Royal Street Sessions, what's up? Welcome back. It is our Quintaneta episode. Where's the backup from everybody? Everybody's just staring at me. We're doing it. And you guys are just staring at me. I need a backup. Come on. You really took the reins there. Quintaneta episode.
SPEAKER_03We're all wearing dresses. I wish we had video.
SPEAKER_05That means we're 15 for you guys who don't know any Spanish.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you fucking perverts.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, that's it. Royal Street Sessions. We are here. Episode 15, our Kintyan episode. Not only is it special because we made it to episode 15, that means 15 weeks in a row. Pretty good. Yeah. We also have our very first in-person guest. Shout out. October. Yo, what's up, man? Thank you for being here. It is literally our pleasure to for you to be here because uh you share the passion, uh, a passion that we were that we have as far as when it comes to recording.
SPEAKER_03We also want to be rappers. Yeah. We're gonna be a rapper.
SPEAKER_05We want to be rappers, that's for sure. No, but uh we we uh we hear the passion in your music, uh, and uh we thought the same thing. I was like, we have passion with this podcast. Let's try to let's try to get our first guests at least have that in common with us. Yeah, because otherwise we don't know what we're talking about.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm excited.
SPEAKER_05But yeah, um, for the most part, we will be asking you some questions at the same time. We'll be going off course. Yeah, it's really again, I'll tell I'm I'm gonna say it on mic. It's a free sh it's uh freestyle show. I just put my feet up that tells you everything.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah. Right, dude. It's so chill in here.
SPEAKER_05Um, but yeah, like Josh uh is insinuating as well. We put more uh sound panels in here. It's so good. We got actual acoustic sound panels up towards the roof, so it takes away some of the echo, and we added some behind us. We also added some behind Brie, added more, and then across from Brie slash behind October, we put more, so it feels even more like a studio. It's pretty sick compared to last episode.
SPEAKER_03Feels good.
SPEAKER_05So are you we are we allowed to call you do people can people know your first name?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's fine.
SPEAKER_05Okay, I'm gonna call all right. So his first name is Davin. Call him Davin.
SPEAKER_04Yo, it's Davin. What's up?
SPEAKER_05Davin the dude. Davin the dude.
SPEAKER_04That guy.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah. But yeah, so um uh let's just let's just start off real quick. Fuck it, let's just get into it. I want to ask you something, Davin, because you are younger than us. You are the youngest in the room.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, forgot how young you were.
SPEAKER_05So there so there's a lot of sayings and words that we don't know. Or we might have heard, but we don't know what they mean. Just off the top of your head, is there anything you can tell us that are new compared to when we were around in high school? The popping off lingo, dude.
SPEAKER_03We need to know the the up-to-date lingo. What's really what's firing up right now?
SPEAKER_04Uh I say type shit a lot. I'm not gonna lie. Yeah, type shit.
SPEAKER_03Type shit. That's another one. I'm not gonna lie. We watch Love Island, they all say I'm not gonna lie a lot. It's just kind of it's like a punctuation on a sentence.
SPEAKER_04I mean, I say it a lot too, I guess.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. That was good. That was good. Uh, what was the one I think of? Type shit. Um W's in the chat. That's one, right? Damn.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's like streamer streamer terms. Yeah, W's in the chat.
SPEAKER_05W's in the chat, it's like saying, like, uh, we did it, right? Like, hell yeah. Like we did it. Yeah. I mean, am I kidding? No, you're right. It's just the corny. It's the cornyest way to we did it, guys. It's like we that's what I'm saying. We've done we just had sex. W's in the chat, gang. Yeah, F's in the chat is a different thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I don't really use that one, but you use F's in the chat? F's in the chat?
SPEAKER_03You put Fs in the chat? Nah. Are you in chats? Are you as are you in the stream reverse at all? No.
SPEAKER_05What did what do you okay? That was another question I had now that we're talking about it. Do you have uh what are your thoughts on IRL streamers nowadays? Because there's a lot.
SPEAKER_04It's crazy, bro.
SPEAKER_05There's a lot, it's crazy.
SPEAKER_04Y'all seen that dude named Chud the Builder?
SPEAKER_05Oh my gosh, you have no idea.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy. All over my feet. Big fans. He deserves everything he's getting. Just oh yeah.
SPEAKER_05That's just my opinion.
SPEAKER_02Okay, touchbase. That's the one that I thought I didn't know, but I do know.
SPEAKER_05I don't know. That's the one, yeah. Chud the builder. That's the one that that's the one that goes around and antagonizes us. Don't be at me. I'm trying to think about it. I don't know. I don't know who it is. I think I've told you about it.
SPEAKER_03Well, no, I brought him up because you told me about him, and then literally the next week it's like, hey, he shot a black guy, now he's in prison. Oh, yeah. So I talked about him, yeah. Yeah, and also he's an IRL streamer. That's because he was doing that. What is an IR was IR in real life? In real life, like just doing their life. IRL. Vlogging.
SPEAKER_04I mean, they do like extra shit for like content, but yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, content. Like speed, that's what they do. I show speed, all yeah. Okay. I show speed. Uh I think I told you Adrian Broner, Bronner's back in the game. Yeah, okay. He's back in the game. Um, there's a lot.
SPEAKER_03Um Chud's still in prison, huh?
SPEAKER_05So his bond actually got revoked. Good. Good. His bond got revoked just this last week. So that's funny that you brought his name up because he he recently came up on my feed. I'd say recently, maybe like a month ago. Maybe a little more, but I bring him up all the time, Debris, because I was like, can you believe this person? Like what he's doing to get money.
SPEAKER_04Crazy.
SPEAKER_02He called it like freedom of speech, but nah, that that's just starting shit to start shit.
SPEAKER_05Does anyone know like what happened? So from what I understand, uh uh so okay. It added on to why he's in jail. But the main reason he's in jail because he did not pay a three hundred and something dollar bill. He walked out on the bill at a restaurant. Oh. And he recorded the he streamed the whole thing. And eventually the cops came, um whatever, and he went to jud to to see a judge, and they told him don't get in trouble again while you're doing any of this. And then he does that whole gunshot. Um So what yeah, that's what I mean. What happened with the gunshot? So I believe from what I read he uh antagonized the people like he does. You know, he like calls out the the black people. Yeah. Um, and then so he antagonized one, and from what I understand and what I read, the guy comes back and like tries to because he's mad. Yeah. You know, he doesn't take it. And Chud is just he's going at it.
SPEAKER_03There's a black fellow. Yes. Okay.
SPEAKER_05And this guy um I guess he decides to want to start fighting to want to start to fight. But I think um what I read is before they even like went down to the ground, he started shooting. Chud. Chud started shooting before they even went down to the ground.
SPEAKER_03The other guy have a gun?
SPEAKER_05No. The other guy was a bad look.
SPEAKER_04That's his whole goal. Yeah. He antagonizes him and then he's like, Oh, I'll shoot you if you fuck with me. Like his whole point is to get him to fuck with him so he can shoot him in self-defense. Because he wants to shoot black people. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because he's a heartless fucking asshole who deserves the time that he's getting. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Was he now? This is gonna sound like a bad question. I don't like him. I just want that to be known. Oh, yeah, no, we don't like it. Was he was he funny? I don't know. Why is this guy so popular? Why he's not like there's no redeemable qualities here. Like, why was he popping? Is just racist dudes like him?
SPEAKER_05I think yeah, he was just uh the the f the the leader of the for the dudes that wanted to do that. And um it's more redeemed than I thought. Freedom of speech was his whole thing, but like no, it's like yeah, you made it you turned it into something else. Um, and then also on top of that, he's also um some apparently he's gay. Chud's gay now? So he was on he's been on grinder and uh a trans girl, trans woman, whatever, came out and recorded a video and talked about how they were like had sex.
SPEAKER_03Is that gay?
SPEAKER_05Huh? Is that gay? I mean, on grinder?
SPEAKER_03It's a trans woman though, but he's grinder. But does trans woman mean female to male or male to female?
SPEAKER_05This one is a male to female, so it's he still had his wiener. That's gay, yeah. Certified gay, Chud gay.
SPEAKER_03Damn, so the the female to male, male to female tram was on grinder though, and matched with Chud.
SPEAKER_05He matched with her, I guess. Yeah, yeah, and they dated it and and they did it. She made it she made a video about it. They made a video about it. Yeah. But uh that so that's funny that we're talking about him because this all happened this past week.
SPEAKER_03The Chud stuff? Oh, the gay stuff.
SPEAKER_05The whole just his whole bond revoked and the whole gay thing. So the bond is revoked because it's a murder charge?
SPEAKER_03No, yeah. Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Aggravated assault.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03That's good.
SPEAKER_05The guy died, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I don't think he did. No.
SPEAKER_03Oh.
SPEAKER_05No.
SPEAKER_03You sure?
SPEAKER_05No, he didn't die. They didn't say anything about death. It didn't say anything about murder. It was just the whole aggravated assault. Like he thought the guy died. I think he had just antagonized it and did the whole gunshot thing. But he did shoot him. Oh yeah. Yeah. Six times.
SPEAKER_03That guy's gotta be dead, unless he's 50 cent.
SPEAKER_05That's crazy. Right? Fucking six times? Got shot in the jaw one more time, he's still lives. Yeah, dude, 50 fucking rules. I love that movie.
