Welcome to the Am Judah podcast about how I survive the series. In these mental health episodes, I'm creating a space for real conversations about the things we often keep to ourselves, our struggles, our healing, and the stories that shape who we are. Hello, welcome to the podcast. Thank you so much for joining me today on another mental health discussion. Um, before we begin, can you give yourself a little introduction?

SPEAKER_01

Hello. I am Beth Lynch. I am a spiritual medium and meditation teacher and author. I have I am also founder of Inner Light Teachings, which is the umbrella of all my work that I do.

SPEAKER_00

Hi, Beth. Awesome. Thanks for the introduction. So the goal of this podcast is to talk about personal mental health stories. So I'm just wondering, what is your mental health journey like?

SPEAKER_01

So I guess if I'm going, okay, so I'm going to think in present tense here. And right now, and for quite a while, um I feel very balanced, very in harmony with, you know, higher purpose, going through choices, uh, moving through decision making much differently than I used to, which is when I feel, you know, I struggled more, which I will definitely um talk about that. And as a, you know, a lot of mental health issues and in my work, if you call it work, I call it passion and service, um, you you will grief is a big part of the struggle in someone's mental health when they're not able to, you know, go through you know, I don't want to say the word normal, but daily activities, um, survival, you know, things, you know, working, um, you know, cho relationship choices, things like that. And so before I really understood what I feel spiritually, I understand now, which did happen to me in the grief of my parents, um, when they were both, they both crossed in uh 1993. And well, 1993 was my mom. My dad was uh three years before that. And grief was the biggest kick in my, you know, what you know what, um, to get me to understand who I was as a mental, emotional, uh thinking, feeling being. I don't, I definitely didn't use those terms then, but I do understand them now because that's what we do. And I remember, you know, just thinking in a more confused way, more fear-filled way, um, even in some ways, un an unloving way, um, because I had a lot of love around me. I was blessed to have very loving parents. They showed their love to me and my sister. There was never a day it wasn't said, I love you. And the so I had a lot of structure in that, which I know a lot of people don't. But in many ways in the mental health area, we a lack of love, a lack of um sense of security, all the words, anything you could lack is really put out front. And maybe you'll agree with that or maybe not understand what I mean, or maybe disagree, but um it really is. It's it's what's not missing in life, and or what is missing in life that's put in front. So as I grew and to understand grief and my own natural intuitive abilities to be that were extremely sensitive to not only the things around me on this planet, but to the other side of things, the spiritual side, the spiritual world. And when you don't understand things like that, and I work with a lot of teens and young adults who feel spirit, feel don't understand, you know, why they can see someone on the other side or think of a friend, and then something happened to them that week. And, you know, and these are all things that are very natural occurrences in the transferring of energy.

SPEAKER_00

Well, okay, so would you say that your grief has led you to um the person you are today?

