Hi, welcome. Hi there. It's so good to be with you guys again. Wow. It's been a moment, and you know, I was just I was outside walking around, right? In my backyard. It's it's Friday evening right now. It's 6 42. And on July 24th. So I'm gonna say happy birthday. Shout out to my friend Rosie. Real quick. Just happy birthday! Happy birthday! Happy birthday. Recording this on your birthday. Anyway, yeah. So I was just outside walking around for a moment, and I was thinking to myself, my gosh, it's Friday again. And Ena who forgot to release our podcast episode, your boy, Mr. Joel Fields of Wizard of Wonder Podcast. This is Wizard of Wonder Podcast. If you didn't even know which podcast you were listening to, because you're, you know, feeling fantastic and froggy fresh on a Friday, right? I don't know. I am anyway. But yeah, I'm here with you guys and chilling. So yeah. But anyway, I was outside and I thought, you know, how sweet it would be. I was out there like having a little conversation to myself, and and I was like, oh man, I should, I should totally sit down and record a podcast. I'm feeling a little bit chatty today. And let's get into it. Well, of course. So I I was like, man, I I should have totally sat down last night and did this, but I was studying Cortina method, and I've been going over different protocols and trying to read some transcripts to, you know, really get this down and get it effective and like learn learn these protocols so I can like effectively like help people and make a difference in the world. You know, I was just contemplating moments ago that like I I really that's you know, what started off as just being a massage therapist, and and I don't I don't mean to say that lightly, you know, massage therapists are badass. Like it it it took me a long time to get level of massage therapist, right? To feel comfortable and confident in that. But then it's like, man, I I kind of keep wanting to like help people in these deeper ways, you know, make more of a transformational difference in another person's life. And, you know, I I think about that, and when even when I say it out loud, like, where does it sit with me? You know, I'm I I work and help people embody themselves and help embody, you know, where they want to go and you know, help them move through their life, you know, and sometimes when we move through our lives, we we need a guide, right? A guide to kind of help show us the way to help us navigate through some things. And I feel deep within my soul that I'm in a transition period of of stepping into that now, you know. I don't know, in astrology world, we just had barballs basket, you know. He puts all of his little barballs in his basket and he counts the things that he has and he's happy about the things that he has, right? But anyway, I don't know where that little story was gonna head, but yeah, just changing. There's like a dynamic of change in the air, right? We can all probably feel it, like the tides are shifting. You know, we just had this Mercury retrograde end, and there's a big shift, right? But there's always like this big shift of the collective. You know, we're we're moving forward and along into 2027. 2027 is a very interesting year. There's a lot of things coming together in 2027. You know, if you guys aren't paying attention to like different little things, I'll point a couple of them out to you. If you're not familiar with a gentleman named uh Bashar or an entity named Bashar, right, look up Bashar Bashar, right? Bashar. You know, spell it out. Look it up, Google it, check it out if you want to. But yeah, he's a really interesting individual, and he's been talking about 2027. So there's that. And then on another side of the realm, we have like all these military dudes, right? With a little bit of like extraterrestrial intelligence knowledge, right? Or like human-made extraterrestrial intelligence knowledge, right? It could be on either side of the spectrum at this point, but you know, these military dudes are like, hey, 2027, it's gonna go down, right? And they've been saying this for years. So I don't think this channeled entity, Bashar, is in communication with these, you know, groovy military dudes over here who are like getting down with 2027, like weirdness that's gonna happen, right? I don't think that these two different parties are talking, right? They're probably not like, hey, yo, channeled dude, like what should I do in like a couple years? Oh, hey, in a couple years, you know, these extraterrestrial entities are gonna start making themselves more known to you. And then in 2027, you guys are gonna have contact with them, right? I don't know. There's some some hype in that, right? And if if you can't get down with that, that's fine, you right? Maybe you can get up, maybe you can get down, whatever. Get around with some of that stuff. And if if you can, that's cool. You know, if not, that's okay too. It's I don't know, it's kind of got me excited, and I I I like that stuff, right? When I was young, young lad, I I watched Men in Black. And not too terribly