SPEAKER_03I know you do. You brought it up a couple times. You love Get Richard I tried. We should watch it one day. That'd be sick. I haven't seen it since I was like 13.
SPEAKER_05Um but besides our besides him, uh IRL streamer, um, IRL streamers, any other people that you anybody that you like.
SPEAKER_04I only watch streams.
SPEAKER_03You don't? Nah. Have you ever thought about doing something like that? Like that lane of content rather than rapping just something.
SPEAKER_04Expand to it for sure, it'd be cool. But yeah. I'm the I'm not really interested in that much.
SPEAKER_03Do you game?
SPEAKER_04I game.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, what do you play?
SPEAKER_04Everything. Yeah. A lot of solo right now. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Nice, nice. NBA 2K?
SPEAKER_04Nah. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Not the vibe I was getting. Nice. Elder Ring? I'll play a lot of everything. Yeah, nice. Okay.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Um and uh let's uh let's get into this uh October.
SPEAKER_04October.
SPEAKER_05I think we know why you chose October, but tell the listeners why you chose the name October.
SPEAKER_04Oh, my birthday month, but I love October. It's a nice month.
SPEAKER_03Halloween boy. Halloween your favorite uh holiday? Definitely. Hell yeah. What what day in the day in October?
SPEAKER_04Halloween? Your boy.
SPEAKER_03Oh, that's Roy! Yeah, yeah. Spooky. Rare, bro. That's pretty sick.
SPEAKER_02He knew this. He learned this last week.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I learned about it last week. I forgot about that. That's pretty sick.
SPEAKER_04I love Halloween.
SPEAKER_03Do you dress up still?
SPEAKER_04Sometimes maybe? Like I did last year. I did last year. I don't know. This year probably not, though.
SPEAKER_03You have to. Oh, do you you're gonna be 20? When's your birthday? Oh, dude.
SPEAKER_04Yes, 20. Jesus Christ. This Halloween I'll be 20.
SPEAKER_03I'm so dumb. Yeah, that's cool. You have to celebrate a birthday on Halloween. Yeah. I was supposed to do this when you said and you asked again. Sorry. Yeah, that was embarrassing. When's your birthday? Literally just talked about it.
SPEAKER_05I'm good at this. I I I have to do that to him. I'm so dumb. Um the ogre, dude. Um okay. Uh everybody asks all these everybody asks artists all these questions, but uh, we're gonna ask a two. What's up? Uh who inspired you to be the rapper that you want to be? Not not the rapper that you are, but the rapper that you want to be.
SPEAKER_04It's not a rapper I really want to be.
SPEAKER_05It's kinda hard to ask. It's kinda hard to answer that.
SPEAKER_04So let's go back to No, I can come back. So my favorite artist is Juice World, right? Listen to him for like ever. Okay. He's a lyricist, I love him. Right. Um I want to say he inspired me. Like I do like I like melodic shit like like that. And I tried it out. I make melodic songs too. But like I want to say he really inspired me to make music. He's just like my favorite artist.
SPEAKER_03When did you start listening to Juice World? Because when I hear Juice World, I think newer rapper, but I'm but I'm old. So like you were you were young when you started listening to Juice World.
SPEAKER_04It was in like in middle school. Damn. I remember right.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I mean when he dropped like, you know, Goodbye and Good Riddins. Ever since then, I knew everything. Now I listen to like all the unreleased. Yeah. Listen to the leaks.
SPEAKER_05I completely forgot about the leaks that they were gonna do that.
SPEAKER_04Thousands of them.
SPEAKER_05I completely forgot about that. I only listen to Goodbye, Good Riddings.
SPEAKER_04And I swear, like every song just is.
SPEAKER_03Like unreleased leaks.
SPEAKER_04Bunch of them.
SPEAKER_03Oh really? Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Leakers buy the songs too and all that. How many you got? Uh my playlist? I don't know.
SPEAKER_05You got someone?
SPEAKER_04A thousand juice world songs? Two thousand? Twenty five hundred? Holy shit. Yeah, on SoundCloud. Oh, whoa.
SPEAKER_03You guys are prolific, huh?
SPEAKER_04That's why not even all of them, to be honest.
SPEAKER_03Damn. Yeah. Lil Wayne said that same thing. He's like, dude, I write like a hundred songs a day. He's like, I just write so much that there's just like a million unreleased songs. Producer never wrote a song.
SPEAKER_04What does that mean? He freestyled everything. Punch in freestyle, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Really?
SPEAKER_04That's pretty cool. That is pretty cool. He's really talented.
SPEAKER_03Any any any rapper that you of today you want to hang out with? Oh, yeah. Give me a dream blunt rotation, even though we don't do drugs.
SPEAKER_04Damn. We'll come back to that one.
SPEAKER_05I wrote down, I was like, I didn't even write that down in my questions.
SPEAKER_04I just uh I can't think of all right now.
SPEAKER_02I got a question. Only because you know I am your sister.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah, listeners.
SPEAKER_02I didn't know that. This has been a dream for you for a long time, being a rapper, growing up, doing music. And I'm and I'm aware of this. Um I'm curious what finally made you kind of pull the trigger and start rapping.
SPEAKER_04Shit. Having money? I didn't have enough money to fucking buy FL. That show was like 120 bucks.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah. So when'd you start recording? I mean you got a good mic too. He's got a good one.
SPEAKER_04So I started shout out holiday. Shout out holiday. It's my homeboy. He gave me his first mic. Uh shitty ass, like, it wasn't even like for music. It's just like a gaming mic, I would say. Like a little stand one. And I started making music on that. That probably like a year and a half ago. Oh. This is recent. Recent. Yeah. Okay. Um were you writing before that? I don't write. You don't write either. Nah. Okay. Just punch in. Really? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Okay. I don't know what that means. What does punch in mean?
SPEAKER_04Say a bar. Say a bar. You pause it. You think of your next bar. It's like freestyling, but like it's not all in one take. You don't gotta think about everything. You could just pause it and come back. I like that.
SPEAKER_03I came across a uh YouTube, YouTube will randomly throw some live streams at me, and there'll be like six people watching. And this one was just two dudes in a basement doing that. They like had a beat playing, they were sitting there smoking something. I don't know.
SPEAKER_05You already know if that cushion.
SPEAKER_03I don't know what it was. I don't know what state they were in.
SPEAKER_05They already know.
SPEAKER_03Who knows? But uh yeah, they would like pop on the mic, say a part, and then be like, I like that. And I was in the comments talking to him. I was like, yo, what the fuck are y'all doing? And they explained it all to me. I was like, oh. Alright, and I sat there and watched, I'm not bullshitting for like 45 minutes. I watched them for so long. That's a good streaming game. It was me and uh like four other people watching this dude, and then some they started beefing with someone in the comments too. Someone hopped in the comments and was shitting on him, and I was like, dude, that's not that's not nice. And they were not happy with it. And then they brought their kid down, and that's when they got and I was like, all right, I'm gonna take off. So where were you is this Twitch? This is just on YouTube, YouTube streamers? Yeah, I don't know who it was. I wish I would I could shout them out, but nice. I looked at their page, they had like seven subscribers.
SPEAKER_05I mean, people like that though, like eventually get big.
SPEAKER_03Like I was like, which depends on how good they are, but I was like, what song? They weren't they weren't very good. I was like, what song are y'all working on? And uh he was like, I don't know the name of it yet, we're gonna put it out tonight. And I was like, what the fuck are you talking about? Because I was just typing to them. I was like, what are you talking about? He was like, we're gonna release this song tonight. I was like, dude, it's not even done. You're fucking you're just trust the process. Yeah, that's kind of what they're doing. Yeah, no, I mean it checked out. They did. I went back and watched it afterwards because it clips them to the channel, and the whole stream was like four hours. And they did, yeah, they put out a finished product.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, uh, that's one thing with not terrific, but like it was good. That's one thing with being a streamer. If you when you if you become a streamer, you you you uh if you didn't make the money, you need to do the hours. That's how the that's how streamers make their money, and that's why sometimes they don't make it, some do make it, a lot don't make it. It all depends. You also have to be super entertaining for a whole eight hours or however many you're gonna do. Um so like that music idea with those guys punching in, doing stuff like that, that's cool. That's yeah, because they were just vibing. You should do that one day. You should do that.
SPEAKER_04I could, I just don't think it'll be entertaining. Watch me. I'll be there.
SPEAKER_03But it's that's the thing, is like but for us it's not entertaining. Like, I didn't like it, but there's dudes that do like that shit. I mean, yeah, there's a lane.
SPEAKER_02Do it with a friend who is a rapper, too. I could shout out Hollywood and then that way, like maybe you're taking your moment of like thinking of your next part of your line, but the other friend's already like on the mic.
SPEAKER_04I'll definitely do a stream when I get like a studio.
SPEAKER_03Group of homeboys. Have you made any music videos?
SPEAKER_04No, I'm where I'm out of Wank one actually.
SPEAKER_03I would like to be in it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I got you.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah. Would would you let Josh just like oh yeah, true. I forgot about that. I also have an Astro van. We can record in it, on it, up to you. Um, 1996 Chevy Astro Van, shit brown, decent shape. It drives, doesn't have stickers, but like we can we can drive around the neighborhood.
SPEAKER_02That van's older than you are. Shit, that van's older than I am.
