Welcome to Cataclysm Corner. I'm your host, Val. I don't give answers. I give awakenings. And if you're here, it's because something inside of you is already shifting. Let's poke it. In this episode, we're going to dive into one of my personal beliefs. A lot of times, ninety-eight percent of the population roughly has some sort of religious cage. And by this I mean, you know, constraints. Um they limit themselves to believing that only one ridge one religion is right and all others are wrong. But what if I told you that religion itself is a lie? And what I mean is the constraints that you think that you're limited to. The stories and all of the other contents are transcribed through a lens, a lens of control, a lens of fear. A lens that is put there to keep you under control. In a cage. So I've actually one of my closest friends, her dad is a preacher. Um Baptist would be that that flavor. But what I'm getting at is we've had multiple friendly debates. And I say friendly debates because he was very respectful, just as I returned the respect right back. Um, but he was very respectful with the the concept of agree to disagree, and a lot of people don't seem to understand that it's okay to have other opinions, it's okay to have other beliefs, and it's okay to not align with someone else's. So, with that, we're going to get into this. One of my biggest points that has shook many a faith. And I don't mean that in a negative manner. I just mean it in a way that says, hey, maybe this isn't the golden law. And by that, I mean one key principle unlocks that man is flawed. Period. And I know that has been across the feed a lot in various ways, but I'm gonna go into a little bit more detail. Man is flawed, man is not perfect by no means, none whatsoever. So in the books, and I say books because this applies to Christianity, Christianity, whatever flavor, um Hinduism, um, Islam, Judaism, like it even Wiccanism, and all of the flavors, even atheism for that fact, okay? Because here's the thing: it's transcribed that man, a man, recorded God's word, Allah's word, what have you. Um, we're gonna say source for this instance, that way we're not uh having cultural conflict. So man transcribed sources law. Okay, now in a lot of texts, man, just the word three letters, man, man, has been used to encompass all of mankind. So that gives us a reason to think, well, what if it wasn't just one singular individual? What if it was a group of people from different parts, different lands, and what they transcribed was their um fuck, what's the word? Perception, their perception, how they perceived sources word, how they perceived what was put forth, what was commanded, what was instructed, and that can pretty much unravel almost every major conflict. However, then you get into well who's right and who's wrong. And my response would always be something along the lines of this. I've I've personally observed, um, I wouldn't say learned because I never really dove too deep into individual religions, um, but I've personally observed key points that align across all of them. Um, you know, be kindly with your heart, heart, but don't don't take no shit. Um help each other because we're all in this together, you know, that those type of key points are visible through any flavor of religion that you want to bring to the table to discuss. Um, and a lot of times these individual religions over time have grown and evolved with cultural ties very heavily, very heavily. So then you have to take and look at, well, what's your culture's rules? You know, are you in a land that minimizes women and their power and their their strengths, you know, what they actually bring to the table? Do you have a culture that completely idolizes um their core points? Um, do you have a culture that is resistant to change or adaptation or exploration? You know, there's there's a lot of things that tie into the religious aspect, and a lot of times you have to take it at an individual spoonful. You know, you have to look at the spoon that you've been fed specifically. Um, but I will go on to say this that no matter what religion you have, you're right, but you're also wrong. And one of my most memorable debates with this friend's dad was the first one that we ever had. And I had him so turned around and so uncertain on how to step because I was quoting certain instances and certain, you know, statements back to him with a fresh perspective, a fresh line of sight of truth, you know. Um, because that's that's what I do is I seek truth. I don't I'm not playing around with no bullshit. I spent the first half of my my existence tied up in the muck. I front end my I front-ended my karma, and it was because I needed certain lessons of experience to be able to do what I'm intended to. So with that said, if you feel called to have a more in-depth conversation about your personal flavor, don't feel shy. I have a pop call. If you go to my link tree, it is the connect direct link. It says connect direct and then there's a little squiggly and then vow. That is how you connect to me directly and have a conversation of depth. And yes, there is a charge for the simple fact that my energy is precious and my presence even more so. This was Cataclysm Corner with Val. If something inside of you is twitching, good. It's supposed to. Now go let that mess with you for a little bit. I'll catch you in the next disruption. Total
