Okay, so I believe that throughout your life there are things that are building you. It's almost like a social construct in a certain in a certain sense, but it's your own personal one, right? Sure. So it's the things that you have been through that make you Jordan. Obviously, he was like pretty much schooled by his older brother, and then he got cut from the team and stuff like that. And the way that he says it in his um Hall of Fame speech is that that's another log on the fire and stuff like that. And he's the type of person that turned like negativity into like positivity. Um, so I don't know if he was always gonna be Jordan, but definitely the things that have been contributing towards that fire made it, but then again, though, there's only certain people they can take those things, like a Kobe or a Jordan, or you know, and then just use it in the in the positive aspect of your life, and then you have the people that just do it negatively ne negatively neg negatively, and then there's the people that just I don't know, man, they just take things for and I think that they soak on things, I think that they are um victims of things, I think that they take a long time to actually make a decision. I think that they take a long time to kind of realize where the starting point is. And I call it the starting point because no matter how long you bitch about something, no matter how bad something gets, there's a starting point where like, okay, now I gotta get up, I gotta find my socks, I gotta get going. You know what I'm saying? But it's same, it takes people different amounts of times to kind of get there. You know what I'm saying? Some people live their whole lives like that, dude.

SPEAKER_01

Well, again, it starts with goals. Like I'm telling you, like it may it matters in every industry, it matters for our parents, it matters for our brothers and sisters. Like, if you don't have goals, then you have nothing to work for. You have nothing. And a lot of times that's where people will rely on obviously religion and faith, right? Because they feel like there's a goal. They feel like there's an end goal and an end outcome that I'm chasing. So they might be very passionate about that. But it's like, why doesn't that apply towards your career or towards your future family or your legacy? Some folks just don't have the goal. So to wake up for what? To put my socks on, shoes on, to be on time for what? You'll notice the folks that are very goal-oriented and they write them down and they see it and they visualize it and they study it and they they have everything that they know they want to chase, they have usually a little bit more will to win when they wake up. Sure. They do.

SPEAKER_00

And more of a pep in their step.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you have a little bit more uh of a direction that you would like to go. And I'm telling you, it just all starts with goals. It's just a big part of reading them out loud, saying affirmations to yourself, writing down affirmations. You know, visualization is success.

SPEAKER_00

That you see, you say it in the mirror to yourself, yep. And dog on it, people like me. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, so so what so yeah, no, for sure, man. And you know what? I I play this game with Xavier as well, man, because we're we're very similar at a lot of things. If you see something happen, me and him will probably have the same reaction. But the way that we think about maneuvering in life is totally different. And um, what I what I tell him sometimes, he doesn't disagree with this part, but I always say that that you know um you can choose to look at life however you want, like glass half full type of thing. Because why not? You know what I'm saying? Why not? Like who if something is gonna I have a client right now, and he's like, I don't know, man. I don't know. And I keep on saying, it's gonna happen. It's gonna happen. And he's like, How do you know? And I was like, I don't, but you don't either. But why are you going the other way? Well, you might right now, while the coin's flipping, you might as well go on the positivity route. What are you gonna do? Crap yourself out, and then when it doesn't happen, you're gonna be like, I knew it. You know what I'm saying? Like, I don't like to live life like that. I like to live my life a little bit more positive and being like, I like that phrase, like, what if it does? What if it does happen? You know what I'm saying? And I think that just it just puts me in a better uptip of mood throughout the day. It's just playing that trick with yourself, you know what I'm saying? Um, so everybody has has to have a go or whatnot. What is Anthony Alminger's main goal?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, no, um, right now, I would say because goals change, right? Right now, is to automate life in real estate. And I have some other projects that I'm working on outside of real estate, but I think the keyword automation is my goal right now, to find um, you know, the the right people around me, right, the right path around me, um, to be able to help agents be more successful in their life with automated services, automated duties, automated a lot, and um attached to a business, right? My new team concept and new team empire is to make sure that agents that are coming to us are coming to us already somewhat producing, but they could use extra tools to help them save time or to produce more, you know. And so I think we're all in an industry or our whole world has turned into, you know, I would rather use this company because they offer this automated service or they do it for me, or they make it so simple for me. If I, as long as I pay, they do it. So I'm now evolving my team concept and my overall personal goal that if I retire one day and I, you know, there's no such thing as retirement for me, but if I'm making passive income one day when I'm 70, things are still working, it's because I set up these platforms that agents can use to help increase their production, to help increase their lifestyle, to help increase their daily duties. And so I know I want to create a platform rather than an like an agency. It's not so the agency is the brokerage, the agency is Sir Hand, the agency is, you know, Keller Williams, real EXP, like the agent. I I want to create a platform. The platform can be any brokerage, any agency, but the platform does help automate that agent's life. Well, obviously, you're talking about AI. There's a lot of AI involved for sure.

