with each other, they're one of substance? What do you guys think? And my question's like a little vague, but I'm gonna I'm gonna reel it in for you guys.

SPEAKER_05

Source maybe is why I started with excitement for getting to me.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, really great. So law of reflections, right? You begin to experience excitement and joy in your day-to-life, and that begins to reflect back to you. Okay. But what if we begin to realize that experiencing a joy for our day-to-day life requires us to look at the bigger picture of things and to start to identify with that version of who we are, right? And if I if we can begin to go, okay, what is a life that I would like to live? Not that we're we're uh going to downplay the significance and joy of our day-to-day life, but we can start to identify with a version of us that we know we are at our core. Now, for an example, the reason why we can cultivate these conversations, because each of you has something within you that is looking to experience more prosperity, more abundance, more goodness, a life of substance. And so now you're attracting that because you saw something bigger, and then you started to make decisions in your life based on that. So, where I'm getting at with this, I want you guys now to think about something in your life where you feel a little bit stuck. You feel like there's blocks. And the question is, are you are you tethering it to a bigger picture? If I were to simplify today's topic, right, today's topic is about harnessing excitement and enjoying your day-to-day life. How do we do that? If I were to simplify it, dream bigger. That is it. And I want to say that again for emphasis. Where is that, what is that from? Oh, Drake and Josh. For emphasis. Anyways, is that just me? Who's seen Drake and Josh? Hell yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Emphasis! Okay, so dream bigger. Sit with that. What where does your nervous system go when you hear that? Right? One of my favorite things to expose someone in a session, right, is going, look, hate to break this news to you, you're dreaming too small. You're you're downplaying the significance of who you are and your purpose. Okay? That is that is the thing that's gonna begin to create more breakthroughs in your life because if your dream and your goal is just to have enough money, right, that's not exciting, right? That's not like joy-filled, like I just want just enough money to be okay. Source instilled a unique mission and purpose within each and every single one of you. Does source want you to have just enough money? No. Source is gonna work with the souls that are willing to go, I want to, I'm gonna have a trillion dollars. Now, what's source's filter system? Who's source gonna prioritize? The person that says I want a trillion dollars simply because I want a trillion dollars? Or or actually I want to see if you guys see where I'm going with this. Who's source gonna prioritize more? That mind, or what's what's the mind that source will prioritize? That feels it, that's good. What else you guys got? Okay, that's huge. What they want to do with the money. Where else though? What's what why are we even here in the first place? What's that? Helping others, helping others, yeah. Well, we're here to help ourselves, but part of helping is helping the world. So the mind that goes, well, source, trillion dollars, if I can figure out how to make a trillion dollars, well, that's just a feeling of freedom, value, safety, security. That's helping X amount of lives. Source is gonna, I'm gonna prioritize you. Now it's a bigger picture thing. So every single obstacle that you have in regards to your finances, now you see yourself as a scientist, right? You're extracting data from your experiences instead of taking them personal. Now, so many of us in our lives, we tend to take the obstacles, it not working out, personal. And I want you guys to each think of something in your life that feels unovercomable, right? Hannah, you don't have any, do you? Except for Hannah. Hannah's free and clear. I want you guys to think of that like that thing, I know I have them. Okay? Those that thing that feels unovercomable. What if that is the that what if that is the thing that's going to allow you to create, not to sound superficial, but your dream life, your dream reality. What if that thing, right, if you could figure it out, was a thing that allows you to experience breakthrough, excitement, joy in your day-to-day life. The reason why you guys can come to Saturday service and connect with one another, because this is tethered to something bigger, right? There's conversations that you know that that are of substance, that are of meaning. You know there's something bigger in your life. So you guys can think about any experiences that you have, whether it be the big challenge that you feel is unovercomable, or just day-to-day, like a little bit of boredom. I don't know if you've been that person in a conversation and you feel like just bored with the conversation, right? The question that you can now begin to ask yourself, what kind of conversations do I actually want to have? Right? You talked about like if we have a lot of money, let's identify what we're gonna do with that money, right? Well, what if we did this with all areas of life? Okay, I now have a really big dream and a goal. How do I want my conversations to go? Now, you see Nikki in a nice shirt, nicer clothes, might seem like a small adjustment, right? What do I used to wear? My hat and the big baggy jeans, or not jeans, but like pants.

