SPEAKER_01

He can speak to anyone through at all because he is all, you know, he he created it all.

SPEAKER_00

Hello, welcome back to the Everything Kingdom Podcast. We're so glad and so happy that you're able to tune in, and uh we love the opportunity to come and uh serve you the best way that we can. We're so thankful for the community that God is building amongst us. So thank you very much for tuning in. Today we have an amazing and exciting guest. I get so excited to uh uh to uh have a conversation with her, and uh she's one of my actually very good friends here in New York City. She's someone who like got ordained in how we met. But uh without any further ado, I want to like welcome Grace. Welcome to the show.

SPEAKER_02

Thank you.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you so much for um helping us come jumping on and like serving our community. How are you doing?

SPEAKER_01

I'm doing so well. How are you doing?

SPEAKER_00

I'm doing great. Are you doing good? Yeah, I'm doing wonderful. Um what's been exciting this week for you?

SPEAKER_01

This is very funny, but I keep having this phrase that the Lord is flipping the pancake. And it's just a fun little thing, but we are moving out of our apartment in New York and we don't have a new one to go to yet. So we are taking a very faith-filled trip to the UK for a couple of weeks, and then we're just living by faith for the waiting for the next apartment. So that's that's exciting because the Lord is He's He's shifting everyone and everything. Um not only mindset, old mindsets and belief systems, but actually where people are placed like geographically. Um and there's something really significant about the proximity that we find ourselves in. So it's really exciting to see.

SPEAKER_00

I knew whatever was gonna be exciting was gonna be about food. Uh that is for sure. I'm food, yellow food, but uh Grace, people that are listening to you there, they have no understanding of who you are. I've experienced you as a mom in the greatest of ways possible. When we went to VOA, I remember you wrapping your arms around me and I was like this kid that's just like forgot how love looks like. Um You and your husband, Josiah, are people who know how to deliver people just by loving them. Tell our audience who you are and what you do.

SPEAKER_01

Who are we? We are from New Zealand, we uh creatives, we love film photography, um and the process of creating um is very important to us. Uh my husband and I have been together, we're coming into 10 years, um, married eight years coming into our eighth year being married. So that's very exciting. It feels kind of crazy because it makes me realize how old I am getting a lifestyle. But um we the tr journey getting to New York was uh, you know, like a whirlwind. Um and we were kind of just in New Zealand, you know, doing what you do and going to work and doing all the things. And there was just this all of a sudden, you know, like a suddenly moment, and it was like we have to move. And the crazy thing was is that uh Josiah brought me a ticket to New York for my birthday as a holiday, but he never booked a return ticket. And so, you know, we have been on this beautiful journey since being in New York understanding about the prophetic and that we actually are really prophetic people without us even realizing.

SPEAKER_00

Without a doubt. Without a doubt.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And so um it was it w as we were leading up to the trip, the Lord was just pressing more and more that um you we're gonna move. We're gonna move to New York. This holiday turned into we're moving across the world.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

And um I think honestly, Josara and I, we are just we're like all in type of people. Like when you have us, we're gonna be committed and um we we just love people. And we I think one of our favorite things to do is really to see people be set free and to encounter the Lord. And there is nothing else on the earth that actually brings you more fulfillment. And I think when you see that or seeing how, you know, when you're fully yielded to Him, how the Lord can move through you and impact other people. And it's honestly a very humbling experience. So it's um it's just we we're very spontaneous, we're very clearly with not having an apartment in New York to move into. But it's um it's just it's a wild ride, and I think the journey of being faith-filled and living that out and what that looks like practically sometimes is really offensive to our flesh. Yeah. Um and more the m closer I get to the Lord, the more I realize I need him more. I need him more every day, and I can't do any of this without him. How long have you been in New York City? We have been in New York, this is coming into our fourth year.

SPEAKER_00

You've passed the test.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

If you can live in New York City for more than a year, you can live beyond that. Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So how did the journey from New Zealand to New York City begin? Because I know you mentioned a little bit about the suddenly moments. You felt like it was just a booking of a ticket, but how did really, really start? Like was it did you hear God? Did someone call you to come to New York City? How was that? Take us through that.

