In this Spirit Stream, Nick Griemsmann returns to the heart of the faith with an encouraging teaching on the simple gospel — the good news that Jesus, the sinless Son of God, fulfilled the law, took our sins, and offers complete salvation, healing, and deliverance by grace through faith alone.
Discover powerful truths about:
• The gospel as the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16) — confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection
• Jesus healing the lame, blind, mute, and crippled when crowds brought them to Him (Matthew 15)
• The finished work of the cross: Jesus bore our sins, sicknesses, shame, and curses so we could be free
• Renewing the mind to reject self-righteousness, legalism, and performance
• How the Holy Spirit brings real transformation, new creation life (2Corinthians 5:17), and victory over torment
• Practical encouragement: Focus on lifting up Jesus crucified and risen, not complicated formulas or works
Nick shares moving testimonies, including a powerful healing and salvation story from Pakistan, and connects the message to his own deliverance from schizophrenia and self-righteousness. He prays for viewers needing healing in body and mind, freedom from bondage, and fresh revelation of the gospel.

Hey everybody, Nick Grimsman here. Just giving it one second uh for the streaming software to hit all the socials where I stream at. Guys, we're currently streaming on uh YouTube, holyghost.tv, YouTube, Facebook, and um yeah, so holyghost.tv uh in the app, right? You can go watch in the app too. But it's on YouTube, Facebook, and X, which is like the old Twitter, if you don't know that by now. All right. So hey, how's everybody doing? This is Nick Grimsman. I'm the host of Holy Ghost Television. This is Spirit Stream Number 43, guys. Can you do me a favor if you're watching this on replay? Can you comment and let me know where you're uh you're coming from, where you're watching? I'd like to uh see comments on there. And if the stream has helped you, uh please give us a comment. Um, I read the comments, I try to read all the comments and reply when I can and like the stuff and all that stuff because I I like to uh interact with people and uh try to help you the best I can. We get a lot of prayer requests in the ministry uh at thefathersfriends.org. You can always send in a prayer request and um uh we pray for you on our ministry app as well. We have a ministry app that you can put prayer requests in, and that's at thefathersfriends.org. That's our ministry website. Okay, so you can go there and you can get uh my books, like my new book, Becoming God, our 30 Days to Believing Right, a devotional. Becoming God's Friend is my uh autobiography, and then defeating mental illness. There's tons of people struggling with mental illness, and so uh uh you can always uh get that book. If you cannot afford one of our books at our website or on Amazon, just send me an email. I'd be happy to send you an e-book for free. We have audiobooks as well, ebooks, and guys, years ago I came up with Arm Pets, and I recently wrote uh a book, Arm Pets. This year I wrote it, Arm Pets, a true story, and it's for children, and it goes with our little armpets, and I'm gonna show you these because Christmas is around the corner, so I wanna uh I wanna uh show you these because you know I I for a long time I thought they were gonna be in Walmart and all that stuff, and then I feel like the Lord had me do the stuffed animals just for the ministry to bless kids. Here's my book. See, it shows me praying right there, and this is the like origin story of armpets, it's a true story uh uh that I um that I wrote, okay. And so that comes with uh an arm pet. Uh and you can get that at our website, but I wanted to show you guys these. Sometimes I show them. These are our very first armpets. Look at these. Look at them. This is a cat, this is a dog, supposedly. These are the new the old ones, okay? These are years ago when I first started out, and these are the OG ones, they call it right. And then these are the new ones. This is uh they come in plastic like this. Um, and I'm not gonna open this one because little Timmy seems to, my dog seems to like uh eating the armpets when they're on the table here. So I'm just gonna leave it in plastic here. So you can see how it comes. It's gonna come in plastic with an armpets book, and you can get that at the father's friends website or armpets.com. We also have Instagram, armpets and Facebook and all stuff, but yeah, so it has a little strap that goes on the child's arm, and then on the back, there's like a little pocket where they can put little like uh you know, little toys or candies or whatever. Okay, so that's an arm pet. And I just uh I really love armpets. I think they can minister to children. I used to be a chapel at the Phoenix Children's Hospital, so I really probably put this up here. I uh I really uh I really uh uh um have a heart for children and to minister children and bless them, okay? Praise God. So um thank you for joining. This is uh uh Spirit Stream 43, and like I said, our ministry app, you can get that on our on your iOS thing uh and Google Play. You can follow, you can subscribe on your social media wherever you watch me at. So thanks for uh liking, following, subscribing. You can also become like a member, I think, in some of the socials where you can uh you know, there's like a four dollars or five dollars a month or something, you can become like a subscriber member. You can do that, that helps the ministry as well. If you want to donate or give to the ministry, if uh you you know you get from the ministry, you are encouraged by you see the vision to win a lot of souls for Jesus. Uh if you want to partner with us, you can become a ministry partner, become like a monthly giver. And that's super easy to do. You just go to the fathersfriends.org and you can give and you can donate there. So we really appreciate those generous Christians that help us. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. And our prayer line 188 know him is uh open for you to call for prayer. If you have uh any prayer needs, we'd be happy to pray for you because we care about you and we love you, okay? Um, but yes, our ministry website's the Father's Friends, and this is Holy Ghost Television, and we will begin. All right, so let's begin with prayer and see what the Lord has for us today. Lord, we just thank you so much that we can just be at peace in your presence, Lord, that your spirit is here, that wherever Jesus is lifted up, you will draw men to you, Lord. You will perform miracles and signs and wonders and healings and deliverances, salvations. Lord, salvation is the number one thing, and so we just thank you for salvation. We thank you, Lord, that we can call on the name of Jesus and that you're near to us, and that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Jesus shall be saved. I thank you, Lord, it's with our heart we believe unto righteousness, and with our mouth we confess unto salvation, just like Romans 10, 9 and 10 says, if you believe, if you confess Jesus as Lord and believe with all your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. We thank you, Lord, for the gift of repentance that our minds can change, that our hearts can change by the circumcision of the heart through the Holy Spirit in us. Thank you that you fill us with your spirit, that we're complete in you, that we're new, we're new creations. The old is passed away. We are new creations. Lord, I thank you for healing brains. I thank you for healing our emotions. Lord, healing our bodies through the blood of Jesus. We thank you for the crown of thorns that you wore. We thank you, Lord, that you took all the sin of the world on you. Thank you that Galatians says that Jesus became a curse for us, curses everyone who hangs on the tree. So Jesus took all the curses for us, all the diseases. We thank you for that. We lift up the name of Jesus, and I pray for those that are watching this, Lord, that they'd feel your love, your peace, and that healing will go forth in their hearts and their minds, and that you'd give them hope. You'd help them submit to you and to resist the devil. Jesus' name, thank you for giving me a message to help people today, Lord. Thank you, Father. Amen. Praise God. Praise God. Hallelujah. Alright, so I'm gonna check some real quick, make sure, make sure everything is working well. Just gonna check real quick. See where we're at. See if everything's working. All right, everything's working well. Alright. Alright, so how's everybody doing today? I really uh enjoy doing live streams and helping people. Um, you know, I prayed about like starting a church or starting a ministry center, um, you know, doing different things, and I feel like this is what the Lord wants me to do right now. And so it's live streams for my little studio apartment here in Phoenix. I was traveling for what, eight months last year? Almost a whole year, like you know, three-fourths of a year pretty much, right? And so I'm back in Phoenix. I'm hanging out with my little dog here, helping with family stuff, uh, with my mom and other people, and just trying to um be a light wherever I can. You know, uh you know, I'm I meet people that say they're Christians a lot. You know, you talk to people, they say they're Christians, but they have zero uh zero fruit of being a Christian. And remember the Bible says that my people perish for lack of knowledge. My people perish for lack of knowledge. So it's very important that we share the gospel with people and that we teach them the gospel and continue to preach the gospel. So today I'm gonna talk about the gospel because that's all you're gonna get. Okay, you need to know the gospel, you need to continue to hear the gospel. If you're struggling with sickness or disease, or with your mind, or with mental health stuff, you need to hear the gospel. And you think you might know the gospel, which you probably do, right? But every time you hear the gospel, you transform because the gospel is the power of God unto salvation, okay? So it's the power of God. When you hear the gospel, you you change. Okay, so let's go through the gospel. Okay, so Jesus, son of God, came and was born of a virgin to fulfill prophecy. Okay, he came and he lived a sinless life according to what the law of Moses, the 600 and something commandments. The law no one could do themselves. The only way you could actually truly be saved in the Old Testament was faith. It's always been faith. The law was there to point us to the Messiah. Okay, the Messiah came to his own people, the Jewish nation, Israel. Okay, he came to the lost house of Israel, right? Remember, Jesus came for Israel and the whole world, right? But when he was speaking, he's speaking to Jewish people under the