unknown

Yeah, socks.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, we're good, right? But I had to ask myself this question: what's the vision of Saturday service that I'm looking to showcase? Well, I have a vision of the way that people um like I I would say like the structure of the building looks like. I have a way that I would present myself on stage that people would feel excited to join. So I thought, okay, it's one small adjustment, but I'm closer to feeling an alignment with that version of me. And like, sounds kind of silly. Going to HM, exhausting, but getting the shirt, right? And and you you y'all like to shop, anybody? Yeah, you like shopping? There's something nice about like putting a nice piece of clothing on, right? And I'm sure all of you being intuitive, even though it's a small adjustment, you can feel a little bit of a difference with these pants, no holes, right? Although, do we like the holes kind of? If you like the holes, yeah. You're right, if it's in my creator field, then exactly.

SPEAKER_05

That's part of your story.

SPEAKER_01

Right, right, okay. Yeah. So I had to start to ask myself this question like, what what are the small adjustments? Because we we tend to get overwhelmed, and I'm not kidding, like, and I for you guys that like wearing clothing, sounds like a small thing, like just new pants, new new shirt, right? Whatever it may be. I could feel the growth in that. The reason why people don't feel a joy and excitement in there in day-to-day life is a lack of feeling like they're growing. Like I play basketball. Did you play basketball growing up? No? Say it again. Oh, tennis, yeah. We should play sometimes. Um I played a little bit grown up, but you could probably kill me. Um, but I remember so many times in my basketball life, because like I just played grown up, I would just like not enjoy it anymore. And when I look back at why I wasn't enjoying it, I I simply like by the time I when I was a little kid I wanted to play in the NBA, right? But then the time you get to high school and you know, you make the team, but maybe you're not getting the amount of minutes you want, that vision goes away. So my excitement started to dissolve as well. Do you guys see the correlation here? I had a big dream when I was a kid. It was able to get me up out of bed in the morning and go to practice and play and all these things. And then all of a sudden, when I get to high school, my my you know, I'm having a spiritual awakening, I'm showing people that I sing and write songs, and now all I want to do is write more songs. Now, now all I want to do is sing to people. Now all I want to do is have spiritual conversations. But basketball became a little bit mundane, it became boring. And that is like anything in life, the reason why we're not experiencing a high level joy for our day to day lives is we're simply downplaying the significance of the self and downplaying the significance of the purpose that source instilled. Within us. Many people go, I really want to attract everything that I desire. And I look in it intuitively, right? For those that are new, I'm a psychic and an intuitive. Now I'm really an intuitive healer. I say the word psychic because people are familiar with that word. But I'm a trained psychic. I'm an intuitive healer. So intuition's a tattletale. They'll go, I really want my dreams and goals. And they really believe that. And I look in intuitively at testing like the high 80s. When I look at the subconscious mind, subconscious is like, please, I don't want my dream. Like, please, I'm scared shitless. Right? Like, the reason why we don't have the things that we want is because on a subconscious level, we are actually choosing it, right? Because on some level we don't feel like we can handle it. On some level, we we are scared that we won't be happy and joy filled. I've shared this before about a friend who's had all this outer success in their life. And on the outside, this person you would think, wow, you have nailed it in every area of life. Money, career, partnership. And I remember asking him some question, this was years ago, about like what he felt like when he first started to make like millions of dollars. And he's like, honestly, it was like scarier than when I had no money. He says, because I was always driven by he and he said he got it in these ways that were at unbalance and all these things. But he said he was driven by, I'll be happy when I get the money and all these things. Then he had the money and he still felt hollow and empty. And that's why you talked about in the webinar with if we're talking about a topic like money, this is where we bring the two worlds together. It's great to identify with a version of you that has all the things that you desire. But if you can sort of use that as a carrot in front of the horse, as a catalyst to enjoy your day-to-day life, that's when you're in a really beautiful, sweet spot in your life. That is a really beautiful place to be in. Because you could be driven by a vision of the future, but it's more driven by