SPEAKER_01

It's so i I think as you as you learn how to hear God, um it's for me at least, it's always like the craziest thing. That you that does not seem logically like this doesn't make any sense, right? Um and it and I think um when we when he had purchased the ticket and time was going coming closer to the holiday, um, there was just like this, this like frustration in us. Like, you know, and um it it was like the grace had left for my job, the grace had left for where we're where we were living. Um and the Lord was really pushing us out um in a really beautiful way, you know, but at the time you're like, I feel so displaced. Like, and there was something um stirring in both of us that was calling us that there's something there's more to we're and New Zealand is beautiful, but I think um proximity is really important for the Lord. Um and and so often in the Bible you see people traveling to certain places because the Lord told them to, and sometimes it doesn't make sense, but it's like, why did Abraham have to go up to the mountain to to take Isaac? You know, why what why do we have to travel to these places? But there's there's obedience that we learn along the way, um, and trusting him. And really, yeah, we there was this frustration, stirring, and then he it just kind of came like upon us. It was like, we should move to New York. Like it was like, oh, this just feels right. Like this feels this is what we should be doing. And um that was just all of a sudden we'd made the decision in our hearts we brought it upon to the Lord, um, the best way we knew how at that time. Um and Josiah, I remember sitting at my job, and Josiah had called his uncle, who's also a film director in New Zealand, and he's very successful, and he called him for a bit of advice, you know, should we be moving to New York, like for my career, you know, like all of the things. Um and his uncle just said, go. That's all he said was go. And the crazy thing was when Josiah had messaged me and I was at my job, I remembered I had this encounter. Um, and it was on Josiah's family. Um, they own a lifestyle block or a f a big farm um in New Zealand. It's gorgeous, it's right by the ocean, 15-minute drive from the city center. I remember standing on the edge of the cliff, and all I could see was this beautiful seascape, and I just felt the Lord saying, Go. That's all he was saying. But it was like this immersive moment, and it was like creation was like, and in the Lord, he was just like, go. And I and instantly when Josiah told me what his uncle had said, it was almost like gave us permission, but it also reminded me of that encounter I had on the farm. It just gave us that permission, it solidified it, and the Lord can speak through different people. You know, He can use anyone. Um I think sometimes we we paint a picture of that it has to look a certain way.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

But I think in that moment he was speaking through his uncle and it gave us permission. And then it was just like we started packing our apartment, we moved out, and then even with our flights, we ended up being on the very first flight ever to New York from Auckland, New Zealand, the first ever direct flight from Auckland, New Zealand to JFK.

SPEAKER_03

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

It was and we got all this all this free stuff, we got treated so well. Um, and I think even that was a sign of like I'm taking care of you.

SPEAKER_00

I love your story so much because it's so connected to faith. And uh faith is like the currency of heaven. And there's someone, let's say we have so many listeners in the communities that are the community that the Lord is building with us, and uh when you talk about an encounter with God, you're talking about an experience with God Himself that you cannot just explain with words alone. Is that what you mean? Did I describe it real well?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Living with people that hear God's voice so well, like you. What I've come to realize is you don't find fulfillment in professoring over someone, you find joy in just the pleasure of hearing the father's voice. And that's what I'm trying to learn. And from you guys, I wanted to uh find out if how did that journey begin for you? How did you begin and how has has been that process for you of like listening to the Lord and like taking pleasure in hearing him speak to you?

