Okay. This is Jeremiah Gunshow. This is the Jammer Gunn Show. Do not uh don't start speeding it up yet, please. Got a couple things to get through, and then you can set it faster and faster so you can get through my slow, low lurch voice. This is Jeremiah Gunshow on CSN, the Common Sense Network, part of the ISI broadcasting system. Dedicated to Charlie Kirk, a prophet, a hero, great American. And uh soon uh the inspir well, the inspiration for Nick Shirley, who's going around, young man with a video camera, uh being uh Thomas Paine, like Charlie was. Arguing for common sense, and the enemy is attacking him. This is the Jeremiah Gunn Show. This is part two of um The Real Race in black and white. I think one of the most important, maybe the most important issue in our country. Anyway, let's let's get started with this. It's important. It's just so beautiful. Uh the the NBA players, that was at the uh All-Star Game and the uh fabulous forum, I believe. Uh so the late 1900s. And the crowd is mixed mixed race. And the players, as you would expect, are a mixed race standing together, and the coaches. And the marine color guard behind them is in black and white. Just like the crowd, just like the players, and just the reverence that he brought to that. I I think that's my favorite rendition. I like America, the beautiful by Ray Charles. But I mean, that is just it's just just gorgeous. And so the reason I played it again is that was in the late 1900s at this forum. And in 2008, the United States basketball team got the gold medal, and they went in a locker room and they celebrated. And LeBron James just kind of spontaneously after they've done hugging ever each other and uh uh LeBron James just kind of spontaneously stood up and and did this. So that was Kobe, and I think uh I think that was uh I don't want to mess up his name. I don't I don't remember players that weren't on the Lakers. But that was just a beautiful thing that they kind of spontaneously wanted to represent the United States in the Olympics. Um they channeled Marvin Gaye's rendition when they did it. I was a little surprised that LeBron knew about it. Maybe he grew up hearing it in his house. Uh doesn't matter why. It was just a beautiful, beautiful thing. You know, the Olympics that were held recently in Paris. It was the third time in Paris for what it's worth, through history buffs or trivia buffs. But the most famous one was probably Chariots of Fire one. Where the issue wasn't race but religion. Anyway, uh it was so beautiful to watch these black athletes represent. I I I like track a lot. I think most people say that their favorite event is track in the Olympics, but almost every one of them was such a just a beautiful, this is the Summer Olympics, a beautiful representation of America. Not not their race, but America. And um and and almost every single one of them went to the crowd. First they draped the American flag around their shoulders. And then they went to the crowd and and typically you could watch these little um what do they call you used to call them up close and personal profiles of them. You could watch that. And uh, you know, their mother would be white. Just like Obama, but raised differently, obviously. Because they're hugging and kissing and crying and thanking them for everything they gave. Most of these athletes were Christian. Or their husband would be white. Um, in the crowd. I I'm I'm almost every single one, these these beautiful, beautiful women and men that just won a gold medal and then they drape the flag around their shoulders and go to go over to the crowd and celebrate with their family. That's I seem like every single time either their spouse or their or their uh mother was white. And it was just um a beautiful thing. I mean, that that's what America is. And the then the Winter Olympics come around. And these white bred offals, snowboarders or ex-gamers or whatever they are, they're going, Yeah, well, I'm not really proud of America. I, you know. Kind of like Who Asked You? I I'm proud of those athletes that represented us. And then they had to walk it back later. You know, America's what what it what what today's show is gonna kind of be about is there's there's two forces you can listen to. That's why this isn't about left and right. Black and white. It's about right and wrong. And choose you this day who you will serve. You're gonna see all kinds of contrasts between people. Um I I you know, I I always struggle between making a hard, fast speech with three points and a conclusion and yada yada yada. Or having a f just a flow. I have so much inside me that just wants to come out. Experiences I've had in my life. And we'll talk about those on another show, but um I I it it's really hard to to to have introduction, call to action, you know, topic of the day, etcetera. Because there's so much to say about this. You know that that redeem team, that was a different They were not they were not ashamed to be associated with America. Yeah, and I don't know where to fit all of these anecdotes and analogies of my life in, but I don't want to miss them, so I just kind of jump around and and and there's gonna be quotes. There's gonna be quotes from heroes. All of my heroes, and I consider myself African American. I'll explain that later. But it's science, I'm following the science. Not not whatever the theory