We pray. Father, thank you because this year will be a year like no other. Father, thank you because 2019, 2020, 2021 combined will be nothing compared to the greatest you will do this year. In the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Celebrate Jesus. Please be seated. Welcome to Growth Masterclass. I think this part four or five. I don't know. But so we have been looking at a lot of stuff, but because of the brevity of time, last week we began to look at the law of the mirror. I want to conclude that this morning. And the law of the mirror, like we saw last week, states that you must see value in yourself to add value to yourself. And we spoke extensively about the importance of valuing yourself enough to invest in yourself. Not seeing any money you spend or any sacrifice you have to make to grow as a waste. Because you value yourself enough to invest in yourself. And then we went on to establish the fact that personal development is the belief that you are worth the effort, the time, and the energy needed to develop yourself. And then we said that self-esteem, which is our focus this morning, is the single most significant key to a person's behavior. The way you see yourself determines the way other people see. Because self-esteem, when you have a low self-esteem, it puts a ceiling on your potential. So today we want to look at the 10 steps to building your self-image. That's our focus today. 10 steps to building your self-image. Since self-esteem and your self-image is very key to you being all that you need to be, we now want to focus on how you as an individual can build your self-image. 10 steps to building your self-image. Number one, guard yourself talk. Guard yourself talk. What does that mean? What do you say to yourself within yourself? Nobody is there inside you. But what do you say about yourself? Inside yourself. So you need to be careful about what you say to yourself in yourself. You are not vocalizing it, but it's within, and it's as loud as it's as loud as when you are saying it. So inside yourself, what do you say about yourself? I'm not now it's inside though, it's not verbal. Wow, I'm a nobody. In fact, I'm not even anything. See this one now. Look at my life. See my life. I don't even know when I can ever have something like this in my life. That's what you are saying to yourself. I call it thinking thinking. Because everything you need to succeed is free. I've taught you that over and over again. Confession is free, thinking is free, imagination is free. You don't need money. Yet you are wasting it. Wrong imagination, wrong confession, wrong thinking. So the first thing is what do you say to yourself? So you need to guard yourself talk. The way you speak about yourself, the way you speak about what you say to yourself about yourself within yourself. That's where it starts. Because when you speak well of yourself to yourself, it builds you. It builds you. That's one reason why confession is very powerful. Because every time you confess, you are also hearing what you are confessing. So when you are making a confession, you are hearing it also. So it is actually you speaking to yourself. So that's where it begins. Because a lot of people, I think I spoke to you last week about people that so demean themselves that every time they approach you, they will start by telling you the disqualification. I know I'm short, I know I'm ugly, I know I'm not educated, I know I'm not fine. You know, they will start with that, and that's what they have been saying to themselves that it became so much a part of them that they now turn into a label and an emblem of discussion. So that's number one. Number two, stop comparing yourself with others. You are powerful. I'm telling you, you are powerful. It's just that when you compare yourself with others, you get into trouble. Trouble one will be discouragement, trouble two will be pride. When you compare yourself with other people, there are people that no matter how much you compare yourself to them, your journey will be far. So you feel discouraged. When will I ever? Instead of you celebrating what you are already enjoying, that is already a miracle. And that's why I say to a lot of people, many of you that are in Lagos, many years ago we had a governor called Fashula, and I think something happened with reference to maybe people should go back to their, you know, whether it was true or false, I don't know, but it was a news then that maybe it was sending people back, people should go back. And I said, Look, really, it's a miracle. Because in those days, we all came to Lagos with a Kolowa mindset that money is in Lagos, but we are still thinking that way when money has migrated. The day technology, the day GSM entered Nigeria, the day fiber optic internet entered Nigeria, the day cable entered Nigeria, money became global. So we are in a global way, you can be in Obumoshu and be a billionaire without ever stepping to Lagos, and you'll be doing online transfer, doing everything globally. But that's a colour mindset, is why many of you are seeing Lagos, and some of you should relocate now. And your relocation is outside Lagos. Go