I deeply believe there is power in our voices. And when we speak from the heart—when we actually live and embody love for ourselves and for others—something shifts. You feel it. It moves through you, and it ripples out into everything around you.
This is a space for real, honest, raw conversations. The kind that don’t try to be polished or perfect. We’re talking spirituality, energy work, womanhood, motherhood, and what it truly looks like to live in alignment with who you are… not who you think you should be. No fluff. No pretending. Just truth.
I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be fully, unapologetically ME.
And to remind you—gently, but powerfully—that you get to be, too.

You Are Not Responsible for Everyone Else's Emotions
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
How often do you stop yourself from doing something because you're worried about how someone else is going to feel?
I've caught myself doing this more times than I can count, and I know I'm not alone.
In this episode, I'm talking about something that so many of us do without even realizing it—we spend our lives managing everyone else's emotions. We think about whether they'll be hurt, disappointed, offended, or upset before we ever ask ourselves what feels true for us.
We become the ones who are always "on." Always available. Always helping. Always making sure everyone else is okay.
But somewhere along the way, we stop asking ourselves...
What do I need?
This conversation is about learning to come back to yourself. It's about realizing that you are not responsible for carrying everyone else's emotional experience. You can love people deeply, have compassion for them, and still make choices that honor your own heart.
I also share simple grounding practices that help you reconnect with yourself when you've been giving your energy away to everyone else.
In this episode we talk about:
- Why we take responsibility for other people's emotions
- The exhaustion that comes from always being "on"
- How people pleasing disconnects us from ourselves
- Why healthy boundaries are actually an act of love
- Choosing authenticity over resentment
- Grounding practices to come back to your center
- Remembering that your needs matter, too
If this conversation resonated with you, thank you so much for being here. It truly means the world to me that you spend this time with me each week.
If you're feeling like you've lost yourself in taking care of everyone else, my Pathway to Your Inner Light one-on-one sessions are here to help you reconnect with your own intuition, release old patterns and beliefs, and come home to yourself.
You can learn more about my one-on-one sessions, upcoming events, and everything I offer at www.peacefulbutterflyhealings.com.
Thank you so much for listening. If this episode touched your heart, I'd be so grateful if you shared it with someone who needs to hear it, and if you have a moment, leaving a five-star review helps this podcast reach more people.
Until next time, keep trusting yourself, keep honoring your heart, and keep embodying your light.
Welcome to Ron Embodied. I'm Andrea, and I'm so excited you're here. This is a space where we are going to get real. We'll talk about healing, the stories we carry, the patterns that keep us stuck, the courage it takes to use our voice, and what it truly means to choose ourselves. My hope is that every conversation helps you to come back to your own truth, your own power, and your own inner light. So take a deep breath, settle in, and let's dive in. Hello. Welcome back to Ron Embodied with Andrea. Oh, you guys, it's been so hard to keep up on this uh this uh summer just because we've been so busy. And so it's good to be back. It's good to be able to uh, you know, just have a conversation and all the things. I think I've just been noticing something and this energy that we've all been feeling in this last month. I mean, I think we've been feeling it a lot this year, if we're being honest. I I have talked to some friends that are feeling such a shift this year, and they feel like they shed it so much with the um year of the snake last year, which ended in February this year, and that they're feeling so elevated. But for the most, I want to say like 95% of the rest of my friends have been going through it, whether it's health issues, whether it's just not, they're feeling lost, they're feeling really just outside of themselves, they're not feeling like themselves. Um, me included. I feel like a lot of us are releasing, you know, so much deep shit. And it has become this, you know, thing that we've really had to work through. And I read this thing this morning. I have to read this to you because oh my gosh, someone posted this this morning and I took a screenshot of it because I was like, yes, this is exactly how I've been feeling. And I think most of us have. It says, somewhere in between building a life I love, grieving the life I lost, trusting the process, questioning everything, completely at peace, completely crashing out, motive, motivated AF, tired AF, ready to share my story, terrified to be seen. I think that defines like a huge portion of the people that I know. So it is so interesting because I think what's been coming up for me in the