In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Father, we thank you for the grace you have given. We thank you for the consistent manifestation of your glory. Amen. And we ask that even as we worship you this morning, you do what you alone can do. Let there be miracles in every dimension. Amen. Lord, this week do what you alone can do. Amen. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Hallelujah. You may please be seated in God's presence, where the mighty God we serve. What an awesome God He is. Praise God. We've had an amazing time since the beginning of our 14 days of fasting and prayers. And some of us have been on a seven-day serious, rigorous exercise in the spirit. And I want you to know that the Lord God of heaven will reward you and we answer you in the name of Jesus. We've had an amazing time in the morning session with the 6 a.m. morning glory and the 6 p.m. meeting. And yesterday was amazing in the workers' class and the rally. This morning we are entering into week two of um this 14 days exercise. And tomorrow morning, 6 a.m. We'll resume our morning glory from Monday to Friday. And this is also the week of our crusade. So tomorrow night will continue to meet. We are in church every day. So tomorrow night we'll be back in church 6 to 7:30, Tuesday, 6 to 7.30, Wednesday, 6 to 7:30. And then on Thursday and Friday, even from 12, you should be available in the crusade. Let's everybody be positioned to do what they need to do. And then we're trusting God for an amazing time on Thursday night and Friday night. Then on Saturday morning, we'll be back again. All the souls that will be saved, we are meeting with them on Saturday morning for an induction session to pray for them to be filled with the Holy Ghost, induct them into the integrity process and do all the assimilation that we need to do. And the pastors and ministers will also be meeting. So we are doing all the way. Then next week's Sunday, uh is going to be the conclusion of the 14 days of fasting and prayer, and it's going to be an anointing service. Somebody say anointing service. So when you are coming next week's Sunday, come with a bottle of oil. If you want to buy a new one, buy a new one. If it's the old one you have, bring it, but just come with a bottle so that we can pray and release grace over that oil. Then you go back with the grace of the 14 days and go and release grace, then you can resume work. Hello. So work without resume fully. And then we'll go and begin to bring in the harvest. Praise God. So we give God these 14 days and just focus on God. And God is preparing some things already. So whether you go to work or not, since we just begin to move. And by the time you resume, you resume into showers of blessings in the name of Jesus. So let's not forget the arm bills. If you still need more, let's make sure we push all the WhatsApp group, all your social media, all the people you know in your environment, people believing God for miracles, believing God for marriages, believing God for healing, believing God for the fruit of the womb. Bring them, bring them. And every member of the church is expected to be in the crusade ground. Everybody, if you consider yourself a part of this house, it's our assignment, it's our father's work. Let's all gather together and let's all come and glorify God together. Because as we gather, the Lord will glorify Himself in the name of Jesus. As our culture is, every year, we begin the year by challenging people to align with God because as a church, we operate on what is called a budgetary system. So we have a budget for every department, every event, every and then we plan on how to ensure that the budget is met. So as funds come in, we put them into what they need to be put into. So the basic way that a church is financed is through the tithes and the offerings and the covenant obligation that people that are part of that house bring into the house of God. And in order to be able to fulfill all the assignments, we need to give people an opportunity to commit themselves to different aspects of the covenant. So this morning we want to do that again, and we'll do it all through this month. Probably you were not in church last week, Sunday, or you were in church, but you are not yet convinced as to what you need to do. We're going to be doing that this morning. Number one, uh, want to pray for people that would like to be a part of what we call the power partners. Now, power partners are people whose funds are used to take care of our external outreaches. We are on TV in different nations, and then we are also uh planning to go back on radio. We used to be on radio, uh, but when we started our own TV station, we had to shut down a lot of things so that we can focus on our own TV station. And our TV station is already doing amazingly well. Uh, as a matter of fact, we had a major open door right now. Uh, we're doing a swap with uh the third largest um uh Christian TV station in America called World Network. So they've given us a proposal to do a five-hour swap. So we're going to be giving them five hours on our station for them to show their own program, and they will give us