young, really, but I I loved it. Like I was I was at a good age where I understood like the technology and like all the concepts and the character development, just everything. It's a really, really good movie, Men in Black, for real. If you haven't seen it, go out and watch it. Like, what are you waiting on? But yeah, it's a super good movie. It's so it's about aliens and how these aliens are living, they're already amongst us, first of all. When Agent J finds out about these aliens, but they're already amongst us and they're just walking around, right? A lot of them are just in disguise, and we have no idea because they don't make themselves known to us, obviously. Why why would they, right? We can see how we treat other humans sometimes in civilized civilized societies, right? Civilized, okay, emphasis keyword, but we see this in our society as we're out and about, right? We see we see these instances where we treat humans super inhumanely, right? It's only humans would treat other humans like inhuman, right? As sad as this this is, right? Instead of just being this big collective whole, you know, a whole, a whole globe, a whole planet, and just being like, yeah, we're all in here together, you know, let's like figure, like all coordinate together to figure things out. But it's like nobody everyone's like, all the little differences, right? And all the little differences are just like culture, environments, and you know, the nurture thing, and like all that stuff, you know what I mean? Nature, nurture, like all of that stuff combined with like you know, where where on the globe, you know, and the cultures and the the all the norms that were created. Like we have all these different like societal norms, it's kind of bonkers. But that that's really what's like died dividing us all together, right? If you like cut us all open and like spill down our guts, you know, they're all pretty much gonna be the same thing. We all have, you know, same bones, same tissues, same stuff like that, right? Our hearts all beat together, you know. But so many people are all just out there tripping over silly stuff, and like they're not even like you know, really coming down to their home and like just treating other humans together. And I don't know where that tangent went for real, guys. Woo! That was some some stuff, but there, you know, there's a lot of heaviness out there, there's a lot of things changing. Let's get back to it, right? There's a lot of things changing with with 2027 and like just moving forward, progressing forward, right? And within the realms of Cortina method that I'm exploring, and I actually I did another another amazing visit tonight for an awesome guest. And at the end, when we were, you know, I was we were gauging how effective this was, she said she feels 90% better about you know the issue that was worked through, moved through. And that's got me all super excited, right? 90%, 90%, come on. You know, if you've had like you know, like a limiting belief, like a traumatic memory, something from the past haunts you and you know, feels you full of dread and chaos, right? I don't know if you guys like silly voice or scary voice, right? I I used to yeah, voices, voices, voices are the voices of the world. Anyway, I'm hyper today. I didn't really get some great sleep last night. And yeah, I slept in today, but like you know, you know when you like go to bed too late and it feels foggy, like everything feels foggy, and like you're like in this weird little orb of like you know. I don't know if you've ever felt like that. You probably have if you just you know stay up a little late uh into the evening. But that's what I was like feeling today. But now it's like you know, it's almost 7 p.m. and I'm like, you know. Do you guys vibe with that? I hope so. Voices, yeah. Anyway, cheers to Friday nights, right? But yeah, Cortina method, there's a lot of involvement with that, and that's moving and growing and grooving and being amazing, right? It's it's I am so so thankful. Big shout out to my friend Danielle for showing this to me and you know, providing me with a visit and allowing me to be the guest. And I actually have another another visit coming up here, scheduled, and I'm really excited for that too. So that'll be really great. And yeah, just just you know, always want to work through things, you know, always getting to the bottom of it, you know, into the depths, into the well, into the the the, you know, figure out what it is and like sniff it out. You know what I mean? Just like you know, what's going on? You know, you you go through like a little maze and like there's minotaurs in there, and you gotta go like uh jump over these pits, and there's like these little spikes in there that come out, you know, there's there's arrows that get shot at you if you step on the wrong tile, and there's all these things right coming at you in life, and you just kind of like you know, around them, if you can vibe with that. And you know, if you know, sometimes you know, you'll come up against a minotaur and it's just like so