last week that I really wanted to share with you today in case it resonates, is that I feel like so much, since we're really expanding and upgrading as a collective humanity, whether you know what that means or not, or whether you feel it in your soul, in your bones, in your tissues, in your breath, anything that's happening in your life, whether you're leaving relationships, whether you're gaining relationships, whether you're standing more in your truth, whether you're deciding to have more boundaries, whatever that is, I feel like we can all feel it. And what's been coming up for me in this past week is I'm noticing that so many of us are walking on eggshells and puttering around on ice for other people's emotions and their feelings. And man, I can go so many different directions with this conversation. And I've thought about it in my heart all weekend, but I think what's really wanting to come through is like, how long do you think you can keep it up? You know, like how long do you think that you can really continue not to like move forward on something or take an opportunity or go through this mental breakdown or whatever this is, you know, without, you know, constantly considering other people's emotions and feelings before we consider our emotions and feelings. And so, like, I'll give you an example. So, like my whole life, I have continuously not taken an opportunity because I didn't want to hurt somebody's feelings, or I didn't step up into this other thing because I knew this other person wanted it and they knew it would hurt their feelings, or I didn't express to my husband how I was really feeling because I knew it would hurt his feelings. Though I knew that it was like crushing my soul by not doing that. Um, I didn't speak to my parents the way that I about something that was really important to me because it didn't want to hurt their feelings. I, you know, we do it throughout our whole life. And I know that men do it, but I know us women, we do it a lot. And what's been coming through this last week is we spend so much time walking on eggshells because it might hurt somebody else's feelings. But in that time, then we're not really authentically expressing how we feel. We're not authentically showing up as ourselves. We are not standing in our truth. And what can happen when we do not stand in our truth is a lot of bitterness, a lot of resentfulness, a lot of anger. And, you know, my husband and I have been together, we'll be married for 20 years, uh, August 5th. And we've been together for almost 22 years, I maybe 23, I think 22. Um, and for the last 15 years, we have we've grown a lot together. And you know, we were really young, you know, I consider young when we got together. And then we had my son when um I was 26. And we grew up together. And over the last like 15 years of that, we've really had to work hard to understand that some things are going to hurt each other's feelings, but we have to learn to communicate these things because what ends up happening is then we get, like I said, explosive, triggered, you know, very activated, very hurt, very resentful, very bitter. Because what is happening is that we're not, we're so worried about hurting the other one's feelings that we're not telling the other one what we should. And I think that I watch so many relationships, whether it be with your partners or being in friendship, because we are not sharing something that we should be sharing or stepping into or moving forward or whatever it is, because we're so afraid of hurting their feelings. So, you know, my husband and I have really worked hard. We're definitely not perfect. We still freak out on each other and we have our moments. We are very pinionated human beings. And so for us to learn how to communicate with each other is not always easy. It can be a challenge. It is work, marriage is work. And there are still times that I know that he does not share something with me because he's afraid to hurt my feelings, or I don't share something with him because I'm afraid of hurting his feelings. But what happens no matter what, is then we don't show up and express ourselves in a true way. And we kind of dim ourselves and we tell ourselves like something. And I know that as I started this podcast, as I've done things in my business, there has been times where he has really wanted to express like um his feelings on things. And I've had to get a little bit of boundaries around that and be like, hey, you know, I hear that those are your emotions and your feelings around it, but also I have to step into this because I feel it in my soul that this is something that I need to be doing. And again, I notice us as women that we will continuously, you know, I am a mother, I am a wife, I am a daughter, I'm a sister, I'm a best friend, an acquaintance. Like I have a lot of roles that I play every single day. And I know throughout my life, like I said at the beginning of this, that I have taken many of everyone else's feelings into consideration before really like checking in with my own self and asking myself what I need, what I feel. You know what I mean? So in this last week, a lot of things have come through that has triggered this emotion or this thought or this thing of what I wanted