Over the past 20 years, I've traveled the world looking for places where the real estate story is about to change. Places where infrastructure is arriving, demand is building, and prices haven't caught up yet. Sometimes those places become the next Monaco, the next Cabo, or the next global hotspot. For more than 20 years now, I've been a full-time international real estate investor and scout. My job, if you can call it that, is traveling the world looking for places where the real estate story is about to change. Every year my team and I spend more than a million dollars traveling and researching markets across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond. We walk the streets, we meet with developers and brokers, we talk with local lawyers and bankers, and we study what's really happening on the ground. Because when it comes to real estate, the best opportunities usually appear before most people realize a place is worth paying attention to. And that's really what this channel is about. This channel is where I'll share the places my team and I are scouting around the world, emerging coastal towns, overlook cities, and markets where the ingredients are starting to line up for something interesting to happen. Sometimes that means a destination that's just starting to attract global attention. Sometimes it's a place where infrastructure is improving, maybe a new airport, new flight, or major investment arriving. And sometimes it's simply a beautiful place that hasn't yet been fully discovered by the global property market. The common thread is that we're looking for places before the crowd arrives, before prices surge, before the headlines catch up. Now, one thing people often ask me is where I actually live. The honest answer is that I move around quite a bit during the year. I spend time between a number of different homes and bases, places like Ireland, Portugal, Cabo in Mexico, and a few other locations where I've invested over the years. Living this way gives me a very different perspective on property markets. I'm not just analyzing these places from afar. I'm spending time in them, getting to know the rhythm of daily life, understanding how a destination evolves over time. We look for destinations that are welcoming to investment, that have excellent weather and lifestyles, that have the potential to deliver capital appreciation and that have broad appeal to short and long-term rent or so they can offer big rental yields. When you start to see several of these elements lining up in one place, that's often when a market begins to move. And those are the kinds of places I'll be sharing with you here. This channel is really for a few different kinds of people. It's for investors who want to understand where the next emerging real estate markets might be. It's for people thinking about buying their first international property. And it's for people who simply love discovering interesting places around the world. Places that might offer an incredible lifestyle as well as long-term value. What I'll try to do in these videos is give you a clear, honest look at the markets we're researching. We'll break down the geography, the infrastructure, what's happening locally, what it costs to buy today, and what the long-term dynamics of that market might look like. Whenever possible, I'll also share real examples of properties, rental potential, and the kinds of opportunities that may exist in each place. But the goal here isn't hype, it's perspective. Because when you've spent a long time walking the streets of different cities and watching markets evolve, you start to recognize certain patterns. Those patterns are what I'll try to share with you here. I'll also bring you along to places my team and I are actively scouting, places that many people may not yet have on their radar.