SPEAKER_03But uh yeah, I'd like to do some ad libs for you if you need some background vocals. I guess.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, just some like brrrrrr. I'm gonna have to charge you. I'm playing. I'll pay you to be featured. He'll pay you. He'll pay you. I'll pay you to be featured on a October show up on the phone.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah. You can spit a bar. Type shit. Give me six bars, boy. Or what's it called? Yeah, six bars. Six bars. Give me six bars.
SPEAKER_05What's the longest it's ever taken you to do a song?
SPEAKER_04Days, week, yeah, a couple weeks.
SPEAKER_03How many songs have you put out?
SPEAKER_04Okay, I don't have a lot released right now, actually. Most of my stuff I have released is on SoundCloud. I was gonna drop an album on every platform. I decided to cancel it because I didn't like the way it sounded. I'm a perfectionist, that's my problem. Yeah, that's what I was about to ask you.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I don't know if you can tell I am either, too, with some of this stuff.
SPEAKER_04When it comes to something like I really like, I'm perfect on it. So I try to, and uh if I don't like the way it sounds, then I'm not gonna put it out. Yeah. I've been working on a new sound and I'm pretty unliking it a lot, so it might drop pretty soon. That's cool, that's good.
SPEAKER_03I got a single already made, so new sound meaning like new vibe, like new flow, or what? Like just like my voice, how my voice sounds.
SPEAKER_05So like I I kind of get it. I mean, I know I know exactly what you're talking about. So like right now you guys hear each other, we hear each other in its voices, and like he has a little bit echo, you have a little bit of echo, whatever, whatever. But when the actual edit it, put the noise get on and fix some of the the highs, lows, and mids, that sound great.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_05But right now, obviously, we're getting the live sound from the from the sound, from the soundboard.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I bet it's hard, man.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I mean it it can't depends, but it can be annoying. And all with the last podcast I did, it was stressful. Yeah. Um, because it we did video and audio, uh, but I was also, yes, they paid me.
SPEAKER_02Not nearly enough.
SPEAKER_05I should have asked for more, but it was very stressful because they wanted so many clips that they never used. Maybe used one or two out of the the 20. It was some bullshit. Are we beefing with that podcast? No. No, no, I'm just speaking out. Well, I mean, she might be because she's a girl, but not even. Not even. I don't mean it like that.
SPEAKER_03No, he does. Girls love beef, girls love starting shit.
SPEAKER_05I'm talking about because he the other girl is the one that changed everything, our dynamic between our friendship. Catfight. It wasn't directly, but it was at the same time. That's the sad part. That's it. But I'm just speaking from a producer's perspective. Yeah, yeah. Uh, when it comes, yes, editing can be super annoying. It also depends on the the the context, um, I guess. And I don't know. So with this podcast, I there's no stress with it with me, since really I I feel you can ask her, like, there's a big difference. I mean, yes, there's no video, but that stress you out. It can be. Yeah. Because uh when I first started doing uh with that camera, I didn't know that it recorded in 10 minute spurts. So and then I'm a producer over here worried about this stuff or we're looking whatever, and I would always forget to hit record again. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then uh there'd be like minute little transitions of just a picture.
SPEAKER_03But does us not having video yet stress you out? That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_05It makes it not stressful. It'll make it maybe a little bit stress, add a little more stress when we do video to edit it. But there's there's no there's rarely any dead air with us. There's rarely any of this. I told Bree, I was like, whenever we're ready to actually start pushing the social media, I'll start making 15-second clips of the audios of whatever of every episode that we did to push the shit. Yeah, yeah. To like get people to listen to it. Yeah. So I'm surprised even now that we get consistent eight downloads every episode. So there's eight people in the world that and I know who they are. I know at least two of them, maybe three. Yeah, yeah. But they're doing they're like my cousin Billy. I hope he I know he's gonna hear this. Shout out, Billy. He he picked me up today to take me to work, and like I told her, I was like, we're on his recently played, like we're always on his his screen, like when he's driving, unless you change the screen, obviously. But thank you, Billy. We're always there. My brother's always my brother's a big listener too.
SPEAKER_03Like, is your brother Tony? Yeah, yeah. I see him on the Facebook, I'm like, but that boy looks exactly like an angel.
SPEAKER_05For real? It's crazy. I mean, I got all my everything from him.
SPEAKER_02Yes, wag.
SPEAKER_03Bro, y'all stand the same. We do. I'm dead ass. Y'all stand the same.
SPEAKER_05Well, I got I grew he always took me everywhere. I was like, we're 10 years apart. Oh, really? Yeah, but he we he took me everywhere. Like, um, he's the reason I fucking love skating. He's the reason I listen to the music I do. He's the reason uh everything for a lot of things. Uh he gave he's the one that took me to get my first my my only bank account. Nice. You still got your first one? I still have the same one since I moved here technically. It's good shit. A little bit after I moved here, but yeah. Um that's funny that you say that. Like we stand the same.
SPEAKER_03That's dude, y'all stand the exact same. That's funny. I saw. Like two pictures of them. I was like, that's how Angel stands. That's exactly how Angel stands. October. What's up? What do you listen to? Do you go in like waves? Is it only rap? Is it you listening to country? You got rock? Or pop?
SPEAKER_04Mainly rap. Okay. Mainly rap. I I like alternative rock. Um, some pop songs, R B. But when I put the art song, it's always rap.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. What kind of rap? Like new stuff, old stuff, age town stuff. What do you got?
SPEAKER_04I listen to older stuff. Like for me, old. Yeah, yeah. Young. So. And I listen to like all the new stuff too. Okay. Yeet. It's my favorite artist right now. Who's this? Yeet. Yeet. Y-E-A-T.
SPEAKER_03Like J Uso. No, it's Y-E-E-T. Never mind. Does he wear a mask?
SPEAKER_04Yep. Well, not anymore. Got a whole evolved aura now.
SPEAKER_03He was unmasked. I don't know why I know him. Did he lose a match? I don't know why I know him. No, he's a really good rapper. I like him. Yeet. Okay, is he? White?
SPEAKER_04White. Oh he's actually Colombian, I think. Skin color. He's like white, but like Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I think my coworker showed him. Sergio. He's like, I listened to one rapper. Bree, can you bring up Yeet? I'd love to see this guy.
SPEAKER_03Yeet. Yeet.
SPEAKER_04Such a just unique style. Like really smart when it comes to music.
SPEAKER_03Is he newer?
SPEAKER_04Or like younger, I guess? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_05Yeet. Nice. Um, you said just rap? Mainly rap?
SPEAKER_04Just rap, mainly.
SPEAKER_05Is there one like right now that you listen to consistently? That's not juice world. Like besides eat, I guess. Or yeet?
SPEAKER_04Uh whatever comes on, really. Yeah. Yeah. I just shuffle my place. Just straight freestyle.
SPEAKER_03Well, that's what I was gonna ask too. With it seems like with the new like streaming stuff, all the young people I talk to don't listen to albums anymore. Do you listen to albums? Oh, yeah, of course. Okay. I'll scroll the whole album every time someone drops. Because I hear a lot of artists talking about that. Oh, he's in Houston and Tuesday. August.
SPEAKER_04I'm going August. Oh, it's in August.
SPEAKER_03I'm tripping.
SPEAKER_04I'm going to it's with the homies.
SPEAKER_03713 Musical. That's a good venue. Yeah, he looks he looks something. Looks like a never mind. What is he?
SPEAKER_01That's like newer in black and white. That's like a newer version.
SPEAKER_03Yeah? He's got TikTok hair. What about uh singer songwriter? The minion shirt is pretty tight.
SPEAKER_04I gotta collab with him on the new movie. Oh really? It's pretty cool.
SPEAKER_03Oh sick. Good for him. He's only 26. Yo, go back real quick. What's his birthday? Same birthday. Same birthday. Let's go. Wait, nice share birthday. July 20th? Yeah, no. How fucking dare you, dude?
SPEAKER_05Feb 26th. What? That's Bree's birthday.
SPEAKER_03No, it's not.
SPEAKER_05July 20th.
SPEAKER_03February 26th? I'm talking about Bree right now.
SPEAKER_05Feb 26, too. Wait, you said he got a collab? He's in the movie? Of the Minions and Monsters?
SPEAKER_04Uh I haven't seen the movie. I don't know if he's actually in it, but he admitted a song for him. It's on the soundtrack. Oh, that damn.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's awesome. That's cool, dude. Uh, dude, yeet. Okay. Yeet. I might listen to him. I might listen to him.
SPEAKER_04They got that minion, so he might be in the movie.
SPEAKER_03That's a sick shirt.
SPEAKER_05Yeet. Um minion. How often do you record, would you say?
SPEAKER_04Uh I just took a break, actually, a long break. I just was burnout and I wasn't being like creative. I wasn't creative. You didn't feel, right? You didn't feel like creative. But I'm back in it now, and I'm when I'm in it, I'm it's every day. Every day.
SPEAKER_03So when you say you don't write, like you don't wake up and just be like, damn, you had like you woke up with a bar in your head or like an idea for something. You don't like scribble something day.
SPEAKER_04If it's a really good bar, write it down. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Or like even idea for a song. Nah. You don't do you try to bring it on like don't worry about it.
SPEAKER_05What the heck is that? Keep asking questions. I forgot.
SPEAKER_03Is this bomb going off? Um well now it's off. I'm lost. What was I saying?
