This message is a prophetic encouragement from Joel 2:24 about the harvest and overflow God brings into the lives of His people. It teaches that harvest requires preparation, knowledge, order, and responsibility. Through Joel 2:24, 1 Chronicles 12:32, and Proverbs 10:5, this episode calls listeners to put their house in order and not sleep in the season of harvest.

Harvest is not only something to receive, it is something to prepare for. When God speaks of harvest, he is also calling us into wisdom, order, readiness, and responsibility. Good morning and welcome to this expression of igniting your day. There is a word of encouragement for someone who has been expecting fruitfulness, results, and visible evidence of God's hand in different areas of life. The word is from Joel chapter 2, verse 24, where the Bible says, And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. This verse speaks of fruitfulness, but it does not speak of only one kind of fruitfulness. It speaks of different places of harvest: the threshing floor and the vats. The fruitfulness seen at the threshing floor is not the same as the fruitfulness seen at the wine press. These are different places, different processes and different products. That means this word is not limited to one kind of person, one kind of assignment, one kind of work, one kind of expectation. Whatever you are doing, whatever the Lord is helping you to do, and wherever you have committed yourself, bring it under the power of this word. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. Whether what you do requires hard skills or soft skills, there shall be fruitfulness. Whether your work is transactional or strategic, there shall be fruitfulness. Whether what you do is mechanical, managerial, creative, administrative, spiritual or relational, the word of the Lord declares that the treasure floors shall be full of wheat and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. Whether you are just beginning or you are already an expert, there shall be fruitfulness. Whether you are working with men or women in public or in private, with visible labor or hidden sacrifice, the Lord is able to bring results. What I want you to see is the diversity of the fruitfulness. Whether it is wheat you are expecting or wine you are expecting, whether you are working at the threshing floor or at the wine press, there will be fruitfulness. The threshing floor and the wine press are both places of harvest. They are places where what has been planted, cultivated, and processed begins to produce evidence. And according to the word of the Lord, the treasure floor shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. Having received this word, the least you and I can do is prepare. Prepare for the harvest. Prepare with knowledge. The Bible says in 1 Chronicles chapter 12, verse 32, and of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do. You see, the sons of Issachar had understanding of the times. They knew what Israel ought to do. They were not merely aware that something was happening, they had the understanding required to respond correctly. This is important because harvest does not only require expectation, harvest requires wisdom. I pray for you this morning. Concerning the coming harvests, you will know what to do in the name of Jesus. You will know the rooms to clear for the harvest. You will know the tables to clear for the harvest. You will know the spaces to leave empty so that the harvest will have sufficient room. You will know the kind of knowledge you're supposed to gain in order to receive harvest in full. Yes, you will know what to prepare, you will know what to rearrange, you will know what to organize, you will know what to make ready in the name of Jesus. You will put your house in order in anticipation of the harvest. Yes, friends. I like you to know that God is not a waster. There are many times we think we are waiting for God to do something, especially after we have prayed. It is easy to conclude that we have done our part and we are simply waiting for the Lord to act. But many times it may actually be the Lord who is waiting for us. Why is this important? The Lord has spoken concerning a harvest that is coming, but this same God is not a waster. If you cannot put your house in order in anticipation of the blessing that is coming, your capacity to receive may be limited. And if your capacity is limited, some of what is coming may be wasted. Who knows? Maybe the reason you have not yet received the windfall is because you have not been equipped enough. Maybe the reason the harvest has been delayed until now is because no one told you that you were supposed to put your house in order. Your house has to be put in order. Maybe certain things came to your mind recently about organizing your files properly, arranging your work, structuring your systems, and preparing yourself more intentionally. I am telling you, there is a harvest that is coming, and it is coming so fast you may not have all the time to begin organizing yourself when it arrives. Why not start now? Start putting your house in order. Get more organized. Get more organized. Get more organized. As 2026 was about to begin, part of what the Lord revealed to me was that my altar had to be rearranged because of the weight of glory that is coming. You can also see