fear. It's more driven by like, I hate my day-to-day life, so I'm gonna get the things that I'm asking for. And that's where this becomes a little bit more nuanced, right? It sounds on the outside, okay, I identify what I desire, go after it, whatever it may be. But if we're like going after it because we're scared, or we're going after it because we don't feel valuable, or we don't feel safe, or we don't feel secure, or all these other things, it's gonna leave us feeling empty when we do attract it. So for you guys, this is right now about asking yourself the question: where do I feel unfulfilled in my life? And where am I playing small with myself and my dreams and my goals? The source, the the mission and the purpose that Source instilled within you. If you could fully see it, it would scare you right now. That that's where that's really what I want you guys to get. All these things of prosperity, all these things of your dream relationship. It's not that you're not meant to have it or there's something wrong with you, it's that there's something bigger. And Source is going, if you had what you thought you wanted, you would settle. Right? That's that's essentially why you don't have what you want. If you had the money that you thought you wanted, I remember when I first started making money in the business, right? And Hannah was on my team there then. Remember that, Hannah? Started bringing in some more, yay! Yeah. So brought Hannah on. Hannah was Hannah and I were collaborating, and I remember like first generating like a really good, and I started traveling, but remember I was going to Hawaii and stuff like that. And I remember literally with my spiritual gifts, with these other areas of life, there's a part of me of like, okay, I have to keep doing what I'm doing, but it prevented me from growing spiritually, right? Because I was like, this is the thing that's making me money, and then all of a sudden, I started going down, and then I'll get some uptics and then down, and then I realized that you're not gonna get what you desire if it's going to create complacency in your life. So I want you to think relationship, I want you to think your dream body, I want you to think money, I want you to think um a high frequency social life, right? If you are waiting for that thing to be happy, it's always gonna create that inner resistance, that doubt, that fear. But if you generate that your own fire from within, right, and to begin to look at the bigger picture of things, because even then when I started to create some money in the business years ago, I I still wasn't really attached to a bigger thing. I was just it was more based on like I had fear, just creating the money, whatever it may be. And the most life-changing thing that I'd ever sort of reframed for the self was like really getting clear on how I'd like to feel, on what I'd like things to look like. And the first step, you know, one of them is like just uh for an example, if it's Saturday service, it's the clothing, right? What is the clothing that you envision for those who show up for the way that you're presenting yourself for the building? And now when I walk into like buildings, I look at like the architecture and I look at I really love like beige colors and browns and greens and all these things, and I'm looking at like ooh, this is an aspect of Saturday service. So it makes me just going places enjoyable. I can go into a furniture store now and I can enjoy it. So do you guys see how this creates more joy in day-to-day life? So when so when Jason goes and plays basketball, right, and he's tying it to bigger picture. So give me one thing if you feel comfortable sharing that sounds exciting to create in the future for you.

SPEAKER_02

Um give me a second.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yeah, take your time.

SPEAKER_02

I guess like a like-minded social community.

SPEAKER_01

Beautiful. So, and anyone can answer this, including you, Jason. How does playing basketball bring him that? I can enjoy Exactly. Yes, and so this is a secret that a lot of people don't talk about. Take what you value, then take all your activities and funnel them into that value that is helping you get more of that thing that you value. Right? So it's like, okay, if I play basketball, well, one, my I'm gonna there's so many angles we could take with this. Uh like for me, when I play basketball now, it exposes my wounds, right? All the places I have fear. Like, I don't want to be wide open for did you play basketball, Gordon? I used to be so you understand, right? Going back to that old thing, like when I'm open for a wide open fast break, which is like the easiest thing ever, I'm like fearful everyone's gonna see me miss. But now when I play basketball, I go, wait a minute, I'm realizing that fear. Now I can change it, and that's gonna bring me more of X, Y, and Z. Does that make sense? Yes. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna get into groups. Um, let's do yes. I've gotta get going with the mean high spend. No, I'm so glad that you tuned in.