law who were self-righteous, okay? A lot of the Pharisees were self-righteous. So a lot of the things Jesus talked about was the danger of self-righteousness, was the danger of thinking you're better than others because maybe you don't commit adultery, a physical adultery. But Jesus went even further and said, What? If you look at someone, if you look at a woman, to lust after her in your heart, you know, you've already committed adultery with her in your heart. So he so the law goes all the way to the intentions. So the law, Paul, Apostle Paul said, Through law, I died the law that I might come to Christ, right? So I might know Christ or be transformed by Christ, however you look at that, right? So the law shows you your sin, it shows you how sinful you really are, it shows you that you can never make heaven, you can never be holy as a holy God in your flesh, and you need grace, you need truth and grace, which is found in Jesus Christ. So Jesus fulfilled the law of Moses. He said, I did not come what to destroy or or um I did not come to destroy uh to destroy the law, but to fulfill the law, to complete the law. So everything was written in the book was about Jesus. Remember, he said that. Everything in the book is written about Jesus because he's the word of God made flesh. So the word of God made flesh walked among men and did signs and wonders, so much that you couldn't even write them in a book. How many signs and wonders Jesus did. At one point, uh I could look it up right now. I should look it up. This is kind of funny. Wait till you hear this one. I I was astonished when I read this. It's very interesting, right? Um Matthew 15, 30, okay, because I'm talking about the miracles Jesus did. And how in every, you know, you couldn't even have a book that fills all the miracles that Jesus did when he walked the earth. Can you believe that? Matthew 15, 30, large crowds came to him, bringing the lame, okay? So the lame were people who were limping, okay? So lame people, limping people that couldn't really walk on their own. So that can include all sorts of people, people with uh you know, broken feet, uh with crutches, people in uh maybe wheelchairs, where the people that couldn't walk themselves, limping people, so hurt in their body to the point where they couldn't really walk, limping people, the lame, so they're uh the blind, so people who were physically or mentally blind. Okay, so in this context, it's physical blindness where they can't see. You guys take a take a step back in your mind to 2,000 years ago. There weren't uh optometrists and there weren't uh an emergency room, there wasn't all this medication and all this Western uh uh uh doctors and things like that. If you got sick 2,000 years ago, you're pretty much going out, right? A lot of times. If you got poisoning, if you uh let's say you had an accident in the mines, let's say you're mining for silver, gold, or whatever, and or ore or whatever they did back then, and you you break your arm or you get your arm cut off, you know, being a lumberjack or whatever, who knows? Are you or you're a soldier and you you know something happens to you, you get gained green. I mean, so back then, you know, people lived less uh not as long as they do now. Their health was worse because you know they could get um uh they could get diseases really easy, or their water could be poisoned, or whatever, right? Like the black plague, you know, that was after Jesus, but you know what I'm saying? Okay, so you have to think about how desperate these people were blind, lame people in crutches, cripples. Uh, and it says the crippled, right? So they came to Matthew 15, 30, crippled, lame, especially in the hands. I'm reading out of the Greek, okay? So the original Greek text, uh, rocking about crippled people, people with their hands like this. I had a uh um I I used to do uh live streams or zooms over in Pakistan. I've been to Pakistan as well, but at first I was doing Zooms, and the pastor used to put the speaker system up on the roof, and the people would come and I would preach on Zoom to them, and it was really he made it really loud so the people in the streets could hear the gospel. So he was translating for me. And this this man came up after the service and said, When I heard the preaching on the loudspeakers, I came up to see what was going on, and he he stood in the crowd and he said that he told Jesus, or he told, yeah, he said to God, he said, Is is if Jesus is the Son of God, he can heal my hand. And right when he said that, and you know, we I was praying on Zoom, we were praying for people on Zoom, and we're just doing like prayers like be healed in Jesus' name. Right when he said that his hand, his crippled hand, got healed, just like in the Bible. And he came up and testified that he became a Christian that day, you know, because of the power of the Holy Spirit wasn't me, it wasn't the pastor, right? It's the name of Jesus that is glorified, and then signs and wonders can follow. So when you preach the gospel, when you preach the cross, Jesus Christ and crucified and resurrected on the third day, when you preach and lift up the name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit will come. The Holy Spirit will do miracles. Faith can rise up in people when you hear the gospel. That's why it's important for you to understand the gospel and share the gospel of people. Okay, it's the good news. It's