SPEAKER_01

My grief has absolutely brought me to who I am today. You know, when we're in grief, um it it is paralyzing. And especially, I don't, I don't, it doesn't matter how people cross, uh, but you know, I think shocking ones, um, there's just a different place you're gonna go to because it's just a shock. You're not, there's no preparation. But I've, you know, in my work, I've worked with many people who are bedside by people, and it's still very, you know, traum traumatic, if that's the word. Um, but uh so grief is really, you know, a strong area where I come from. But I also work with a lot of people who want to use meditation and mindful living to help them, you know, be stronger, be confident, create healthier relationships, as well as um, you know, abundance. And, you know, many people have heard of the law of attraction. And I think sometimes people really don't realize what it means sometimes. And when you look at the law, you know, the law is based on magnetics and frequencies of that are downloading into our own energy field and nervous system, and they're based on these emotions that we're having into from our daily life every day, and every day is where we have to begin, I feel, to understand and really regulate our own mental health. Now, one thing, and that's you you're going to heal, and you have to understand the spirit in order to allow that healing to really reach its place. Because when you understand what the word spiritual means, or the nature of our spirit, or the nature of who we are spiritually as human beings, so I'll go there. But there's something that keeps um poking at me, and it's something wasn't all that long ago where I was looking at the word mental health. When I was probably writing something, and I usually will stay in the world of the lane of mental wellness, okay, for me, for as a you know, how I come from this medium as a healer, as an intuitive, and how I learn to understand my mind and thoughts. So mental is mind and heal is in health. And I always want to say, like, take a breath for a moment, take a deep breath, and think of the word mental health. And the minute we hear it, a lot of people have a kind of a reaction, like, ooh, you know, like something's wrong, or something's gonna be bad, or something's hard or challenging. And but when you look at the word and you see mind and heal, you change the whole vibration of the word. Everything is vibrational, coming back to that law of attraction. So, you know, thoughts that are hard, grief is they're all low frequency thoughts. Grief is low frequency, fear is low frequency, anger is low frequency, uh, anger according to the spirit world. I've learned a lot from the spirit world, um, is actually suppressed sadness, trying to move up into a higher frequency, into a more copable sadness. And when you look at anger that way, wow, wow. And energy like that that's suppressed is when we can become, well, uh, angry for one, but we can lash out physically, verbally, and you know, we see a lot of things in on the news, and you know, we see people we know going through, you know, someone lashing out at them, um, even you know, to dangerous levels is what I'm speaking of, really, not just somebody having a little moment where they got a vent, and you know, you then you're gonna emotionally respond as well. So, you know, when we get to understanding, you know, mind and heal, when we look at mental health, I can heal with my mind. My mind, my thoughts can direct me. And then we look at the definition of spirit or spiritual, being spiritual. I have people say to me, Well, I'm not a spiritual person, and I have people say to me, Well, I'm a very spiritual person. And I always take a breath and say, okay, so explain what the definition of spiritual is to you. And there's no wrong definition for one. Um, but as in my work for 30 years now, not understanding what I was really doing for another 30 before that, and um, you know, just going through life, struggling with my way of thinking, and you know, why do things happen and why are things not happening, the whys. Everybody take a breath and really change the word why to I am open to, you know, I am open to the understanding of this instead of saying why. It's such a hamster wheel word. And it's all gonna come down to the formula of the law of attraction and the formula being Mr. Nikola Tesla, if you want to understand the secrets of the universe, you must think in terms of energy, vibration, and frequency. And when we think in terms of energy, vibration, and frequency, we're gonna really understand the law of attraction and our spiritual nature comes into play big time now. Our spiritual nature is our most natural nature, it's who we are as you know, spiritual and human beings. We're spirit before we're human. But I'm not a scientist, but quantum physics and all that can definitely explain more on that level if if needed, if anyone's interested in understanding more. Uh, you know, Dr. Joe Dispenza, um, oh my god, Greg Braden. There's so many teachers of quantum physics that you can, you know, get the science of this more, where I come more from the spiritual, the more mental, emotional. And really the the heart, mind, body, spirit connection is what we're talking about here. And so when I look at the word, the spiritual, the definition of being spiritual, looking at spirit being spirituality as an essence, a frequency, the highest frequency expression possible as a human being is the spirit, highest expression possible as a human being is from a spiritual place. It is the intuitive nature. Intuition is yes, connecting maybe to loved ones crossed, um, getting those feelings, those hunches, just getting that gut feeling. We've heard these terms. It's because this is a survival mechanism. It's not just when people use the word woo-woo, I laugh because it's so not woo-woo. But maybe it is a little woo-woo. Okay, it's fun. It's fun to understand who we are in a lighter way. That's what laughter is about. It raises our frequency, looking at things in a humorous way. But also we have to respect things that are not humorous or funny, and sometimes we got to look for the humor in