unknown

I love this.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Yes, I'm glad that you you tuned in. So every I won't I won't be here next Saturday, but typically every Saturday. Um we're on social media, um, Source Clarity.

unknown

Source Clarity.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it'll see a little white profile if you have like an Instagram or something. Um and yeah, and so updates there. We have a telegram group chat, you can get it from Steph. Um so yeah, we're we're here typically most Saturdays. So yeah. Great meeting you. Yes, see ya. Oh, absolutely. Okay, any questions before we get into groups here? Yes. Reach it without what? Overcome the challenge without therapy? Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Like just romantic.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I would say, I mean, so look, everything has its place in the world. Like, even like like farm the way of Western medicine, therapy, it all has its place in the world. And it's really about what someone needs. But really, the the and everything has positive aspects and negative aspects. The the the negative aspects of therapy is that you are harping on the same thing over and over and over again, right? Now, there are a ton of positive aspects of therapy, right? So everything has both negative aspects and positive aspects. So the the the question to ask the self is going, is there higher frequency ways for me? If someone is about to die, right, there's gonna be pharmaceutical intervention that's gonna be the best solution for them, right? I'm not gonna sit there and meditate over them. I'm gonna there's pharmaceutical intervention that's gonna happen. Now, if someone's in a better place, there's other ways to go about it. So, yes, you can absolutely, and this is why intuition is so incredible, developing your intuition, it's like we're able to identify the the emotional root cause that is creating the actual blockage in the first place, right? So when we're attracting things like money, like we talked about in the webinar, it is essential to develop a strong relationship with money itself. Understanding money, how it operates, creating an amazing savings. We didn't know we have all that. But these first two webinars on finances was kind of about everything else, right? Well, the second one was about strengthening a relationship with money, but like it's about like understanding that money represents a feeling, so to create that foundation first in our own lives, and then you know, simultaneously build a relationship with money. That even answer your question. Yeah, yes, 100%. If someone feels like they can overcome their thing without therapy, sign from the universe, they absolutely they absolutely can. 100%. I would say uh 10 out of 10 times. If someone says I can't overcome this without therapy, 10 out of 10 times, yes, you can overcome it. Now it is through understanding the laws of the universe, uh, self-love protocol, intuition, and all these other things, but it's absolutely doable. And so, really great question. Any other questions before we get into groups? Okay, go for it, brother.

SPEAKER_02

Uh just to like tie this back to the basketball. Yeah, yeah. So it's like, for example, if I wanted to create that feeling of having more money in my life, I could still tie that uh intuition to playing basketball, having fallen, having freedom, yes, huge.