SPEAKER_01

Such a good question. Um I mean going right back for when I became a Christian, so I didn't grow up in a Christian family. So I didn't learn all the the right things to say or necessarily. Um and I think even recently I have been, it's been like it's me and the Lord, you know, like when it comes to the end of my life, it's not gonna be, and I love my husband so much and I need him so much. Um, but he but you know, it's gonna be me and the Lord at the end of my life. And so that brings a conviction to me um as he prunes me, you know, day by day, and I'm still learning. But when I first became a Christian, I didn't really have like family members teaching me or guiding me. And so I I was just really learning um by reading, I read the New Testament and the message version because I couldn't understand what the heck was going on, you know. Um, but it really, I think what I just took it so literally that I just was like, this is it, you know? And my journey with the Holy Spirit, I didn't realize until I think in the last couple of years, I really heard his voice. And I it was always him and he was always there. Um and I think it's it's there's there's a truth and there's a peace that you sense and you feel and you have. Um and it's like a knowing, it's like I know that I know that this is his voice. And even if there's a little bit of doubt, I give it to you, Lord, you know? Um because when I was younger, and even the the situations he brought me out of, or um, you know, he he was always there, and I think it's just that there's a stillness that you need to have postured in your heart. Um yeah, it's it's a stillness, and it he's very subtle sometimes with the nudges. Um and we've just got to tune into that frequency because the frequency of the world to me is chaos and it's stress and it's anxiety and it's worry.

SPEAKER_02

Um you know, and when you when you hear his voice, when you hear him speak, it's like wow, he wants to speak to me. Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Um I am still like Lord, how you want to speak to me, you know? Like I'm just like this little person from New Zealand, you know, and um but he's spoken to me about some really deep things and I had some really deep revelations and I think I think honestly, when you just give up your will to want to understand it all, when you give up your pride and you know, as humans we want to figure it all out. We want to have the plan, we want to have it perfectly laid out. And he just is like, no, like let me show you that I'm a good father. Um and I think it's just that that continual yielding to um just not wanting to maybe I just like being like Lord, I don't need to understand it all. It doesn't need to make sense. And I think being okay with that other people might not understand, they might not get it. But I think that is the goal is to just be so sharp and be like I know that this is him because you see him you've seen him move in your life before, right? So there's a pattern. Um and he's all about remembrance. And so he'll remind you too about when he's spoken to you or he's given you a word. Um and that's been really heavy on my heart recently, too, is we cannot forget what he's already done.

SPEAKER_00

Now I know why we began with communion. Now I see why.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Uh to uh the journey for you starting to hear God's voice and uh being a prophetic person and uh started in you reading scriptures.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Would that be a great place to start for someone who's starting to like learn how to hear God's voice?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I think honestly, the more that you get into your word, and I am still there's so much to learn and read. Um but the more I press into reading his word and being trying to be diligent with that, which can be hard sometimes. Um but scripture is just it's his word, it's breathed by him. And when you're reading his scriptures, the Holy Spirit will come and he will reveal like his glory and it could just be a sentence, and that could get you you could feed off that one sentence for a whole week, a whole month. But there's a there's a depth and a beauty and a glory that is to be uncovered, you know. Um and I think you know the scriptures they just it's like every time I start to read then they just wash over me and they cleanse me. Um and you know, it says in the beginning God spoke and so his his word is so powerful and it if we bear his image it's like you're actually reflecting him, you know, and so it's like I'm a bearer of his image and I'm reading his words, but then I am the outcome from his words, you know, and have and that is like it's living and breathing every day, and there's so I think there's there's just so much fun that you can have in the scriptures too, you know. The Old Testament is so wild. It's wild.

SPEAKER_00

Stories upon stories, stories upon stories. God speaking face to face with Moses and like, is that even possible? What do you mean face to face? I know it's it's it's fascinating, isn't it?

SPEAKER_01

It's so fascinating. I mean, I think yeah, scriptures are a great way to start. Just like getting in his word, reading it, trying to memorize it. I'm trying to do that.

SPEAKER_00

Although it can be hard sometimes, but even when you think you've mastered the art of hearing his voice, that there's still growth. Yeah. There's still more to come. There's more like you come to this level, you think, oh, now I know. Oh no. The more you think you know, the more you realize you don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then he speaks in a different way. He speaks through through nature, speaks through like other people and dreams and visions. And I know having uh worked with you in this sex. Seven months, I've recognized that he speaks to you differently. And the way he speaks to Colton or the way he speaks to Savannah or me is very also unique and different.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um is it safe to say that God speaks to us all uniquely differently?

