Expect great outcomes, understand you will not always be perfect. Walk into your purpose by taking the time to ask yourself the hard questions. Have you ever considered all the negative limitations you put on yourself? Be willing to take a deep look in the mirror and figure out what you want out of life. Write it down, and be willing to be insanley optimistic. People will judge you no matter what you do.

Focus on you.

Focus on your greatness.

Focus on what you can control.

Focus on your mindset.

Manifest, Take action.

Genesis 3:19

By the sweat of your brow will you have food to eat until you return to the ground from which you were made. For you were made from dust, and to dust you will return.”

Be willing to walk into your purpose, Be a good person.

I dare you to get out of your comfort zone this week.

And now, a word with Mark Anthony, Pasadena's Wolf. Welcome back to Office of the Day with Mark Anthony. Thank you guys so much for all your support. Thank you for all your love somewhere in Orlando, Florida, right now. You guys, I think it's so important to expect great outcomes and overcome your obstacles just by being aware and being willing to learn. Winner learn, fly high. From my personal opinion, why I think it's so important to expect great things and to realize that you're gonna make mistakes is because we all make mistakes. It's just been put on us in society to look perfect. So drop the worry of judgment, drop the worry of making mistakes, drop the worry of any anxiety that you're gonna get because maybe the day might not go perfectly as planned. Just learn how to adapt. Learn how to expect the outcome you want and prepare for the outcome that is not ideal just by understanding, okay, this could happen, but in that case, if this happens, then I'll react like this or I'll do this. So you're proactive as of to what will happen next. Because there's always gonna be a best case scenario and a worst case scenario, and that's totally okay. But if you don't believe that the outcome to begin with is gonna be good in the end, there's no true way of it to actually be good in the end unless you're just completely lucky, which happens from time to time. But aside to just expecting great outcomes, be great by putting in the preparation prior. Remember, one of my favorite quotes, and I think you guys should write this down, is victory loves preparation. Victory loves preparation. The more you prepare, the better off you will be for anything. For me, right now, I've been preparing by putting in a lot more time into myself, into the business I'm in, into uh learning how to become more patient and into understanding how to become more emotionally intelligent. And that takes time, especially as guys. We uh we like to bottle things in, put it down, but enough with the tangent. When you are emotionally lacking, it's hard to expect great outcomes because you're thinking of all the negative. You have to be insanely optimistic to the point that people might look at you funny, and that's okay. Allow people to look at you funny, allow people to do whatever because they're gonna do whatever regardless. That is not up to you. That is out of your control. One method that I use to um, especially when you know you're going up against something that's scary or maybe something new, is just imagine how you want that situation to go before actually doing it. Imagine how it would make you feel to have the outcome that you want prior to something that's new for you, prior to something that you're gonna you're looking to do, that you're looking forward to. Just imagine how good it will feel and imagine walking through those steps. There's power and imagination, but there's also power and having confidence to get through that execution. So have that confidence when going into any situation, and this will completely change the outcome, regardless. Because when you're confident, people know and can feel that you're confident. When you're indecisive, when you're not sure, people will feel that as well. So that's where preparation comes into play, right? For make sure to prepare, etc. Take that time, put that time into yourself, and take that time to really understand that if you want something bad enough, just like ET says, Eric Thomas, if you want something bad enough, you will find a way to get there. Now, this might be a little controversial, and take it as you will, it's completely fine. You don't have to agree with me. But when you truly believe and you truly have faith and you truly allow God to guide you, your life will change in ways that you can't even learn to comprehend. But that also comes with sacrifice. That is a whole other situation in regards to this. But walk into your purpose. For example, like right now, where I'm at today, working for Green Ladder Roofing, working for David Reyes, I manifested this years ago. Years ago, I manifested us working in Pasadena in an office space in the most beautiful city. Also, I let's not take away from him, right? He put in all the work to make it happen prior to me working here and in this office space. But I manifested being able to be in a position where I work directly under him and help him grow his business because when you have an amazing, fearless leader, you're I'm just very privileged. I'm fortunate. Uh I am, and I understand that. And what I'm getting at is that I expected to be here, even though he could have chosen anybody with more experience, with uh a full college degree, uh, with you know, he could have chosen anybody. But when you expect great things and when you're willing to get back up a million times after getting beaten down, people, especially your superiors, they'll notice that, they'll take that to note, and they might take a chance on you. So expect great things because the alternative does nothing for you. I've been on the other other side of the equation too, and trust me, it doesn't do anything for you. That's my own personal opinion, and you can take that as you will. So if you can find the time to manifest, to write down, I keep saying the same thing in every podcast, but it's because all the people who are possibly praised or who are in this light, they tell us the same thing. Be willing to be vulnerable to yourself and understand yourself. Just like Drake says, know yourself, truly know what you want, truly know what you want, and go make it happen. And allow, allow God into your life, allow God to guide you, allow yourself to embrace the abundance. Here's uh something from the Bible that I think maybe you guys would like. It's from Genesis 3.19. By the sweat of your brow, you will have food to eat until you return to the ground from which you were made. For you were made from dust, and to dust you will return. My comprehension of this, maybe you guys might not agree, is that the only way to truly live a life of freedom is by hard work. Sure, smart work too. I'm not saying that not to work smart, but hard, smart or smart, hard work because right now we're working to get to the promised land. Be willing to sacrifice, be willing to overcome judgment, be willing to put yourself out there, be willing to treat people like gold, regardless of how it gets reciprocated or not. Be willing to make people feel good just because that will revitalize you, that will make you refreshed, and making somebody smile when you you might not you might not even know, but you making somebody smile once in a day can completely change the outcome of their full day. I've done it like a million times, and I think maybe that's one of the reasons why I I've been given so much grace because I've made a lot of mistakes in my life too, and I'm still working on processing and getting through those, but be open to be more of a loving human being. We all know how we're supposed to be and how we're supposed to conduct ourselves. Be open to showing love, be open into walking into your purpose, be open into becoming the best version of you. Go for it. Mark Anthony believes in you, passadina's wolf, winner learn, fly high. Thank you for all the love. And if you can take anything away from this podcast, it is to understand that words are powerful, thoughts are powerful, and if you can find a way to navigate your thoughts and navigate your actions and navigate your true belief and what you can attain, you can hit another level. Go for it, especially when it's the most scary. I dare you guys to get out of your comfort zone this week. Thank you so much. I love you all, and I wish you guys only the best. I hope to hear from you soon. If you found any value from this podcast, leave me a review. I'm on all socials, Pasting is Wolf. Thank you so much. I love you all.