back to your village because your village has become a city. Many of the places you left 15 years ago that you call a village, a plot of land there now is 15 million, and your family has 35 hectares that they were using to plant orange, sitting down there, and you sit down in Lagos, dying, paying rent of 700,000 in a self-contained, like a sardine. Hello, that's the prophetic word for somebody. Relocate back to your village. It's time to pack your kangara, you have free accommodation, your father's house is there, four bedroom, nobody's living there. Relocate, leave Lagos, a cob there, be visiting Lagos to come and visit us. Go back to your village and go and because listen to me, you are either a big fish in a small river, or a small fish in a big river. You have to choose one. You either have to struggle with sharks in the red ocean or you enter blue ocean. Many of you, your village is a blue ocean where there are no giants. When you get there, ordinary babbians alone, you'll be making millions. Babians alone that you are looking down on the Lagos, ordinary selling recharge car, selling phone accessory, you become a giant. Just go and open one small e-tree there with the dubani. Hello, that's your father's face in the village. Go back there, renovate it, turn it to shortlet, turn it to small, small hotel. Be living in one room and palace and be renting others out. You will become a CEO overnight, and you'll be doing well. You will drive to Lagos with car. There are people that are relocated abroad ten years ago. When they come back now, back we are mates have gone far and they are wishing that they didn't relocate. But let me live abroad today. Today you should relocate back to your village. So stop comparing yourself with other people. It can either discourage you or it will bring pride. Because every time you are always better than somebody else. So when you look at people that you are better than, you begin to feel somehow, even though you are still amateur. Because you see, a one-eyed man in the city of blind men is a king. Until a miracle worker comes and does air from above crusade and open everybody's eyes. And then all of a sudden. Hello? Are you ready for this? A snail shell full of water is an ocean to an ant. A snail shell full of water is an ocean to an ant. A fish in an aquarium is in bondage, but it's not aware. So many of you, Lagos has become your body. You know the messages I'm preaching this January are heavy. Planting and because see, you can't grow and bloom where you are not supposed to be. If you are not supposed to be in Lagos, nothing will work in Lagos. It's not that anything is pursuing you. If God is not for you, it doesn't matter who is for you. Hello? And I'm speaking prophetically to somebody, you need to relocate. It's time to go back home. The home you left has moved. Go back and take over things. You left your father's 37 hectares of land for old people that don't have any reason. They can't do farming anymore. They are not farming, the land is just there. And a lot of things can happen. You can go back there and become a farmer and be doing exports. You see, I don't know. You see, the amazing thing about this country is that your mother used Bolianepa to train you. They did a cara and they shousus. You know, they cook by the side of the road to train you and send you to university. And then you finish university and went to look for a job in a bank. Something's wrong with you. You are supposed to go to school and come back. If a woman can sell a cara by the side of the road and turn you into a graduate, you are supposed to carry that education and come back to take the cara into the next level. Why is Bolly still by the side of the road after 50 years of existence? Why are voganizers still by the side of the road after 50 years of existence? Why are we still selling things by the side of the road? When the children that were trained with that money are now locked up in an air-conditioned hofu, with golden handcuffs in their hand, with tie in their neck, 21st century slaves. When they should carry that education to upgrade their mother's business, there are women in Balugu market and Badon, or there were more colour markets that are doing billions turned over every year, selling lake. They never went to any school. But the children they send to school are locked up in the latter of salary because they are too sophisticated to be in the midst of Balugu market. And a generational blessing is being captured because there is no system and structure to turn that lake and Ankara market into a transgenerational business that can continue. Whereas when your grandmother started it, your mother was learning from teenager, and now your mother has made billions. They gave birth to you in London, they gave birth to you in America. You have done citizenship, but you are still as poor and you are struggling when that business can be a legacy for generations on one. So stop comparing yourself with people, it will mess you up. Hello? Because you will begin to think you are okay when you are not okay. Just be doing local championship. You know, and so about you. If you have