SPEAKER_05

Based off whatever intention you have.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, because it's it's utilizing what's known as the law of focus. If Jason is playing basketball and he's thinking in his brain, this is bringing me more prosperity, okay, and he begins to emotionally connect with it, what's in his field of energy is creator field. This is bringing me more money. Maybe someone he plays against is like someone in his field of practice and like can support him, maybe there's client, whatever it may be, right? So, yes, now to make a cake, there's like 18 ingredients. So that's one ingredient, and then we start to stack them on top of each other, and it's a really beautiful concoction to begin creating what we desire. Make sense, brother? Great question. All right, we're gonna get into groups here, okay? Get it out, get it out. We'll we'll look at that for you. That we'll yeah, intuitively. Yeah. Coughing is unexpressed words of anger, so um all right. So we're doing good. Questions? Hand up and in, how you doing? Good? Okay, cool. Uh let's go. I love the counting part. So, but actually, what we're gonna do in groups and then I'll count, you're gonna share what you value with your partner, something you value. Okay? Now, you can challenge yourself to be a little bit more vulnerable. You can have millions of dollars in your bank account and you can still save money. Okay, no shame in the game. That's okay. Like, yeah, more prosperity. That's fine. You can have an abundant social life and say, social still, right? These are actually where a lot of the things we don't admit to ourselves, like you can have a really good family dynamic, and like you don't want to admit to yourself, you want your family dynamic to become better. Maybe it's your purpose, business. Maybe it's like um, I don't know. Name me something, Olivia. What do you got? Money? Yeah, yeah, money. More money. Maybe it's physical body, something. I want you to name that thing, and your partner's gonna ask why you want that thing, okay? So if Emily's all like, yeah, I want to be a rich bitch, right? Steph would go, why? And she just answered why. Okay? And then Steph would go, tell me more. Emily's gonna tell her more. And then it's gonna go on and on and on. When I, and then somewhere through that conversation, let me see if I want to do this. I'm kind of channeling it on the spot. I want to leave it at that, I want to leave it at that for now. What you guys are gonna begin to realize is that the current obstacles in your life, we'll probably do this in the part two, because what I want to get is seeing how the current obstacles are bringing you more of that thing you want. But I first want us to start with this. Get clear on why you want what you want. Because if you don't know why you want it, the universe isn't gonna know why you want it. Why? You are the universe. The universe is mirroring you. Okay? It's like expecting you're standing in front of a mirror and expecting it to smile without you smiling in the first place. Right? That was a good one. Mic drop, right? So, let's go. Alrighty, y'all. I want to hear from y'all how it went. Let's go, you guys. How'd it go? Um, yeah?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I feel like um I'm really understanding my wags. I think that's something that like I needed to get a little bit clear on.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And I want to do it.

SPEAKER_01

How'd it go, Steph? Really great. You start to do you feel sort of like a deeper connection with that why?

SPEAKER_05

Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_01

But I also realize that it's something like purity rather than like uh you know like a higher Sure. Guided by your true self. Yes, exactly. Now, sharing all your dreams and goals with everybody, not always the move, okay, because like what can happen on a psychological level is that you become a little complacent. But this is just a safe space and an exercise to start to see what it is you truly desire and why you desire to have it. Now you're driven by who you really are, because it's sort of like the thing that pops in my mind is like we went a boat when I was a kid, and it took all this work for us to like, you know, get the boat out of the garage with my dad and do all these things and like whatever, right? This analogy is really simple. It's just simply we knew we were going out on a lake and about to have a lot of fun. Therefore, all the work we had to do with the boat, drive two hours to go to Lake Folsom, whatever it may be, it was all worth it, right? And so the reason why your day-to-day life might not feel exciting or joy-filled, I don't care if it's conversations, I don't care if it's waking up in the morning, I don't care if it's going on walks, going to the grocery store, because it's not guided by a version of you that feels abundant and prosperity uh filled with prosperity and all these things. It's not guided by a vision of the future. So now you start to tether your day-to-day experiences that and does this change overnight? No, absolutely not. This is a practice for you guys. This is the first step, right? This is this is the tip of the iceberg of how to begin this process. But if you can begin to lay the groundwork, one thing that I always say, right? You can begin to lay the groundwork in your life, you can start to notice some of the shifts that pop up. Now that's when you're really off to the races. Who else wants to share? How'd it go for you? Uh how did how did it go with the group work?

unknown

Oh, it was good. Um after she completed hers, I was like, I feel like I was needing to roll out.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

unknown

And she said the same thing on the other.

SPEAKER_01

That's beautiful. So good. Love that. Okay, so we're gonna pass on some reads today, okay? We're we're not gonna be back next week because I'll be in Montana at a friend's wedding. I'm going to California Monday, Montana, and then I'll be back. So we'll be back in two weeks for another amazing Saturday service. But what we're gonna get into is we're gonna get into a little meditation, and then we're gonna get into group work one time, one more time, and then we're gonna sing some songs out. Sound good to everybody? Cool. So you guys can go ahead and get comfortable. You can either sit up, you can lay down, um, totally up to you. However, you want to go through this process.