tough and so mighty, and you know, maybe you don't have all the equipment yet, you know what I mean? Because you're like you're going through the maze, you know, and you're you're unlocking these chests, and in each little chest, you know, there's a little piece, right? If you okay, let's let's throw back to video games, right? I'm a video game nerd. So in a lot of video games that I enjoy personally, you you get a lot of equipment and then you can like level up your equipment, but you have to like find your equipment. So you're kind of going around this world and like, oh wow, like you're going through this dungeon, and then you come across like boots, right? Pegasus boots from a link to the past. And so you'll put those on, and then you can run fast. You know what I mean? So if you're going through life and you don't have all of your equipment, you come across one of these big Minotaurs, and you're like, Man, I don't have my Pegasus boots. I can't outrun this guy. This guy's got big old hooves, you know? And he comes charging at you. Maybe it's a moblin, you know what I mean? Zelda stuff. And he's come running at you, and you're just like, Man, I don't have my boots on, you know? And you can either like roll out of the way or you can slash him with your sword. But the sword that you have is like this little weakling sword, it's the first sword that you come across in the game, and you're like, man, this this isn't even like you know, tempered at all. You know, how am I gonna use this? And you know, you can you can't put any gold dust on it yet to get the gilded sword, the the gilded blade. I don't know, it's you know, you just don't have all your equipment yet, is what I'm saying in life, right? And then you come across this minotaur, and then it's like kind of intimidating, you know what I mean? So you you have an option about how you want to fight that minotaur. So what I'm getting at, I guess, I don't know, in a weird long story sort of way. I just kind of got drawn into the story of the the maze with the minotaurs and not having enough equipment and you know telling you guys about video game stuff. Obviously, uh, we're having an interesting, very excitable Friday evening over here. But it's kind of like that with Cortina method. So Cortina method, right, roundabout way, right, is kind of, you know, just an well, it's it's it's you know, it's it's an amazing chest that I have found. It's like the the treasure in a chest that I have found after, you know, figuring out all these other puzzles and you know, maybe sitting a pot on like one trap that like lowers to the floor, that opens a door, you know, and then you go through that door, and then all of a sudden there's you know these different enemies that are in there, and I don't know, different things come at you in life, right? All of this is just kind of story and metaphor, right? If you're following along, but you know, all these things can come at you in life, but like Cortina method, what's really cool about it is it's it's the compass, it's the guide, the map, right? And it is the it's kind of like the one of the ultimate treasures that you find that you're like, oh man, like like that's a really good treasure. So for me, Cortina method is like a good treasure, yeah. I hope you guys enjoy that story, just telling telling you that Cortina's like a treasure that I found, and it's it's it's unlike anything else, you know. I I talked a little bit about it and it just it continues to amaze me. So as I've been studying the heck out of this, as I've been doing some visits, you know, having some visits with some amazing guests, you know, smart people, you know, very smart people. And yeah, I'm I'm I'm really really happy to be doing this with people. I've got uh three visits scheduled so far next week, and I'm I'm super excited to be doing these. Like this is this is life-changing stuff, guys. This is like super, super game-changing stuff. So this isn't, you know, I don't know. I was trying to think of another like uh metaphor from Zelda that this could be like, but you know, I mean it in some ways it could be like the Pegasus boots. I don't know. Like when I got those Pegasus boots, I use those suckers all the time. Because if suddenly you can go fast, why would you go slow? You know? I don't know. Logic. Anyway, who knows? Maybe. Do you guys like Zelda? Give me a shout out if you like Zelda. If you've never played it, I recommend Ocarina of Time. They're gonna be remaking it soon. And I'm very curious about that. Very curious about that. So not only am I excited about aliens, which I think now that I'm thinking about, I might have shared that on the last podcast episode. So so sorry to double dip in the topics. There's not a lot going on over here in Northwest Ohio. Mm-hmm. Yep. There there is, but there isn't. I don't know. It's it's kind of been at the more the back of my mind lately, really. I've I've been kind of going through some heaviness there with that retrograde, and the last three weeks it had been a little hairy. And you know, just always up in the