never gone to other people's farm, you say your father's farm is the biggest. You know, in those days when we used to watch, you have black and white television that they open like a wardrobe. Once you discover that there is plasma somewhere else that is colored. Number three, because of my time. Move beyond your limiting beliefs. Move beyond your limiting beliefs. There are many things that we believe that is wrong. Those beliefs have become the softwares that are running our life. And those software are grinding us to a heart. Things like money doesn't grow on trees. Fingers are not equal. Nobody wants to help anybody. You know, and you believe that. So even when somebody wants to help you, you insult them by doubting them. Because you don't believe anybody. There is always sorry. Somebody wants to say, What's what's the catch? What's the catch? Somebody just wants to be good to you. And you are thinking, What's the catch? Hello. So what am I saying? Move beyond. What are those limiting beliefs that limit you? A woman sat down with me in my office years ago. I said, Pastor. There is no man on earth that can ever be faithful to a woman. All men are cheating. All men. See, I hear you say it, but I just don't believe. Whether you sat down in my office, they give me revelation. Hello. So I ask her a simple question. In all your dating, she's a married woman. I say in all your dating life, see now, since you started knowing man, see now, how many men in total have you had a relationship with? Either platonic or sexual? How many altogether? See, I don't know. Just give me status, maybe like 10, 20, 500. Ah no, maybe like 10. So in all your life, all the men you have had an encounter with is 10. Plus your father 11. And as I did, I think we are about 7 billion people. I so out of 7 billion people, you have encountered 11. And you judge 7 billion people by your encounter with 11 people. And you are a graduate. I said, can't you see that something is wrong with your thinking? Aye, so that means your husband is in trouble. He's a good man, no, he's a good man, but you know, now when you never cash them. He's a good man, but I know sometimes still look sometimes because sometimes you know it's just too good. Sometimes you are like this one, make you know God go shock person one day. So, how do you survive being married to somebody like that? Hello? A man sat down in my office years ago, and he told me Kurokolo, he said, Pastor, I don't believe in a daughter. For she accused me for four years of different things I have never done. And the thing I said, let me cook my do. So that at least when she's accusing me, it will no more be angry. I will no more be angry, it's just I say, so you want to go to hell because of a woman. No, I'm telling you what people go. So limiting beliefs. Listen to me. There are many people that don't believe that anything good can happen to them. It's a source where they don't believe it. So when something good is happening, they are prophesying evil. Hey, this one that everything is working now. I'm sure something bad is about to happen because that's the way it's happened, and it will happen. They will now say, I said it. They become a prophecy of their own doom. Prophet over their own life, negative prophet. Hello? Your husband is coming early, trouble. He comes late, trouble. Hello, your wife is listening to you, trouble. She's not listening, trouble. How do you think? You see, everything I say, you say yes. Can't you even argue with me? Can't you even bring just let's argue and bring your point? He said, You're my husband. I love you, I believe in you, I respect you. If you have, I believe you must have thought about it. Say, no, at least argue. I woman is listening, you make you argue. The one way they argue is hey, is he everything you must argue? Can't you just believe me as your husband? Which one you want to make you do? Which one? So, please sit down. You may not even know. Sit down and think. It takes reflection to think about those things that are running your mind. Because some of you, you don't know how damaged you are by virtue of what you saw in your father and your mother. I'm telling you. In the church where I was before Calvary started, the pastor's wife, we did not even know there was a problem as at that time, but that was the day I knew there was a problem. A young lady was in a relationship, and the guy was abusing her physically, and she came for counseling. So I was the one that processed her in to see the pastors, and it was no, I will I'll be out, so you'll still be hearing what they are saying and all those stuff. So, and the pastor's wife was canceling the sister. Say, she be now he just slap you now. You know, when the man loves you, he can just slap you to put you to order, you know, just to discipline you. You know, it's like a father to you. I thought I didn't hear. No, pastor's wife was canceling the sister. Slapping is just like discipline, you know, like you discipline your parents. The Lord loves the chastise. He was she was quoting scripture to validate it. That day, I knew something's wrong with this woman's marriage. I didn't have any