is today, uh, in education, so-called. But anyway, um you know, I went to a uh conservative uh rally, uh, you know, they some people call them Tea Party rallies back in the day. And uh there's a couple of black women there. And the uh this is you know, with the fine people hoax and all these lies from the left that are trying to deflect and distract you from them to to the uh the bo the enemy they want you to perceive. Remember, uh the political politicians uh separate, they divide. They divide us in the United States. They divide us into two things. They divide people into two things tools, what uh Marxists call useful idiots and uh and enemies. So you're either you're either gonna be a tool or an enemy. Choose you this day who you will serve. Are you gonna serve the right or the wrong? And uh if you make your decisions on race, on the color of your skin instead of the content of your character, you are on the wrong side of history, not the right side. It doesn't matter. Nothing else matters. So uh so anyway, I'm I'm at this tea party listening to some speaker, kind of a town hall thing, but but in a public forum, and and there's a couple of black women in the crowd and standing near me. So I I just I I went over to him and I and I said, I hope I hope you don't mind, because I don't uh present as African American or black. Um it's not obvious. So I said, I I I I would like to say something to you if you don't mind, and let me know if you do. But I I to me I think you're very courageous to be here. You know? For every uh whoopee Goldberg or whatever, I didn't say this to them, but there's a uh there's a Sojourner Truth and a Harriet Tubman. You gotta choose. You gotta choose which one you're gonna follow. I said, but anyway, I said to them, hey, I think it's very courageous of you. I are are you getting a hard time from people for doing this, for being conservative in this in this era? This error in this Orwellian world, and and they said, Oh yeah. I said, from from who? And they said, well, from from the left, from blacks. So we really have to and I said, I think that's very courageous. I gave him I gave him a big hug and told him how grateful and proud I am. You know, to be popular is easy, to be right when it's not popular is noble. There's a lot of noble people out there. Most of pretty much all of my heroes are black. And we're gonna talk about that. Uh I I I started out in construction and uh I was at work one day. Um I was a kind of a carpenter labor ditch digger, whatever they needed. And uh it was really interesting. We were doing a project. I worked for a general contractor, we're doing a project in uh down south and and uh the uh owner of the project, I think it was uh probably a government funded thing, but it it doesn't matter. I was working for an Italian American, I mean one generation off the boat. And uh he put me under one of his subs that was in charge of demo and things like that, demolition. Start of every project usually is demolition. He put me under this guy who was black. He was from the deep south. He was real country. He looked like a tight end, but he was like fifty. He was just uh incredible man, anyway. So let me kind of just walk this through. I I I it hit me one day that I mean it hit me right then. Because I don't think it's possible to think about America without thinking about race. That's what we're told every day, and I think it's kind of true. In the last episode we we uh talked about uh Garfield, James Abram Garfield. We talked about how he made his speech and when he came out of the Capitol door to the portico to begin his speech, he he was led by Frederick Douglass, the black Lincoln. Probably my my biggest hero, if it weren't for the contemporary ones like Thomas Sowell and so forth. But anyway, I I'm at work and I and I realize, hey, wait, wait a minute. This was this was the the structure of this deal we were doing. We were building a house and remodeling, you know, tearing it down and building a new one. They so uh it just kind of hit me. Look, I I'm uh basically Anglo-Saxon from England and Ireland. Uh I was put under a black man, an African American from the south of the United States. He was reporting to an Italian one generation off the boat from the East Coast. He was working for the general contract who was German, had a German accent, but I I think these were all Americans. Well, the owner of the house that we all worked for in the hierarchy was Mexican. Uh he was bilingual, but definitely from Mexico. I don't know if he was a citizen or not, but essentially I would consider Mexican-American, German American, Italian American, African American, Anglo-Saxon American. So it just kind of hit me. Hey, and I was happy. I it's made me really happy. This kind of tell you who I am. I was so happy I realized I am Anglo-Saxon, a white European. I'm working for a black African American who is working for an Italian American, who's working for a German American, who's working for a Mexican American. And and and you know, don't don't think, don't think like that. No, no. I think, you know, it was so beautiful. I said, this this country is exceptional. Obama said it wasn't because he went to an Ivy League college. But it is. This is this is a UN that actually works. This is where English and Irish people that I worked with, uh, Irish people married English