some of these things. You know, as I always say, take a breath for a moment and absorb that. It's okay. So your spirit now there is your intuitive nature, which I just explained. It's your creative nature. How you're going to be creative, how are you going to express yourself in your physical expression, in your personality, using your human body, which is going to create, you know, means for you, abundance for you to survive on this planet, have a roof over your head, have food, you know, these things that are basic necessities. And a lot of people struggle a lot getting these necessities into their life, into their daily, you know, habits, practice, and what word I would use for that, but habits to survive in severe cases. And if doing a podcast, I'm sure you know some people are debilitated because of their anxiety. Some people are debilitated because of grief. I work with families that lose children all the time. That's debilitating. You're going to go through that. And you're also going to be able to believe that your spirit, your higher vibrational essence, and part of you that is eternal, which is where your loved ones are now in an eternal essence, spiritual form. So that I kind of threw that in there. But so your creative energy is very important for our your own survival. And you should wake up and do what you love every day. You should wake up and feel you're in your higher purpose. You're not always in your highest purpose. I think we evolve to our highest purpose. And there's no time frame on that. But you can always be in higher purpose. I really like how that flowed because I've never really put it that way. So thank you for that opportunity to come to that realization. And we'll put that in some of my classes for sure. We're not always in our highest purpose, but we can always be in higher purpose. Gosh, I really like that. See, humor. I laugh at myself. It helps. Um, and the other, so we got the intuitive nature, the creative nature, the compassionate nature. Patience run out, compassion will not. So patience is, you know, like the human, you know, you have patience with people, okay? But when you have compassion for people and maybe their behavior or their actions, it allows you to separate and raise your frequency up and maybe see them in a different light. It's like, so for an example, people saying something, someone is so negative, they're so negative. I don't know how I can, I can't be around them, but I work next to them and they're negative and it ruins my day. And I can't stay at this job because they are so negative. I tell people, you got to look at the word negative. Again, here comes the mind and healing something as a negative of light. Negative is negate of light. Their frequency is lower than yours, or you wouldn't be feeling that negative energy, negative charge from them. That means they're carrying things very deeply. Maybe it's something harder than you've ever gone through in life. We can't always know these things unless these people are close to us, but sometimes it's family members, sometimes it's your spouse, sometimes it's your own child. You know, you feel the negative energy. I always say, whenever you're saying negative, change it to a negative light and add light to it. Send a blessing, send a positive thought, a positive charge, send a visual in your own mind of putting maybe a blanket around them for comfort or a light around them, an auric, an aura light, golden light. These are little things you can use because sometimes there is no conversation that's or and sometimes it's a stranger you're standing next to, you know, someone you work, you don't know. You're talking to them. Um very real, you know, don't talk to them enough to know their story. And it's not for an excuse when I say that, but it's an understanding, you know, kind of like when we see the stone. Don't who who cast the first stone? Nobody should. Nobody should. And you know, we're living in a world where we're seeing very uncompassionate, no you hear it on news on news channels with certain crimes that are done. They had no empathy, they had no emotion. There's what I'm talking about. Okay. So, and there are some reasons people feel that uh get to that point, and I will tap on that after because I want, you know, I'll make sure you want that addressed. So now the other thing in the spiritual nature, let me sum it up because I'm going into each thing kind of deeply, is it's intuitive, it's creative, it's compassionate, it communicates. There is inner dialogue going on in everyone's head right now. The inner dialogue is how you're talking to yourself. Are you negative or slash negative light toward yourself, which is very hard on yourself, criticizing yourself, comparing yourself. It's like I want to say, get in your lane and address your own beauty, inner beauty, outer beauty. There's people who are beautiful on the outside, and they are when they open their mouth, they are not very pretty. Okay. Not to not, I mean, you got to look at it that way. We see that. And there's some people that maybe are not carrying, you know, everyone turns and looks at them when they walk in the room. People feel this way about themselves. Do I agree with you that you should? I would hope not. But know that you could be. And if this is, you know, pinching you or, you know, one of the listeners, it take a breath. Your inner dialogue is going to change everything. If you're aware of it, and when it's low frequency or high frequency, which I like a little better than using negative or positive or bad or good. The spirit world will often say that. There's no bad or good, right or wrong. There's high frequency experience and low frequency experiences. You know, there's high frequency expressions in relationship and low frequency expressions. So, you know, two lows don't give you a positive relationship, communicative, creative, intuitively connected relationship. Can go up and down this formula as much as you want, it's never going to change. So we have the intuitive nature, creative nature, compassionate nature, the nature that communicates from the highest space possible. Which comes to understanding who we are