proof. That was the day I started saying marriage. For a woman to a woman of God to be given that kind of cancer, something's wrong. And we later discovered the husband one day come to church with that glasses on Sunday morning. The man don't beat out, lock inside the toilet, put red, shelters. Shutters, there used to be all those fleets, all fleets here, one old fleet here passing the toilet. Say, no wonder. That was like three years later. I said, hey, cancer to give. I knew something was wrong. Can you give somebody a kind of cancer? So there are software running people's minds. Software. There was a case of a woman that I don't know why I'm called. We are not in February. Let me continue. We'll continue. So let's move on. I'm loaded. February message control late. So I'm just I'm waiting for February to come. That conference will be powerful. Family life conference. Oh, you have no idea. The message I have only gone. It will I can tell you all the don't man go viral. Oh my legon. I've in fact I have already oh legal. Don't miss it. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Preview of coming attraction. Oh my next add value to others. So don't miss family life conference. So all of you online, set your notification, download the CS TV app, it will be live, global. Add value to others. You see, when you add value to others, it builds your self-image because all around you, you see people you are impacting, you see people you are transforming. You know, let me give you an example. When you give birth to a child, you become a parent. It just adds value to you. I have a child, I have a son, I have a daughter, I have children. Whether you have money or not, that's an achievement that nobody can take away from you. That's what happens when you add value to other people. Nobody can tell you you are a failure because you look around, you can see somebody that without me, this person will not be here. I know that God used me to do something here. So that is an undeniable proof. Hello? You know that I told you that this year God will give you visible victory. And good news. You know, those things are very clear. Undeniable proof that you have value. So add value to other people. Selfishness is foolishness. Selfishness is foolishness. Selflessness is wisdom. When you start adding value to other people, you can't remain the same. Because if you help enough people to get what they want, they will all come together to help you get what you want. Next, do the right thing, even if it's the hard thing. Do the right thing, even if it's the hard thing. Do the right thing even if it's the hard thing. The Bible says he that swears to his own heart and changes not. I was speaking at a conference in December. It was an executive meeting. People that came per person was 3.5 million to come for that meeting. 3.5. So I was one of the major facilitators. And one of them said something that I'm like, God, there's no secret in this world though. One of them said, I registered for this meeting because of you. And when I saw you as one of the people speaking, I said, let me go. See, because they said money back guarantee that if they would know, they will return our 3.5 million. I said already, that means they will return the back. But no, I said, at least I've never met you. It's an honor to meet you. He said, But about 12 years ago, a pastor told me about you, and since then I've known, I've been following you. He said, You may not know, but the pastor did one business with you, and something, and then he said you refunded the money, and even though so when it is I say, Oh, is he pastor? So I said, Oh, I remember that case. You know why the guy came to. Me and they said, Pastor, we want to buy land for camp. We want to do a campground. You are into real estate. I don't know anything about real estate. Help us get land. It's you that I know. I said, No problem. So I got the agent that gets land for us, carried him and went to a meeting. Open meeting. I said, So this person wants to buy land, I'm bringing him. I don't need any commission. He's a pastor. Reduce whatever you want to give me, reduce it so that I can get his land. Everything, so it's so that it will not be so everything was done. So they say, okay, this is the land. So the guy brings money and pay. But if you understand real estate, when you want to buy a large expanse of land, it may not be one family that owns everything. So in that expanse of land, the one in front is two acres. Behind the two acres is another like four or five acres. Behind that one is another like seven acres. So the one that is at the back is the biggest. The one in the front is the smallest. But the man that has the biggest at the back is the oldest and the most influential. So the money was being paid through him. So you now know what he did. Once he collects money, he started chopping the money alone. Now, chopping the money alone doesn't mean he was still, you know, but it's just selfishness. Because if there are three families, every money you collect, give the front small, the middle small, the thoughts, so that everybody will collect it. So the guy now he kept collecting