SPEAKER_02Uh really good bars writing shit down.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I don't know where you were going from there.
SPEAKER_03Hold on. Do you have a really good bar you write it down or you wake up from them in your head? Yeah, I think you're pretty good. Oh, do you uh when you write a song, or not when you write a song, when you record a song, do you try to stick with a general theme for the same song, or are you just like whatever bounces in my head bounces in my head?
SPEAKER_04Completely new song every time I'm in the studio.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's what I'm saying. But like, do you pick a theme? No. You're like, this song's gonna be about this, and then you try to drive with that. Sometimes. Roughly.
SPEAKER_04I would say sometimes. It's not like an outlaw. But like every song I make, I feel like it sounds completely different. Like it's a whole new genre.
SPEAKER_03Like, okay. I did I get I did get that feeling for sure. Yeah, yeah, we said that we were listening to your stuff before.
SPEAKER_04I'm just being experimental. I like I'm trying to figure out what I like really. Yeah, I get that.
SPEAKER_05But for sure, rapping you just yeah, like a lot of I like melodic rap a lot.
SPEAKER_04That was my question last year.
SPEAKER_03Are you gonna go to country eventually? No, you say that. No, brother. Can't do it. Write a country song.
SPEAKER_05Country song. He's not post-malone fucking jelly roll.
SPEAKER_02As his sister, I don't think he a is interested in country or ever really has been.
SPEAKER_01Alright.
SPEAKER_02Based on all of the music. When when he says if he takes the ox its rap, no matter what, yeah, it he's not lying. I get it. Um, and also I I I could I I could never see him doing country.
SPEAKER_03I'm just saying, the boy's 19. I mean, who knows where life goes? Who knows what happens? I would be thrown the fuck off the show. I'd be serious.
SPEAKER_04I'll bet my whole life savings, I would never listen to country. Even listen. I mean, if it comes on, I'll listen, but like I mean I'll never pick country to be. Really?
SPEAKER_02No. Okay.
SPEAKER_04It just doesn't sound good to me.
SPEAKER_02He's eclectic in gaming, not in music.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah. Nice. Do you remember the first song you ever heard?
SPEAKER_03Oh, that's a fucking good question.
SPEAKER_05Do you remember the first rap song I that you ever heard?
SPEAKER_04I remember my first artist that I would like actually search up and listen to. Okay. Uh when Fetty Wap was big. Oh, okay. Um Kevin Gates.
SPEAKER_05Bro, Kevin Gates. I love Kevin Gates. Dude, he's got a his aura. Yeah. I love his aura. Dude, he's a cool dude. We watched uh it's not a podcast, Friends Keep Secrets, uh, with Lil Dicky and Benny Blanco and Lil Dicky's wife. I've seen that. He did the whole interview with him, and uh he's cool. Like Kevin Kevin Gates is so cool. He changed completely his he's so chill, bro.
SPEAKER_04Like he's funny as fuck. And he's hilarious. So funny.
SPEAKER_03So funny.
SPEAKER_05But I love what he talks. His I don't like your aura. Like, I got aura about it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he's got a great voice.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, he really does. Can't even do it.
SPEAKER_04But two phones was like what put me on 100%.
SPEAKER_05What can you tell me about ice cream paint job?
SPEAKER_04Ice cream paint job.
SPEAKER_05About yeah, about with the rough music. What can you tell me about that?
SPEAKER_04What is it? I don't even know when I first heard that. That's like childhood song right there. Paint on the inside cream on the outside. That's a good song right there.
SPEAKER_05You can uh thank your sister for bringing that up.
SPEAKER_04Ice cream paint job. That's a song.
SPEAKER_03This was the shit growing up, ice cream paint job? You remember that song? Yeah, yeah, of course. Dude, Lil Wayne's uh Lil Wayne's freestyle of ice cream paint job, the remix is one of my favorite lessons ever.
SPEAKER_05Oh, you should make a freestyle to that beat.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, do you ever hop on like beats that you like a lot? And just even if it's like not you can't pick up royalties or something.
SPEAKER_04Well, I'm not working on a song, I'm still gonna be in the studio and like I'll remake songs or try to. I love doing that.
SPEAKER_03That's awesome. Do you record those too?
SPEAKER_04I record them, but like I don't really save them usually. Yeah, yeah. I just like make a project, believe it. It's fun though. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I had to pull up this song. Um, when I think of you and like the start of music and like songs when you were like little that I'd I think of automatically, that's the one. Because that was your shit. Um, you even had a shirt made that said clean on the inside, pink on the inside. What? Um, that's because it used to be a nickname for him.
SPEAKER_03Which part? Oh Pinky. Pinky. Your nickname was Pinky? Yes. Because of your white complexion? Yeah. It's actually kind of a sick rapper name.
SPEAKER_04I got a little G. Lil G.
SPEAKER_03Lil' G? What's the G? Just little gangster. Lil' Gangster. I like that.
SPEAKER_04I screen paint y'all to us. That's legendary.
SPEAKER_02And then his name, Davin, is actually the name of a rim.
SPEAKER_04Oh, really? Those some D. I was gonna say that's one. Throw some D on that thing. Forgot about that when I first learned that.
SPEAKER_03I forgot.
SPEAKER_04Oh, you really? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03That's actually what you're named after, is the Rims? Rems. Oh, you were destined for this. So funny.
SPEAKER_05You should have done the dad's last truck, the Denali he had. Uh the drop truck, the drop body truck. That was nice. That's funny. I forgot he was named after the dad, Davin Rims.
SPEAKER_02I don't know what year my dad did that, but pretty cool. You don't know why dad did that?
SPEAKER_05We actually talked about we talked about uh dirk on the last episode. There was a lot of dirt talk last up. What year were you born? Oh six?
SPEAKER_03Damn.
SPEAKER_05I moved here 2006, 2000, the end of 2006, 2007.
SPEAKER_03Nice. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I lived in my aunt's house before I m moved before my parents moved here.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah.
SPEAKER_05Again in the same neighborhood. Good times, man. No, they came after. I think you guys came after we came after. Correct. Uh after us, my bad. Throw some D's on him by Rich Boy. Shout out Rich Boy. Shout out Rich Boy. Shout out Rich Boy. Um, Davin. Do you have a dream car?
SPEAKER_04Uh right now, no. I just want a better car. I'm thankful for anything. I mean, I really want a track hog one day. Okay. I will buy a track hog one day. What are those again? It's a Jeep Traoke, supercharged, turbo. It goes like I can't remember, 180. Yeah, they go fast.
SPEAKER_06A Jeep?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, it's yeah, it's a Jeep Traoke. Yeah, it's the frame. It's a few. Wide body. Wow. Wide body. I'm learning right now. I don't know a lot about it either. I hear my coworkers talk about it.
SPEAKER_04I'm not really a car guy, but I look at that car and it's like, damn, I want that car.
SPEAKER_03What do you think of when you look at a 1996 Chevy Astro van? Shit brown. Windows leak just a little bit.
SPEAKER_04Sounds ass already, but I don't really know the car.
SPEAKER_03I'm telling you.
SPEAKER_04I like older cars though.
SPEAKER_03They're nice. I'll show you when we leave. It's so tight. It's in the driveway. I didn't see it. I I grew up with it.
SPEAKER_05It's the one with a cover as a kid. So it's pretty it's pretty funny that it's outside. We're talking about this last one too. Um, are we allowed so I don't wanna okay. I'm not gonna ask about the name of your job. But are do you want to tell people like what you do to make you know your nine to five because you know you need to make a living?
SPEAKER_02Nine to five esque.
SPEAKER_04I do whatever I can. That's all I gotta say.
SPEAKER_05But are you allowed to say like what you do? Or are you do you want to? I cook in a restaurant. Okay. Here, okay, so I can ask you this question. Is uh all right, where did it go? What is this question? I think we said it already.
SPEAKER_04I'm good at cooking, actually.
SPEAKER_05No, okay. So you and you also played as well, right? Does that come to cooking? Plate? Yeah, plate?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, expo?
SPEAKER_05Is that okay? Expo.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that sounds cool.
SPEAKER_05What's the weirdest thing that you ever had to plate? And the reason I ask the weirdest, I mean more so like like what why even order it if you're gonna take off so much of this, this, this, and that. Customized order.
SPEAKER_04I can't really think of one, but there's a lot of times where they'll be like put the gravy on the side and not on the biscuit, and I'm like, right, you're still gonna eat the fucking gravy. What does it matter?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's lame as fuck. But like is the restaurant you work at now the only restaurant you've worked at?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but I've been here for like over no almost a year.
SPEAKER_03Okay. You cook mostly or plate mostly?
SPEAKER_04I do everything in the restaurant.
SPEAKER_03Did you cook beforehand or was this your first cooking gig?
SPEAKER_04I didn't cook beforehand, but I took culinary in high school. So I like I like cooking.
SPEAKER_05Also, yeah, it also helps to have a family that loves to cook. Yeah. So his mom, his dad, his sister. I don't know about Zach.
SPEAKER_03Does cooking for a gig does it make you cook less at home?
SPEAKER_04I don't ever cook at home. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Takeout? Or does your girl cook?
SPEAKER_04Should my parents cook a little with them still?
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay, nice. That'll do it. Do you have a favorite meal to cook? Either at the restaurant or at home? What?