five hours on their station to show our own program. Major, major is a major, mega, mega breakthrough that will shift the common sense TV to another dimension on the globe. Imagine five hours globally in that dimension. So God is at work already and is doing a lot of stuff. So we all just need to play our part. So every fund that comes in through the power partners, we go around the world, we go around the country, we host pastors' conferences. This year now, we're going to be in Abuja. Uh, February will be in Abuja. Uh, by March, I think we'll be in South Africa and we'll be in Calabar. By April, so we're going to different places, just being a blessed apart from the radio and the TV, we host pastors' conferences and we host wisdom for singles and wisdom for couples conferences all over the country. And it is these funds that is used to do that. So to be a power partner, you have options. You can decide to say, okay, as a power partner, I would like to be in um any of these different levels. So level one is what we call the platinum partners, and these are people that do 10,000 naira and above every month. So that's just 120,000 in a year. So apart from your tithes and offerings, okay, let me just be a part of this so that we can go out there and continue to minister to people. The second level is gold, which is 5,000 naira and above. That's just 60,000 per annum. So you can just find which area you can easily commit to, and then you do that. The third level is 3,000 naira and above, which comes to 36,000 in a year. And the final level for children and teenagers is 1,000 naira every month, which is just 12,000 naira in a year. And you're expected to bring this every month. So you get a booklet. When you bring it every month, you have the portion of the booklet that you tear uh or cut off, and then you add it to the seed, and then you send it. If you are doing online transfer, you just add your membership number. Everybody, your membership number is right there on the on the booklet. So you just add your membership number and then you're good to go. So if you are here today, you'd like to be a part of Power Partners for year 2022. A lot of vices out there, a lot of stuff going on there. People need to be guided. And then you can also do it for your children. You can decide to say, okay, my three children want 1,000, and let their name be recorded in the memorial. Because you never know, I'm telling you, you never know the seed that will answer. The Bible says that the seed will answer in the day of trouble. So you need to make sure that we connect our children also into the covenant and let their name begin to show forth in the book of God's memorial. Amen. Can we lift it up as we pray? Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for the privilege to be a partaker of your kingdom. Lord, we ask your blessings upon every partner today. Lord, partnership has its privileges. No one partners with you and remain the same. Lord, as they partner with you this year, partner with them. And let your name be glorified. In Jesus' name we pray. Please be seated. We'll get in touch with you officially. And then there are meetings. We meet four times in a year. I meet with the partners four times in a year. So we're going to let you know when the meetings will be, and then we'll meet just to be able to share with you what's happening out there. Finally, this morning, because of time, uh, we're going to club 50. Uh, many years ago, 2009, um uh we went to Ukraine to uh I went to speak for my friend uh Sandy Adelaja. We went with a lot of people and he also released a book called Church Shift. And we've read the book before we went, we got there and saw a lot of things, and then as a result of the experience we had through the book and the experience we had through that journey, we realized that we needed to structure some of the things we do more. Because since this ministry started, we've been doing welfare every year. So we'll be doing a lot of stuff, but we needed to structure it. And then in 2010, we started what they call the church shift officially. So it's 12 years now, and the church shift is the community outreach. Someone say community outreach. Because we are within a community and there are people all around us. Jesus Christ said, When I was hungry, you didn't come. When I was naked, you did not come. When I was in prison, you did not come. So there are people within the community that needs to feel the impact of God, that needs to feel the impact of the church. So the community outreach is what we call the church shift. So we do hospital evangelism, we do prison cells, we do garage ministry, we have the Jesus boys, the Jesus girls, we do house to house, we feed people, we do all these things as a church. But to do that, it requires money. We can't carry the same titan offering. You want to buy diesel, you want to pay salary, you want to do program, the same titan offering again, you want to do it to work. So people at different levels, as God begins to lift them, as God begins to promote them, they also grow in their financial commitment to the kingdom. And that's what PowerPartner is telling us. So