SPEAKER_00

And how do you feel that that's gonna go within the next five to 10 years in our industry in particular?

SPEAKER_01

In our industry, I still think that the folks that get to AI first to automate their business is gonna do great, but I do still think there's a huge crowd that knows AI is great, but I still don't even want to learn it. I don't even want to use it still. 100%. Can you just give me the cheat sheet prompts that I can use to type into Chat GPT? I'm getting that a lot now these days, right? Like, can you just give me, like, what prompted you say to make that cool picture? Can you show me that? It's like you could spend your own investigatory time to discover how to make yours, but you won't. Nope. So there's still now a human effort involved to get this end result, even though AI made our life easy. So it's still not actually making us making it easy because if you don't know the right prompt, you're not gonna get there.

SPEAKER_00

Me and Xavier, man, this is one that we're definitely divided on because I know that he goes a lot with the uh the the rate in which, like the geometric rate in which it's it's learning and it's it's curving as far as where AI is gonna go. But the way that we're gonna implement it is where I have the disagreement that it's gonna be like the detriment to us or or whatnot. I still think, man, it's gonna take people and it's gonna take their individuality and it's gonna take the way that they're using it more so than it just doing everything for everybody. So I don't think that we're in as bad shape as a lot of people think that it's just gonna take over everybody's job. You know what I'm saying? What do you think?

SPEAKER_01

Well, in in human um like like service industries and stuff, it's gonna have a hard time curing the human element, right? It's the human relationship and building rapport and all that. It's not gonna be that that easy. There will be some industries that AI does take over. Definitely. Anything that's oriented towards math and systems, it's gonna be very hard for those folks to survive after a while. I mean, again, even in our industry, I know there's a lot when it comes to AI, when it comes to like title, when it comes to mortgages, you know, and it it might not be a full-on loan officer or anything, but it can do a lot of the work for the LO that it's gonna be very scary of how much can it do all the way.

SPEAKER_00

So you talk about manual underwriting, right? And a manual, obviously, underwriter, correct me if I'm wrong, but they take they make the final, they make the final decision, right? Well, the AI is gonna be able to calculate it on a way that this is not a risky loan to do. Therefore, in the long run, you're better off doing it or declining it or whatever, right? Better than a human being can do that. You know what I'm saying? So in that sense, it's it is scary, but at the same time, too, maybe it's gonna allow not necessarily a floodgate, but maybe it's gonna be even more lenient than what we thought because it can make up for it in other places. Well, there's human error.

SPEAKER_01

So, I mean, sure. These underwriters are humans, and if they have human error, it's gonna reduce that. Sure. Right. So there's a positive to that too, because there's a lot of them that will do things unfortunately based on biasedness. If we're talking about loans and underwriting, right? We have a lot of you know different types of loans, VA loans versus FHA loan versus conventional loan, and different types of underwriters there. So there might be some biasedness if there's a VA underwriter with a VA client and things like that, right? So I mean it's possible. So I don't know. We we will never know yet. My name is Rain I. Rain I you can get some unfair advantage, I think. I mean, it's it's a part of this world, and it's that's to say it's not what you know, it's who you know. So if the who you know part is because you're associating with certain names, demographics, blah, blah, blah. Like I've we've seen a lot of people have successes because it's more of their connections and it is the actual black and white of the answer.

