And he just shines upon me for all the world to see. Do you see the rays of light coming off that guy? Oh god. Now listen. He and I, he and I know each other, thank goodness. Oh yes. He gives me, he gives me the chi. That is pure creativity. He's the one that gets me sparkly. He provides me everything I need. All the plants grow because of him. Oh my god, all my uh travel plans, especially in the winter, revolve around him. I will go to the ends of the earth to find him. And right now, this day, right now, this day, March 25th, 2026, well, I am bathing in his glory. Oh god, thank you. Thank you. Springtime Equinox just came. Oh god, and my skin is feeling kissed. Kissed with gold. Oh, and my bones are warm. They feel warm right now. And there's cute little mushrooms popping up all around me because you see it wasn't cold. It was very, very rainy for the last few days. And so today is the first day that everybody celebrates. You see, when the sun comes out, everybody comes out. Everybody goes outside. And what do they do? They glide with arms open wide for the gifts, for the gifts of the day, for the gifts of new life. For the sun came again. Now we feel this way every winter when it's dark and doom, gloom, death season. But then the spring, the spring hits, and everything's bursting. These beautiful flowers. Oh my goodness, the foursethia right before me. And there's bees, there's pollinators right now in the yellow blossoms. Oh god, and you know what the bees do? They pollinate everything. So any seed we've planted gets to bloom and grow. Oh god, we get to harvest because of these bees. Thank you to the bees, the queen bee. All the queen bees. Thank you. Thank you, divine feminine, for showing us, for showing us that it is possible. It is possible. Life continues on. Haha, we're in the cycle. We're in the cycle, the ever-unfolding seasons of the mystery. Oh, and I see I see life everywhere. The colors. I'm in a garden. I feel so grateful. I'm living in a house where there's a lot of garden and more potential. I can play. And this is one of the ways I like to. I like to get my feet and hands in the soil as much as I possibly can so I can participate in the cycles of life. I love to watch. Right now, there's trees around me, some are blooming. Oh, the magnolias in front of me. Wow, that deep, deep plum color. Ugh. But some trees don't have leaves yet, so they're still in that experience of um like hibernation. Trees go into hibernation in the winter when they lose their leaves. It's a stillness, it's a quiet. They breathe very lightly. Now, when the spring comes and everything starts to burst, their joy of the sun, because we all love the hot one, their joy of the sun explodes with creativity. They're like, oh my god, new life, here you go, look at the best of me. Look at the best of me. So the trees give us their glory, and I say, Yay trees, thank you so freaking much, because this is their springtime. They are the blooming babies, and I'm gonna go out and cheer them on! Yay, spring! Oh my god, these little purple flowers in front of me. I don't even know what they are. Low-lying. Beautiful, beautiful.

Oh my god, daffodils, all these, all these expansions of the one life that we're living. Sun comes out and we shout. Yay! New life this day. This is how I feel every morning when I wake up. You see, I try to live my life one day at a time because I try to stay in this present moment right here, right now. Now it's not always easy to do so, but on the days that I can, my day is the most exciting thing. My day is the most exciting thing because I watch it. I watch it from beginning to end. It's it's meditation in motion, and I notice what gets brought to me in my day. Who connects with me, who calls me, texts me, what what are my housemates or neighbors doing? You know, the animals that I live with right now, I just got to inherit. Dun dun! Well, she's the house doggy. Oh my god, the cutest doggy Cleo ever. She doesn't even make a peep. I've never heard her bark. Actually, once. Once it happened, so she proved she was a dog, but I've been walking her to our local park. Oh my gosh, everybody's out with their doggies. I get just the life of blooming bliss. Blooming bliss is this. Thank you so so much, dear God. Father Son. Thank you so much, dear goddess, Mother Earth. Thank you so much, sacred siblings! Actually, you're beyond siblings. The water, really. Perhaps grandma. The air, perhaps the spirit itself forever and ever flowing through us as one breath. There is no new air. The old air is the same air being breathed through our lungs, the one lung, the heart of the planet Mother Earth who breathes in all things.