we trust God that God will be able to raise about 50 people within the house that can do a million every year, and that will give us like 50 million to focus on some things. You'll be amazed at how many things. Look, the road that we did. How many of you have heard the testimonies of the road? You've heard what the road alone, people are like, ah, but it costs money. It costs a lot of money to do that. It costs a lot of money. The street lights, the ball holes, and all those things. So community outreach is expensive, it's expensive to reach out to people. There are people that are not happy with us in this area because we have stopped giving them bags of rice. Yeah, it's true. No, true life story. No, it's not. They wrote petition against us that I know. Well, this is supposed to be cavalry streets. That's cavalry boss stuff. This is supposed to be cavalry. They say no, it cannot be cavalry streets. They wrote petition. And by the time we found out who wrote the petition, one of the said, for one rice mono. True life story. It's not, I mean, true life. Okay, they we used to give them rice, all of a sudden we just stop. True life story. He said, So we had to all sit down, come to a compromise, and it became church streets. So he said, Okay, okay, she's church, she's church tip on saying the cockle one didn't say, ah, wow. This same bush that we turn to sit, we are now, but that's what money can cost. If you are giving them food, they will not say that. So you need to bring the money. So for you to be a club 50 member, there are four levels. You can do two million and above, you can do one million and above, you can do 500,000 and above, and you can do 250,000. So the minimum is 250,000 so for a whole year, as a CEO, as a businessman, your business should be able to carry 250,000 and put in the church and say, okay, let them use that to take care of the community. 500,000, you should be able to put that in the because what is the purpose of money? I really don't know. Are you going to drive seven cars? Are you going to live in 13 houses? Is it not to make a difference? And one of the amazing things is that the people you take off the streets today, there are less people to molest your children tomorrow. The problem you saw today, it doesn't concern me, it doesn't concern me. No problem. When your children go all over the world, maybe they will return to Nigeria and every other boy will be knocking on their jeep. And I mean, you don't you see people breaking into glasses on traffic? Is the people with so we need to understand that sometimes when we think we are undoing people, you are actually undoing yourself because you are creating more problems for the future. So if you are here today, say, Pastor, this year I would like to be a part of club 50. My family, my business would like to be a part. Can you please rise wherever you are so that we can do that very fast? Thank you. Any other person, please stand up. Ushers, we give it to you. So for club 50, remain standing place. For club 50, you can pay the money once. You can pay it. Anyhow, don't wait until you have the 0250 or the 01 million or the 02 million. Just bring it as because when you plan to say, I will do it later, the enemy has a way of just so as you begin if it's 500. So if you're 50k per month, okay, just be doing it. Don't wait that you have bulk money. Because sometimes people say, No, I want to write a check of one million. In waiting to write one million, you now get that 400, and then once you will come object, it's already low, no, and before you know it, you stay. So don't let we have been there, we know how this thing was. So just do it and let God see your faithfulness. And then for those of you that are in club 50, we'll contact you. We have um a dinner, we'll have a dinner at the end of the month, and we'll inform so we myself, the senior pastor, and we'll meet so that we can pray with you and just release some grace over your life. Last week's Sunday, we started the journey on the growth master class. And like I said, the growth master class, this is our book of the month, 15, the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John C. Maxwell. This is our book of the month, and everyone that is part of this ministry globally is expected to read this book. And um, for those of you that are business people, pastors, you can do the same for your staff. I've done all my staff are reading it, and they have to do review and submit by the end of February. I give them two months. You must read it and do a chapter-by-chapter summary. It must enter you because you must grow. Amen. All around growth is not a slogan. So God wants us to grow, but growth is a function of a lot of things. So that's the book of the month. So this entire series um is coiled as a result of some information from the book and a lot of other stuff. So we need you to get a copy of that book. So last week we began the journey, uh, but because of time, we will not be able to go through a long recap because we have 20 weeks, and that 20 weeks will still not be enough. I know when you see the curriculum. So let's run through so that people that were not here last