Father, Forgive Them (The First Word from the Cross)

In this first episode of Scattered Moments, we begin a Holy Week journey through the seven last words of Jesus.
From the cross, in the midst of unimaginable suffering, Jesus speaks a prayer that still echoes today:
“Father, forgive them…”
This brief reflection considers the depth of that mercy—offered not only to those who crucified Him, but to each of us. Through poetic reflection and scripture, we are invited to see ourselves in that moment… and to receive the forgiveness we so deeply need.