to talk about, or activated it, or whatever word we need to use. And I notice that we still care so much about people judging us, how they feel about us, how they think that we should show up, how they feel that we should be. There's that beautiful should word that I freaking hate so much. And when do we get to really just acknowledge, like, okay, noted? Some things that we do in this lifetime are going to hurt other people's feelings. And I'm not saying like the times that you were a dick or a bitch or you were being really selfish or whatever. I'm not talking about that. I am talking about you just doing something that you know in your heart that is good for you, it's meant for you, and you you want to step forward, this other person disagrees, or people or groups, or whatever, and they feel that you are not living up to their expectations or what they feel should be a certain way of being. And I woke up yesterday, and then today it was even louder. That this is what we need to discuss is like, when do we get to realize like that we don't need to immediately assume that their emotions, their thoughts, their feelings, their judgments are how we need to dictate what goes forward or how we move forward, or how we step forward in our work, how we step forward as a mom, how we step forward as a wife, how we step forward, how we are as friends. How do these people outside of us get to choose that shit for us? How are their emotions and their feelings have to be taken into consideration so much that we forget what is truly inside our heart? And I'm not saying that, you know, I can hear my team being like softened a little bit. So I'm not saying that you shouldn't have discussions with your family about things that are important. I am not saying that we need to just go ahead and make decisions and that I not talk to my partner about it before I before I do things. I'm talking about something different. What I'm discussing is when we know that something is true for us, why is it that Susan over here may have an opinion about it and it's gonna hurt her feelings because she doesn't feel included enough or she doesn't feel seen enough? When do we get to say it's not about you? When do we get to say that I'm gonna step forward into whatever this is or this emotion, this feeling? Or when is it okay for us to be like, hey, I'm actually not available right now? That's a big one for us too. When is it okay for us to be like, hey, I don't want to show up for everybody right now? I don't want to be available for everyone right now. I don't want to be, you know, everyone's best friend right now. I don't want to show up in a group setting right now. I don't want to do these things and actually honor that and not worry that it's gonna hurt Susan's feelings over here.
SPEAKER_01I'm just using this as a random name.
SPEAKER_00I think that we get to start to realize, you know, I'm 47 and it took me way too long to learn these things. It took me way too long. I continuously made sure that everyone was, everyone's feelings were taken care of besides my own. And I didn't approve my space. I didn't feel comfortable telling my husband, like, hey, I get it that you love to be with me all the time. And I love that you love me, but it took me years to tell him, like, hey, dude, like I just require a lot more space and alone time. It took me a really long time because I had to decondition myself and release the programming that I have been taught my whole life that I need to show up and be available all the time. That I need to be there for every single person all the time. And oh my gosh, you guys, I did it for so many years. So many years I showed up for everyone but myself. I would kill myself for friends that came in for Christmas because I hadn't seen them in a long time. And I would spend every waking moment with them to make sure that they knew that I loved them because I didn't want their feelings to be hurt, that they were finally here, and I wasn't like dropping my whole life and running to them to make sure that they were okay. I I did it with my family. I always made sure that I went above and beyond to make sure that they were loved and that they were held and that they were felt, and and that, you know, I wanted to make sure that they always knew that I was there for them. But in that time, like, oh my gosh, you guys, I was so tired. I was so drained. I was not showing up for me. And it just came through so much this week because I feel like I'm stepping into so much of this unknown. I have no idea where my business is going. I have no idea where some of my friendships are going. I have no idea where my husband and I's dreams are going. You know what I mean? And so I'm in so much of this unknown. And for the first time, I'm I'm really wanting to and doing, trusting this part of my soul and this part of my being that knows that I'm gonna be okay, but that it's also okay that I don't need to worry about hurting everyone else's feelings, because I'm not showing up the way that they need me to show up, and that I'm still in my heart and I still deeply have empathy for so much in this world, and I always will, but where can we start to realize, like, okay, I hear ya, but I don't want to be available all the time.