Oh, and that one bird! What are you? There were crows here just a little while ago. Oh, they're a cross. Oh you! What is that? Does anybody know that call? Oh wait, no, now that's the neighbor's tool. I mean, I am in the city after all. Portland too has people. Some of the most quirky, open-hearted, welcoming people I've ever met. They're so beautiful. Thank you. Um, and this gorgeous Cleo who wants me to chase who wants me to chase a ball. Who wants me to chase a ball? Well, that's gonna be really soon. I just wanted to step into the swoon of the season. Oh come on. Every day is a day to celebrate, new life, okay? Go out there! Go out there with your eyes open wide to the gorgeous, gorgeousness that loves you all around you. I want you to try something. I want you to try thinking of a rainbow. Now, the last time you actually saw a rainbow, real, real, real rainbow, now, okay, not just a picture. I want you to really try in your mind's eye to remember the time you actually saw a rainbow. Now, it doesn't actually have to be in the sky, it could be reflact uh refracted refracted, excuse me. My my tongue is twisted in all this bliss. Now, it doesn't have to be in the sky, you know, when it's raining and then the sun shines, and then this beautiful, magnificent rainbow appears in the sky. Oh, sometimes there's two. Have you noticed the double rainbows? Makes me think of the double rainbow guy that got really popular. He was in the moment so mesmerized. Anybody that's seen that video? Props to the guy because it captured his um his awe. His awe of the splendor, the magic of the moment. Now, you see, all of our ancestors throughout time have known that awe. All of them. In fact, they're sacred stories that talk about the awe of encountering the rainbow. Did you know what happens the moment you encounter a rainbow? Because now it could be in the sky, and that's exciting if you're outside and it's raining intense and you're going somewhere, and then the sun comes out, and then it's like boom, baby, boom. Look at my beauty, look at my power. And there's no refuting this hour that the sun made it happen. So, yay, that's that's the gift from God. That's the gift from God. And the beauty, the beauty of a rainbow is that it always tells us that the storm will be over, that it will be clear and the sun will be here. And then everything gets warm and hot again and starts growing again. But you see, when we're in the winter, it's really scary because you know, nothing's really growing. And people that with people that live in really, really cold parts of the planet, really cold, like oh my goodness, you know, the people on the east coast, you know, Minnesota, the you know, land of 10,000 lakes. Oh, every single one of those 10,000 lakes freezes over, and then people can ice skate and even drive across the lake. I have a cousin that bought land over there. I went for a wedding and it was a gorgeous big lake in the summertime, but in the winter it became a road. Amazing. I'm so grateful I'm not in that kind of cold. But for people that do live in that kind of cold, now the sun, springtime is essential for life. If it does not come, you are not growing food and you're gonna run out of food really quick, right? So we love when the sun comes. Everybody gets excited because now we can start planting seeds. The seeds are essential for life, for growth, food for all the ones we love. Yes? So the sun comes out and we're like, yay, thank you, thank you for new life, new, new nourishment. We all seek nourishment. Everyone needs nourishment to have a healthy body. Now, the beauty is the true nourishment we need, the true nourishment we need for a beautiful, healthy, happy body is already gifted to us. It's free. We don't actually need anything chemically connected. Sometimes some of us do, sometimes some of us do. We're dealing with some you know health issues. And for those of you that are dealing with some serious, serious health issues, um, bless you. May you have the um people in your life that can really support you, help you figure out what's going on, and help you get on track to being healthy again. Because the body wants to become healthy, you know. We get injured, you cut yourself, and um it heals. Thank you, goddess mother, thank you, goddess mother, for always healing. She is always in this regenerative state where she's always giving us grace, she's always giving us the right place at the right moment because she's always flowing. Her energy, her life force is always flowing no matter where you're going, because you're touching her, you're touching her, and she's pure magic. This land is pure magic, it's paradise, it's a playground, and she gives us every day to notice the magic. Now, some of us have eyes to see it, and some of us don't. Some of us may have seen magic and we reject it. Oh no, no, no, no, no. Magic doesn't happen. Oh no, only what can be quantified and tested and proven only. But see, those people, what happens is if you close yourself off to magic, hey Cleo, I need this, I need this, okay? I'll throw a different one. Hang on one second. Okay, Cleo, ready? Hey, ah, not that one. I need that one to prop the phone up. Ready? One, two, three, go! And it didn't work. It didn't work. Are you still recording? Hang on, let me just chuck. Are you? Yes, okay. Cleo, honey, honey. It's hard for us to both be out here and not just play because we toss dicks all day. It's so fun. But I need to work right now, sweetheart. Okay. What was I saying? Uh-oh. Uh-oh. I got distracted. I got distracted. Oh yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. Mama is pure magic lens, and those of us who are on the planet, wherever we are, are gonna receive her magic. So for those of you that um wear the lens, magic is not real. It is not real. Well, okay, you can have that life, that's fine. But for those of you that wear a different lens, that actually believe in magic, my god! Could you can you imagine? Could you imagine not believing in all this miracles, all the synchronicities, all the messages from spirit, from the ancestors, from the guides? We get it all the time. Magic. Anybody who believes in magic is gonna get more magic. Hello, thank you to the believers, because let me tell you, the sacred ancient ones in the beginning. Cleo, please don't chew your stick so close to the recording. Can you just move back a little bit? Uh oh, you want me to throw it. Okay, don't don't don't kick. Oh boink! Okay, she's off. She's off. Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun. We can have stick throwing races. This would be fun. If anybody has a dog nearby, we could do this. Um, I'm getting distracted though. This is the only thing about pets. Thank goodness, thank goodness. You're just a house doggy. I might need to go for a walk to the park. No, but then I'd have to bring you with me. Oh, this is interesting. Predicament. Bless you, you're sneezing. What do you have allergies to? Oh, did you get stick in your nose? Stick in your nose, stick in your nose. I know. Hey, I've been there, stick in the nose. You guys are real sticks in the noses. You got sticks in the noses, and you gotta sneeze them out just like Cleo here. You see, I'm highly amused by whatever happens around me, the loud buzzing of the neighbors. Um, what is it? A cutter? An edger? I don't know. Okay, blessings to your ears. I know it starts to get hard to hear these kinds of things because I'm not doing any kind of professional recording. I'm sorry. This is a mom and pop shop. I'm the mom. Okay, I'm a mom, empty nesting, and I've decided since I can't talk to my kiddo every day, I just can't. Sometimes he doesn't respond to my texts for three days. I know. I'm not getting my feelings hurt. He's 18, it's cool. But anyway, I remember what it was like. I did the same thing at his age. It's okay. Bless you. I know you love me, kid. Forever and ever in the loop-de-loo of love from our ancestors to the descendants. Blessings. Now listen. Oh, now I'm distracted again. Oh, Cleo, that was the thing I was recording on. Nope, now it's the chew toy. So I'm highly amused by the moment's magic because everything when you see with the lens of magic, everything becomes filled with it. Oh no, I just sat on my forsethia. Oh, are you okay? Yeah, you're still okay. Sorry, honeys. Magic. Sun, come out. Please give the forsetia an extra, extra bright yellow burst. Boom, baby, boom. Thank you. That's how it works. You do that to us too. Where do you send us a big bright burst? At our center. Because that's where the sun hits us the most. In the center. And then the rays go out, they spread out in different colors, they filter through the chakra system, they spiral, they dance, they go up, they go down, they go in, they go around. Woo, woo, woo! All the different directions spinning through us. We become an activated light body, the Merkava. Ooh, all the wheels and all the directions. What are these things? Well, these are the chakras spinning, chakras of every color of the rainbow. We open our crown, we filter it down through the roots. We see that we are the tree of life. Breathing us. Great spirit. Thank you, breath. And when we're breathed, the inhalation and the exhalation gives us the rides of magic. We ride like the tides. We ride like the tides. Up and down, up and down, from the earth to the sun, from the earth to the sun. Her the center of her heart and the center of his heart. We dun dun dun dun become the rainbow bridge. Oh, yeah, we do. Our crown goes spiraling all the way to the heart of the father. And our roots go spiraling all the way down the heart of the mother. And she's pure magic, and he's pure magic, and they love us so much they give us a stage to entertain them on because they love us, they love their kids. So we do, we do every day. We wake up and hey papa son, I love you. Thanks for another great day. So then I go prancing and dancing on the stage, and I do whatever I can to entertain him, and he loves it, and then he keeps shining and he keeps giving me rainbows. Because do you remember I was saying, anyone who's ever seen a rainbow in real life? Yeah. If you've ever actually seen a rainbow, that moment was your rainbow light body initiation. One rainbow is all it takes, baby. That's how God works. One rainbow is all it takes. Listen, if you ever experienced a rainbow, now my mother loved rainbows. She too understood the magic of seeing them. And she liked reinforcement. So she would build, she would create those rainbow catchers, and she was such a fun, quirky artist. She loved colors, so she was constantly making rainbow colors with this these beads. Um if you see every single color of the rainbow, um it what it does is it reinforces your auric field and it gives you the rainbow light body. So this idea that you have to go on a long, long journey to create it isn't isn't quite the right thought. What it is, is you're trying to get into a state of mindfulness where you can feel it and access it because every one of those colors was a pure um holy being sent to you from God and goddess because they create an arc, a circle, actually, a pure circle. So the whole rainbow, the whole it's a circle. We only see half of it usually, if you've ever been blessed to see a whole circle, and we do. Sometimes we see um, you know, the rainbows around the sun or the moon. Oh my god, goddess, the moonlight, rainbow, my goddess, a shimmery silver light in the daytime. We got hot sunlight, two different energies, gold and silver. And if you see the rainbow colors, they're in your field. All you have to do is remember them. All you have to do is see them, all you have to do is call upon them, and then that actually is the guardian, it's the gatekeeper for that um chakra. So those of you that are like, oh my god, how do I clear my chakras? How do I do that? Literally just imagine it with a glowing bright color. That color is a being, it is a conscious being that um is beyond, is beyond us. It was the is the stuff of life. So when you see that color, right now, you know, I'm I'm looking at these pretty