SPEAKER_01

100%. I think and it it's beautiful because it doesn't it doesn't have to look the same. Okay. And because he speaks to us so uniquely and so differently. In a way, that's just a facet of him that's being revealed.

SPEAKER_00

And with the pressure's off. I was like getting nervous on the same way you hear him.

SPEAKER_01

But yeah, it's like I mean, yeah, he reading the scripture, it just helps you be grounded in his word, right? And then and then there's he could speak to you through a leaf, you know, or this the or music. There's so many a ma or film or photography or painting. It's like there's there's all these different ways that he can speak to everyone. Um it could even be, you know, through a science, you know, or mathematician. Like he can speak to anyone through it all because he is all, you know, he he created it all. He created us. And so um, yeah, he can speak to everyone in such different, unique ways. And I think that's actually an opportunity for us to like lean in and listen to how he speaks to someone else, because that's him, you know, that's him speaking in a different way. And you're like, wow, God, you're so big that you speak to this one person in this specific way. And I think when when we say when I will give a prophetic word, one thing will look completely different to someone else. And one word will mean something completely different to someone. You know what I mean? Like it's I had one word for someone and this was crazy, but it was tomato. I mean, how ridiculous. That's it. That's all he gave me. I was like, oh my god. A vegetable. A vegetable. I was like, God, like, you could give me a little bit more, you know. And I kept asking and he was like, that's it. That's all I'm giving you. And then I went and gave the word. And one to one person raised their hand and they were like, that's me and my mother's favorite fruit or vegetable, whatever it is.

SPEAKER_00

No joking.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And so she was like, that's actually something that we you that we bond over because we it's one of our favorite foods. And she went on to explain some more things. And then I had someone running up to me because I was on ministry line after I gave the word, and she was like, God was talking to me about these tomatoes, and I'm like, I have cancer, and I just needed one word, and it was tomato. I don't and and I was like, that is the wildest thing, you know, and then I prayed for her and um we prayed like healing covering over her. And so you just don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I think the letting go of um what it should look like or what it what we think it should look like is actually when he like can move the most. And and I think as well, like he speaks to Josiah in so many different ways, and he speaks to me. And sometimes me and Josiah don't understand each other how or understand how, you know, and that's okay.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I um let me just give a brief foundation here. Um I had to do this in the beginning, but I feel like it would be very fitting to do it in between the set. Um, all of us were wired to hear God's voice. Every single person is within your DNA to hear the Father. Grace mentioned that you are a reflection of God's own nature, of God's own glory, of God's own likeness. But in the beginning, she said that in the book of Genesis, it says God spoke the world into being. Actually, God spoke you into being. And because you are a reflection of who he is as well, you carry the same nature of DNA and creativity and speech. That means you are able to actually speak God's own thoughts towards others, God's own thoughts towards your life, God's own thoughts towards the situation. In John 10:10, scripture says that the enemy comes to kill, to steal, and to destroy, but I come and give you life more penalty. But in verse 27, it says that my sheep hears my voice and they follow me. Why am I giving these little foundational things? Is sometimes depending on where you fellowship, hearing God's voice has been delegated and left to the elite, to the anointed few, to the woman of God on the pulpit, to the man of God on the pulpit or on the mic, not recognizing that for as long as you give your life to Jesus, you are actually in tune and in oneness with the Spirit of God, with Jesus Himself. That means he speaks through you. One of the fascinating things you said, Grace, was that when you're a spirit-filled and faith-filled person, you start to hear things and say things that you're not planned to. It's just like there's just like a beauty of you co-laboring with God that your thoughts become his thoughts, or his thoughts become your thoughts, I'll put it that way. Yeah. One of the fascinating stories when you brought uh uh when you brought about the old testament was how God would speak to someone who's a non-believer. King Pharaoh, yeah, King Nab Kadazah through dreams, through visions, you know, all the time.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