SPEAKER_01I don't want to give my whole self to everyone, and how can we just make that okay? How can we just realize that that is okay? It's okay. I felt a lot in my heart about this over the weekend.
SPEAKER_00And I really deeply know in my deeper inner knowing that I am here to be a leader and to show others that they can do this and that they can be in their hearts, but also have boundaries. And it's because I lived it. I've lived this, I've lived this. I have I have grown up with zero boundaries, thinking about everyone else besides myself. And now I get to show you a different way. Whether you listen or not, or whether it's inspiring to you or not, fine. But I want to be able to inspire you to realize that we do not have to constantly make everyone happy. And we do not constantly need to show up for everybody. And we do not constantly, and it does not make you a bad wife, it does not make you a bad friend, it does not make you a bad mother. What it is, is like showing actually everyone around you that as I rise, as I, as I step into this unknown, as I do all of these things, I am giving myself permission and everyone else to honor their own emotions and their own feelings. And that there are gonna be some people that get activated by the fact that I say, I don't want to do that, or I'm not gonna show up for that. That doesn't feel good to me, or I am going to do these things, and some people are gonna look at me as a selfish a-hole.
SPEAKER_01I doubt it, but they may.
SPEAKER_00So I guess that the lesson that I've really just been listening to for myself lately is that no matter what anyone feels outside of you, if it is feeling like not good for you and your emotions, again, like I said at the beginning of this podcast, that doesn't mean that you need to be mean. It does not mean that you do not need to show up with empathy and compassion and love. But be in your hearts. But learn to use your voice and speak your truth and say, okay, I'm sorry that you feel that way. I'm sorry that um you feel that maybe I'm not showing up in a way that is honored by everyone. But I'm okay with that. And I want you to understand that I don't really need to explain myself, but to me right now, it feels good for me to do this instead. And be okay in your heart knowing that not everyone is going to like you, not everyone is gonna agree with you, not everyone is gonna feel good about it, and some people are going to judge you. You are not going to be liked and loved by everybody, no matter what you do. And you can be the nice person like I was for so many years, but I will tell you, being the nice person is again, you can show up in your heart, you can show up in your truth, you can show up in all of these different ways and still be a good person, a real person. And let me tell you, I would rather be a real person than a nice person. Because again, when I was a nice person, do you know how much resentfulness I had inside my soul? Do you know how much bitterness I had in here in my emotions because people weren't showing up for me the way that I was showing up for them? Do you know how many years of just like losing myself in all of this and how long it took me to find myself again because I was the nice person? Being the nice person isn't always going to get you where you are. Being in your heart, being in your truth, and using your voice, learning how to communicate, learning how to express ourselves, understanding that we are not going to make everyone happy. Let me tell you, it feels much better in my body, in my nervous system, in my emotions, in my soul. Because I am starting to realize as I grow as a woman, as I go through so many different changes of this unknown, of where I'm going in my life, where my body's going through all this menopause changes, all of this stuff at once. And I don't ever think it's an accident. I I go big or nothing. It's just the way my body and my soul works. But can we find these ways to realize that not everyone else besides us is important? They are still important. Like I love my husband, I love my sister, I love my mom, I love my best friends, I love the sisterhoods that I'm in. But does that mean that I need to make all of them happy every day? No, it doesn't.
SPEAKER_01I love my children too, by the way. Sorry, kids. Um we just we just don't.
SPEAKER_00And so can we find a way to be okay with not making everyone else feel okay all the time? It's gonna be an easier question for some than others. I've done so much deep inner work on myself and it's still hard sometimes. I will tell you some of the things that have come up in the last week. I'm just like, oh my gosh, I just don't feel like I need to hold everyone's emotions all the time. I know that I can still be a heart-centered leader and a good woman and a good wife and a good mother and a good friend without constantly holding everybody.