that since I have seven acres, they finished paying for my seven acre. Before, how do you do that? And you are the one in the bush. So they now took caterpillar after paying according to the agreement when you pay 50%. So when they pay 50%, they carry caterpillar enter site. The people in front now said, Never, nothing will happen here because you have not paid. See, but we have signed everything that the man is the one taking the money alone. By the time I got to know, I just told myself, don't put yourself in trouble. So I just called my man say, Mosco, a lay, I want to manburukoy or jelly, this kind one now. They wouldn't know the story because we are in the industry, we know this thing. The next thing is that I went to see a pastor, he collected money, something went wrong. So I just said, How much have they paid? Say 2.7. So I called him. I said, Man of God, come. I said, let me explain everything to you. I said, because this thing, this man is a greedy man. He has not stolen money. So I explained to him as I'm explaining to you. I said, but as it is right now, it's not a good place to enter. Because it shows that that kind of man, and he's the most influential, it will cost much also. So this is a check of 2.7 million. Collect your money, go and look for land somewhere else. I will deal with that by myself because I'm in the industry, I can carry the headache. So it was that story that I say, ah, he has never seen that kind of man before. The man just funded my mind. So that's what that one heard. What am I saying? Do the right thing, even if it's the hard thing. This story is almost 15 years ago. The man is telling me in December 2021 that he's paying 3.5 million to come for a meeting because of me based on what he had. Do you know what somebody else has said? So sometimes you need to build yourself and just do the right thing so that you can say it anywhere, any day, anytime. Because of the challenge we're going through in our business, I get insulted every day, every week. Email, text message, and I keep saying, I say, look, I've never defrauded anybody in my life. I can say it with boldness. I'm so bold with my say I can never be timid. Never. Why? I didn't steal anybody's money. Do you understand? So when you do the right thing, when even though it's the hard thing, it helps you to build yourself. So nobody can just talk to you and you are coward. Maybe, ah, maybe there's a secret, or oh, maybe they have discovered the skeleton, or there is no discovery anywhere. Hello? Do the right thing, even if it's the hard thing. Next, practice a small discipline daily in specific areas of your life. Practice small discipline daily in specific areas of your life. So when we say Bible in one year, you don't understand. Do you know? Let me give you an example. We started doing 6 a.m. prayer. Do you know that the problem I have now is that I've not been able to go back to my routine because my routine has changed over the years. So I work late, so I don't wake up early. Or those for 5 a.m. I don't do that anymore. But by virtue of the 6 a.m. prayer, I'll be waking up by 4. Now, by 4, no alarm. Would you become a laddy? Pam. I say so. So it's one of my problems now. Waking up for nothing. 4 a.m. So I have to now go to the library and start doing something just to because you know what's a laddy for. So I'm trying to now because of how many days though? Just two weeks of waking up by four. That is what happens. When you do something regularly, just because I don't need a lamp for by power. Morning glory. Why? So looking so when we say Bible in one year, it helps you. You see, you don't know what happens. By the time you develop that discipline, when you are doing your master's and doing your PhD, it becomes a benefit. You'll be able to wake all the days, do 500 words, submit in two days. 2500 words, submit tomorrow. It's just normal because you just wake up. It's normal. So all those things add up. Those who struggle with first fruit and tithing, they can't sacrifice for their own personal life. You just find it difficult to save. Have you noticed that it's difficult to save? What does it mean to save? But when it's difficult for you to bring 10% tight, how can you save? Is that discipline to say, okay, 10%, let it go? They raise an offering, you give sacrificially. First fruit, let it go. It helps you. Guess what? Do you know there are people that crisis come and swallow one year's income? Crisis. And they survive. Why? If you can let go of one month's salary and survive, put in build capacity. Everybody will soon come. That is when you now face crisis and you lose money that is big. You just ration another money will come. Why? Because there was capacity. But there are people that lose one month's salary and they die. They become suicider. They enter depression. Why? Capacity was made. They have not built capacity. I was telling them in 400 level today that many of us are raising adult children in Africa. Because we are not allowing our children to understand life. That you have money does not mean your children should not go through things. Hello. My son has entered Okada before. He has