people. Instead of trying to kill each other, they get married here. Like my mom and dad. And uh Jews marry Catholics, all this, but but let's just stick to race for a minute. This is a beautiful UN that actually works. I thought, here I am, uh raised by whites, Anglo-Saxon American, white European American, reporting to a black African American, reporting to an Italian American, reporting to a German American, reporting to the owner of the house, a Mexican American. I mean, hardly even once removed. Definitely, definitely these ethnicities. And I thought, this is so beautiful. You have to think about race. This won't happen anywhere else. This doesn't happen anywhere else in on earth. Despite what you might hear about Sweden or England or Canada or whatever, no, it it's that doesn't really happen. And if it does, it happens because they're imitating us, not the other way around. We fled Europe in order to have liberty and freedom. Those will become important. Um there's a there's a common theme here is that the the Democrat Party or the left, because they have embraced Islam and and communism, Marxism, socialism, they don't even care anymore. They just don't care. What come one, come on. We're we're all in the same tent. So it's it's it's kind of a phony two-party system because the Democrats have never been held accountable for what they've done. But there's this beautiful woman. I think I want to say her name is Carol Swain or something. She's a professor. And she does a Prager University has these little five-minute videos that are really brilliant on just about any topic. Five-minute video, and he's the way he puts it is you'll you'll learn more than he did at Columbia University, which is an Ivy League college in New York. It's where they film Ghostbusters. Kind of interesting. But she does a whole thing on the Democrat Party is not the friend of the blacks, it's the enemy. And and and really, uh according to the book by a woman named Star Parker who's running for office right now, running for Congress. Uh in California, her name is Star Parker, and she wrote a book called Uncle Sam's Plantation: How the Rich, I mean, how big government is keeping a permanent underclass enslaved, minorities enslaved. So I want to start off with a couple of quotes. This one comes from Martin Luther King. A nation that continues to produce soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on the installment plan. A nation that continues to produce soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on the installment plan. He said a lot of things. He doesn't get enough credit for what he said. Neither does Malcolm X. They were a lot closer than you might imagine. Both brilliant. Both great leaders. Martin Luther King talked about education. He said, uh, don't burn, baby burn, which is what the Black Panthers and other radical militants were were preaching. Like these summer of summer riots we had when Kamala Harris said, uh Oh no, they're they're gonna continue and they should continue. Yeah, we should have all these riots. Billions of dollars of in damage and destruction, ruination of neighborhood and communities. Yeah, no, that's cool. We should do that. What does she have? What what dog does she have in the fight? Raised in privilege by a uh a non-black mother who divorced the black father? I mean, so so Martin Luther King said, Don't burn, baby, burn, but learn, baby, learn, so you can earn, baby, earn. And a lot of this goes to education. They're the ones that are perpetuating the plantation. The government, education, media attainment complex, and that complex is a plantation. The thing is now they want everybody on it. They're not content to be greedy enough to keep their original slaves. They want all of us on it. They'll bring people in from the rest of the world to make sure they can have enough power. That's how they got enough votes last time in the Civil War that never ended. They do it through education. They own it. The government, education, media attainment complex. They either educate you through the school system, so-called, or through media attainment. Malcolm X said only a fool will let his enemy teach his children. Only a fool will let his enemy teach his children. Bingo. You know, my mom was from Minnesota. Minnesota, or as we call it now Mogadishu. And she was she was uh one of these, you know, awful. I mean, not really affluent, but uh that's affluent white female urbane leftist. Well anyway, when I was a kid, we had these things called the Watts riots. And uh they had they had snipers, you know, they were burning down their community. It wasn't ours. And when the firemen came to put the fires out, they had snipers shooting at them. So they had to leave and let it burn down. Burn, baby, burn. So I said to my mom, I was just a kid, just a kid. You know, pre-adoles, I don't know. But I but I said, why do they and this will tell you how the left thinks about blacks. She said, uh, I said, why are they burning down their own community and shooting at the firemen who are coming from near their community or in their community to fight the fires, to keep it from burning down? And she said, you know, when a child is angry, they they run on, they'll kick the wall or they'll throw their toys and things like that. And I remember thinking, wow. So my mom thinks that she's on their side. They