Good morning, birth, and happy Tuesday. Welcome back to your morning birthday brief. I'm your host, Trent Bootish. Let's get into it. Street Sweeper, I hardly knew her. Ever wonder what it's actually like to operate these massive machines keeping our community clean? The surveyor's own Joan Cullen stepped into the driver's seat for an exclusive behind-the-scenes ride along with the town of Berthid's street sweeping crew. From navigating tight neighborhood corners to managing the technical mechanics of the job, she covers everything it takes to keep our local roads pristine. Don't miss the full story. Grab your copy of Thursday's paper to read all about it. Next up, the Mile High City officially ranked as the nation's most polluted major city on Monday, according to IQ Air. State air quality officials attribute the spike to a combination of high temperatures and wildfire smoke, which have triggered elevated levels of both ozone and fine particulate pollution. Consequently, an ozone action day alert remains in effect for Colorado's Front Range Urban Corridor through at least 4 p.m. Tuesday. Coloradans with breathing issues are encouraged to stay indoors as much as possible during this time. Tomorrow's Cribbage Night at City Star Brewing. Those of you who play the noble game of cribbage can rejoice and gather for a beer and perhaps a delicious bite from Moe's Beef Food Truck as well. Impress your fellow cribbage enthusiasts and be the first to get 121 points. Well, everybody, that's all for your Tuesday morning brief. This has been Trent Bootish signing off. Have a great day, Berthod, and we'll talk to y'all tomorrow.