Sunday can just see. So you see, just be going, just be going. You see, all this we have done last week. We have done this last week, all this we went through all this last week. Hope it's not a strategy. That's the book. I told you the story. And then look at all the curriculum. Can you see? Areas we are covering. Look at all those things. Look at it, look at it. Can you see? Can you see? All that we are going to cover in 20 weeks. And we went on and on and on. So we are starting yes, this is where we are now. So today, so that's all we did last week. So today, we want to now begin to explore the laws. We want to begin to explore the laws of growth. If you are going to grow, what are the laws that you now need to live by? And then what are the different things that surrounds the laws of growth? So, number one is the law of intentionality. The law of intentionality. Last week we established the fact that we all need to grow, and then we looked at the different dimensions of growth. But today we are looking at the law of intentionality. If you are going to grow, you have to be intentional, strategic, deliberate, consistent about it. So it's does growth is not something that just happened. Growth in any area of life does not just happen. And guess what? Life does not give you an opportunity to reass every day when you wake up. Life is going. So that's why life is in session. Are you present? Life is in session. Are you present? You know, for the choir to sing powerfully this morning, they reass. For amateurs to perform last week, they reass. For me to preach today, I have done PowerPoint, I have reassured. Hello? But for you to live life, there is no reason. Once you wake up like this, life is in session. You don't have an opportunity to prepare today for today. You must have prepared for today, yesterday. So life is in session. Are you present? So growth is intentional. You don't just automatically grow. You are eating because you want to grow. You try not to eat. Those of you that are on this level, you know. Even in what in uh 400 levels this morning will be yes, it's 530 for 400 level. You know, you say at a punch, we just add bag. I say, what's that? Is that uh we are teaching is a spirit movie. Somebody just seven days now joke. It isn't a joke. I say, okay, let's let them attend to her. Then they gave her water, she drank and she became now say you don't know how powerful water is. That's why I told you if you can't do dry all the way, take water, it's not a crime. Hello? Hello, even me over here by Friday. I took water. So you know me. It's not you have me uh when I'll be preaching every day. When I did by the time I finish the boot camp like this, the old the old man by truth. I don't even know what to say. Ah for me, lo meo me lo meo. So, hello? I took water. That's why I told you if you can judge you, don't go and die. Say they just die. They'll say that devil kill you. And then you pace yourself. I told you. So today now, those of us that are doing dry, we're breaking by anything from 12, you can break. Then those of you that are then those of you that are not dry, it's five o'clock. Those of you that are not dry, it's and then when you want to break, don't go and carry a malao. Just take pop, take something, don't or yes, we will start out that rock, we will heal you in the crusade. And just pace yourself. So don't think that you just jump and you have to pace yourself. Hello? So when I finish the first one, I relax. When I came here, I sat down, gathered some strength, then joined the game because I have five services today. This is the second service. I've done 5:30 to 7:30. Now eight to ten, ten to twelve. When I finish, I'm doing Houston Church today, five to seven. Then I'm doing Dallas, uh Texas, 10 p.m. to 12 midnight today. And then I will do CCM tomorrow. So you have to pay yourself or else. Hello? So what are we saying? You need to be intentional about growth. It's not automatic. So do you have a plan for your personal growth and development? Do you have a plan for your personal growth and development? Don't just think that nobody will plan your life for you without your direct involvement. You need to have a plan. The plan on how to grow your family, the plan on how to grow yourself spiritually, Bible in one year, three days dry every month, weekly fasting and prayer. I'm gonna go for a conference, I'm gonna go for this retreat, I'm gonna read one book every week, one book every month. You need to have a plan documented, regimented. So once you focus on growth, you will always exceed where you are. So today our focus will be on what I call the eight growth gaps. There are some misconceptions. That people have about growth that hinders them from growing. And that will be the focus of today in the first law. What are the misconceptions? They are called the eight growth gaps. These are the misconceptions that people have about growth that hinders them from being able to really grow. Number one, it's called the assumption gap. The assumption gap. I assume that I will automatically grow. It doesn't happen like that. It's an assumption. It's an assumption that you will automatically