used to call them bleeding heart liberals. My mom thinks she's on the side, their side, but reality, uh she she thinks they're children. She thinks they're children. That's exactly what the Democrats who had slavery, starting with Robert E. Lee, on down. They they said, well, they're they're kind of like children, you know? Don't don't don't even teach them to read. They're just children. They like to dance and sing, and you know, they're they're happiest when they're kept on the plantation. They're really, you don't you guys don't understand, you you uh Republicans. You don't understand. They they're happy when they're I but it just struck me, like, my God, my mom. Her explanation to me, who really wanted to know what was hell was going on, hers was, well, they're children. So children kick the wall and throw their toys. And okay. But that's how white awful men and women, women of both genders, that's how they think about you, black Americans, citizens. Malcolm X said so much, we could devote a whole show to him and Martin Luther King and and others that have said such great things. Malcolm X said the government itself has failed us, and the white liberals who have been posing as our friends have failed us. Before he came, there was a guy named Booker T. Hold that for a minute. There's just too many good things for for us to talk about. Malcolm X said, The white liberal is the worst enemy to America and the worst enemy to the black man. Nobody said it better than that. The white liberal is the worst enemy to America and the worst enemy to the black man. The white liberal has perfected the art of using the Negro as a pawn. When you strip away the this is somebody commenting on it, when you strip away the rhetoric and look at only outcomes, look only at outcomes. The picture is plain. Neither liberal nor conservative dominance has delivered what black America needs. Strong families, thriving businesses, safe streets, and ownership of the institutions that shape our destiny. Speeches do not build wealth, promises do not educate children, marches do not create ownership. Malcolm X said, I'm not a racist. I am against every form of racism and segregation, every form of discrimination. I believe in human beings and that all human beings should be respected as such, regardless of their color. Malcolm X also said, This government has failed us. The government itself has failed us. The white liberals who have been posing as our friends have failed us. Once we see that all these other sources to which we've turned have failed, we stop turning to them and turn to ourselves. Isn't that what Jesus said? Physician heal thyself? Frederick Douglass said, What can you you're asking me what you can do for the black man? Leave us alone. Stop helping us. That's the name of a book by a black philosopher, fairly recent. Stop helping us. That's a message from white conservatives to white leftists as well, or black leftists. Don't don't don't run my life. Don't ruin my life. Don't ruin my country. I'll read that again. The government has failed us, said Malcolm X. The government itself has failed us. The white liberals who have been posing as our friends have failed us. Once we see that all these sources to which we've turned have failed, we stop turning to them and turn to ourselves. He said the liberal is more deceitful, more hypocritical than the conservative. Amen. Both want power, but the white liberal is the one who has perfected the art of posing as the Negro's friend and benefactor. The American Negro is nothing but a political football, and the white liberals control this ball through tricks or tokenism, false promises of integration and civil rights. If you don't vote for me, pal, you ain't black, y'all. I got hot sauce in my purse. And Charlatan DeFraud, House N word, he says, Uh you m you might be just saying that to get our vote in hilarious rotten cling on from Chicago, where all the gangster politicians come from, including Obama. Said, Is it working? She doesn't give a She didn't give super high intensity training about them at all. Here's another Malcolm X quote. The white liberal is the mo the worst enemy to America and the worst enemy to the black. The liberal elements the liberal elements of whites are those who have perfected the art of selling themselves to the Negro as a friend of the Negro, getting sympathy of the Negro, getting the allegiance of the Negro, and getting the mind of the Negro. Then the Negro sides with the white liberal, and the white liberal uses the Negro against the white conservative, so that anything that the Negro does is never for his own good, never for his own advancement, never for his own progress. He's only a pawn in the hands of the white liberal. He talked about the media, part of the Democrat government media attainment complex. He said, if you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing. If you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing. Could anybody, anywhere, anytime ever say it better than that? Remember, Plato said that nobody's more hated than one who tells the truth. This guy got shot. You know, there's this great meme. It says it shows it shows Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King and John F. Kennedy and Jesus and Charlie Kirk, and it says all for words. So they could have put him in there. Who killed him? The