SPEAKER_05Sorry, that was hilarious. What? I was like, motherfucker, I still live at home. I don't gotta cook. That's nice. That's good. Oh yeah. Live it up, man. Living it up. Trust me. We missed that. That's why he asked me. Yeah, it's the shit. We missed that life. Oh man. Um so uh what's uh besides rap and other stuff, do you have any what's uh hobbies and gaming besides gaming and rapping?
SPEAKER_04I like driving sometimes.
SPEAKER_05Does that count as a hobby though? Just driving around?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, homeboys, just driving. Cruising. When I want to when I get a fast car, I want to just drive fast and like cut up, but I can't do that yet.
SPEAKER_03Don't do that. Scary and dangerous.
SPEAKER_04I mean, I try it with my car, it just isn't good. Yeah. I try to go fast. Don't go fast. Not at all. So funny. But no, I like to drive.
SPEAKER_05Music bingo. One day we'll do a whole whole game of just October.
SPEAKER_04Oh, that'd be sick. Just October.
SPEAKER_05Make them custom.
SPEAKER_04Music bingo. I never heard of that.
SPEAKER_05It's really, it's really fun. It's basic, it's just the same thing. You know, they let the music play, and if you either have it or you don't.
SPEAKER_04The song name?
SPEAKER_05Yeah. And the artist. You either have it or you don't. Or either you remember the artist's name or you don't. And you fuck yourself over in the end. Sounds fun. Yeah. No, those games are great.
SPEAKER_02I normally end up fucking myself over. I don't know the names or the artist very well.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, and there's a lot of places that you're not, they one of the rules you're not allowed to shazam. It depends on the there's But who's watching? Our friend, our friend that does the craft quiz company, he does he has that rule. The trivia in it at one point. The trivia time, they don't have that rule. They don't give a shit. Well, I I guess they do that.
SPEAKER_03So they run this is like a separate comp they run a company that does these games at breweries. Yeah, there's subconscious. That's fucking awesome. Who MCs for them?
SPEAKER_05Just the owners? The owners are whoever people they got. They're owned their employees.
SPEAKER_03I bet that'd be a fun gig to MC for something like that.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, dude. And I like the guy, Carlos, a lot too, because he's uh he's a he's an automatic, like not automatic. He's uh what's that word? Uh natural art, like a natural entertainer. Natural, yeah. So he's got that voice when he talks every single time. And he's also a good singer. What? Um also fuck people that can talk about it.
SPEAKER_02Keith then plays as well.
SPEAKER_05He's a thespian. He's an artist. Yes, he's art and actor. Who's this? His name's Carlos Holstein or Holstein. I don't know how to say it.
SPEAKER_03That's a very not Mexican last name.
SPEAKER_05Oh, you should see him. He looks super Mexican. Really? He might be German though. Now that I think about it.
SPEAKER_03Maybe he's from like a like a Mexican German Mennonite family or something.
SPEAKER_05I don't know. I don't know. It's a good question. But if you guys ever want to camp camp at Renfest, let us know. He's the one that hooks it up. He's the hookup.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_05And uh what I love about it too, I don't know if we talked about this, but they I think I did. But they do the whole they take care of you. It's not just uh like pay money to camp at their site. They feed you.
SPEAKER_03Oh, they have their own site.
SPEAKER_05They have their yeah, they feed you. They do party at night with karaoke.
SPEAKER_02They gave it they provided tents. We bought a tent. That's what I was about to ask.
SPEAKER_05You just use a tent? Yeah, yeah. We were gonna put up our own, but they had like four extra already set up.
SPEAKER_03As much as I like to think that I'm like, man, I'd I'd be a good outdoorsy boy. As soon as I think about camping in a tent on the ground, I go, fuck that, dude. That sounds awful.
SPEAKER_05So we messed up. We only brought thick blankets to sleep on. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so then it's just ground.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. You're just sleeping on yeah, ground. So no, next year we're gonna buy a mattress.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, just take like a little blow-up mattress, right? Oh mattress, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, because I woke up with a fucking bruised toe.
SPEAKER_03When do y'all go? When is when's the Renfest? November?
SPEAKER_05Around November, I think. So the weather's good. Decent, decent weather. Oh, yeah, it was perfect weather that time. No, um, so yeah, he does a hookup, and again, they take care of you. It's not just not just here.
SPEAKER_01There you go.
SPEAKER_05But that's fun. Uh that's a whole different experience. You guys should anyone, everyone in the world should experience a Renfet or Renfare campsite if you can. We'll blast October next time.
SPEAKER_03Every time I go to the Renfest, I just I don't know, something about it doesn't sit right with me. There's some freaks, bro, at the campsite. There's some freaks, bro. I don't even know about the campsites. I've never camped, but I heard camping is insane there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we walked around. Is it just orgies?
SPEAKER_03Orgies, bro.
SPEAKER_05It can be. That's what it is, right?
SPEAKER_03A lot of them.
SPEAKER_05That's what I've heard. Can be. I don't think we saw any, but we'll probably check it out next week.
SPEAKER_03We'll hear it. That was a joke. That was a joke, guys.
SPEAKER_05You say you'll hear it?
SPEAKER_03You'll hear it. Hell yeah.
SPEAKER_05I know there's uh there the some of these people set up uh their campsites, no, whatever, not campsites, uh tents and make like like clubs, nightclubs. One day I we were walking around and I had a uh a ring light just to be the the savior for everyone.
SPEAKER_02That way we wouldn't trip.
SPEAKER_05And uh I was holding it in the corner and then somebody comes up and like, hey, will you turn that off? It's it's supposed to be dark in here. I'm like, oh you make a good point. And then that makes and it makes it easier for me. I could put the shit up. Yeah, and then supposed to be dark. Yeah, those freaks, dude. Oh, I mean, there's laser lights. Shit ton of laser lights and all that, but yeah, I was like, nah, that ain't me. God gave us a light, brother.
SPEAKER_03Let me shine the light.
SPEAKER_05All right, back to October. Back to October. Um, would you say you have a favorite song of yours? That'd be your own?
SPEAKER_04Got a couple favorites that I haven't put out yet.
SPEAKER_03Oh. Let's go Mount Rush more of the songs you put out go that you think that are.
SPEAKER_04I don't have two songs out right now. Oh.
SPEAKER_05What about all those other ones? I never dropped them.
SPEAKER_04So you only have two songs out right now? They're in your soundcloud. I have more on my soundcloud. That's like my old songs.
SPEAKER_05Oh, that's what I'm talking about. Oh, you have wait, so do you have stuff on Spotify or what?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube.
SPEAKER_05Oh, those are the two you're talking about. The Touch of Rack and then the other one?
SPEAKER_04Booted up, yeah. Booted Up on Holiday, Shot Out Holiday.
SPEAKER_05What's it called?
SPEAKER_03Boot it up. Booted up Booted Up. What does that mean?
SPEAKER_04Drugs, like booted up. Yeah, like drugs, like booted up. Boot it up, rage. It's like a race song, so okay.
SPEAKER_05Nice. Okay, I'll I I guess I was going based off your SoundCloud songs.
SPEAKER_03Are you on YouTube music? Mm-hmm. Nice.
SPEAKER_04Soundcloud songs? Mount Rushmore of them.
SPEAKER_03How many SoundCloud songs do you have?
SPEAKER_04Two albums. Oh shit. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Those are the ones we were listening to. I think two singles as well.
SPEAKER_05With Tokyo. Tokyo was on it. Tokyo.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's the only one. I like Tokyo.
SPEAKER_04I want to remake a song like that again, but it's hard to recreate.
SPEAKER_05Why?
SPEAKER_04Because I had completely different like audio settings and all that, and I don't have the preset that I use for that. So okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, uh, back in the day, Auto Tune used to be free. Then it became big, now you gotta pay for it as a preset. You can't do that anymore.
SPEAKER_04It comes free with Edible Studio. You gotta buy producer.
SPEAKER_05It used to come on uh we use Garage Band, but I mean I think it still has it, it's just called something else. Is it called auto tune on Fruity Loops?
SPEAKER_04Auto Tune FX.
SPEAKER_05Okay, on here it's called uh fork.
SPEAKER_03We have an auto tune setting on here? Well, it's uh yeah. Let's do a whole episode in auto tune one day for our sweets.
SPEAKER_05Something enhancer is what it's called. Voice enhancer, voice enhancer. I don't know. That makes sense though.
SPEAKER_04On a youth garage band.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's basically like a it's a free Fruity Loops.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I've seen it. It's on it comes with Mac, right? Yeah, it's automatic.
SPEAKER_05Fruity Loops is a a doll. You know what a doll is? Yes. Do you know what a doll is? Yeah, do you know what a doll is? Of course. What does it mean?
SPEAKER_03You talking about a doll or no the doll.
SPEAKER_05It's not a doll. Three letters doll. Yeah, yeah. What is it?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, anyways, October. So like when you talk about music, no, it's a doll.
SPEAKER_05Digital digital audio workshop workshop.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah. That's what I thought.
SPEAKER_05It's a it's a it's a producer musical term.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_05If you know, you know, it's nothing crazy.
SPEAKER_03Doll. That's a shitty fucking acronym, dude.
SPEAKER_05It's a doll.
SPEAKER_03Doll. Are you that doll? Dumb is it. No, no one says that. Look at doll.
