Hello and welcome to Unleaderly, the podcast that looks at the world through an atypical leadership perspective. My name is Barbara Iverson. I'm your host, and I'm here to tell you this is super short because we are going to take a short summer hiatus. And we will be back the first week of September with all new episodes. So mark your calendars, hit follow, like, subscribe, all of those things so that you'll be reminded when we have a new episode, and you won't miss a thing. In the meantime, this might be a great time to go back and listen to episodes that you might have missed the first time around. Hope you're having a great summer. Water or beach. Hmm. I meant to say beach or mountains. It came out as water or beach. Anyway. Stay tuned because we will have episodes in September starting with an episode about resiliency and how to develop it as sort of like a muscle, something that you work on to be prepared for when you need it. And also an episode about really toxic work cultures, how they might develop, and what you might be able to do to improve them. Those are just two examples of what's coming up in the future. So come on back the first week of September, and I look forward to meeting you here again. Big thanks as always to Lilia Keys for our intro and outro music. So we'll see you in September. Take care of yourselves and be kind to each other.
