And now, a word with Mark Anthony. Pasadena's wolf. It's a new day, guys. Today, the message of the day is lead by example. For anybody that's a young man in the family, and you're the first man, or you're the leader of the family, you're the father, or you are the head of the household, you're a single mother, or you are the grandfather, or you are, it doesn't matter who you are. You're the you know, you're the head daughter of the family, right? You're the only child. X, Y, and Z. Lead by example. Don't ask your children to follow a guideline that you are not following by living a healthy lifestyle, making the right choices, choosing to ask and not perform yourself and not be willing to do something yourself is not the way. For example, when I was selling door to door and I had a team under me that was selling solar and then going door knocking, typically that's where the consultants get lazy and they want to chill and wait for the leads to come in. No, no, no. Lead by example. Go out and knock doors with them. Show them how it's done. Go out and show them that you can knock doors by yourself and perform and get on the doors. Go out and build your book of business on top of your referrals, because ultimately you cannot be somebody worth following if you're not somebody who is actually leading, right? Here's another great example, David Reyes. He's a great leader because everything he asks of his team, he's done, and then some from every position, right? From uh roof installer to throwing away the trash all the way up to CEO to marketing to enabling uh his team to get better, he constantly is working on himself. So you must lead by example. My other boss, Jed Lewinsky, he is a true example as well, just like David Reyes of leading by example and performing at the highest level. All the levels you have to start at the bottom. It doesn't matter because then when you're at the top, you don't truly earn your position. As an owner, as somebody who's a leader in your family, you must truly lead. So, what does that mean? Do all the hard things that nobody wants to do. Do all the things that hurt and that suck and get through it because that is where the value lives. The ultimate value is where the pain, the suffering, the suck, the things that you don't want to do, but you do anyways. Leading by example will ultimately change your life. Discipline equals freedom. You can take action every day. You can make an uh intentional choice every day of being willing to listen to a podcast, listen to Audible, listen to new books, find new inspiration, have your mentors of these amazing people that are all over, literally at the fingertips on YouTube, like Jordan Peterson, um Eric Thomas, countless individuals that are just at your fingertips. Neil Patel, who I've interviewed and who's been on Forbes, being willing to find the success, because success leaves clues and it's all over the place. Jim Rohn leading by example, not only by uh intaking this uh amazing information, but implementing. Implementation and execution is more important than studying. You can study all you want, but if you don't implement and you don't execute and you don't take action on these hard things, you'll never get anywhere, right? You must be willing to get up and get after it every day and do the things that are uncomfortable because as soon as you become comfortable with the uncomfortable, then you're truly relentless. So if you take anything from this message of the day, is be willing to embody the person that you are becoming by taking action on it every day. Embody the example by being the example, by being the person that you know you can be, by being the ultimate adult that you saw as a kid. Now your dreams might have changed, and that's okay from when you were a kid, but if you're not putting that same creativity and uh unlimited, unlimitless potential uh and unlimited possibilities in your mind, then you're screwed because there's so much abundance, especially if you guys are here listening to me in America. Really, even with all going on, we have no excuse to not be our best selves. We live in the richest land. Yes, it is also from what you've heard, what I've said, home of the greed, the land of the enslaved, but it's also the craziest, most amazing land where we are here every day. People who have less than you are making it happen, and you have an excuse of you're tired, you're overwhelmed, you're overstimulated, you're making these excuses, right? And this is me included. I'm not perfect, right? I get tired, I get overwhelmed, I get overstimulated, but it's what you do next is what matters, and how you react to these different situations and what next steps you're taking. If you're not taking those steps and you're not putting yourself through that pain every day, then naturally you're gonna uh cling to comfort. So, whatever comfort that you're holding on to, let go of it and focus on being the best you. And you don't need to take a million steps every day, you don't need to do everything at once, build it brick by brick. Three things that are uncomfortable, three things that you know you have to do, and three things that will continue to inspire you, will keep you in this notion. And remember what your why is. For me, it's always been my family. Because God showed me since I was a kid that I was destined for more. I've been so fortunate and blessed to come up in an amazing household filled with love, so that's what I will continue to spread. Love and positivity, and yes, I have every intention of becoming one of the most wealthy individuals, but most importantly, the most respected and caring and kind and firm, and somebody who leads with the most utmost honesty and integrity. So take this message how you will, embody the person that you need to be to be the best you can be.
