Welcome to Rachel Reveal, the quick update podcast from Rachel AI. I'm glad you're here. Today we're rolling out a redesigned messaging analytics experience that gives you deeper visibility into your SMS performance. If you use Rachel AI, and remember Rachel AI is an all-in-one business platform, this update helps you spot problems faster and act with confidence. The dashboard has been rebuilt with cleaner layouts and interactive charts. Every metric now compares itself to the previous period and uses green or red indicators so trends jump out at a glance. There's a new failure rate trend chart that shows how delivery failures change over time, and it includes a clear 10% threshold line so you can catch delivery issues before they threaten your account. You'll also see a breakdown of failure reasons in a compact chart that tells you exactly why messages bounced or failed, so you can take targeted action rather than guessing. And to keep your subscriber lists healthy, there's an opt-out trend line with a 2% marker that helps you adjust messaging before opt-outs become a real problem. Getting to these insights is simple. Open your account settings, head to phone system, and switch to the messaging tab, then choose messaging analytics. The default view covers the last 30 days, but you can expand that window up to 90 days for a broader trend picture. Every summary card is clickable, letting you open a detailed logs view that shows individual message records with contact name, phone number, status, date, and error codes, useful when you need to investigate specific failures. Why this matters? Messaging deliverability impacts engagement and revenue. With clearer thresholds, trend comparisons, and failure breakdowns, you can catch delivery issues early, reduce failed messages, and proactively protect your sender reputation. That means fewer interruptions in conversations with customers and more reliable campaigns. Thanks for tuning in to Rachel Reveal. Try the updated messaging analytics and let us know how it helps your team. Until next time, keep sending smarter.