SPEAKER_05No, but that's what it's called. It's a doll. Uh Fruity Loops, that's what that is. It's another whole garage band. Garage band, but better.
SPEAKER_03Type shit. Do you have any favorite dance moves?
SPEAKER_05Type shit.
SPEAKER_03Do you dance? I used to when I was little. Like what kind? I took a break. I danced in glass once.
SPEAKER_04Fucking popular dances, that would happen. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I forgot what song we have you dancing to. We have a video on Tunnel Vision.
SPEAKER_04Tunnel Vision. Kodai Black. I know another video. I'm glad so many guys. Yeah, it's good. But I don't like dance anymore.
SPEAKER_02We do a lot of singing on this podcast. Yeah, I'm surprised we haven't sang yet.
SPEAKER_04I'll freestyle here one day.
SPEAKER_03Yo, let's freestyle battle rap right now.
SPEAKER_04I'm actually decent at freestyle.
SPEAKER_05Really? Yeah. I always thought so myself. I told Bria, I was like, I think I can freestyle.
SPEAKER_03You thought you were good at freestyling?
SPEAKER_05Yeah. It's gonna have open.
SPEAKER_03Are we able to go around and freestyle right now?
SPEAKER_02I grew up with no gladly be out of that if it happens. I mm-mm.
SPEAKER_03Let's do it. Start the live stream. Let's make a song right now. Four hours, fired up. Let's go. Drop a beat.
SPEAKER_05Start the freestyle session rhyme with this.
SPEAKER_03No, that's too quick to hand it off.
SPEAKER_05His name is October. He can do it somebody takes a piss.
SPEAKER_03No, so yeah. He could do it drunk or sober. His name is October, he could do it drunk or sober. Hell no, actually, I can't. No, never mind. Fuck that. Gotta be fucked up. Hell no, what you can't. You can't do it drunk? No. Can't do it drunk or can't do it drunk?
SPEAKER_05You tried making a song drunk? Yeah. You're probably like that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Every bar sounded different. I was like, I just couldn't match what I said live. I was like, eh, that's fine. That's good. Like, I don't care. Music's sober. Comes from the heart. You know what I mean? Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Basically.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. That's what it is. Me and you are gonna have to do a freestyle battle rap one day. Maybe not even freestyle. Maybe we write some right.
SPEAKER_05Bro, I'm telling you, we have so much potential with this podcast and content creation.
SPEAKER_03We have we have bro. I'll never have enough confidence to freestyle rap. I'll never do it. I haven't done it since I was October's age and like drunk in my buddy's garage. I'll never do it. Hey man, you're older than me. Don't be mean to me. That's why I said I was a Yeah, no, I I could never do it. Wait. You get me drunk enough, I'll try. But I'd I can never do it.
SPEAKER_05But wait, if you get me drunk enough.
SPEAKER_03If you get me drunk enough, I'll definitely try it a freestyle, but recording it'll I'll have a panic attack about it the next day. If you put it out.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I mean that's if you actually put me on the point if you put me on the spot and like with a camera in your face?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I mean I'd probably still try it.
SPEAKER_05I'd probably still do it. I'd be like like the cop we were watching, focus and breathe, focus and breathe, focus and breathe. What is that? A cop was talking to herself while trying to pit somebody. Oh shit. She's saying focus and breathe. To herself, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Dude, I was watching this one body cam. She was she was flying through this intersection and T-boned the dude and killed him while she was in pursuit of someone. Or no, she was just responding to a call and was going through a not a residential, but like a downtown area, like streets, like a gridlock system or a grid system. She was going like 95.
unknownWoo!
SPEAKER_03Hit the fucking intersection, T-bone the dude, threw him out of the vehicle, killed him. And the first thing she was like, she gets out and she's like, fuck, dude, if he's dead, I lose my job. She said that out loud, and it's like, oh. And he died, and she probably lost her job. I don't know. I probably didn't watch it to the end. I don't have a good attention span. Did you watch body cam?
SPEAKER_04Sometimes, yeah. We don't need to.
SPEAKER_03Midwest safety. Code blue camp.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah, code blue cam, Midwest Safety. We've been watching that sergeant guy now recently. Who's that? Oh, yeah. Sergeant Steve or something?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Code Blue Cam. Code Blue Cam is a lot of fun.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, those are good. Um the most recent one we saw before we left the house was uh some girl was sitting in front of her parents' house in the tr in the truck, in her car, I mean. Um, and she wouldn't bring down the window. I guess her parents had just given her a thousand dollars.
SPEAKER_02But it wasn't enough.
SPEAKER_05But it wasn't enough. Oh, it was like a a white girl. Um, anyways, uh she eventually turns the car on and then fucking steps on it and rams into her parents' garage. Oh shit. At the corner of the garage. Why? Just spazzed? Yes. She's crazy and spoiled and stupid.
SPEAKER_02Um I swear I'm gonna kill myself.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah, that was oh, they love that, don't they? She kept making she was like, she turned it into a suicidal thing.
SPEAKER_03I'm for real gonna fucking kill myself. Okay, lady. Yeah, I'm sure you will. That was the problem with her. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Um, but yeah.
SPEAKER_03You see that video of the security guard tasing a dude in the face at point blank range? I did. Bro, that's insane. What a dick.
SPEAKER_05That's like okay.
SPEAKER_03And the guy was across a barricade. It was a barricade here. I love it. The guy was just yelling, it was boom. I love fucking head.
SPEAKER_05I love when they deserve to be tased and they like fall straight when they're running. Yeah. Fucking fall flat. Oh, those are great. But that was bullshit.
SPEAKER_03No, that guy, yeah, that was bullshit. But no, taser videos are my favorite. And his face, though. Like the face was that was ridiculous. For me to you, like, but a normal video where yeah, where they're like, fucking taste, I don't give a fuck, and then they start running off and they get tased and just lock up. Oh, there's no better feeling. Just seeing a dude lock up, all of his muscles tense and up. That's not a game. Pause on that, dude. But you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_02What's your favorite kind of body cam video? October.
SPEAKER_03Shit. I don't got my favorite one. No. Police chases, drunk and disorderly. We got DUIs, we got.
SPEAKER_02I swear I didn't do anything.
SPEAKER_03Dude, yeah, crazy white girls. Crazy white girls are my least DUIs. DUIs are always good. Yeah, those are good.
SPEAKER_05But them, do you know the sovereign citizens?
SPEAKER_03Oh, those are brutal.
SPEAKER_05The people that don't think the raw the lo the rules slash raw laws apply to them.
SPEAKER_03I'm a Moorish national. Oh, yeah, that's just annoying.
SPEAKER_02I'm not driving. I'm traveling.
SPEAKER_03Dude, that yeah, the the black dude with his sister on is his attorney. He's a Moorish national. The cop was like, I don't know what the fuck that is.
SPEAKER_04It was one of the videos like a white teen. He was like parked outside a Kroger or something. He had like a big ass bow on the back of his big ass truck already. And then he put it on the fire lane. So dude, I was telling the move, and the motherfucker like thought he would run this shit at all.
SPEAKER_03No, those dudes are insane.
SPEAKER_02They always act like they're entitled and that they run some shit until they get taught the lesson.
SPEAKER_03Bro, the craziest move is just like just like being told, like, hey, I'm conducting something here, like, stop, give me your information. The move to just be like, nah, I don't care, and just start getting in the vehicles. Like, bro, you're what the fuck do you think you're doing? Like, who do you think you don't care? Like, this shit's not a movie. You're gonna get dazed in the fucking head. They do. Point blank.
SPEAKER_04I like watching drunk cops too. Y'all ever seen this?
SPEAKER_03Drunk cops? Yeah. No.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So one time this dude, I saw a video. He was in a parking lot somewhere, but they there's two cops in one car, right? They ended up like getting him out or getting out their car, talking to him, but they left their car running. So it was just like driving down. Oh shit. The dude's trying to talk to him, the cops trying to talk to him. You could tell he's drunk just from the way he's talking. And his fucking car's rolling away. That's what's funny. They both got fired too. They're both drunk. Fucking hope so. They better.
SPEAKER_02I like it when um the cop that's drunk is off duty and it happens to be like a sergeant or something. So then the Oh yeah, they get pulled over. The one that's conducting the traffic stop is like, um, I don't even know how I need to go about this.
SPEAKER_05Right? They call their sergeant or their corporal on duty. They're like, um, I just these guys are. Like, guess who I just pulled over? It's like, well, treat it like another person. I mean, he's on the city.
SPEAKER_03And they they get heated, bro. You know who I am? They go, Yeah, I'm sorry, Sergeant.
SPEAKER_05Oh my god, I love when to arrest you when fucking mayors or some of the city that they're so entitled.
SPEAKER_03Lady that works at the jail. Oh my god, we've seen that one. Like, do you know where I work? I work for the county jail. Good, dumbass. You're going in there while you're drunk and driving, dipshit.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we've been stuck on not even stuck, me. I've been stuck on body cancer. Dude, it's all I've been watching all along now. I used to just listen to it at work. Like, just listen to it. Yeah. Like, just for like that. Was my listening just chaos in your life?
SPEAKER_03While I was cleaning.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, exactly. And then uh then I actually got a job to where I can watch the shit. Or you know, actually was jobless for a while too. Yeah. But now that's all what that's part of our routine at home is you want to cop shit or not?