the good news, and I'll go into that, okay? The crippled, the mute, so people who were dumb, dull, deaf, they were um they couldn't hear or speak. Okay, so mute people and many others. So imagine this crowd that came to Jesus in Israel, okay? Remember, he came for the Jews. Okay, at the time he was speaking to the Jews. All right, so he came for them, the lost tribe of Israel, the lost house of Israel. So he's talking to the Jews, he's preaching, and they're bringing who? These people that are desperate, blind people. Imagine being blind 2,000 years ago. Imagine being crippled with no electronic wheelchairs or any of that stuff they have nowadays, ramps and all this stuff. Crippled uh people with who are blind, mute, they can't talk, they have the mute demons, they're they got their ears plugged up, they can't hear. Okay, the lame. Okay, so imagine all these people and others. So everybody came to Jesus, and they it says they laid them at his feet. Okay. It's actually the verb there is to fling. This is what I was trying to get at. They were flinging, which indicates an extended projection. So they were actually flinging, pushing, laying, like by pushing them, flinging them. This is the original Greek here. You can look at it yourself.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01I might be reading wrong, I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. But he was they were flinging and throwing people at Jesus' feet. So you were lame, somebody grab you and throw you towards Jesus. You were blind, they pushed you towards Jesus. They were flinging people at Jesus at his feet, and it says, and he healed them. So they were coming to Jesus in these huge crowds. Imagine just what this looked like, right? Huge crowds, and there are all these sick people, blind people yelling for Jesus, screaming out, Son of David, have mercy on me, and one part of the gospels where I talks about that, where the blind man said that, right? Okay, so you have you have all these people, and the people are flinging and throwing people at Jesus' feet. Please help them. Please help my son, he's mentally ill. Please help my my brother, he's blind. Begging Jesus. Throwing them. They're desperate. They're they see the power of God in operation. And there's even people that you know that even had their arms cut off and everything, and things grew back. Can you imagine that? All those miracles. So Jesus came as a son of God, the only begotten of the Father, the Word of God made flesh. He walked among men, he did incredible miracles to prove, right, that the kingdom of God was there. So the kingdom of God comes, miracles take place, healings, deliverances, right? It takes place when Jesus is lifted up. You know, we don't want to seek miracles, guys, right? We want to seek the Lord. You want to seek the Lord, his presence, and miracles take place. So we we seek the Lord, his presence, and miracles take place. A lot of people they just go and they just want a miracle. They don't really want God. They just want their life to get better. And if this is you, you just need to repent, change your mind, okay? Yeah. Yeah, of course you want your life to get better. That makes sense. You're dealing with something. But get to know God, and He can use all your issues and all things that are happening in your life for the good. He can really do that. We go through things and then God, you know, let's say we go to a church service or we watch somebody pray for us or and nothing happens, and the person next to you gets healed. You're like, I don't understand. Does God not love me? Of course he loves you. How do you know God loves you? Because Jesus died for your sins, he manifested God's love.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So it's not that this person gets healed, that person gets healed because God loves them more. We're all on the same playing field. He's no, he's no respecter of persons. There's just a reason that happened that time for that person, and maybe next time it'll be you. Or maybe it was you one time and somebody else is sitting there going, Does God love me? See, it has nothing to do with it. God showed his love to you through Jesus, his sacrifice.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01I hope that helps. Because it can, you know, you can get real emotional sometimes, right? You start getting emotional. Guys, if you're out there, please uh leave me a comment and say hi. I haven't heard from anybody this morning. Maybe everybody's out and about it Sunday. Okay, so anyway, so uh uh what was I saying? Yeah, so so uh so Jesus loves you because he died for you on the cross. If you go to church and you don't get instantly healed because your pastor prayed for you, doesn't mean Jesus doesn't love you. See, there could be something going on in the background, like in Job. That's why Job's important for you to understand that there's all sorts of stuff going on in the background you might not understand, right? And if it has to do with your belief system, then God has to take you through a time to believe differently, right? Maybe you need to press in a little more. Have more faith. I don't really know, right? Or maybe it just wasn't your day. But you can't leave and think God doesn't love you because maybe you didn't get touched that one day at church. Okay? Because you can always look toward that's why it's important to look towards the cross at all times. You always look at the cross.