grow. It's an assumption. You don't automatically grow. You grow as a result of imputes. Impute of food, input of knowledge. Do you understand now? There must be imputes. You don't just automatically grow. You must open up yourself to do what is required for you to what? To grow. No one improves or grows by accident. No one improves or grows by accident. No, it doesn't happen. Imagine that you just sleep and wake up and you are 60 years old. No one doesn't happen like that. No one improves or grows by accident. It doesn't happen like that. So you have to take full ownership for your growth. Don't blame church, don't blame Nigeria, don't blame your school, don't blame your environment, don't blame your country, don't blame your community. Take responsibility for your growth. It is you that wants to grow, and it is you that must take responsibility for your growth. A wise man said, a time comes in life when you need to stop waiting for the person you want to become and start being the person you want to be. A time comes in life when you need to stop waiting. Say, ah, I'm going to become great. I want to become you are waiting to be great. No. Start being great from now by doing great things, by adding extra to your ordinary. Do what great people do now. Don't wait to be great. Be doing it from now. You will see that greatness will show up. Hello? Number two, the knowledge gap. The knowledge gap. I don't know how to grow. The knowledge gap. I don't know how to grow. Read your Bible, pray every day. Pray every day, pray every day. Read your Bible, pray every day if you want to grow. If you want to grow, if you want to grow. We saw that during the week. One way look at it on Monday night, growing spiritually. If you don't know how to grow, we've shown you how to grow this week. How to grow spiritually, how to grow financially, how to grow relationally, how to grow your career, how to grow in discipleship. Hello? So what are we saying? People are looking for how to grow. And they say, I don't know how to grow. But that's why we're here to tell you what to do to grow. And when you do it, and it is also your responsibility to find out how do I grow in my career. We shared some tips. Go and explore it. So for every area of growth you desire, there is a way to grow. There is no mystery. It's a mystery because you don't know it. You are unaware. That's why it's still a mystery. So for every area of life where you desire growth, there is a way to grow. For every area of life where you desire good there, and you need to find out what is the. I hope you know that you can have 50 keys and none of them will open your door. 50 keys on cocoa making noise every weight. It has even become a weight. You can't walk very well because the the keys are 30 kg. But the right one is not there. So for every area, there is a key. There's what you need to do to grow marital. There's what you need to do to grow your career. Hello. Something, and the woman was canceling another woman. Because they are both high-level CEOs, billionaires. And the issue is men's issue. So one of them was now planning to get married. But in planning to get married, she's the one that now proposed to the man. The man said, You propose, yeah. I'm supposed to say now that you know, go and propose. And so I'll be expecting the proposal. And then she left the room and went to the whole of the family and said, I'm getting married. They say, Congratulations, and he propose. No, he's going to propose.

So the guy comes out, they say, Oh, congratulations. We hear you are going to propose. Then the mother-in-law came and say, Hey, so I've checked for rings. So this one, so that you can buy for my daughter, this is the kind of ring that she needs.

So the guy is feeling that hello, who is in charge? So he came and said, Come, what's this nonsense now? You we are still talking private. You have the whole of your family is already pressurizing me. What's all this? And then she's like, Oh, but uh. Then the guy now goes to check ring by himself on computer. The mother-in-law came again. Say, ah, this ring you are checking is too small for my daughter. That your the ring you have to buy must be at least three times your salary. The guy said, This was already more than three times my salary. I don't the guy was so when she now went to meet her other, this guy. The guy now said, You are wrong. That you can't be a CEO in the office and get home and be a CEO to your husband. That you are not allowing him to be a man, that it will not work. That when you are in the office, you see, that's why you people say men don't marry powerful women, is because powerful women are very unwise in relationships. Because you say everybody say yes, sir, to you in the office. You now want to go home. How do you propose? You are telling him bring ring. See, that's wrong. That if you want it to work, when you get home, be a baby, be a child, let him do yes, sir, yes, sir. He said, then you will know that at least in this house, I mean, because the more you now, it's okay. Now they have now traveled to a resort, supposedly to be alone with themselves. As they landed there, because the woman is a