Have genuine curiosity when it comes to learning about your prospective client's business. Even though you may be able to help all potential clients not all of them are a good fit. It is your job to listen and ask questions first always prior to looking to provide any solution.

And now, a word with Mark Anthony, Pasadena's Wolf. Welcome back to Office of the Day. We have been growing, we have been elevating, we have been traveling, we have been learning, and we have ultimately found ways to help more people. The message of the day is lead with integrity, lead with creativity, lead with genuine curiosity so you can help your clients. For all you people that are in sales, you guys know what it is you need to do, but install that framework of wanting to help before wanting to earn. You need to learn to earn, but in this case, when you're on sales calls, be willing to learn about their business, be willing to ask the questions so you are not only there to just help them provide a solution, but to really understand if they qualify uh to be within your organization, right? For your solution. It's so important to truly lead with care and lead with a consultant frame. Obviously, you need to be able to deliver, you need to be able to have results, and you need to be able to not only educate and serve the client, but if you do not listen to the client, there's no way to truly win with your potential clients and with your potential relationships, right? So find that way by learning through Jeremy Minor, by learning through Alex Ramosy, by learning through all the mentors who I've mentioned plenty of times, and implement these things. Implement the questions, implement the correct care, but also understand the client's business first before looking to work with them, right? So, message of the day is treat people how you want to be treated and also lead with genuine curiosity and care. But just as you go in to an office, right, you also have to be a professional to diagnose them correctly and understand, even though you can help out many clients, not every client might not be a good fit for your organization or your business. So consider these things and look into truly helping people when you're in sales, and that's when your sales will take an upturn, right? Lead with care, curiosity, and to help, and that's when you win.