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01Always look at the cross. Always look at the cross.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01Always look at the cross. You keep your eyes on the Lord. And not in your circumstances, and you'll see a breakthrough. Okay? Give me one second. I am going to see here. Give me one second. Alright, so Jesus did all those miracles, all those signs and wonders, and then he was crucified. He died a criminal's death, okay? So this is someone that did nothing wrong. Remember, he fulfilled the law. He did everything that perfectly. He had no sin. Zero sin. Okay? Zero sin. Think about that. Jesus was innocent. Completely innocent. He didn't deserve any bad stuff. So in your mind, you might go through the same thing. Well, I didn't do something wrong, but I'm going through bad stuff. That's why you can look at Jesus and you can gain strength from seeing what he went through. Okay. You can always look towards the Lord. So he was handed over to the Romans to be crucified. And the crucifixion was the worst type of capital punishment and reserved for like really bad people, right? People who did capital crimes like uh murder and things like that.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01And like uh thieves and all that stuff, where the Romans will crucify people.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01And it was like an embarrassing way to die, right? They whip you until you're almost completely gone. Your flesh falls off your body. So Jesus' flesh was falling off his body. In Isaiah, I think it's Isaiah, it says they uh his vicage was worse than and you couldn't even tell it was a man. Okay, so our Messiah, the Messiah, Jesus Christ the Lord, his beating was so bad that you couldn't tell it was a man hanging on the cross. Okay, you couldn't tell it was a man hanging on the cross. His skin was filleted, guys, by the cat on nine-tails. Look it up on Google if you want to know what it was. It says it's a whip. I think they put pieces of glass or spikes or something on it, and it would grab a hold or hooks or whatever. And they I might be wrong. Look it up, okay, yourself. Do research, right? But it rips your skin out. It sticks to your skin and then it rips it out. So our messiah, the messiah, Jesus Christ, was stripped naked, humiliated, and whipped with a Cat O nine tails, with the broken glass and the hooks or whatever's in it, thirty-nine times. And would grab the skin and rip it off. Imagine being naked and this happening to you. Imagine the embarrassment and the shame that Jesus of Nazareth went through, the Messiah. Imagine the bravery of Jesus of Nazareth. Imagine the bravery of the Lord Jesus. So if you lack bravery, or you have you're carrying shame, look towards the Lord Jesus. See, this is why it's so important that you talk about the crucifixion and the cross. Because it gives people hope. And I feel the presence of God. I love the Lord. Okay? So this whip is grabbing on to his flesh and ripping it off. His ears ripping pieces of his ears off. Think about that. How horrible of a punishment that is. How horrible of a death sentence. Completely beaten. The soldiers came and beat it. The cohort of soldiers, like 600 soldiers or something. A kohart. They beat him and mocked him and ripped his beard out. Imagine your beard being ripped out by these Roman Legion soldiers mocking you and spitting on you and cursing at you, hitting you with a pole, as they they put the crown of thorns on his head, and then they hit him with a pole or something. So it wasn't like they just laid it on and, like, oh, you're the king of kings, you know, you're the king of the Jews, here's your little crown. No, here's the spikes. And then they beat it into his head. So if you're dealing with schizophrenia, look at the Lord Jesus Christ. That that pain that you have on your head, Jesus had it for you. So you could be free. I know what it feels like. I used to have this huge band around my mind all the time. This pain never go away. Felt like spikes. Really did. Felt like spikes or a vice, you know, like one of those things they they tie uh, they put a piece of wood on, like a like a uh, you know, somebody working with a woodwork or something. They would put the vice on the wood to hold it. That's what it felt like on my head all the time, 24-7. I know what it feels like. I used to deal with schizophrenia 20 years ago. God healed me of it. Praise God. Watch my videos, talk about it, my books and stuff have it, okay? Oh, yeah. Let's let's go there. Here you go. Here's my here's my beautiful uh little video thing I made. Here you go. That's my little ad.

I have it in English and Spanish for you, as well as an ebook and audiobook, and 30 Days to Believe in Right, which is a devotional, which will help, I believe, will help you with your identity in Christ Jesus and believe correctly about who you are. Okay, because God really loves you, He cares about you. Uh so check out our website, thefathersfriends.org. If you feel led to become a monthly partner, you can do that at the website. Or if you just like to give a generous one-time offering, you can do that too. We're a nonprofit and we care about people, we're trying to expand the ministry, help people, help more people, grow closer to the Lord. Thank you so much for your support. We love you. Have a great day.