nation of Islam. Because he dared to get off the plantation, their plantation, their cult. It was an amazing man. He was a brilliant man. And he just told the truth. Nobody hates someone. Thomas Sowell said that if you want to help people, you tell them the truth. If you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear. They they call the Democrats the Black Pander Party. They pander. The Black Lives Matter to Democrats every four years. And not in between. Alkam X also said about the media, it's the most the media is the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent. And that's power because they control the minds of the masses. Marx, these guys are all embracing Marxism. Especially blacks. It's it's it's amazing, really. But you know, Marx said that religion is the opiate of the masses. Well, today's religion is the government education media attainment complex. This is who they all bow to. They better, or you'll be taken out. Malcolm X continued, show me in the white community where a singer is a white leader, or a dancer, or a trumpet player is a white leader. These aren't leaders. These are puppets and clowns that have been set up over the black community by the white community and have been made celebrities. And usually they say exactly what they know the white man wants to hear. So he's not talking about Uncle Tom's, like they call Tim Scott, the great senator from one of the Carolinas. Doesn't matter north or south. I don't like those names anyway. But uh they call him Uncle Tim, you know? They they they they call Ben Carson Uncle Tom. They call Clarence Thomas Uncle Thomas. They're not the ones that he's talking about. Show me in the white community where a singer is a white leader, or a dancer, or a trumpet player is a white leader. These aren't leaders, these are puppets and clowns that have been set up over the black community by the white community and have been made celebrities. And usually they say exactly what they know the white man wants to hear. Now, Muhammad Ali was in his same cult, the nation of Islam. And uh I think all of Islam is a cult, but they're a particularly unique branch, as cults tend to do. They split into smaller, smaller groups and uh kind of do their thing. Islam doesn't appreciate the nation of Islam. They won't r recognize it. And what what what sort of turned him, if you saw his movie, the movie about him, or if you read his uh biography or a documentary on him, he he went over to uh Mecca as a good Muslim supposed to do, and he saw that there was all different races there. Lights, light white, medium white, brown, black. And he said, you know, this this thing isn't about race, like the nation of Islam. And and that's when he started to get off the reservation. So who are the white leaders? Uh, you know, I I don't know. Kimi Kimmel, Gason Nuisance, you know? Uh the media? Biden? Kamala Harris? You know, but but you know, I like to watch a show called the Cartier Family Podcast, and they talked about, they were talking one day about there's this triangle in the black community, and I think it was politicians, pastors, preachers, and uh pop stars. So those are the kind of those are those are what we're talking about, you know. But you you gotta decide if you're gonna listen to uh Snoop Dogg today or tomorrow, you know? Or Oprah Winfrey. You know, that that's who he's talking about. That's who he's talking about. Don Lemon Don Lemon, Stephen A. Smith. Both of them said they might run for president. Oh God. The unqualified and the disqualified are elected by the unqualified, disqualified voters. The ignorant, ignorance, who buy the lies of education. A few more on Malcolm X. The media. The media is the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make I think this is the same. They have the power to make it's worth repeating. The media is the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent. And that's power because they control the minds of the masses. Can anybody say they don't see this? Only a fool would let his enemy teach his children. That's right. That's how I feel about the same thing. The school system. Head start through PhD. That is correct. You know, we homeschooled. As a lot of blacks have found that to be sort of saving grace, as along with charter schools. As an answer to education, as an anecdote to education. Okay. We both have the same opinion. Only a fool would let us any so so when we homeschooled, you know, we were kind of thinking, should we do this, should we not do it? Should we do it? Should we not do it? I read an article that said that the the true revolutionaries in the future, looking back at this period, will will be the fathers of homeschooling families. And and and another another guy, you know, everybody on Mount Rushmore, all the founding fathers were homeschooled until they went to uh a college that really was an uh institution of higher learning and not a disaster. Not a uh seminary of leftist Marxist thought that's trying to destroy our country. So when we were thinking about plunging into homeschooling, we had little kids, and I heard a guy say that, you know, he came at it from a Christian perspective, and he said, I'm sure that when the children of Israel left Egypt, went through the Red Sea and came out in Sinai, I'm pretty sure that on Monday morning they didn't pack them a lunch and send