SPEAKER_03Dude, literally, I come home, we cook dinner, we sit down, we watch Love Island. Love Island ends, and I immediately throw on body cam footage. And that's Amber's cue to like, I'm going to bed. I was like, all right.
SPEAKER_05Perfect. Bree was a little surprised that you watched Love Island.
SPEAKER_03Whoa, really?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I told him I was like, it's probably Amber and he wants to be with her.
SPEAKER_03No, it's me.
SPEAKER_02I told you.
SPEAKER_03I told you it was him. No, it's both of us. I mean, it's trash TV. We both found it together last season. We've only watched last season and this season.
SPEAKER_02That's the reason I was like, it's that just doesn't seem like it's the trashiest.
SPEAKER_03It actually genuinely is gonna sound like I'm an old geezer, but like it genuinely grosses me out sometimes. There's there's like challenges where these dudes will have made out with as many girls as I've made out with in my life within like five minutes. They'll just they just hit everyone in the villa. They all just make out with everyone and they're all sucking each other's toes and then swapping. It's fucking disgusting. Ridiculous. But then they fall in love and then they try to sabotage it, and then the other hot people come in and they're like, oh my god, fuck you. Dude, it's so fun. It's so fucking fun.
SPEAKER_05Would you uh what's the you have a favorite TV show? Like anything that like something that you go to, like just about every other day or every day?
SPEAKER_04No, I watch just like different things every day, really. I mean, I binge watch shows sometimes, like Break and Bad's my favorite show. Oh yeah, they're called Saul.
SPEAKER_03Great show.
SPEAKER_04But usually I watch everything different or a lot of YouTube. I watch a lot of YouTube.
SPEAKER_02If you had to play something in the background, like I know that there's a TV on I need some noise, but I do something.
SPEAKER_03YouTube hundred percent. You say YouTube videos? Music videos. Oh music videos, yeah, yeah. All the time.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, like we're we're older, so or ours is the office, parks and rec or even cop shit now. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Body cam footage is like always on.
SPEAKER_05Your mom watching this guy that we watch too, his name's Caleb Hammer. We're stuck on him too.
SPEAKER_02The financial audit.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that dude's funny. I've seen a couple of videos, pretty funny.
SPEAKER_05So like the newer stuff now. The newer stuff is funnier than the shit a year ago. Like it's so much has changed in his channel. On his channel, you could you see it, you could feel it, like it just is not the same as it is as it was. Imagine how good we're gonna be in a year. I mean, it's easy. We're we're at the uh what's the what's the math? Uh 15 episodes out of 52 weeks, yeah. Quick math.
SPEAKER_03Quick math. Umce we hit episode 50, we're gonna have to do something big. Episode 50? Yeah, it's way too far. I don't know why I said that. No, that's fine. No, 25 is a big one. 20.
SPEAKER_0525 will be our silver wedding.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah, dude. Look at you knowing anniversaries and shit.
SPEAKER_05That's very sweet. Um the 20th? You wanna do something for the 20th?
SPEAKER_03We're gonna have to do something big for the 20th. Why is it why the 20th though? I don't know. 20 is a big good round number.
SPEAKER_05So every every big good round number?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, honestly.
SPEAKER_05We got October in every time.
SPEAKER_03Fuck yeah. Good.
SPEAKER_05Make sure the schedule's right.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh, we gotta get you on for the 31st episode. We'll definitely put in your schedule, right? Yeah, put that in your schedule. That's gonna be 16 weeks from now. So exactly four months. So let's go.
SPEAKER_05Wait, are you actually right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Let's call that July, August, oh math.
SPEAKER_05Right. 15 plus 16.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, hold on. The 31st episode might be in October. Even better, brother. And it might be late October. We're gonna we're gonna figure this out afterwards. That's gonna be so sick.
SPEAKER_05I have another question, but I'm trying to remember because Oh yeah, the Mount Rushmore. Can we go back to that? Mount Rushmore.
SPEAKER_03The well, putting your own songs, I feel bad putting him on the spot for that. Do you want would you rather?
SPEAKER_05It wasn't of his songs, it was the rappers.
SPEAKER_03No, the Mount Rushmore was I asked, but then you asked of his top three favorite.
SPEAKER_05Oh, but then we figured out that those don't really count because he only has two that are everyone can listen to.
SPEAKER_03Do you have a Mount Rushmore? Yeah, Mount Rushmore of your rappers, your favorite rappers.
SPEAKER_04Man, it's like I'm on the spot, I can't think of any.
SPEAKER_05We gave you 30 minutes to think I'm done. I wasn't even thinking about it. You had to do it now. Juice World. Juice World's on there. Now you're fine. Juice World's on there. Juice World's on there. Yeah, for sure. I think I knew that one. I think I knew that one. No, you're good. Take a little second.
SPEAKER_04I would say, no, hold on. I think I got it. I think I got it. All right. I would say Louzy Vert.
SPEAKER_05Mm-hmm. Louzy Vert, okay.
SPEAKER_04I would say.
SPEAKER_05I haven't I haven't heard about him in a while, though. Sorry, I'm just speaking out of my. He's cool, he's cool. He's good.
SPEAKER_04Uh I'm trying to figure out the last song I heard.
SPEAKER_03Lil'Uzivert? Yeah. I don't know Lil' Uzivert, I don't think.
SPEAKER_04I would say Destroy Lonely, too.
SPEAKER_03Destroy lonely?
SPEAKER_04Destroy lonely.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Is that one person? One person. Okay.
SPEAKER_04I've never heard of that guy. I haven't either. I like his music a lot. Never heard of that one.
SPEAKER_03So we got Juice World, Lil' Uzivert, and Destroy Lonely. One more.
SPEAKER_05Oh, there's only four on the Mount Rushmore? Yeah. Okay, I didn't know. Uh when I think of Mount Rushmore right now, I think of Richie Rich in the family. What was that? Movie? Richie Rich? No. With uh Macaulay Colkin. I've heard of it, I think. That's good. It's free on YouTube.
SPEAKER_03You love YouTube movies.
SPEAKER_05Bro, I've pay for YouTube. I've been paying for YouTube sub uh premium before it was called premium. It was called YouTube Red. Early on the train, boy. Now it's 20 bucks, but it's worth it.
SPEAKER_03Okay, one more and then I have one more follow-up question.
SPEAKER_01Dann it.
SPEAKER_03There's just so many artists. There's so many artists. Here we'll do this for funny. Little Uzi Vert. What was the other one? Straight and narrow? What'd you say? Destroy lonely. Destroy lonely. And juice world.
SPEAKER_05Juice World, Low Uzi Vert, Destroy Lonely.
SPEAKER_03And October. There you go. Yeah, there you go, bro. Last one. Alright, last question for me. What's up? Mount Rushmore again. Oh, wait, you put yourself? Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_04I can't think of no more.
SPEAKER_03Just put Tupac. Just say Tupac.
unknownDon't put him.
SPEAKER_05Don't tell me what to put on the Mount Rushmore.
SPEAKER_03Don't put Tupac on there, dude.
SPEAKER_05Think of your last, think of your last fourth.
SPEAKER_03Wow, he asked you this. Well, my other I have another Mount Rushmore question. It was Mount Rushmore of White Rappers.
SPEAKER_04White rappers? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Oh, of white rappers.
SPEAKER_04What? We got Vanilla Ice for sure.
SPEAKER_03You put him on the Mount Rushmore of White Rappers?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_04So Vanilla Ice.
SPEAKER_03I mean M and M. I'm not telling you who, but I'm not gonna tell you. I'm just saying, but like Alright.
SPEAKER_04For the Houston culture, we'll do Paul Wall for sure. He's a good artist. I like some of the songs.
SPEAKER_03Paul Wall's good. Shout out Paul Wall.
SPEAKER_04Paul Wall.
SPEAKER_03Paul Wallaby.
SPEAKER_04Lil Diggy is not bad. I'll put him up there. Lil' Dicky's good. He can freestyle. I like him.
SPEAKER_03I love Lil Dicky. Wait, one more, two more. What were we at? Paul Wall.
SPEAKER_04Three. We're at three. What was the first one?
SPEAKER_03Lil Dicky, Paul Wall.
SPEAKER_02Vanilla Ice.
SPEAKER_03Vanilla Ice. Because I forgot.
SPEAKER_05I forgot two. That's why I looked at Bree. One more. I mean, I can think of another white rapper. Jack Carlo, would you count him? Jack Harlow.
SPEAKER_04I don't really like him that much, though.
SPEAKER_05He's got one good song, and that's uh what's poppin'. Brandon Wilkins hopped in. I got options.
SPEAKER_06I could pass that bitch like Stockton. Hell yeah. I got options. Trying to spend this holiday locked in. Hell yeah. You know you're just boss in the top 10. Yo, I could put the bottom of the answer or put a bad bitch in a friend's home.
SPEAKER_03Yo, what the fuck?
SPEAKER_02Do you remember when you were younger and we used to have the argument of Lil Dicky over Eminem?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Wait, are you really not gonna put Eminem in your mouth rushmore of white rappers?
SPEAKER_04Nah. Brother. I think Lil Dickey got it, bro. You can freestyle to each their own, right?
SPEAKER_02I still gotta to that.
SPEAKER_05I mean, I would say Eminem. I'll actually listen to Lilmore. You can listen to Eminem. He's on mine for sure, but Lil Dicky's also on mine.