SPEAKER_01I know that is my truth. I know it's my truth.
SPEAKER_00I know that I am a good person without constantly feeling like I need to make sure that everyone is okay and everyone's feelings are satisfied before I deal with my own. Or before I step into something, or before I lead, or before I, you know, breathe. I don't need to check in with everybody. And neither do you. We can stand in our truth and in our hearts and still be a good person without constantly making sure that everyone else is okay first. So I wanted to do a little practice with everybody today. I feel like it was important. Obviously, you can't drive when you do this. Sorry to all my friends that listen to me when they're driving. But I want everyone to listen to this. If you are able, I want you to put your feet on the floor. If you're sitting on the floor, great. I just want you to be able to feel this groundedness because I feel like a lot of us are feeling so outside of ourselves right now and just feeling like everything is kind of chaotic and we were leaving old identities, old jobs, or we're feeling just so discombobulated. Is that the word? So I want us to do a little practice. I think it's really important right now for a lot of us so we can come back into our center, into our hearts and into our bellies, into our root center, grounded into the earth. So we do not feel so disconnected from ourselves.
SPEAKER_01If that sounds cool to everybody.
SPEAKER_00All right. So for anyone that can do this, what I want you to do is I want you to rub your hands. I want you to close your eyes, have your feet on the ground or sit down on the ground. And I want you to just build the heat and the energy in your palms. Okay. And anyone that's watching this video, you'll be able to see what I'm doing. But everybody else, just try to listen to my voice and I will guide you. I want you to rub your hands. I want you to build the heat and I want you to build the energy. And I want you to begin to take some breath in through the nose. Big exhales. I want you to release the breath a lot, okay? And if it feels like you're really stagnant, I want you to take the breath in through your nose and breathe it out really big, okay? Breathe it out really big. Big breath in.
SPEAKER_01Big exhale. And continue with that breath. Just breathe in through the nose. Big exhale. Now I want you to pause and just feel the vibration, the heat, the energy within your palms. And just breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth.
SPEAKER_00Now, I want you to take your right hand and I want it to go to the outside of your left arm. And your left hand's going to go to the inside of your right rib cage, okay, underneath your arm. If you've got girls, ladies that are in the way, you figure out however you want to do this hug. And if it feels just better to hold the outside of both arms, beautiful. It'll still work. What I want you to do is I want you to hold yourself in this hug, okay? And we have this triple warmer that runs on the outside of our arm. And this is just going to help to soothe that fight or flight that's been, I think a lot of us have been feeling. And we do have this spleen point that's on the side of our body that's just going to help to soothe us here and just kind of give us some soothing. Period. Whether we're hugging both outside of our arms or one over the spleen, one over the outside of the arm, whatever it is, you're still supporting yourself and holding yourself here. Okay. I want you to keep your eyes closed. And I just want you to bring it back to a normal breath, but I do want it to be in through your nose and out through your mouth. I want us to continue to move that energy, okay? When we just hold it in through our nose, it's a different sensation.
SPEAKER_01So in through the nose, out through the mouth. And as you breathe, I am gonna talk. So just continue with that breath. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
SPEAKER_00And I want you to just silently begin to breathe this mantra in and out. So as you breathe in, I want you to silently say to yourself so. And as you exhale, silently say to yourself, hum.
SPEAKER_01So as I breathe in, I'm silently saying so. And as I exhale, hum. And I just want you to do this for a few more rounds of breath. So hum as you inhale, and as you exhale through the mouth, silently say hum. One more breath here. Now I want us to take three big deep breaths.
SPEAKER_00You're gonna take the breath in through your nose, and as you exhale, I want you to hum as loud as you can. And I'm gonna do three times in through the nose. And then another breath in. I just want you to hear and feel and sense how your body feels.
SPEAKER_01Listen to the sounds around you. I want you to take another big deep breath in through the nose. And then big exhale.
