In this episode of SilverCore.io Growth Podcast we spotlight an enhancement to the Wait step in SilverCore.io CRM that makes automations respond to your team. Workflows paused on a Wait action can now resume instantly when a designated team member replies, or after an optional timeout you set. You choose which channels to monitor (email, SMS, chat) and which users trigger the resume—any user, the assigned user, or specific team members. The result is faster follow-ups, fewer manual handoffs, and cleaner pipelines for sales, marketing, and agencies. Setup is performed directly in the Wait step so automations react to real team activity and keep processes moving smoothly. Learn more about SilverCore.io CRM at https://silvercore.io

Welcome to the Silvercore.io Growth Podcast. I'm glad you're here. Today's quick update is all about making your automation smarter by listening to your team. We updated the wait step in silvercore.io CRM so workflows don't just wait for customer actions. They can move forward the moment a team member replies. That means your automation can kick off the next step as soon as someone on your team handles a conversation, saving you follow-up time and keeping things moving. Here's how it works in plain terms. A contact that's paused on a wait step will resume either when a team user replies or when a timeout you set is reached. If you don't set a timeout, the workflow will stay paused until it detects a user reply. So you get flexibility. Let it advance automatically after a set time, or wait for the human touch. You can also choose which conversation channels to watch. Want replies from email, SMS, or chat to count? Include them. Prefer to only react to certain channels? Pick those instead. And on top of that, you can control which users trigger the advance. Any user, only the assigned user, or specific team members you pick. That way the automation responds only to the people and channels that matter for that workflow. Setting this up is simple inside the wait step. Add a wait action, choose the user replied option, then select the channels you want monitored and the user group that should trigger the resume. Once someone on your team replies through a supported conversation channel, the next steps run automatically and the contact advances as soon as the inquiry is handled. The benefits are straightforward faster follow-ups, fewer manual handoffs, and automations that react to real team activity, not just customer behavior. For marketers, agencies, and sales teams using Silvercore.io CRM, this helps keep pipelines clean and ensures outreach and next steps happen at the right moment. Thanks for listening. We hope this makes your workflows more responsive and your team more efficient. Catch the next episode of the Silvercore.io Growth Podcast.