So I want to clarify this. God does not only speak to believers alone, God speaks to everything that He created.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

All creation, even non-believers. Actually, this is the proof that God speaks to non-believers. Scripture says in John 6 65 that no one comes to the Father. No, it's he said put it this way that no one comes to me unless the father draws them. Let me simplify that. The first time you gave your life to Jesus, you responded to a voice of the Father, and then you said yes to Jesus. No one comes to Jesus unless the father draws them. That's evidence that you didn't have relationship with God. But now you had him knock Revelation 3.20 on your door, on your the heart of your door, and you responded. That is evidence that even when you didn't know the Lord, he spoke to you. You can now you cannot say now that I don't know or I don't hear God's voice otherwise you wouldn't be a Christian.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Because you responded to a voice.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

With that brief background, uh foundational things that I talked about. Grace, I wanted us and you to help our listeners and our viewers practically as you learn how to hear God's voice.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

As you progressed in knowing and like some of the things you've learned along the journey, along the way. You study in the scriptures, but then he started speaking to you in a different way now. Are there any other ways that he spoke to you beyond the scriptures? Not contradicting scriptures, but to like reveal more than what scriptures say.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, he's he's spoken to me in visions while I'm in worship, or he'll give me a vision in my quiet time. Um recently, I would say that when I was younger, I would have more visions. Now he speaks to me like almost as like a soft whisper and like a deep knowing, but it's very clear and very direct. Um through worship music or even not worship music, there's moments that I will be listening to a soundtrack from a film, and he's just encounter he's just speaking to me through that. And I think he can speak to you through anything if you're willing to actually be open to that.

SPEAKER_00

Say that again, please.

SPEAKER_01

He can speak to you through anything if you're willing to be open to that.

unknown

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's there's an openness that we need to actually be okay with, you know, like we need to open us open our hearts to him so that he can speak to us through the glass of water. Wow. Through the through the plant, through the homeless person that's on the street, through um just little things. And he is he is right there in the midst. He also speaks to me in dreams. I don't have as many dreams as I would like to. Um That's good.

SPEAKER_00

That means you're hungry.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So I'm like, oh give me a dream.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um, but he it'll be very timely. They'll be very specific. He's given me a couple of dreams recently in the start of this year, and they've been so intense and very specific. Um, so stewarding those dreams, I think, is really important. Stewarding prophetic words, he will speak to us through other people, giving you a word, or even praying over you.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um, so he'll use that. He he will use non-believers, and they'll sometimes just say this one phrase, and you're like, whoa, that was not you, that was the Lord. Like they're speaking through you, you know? And um, I think just having that posture of being open to actually wanting to hear his voice, because I think we can turn away from that bec in our disappointment of thinking that we can't hear its voice.

SPEAKER_00

Has there been a testimony or a story where you heard his voice and it turned out to be exactly how you heard him, or it turned out to be even be more than what you thought you heard. You just had to walk that obedience part, like let me just assume this is God and let me try to go there.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, there's been a lot of times where he has spoken something or given me a dream, and it's been directly him. For example, I had a dream about so when we came to New York, we went to Reading and we went to Open Heavens conference in 2022. I got radically delivered on the side of the highway. It was very intense, 45 minutes. Um but that it was he broke off a lot of generational, you know, curses and whatever. It was intense and um wonderful at the same time. Um anyway, I it kind of had unlocked me in a way, and because there was I guess demonic oppression on my life, and I hadn't necessarily I didn't even like ask for deliverance. Wow. He just came and he he kicked these suckers out.