little purple flowers. When I see that color, that color enters my eyes and then gets broken up in light by the cones and by the you know all the things of the physical eyes. That light has a specific wavelength and a different frequency, a different vibration than other other colors. So each color that we see through our eyes goes into the body in a different way with a different process, and it affects different parts of us. So now if you see every color of the day in all kinds of ways, you get the rainbow spectrum light, and the moment you see it, it activates that color in your being, and that color flows through you in a unique pattern just to you. You, you know, you if we look at snowflakes, no two are the same, just like human beings, no two fingerprints are the same, no two um soul flower pattern is the same. So you get into this place where all you need to do is remember how to do it because it's a natural process flowing through you. Every color, every every um elemental gift, all the streams of awareness, you're doing it all the time. You have more than one mind, you have different ways of accessing wisdom and information. Your body, vast, vast wealth of wisdom beyond the brain, way beyond the brain, the brain and the body, two completely different ways of being. If you get into your body, the body's the ship, the body is the mothership. Mine is anyway, I'm a mother. The body is my mother ship, and she's gonna take me where I need to go on this amazing playground, and she knows how to do it, and she's always touching the earth, always connected, plugged into the life force, magic of mother. And then, and then my thoughts are the ones are the ones who go out and then make judgments, or um, I notice whatever I notice in my day. I'm outside and I'm like, oh, oh, I notice this fly. It's a fly. Aww. Oh, getting nectar from these cute little alien green things. I don't know what they are. I'm learning the plants in this region. Um, so uh distractions, distractions again. What what shall I do with the last of my minutes with you? Whoever's still listening, bless you. Whoever's still listening to this, bless you. You really um are doing something special for me in my being. You're you're opening me up to the awareness that whatever I have to say um is coming through for a reason. You know, I used to hold them back or I used to fear sharing them. And I started, you know, I've always been recording them. I have too many recordings now, I don't know what to do with them. So I'm just gonna share the grace and I'm gonna trust that the ears that need to hear it are listening. Okay. This is for you. Because you see, it's easy to get lost in the stew of the dream. This scenes that you're in of your day, if you're going through them and you're not in a mindful way, if you're just kind of going on automatic pilot, well then it's kind of like you're in a dream and you're like, you know, you know, most of us dream, but we don't really have awareness that we're dreaming. So you're just going through this crazy ride in the dreamlands, right? But some of us have been um gifted with uh an ability to experience lucid dreaming. If you've ever experienced lucid dreaming, now this gives you the ability to understand that you're the creator of your dream, and so as creator, you can do all things, you are all powerful, and you do. I did. I've had, oh my god, I've had some of the best lucid dreams of my life, and they changed it. Because the moment you realize you're lucid in your dream is the moment everything changes, and then you start to use your gifts. And um, Tibetan dream masters talk about um the practice of lucid dreaming, and once you get good at doing it in the dream realm, you can start doing it in the waking realms. What? The waking realms, yeah, baby. The waking realms. It's a dream, it's a dream. And if you've got lenses to see the magic and the mystery unfolding throughout the day, it's kind of entertaining. It's it really is. Some of the characters on the stage right now, really good villains, really good characters. You see, I like performing arts. I was in the performing arts when I was younger, and still have the creative, you know, uh desires to play, you know, with the arts in different ways, singing and dancing and theater and you know, all the things, and um, and it's like you know, this idea that life life can be this bright sort of musical. In my head, it's always kind of been that way. And if I see the world in this way, if I see the world filled with magic, it is, it is, because it is because I'm gifted with pure consciousness, um, and I'm awake in my day. And so um when I had the opportunities to be in a lucid dream, what I would do is I would go to the dream characters around and I would say, Hey, you're dreaming, you're dreaming, and so most of them would be like, No, no, but some of them would be like, What? I am, and then they would be lucid, and then they would be free. So I did this throughout the dream time, and I got pretty good at it, and so now I'm doing it in the waking state, and I pray that the grace of the present moment be with you because everything is magic, and your mind has a lot of power. Your mind has a lot of power. You got one day this hour. If you have one hour left in your life, what are you gonna spend it doing? Please, don't spend it doing anything that brings you distress or anyone else. If you have one hour left, go outside and notice the beauty all around you and just say thank you. And may the moment of magic, the moment you see magic, kind of like the first time you saw a rainbow, first time you saw a rainbow, the moment you saw that, it was an imprint of divinity. Your crown forever sparkled with royal jewels. May you become aware of every jewel gifted to you by mother and father. My may you find the sacred balance of light and dark, that which is seen, that which is not. May you find peace within yourself with each breath, inhalation, exhalation, may they be of equal balance, and may you hold the thought that all is possible.