SPEAKER_01That's not a little advertisement. You like that? All right, let's get back into it. All right, thank you for your support of the ministry. All right. So uh, Jesus was completely torn apart, his flesh was falling off his body. I don't think people understand this. That cat of nine tails was tearing his flesh off. The beard was being pulled out, being punched over and over, kicked, spit on, crown of thorns, pull, they're hitting the crown of thorns as hard as they can on his head. So if you're dealing with depression or mental illness, or maybe your family member is dealing with something in his um in his brain, you know, maybe somebody is dealing with uh, you know, memory loss or whatever they call it, you know, declare that Jesus Christ carried that for him or her. Amen. Believe that Jesus Christ wore that crown of thorns for you, and he was beaten, and his flesh was ripped apart, his brain hurt. Probably chunks of brain, who knows? I don't know how that works. They did say he didn't, uh his bones weren't broken, so his brain, there's a bone there, so I don't think that was broken. I don't know, right? It wasn't broken, though, no bones were broken, it says, but I don't, you know, I don't know if brains that come out this way or without breaking bones. I don't know. But just remember that Jesus took on every pain, everything you will ever go through. He took every single thing that a human could ever experience emotionally, all the emotions you've ever felt shame, guilt, anger, fear, all those things he was tempted with, he's been through somehow. This is supernatural. The Son of God did this supernaturally. I don't know how it all works, but I do know that he is the Messiah, that he died on the cross and he rose from the dead on the third day. And he rose himself from the dead by the power of the Spirit of God, the Lord's Spirit, the Spirit of the Father, the Holy Spirit, rose Jesus Christ from the dead. So this man, the Son of God, innocent, died for us. His flesh ripped out, the visage, couldn't even tell it was a man, hanging there naked on the cross, bleeding out, being mocked and spit on, even when he's sitting there hanging on a cross with nails in his hands or his wrists or however that works, and his feet bleeding and and they're mocking him. And then at one point says, Father, why have you forsaken me? Remember? He had to experience that for that split time, I believe, for that moment. So you didn't have to. If Jesus didn't go through every single thing, the fear of death, the fear of God leaving him, all this stuff, the father leaving him, if he didn't go through all those experiences, then there would be no salvation, right? He had to go through everything as the atonement for us. So you can look towards him, your savior. He's a great savior. So when you want to be in ministry, you want to help people, you're counseling people as a pastor, you always bring them to the cross. You bring the person to the cross. Because at the cross, that's when things fall off of you. The shame, the guilt, the fear, the torment, the sin, the strongholds of ungodliness, all those things. You see the beauty of God's love for you. So refocus yourself on the cross, and that's all you're gonna get on Holy Ghost television. You're gonna hear about the Lord Jesus Christ. That's it. You know, I've done the man's wisdom, I've tried to figure out this demon and that demon and this and how to get people free here and things like that. And at times I was tormented by it because I care about people so much. I really care about Christians suffering. There's so many of them in your own local church. Your ministry could be unlimited at your own local church. There's people struggling everywhere. Okay, bring them to the cross, explain to them, teach them, preach to them Jesus Christ Him crucified. Simplify Christianity. Jesus fulfilled everything. Everything that was written about him, every prophetic thing that was written about him, Jesus fulfilled it. It's absolutely wonderful. And then he rose from the dead and he was with the 500 and the disciples for what 40 days, teaching them things of the kingdom of God, pointing them to the scripture, enlightening them. If you struggle with wisdom with the Bible, God can give it to you. I just, you know, I never, when I was younger in the Lord, I didn't realize uh the need for us to ask God for wisdom and He'll give it to us. You know, I used to read the Bible, and you know, I I felt like I was unlearned. I didn't really understand it until I started really asking the Lord, Lord, would you open my eyes like you did the disciples? Would you open my eyes to the scriptures so I can see? And so and then I started seeing, I was like, oh, this is what this means. Oh, okay, I understand now. I had a conversation a while back when evangelists uh overseas were overseas, and I was helping them out and stuff, and nice man. And we just come from different backgrounds, right? And and uh and uh we were doing ministry over there, and uh and uh I remember when I first met him, we were talking about stuff. You know, you start talking about the Lord and testimonies and stuff, and I said, you know, uh you do realize that this whole this whole book here, the Bible, the whole thing is summed up with love. Divine love. It's the love book. And you know, I remember him saying something like, Well, you can't just tell people to love God and love people. I said, Well, yeah, you can. I'll show you. And so for the next couple, couple, uh, uh