head and stuff. But like I'm really excited for this Cortina method visit that I have scheduled with my my friend. And I'm yeah, I don't know. We're always just a work in progress, I feel. You know, we're really trying to find who we are, get in touch with the our inner self, right? Maybe you're on an exploration like this, and you're like, I want to discover a little bit more about what makes me tick, and then maybe turn up the ticking a little bit because you're like, you know, I'm tired of ticking at that pace. I want to go or whatever, you know, whatever kind of pace you want to go. Maybe you want to turn it up a notch. Maybe you want to, you know, I don't know, flip a whole toggle on the thing and really, you know, switch up the mix. And that's kind of what Cortina method's for. Anyway, I don't know, it's just really been on my mind lately, guys. And it's it's fascinating. And the more that I I you know communicated and connected with these like like other practitioners of Cortina method and piece some things together, and and like every time I like dive into it and read some of the material, I'm like, oh my gosh, this is like incredibly, incredibly powerful stuff. And understanding the neuroscience behind it and how you know our subconscious mind and what it really picks up on, it's just like whoa. It's cool. Anyway, I'm gonna stop talking about it. And just, I don't know. I don't know. You know, the last podcast episode, I definitely apologize for that one, guys. I don't know what I was I don't know. It was just kind of a weird night. I was still very much in the slump of things last week, and maybe that's why I just haven't been recording podcasts because I've been in the feels lately. Definitely having the feels. You know, my my life is is really utterly changed. You know, when I kind of stop to think about things. And it's it's definitely been hard, like the the last week. A couple weeks, even months, months, a couple months even. But yeah, I don't know. There's there's definitely a trajectory of change in the air. I know that, I feel it in my bones, right? The depths, the depths. And maybe you can too. Maybe you can, you know, if you a listener of this show are like, yeah, bro, I feel it, you know? Send me an email. Send me an email at Joel at fieldsmindbody.com or joel at holisticwizardwellness.com. I think that still works. I don't know. I had it forwarded. In the realm of business, it's kind of silly to have like all these emails and stuff. But yeah, you can hit me up, send me emails if you want, or you know, book a discovery call if you guys are seriously curious. I probably I think I need to change some different stuff for this podcast. But yeah, book a discovery call for Cortina method if you guys are seriously curious. And if you guys are curiously serious, you know, this is a very high value ticket item, right? I mean, you know, can you can you really put a price tag on absolutely changing your life? Like my my client earlier was saying, like, you know, she felt as we were working through some of these hard, you know, hard things, you know, she felt changes in her physiology. You know, we have a beautiful imagination, and I have spoken at great lengths before about how I love imagination work. And working through the subconscious realms, these deep deep, deep realms. Like, I mean, it's it's crazy sometimes for me to even sit back and think about it. You know, I was talking to somebody the other day, and I I cycle in my head like different things sometimes, and I was thinking about it, and it's like, man, I uh you know, I I've come a long way in the realms of just both what with what I I do and how I help people and like the knowledge that I have, sure. But I mean, I think back, you know, and I'm sitting here in my my pod lab and I'm looking around and you know, I see video game art on the walls, I see Star Wars art on the walls, I see Oh my gosh, I'm gonna move along because I can't think of that guy's name. Power Line! Powerline! Powerline from Goof Troop. Or not Goof Troop, a Goofy movie. There we go. Goof Troop's great, though. If you've never seen Goof Troop, holy moly. But Power Line from a Goofy movie. Yeah, thank you. It's it's like a mix-up of Power Line and Michael Jackson, and it says no mere mount near no mere mortals can resist the evil of the thriller. And it's got like it's a it's a mix-up, and it's actually powerline instead of Michael Jackson. It's freaking sweet. Big shout out to you, ugly kids. Uh ugly kids club for that awesome poster. And like, just anyway, looking around here, right? There's some Hogwarts stuff. I've got like Casper the Friendly Ghost, I've got some Mart Mushroom people up there, Camp Arbuckle. Like, that's a whole nother a whole nother podcast. I'll have to chat about Camp Barbuckle stuff. That'll be a fun one. And then I've got like I have three different Last Suppers in here. So I have a Last Supper of Harry Potter, I have a Last Supper picture of the like the the Dark Side villains, basically from Star Wars, and then I have not so much Sith, it's just