Whether you're new to astrology or have studied it for years, you'll find practical insights designed to help you recognize recurring themes, navigate challenges, and make the most of your opportunities for growth. Through discussions of natal charts, planetary cycles, houses, signs, and current astrological influences, we'll explore how astrology can become a powerful tool for self-awareness and transformation.
If you're looking to learn astrology, deepen your understanding of your birth chart, or discover how astrology can support real personal development, this podcast is for you. It is also a companion for students seeking astrology education and astrology classes that emphasize understanding, application, and meaningful change.

All right, Jupiter is going into Leo today. You know, we tend to think that Leo is about being seen or attention seeking, and in some ways it is. And Jupiter is going to be spending the next whole year in Leo. And I think a lot of people think that that might assume a bigger personality, more confidence, more applause. But what if it's really not asking us to attract more attention, but to be a brighter source of light? I think that it's something that we might all agree with that the people who most desperately want attention never seem fulfilled by getting it. It's one of the crucial things in the tarot card, the Seven of Cups, where the character in the foreground is looking at all these choices, fame, riches, beauty, all of these sort of superficial external things never truly bring happiness. So, how can we integrate Jupiter, the whole planet, going into a new sign today with the development of our potential? I think let's start with Leo, the Leo part. Leo isn't just about ego. Leo is connected to the sun. The sun rules Leo. And what does the sun do? It shines, right? The sun doesn't even have a shadow. It doesn't ask permission to shine. It doesn't compare itself with anything else. It doesn't wonder if there are other stars that are bigger or brighter. Its purpose is simply to radiate. And we know when we're around someone that radiates, radiates a kind of graciousness, which Leo's are, a kind of generosity, which Leo's can be, and a kind of forgiveness for other people's flaws, which Leo is actually very good at. Leo teaches us authentic expression. And since Jupiter expands, that's what it actually does. It brings meaning and it expands whatever it touches. Jupiter in Leo should be expanding our capacity to express what is most genuinely alive in us. There can be a little bit of a shadow because I think there is the look at me, validate me, notice me, tell me that I'm a special part of Leo. And Jupiter could definitely make that bigger. So we may be noticing that in certain people. However, those people that already have a natural sense of who they are, sun energy, Leo energy, identity, if your identity is somewhat firm, if you have some clue about who you are, then you're going to be asking yourself, how can I use the gifts that I have to warm, warm someone else's life? That shift from look at me to what am I radiating? Right? The sun doesn't really shine for itself. It shines because it provides living life for everything that it touches. So I think the invitation for the next year is more like um, how can I become more generous? How can I become more forgiving? How can I become more gracious? Not how do I become more important? Because the generosity is with encouragement and laughter and creativity and affection and courage. How can we share that? Because the question is not going to be, will people notice me this year? But when people leave my presence, do they feel more alive than when they arrived? Because that's what the sun does. It doesn't illuminate itself, it gives away its light, and that's exactly what we were born to do. You've been listening to Sage of Stars, and I'll talk to you soon.