entered Marwa. I have carried him to enter downfall. I said we are entering down for enter. We enter together. Understand life. Not that somebody will driving you. They will drive you all your life. Then you just become one small boy. You are not street smart. Uncle Mark Buying Boss up. Because you are the son of a rich man. Daughter of a rich man. Hello. Many of you are 26. You are seeing your parents' house. Eating the Gianakara. You are not even ashamed. At 18, oh, you're called it later. By 18, you should be out of your parents' house. You can also pay tax. Yes, you can do abortion, you can go online and say it's my life. It's your life. Parents, too. By 18, what's it layer dano? Hello? You start paying rents, you will mature overnight. When you are going to see, no, you know many of our children we are sending abroad now. We are still the one paying school fees for them. One million. Hello? By the time you are 18 and your parents say we are finished, you are going to college now, God bless you. You collect 30,000 student loan. By the time you graduate, it has become 88,000. So by the time you start your first job with 6,000 per annum salary, your head will be correct. Because there's 88,000 and student loan, there is no cancellation. It's the only loan that is not cancelled. Even if you die, your other people will be paying your debt. Student loan. It's a bondage of American and Western culture. Student loan of battery. And you now you still send your children to Canada. You still be struggling with Naila to pay their school fees. You are not seizing that to say, Are you alright? Hello? You send them there, they won't work. Instead of it to allow them to begin to walk. Call lossy mad donuts, call she share, call shake, call she cleaner. Let their muscles grow so that they will know what money is. Every smart thing, it's another dollars. That's how they will now. It's in my book. School of money. I wrote this thing is there, overpay renting. Is there in the book? You send them abroad, they now come back. They will be arguing about 120,000 high job because the pocket money you are giving them every month is 200k. So they now go for an interview. Say, what's the salary? Say 120. 120. I can do that. Even my dad gives me 200 for doing nothing. You are spoiling your children's destiny. You think you are massaging them? They want my children to suffer what I've suffered. Sit down there. Next, celebrate small victories. Celebrate small victories. Let people mock you that what are they celebrating? Celebrate it. Celebrate it. Don't wait until you graduate though. First semester exam will pass by. Praise God. Take yourself to a knitri. Hello? Take shawama and make shake. First semester dusted. It will motivate you because where you are going for second semester, you will remember there's shawama and make shake on the other side. For the joy that was set before him, he endured the cross. He endured the cross. Hello? I don't know if you heard the story of somebody that slumped and died at matriculation. That's the which one is my talk. Which one's convocation is the last one, Abby? That matrick slumped and died in the matric, something. Oh yeah, Joe Bere slumped and died in the matric. It didn't start. So when you do first semester, Shawama and Michake. Celebrate small victories. While you are waiting for the big one. So when we say celebrate small victories, okay, let me bring you to the one you understand. Be thankful for everything. It's covenant of Thanksgiving. That's what I'm saying. It's Thanksgiving. Be thankful. Be grateful every step of the way. Just thank you, Lord, that I woke up to the sun. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. So every small victory, celebrate it. Be thankful at every point. Next, embrace a positive vision for your life based on what you value. Embrace a positive vision for your life based on what you value. I was sharing with them at the front level this morning. Fishes don't struggle to swim. Beds don't struggle to fly. You see, if you rate a monkey based on its ability to swim, the monkey will be a failure. Do you understand now? If you carry the monkey now, say, yeah, 100 meter stroke. Oh my faith. And you can endorse the monkey as a failure. And the monkey will go through life believing, I'm a failure. I'm a nobody. Until a motivational speaker will come and say, You are great. Find your place. There's a place where you are planted, there's a place where you can grow. And then they tell the monkey, enter tree. And then the monkey by motivation jumps into the tree, and the genius of the monkey comes up. So I was telling them, until you find your place, you'll be displaced. Many of you have believed negative things about yourself because you are being rated. People that are marking your scripts, they are marking it based on the wrong templates. That's why they tell you you are a failure because you fail the exam. You are not created for chemistry. You are not created for microbiology. No, that's not your destiny. But the same you they are calling the failure. Enter comedy. Comarri Grace. Enter fashion designing. Once you enter your area, Omar Lagoon, you