This episode means a lot to me.

I talk about how waking up with gratitude every day has been a game-changer. It’s helped me push through dark moments, shift my mood when I needed it most, and honestly—it kept me alive.

Practicing gratitude also helped me make a big move to D.C. Something I never imagined would happen a few years ago.

It helped me meet Sean Boyd and he allowed me to be in his film Waiting For Deja, a sundance approved film which releases tomorrow May 2nd. Here is the link to his channel where anybody can stream. You will love this short film, imagine what he can do with funding for a full 2 hours. Also credit needs to be given to Blair, Eli and so many others.

I also share how showing love brings love right back. I dare you—give someone a compliment today. Smile at people. That energy always circles back.

Believe in yourself. No matter where you are or what you’re going through, that belief will carry you further than you know.

Have fun, be the person you want to attract, never stop believing.

Mom when you hear this, I hope you know how much I love you and miss you.

Sissy, I miss you so much.

And now a word with Mark Anthony. What's up, you guys? Welcome back to Office of the Day with Mark Anthony. Capitals Wolf now, officially in DC. I miss you guys so much. Uh it's the first of the month. Let's go, baby. Let's go. So my question for you is what do you do when you wake up? What is the first thing you think about? What is the second thing you think about? And how do you usually feel when you wake up? I don't know about you, but typically for me, I do feel a little overwhelmed. I do feel like I get negative thoughts. I do feel like I get in this wavelength. Sometimes maybe it's just a new environment that I miss my family. That I can be very negative when I first initially wake up. And I've been slacking. I had to get on here. I've been slacking. I've noticed that sometimes I really have to put music on as opposed to get back in my own thoughts to focus on what I need to think about. And that's not the right thing, or at least maybe in my perspective, that's not the right thing. Here's a couple action tips that you can do to help you out immediately to change your perspective when you first wake up. What I like to do, and what I have always preached, and what I've always said is gratitude immediately elevates your altitude. So focus on what you can do, focus on what you already have, focus on the fact that you woke up. So many people don't wake up. Literally, so many people don't get the chance to wake up again. So that's one. Focus on the fact that you can get up and go to the restroom. That's two. If you're listening to this, more than likely you have a roof over your head, and you also can eat every day. That's another one. I mean, for me, I wake up and like, okay, you know what? It has been overwhelming, it is crazy. This is an insane thing that I've done is move. If you would have asked me a year ago if I would have become Capitol's wolf as well, on top of passing his wolf, meaning that I moved from one side of the country to the next immediately, and a sense of what people would say would be overnight, I would tell you you're crazy. But you know what? In life, you can't pass up opportunities because some opportunities will not be waiting for you forever. I can assure you of that. I've learned the hard way not to pass up on opportunities because who wants to live in the world of what if? Back to the action plan. You can focus on what you want to do, where you want to go, your personal, professional, and financial goals will immediately get you back in a higher wavelength. Go take a little walk. For me, what helps is meditating that I've also been slacking on, or praying, which I haven't been slacking on, but I could do more of, as well, just spending less time on your phone for activities that isn't gonna help you. Even for me, I've been making a lot of videos, and I've realized okay, I can make those videos and I can schedule them for later. I've already been doing that, but I can make more, focus on that less throughout the week, and then just schedule them on the weekend throughout the next week. That way I can focus on the other tasks at hand, and you'll see how much more happy, how much better you feel. Here's a couple reasons why I believe gratitude will help you get to the next level, or gratitude will help you elevate to the next altitude, to the next position, to the next opportunity, to the next everything. Gratitude for me, for example, gratitude, practicing gratitude, has given me opportunities to travel. Gratitude has given me opportunities to go places I didn't think I was gonna be able to go to. Like for one, Vanessa hits me up, my cousin, she's like, hey yo, should we go to Joshua Tree this weekend? Okay, actually I already booked it, so you're coming with me. I'm like, what? Alright, yeah, let's do it. Like, what can I do? She's like, no, you just come and you pick up me up. Let's drive, let's go, we'll figure out the rest later. I got you. What? That's just by showing love, letting things come full circle, and obviously I still gave her money, and still to this day, she sets it back and she doesn't accept it. But in general, gratitude will give you these opportunities. Uh, here's a plug: gratitude got me in a Sundance film waiting for Deja. The movie just happens to drop tomorrow, you guys. It's a film that's amazing by Deshaun Boyd, Blair Chambers, Eli. I'll drop the information down below, but it's going to be next level. You're gonna be like, dang, if they did this in 20 to 30 minutes, what can they do with an hour and real funding? I tell you, they can do a lot. Shout out to the Sean Boyd. So practicing gratitude will literally take you to places that your mind couldn't fathom or that you maybe thought about subconsciously, but you didn't believe was real because of X, Y, and Z meaning outer BS. Forget the outer BS, focus on what's in your head, write it out, and get happy. Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy, you can choose your hard. Choose your heart and choose to be happy, choose to go after everything you want and choose to fail so you can fail forward and then you can win, and then you can learn, and then you can feel yourself to the next growing potential, and you can be that motherfucker that knows where he's going in life. Nobody wants to be with the person that doesn't know where they're going. Everybody loves people who knows what they're doing, what they're talking about, how they're gonna make things happen, even if they don't know exactly how, if they have a plan of where they want to go, you best believe people will follow. Show yourself who you can be. Easy ways you can do that is getting in your journal. I know a lot of you guys hate writing, but I promise you it's the best thing you can do for yourself. Get in your journal. I believe in you. You should believe in yourself. You're bigger than your problems, and you are extraordinary. You're extraordinary, okay? So do the extra steps, do the extra things every day. Make yourself believe in yourself by doing the hard things, do the things that you don't want to do, go run, whatever it may be for you. Maybe uh read a little more, journal a little more. Everybody knows deep down what it is they need to do. I can't tell you, I can only make suggestions and tell you, let's have fun with it, baby. Put a smile on your face. Choose to smile. I believe in you. Here's one call to action I dare you to do. Just one. Go up to somebody and give them a compliment. A genuine compliment that you liked of their appearance, what they might be wearing, whatever it might be. And then go up to yourself and be like, man, that felt good. Making somebody smile. Then just implement and become your best self. How to attract somebody that you might want is by becoming that person that you might want in every aspect. So, message of the day is be grateful, it's May. You've made it another day. Passing is wolf, now capital's wolf, believes in you. Practice gratitude to elevate your altitude. And thank you so much, you guys, for believing in me. Thank you so much for showing love and still being here with me, even though I've had to do so many crazy things. If I would have told you this past month story in 30 seconds or even just a minute and a half, you wouldn't believe me. Gratitude has gotten me out of places that you wouldn't believe. Gratitude has saved me. Thank you, God. Thank you so much. And um, you know, just show credit where it's due. Whether you believe in God, whether you believe in the universe, if you don't believe in any of that, that's okay. I can't tell you what to believe in, but believe in yourself. Message of the day is be who you want to be, elevate yourself and help others, love one another. Let's help each other, you guys. And honestly, forget the negativity, cut it out anytime. Be aware of it, be aware of your emotions so you can get to the next motion. And for this case, this next motion is to the moon. You know what to do. Waiting for Deja drops tomorrow, May 2nd. Capitals Wolf. Passing his wolf. Mark Anthony loves you. Love yourself.