billionaire, they ignored the man that paid for the welcome, man. You are welcome, it's an honor to have you again. So the guy is wondering. Shame me, momwe wanna hello. So there is a key for every area. That's why you see they can be successful in their career but fail in marriage because they don't have the key of marriage. Hello? They don't have the key of marriage. That's why I love listening to people like uh Ibukwan Woshika, Followakija. People that have done it on Booster, they will tell you how to run your home as a powerful woman. Can't come to the house and be once you enter the house, drop that your MDCU and enter as Mrs. or girlfriend to your husband. You are the girlfriend. My wife is my girlfriend, she's my side chick, she's my on-top chick, she's my everything. So can't come home and be doing chief missus or honorable. Hello? When you get to your parliament, you'll be doing honorable. In this house, I am the honorable. Number three is the timing gap. The timing gap. Oh, it's not the right time to begin. You know there are people that want to serve God, but not yet. No, there are people that don't worry, you know. When will he tie? I'll just focus on God. Let me make money first. No, you'll be shocked, though. They want to serve God, they know they should be saved, but you know, I'm on. If we start now, all these deals, there are some deals angry. Ah, we know we cannot do this thing. You know, many of you are Yahoo, Yahoo now, you know now. You are Yahoo, I know you now. You are Yahoo. Many of you are not straight. I know you am not you, I know you are many of you. That's why you can't enter fully. All this do membership, you know that the day you enter, Yahoo stop. No, it's true, that's true. Well, many people like that, and that's why we we keep dealing with you. One of our members is still a member, but they they've moved um to another location there now, and he was into Yahoo. And many of you know I still got an email last week from a member, major guy here. They are pushing him for Yahoo. Yahoo, Yahoo, Yahoo Plus. All kinds. It's nonsense. So I replied him. I say, I'm not going to, I don't have I don't even have that time to begin to try to tell you you already know it's wrong. So if you like, enter and die. When people you want, you want now try to say, I told pastor, you know, I uh oversee away, you know, over photo call me call deceiving yourself. So the guy will just see one heavy money, pa euro, pa, tight, can they call euro? So one day I say, Oh, what is this guy? Almost every and it's not regular, you know, it's not that it's monthly. It's cargo usually United Nations, you know. It's not regular, and it's always for this. You know, strange one, euro, not even no, uh, not you know, you can't make dollars and pounds of feel, but it's normally dollar, euro, yeah. You know how funny, funny currency. Ah come in thousands. So I say, come. Ever go and do visitation, visit his house, visit his office. This man, this kind of money, every time, we need to check this thing. By the time they got there, it's yahoo. So when they can say, Ah, Baba, he has a he has a business center. Call him, I want to see him. So I called him, I said, sit down, my brother. I say, you know, we I send them to come out because we have been seeing your money. I said, but you know me. Anything that is not from God, I'm not interested. My journey is very far. I said, you're a young man, I don't know what your problem is. I say, you need to stop this business. There's no future here. Hello? Say, Pastor, I've been trying to stop, but you know, I say, forget it. You need to stop this business. So, what do you have? Do this, do this, do this, do this, this. And he accepted. And he left it. But listen to me, from the day he left that business, he's still a member of this, not no more in the headquarters. He was still here for like eight years after that. He couldn't even give tithes of 500. Because when you leave evil, it's not that you will now go, God will now break through. You will now have a no, no, no. Oh, I shall not bear me to your co bury. You now started growing little by little by little by little. Hello? So the timing gap, some of you know you are supposed to have succeeded by now, but you have been in Calvary for six years, membership class, you did not do, you are still doing runs. You say, I Pastor, you know, I know now. What are you talking? When we see, we know. Hello? It even affects the way you dress to church on Sunday because you have forgotten you are coming to church. Because you are around. And somehow you are still looking for customers in church. And of course, there are customers that are useless men that will fall for your trap that did not read the book of Proverbs. Hello, beware of the woman when she's winking with her eye. He says it's a path that leads to a fire. He said, Many men have entered and didn't come out. Is there the book of Awajikaway? But there are people that don't understand that book. Our ignorance. So don't compare yourself with anybody because you don't know people's studio. You are even better than many people you are envying. Just stay your lane, stay your course. Hello?