that principle in the life of Elijah. After the prophets of Baal had done what they could do and fire did not fall, Elijah first rearranged the altar before the fire came. There was a weight of glory coming, but the altar had to be put in order in anticipation of the coming weight of glory. In the same way, someone has to put his or her house in order. Why? Because there is a harvest. There is a coming harvest. There is a harvest. Why not declare this over your life this morning? I set my house in order in anticipation of the harvest. I set my house in order in anticipation of the harvest. I set my house in order in anticipation of the harvest. Yes. I also like you to know, friends, that harvest is not the end. The Lord has spoken concerning the harvest. At the very least, you and I are expected to prepare to receive it. Yes, that's settled. But there is another thing the Lord is revealing. It is not enough to receive the harvest. The harvest is not an end in itself. The harvest is the beginning of a new kind of cycle. How do I know? The Bible says in Proverbs chapter 10, verse 5, He that gathereth in summer is a wise son, but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causes shame. When the harvest comes, I hope you know that what you are receiving is not necessarily in its final form. Harvest is good, but first you have to prepare where you will receive the harvest. Then you must understand that harvest brings work. Why? Because the things you are harvesting are not always in their final form. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son. Thank God that you gathered, but that is not where it ends. He that sleepeth in harvest is his son that causes shame. You must not sleep in harvest. You have waited for this season for so long. It cannot be now that you begin to sleep in harvest. It cannot be now that your life becomes filled with activities that are not taking you anywhere. It cannot be now that distractions begin to populate your life with things that are not according to purpose. This is the moment you have waited for. You cannot afford to be found sleeping. The harvest is the result of labor, but it is also the beginning of a new kind of labor. Declare this over yourself. I will not be found sleeping in my harvest. I will not be found sleeping in my harvest in the name of Jesus. So, friends, I tell you, stay organized for the overflow. According to John chapter 2, verse 24, there will be an overflow. The treasure floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. But to maximize this outpouring, you must stay organized. You must stay organized because what is coming is not small. The first message is prepare for the harvest by putting your house in order. The second message is this harvest is not the end, it is the beginning of a new phase. What the Lord is pouring into your life may not come in its final form. It may require stewardship, it may require gathering, it may require processing, it may require diligence, it may require knowledge, it may require discipline. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son, but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame. May you not cause the Lord shame in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, you will gather when you are supposed to gather, you will take excellent advantage of the harvest. Everything required for you to do, you will do in the name of Jesus. Maybe there is a training the Lord has been speaking to you about. That training may be part of putting your house in order. It may also be part of what will enable you to know what to do with the harvest you receive. As much as it lies within your power, please do what you have to do. Prepare, learn, organize, make room, put your house in order. Do not sleep in harvest. In closing this morning, I just want to pray for you. Yes. Wow. Wow. I pray for you this morning that everything expected of you to do, you do in the name of Jesus. Everything expected of you to do, you do in the name of Jesus. Yes. Thank you, Heavenly Father. Wow. Father, we thank you because this is the day you have made. Our resolution is to rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you for the harvest. Thank you for the harvest you have spoken over our lives. Thank you because the treasure floors shall be full of wheat and the vast shall overflow with new wine. Lord, we declare this morning that you give us understanding like the sons of Issaca. You will help us to know what to do. You will help us to prepare with wisdom. You will help us to put our house in order. You will help us not to waste what you are bringing. You will help us not to sleep in the season of harvest. We receive grace to prepare. We receive the grace to gather. We receive the grace to organize. We receive the grace to learn. And we receive the grace to steward the overflow well. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Let me give you a simple call to action, my friends. Take one practical step today to prepare for the harvest. Organize one area of your life. Begin that training you have been postponing. Clear that room for what you have been praying to receive. And I pray the Lord will help you in the name of Jesus. I look forward to coming your way again tomorrow. I wish you this morning an amazing, amazing, amazing day ahead. God bless you.