SPEAKER_00Now, I want you to shift your awareness down to your feet. If you're sitting on the floor, down to the root center at the base of the spine. And with the power of your mind, I want you to begin to imagine these amazing huge tree roots growing out the soles of your feet or the root center. And I want you to imagine them going deep, deep into the earth. And with each time you take a breath in, I want you to exhale and imagine those tree roots growing deeper and deeper into the soil of the earth, the core of the earth, deeply connecting you with the earth. And allow about three more breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth, and allow these treat roots to grow and to expand.
SPEAKER_01And allow that connection with you and the earth to get deeper and deeper and deeper. Now, using the power of your mind, I want you to inhale.
SPEAKER_00And as you inhale, I want you to pull up this beautiful golden energy from those roots. And I want you to pull it in through the soles of your feet. And I want you to pull it all the way up your legs and into your belly. Swirl around that golden energy. I want you to then release the breath. Take another big inhale. And then I want you to exhale any excess craft that you're holding onto in your belly and exhale it down your legs and release it into the earth. I want you to take another big deep breath in. Pull that beautiful grounding energy all the way up the legs into the belly, now into your heart center. Swirl it around in there, release the breath. Take another big deep breath in. And then I want you to exhale any excess stuff that's just not yours to hold on to right now, that's been feeling heavy in your heart. Exhale, release it down into the ground. Beautiful. Take another big deep, deep belly breath. Pull this golden energy all the way into your body, past your heart, down your arms, into the neck, all the way into your head. And then I want you to exhale. Then take another big deep breath in. Exhale everything that has not served you in this last month, week, whatever day. Release it into the ground. Now take another big deep breath in and pull the golden energy all the way to your crown.
SPEAKER_01And allow that golden energy to feel every part of your body. Exhale and release.
SPEAKER_00And then I want you to take a big deep breath in. And I want you to use the power of your mind. And then I want you to exhale and push that golden energy all the way outside of you into your auric field. And I want you to imagine all the way from down underneath your feet where the roots are, all the way to above your head, about six feet above and six feet around you, all the way around you, is that beautiful golden, grounded, earth-loving energy.
SPEAKER_01And I just want you to sit with that for a moment and breathe.
SPEAKER_00Knowing that you are fully surrounded in that golden, grounded, loving, protective energy. Feeling that beautifulness all the way around you throughout your entire body and all the way around your orc field.
SPEAKER_01Knowing that you are safe. Knowing that you are loved, knowing that you are grounded, you're held, and that you are okay. You are back in your center, connected deeply with the earth. And that everything outside can be outside for a moment, and that you can just be in your center.
SPEAKER_00And that it is okay to not think about anything else or anyone else's feelings or emotions or what is going on in the world, and just be with your breath for a moment.
SPEAKER_01Be in your breath, your body connected to that earth frequency. Just breathe. Allow yourself to be. To really be in all of it. Stay in your center with your breath.
SPEAKER_00Now keeping your eyes closed, I want you to begin to rub your hands together again. I want you to build the heat and the energy in your palms. Rub them really good.
SPEAKER_01Build the heat, build the energy.
SPEAKER_00I want you to shake your palms off, and you're gonna bring your fingers over your eyes. For everyone that's not on a video, you can just place them gently over your eyes. It doesn't matter where. I want you to take three big deep breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth. Big deep belly breaths, y'all. All the way down to the root center. Big exhale. Take another big breath in. Take another big breath in. I want you to take a big breath in. As you exhale, I want you to pull your fingers over to your temples. You're gonna press into your temples a little gentle here, not too hard. And I want you to take two more big breaths.
SPEAKER_01Deep breaths into the belly. Now take another big deep breath in.
SPEAKER_00And I need everybody that doesn't see me on video to listen to my voice. You're gonna take a breath in. And as you exhale, I want you to take your fingertips back behind your ears, like you're tucking your hair behind your ears. You're gonna pull down back behind your ears, and then you're gonna open your fingers and pull down your neck. I want you to come to your heart center, about the center in your chest, and you're gonna bring one hand on top of the other. Continue to keep the eyes closed, and now just breathe.
