And now, a word with Mark Anthony, Pasadena's Wolf. Welcome back, you guys. I miss you guys so much. I do. Um, want to start off this podcast with you guys can do anything you want. Just up to you on how much you want to sacrifice, right? So here's the notion of today. Drive your way to greatness. I turned 28 recently, this past week, and I've been so focused, so locked in. I can't take all the success and can't take all the credit. I attribute it to my boss, David Reyes. I attribute it to my mom, Maripolo, I attribute it to my dad, Marco Alcala. Um I'm very grateful, and that's just three of the main people in my life that have helped me so much. There's so many more people. Thank you all so much who uh helped celebrate my birthday this week. I'm beyond grateful and beyond blessed. But here's the story for the week. Drive your way to greatness. One easy way that I learned recently while traveling for work is you really have to be crazy about your plan. These millionaires, you know what they do? You know what they really do? They plan everything. So it's called EOS. Look it up. I'm gonna give you a quick breakdown because it's gonna change your life and it's already changed mind. But most importantly, I had already been doing this without actually knowing the name. I've just been doing it journaling. I just didn't have an actual name to it. It's just insane. Focus on your 10-year vision, right? So write out your 10-year vision. Imagine that 10-year vision of yours. Then write out your three-year picture. Three-year picture, meaning what does your ideal life look like in the next three years? Then start writing out your yearly plan every year starting from now. What would you like to accomplish? What would you like to obtain? What would you like to be in body weight, etc.? Make it as specific as possible. The more specific, the better. Meaning, this will help you drop any questions regarding what you're gonna do. Okay, it gets a little more crazy here. Now you're gonna want to get down to your quarterly plan, your quarterly goals. Break that down to okay, next. Now your monthly plan, right? This is as well very important in the process because month to month, you want to know what you have to hit to get to that year to year. Then down to your weekly. What do you need to be doing every week for your business, for your excuse me, for your business, for your everything, your health, your life, how much do you want to be reading? Just break it all down. Then down to your day-to-day. Now, this is crazy. More than the day-to-day, the hour, and each hour, and have your segmented times of breaks down to your actual walking. That's what I haven't broken down. That that's actually really uh a little bit going to be more of a challenge for me that I'm working on. But you want to schedule your time to think about just nothing at all, and then everything, meaning taking that time. Maybe for some people, it'll be first like once out of the week on a Sunday or whatever day you feel the most creative, but taking scheduled times to think about how you can become better and become better in your business, become better in your life, become better in your relationships, become better overall in everything. Schedule time to think at least once a week if it's a little bit of a more of a task for you. Start off with once a week, and I think you're gonna start becoming addicted to this. Um then schedule literally your walks. If you have the time, or if you've ever enjoyed a walk without anything, even without music, without an audiobook, schedule your time to just walk and be present. Maybe for some of you, for me, it's only gonna be once a week. Really, I don't have that much time, or I'm not willing to invest more time into walking. I'd rather invest it into working out. But those walks do truly help. Um, when I lived in Arizona and I was knocking doors in 115-degree weather, even at night, I would go take scheduled walks, or not scheduled walks, it was around like 9:30 because my mind was just running. And these walks helped shape me and helped me not lose my mind completely. So schedule your times, schedule everything, just start scheduling everything. I know this is probably the most tedious and annoying thing to think of, like scheduling time to go to the bathroom. Yes, these millionaires, these billionaires, they schedule everything. Sure, you're gonna go off track a little bit, and some things might get in the way, but do the best you can to stay on track, to stick to your plan. Why not? Success doesn't happen by accident. It truly doesn't, especially when you put so much forth and effort and faith in what you want to do. It doesn't happen by accident. I've had uh an amazing week, aside to, you know, just being so blessed and being loved by so many. Thank you all, by the way. Um I hit partially my goals for this week, and even more so just because I've been applying so much more pressure and applying so much more output. So increasing your output will increase your results, regardless whether you're gonna increase your knowledge or increase your actual results. So increase your output and watch what this does. Most of all, I think this is my favorite part of today's episode is just lead with kindness and express your gratitude whenever you can. You don't have to, but this is what I