SPEAKER_03Eminem might be on my Rushmore of just rappers.
SPEAKER_05But I'm also talking about white, though.
SPEAKER_03A white rapper, I think he's a clear number one, but that's just me.
SPEAKER_05My other one would my other one would be Connor Price. I got Mac Miller. And Mac Miller. How'd you know that? I just for me. Mac Miller's up there for me. I love Mac Miller.
SPEAKER_04I like Graham actually. I listen with a lot of Graham recently.
SPEAKER_05Oh, okay. He him and him and Connor Price and Nick D, they're all on tour right now.
SPEAKER_04Graham pretty good.
SPEAKER_02They all live very close to each other.
SPEAKER_05They move close to each other to make music too. That's a dream, bro. Yeah, and they're rich, bro. Yeah. And they got nice houses. Connor Price got a nice house, nice little farm ranch. And they all live. They're all ranch boys. So that's pretty good. That's a dream. You know what Connor Price is? Yeah. Cool. Or it's Frank. I wouldn't. I want to put him on mine, but he I don't think. Is he a rapper? Would he consider a rapper? Yeah, he's a rapper. Yeah, he does. He's a rapper. He throws some bars in there.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I literally can't think of any. I can't think of any other white rappers.
SPEAKER_05Um little dicky. NF.
SPEAKER_03I'm saying it's hard.
SPEAKER_05I don't care about Jelly Roll.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he's more country.
SPEAKER_05I can name one, but I don't care about Post Malone. I don't care about Mercury. I didn't care about Mercules. It was as she said it. That's why I didn't mean like that. I feel like we're forgetting big ones. Mercules is good. Big ones, would you say the ICP? Shut up.
SPEAKER_02Why are you gonna bring in that part of my life?
SPEAKER_03You were an ICP fan? She was a jugolette? Get the fuck up.
SPEAKER_05Her and her mom were jugolettes at a car.
SPEAKER_03Get the fuck up. Y'all were jugolettes?
SPEAKER_05Bro, we're gonna find that photo and post it when we when we are you being dead serious?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she's a tattoo at. Get the fuck up. I don't have the tattoo.
SPEAKER_02Only mom got it.
SPEAKER_03Do y'all ever watch Super Homin? That dude on YouTube that just jumps through plywood with barbell, like barbed wire on it. Oh no. Juggalos and jugolettes. Oh yeah, the motherfucker. Shit. Oh, and then just jumps through like a refrigerator. Yeah, he just does. Yeah, he goes, This is superhuman TV show. Yeah. Oh, I love that kid. Why didn't they put him on jackass? Uh I think he's like pretty R-worded. But so is everyone on Jackass. Yeah, kind of true.
SPEAKER_02Kind of gotta be to do that shit.
SPEAKER_05Boy rapper. Wait, what are you looking at?
SPEAKER_03I'm trying to say, I'm no one forgetting one for sure. Uh Beastie Boys. Duh. Oh shit, I forgot about the Beastie Boys. I love Beastie Boys. Beastie Boys are great. Post Malone, no shit. MacLore, G Easy, Machine Gun Kelly. Action Bronson's fucking great. G Easy. Forgot about him. Yeah. Action Bronson.
SPEAKER_02I only know one Action Bronson song.
SPEAKER_03Easy Rider or Baby Blue.
SPEAKER_02Neither one of those. I don't know the title, but it's not those two.
SPEAKER_03Sing it. Watch it be that one. Watch it be that one. It might be one of those. You don't know. Figure it out. I'll try it. Yeah, never mind.
SPEAKER_05Alright, I think we're gonna we're we're getting close to the end here, but I think I'm I'm trying to find a really good, very good last question to give ask you. Um, but I think talking about this white rappers is pretty hilarious considering I think I don't know if I brought this up yet. I mean, yes, I brought it up that it's a fact that it's our quint our quintineta episode, but we have a white rapper on our quintineta episode, which is hilarious. I love that.
SPEAKER_04Shout out culture, shout out the culture for real.
SPEAKER_05Shout out culture.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's our quincineta episode. Two of us are over here wearing Hispanic typed things. And Angel and I were talking about it. I know 4th of July is next weekend, and I do not have a single American flag, anything in my closet.
SPEAKER_03No, I have seven American flag shirts in my closet.
SPEAKER_05Our debate was I was like, fuck, I don't have anything like Hispanic style. Like, this is the only thing is a Gabriel Glesa shirt or an old an old shirt from a beard, but I don't like the way that fits me. And then hers is she's got a chola on it. She's got a uh what's that? Who is that?
SPEAKER_02Uh it's a it's a clothing brand. It's uh K-I-K, Custom Ink clothing. Oh, there you go. Um, but the the design is uh a lady with a like a sugar skull face paint with the the beanie. That's a chola. Chola.
SPEAKER_05Nice like a chola. But what we're talking about, I was like, I'm Mexican, but this is the closest thing I have to anything Hispanic, but she brought up a very good fact. She doesn't have any shirts with an American flag on it or anything.
SPEAKER_02Nothing.
SPEAKER_03You wanna borrow one? You see the way he looks at you? I mean that's insane. I have so many, bro. I have some that I don't even wear anymore because I've worn them too much. I got good ones, man.
SPEAKER_02October, you got anything?
SPEAKER_04Nothing with a flag.
SPEAKER_02Nothing in America?
SPEAKER_03No.
SPEAKER_02That's kind of shocking.
SPEAKER_04America fucking rules, dude.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I feel like between like dad and you, y'all would have, I don't know, got something.
SPEAKER_04I might have a Texan shirt.
SPEAKER_03Like a Houston Texan shirt?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah. You watch sports when they're on? Yeah.
SPEAKER_05FIFA doing well.
SPEAKER_03I like basketball. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05You like basketball?
SPEAKER_03I like watching basketball.
SPEAKER_05Hell yeah. FIFA's doing really well.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_05FIFA's doing well in Mexico's doing real well. I heard America lost. That's like the first one, right? I think they lost on like a last second goal. They lost a third of the the ranking.
SPEAKER_03I don't know, something like that. They're still in it. Okay. I think. I don't really know. I don't follow. I heard they lost on like a last second goal. Or maybe that was someone else, but someone scored in like literally like as the buzzer was going off, which is crazy. That's cool. I just wanted to bring up Mexico because it looks like when when do you think that you're gonna How should I phrase that?
SPEAKER_02When do you plan on trying to be like a really big artist with like all the music? How how long do you think that that's gonna take you?
SPEAKER_04I mean I'm just starting and it takes a lot of it takes a lot of time. It's not easy. It's a lot of work. A lot of hours just I mean, that's what I'm trying to do now. I'm in the studio, like whenever I'm in the studio, I'm there all the time. I'm like locked in my room like a dungeon.
SPEAKER_02That was you were already locked in your room prior to being honest.
SPEAKER_04I was.
SPEAKER_03Are you trying to put out like an album or an EP or something?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I'm working on stuff right now. I got a single coming out like two weeks.
SPEAKER_03Nice.
SPEAKER_04I was literally about to say the name of it. The name of it? Yeah. Out the window. Out the window. Out the window.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_04Not gonna lie, I kinda like that. Sick name. It's a very different song, too. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_04What's not what's I want to say it's purely rap. It's a lot of singing. Okay.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00I'm ready to hear that actually. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Do you have a you have a little bit recorded on your computer already? Okay, we can listen to that after. Sorry, I thought I was I really thought I knew that was your hand. Sorry, I'm over here playing grab ass, dude. You're gonna ask something? You like you're ready to ask something.
SPEAKER_02It's it's my brother. I could ask him a lot of shit.
SPEAKER_03Get in there. Let's have a sister segment.
unknownNo, no.
SPEAKER_02Let's not. I've already thrown out some nicknames that he doesn't even use anymore.
SPEAKER_03Oh yeah, what was the one? I like that one.
SPEAKER_02Pinky? Pinky little G.
SPEAKER_03I like Pinky.
SPEAKER_02I thought you guys still did that.
SPEAKER_03Pinky October is a sick name. Or maybe that'd be the name of your first album.
SPEAKER_02I call him a little man. Not when I'm famous, everybody's gonna know. He's way taller than I am now. He outgrew me years ago.
SPEAKER_03How tall are you?
SPEAKER_046'2, 6'3.
SPEAKER_03So sick. It's crazy. If I was even close to 6'3, there's no uh I would never say 6'2. I just go 6'3. So props to you for having some kind of humility. That's pretty good. It's good for a 19-year-old. I've got a lot about my age. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's pretty good. My height, my fall.
SPEAKER_05I got you. All right, October. I like to thank you very much. We'd like to thank you very much for being our first guests. This is this actually means a lot. We're not kidding, because we're trying really hard here and we know you're trying really hard. So try. It's exciting. We appreciate that. Is there anything that you want to tell the world? You want to tell them your social media? Anything, anything where they can find it?
SPEAKER_04Instagram, October's Vault, TikTok, October.
SPEAKER_03You know, October dispelled with a C, right? Regular October.
SPEAKER_04October, it has a the O is like the symbol with a line through it. It's this okay.
SPEAKER_05So yeah, you guys they would have to hold down the letter O and then put it to where that there's a name for that O.
SPEAKER_04I don't even know that. We've clipped it up before.
SPEAKER_02Give me a moment.
