Um uh first of all, though, before we get into all that, I would like to talk about uh something that is actually really cool. The the sorry I don't I don't even I don't even know what I'm doing. I know what I'm doing, but I don't know what I'm doing. Um so I don't drink coffee myself, but I did have a sample and it it was amazing. And uh the coffee bean slash company I'm talking about is giving grounds coffee. Had the cold brew today, tried their bloom brew, and we ended up getting a four-pack.

Uh they did a we I happened to leave with uh two coconut lime refreshers. Sounds good. It was really refreshing, really good. Everything, every flavor that she told us that was in it, you could taste it, and it was nice and perfect.
SPEAKER_05Nice. Yeah, it was coconut water, coconut milk, lime, and salt. So good.
SPEAKER_03Okay. And ice, I take it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, and and like super refreshing. Like um the what's funny is the the sister made a sign and put the wrong refresher on there. She put cucumber refresher, which I got excited either way. I like coconut and I like cucumber. And so when they were like, oh yeah, it it's actually coconut, I was like, oh, that's even better.
SPEAKER_03Nice. I don't fuck a cucumber.
SPEAKER_04Uh it depends for me. Like, I can't do that coconut, uh sorry, that cucumber Gatorade. Yeah, that shit's disgusting.

SPEAKER_04Yeah, I can't do that, but I can eat. I like fresh cucumber with some thahen and lime or something like that. So you can't do that, son of a bitch.

SPEAKER_04We weren't there at that one very long, but uh, you know, it was cool. I've never seen that uh in general, that place, the village. It really is like a village. It's like I don't think I've ever been out there. They're modular homes, uh like close living, close quarters. It's made for that. That's what it is for the house.

SPEAKER_04It's a farmer's market. It's a living location.

SPEAKER_04The village is a place people live. It's uh it's like an apartment, it's a housing complex.

The newer yeah, I guess the piece of there's a piece of land inside of that uh the village place. Okay. That there were there's plenty of setup for multiple, like double the vendors if they wanted to, than what there was today.

SPEAKER_04Uh but yeah. The village. Yeah, it's literally just like modular homes, close quarters, um literally a village. They have food trucks out there too? They had one food truck. It was mainly like a lemonade. I'm sure they had like popcorn or something, you know. Hell yeah.

SPEAKER_05So Chica's, I don't know where they're stationed or like where their main place is now. They used to be over um by that family family dollar? The the blue like ice cream truck that was there?
SPEAKER_04By that tire shop. Which family dollar? The one right here? Yeah. Yeah. There were a blue tire shop. There's a food truck? There were a blue food truck uh next to or in me. Well, I say I can't even say it.

SPEAKER_03Oh, they do lemonades. Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There you go. Yeah, I remember seeing that.
SPEAKER_05And their kettle corn's really good. They actually started with kettle corn.
SPEAKER_03Is it not a Honduran truck? Uh am I getting them confused? Was there three there at one point? There was like a Honduran or Venezuelan food truck there too at some point.
SPEAKER_05There might have been right by the shed.
SPEAKER_03At the very beginning. There's that big like silo for some reason. Yeah, is that what that's called? Silo? I think so. I don't know what the fuck it is.
SPEAKER_05It looks like maybe like a water silo. I don't know. It there's one like across the way behind the dollar jet.
SPEAKER_04They're not there anymore, but they used to be on the other side of the silo where that Venezuela one was. Yeah, I do remember. I know which one you're talking about.
SPEAKER_03I remember seeing the lemonades and stuff.
SPEAKER_04And then before the shed, it was way before the shed built their own little seating, like eating area.
SPEAKER_03We went to that taco one twice since that time we talked about it. Oh, nice. Yeah. Oh yeah. Again, I was gonna tell y'all something off mic about all that. Okay. Okay. I can't do it on here. Okay. Well, here, I'll write it down to remember.

SPEAKER_04Um, so they're mainly just like a pop-up food truck, but they did they were a residence here. As like as far as like residency. They were there for a good minute. Yeah. Maybe almost a year. Yeah. I think I think a year actually.
SPEAKER_05And then they moved into Willis by like 75 across from Willis supermarket as like a temporary kind of location that they would pop up.