SPEAKER_00

So t take me through that again. You had a dream?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so let me go back. So I had this radical deliverance, and then it almost I felt like there was this block, you know, for a long time. I felt like there was this block, and I was like, I know that there is more.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

There's more to encounter, there's more to hear. And I was like, Lord, I just I want you. I want just to encounter you and to to feel you, I want to hear your voice. And so then he's like, okay, radically delivers me in reading open heavens 2022. And from that moment on, I for I remember for seven weeks I was in this wild time where I was just devouring scripture and he was speaking and we were doing communion every day. And then I had this dream about Bill and um Bill Johnson from Reading. And it was at the time, you know, I I'm like this, I feel like I'm like this little person. I don't, you know, I'm not really like a we were just visiting. I I don't know really anyone. And I um I had this really specific dream, and it was about the building, the Bethel building. And um basically I saw Bill lie down in the presence of the Lord, and angels came, and then I heard a song, like a new song, and people were chanting Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. And um anyway, so I have this dream, and I'm like, this is really specific. It feels it felt very important, but I didn't really know what to do with it because I You have no relationship with uh Bill to beyond him a leader in the movement, yeah. No. Yeah. And also, you know, I I'm not very I I I was just hungry for the Lord, but he he he gave me this, and so I I I journaled it, I recorded it. Um and I think that's sometimes what stewardship can be too, is you might not understand something at the time, but often I think with even being in a prophetic environment, being prophetic, sometimes you the Lord will speak to you about something and it's actually for not right now, but it's actually for ahead, you know? And so I think asking him, Lord, is this the time to release this now or not, is really healthy. That is so good. Yeah. And also having a person to be like, hey, I had this dream or I had this impression to kind of like keep you accountable too. Like, is it scriptural based? You know, like all of the things, like um, I've definitely been in environments where people have said some n things that to me I was like, this doesn't feel like the Lord, you know. So I think it's really important to to know the timing of when to share something and when not to share something.

SPEAKER_00

That is so beautiful. So you took a time to write that dream down. Yes. And what ended up happening when you wrote it down? Like Yeah. Did it what was what was the end of that?

SPEAKER_01

Because I was still, you know, learning, do I hear from the Lord? Like, is this him? Is this not him? And that's our that's our wrestle um so often in this world, right? It's like, is this me? Is this the enemy? Is this the Lord? Or is this someone, you know, at my workplace or something. Anyway, fast forward to VOA.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah, that time.

SPEAKER_01

It was wild.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It was so wild. Um, so a group of us went, which we didn't even really plan. It was about 60 of us from Bethel, New York. We all end up at VOA. Uh, Global Awakening is hosting Voice of the Apostles. And at that time, I was pretty frustrated with the Lord with some things. And I was like, you've got to show up, Lord. I was like, you've got to give me something. Um and I think it's healthy to wrestle with him. I think it's healthy to ask questions with him. Um he's not afraid of that. Um, anyway, so VOA. So much happened at VOA for me personally, but connecting it to the dream, we get a prophetic word from someone from who's speaking.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And this prophetic word is like reading a male to a T.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

It is and I VOA FASS It wreaked me, it shook me, and the fear of the Lord came in for me in a new way. Um and just his mercy of being like, daughter, I speak to you, and you need to actually trust me and recognize that I speak to you. And I think often you don't think you're worthy or valuable for God to speak to you, but because of Jesus Christ we we have access because we've let the Jesus into our world, into our heart, and we believe and we confess with our tongue that we believe the Lord wants to speak to his children. Anyway, I'm digressing, but so VOA, we get this crazy prophetic word. Me and Josiah are like, what the heck? You know, like it's kind of like this is getting a little crazy. Like, I'm like, Lord, you're you're like really breeding our male, you know. And um, but it was holy, and it was exactly what we needed. I come home, and honestly, I I go into fasting. I'm being woken up to intercede by the Holy Spirit. It's like a whole new experience of the Lord. Um, I go, he, the Lord asks me one one day after the conference when we're back in New York to open my journal. And he's like, I want you to, he's like, remember that dream that you had about Bill and the building and the angels and the singing. And I was like, yeah, I remember. And so I get my boxes out, I pull out this journal from 2022, it's 2025.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