again intuitively as human beings. Because when we are really looking at things from a perspective of our higher space, we're also, and this ties into some traditional teaching about intuition, you know, the third eye, the sixth sense. Well, listen to those words. Sometimes people hear those words and go, oh no. But the third eye is saying the eye the third eye, there's two eyes that see physically. All you can see is what you can physically, you know, see with these eyes. What are you looking at? Are they judging eyes? Are they eyes of you know, compassion? But the third eye will always look at the higher. It will see above and beyond the physical world. Expectation, perceptions, whatever. It will see there. And that's a very that's your most intuitive eye, the intuitive eye. So it's important to understand it. And then it's the sixth sense because it rises above all five senses. But all five senses really contribute to the sixth sense. They really do all flow together. And so now we're intuitive, we're creative, we're compassionate, we communicate. There's the connectedness of the coping skills, coping through things. When you look through the sixth sense of the third eye, the intuitive nature, you will cope differently. You cope with a sense of strength and security around you and what is lacking when people are struggling in mental health. Usually they don't feel very secure in their own space. I know people who have gotten paranoid in their own space. Um they're not able to again just go through natural daily functions that is needed. Some people it's going outdoors. Some people it's just, you know, taking care of their na needs, hygiene, nutrition. So, you know, and it really, as you know, there's so many different levels of where people are when they're struggling with mental health. But all it takes is for you to open that eye and to start to see through your higher spiritual nature. Because all the qualities and all the things that I was just sharing are lacking when people are in depression. It's lacking. And I can remember when it lacked in me. And that's where I get into, you know, having these personal experiences. You know, I've lived them. I've sat and thought deeply on it. I've let it rotate and rotate and go around. But once my parents passed and my mom was after my dad. So once and I dreamt the night my mom passed, hearing over an intercom that she was dead and could see gray walls and people running. And I woke up very emotional and crying actually. And I had noticed the clock and it was 3 15 a.m. And somehow I went back to sleep. I think I don't know how. I was very shook up and just thought, what kind of dream was that? But then I woke up in the morning and I had a I was getting my little nephew off to pre-K. So I was in the car, turned on the car radio, and it was on the news that the Amtrak train had crashed in the middle of the night and they were just getting to the scene. And my mother was on a train traveling. Now I don't know how many trains are on a track at that moment. So luckily I was dropped my nephew off and I was very close to the train station. No coincidences, I guess. And I ran in and said, My mother was on a train last night. Is there more than one train? And they gave me a phone number to call. And from there we had to go through the physical world red tape. But I did hear her voice in the car when I was driving to my sister's and she said, Beth, I'm alright. I'm happy. That threw me for a loop, but I felt like everything in the car turned off for a second. I don't even know how I was driving. And as fast as it took her, nobody wants to even have their attention, you know, not on the on the road even that long. But I really felt like I plopped back in my seat and I went, Oh my god, she's gone. Why would I have dreamt that? Now I remember my dream. And that's you know, I address that because I had experiences that I didn't understand for many years, many years. And men, everybody does, because we all have this I like, you know, what people will say supernatural experiences are unnatural. No, they're not supernatural and they're not unnatural. They're natural experiences, but they are filled with emotion. And these emotions are what people often struggle with feeling. You know, feeling that a loved one could still be present with you after you've lost them physically can make you feel very depressed. Because your thoughts are gonna be of low frequency over and over again. That's another thing the spirit world says about depression. It is low frequency thinking that is dominating the subconscious mind because it's already being consciously thought over and over and repeat. Once it hits the subconscious mind, it's 85% of the law of attraction, is if not more, is um is what you're attracting. So once it hits the subconscious, it's on autoplay, you're not even saying it anymore, and it's running what your conditions are around you, your relationships, how you're relating in your relationships. It's you know, the choices that you're making, the choices that turn to challenges because choices are not made. How can I, why can I? Remember what I said about the word why? Why, why, why? There is no high frequency in why. Really. You know. And I remember as a little girl looking up at the sky, and I was like ten years old, and I remember asking God at the time that I believe it's a universe, God, source, you can call it what you want, it doesn't matter. Um, why am I here? I don't belong. I didn't feel like I belonged. It's ten years old. And I remember there's no answer that came. And I remember feeling so sad that I didn't get an answer. Well, I didn't understand intuition at ten years old, you know? And I didn't understand that you can get a sense of peace when you put a thought out. When you put something out there, you receive something back. And I tell people intuitively to really trust their own intuitive nature, that inner voice. And there are different frequencies of voices, but there are high frequency voices, there are low frequency voices in your own head. And you have to watch those. You have to be aware of the difference. It's not difficult, it's awareness.