do, and it makes me feel revitalized. It makes me feel so good because when you express your gratitude, not only hopefully the people that you're expressing it to appreciate it, but you start to realize how grateful or how amazing things are in your actual life. So express your gratitude, whether it's amongst yourself, amongst your peers, amongst your work, uh business relationships, amongst yourself most importantly, because ultimately I've been so hard on myself in uh even the recent times for not getting to certain levels, but uh express gratitude towards how far you've come to give you energy to keep going and focus on what you can control and focus that focus on the fact that you've come far and you're not giving up. I'm not saying to be okay with not hitting your goals, I'm saying to be okay with understanding that if you didn't hit your goals, you can find a solution as to why you didn't hit your goals and you can re-alter and revamp and keep going to make it happen. The key is just don't quit. Gratitude elevates your altitude. I believe words are powerful. That's why I started this podcast to begin with, because words are powerful, and if you put them correctly in a notion that people can understand, you can impact others, right? Or so I believe so. Create your ideal life and write it down. Create your ideal life in your head first, imagine it, feel it, then grasp it, take it, write it out. Go to a view. I mean, we uh if you guys live here in Pasadena as well, you're not far from a lot of different viewpoints. Go to a view and literally get into a state where you imagine the person that you would ideally want to be, and then have your little journal with you and start writing it out. Get in your car and write it out. I dare you to. This is so empowering and it's yeah, sure, it's cliche. It sounds like, oh my gosh, you're a preacher, but no, this really works. You don't believe me? Listen to Jim Rohn, you don't believe me, listen to all the people who have done it before us. Success leaves clues, and they all say the same thing. And most importantly, for all you guys that are, you know, still in a position where you're not as happy, enrich yourself by enriching others. I dare you to start doing more than what you're paid for. Because when you do more than what you get paid for, you learn a lot more too. And that knowledge that you obtain is more valuable than any money you could ever make. Like Alex Ramosi says, be in a season of learning always. Sure, we want to learn, uh, we want to earn more than we learn, but be in a season of learning, and this will enrich your values, your mindset, your mind, and this will allow you to be in a position to make more and earn more. So I dare you to start learning more, implementing more, doing more than what you get paid, and doing going above and beyond, regardless, because this will as well have you speak volumes in the kind of person you are, and the kind of person that you want to become. Remember, your thoughts are what you become. Learn to control your thoughts. I'm as well learning how to control mine. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but when you find a way to start controlling the thoughts and controlling your mind and controlling your actions and controlling your follow-through, life starts changing. I have so much more confidence in the person I'm becoming just by focusing on what I can control. And just like everybody else, too. I have days at the end of the days, I'm wondering what the heck am I doing? Like, am I getting forward? Am I going forward? But that's when you have to take a step back and really take the time of like, look, this is what I've done, this is what I'm doing, this is where I'm going, and get back to the drawing board. Constantly look at your drawing board, constantly look at this plan and realter. Take yourself to the beach, take yourself to somewhere that will put you in a state of flow. You want to be in a flow state. And here's the last thing I want to mention about doing more than what will what you get paid for and the kind of value that it brings to you. My dad, when he was uh an accounting intern, when he first moved back to uh California, he was doing a lot more than what he was actually getting paid for at the time. Um, and he created a system for the company that helped the company, and he never got compensated for it. But what it did do for him is compensate him in his own knowledge, and within a year, he you know respectfully put in his two weeks and he started his own company, and he's still around 28 years later. So focus on what value can bring, focus on enriching others, and it's going to enrich yourself, and most of all, drive your own way to greatness. Take accountability for your own actions and for your own doing, and watch the changes. You guys can do so much more than you can even fathom. Just focus on your mindset, focus on your faith, and focus on what is most important to you, and focus on how you can help other people. And I guarantee you'll find the ways to help yourself too. Mark Anthony says, drive your way to greatness. Passing as Wolf says, You are amazing, you are loved, you are kind, and thank you all for all your love and support. Continue on, never forget that you are what you think about. Thank you so much. Passing as Wolf tuning out.
