Noah and Aidan are back with one of their favorite Bravo franchises, The Real Housewives of Potomac, and they’re diving straight into the Season 10 premiere. The Grande Dame may be missing this season but Potomac hasn’t lost its drama or spark quite yet.

The hosts break down how the group fares without Karen Huger’s presence, their thoughts on the takedown of Stacey Rusch, why both Ashley Darby and Keiarna Stewart are likely on borrowed time in the franchise and what to make of the two new Housewives Angel (who has a very fine husband) and Tia.

So we are both very excited. And I've been saying that the lol and bravo is over. The favorite children are home. Salt Lake is on, Potomac is on. We're officially back. And I'm liking what I see. I mean, Potomac usually comes out strong with a premiere. I will say it wasn't as strong as Salt Lake, but I'm liking the skeleton of the season, except this better not be Stacy gets dragged the whole time. I don't have the patience for it. I'm already over it.

So obviously Monique will be against her. She has no ally on the cast, it seems. The new girl, well, the new girl, one's Kiana's friend. The other one. She seems like she's just gonna be neutral. She's gonna be like the nice one, but we'll see.

So I'm just accepted. It's not looking good for Spacey Stacy. It's not looking good for Spacey Stacy. I know. Stacey's shown this episode that she can take it, both in the confessionals and in person. Because she had two moments where I think she gagged people. The first was against Kearna. Well, Kiarna was trying to make up this whole stir about Stacy lying. Pretty much everyone's mad about the last season. Which, if you don't watch Potomac, then you need to know that Stacy brought this game in on as her fake boyfriend last season. And everyone's kind of mad about it. That's kind of the storyline for this season. Like, did you pay him? Did you not? He claimed that, you know, she was supposed to pay him. He never saw a set. Honestly, I think if she did enter an agreement that he doesn't deserve a cent because he did not seem convincing in the role of a boyfriend. I said it on TikTok, I will say it again today. Like on your viewing partner said it best the moment that he came up on the screen. And then he wore that sheer see-through shirt. Like he was fresh out of Wii How on Watch What Happens Live.

I know, but yeah, it definitely seemed like this premiere episode for sure was like the house versus Stacy. Um because it seems like yeah, everyone had a problem with her. It definitely feels like I feel like there's a few things. I feel like A, Ashley is kind of trying to like. I don't know, she's like she's not like trying to flex or re-establish herself or whatever in the group, and like maybe maybe with Karen gone, she's feeling a little extra hot or whatever, a little bit extra big and bad.

It it seems like Kiarna's coming in hot as hell because she just like hotter than Stacy's breath, to be honest.

So I'm wondering if she got a very serious talking to in between last season and this season about like you need to step it up, you are not giving main, you were not giving full time, you need to like you're about to get fired.

So right. One thing yes, that's what it's giving because she came in fucking hot this premiere episode, and based on the previews, it looks like she is determined to like have an issue with Wendy. She's determined to have that fallout storyline with her, she's determined to have an issue with Stacey, with a new girl. Like she it seems like she's just determined to have an issue with everybody.

It's like they told her to turn it up, but she doesn't exactly know how. But this is definitely the behavior of somebody who got put on a performance improvement plan and got told yes, go be fired real soon. I don't know if they were trying to want to make her like the spicy one, like the candlest, but she doesn't have the range. I do think that K can hold her own, but I think you know, I think she's a Baltimore girl. I think she's used to, you know, using her fists. So this might be a new territory for her. But unfortunately, her friend might take her spot because she introduced to us Angel, the new one of the two new housewives, and she's funny, she's giving us good confessional moments, she has loose connections to like most of the girls, a lovely house, a fine husband. So, I mean Kiara got that unfortunate looking friend. So it's just like okay. You're not really given much personality-wise. The condo's cute, I guess, but we we just got that on the third or fourth season. We known you.

You you try to lie on this lady name already. She was given friend, she was given friend. She was giving because she didn't really get an intro scene or get introduced, or kind of you know, get a scene in her house like Angel did. So we kind of just see her showing up to the event and reacting to things. Which was so funny. We we see her kind of walk into the argument between Stacey and Ashley with Sharif. She's kind of just like, oh, what's going on here? But I was calculating her British accent in the background. Like, y'all are not listening to each other. Well, they're going at it. Like, well, clearly not, they're screaming. So she clearly got it too getting herself into, I think, quite early. But I get a classy, nice posh vibe. I get real money, real esteem. She said that she was um a Nigerian princess but grew up in London. So I'm just like, there's definitely some blood money there. So the wealth is real, but it's probably like, you know, like Michael Darby's money, his Somalia money, like a little war-torn, I'll say. Probably. Yeah. But I have to guess.

Yeah, it's also like it seems like more mature. Like NECA was obviously going for her first baby, while it seems like this one and probably it's like more older children. She seems like more further along, like more established that maybe Wendy will see something out of a connection with her, or she just like moves different. But I can definitely see it being the same. But also, Wendy has her hands full with beefing with Kiana right now, so she's not really this add-on foes. Wendy will just want to deal with the one right there.

When I did kind of I did kind of cackle at when Wendy came into after that and was hugged everybody, and she stopped and looked at Angel, like she paused. It literally reminded me of fucking Nene when she went to hug the love doctor and was like, like she was like, Right?

Which was a fun a fun, you know, moment, but they did overlap at college, Angel and Wendy. But they both clarified that it was like one, they both went to Temple, which is a pretty big school, and like Wendy was maybe a senior when Angel was a freshman.