couple days or whatever, I was with this person. We were chatting about scriptures, and I'd always bring it back to the love of God at the cross, and and after, you know, he he was a very, very nice person. He uh, you know, and he was uh he wanted to learn and stuff because he was younger than me. And uh after a few days of me, he's like, Wow, you're right. He said, It is, it's all about love, God's love for us, you know, and our need to have God's love in us and to love others. So, yeah, it really is. You know, because you can teach people a bunch of rules, guys, you know. I can tell you, don't do this, don't do that. But when you see the cross, you realize your need, you your need for Jesus Christ, your need for your sins to be forgiven, that Jesus took it all, that his flesh was ripped apart for you. When you realize that Jesus Christ's flesh was ripped apart for you, and you you actually get that in your mind and your heart, that leads you to repentance. See, it's the goodness of God that leads you to repentance. It's not, don't do this because you're gonna burn in the lake of fire, Christian. Don't do that. That's not it, guys. It's lift Jesus up. Hey, Jesus' flesh was ripped apart for you. And the Holy Spirit can work in your heart, and it's hearing the gospel, it's hearing about Jesus Christ's blood, it's about his perfection for you, all these things. And then you get that heart transformation, the circumcision of the heart, and then you don't want to go do things. But if you just tell people do's and don'ts, you're just teaching works-based, law-based Christianity, and then you have a bunch of sin everywhere, and then people are sinning more, and they're more addicted than ever. Why is that person so addicted? Aren't they a Christian? They got taught the works-based mentality. Okay, they got taught works, and you might be one of those person people that was taught sinless perfection, works-based stuff, self-righteousness. Guys, the Pharisees were self-righteous. They had all the rules, remember? Jesus came in, didn't wash his hands. Think how cool that is. The Pharisees are like, Okay, you gotta wash your hands like a ritual, you gotta do it this way, you gotta, you know, you gotta use this type of cloth, you gotta wash your hands this way. Jesus came in, he's like, give me some chicken or lamb or whatever they eat, right? Fish. Give me some bread. Can I please have some olives? He didn't wash his hands like the Pharisees. That's what we're that's what you're commanded to do. I was in one of those guys. I was in a cult where everything the cult leader said was a commandment from God. That's what they said. That's what people do. Religious people do that, guys. People are trying to control you. They tell you it's this is what God says because they interpret it a certain way. They interpret things a certain way. See? But here's the great part, guys. First John says that you have received the anointing from the Holy One. I feel the presence of God so strong, Lord. I love you so much. You have an anointing from the Holy One, and you have need of no man to teach you. There's no lie in him. You know, I paraphrased that. But if you if you get close to the Holy Spirit and you have a sincere heart to know truth, guess what's gonna happen? He's gonna fill you with his truth and righteousness the correct way. See, I used to think it was how hard, how hard can I pray through to get rid of that evil in my soul? And so I'd pray for hours and cry and tell the Lord, oh, how horrible this is that I have this lust in there. Oh my gosh, my heart is so wicked. I'm such an evil man. And I cry as a saved, born-again Christian. And guess what happened? God would come and comfort me and love me. And sometimes I get a little deliverance here and there. But then a couple days later, because the way I believed about works based, self-righteousness, I believed I was a dirty person because of my soul that was going through transformation, and so I believed I was a lustful man. But in reality, the truth was is that Jesus took all that for me, and I have a new heart, I've been circumcised in my heart. I'm not an evil person in my heart anymore, I have God in my heart. So, what's manifesting then? My flesh, that part of your soul that you struggle with, the stronghold. And if you take identity in your sin, if you take identity in big emotions, then they manifest more. Because now you're taking identity in the wrong thing. That's why it's important for you to go back to the cross. What did Jesus do for you? It is complete, it is fulfilled, it is finished. What's finished? The law of sin and death. Death has been abolished, guys. That's the first thing you need to know. In Christ, death has been abolished. The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from what? The law of sin and death. You can't justify yourself by the law anymore, guys. So if you are struggling, you need to stop trying to justify yourself by your behavior and you need to look towards the cross and at the resurrected Savior. Okay? This might be some you know, first time people heard this. That you need to understand that it is complete and fulfilled and finished. Now it's all faith. If you're born again, if you have made that confession of faith and you've had a heart transformation, you've been baptized in water, you've been filled with the Holy Spirit, all these things, let's say, right? If you have a circumcised heart, that's what I'm trying to get at. If you have a