Hosted by our very own Sanyin Siang, the podcast shares stories that provide insight on the "Champion's mindset" -- people who aim to be the best in their fields and the best version of themselves, without compromising what matters in life. Tarang Amin is Chairman and CEO of e.l.f. Cosmetics. At e.l.f Cosmetics, Amin leads one of the fastest growing and most innovative cosmetic companies in the United States. e.l.f challenges the traditional belief that quality cosmetics are only available at high prices in select channels.
Amin also has an extensive background in driving growth, having worked for The Clorox Company, Schiff Nutrition International and Procter & Gamble. At Schiff, he led a transformation that grew the enterprise value from $190 million to $1.5 billion.
Amin earned a B.A. in International Policy from Duke University and continued on to earn his MBA at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