SPEAKER_03

I never heard of a second. I have never heard of this.

SPEAKER_01

You can go ahead and focus on your breath. One of the greatest expressions of gratitude that we have on this planet. It's actually the breath. And I want you to see if you can feel a joy for your breath. And it might take a little bit of a focus. And here's a little prompt that you can present your mind. Why am I grateful for the breath? And start to answer that question. Is there a cookie that you recently smelled? Is it the smell of the trees? It is it the connection to life and the clarity that arises through breath and all the moments where you had anxiety and you had deep breathing and it calmed your systems? I want you to sit with this for a moment. And I really want you to see if you can challenge yourself to feel a gratitude. It's going beyond the mind gratitude and the passive aggressive gratitude, which we all participate in, where it's like we want to think gratitude, we don't feel it. I want to see if you can challenge yourself to feel it. Maybe if this approach doesn't land, find another approach until you feel a gratitude for your breath. To identify something that would actually light you up in your heart to create in this world. It could be an experience. Maybe it's travel the world. It's creating something through entrepreneurship ventures. It's connecting with your dream relationship. Maybe you're in a relationship and it's still connecting with the dream version of it. I want you to find something that actually lights you up in your heart. And once you have found that, I want you to begin to find all the ways that your breath is contributing to you aligning with this thing. How is your slow breath, appreciation for breath, aligning you with this thing that you desire to attract in your life? Maybe as you focus on your breath, you align more with the purity, the equanimity of you, and you begin to attract high-frequency ideas that are going to align you with the thing that you're built to create. Maybe your breath increases your frequency and vibration, and you begin to attract more things outside of you that light you up, aligning you with that thing that you're built to create. I want you to begin to see how something like the breath, we're utilizing what's known as the law of focus and saying how the breath is bringing us something we value. And I want you to sit with this until you can actually feel a gratitude in your heart. I want you to receive it now. Whatever that message may be. Might be a sentence, might be a word, might be a feeling. I want you to absorb that message now and trust what comes through. And if the thought feels fearful, I want you to find an empowering thought, and that's your message from the source. Anything that you would like to say to Source, you can go ahead and send that prayer, that that appreciation prayer to source now. I want you to see your higher self's gratitude and appreciation for you and all that you are, your day-to-day efforts, your day-to-day love, your day-to-day kindness, your day-to-day strength, empowerment, resilience. I want you to see if you can feel the admiration and appreciation your source-aligned team has for you, your guardian angels, your guides, your higher self, source. I want you to see if you can feel the admiration and appreciation that they have for you. Embarking on this adventure of the human experience with ambition, with love, guided by the heart, a willingness to purify your relationship with the self-Admid and go back to the breath and once again begin to identify all the ways that your breath is aligning you with what you desire to attract. Well, one of the greatest reasons why the breath is an asset is it strengthens the relationship with our intuitive self. And you strengthen the relationship with your intuitive self, now you're living life guided by who you are, which aligns you with more of what you're asking for. And I want you to go through all these reasons until you feel it in your heart. I am, and then fill in the blank. I want you to shout it playfully in your mind. I am blank. Fill in the blank. I am fill in the blank. I want you to find two more that you are playfully shouting in the mind. I am fill in the blank. I want you to do this two more times with using your first name. Your first name is fill in the blank. I want you to actually visualize people shouting this to you with love and appreciation, and I want you to see if you can practice receiving that love. Your first name is blank. They are shouting that to you. They mean it from their heart of hearts. And in the next four breaths, you can come on up and open your eyes. Okay? That's all I want you to do. And what's your partner gonna do? Emily, what's your partner gonna do? Yes. Why? Okay? Why are you appreciative of the self? And just keep asking them questions. Okay? We're gonna switch partners. It's okay.