SPEAKER_00

It is the world we live in, my friend. Now, as far as the life go, what is that? Because, dude, 90% whenever we talk, man, I know I know that we get uh personal when we talk a lot too, but as far as your goals and aspirations, not to try and put you on the spot or whatever, but like when it comes to that, how much of that do you think about how of course you do, but how much of that is kind of on the forefront as part as far as how real estate is incorporated in in your life? You know what I'm saying? Like the ultimate goal in life is it have a lot to do with real estate? I should say, I guess.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I think it's entrepreneurship in general. Ah, I think I'm just oh I would rather be more known for being an entrepreneur and and you know, starting companies and startups and consulting, helping people. Doesn't have to be just the realtor.

SPEAKER_00

So that's more of you, you're more of the entrepreneur that wants to help people and consult. You just happen to do real estate.

SPEAKER_01

Real estate in at least when our market, San Antonio, right? I I j joke with people all the time. I was like, we we have one of the best jobs because we want one of the highest paying commission-based jobs on a product. We don't sell yachts and we don't sell helicopters, right? So even people that sell luxury cars, like you know, uh, Ferrari, Lamborghini, I mean, they're we arguably still make way more than them, the at least the sharks, the top, right? So I just think because we have the best job in our market of the highest paying per our effort of commission based, I don't, you know, like we it is it's right for me to be in this industry first. Definitely. But I mean, can I not help people with some of these best practices in the car industry? Yes. Can I help some people that do want to start up online that want to sell their product and drop ship? Yes. I mean, can I help other people that want to start a media campaign and they just don't know the business side of how do you get business owners to say yes to my marketing? Yeah, I can help you with that, right? So I just think a lot of my life, if uh I had a good coach pour into me. If you notice, I'm getting a lot of coaching myself. You should. I think everybody should have a coach. Everybody. Um, and at the same time, coach that poured into me said, you know, close your eyes and in this retirement life, whether you still are working or not, like this this dream life that you have owned one day, wake up and tell me the first thing that you do and what does your day look like? Right. And so my day waking up is still very similar to today because I had to visualize this. I'm glad that you said that. I wake up, you know, I'm I'm not rushed, but I am intentional with in, you know, I'm getting ready, you know, making the bed, you know, I have my intention. But I have my meetings starting 9 a.m. and I'm on a call with this one company talking to my my management or leadership so they can spread that information to the downline, to my employees or so forth, right? I have my crew. Then I have maybe another call at 10 that's a different company, and I'm spreading my direction there to that management team so they can eventually, you know, dilute it to the front line and so forth. So maybe nine, 10, 11 call, got three different companies that make me the bulk of my income. You know, and again, you could say the word passively, but it's like when you're the owner, you're taking a percentage and you're paying yourself out based on the revenue that's coming in. So that is a form of you know passive income, but it's retirement. It's I am owning those companies and that's how I get paid. Then at 12 noon, I can have lunch with the family and kids, and we might have done all three of those calls, or we're in the Bahamas. Like that can be anywhere I want. And I think that is the ultimate goal is to do what we're doing today anywhere that we want to be. Definitely. You right now, most if because we're in real estate, to be a realtor in our market, you got to be there at the house, you got to show the homes, you gotta do the butt no, you don't actually. You can hire people to do that. You can hire people to show homes, you can hire people. You can now, yes, you can. There's even companies that will be.

SPEAKER_00

No, I mean you need to work yourself up to be able to do that, obviously.

SPEAKER_01

If you're uh yeah, well, yeah. I mean, you shouldn't be thinking about retiring and having these companies if you're not somebody already, right? Like you gotta be there in that level, in that lane. But no, I I I do think that everything is possible to automate someone's business, and then think that's where I'm at right now. It will be automated, but then eventually one day that's the dream. I'm still working, but I'm managing. Badass.