SPEAKER_01Bringing all of your awareness to your heart and your breath. Breathe. Just breathe. Now rub your hands together again.
SPEAKER_00I want you to build the heat. Build all of that energy in your palms. Really build it. Now shake the palms off, fingers go over the eyes. Gently, do not press on your eyes. Take two big breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth. Big belly breaths. Now take another big deep breath in. And as you exhale, I want you to slowly pull those fingers over to your temples as you exhale. You're gonna gently press into your temples here. Take two more big breaths in through your nose, belly breaths, you guys, as big as you can, in through the nose. Big exhale.
SPEAKER_01Another big breath.
SPEAKER_00Again, big breath in. But when you exhale, take those fingertips back behind your ears, like you're bringing your hair behind your ears. Drag back behind your ears. This is a triple warmer thing. Pull down your neck with your fingers and then come back to your heart space, one hand on top of the other. Keep the eyes closed, unless you need to see, and then just breathe. Bring your awareness back into your heart.
SPEAKER_01Back to your breath. Breathe. Each time that we do this, you are going to feel more in your body and back into your center, your belly, and your heart. Just breathe. Take another breath.
SPEAKER_00Beautiful. Last time I want you to really rub your hands. Rub your hands really, really good. Build the heat, build the energy, build everything inside your palms. Shake the palms off. Fingers go over the eyes. Don't press hard. Deep breaths all the way into your belly. Big breath through the nose.
SPEAKER_01Big exhale. Another breath. Take another breath in.
SPEAKER_00As you exhale, draw the fingers over to your temples and press in gently. Two big breaths. Breathe big into your belly.
SPEAKER_01Big exhale. Take another breath in.
SPEAKER_00Big exhale. Pull your fingers back behind your ears. Drag your hands back behind and then pull down your neck. And then you're going to bring one hand on top of the other in the center of your chest over your heart center. Keep the eyes closed, feet rooted, or down on your root. Breathe. I want you to then bring a slight smile to your face. When we smile, there's the large intestines over here. All of that joy goes into our bellies. So just a slight smile and breathe. If that doesn't feel good, don't smile. It's fine. Just breathe.
SPEAKER_01Feel your center. Feel your breath. Feel your heart. Feel your belly. Keep breathing.
SPEAKER_00Notice how you feel now than the way you did when we first started our conversation. Do you feel a little bit lighter?
SPEAKER_01Do you feel a little bit more grounded? Do you feel more of just you instead of everyone else? All right, beautiful.
SPEAKER_00I want you to take three more rounds of breath. And through your nose. Big A exhale.
SPEAKER_01Two more rounds of breath. Big exhale. One more big breath. Beautiful. All right.
SPEAKER_00I just I want to thank everybody for listening today. And I think that I really was called to talk about this today and bring that practice for you to come back to your center because we do feel so much right now. And if we're constantly trying to be so concerned about how everyone else feels, again, I'm not telling you to not take people's feelings into consideration. That is not what I'm saying. But I'm saying that we can't always be open and available for everyone else before we are open and available for ourselves. So I really wanted to be able to bring this grounded practice to you at the end of it. So you can come back to your center and start to release some of the noise, expectations, thoughts, feelings of everyone else. And just come back to your center and your breath, to the earth, to your body.
SPEAKER_01And just see how it feels.
SPEAKER_00Because these practices of coming back to ourselves are so important right now. Because we can get lost in so much of the expectations and the shoulds, and sometimes it's more important for us to really just tap into ourselves and start to figure out what the next step is. And maybe sometimes that means that we just there is not a next step. We get to just be.
SPEAKER_01We get to be today in our breath, with the earth, our body, that is good enough.
SPEAKER_00Alright, thank you for listening today. It means so much for all of you and your beautiful support.