SPEAKER_00

Well, this is all really great information. Now, out of curiosity, um, how can one connect to their loved ones that have crossed over? You mentioned about dreams. How does that happen?

SPEAKER_01

How we connect is first, you know, um, and thank you. I'm glad the information is interesting to you. And it does get emotional even listening to it sometimes, because it's really tapping into that frequency of your spiritual nature. Now, once we cross, we are all in pure spirit form. So the way to look at it is like a channel. We have to tune in to their channel, but their channel, in between their channel and our channel, is our true nature to understand that we are also a spiritual being, but we are also a human being, and we are going to have to still be human. When we use the support of our own true spiritual nature, it assists us here in everything we do. And I think I tapped on that. So, in order to communicate with spirit, we it it honestly can be as simple as wake, and I'm not saying I don't want to use simple lightly, but the dedication to who you are as a spiritual being is really so important. That's where meditation comes into play. And a lot of people say, Well, I meditate, I can't meditate, I try to meditate. Listen, I was one of those people for over two years. I was I try, I try, I can't, I can't. Well, that's some low frequency thoughts. That's only giving energy that it's absent. And I can't. It's kind of like when, you know, I'll use the interesting little example, but there are many people I've worked with a lot of women trying to get pregnant. Well, we're trying, we're trying, we're trying, we can't, we can't, we can't. They've been saying it for, you know, five years. I say, okay, you're gonna shift your frequency now. You're gonna say, I am choosing to. It's been told maybe the grandmother showed me a vision of her holding a baby, and I didn't know she'd been trying to get pregnant for five years. This is a true, more than one true example. And I said, Your grandmother's telling you you're gonna have a child. You're gonna have a child. Okay, now we got to get your energy in alignment for conception. So, and when you're in higher frequency, your all your systems, all your cells, and all your organs are flowing in their optimal ability. Optimal. That it's going to work. Your immune system is stronger, your nervous system is calmer. You're saying, I am in alignment with, you know, maybe I love the word divine. It's a very high frequency word. Some people, one lady thought it was a too religious word one time. I said, it's not religious at all. It's spirit, it's a spiritual word, but it's a high frequency word because our spirit is high frequency. So um, so if you get past that, you think it relates to religion, not to say that some religions don't use it, but you will shift your frequency. So I am in alignment with divine possibilities, or I am in alignment with divine conception, I am in alignment with divine communication, with you, mom, in spirit, or I am in alignment with the the connection we truly have. You can use these wordings that I'm using. That one was a little long, but I, you know, when you shift your thought process, you are gonna start reaching their channel, and that's how it's gonna work. And in the dream state, and that's why getting sleep is important, and not taking medication for sleep, which will dull your intuitive ability, and that's a whole nother topic, and I'll I'll keep that separate to see in case you don't want that um addressed, but it is a very important topic on the topic of mental wellness and health and and sleep medication and all that. So, um, so you can't in some medicines you can't just stop. So please, if you're taking sleep medication and listening to this, you can't just stop. Sometimes you need to get doctor supervision and permission to see if it's okay.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