will be doing it to be with ease. So find your purpose. So what am I saying? Embrace a positive vision for your life based on what you value. Don't try to be somebody else. Find your passion, find your calling, find your place, find your assignment and sit down there. Then practice the one word strategy. Number nine. Practice the one word strategy. Practice the one word strategy. What does that mean? What is the one word you can use to describe yourself? If you are to describe yourself now, what's that one word? Think about it. What's the one word you can use to describe yourself? And what's the one word that people can use to describe you? So practice the one word strategy. And guess what? When you start using that one word to describe yourself, people will agree with you. It's only a matter of time. Hello? Like uh the woman of God will say, if you don't say thou art, if you don't say I am, they will not say thou art. You know, whatever you call yourself, before you know it, they will start calling you the thing. Is it when you say you are the foremost something something in Nigeria? I hope you know that all those people that are giving themselves accolade, there is nobody that awarded them the contract. The number one this is whatever you call yourself. I'm the chairman of a board of uh company and we're going public. So we'll be going public um sometime once we either this year or early next year. So as the chairman, we were doing meetings and doing all stuff, and then in the presentation we're making, I saw something. They said the first real estate company to go public in Nigeria. So in my head, oh god, no, College. It's not you can't say we are the first UAC. I was in construction in 1990, John K. I want county while so we so I was that so Jules, the guy is not so I just carried my phone and I Google real estate companies on the stock market and I started seeing ah so I but as the chairman, you know you cannot spoil the market. So I sat down waiting to see what will happen then now and I said, sorry, we need to. So when we came to general discussion, one of the directors that is also in the media, she now says, Sorry, that there's something I need us to check. That we are about to push ourselves as the first real estate company to go public. I'm not sure that information is accurate. Can we verify? Because I don't know, but I'm just thinking. I say it's not accurate, I have checked it. I say I was waiting, I said I've checked it. So I said, but it doesn't mean we will not use it. It's now to recoin it. So I told them a story of Chino Achebe and 50 cents. 50 cents is an American rapper and film producer and millionaire, billionaire, whatever. That made money when he was in prison. He learned a lot of things and he was able to come up with a particular kind of water where you add some things and sold it to Coca-Cola for hundreds of millions of dollars and became blown. When he wanted to do a movie, they wanted to do a movie and called the movie Things Fall Apart. And they wanted to pay China Chibi one million dollars to use that name. But Ibo man, African man, said no, can I use the name? It's a global name, it's my copyright. They went, the man begged, said, Look, when things fall apart. So the lawyer said, No problem, let's change it. All things fall apart. So China Jeb lost one million dollars, they still did it. All they just added all to things fall apart. So I said, instead of saying we are the first real estate, we are the first new generation real estate on the stock market. Why? Because we are the new generation, and I'm the pioneer of the new generation, I'm part of the pioneers of this. We can now say that. At least from 1990, 90 dates, none of all of them were before 19, before the year 2000. So that's how we change it. So what is that one word? Think one word one word you can use. And finally, because of time, take responsibility for your life. That's number 10. Take responsibility for your life. Look, I've said it over and over again. You have only one life, oh, nine life is not reality, oh number one, you are not a cat. Hello? So take responsibility for your life. No one will plan your life for you successfully without your involvement. So take responsibility for your life. Don't think that somebody will do it for you. Somebody, no, the person that you are thinking will do it for you is trying to do their own. So every day you wake up, life has started. Sit down, think about your life, take responsibility, and stop wasting the way. Because I have a problem with the youth of this generation. Thinking you are young. In today's world, once you are 15, you are an adult. In today's world, because of the level of information and opportunity that is available, how can you be 21, 25? You are not running anything, you are confused. 21 years on earth, 25 years, a quarter of a century. They are here, one century divided into four, and you are still confused. Waiting for somebody to come and anoint you with oil, somebody to prophesy before you can make money. And Jesus has been inside you for seven years since you got born again. Lord, this year I will be the best version of myself.