like Darth Vader and the Emperor. But yeah, that's any anyway. And then I also have a Last Supper of Batman villains. And Batman's at the center of the table, and the villains are all around him. So, so, so sick. Big shout out to Nathan Zerti. For real, dude. If anybody knows this guy or anybody hears of this guy, like be like, hey, this dude's totally talking about you on his podcast. But I have a lot of his pieces in here, to be honest, and he's like one of my favorite, favorite like superhero artists. First of all, he does like Batman the animated series cartoons, and like they're just beautifully drawn. So amazing. I have quite a few of his that are Batman, and I love those. But anyway, just looking around here, I'm like thinking, like, this is all like like cool childhood stuff, right? You know, and there's always something about coming back into the childhood and like understanding like like the hopes and the dreams and the things that we had when we were kids, you know, and like looking back at that and thinking, like, hmm, you know, what was I doing back then? You know, what what things really like made me like feel happy? You know, what things was I like, yeah, that's so dope. You know what I mean? And like I'm look, I'm looking right. Like straight ahead, right? Looking into my microphone here talking, and I have a picture of the ivory tower from the never-ending story, right? In the the realm of fantasia, you know, and and it's like these stories tying this back in, right? But what I'm saying is, like when I'm looking around here, obviously all this stuff that I just listed off and I'm just talking about, right? All of this stuff is uh something that came from somebody's imagination, right? Crazy. Like, like somebody, somebody, anybody, right, had an idea, created it, you know, there's beauty in creation, and they created this thing. And then they they, you know, the it went to film or it went to video, you know, some kind of sort of video or something and animated, right? Maybe somebody animated something or somebody created a podcast, right? Any different thing that you can do to create things, like really it creates this world, right? And it's tying in imagination with all kinds of cool stuff, really. You know, it's just, I don't know, this this work that I get into, you know, this this transform transformational work, right? A lot of it's dealing with like mind stuff now, you know. It's like I feel like I've got the, you know, mind, body, spirit, right? I feel like I've got the body down, you know, and I'm still learning more about the body. I still love working with the body. Like today, I I gave a a great massage visit, you know, great massage visit. And it was awesome, right? This client was or this this guest that I had here today. I'm I'm really trying to work on my language and change this up, right? I th I love it. But I had a guest today and they were in for a massage visit, right? They're visiting for a massage and we were working and they had some hip stuff going on, some neck stuff going on, some shoulder stuff going on, a bunch of stuff going on, right? Like a lot of us all have, you know. I had some shoulder stuff going on, right? I got neck stuff going on, you know. I've been lifting some weights and stuff lately. It's been great. But I, you know, work on this person today, and it I reminded myself like how how great I actually am at massage therapy. You know, I don't, I don't, I don't like doing it as often. I love doing the other stuff, you know, like cranial work gives my hands a break, Cortina method gives my my whole body a break. I love it. I get to groove and do different things with you guys too. Like, like it's genuinely fun for me to do Cortina method. And I think that's why it lights me up so much, because it it's like I get a I get to bring me into it a little bit more. So I'm more authentic rather than like what my hands can do. You know what I mean? Does that make sense to y'all? But yeah, it's all good stuff. It's all good stuff. There's so much good stuff happening right now. Like I can just, you know, feel it churning, churning, you know, if you've ever churned butter once or twice. But yeah, yeah, yeah. Anyway, I think that's a wrap, guys. I th I think I think I had fun. I had fun delivering this. I hope you guys had fun listening to it. And I hope you're like nodding your head, like, yeah, he's got some good ideas. Or maybe, maybe you're just like, no, I I'm I'm turning this off. This is the last episode I'll ever hear. But that's okay. It don't matter. Because to me, this is a creative outlet. I'm doing this just to, just to out there in the world. You know what I mean? I don't know. Enjoy and have your guys like just be well, right? Take care of yourself, drink water, do all the good things that you like to do, and find something that you really enjoy. And also, like a friend of mine told me not too long ago, right? Shout out to you, Kate. Thank you, Kate. If you ever hear it, get yourself some dreams, man. Okay. So anyway, I'm gonna leave you with that one. Later.