So Angel made it clear with that phage line. With that phage line, she was several years older than me. So as she was leaving, I was coming in.

I think it was Shady. Wendy was a little tasteful, but she kind of mentioned that Wendy would be walking around in power suits, like strutting around. I'm like, that sounds awful. That sounds right. That's what that's what I imagine Wendy would be like in college.

I like that because Angel's inclusion does feel very like natural, you know. It does not feel it doesn't feel forced. Like this definitely this feels like a group of girls that she would hang with, you know.

Exactly. I don't you can tell that her and Kiana are like real friends and go back. They said they've known each other since they were like 13. 18. So, yeah. Yeah. Or 18 rather, so they have some history there. While it seems like Tia was definitely cast for the show. Like, I don't exactly know Giselle. She's talking about we met her an event. We both raised twins, so it's like, okay, girl, but she was cast, but I think it was a good casting wherever they found her.

And I think just based off the previews and what we saw of her, I feel like obviously, you know, she's gonna get into it a little bit, but I also feel like she's gonna give us a lot of fun scenes. Like, that's the vibe I got, is that she's gonna give us like fun moments. Yeah, she's gonna like I feel like she seems like a girl that like knows how to like have a good time, party, have fun, be funny, and have a sense of humor and everything. Like, she seems like that type of girl.

She mentioned growing up Posh, having some Rolls Royce, so I thought she would host a hell of a trip at an event. Yeah. Well, you know, Angel seems like the type of host that like should she would she would have like a nice like gift basket or something in your in your room ready for you with like cement and maybe something to drink. Um so as far as I guess as far as like kind of like how the episode began with kind of our focus on like how the ladies are feeling without Karen and about like with her not being present, obviously, on the show, but they didn't say that as much because obviously, you know, fourth wall, but they more so talked about like the fact that she's like locked up and in jail. Um, how did you kind of feel about how they touched on the absence of the grand dome?

I mean, I think it was right because the trailer itself is kind of an ode to her. We kind of see Giselle regaling the tale. And we also got the brief little shot of Karen, you know, being sentenced, kind of coming out. So they do address it, but I do think it was right, and then we kind of have the group get at it and talk about it. But I wish they talked about it a little bit more. They just got right to jump in Stacey. Like, I would have appreciated some more context. Like Kiara adding on that, like, oh no, this isn't like Martha Stewart Country Club prison. This is like, you know, county jail. Like getting more context from them or like what they heard, what they knew would have been helpful, but they have to get right to the T. But I'm sure the girls probably coordinated, like, okay, we're we're jumping still at Rise, right? Like, that's why it's today. They seem very ready to ready to jump, Stacey.

Um, I really don't, because I feel like it's like, okay, so Ashley can sit around looking in databases to find out, like to confirm whether or not Stacey's actually divorced, but they can't pull up any record or any indication that there's like a lawsuit pending that there is an active lawsuit in process or because that's very easy to pull up. If anything, I think that's easier to pull up than like whether or not someone's married or divorced or the legal status of their union.

And did I say that you saw like plaintiff and defendant listed, which again doesn't give credence to things, lawsuits are like filed publicly, which what I'm thinking is that he may be like filed petition or drafted the things right up until you filed for a court. Like maybe he paid a lawyer for some time, got a consultation, did that, and was turning around as kind of like a threat as T. But clearly there was a lawsuit. Like I feel like you know, one of them fucking real like the son would have made an article, one of these Instagram page blogging journalism outlets would have done something, you know? And I just don't believe all of it, honestly, especially coming from Ashley and Giselle. Those aren't exactly credible sources, right?

Well, it's kinda like well, it's kind of like the same thing where it's like kind of the same energy that Wendy had for Karen in last season's finale when they were revealing that Karen had talked shit about Wendy to Stacy, like before filming or whatever. Um, and Wendy was like, I I mean, whatever, I'm not surprised by that. Um but yeah, I I agree with you because I definitely feel like Giselle's hatred of Stacy really confuses me. Because like I said with Ashley, I feel like at least with Ashley, like she's trying to like flex and look bad and everything and pick on some and have somebody to pick on or whatever or go after. Um, but Giselle, it's just so random because I feel like just based off of everything that happened last season, I was just shocked at how hot Giselle came in. Because Giselle was being downright hateful to Stacy at last season's reunion, and it felt just out of nowhere. And even Stacy seemed confused by it.

So maybe she just doesn't know now, so she looks even crazier, but it looks tragic. It looks real. It looks real bad. And Stacey, she plays right, can come out being a super fan favorite. But also all the lion might catch up to her, but I think it's innocuous enough that the audience doesn't care because I don't give a fuck. Quayaks, I feel like like at least she's gonna be like. Giselle thought of all their men that she wasn't dating onto the show anyway. Sherman wasn't your man. Sherman was a young man. The Summerhouse boy was a young man.

Well, a lot of times when like Giselle, Mia, Ashley, like when a lot of these other girls lie, they like tell very defamatory lies against each other that could like ruin people's marriages, fuck up their lives, fuck with their careers, their money, and everything like that. Like they tell really defamatory, like intense lies about each other. Like if Stacy just wants to have a fucking fake boyfriend and like lie about her like a little bit about her life, like very like you said, like very innocuous type shit. Like it's like it's really not, it doesn't feel like that big of a deal in comparison to what some of these other women have lied about and and like how they've lied on each other.

I don't know if they just do that for everyone or like their corporate structure but seems like he's established in his career and you know a senior VP.