SPEAKER_01

And I pull it out, and I'm like, I reread the dream. And the crazy thing was is that something had actually happened in reading where I believe Bill had like talked about he had this sermon where he talked about the angelic and how we need to not um dismiss the angelic. You know, like we don't w we don't worship the angelic, we worship Jesus. Um, but the angelica are an important part of the journey of faith.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You know, they come in to how with Mary, they c they come in at all these moments, um, fighting battles and doing all these things, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Anyway, so they he he he spoke this sermon, I think about two weeks before VOA. And that evening he had laid out in the presence of the Lord, from what I believe. And so as I'm reading this, I'm like. Whoa, this is kind of crazy because from my understanding, Bill isn't, you know, d doesn't do that, and well, I mean he he he might, but like it's not like he does it like at a service or anything like that. So in that sermon about the angelic, there is something that Bill was really uncovering. And anyway, he had laid out there was things with the building that were going on. I had a crazy encounter at home where the Lord t was just showing me so much, it was a little scary, but very holy, and he was just downloading so much to me, and there's something about this word called celestial, and celestial means things that come from above, heavenly things, and I dived deep into this word. One of the definitions that they use for this word is to do with a celestial choir. And in my dream, the choir was singing a new song. And I'm having this encounter that's un uncovering I don't know, I think a lot of things. And anyway, long story short, Bill had laid out in the in the presence, he spoke about the angelic. There were things happening with the building, there was some there's something about the new song, and it talks about it in so many areas in Revelation, etc. And I just know that it was like, oh, I hear the Lord's voice, I hear him. And then I mean that encounter that I had at home, it's still I know that the the Lord still wants me to go back to that place. And I think that there were just things that aligned, but it was like the dream I had three years ago, and I didn't even remember that I, you know, like I had forgotten about it. And then the Lord comes in and he reminds me about it.

SPEAKER_00

These are my takeaways from what you're saying that one, we are wired to hear God's voice. We are a reflection of his own nature as God.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

God speaking to even non-believers, he speaks to believers actually even more than you know, on a daily basis. He wants to speak. The pleasure is in hearing his voice, not in accomplishing like stuff or getting things done, which he loves as well.

SPEAKER_01

And sorry to interjee, but I feel like Jesus should be enough for us. He should be hearing his voice is such a gift, and that should be enough. We shouldn't need to share, but I mean we we do because we need it spread the gospel, but for a believer, it should be enough.

SPEAKER_00

The identity is in like he speaks to me, and that's enough for me. Yes. I don't find satisfaction that I'm gonna find my identity if I share this massive word about what's gonna happen on earth. Yeah, so it's just beautiful. And you're tying into like he speaks in so different ways, yeah, dreams, visions, encounters, or experiences with the Lord. This is my testimony. Like, last thing I'm gonna end with is when the Lord started speaking to me about starting or opening up this podcast, we did this exercise when I was in Reading. And the instructor said, Look around the room, whatever thing you put your eyes onto, ask the Lord to speak through that. And I looked onto something that holds a microphone. And the Lord said, I want you to open up a space where you're going to talk about the culture of heaven and how it impacts the culture that we live in today.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

This is the Everything King Kingdom podcast that was only started because God spoke.

SPEAKER_01

Wow.

SPEAKER_00

You say that you can speak through anything if you're willing to listen. I was willing at the time.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Someone who's watching this show and is out there and they are wondering if God's like speaking to them. God speaks to you more than you think, you know. SPEAKER_00

Would you be able to close us in prayer and then we could end this set?

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah, Heavenly Father, we just thank you, Lord, that we can approach your throne room freely, that no one is too far from you to approach you. No one's too far away to listen to your voice, that you're always speaking, that you're always wanting to speak to your children. Father, would you just give us ears to hear? And may you open our hearts, Lord. Open our hearts to hear your voice. Reveal in our hearts where we need to open, where we need to open our hearts, Lord. And Father, I just bless everyone who is listening to this. I bless their ears, I bless all their senses, that they would just become more attuned to your word because it's always there, it's always present, and it's always speaking in Jesus' name. Amen.

SPEAKER_00

Amen. We'll see you in the next one. May God bless you.