So when you sleep, so say you're gonna use your dream time and you're gonna say at night, I am in alignment with our divine communication and divine connection. Thank you. I know you are with me in my dreams. Write that down, repeat it before you go to bed four times, but breathe slowly. I like four times and eight times. They're both strong foundation numbers. And you say something to start it, but you wake up in the morning and say it. Thank you. I know you, you know, are with me today. I know, you know, um, I am open to your signs. I am is in alignment with higher frequency to your higher nature, divine nature, spiritual nature. So if you say that every day, you're tuning into the channel. Now you're gonna make it a little easier for the spirit world to show you the signs. And for some people it is the cardinal or the blue jay, and some people it's the butterfly and the dragonfly. Some people it's a scent. Smokers love to send their cigarette smoke if that's something they, you know, that was a big habit of theirs. Um, what are other signs? Coins. Coins. Um, I remember doing a reading once on someone in a young man in spirit who she knew said, uh, showed me a quarter heads up and tail and a quarter tails. I go, ah, it's funny. He's saying the heads up and tails, like one of each. And we got off the call and she called me back within probably 10 minutes, kind of freaking out. But she had was sitting on a swing, she was babysitting, and she was in a backyard and she had no pockets in her pants, and she told me that. And all of a sudden I heard like two plops, and I thought she thought a bird maybe did its business next to her or really close to her because she heard it like hit the ground or hit, and she looked out on the grass and there was a quarter heads up and a quarter tails. Now, when the spirit world can give signs like that, let me tell you, they're working hard. And not all signs have to be that concrete, but she must have needed it to really know it was him. And I think when you look at energy, well, metal is has it carries frequency and somehow, some way. Very few questions I have for the spirit world or about life anymore at all. But that that was a good one. And uh it's one of many. I mean, you know, so being open to those, that this is a natural ability and you're deserving of it. I remember my mom's been gone over 33 years, and I remember just a few years ago looking at my hands and going, Oh my god, my hands look like your hands. Like, you know, I'm well in my 60s and my mom crossed way before 60, but 55. So, but I was looking at my hands, going, My hands look like your hands, mom. And I, you know, I'm just saying it to myself, but I imagine maybe she's hearing me. I I believe she was hearing me. Um, and I kind of had an emotional moment and I said, Oh my God, I miss your skin. And I was rubbing my hand as I was saying these words. I missed your skin. I haven't kissed your cheek or held your hand or gotten a hug and touched your skin in over 30 years. And it made me a little sad. So I allowed my sadness, but then I ended it with, but I know you're with me. I know you're listening, I know. Left it there, thought nothing more of it. But that night in my dream state, I was dreaming that I was sitting on the front porch where I grew up, and I was my sister in the dream was sitting next to me, and she looked like she was about five years old. And it was a quick moment of us sitting on the porch, me looking at my sister, and putting my hand on her knee and saying, Your skin is so soft. And in my dream, I was rubbing her knee. But as I looked at her face, it was my mother. And my mother said, My skin. And I remember just the gasp probably stirred me. It was in the twilight, which is a very powerful time for spirit to communicate. Um, because we're not quite logical and going to turn something away, not that I ever would, but um, people do know it can't be them. Is it them? You drop your frequency and you've lost the channel. You gotta look at it through energy and vibration and frequency. It will take all the secrets of the universe away. And I remember just like wake my eyes opening up and going, oh my god, mom. And I was rubbing my hand when I woke up and I went, You let me touch your skin in the way that you could. You gave me that gift. And no, you don't get those every night. I'm sure it took a lot of energy for my mom to get that to happen, but it had it did. And I then I cried happy tears and you know, called my sister right away and told her. Um, so you know, it's just one of many stories. And I do have a book called Life, Death, and In Between Perspectives from the Other Side. And I do have quite a few stories in there, but it really is about understanding um what I've learned from the spirit world in all these years, and that's really what it's about to help others understand whether we're talking about just communication with spirit or you know, living with an understanding that they're still with us, how to create our own life, our own happiness, how we relate to everything. Everything is a relationship, including finance. It's an emotional relationship. Might as well be a person. How do you relate to it? How do you think about it? How do you feel about the energy of money? There's so many books on abundance now. I don't call that my forte, but I definitely practice those principles. And it's really a powerful thing to understand yourself as a spiritual and a human being and how it can help you as a human being and understand that your spiritual nature is eternal, it is intuitive, it is creative, it is a connection beyond the physical. It communicates, it has coping skills, or it holds your coping skills, and it's needed for our own mental well-being as human beings. It's truly needed to be understood.

SPEAKER_00

This reminds me of the saying um, speaking something into existence. Would you say it's as simple as that?