them back into Egypt to go to school. Only a fool would let his enemy teach his children. The public school system didn't used to be our enemy. Unions didn't used to be our enemy. And when I say our, I'm talking about us. Every time I say us, I'm saying the United States. E plurbus unum. But uh only a fool would let his enemy teach his children. I think he probably started religious schools. And and this might be the culmination of his quotes. Like I said, you could do a whole show on just what the great black heroes of our country that I want to put on. I want to build another Mount Rushmore. I want to tear down Stone Mountain, which is the Democrats' Mount Rushmore, has all these traitors, racist, white supremacists. I want to tear it down, I want to use all black construction crews, and I want it to be funded by the Democrat Party. Period. You talk about reparations? How about if the one who actually did the crime pays for it instead of the one who gave their life, their fortunes, their sacred honor, gave everything to lay down their life for their brother, the Republicans. Malcolm X said the worst enemy that the Negro has is this white man that runs around here drooling at the mouth, professing to love Negroes and calling himself a liberal. And it is following these white liberals that has perpetuated problems that Negroes have. If the Negro wasn't taken, tricked, or deceived by the white liberal, then Negroes would get together and solve our own problems. I only cite these things to show you that in America, the history of the white liberal has been nothing but a series of trickery designed to make Negroes think that the white liberal was going to solve our problems. Our problems will never be solved by the white man. You know, uh this one isn't him, but it's it's very apropos appropriate, apropos, as they used to say. Whenever a liberal begins a statement with, I don't know which is more frightening, you know the answer is going to be pretty clear. So let's back up just a little bit to Frederick Douglass. One of the guys that goes on this new the second, not not a new one, but a second one. An addendum, if you will. Because it's so important. Frederick Douglass. Read the read his autobiography. Uh why isn't it taught? He was more like Malcolm X than he was like uh I don't know. I mean, I don't know who to Obama. I mean, I don't know who to pick. Johnny Cochrane. I mean who who are you gonna pick? Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Reed, Abbey, Gabby Abbey on CNN, the Clinton News Network. Frederick Douglass said, I am a Republican, a black dyed-in-the-wool Republican, and I never intend to belong to any other party than the party of freedom and progress. Back to Malcolm Hex for a second. The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way. The liberal is more deceitful than the conservative. Both want power, but the white liberal is the one who has perfected the art of posing as the Negroes' friend and benefactor. Government itself has failed us, said Malcolm X. The government itself has failed us, and the white liberals who have been posing as our friends and saviors failed us. These are so great. We just got to continue. If it takes the whole show, and we'll go on. There are going to be more parts to this series because it's so important. Malcolm X said, one of the first things I think young people, especially nowadays, should learn is how to see for yourself and listen for yourself and think for yourself. Then you can come to an intelligent decision for yourself. If you form the habit of going by what you hear others say about someone, or going by what others think about someone, instead of searching that thing out for yourself and seeing for yourself, you will be walking west when you think you're going east, and you'll be walking east when you think you're going west. Probably better read that again. One of the first things I think young people, especially nowadays, should learn is how to see for yourself and listen for yourself and think for yourself, then you come to an intelligent decision for yourself. You know, in Germany's Hitler's Nazi Germany, the National Socialists were putting people, mostly white, because that's all they could get their hands on, into um gas chambers and ovens and death camps. And uh a couple of people came on the scene. One of them was Victor Frankel, who wrote Man's Search for Meaning. Well, he said there are only two races, decent and indecent. There are only two races. You know, you've heard people say there's only one race, the human race. Okay, that's true. All God's creatures. All brothers and sisters, whether we like it or know it or not. It doesn't change the fact. Well, he said there's only Viktor Frankel was put in one of these death camps. He made it out, but barely. But he said there's only two races, decent and indecent. And uh Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who was a Lutheran pastor, who tried, he participated in a plot to assassinate Hitler, and he wound up getting tortured, and he was a pastor. But 90% of the other pastors just went, joined up, joined up with the Nazi Party and did what Malcolm X said just not to do. So not to do. So Dietrich Bonhoeffer said if you get on a train that's going the wrong direction, east or west, it doesn't do any good to run down the aisle in the opposite direction.