SPEAKER_05And then um we ended up they they they've moved locations now.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So yeah, they're mainly like pop-up and uh they're actually huge. Uh the you know the Lone Star Throwdown LST? No. The the show, the truck show they do every year? No. Oh, like a class well now it's a not a food truck show, like a show, like a truck. It's a car show, but there's a lot of trucks.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it it's it it used to be more like old school vehicles like the the C tens and dropped um cars, and recently it's become more into like the bigger trucks that are like raised and whatever. Um, but there that's in February, like at the end of February, almost uh every year. Um but Chica's like sold out there. Oh, nice. And they were really where's it at?

SPEAKER_05Uh at the Lone Star Convention Center. Not the convention center, but the fairgrounds. Um yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03Amber and I were talking, apparently back in the day, the Montgomery County Fairgrounds used to have some big ass concerts, and now they just don't really have that many people. She saw like Alan Jackson there, um, Alabama, I think. There was some like really big acts that came through, and now I feel like we maybe I just don't hear about them, but was this for a specific event or like just concerts? No, just over the years. She just saw like big ass names and country music there. Huh. And they were big then too. It's not like it was Alan Jackson early. I mean, she's not that fucking old. It's just I mean, he was like huge and just came to Montgomery County, but yeah, he's been around for a minute.
SPEAKER_05We um we saw a Pink Floyd laser light show there.

SPEAKER_03Dude, I went to a fucking nine-inch nails concert, and I think they were trying to give people seizures. It was fucking crazy, bro. They were just flashing all the lights right in your face.
SPEAKER_04There are times miserable. There were a couple times. I think Connor Price, uh, there were a couple times during his show where we went, I had to look down. I had to do that during the whole nine-inch show. I was jamming, but I was looking down.
SPEAKER_03I was yeah, I had to tilt my hat because I mean we were up in the upper deck, it was at the Toyota Center, and dude, they were blinding us. It was crazy. The whole show. I was just white lights in your fucking face. Like, all right.

SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's a nasal spray. It's a nasal spray. Oh, that's right. So there's a nasal spray and a pill, but like logically, if you're having a full-blown seizure, like nasal spray is safer to try to administer.

People just got squished by people and died. It's insane. A lot of conspiracy theories surrounding it, but like probably not. I think it was just too many fucking people. And they talked about how like poorly the evacuation routes and everything was set up. It was it was a fucked up documentary.

Well, the thing was, yeah, the whole thing was that he crazy he kind of like saw it happening and kept the show going, and he claims like I didn't see it, but I think the real shit popped off was when Drake popped out. Drake popped out and the crowd went nuts. Drake just dropped three albums yesterday.

Like every generation has their like, Oh my god, our government is doing these like crazy things and it always feels like world bending to your generation, but it's just not it never seems to play out. Like Watergate back in the day. That was crazy. And now it's just a non-factor, really, when we talk about government and stuff like that. And I think that's what this is going to turn into. We have all these things that are happening that seem like it could be the end of the world. And then 30 years from now we're going to be like, remember when Dulcie Gabber got raided and she had the MK Ultra Files? Like, wait, what? And then no one's going to fucking talk about it. But that happened.

But this guy's acknowledging, he's like, his whole thing is that it's selfish to think that God that we're the best that God could create. That was his take on it. So he's like, Yeah, I think there's something else out there that could be better, yada yada. But like real biblical people on Reddit at least are like that's not what the Bible says. I don't know. I just when my grandma hears about this, especially from Trump, it's just like how is she gonna react?

However, like there's proof of it in the in the Bible.

If you break it down in a certain manner, if you want you kind of it's a confirmation bias, you kind of make it what you want to. So if you want there to be like, okay, I'm uh I'm a I'm a Christian man, but I'm very forward-thinking when it comes to science and innovation, so I do want to accept this new knowledge. How can I spin this in order to think that I'm not crazy? And then be like, oh, the book of Enoch and the Book of Abraham or whatever it is that they talk about sky people and you know, that kind of stuff. It's like, oh well, you know, some people think angels, now you can think aliens. You know? That's a good point.
SPEAKER_05There's also the fact of like the whole like certain uh religious people don't necessarily like think side scientifically, but at the same time, like God's the one who made us. They He's the one who put our m made our brains the way that they are. So like technically in a way, science was because of God. Which then that's we're jumping into like a really religious conversation, and that's not normally conversations that we have. But it it I feel like that has to be brought up in these moments.