Yeah, it is actually speaking something to ex into existence. Exactly. The word simple I have no problem using, but I find people struggle with it being that simple. They will often say, but it's hard to do that, it's hard to try, it's hard to trust. So the word simple should be used more. Um, but I know in many cases it's not. So because anything that's going to move emotion and connecting you to something more pure, more bigger, more truthful is not hard. It's not doing it that makes it hard in life. And I tell people just turn the shirt inside out, you know, because uh because when you're saying it's hard to do those things, just like even people saying it's hard to meditate. No, it isn't. Meditation isn't you stop thinking. I struggled, I remember, and all of a sudden I was in a guided meditation experience, and I went through this amazing uh vision and uh with a spirit guide. And you know, I always believed in spirit guides. I know something guides us from spirit, pretty much simplify it, but I never asked who are you or where are you or are you there? I just kind of felt I knew they were, whoever they are. And then I had my experience without even asking. Those are the things that start happening when you slow down. And meditation is mediation between your thoughts and your emotional responses. You can be gazing out a window, you could be walking, you could be sitting formally in meditation pose, you could be laying down, you could be going to sleep in bed and fall asleep to one. But do something to get your frequency up so your existence can feel more simple, more creative through your intuitive nature, more connected. You know, I don't know how many times I hear people say, I just don't feel I belong here. Well, no, because deep down, somewhere in subconscious, higher consciousness, we really, this is not the destination. You know, the destination will be spirit, will be home. But this is a beautiful experience that we could have. And I honestly don't think that our species was supposed to get into such a negative light, if you will, state of expression. There are things going on. I mean, the news shows us things of such low low expression happening in its absence of spirit. That's why I say spirituality is the missing link in mental health or mental wellness, because people do not understand its presence. For goodness sake, we're still at war over whose God is who. It's mind-boggling to me as a you know, intuitive and someone who has had very high frequency spiritual experiences, not understanding the first 30-something years of them, but now 30-something years, understanding them completely and helping others find their way to that understanding to help their life.

Yeah, really well said. Um now I'm curious. Um, if you can give advice to someone who might be going through grief at right now, uh, what would it be to embrace the emotions that you're going to have in grief?

SPEAKER_01

Allow them. Journaling helps. If you're not a journal journaler, you can, if that's a word, um, you can do voice memos, like just talk yourself through something. Use a simple practice like slow breathing every morning and at bedtime and even throughout the day. When your thoughts are dominating and they're staying very low frequency, and grief is filled with low frequency thinking, and you're going to have them, and you have to have them. But after about three to five minutes, you take a slow breath, a couple slow breaths, and just say the word pause a few times. Pause. Usually after the fourth time, you start to feel the slowness, you're slowing down your nervous system, which helps with the anxiousness that comes with grief. It's like always revved up, but always thinking hard things, always feeling loss. Another thing is the spirit world has said to me many times when people will say, I lost them, I lost them, or why did they leave me? Their first thing is we didn't leave you and we're not lost, you know where we are. We know where we are, you know where we are. Little things like this can help so much. And um, you know, even sleeping to a meditation. I do have a meditation called the bench, that if you go to my website and put in your email address and just I think you have to mark you're not a robot, it's very simple. And I do not over email, and it sometimes I do free events online, so it could be you know helpful for people to see when those events are coming up. And you will get five free meditations, some are five minutes, but the bench is on there. You just play the bench and fall asleep to it, you will start to have your experiences. I have no doubt you will. So do some things to help your grief, be compassionate towards yourself, trust the signs, trust those signs because you know what the spirit world says, if they didn't send it and they get credit for it, they're up there giving the little giggle, going, Oh my god, we got, but you're trusting, you're showing your trust, and they got credit for it. It doesn't get them upset. Sometimes that's a little giggle, but it helps. And really just some take your time, you know, take your time and trust that um as much as you don't want to hear this too will pass, as you heal and feel more connected to your own spirit, you will feel their spirit more, and it helps you in life, and you start to live in the eternal essence and spiritual nature.

This is all really great advice. Um, listen, Beth, I'll end it here. Thank you so much for joining me again. Keep doing what you're doing, um, and take care.