circumcised heart and you know you're born again, you're saved. You're sealed, guys. You're guaranteed the eternal inheritance. You're guaranteed if you're born again. That's the whole if there, guys. See, I'm not saying like with maybe I'm not trying to say it for people who are Christians watching us. I'm saying, like, for the people that oh, I'm Christian. I'm a Christian in there. They're all messed up. Like I started this this uh this uh broadcast talking about, and you're like, how is that person a Christian? One, they're they haven't been circumcised in heart, maybe, or two, they have, but then they got under self-righteousness and works, and now they're judgmental and um lustful, angry, uh bitter, unforgiving. You're like, how is this possible? Well, first John says, if you hate your brother, you're what? You're blinded, darkness has blinded you. So people can be blinded, and so what's the light of the Lord? You know, what's the light of God? Jesus is the light of the world. So we bring those people to the what? Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection. That's why it's so important that we teach the cross. You should always hear the gospel, guys. I'm telling you, you should always remind yourself when you're struggling, people struggle. I've struggled with things. I still have little struggles here and there, guys. Remember, Paul said I'm not yet perfected. One thing I do is I forget those things behind and I press on to the prize of high calling Christ Jesus. So you're pressing on. If you're stuck in the past or something you did last week, you need to press on, you need to trust your Savior that it's under the blood. Because Apostle John told us, I write these things to you so you don't sin. So sinning, Paul said, should we sin and let grace abound, God forbid? How can we what? Continue in something that we died to. So you have to believe you died to sin. But if anyone sins, if you go do something dumb, you have a little bit of rebellion here and there, or whatever happens, you fall, you get back up, and you look towards Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of your faith, who called you the holy calling. So your goal isn't sinless perfection, your goal is to transform into the image of the Son of God, who is love. And when you walk in love, you fulfilled the entire law. And love already lives inside of you, so you actually are, you've already fulfilled the law inside. So when you go to judgment day, you get judged at the Bhima seat, not the gray-white throne, right? I'm not totally sure about all stuff, but right now I believe you go to a beam a seat and you give account of your life to God, your Christian life. Okay, you don't go to the lake of fire then. You go and you get your rewards or they burn away, right? So let's say you did ministry, but your ministry was all ego, and you just wanted to get money, or you want to control people or whatever, and you get to the beam of seat, and God's like, Well, your motives were all wrong, so you don't get any rewards for all that work you did. So you could be an evangelist in Africa winning a hundred thousand people to the Lord every week. But if you're doing it to just because you just want to be famous and you like to be on TV or whatever, and you're not really doing it with the Lord, you're not doing it for the Lord with a good heart, and you love people, well, you might lose some of that rewards. You might, who knows? So there's people out there that are doing ministry thinking they're earning either salvation or they're earning a bunch of stuff, and they're not doing it with a good heart. And you you can tell those people, right? Ego, they do all that stuff, right? You want to be somebody that is close to the Holy Ghost and does what he wants you to do. And when you do what he wants you to do, it's simple, easy, peaceful. You're not tired all the time. I know ministers that are so tired all the time. I'm so tired. I'm like, man, are you doing ministry with your with the Lord or with yourself here? I met a pastor a couple years ago here in Phoenix, big church. I was talking to this person, and I I told, you know, and he was talking about how tired he was. You know, we were having a private meeting, whatever. Tired the person was, and I was like, I was like, brother, maybe maybe you need to take a vacation and go to a cabin somewhere and just hang out with the Lord. Or whatever. You know, and some people they don't like hearing that because their identity isn't doing works, working hard, which is good if you do it with the Holy Ghost. I'm trying to get you to see something here. That it is you're complete in Christ. You can rest in the back of the boat. You can rest, guys. You're allowed to rest and just believe the truth. Well, faith without works is dead. Of course, guys. I'm not saying don't do nothing and don't love people, don't be a giver, don't stop fellowship with people. I'm not saying that. I'm saying maybe you need to re-look at how you're running your life and are you doing it in your flesh with your own strength, and that's why you're tired. Maybe you're tired all the time because you're in your own strength. Maybe you don't like reading the Bible or prayer because you're doing it in your own strength. Maybe you need to receive the truth that Jesus Christ loves you, not because you're a great person, but because in the divine plan of God you've been chosen. Predestined somehow. He's outside of time. I don't know how this works. Right? I'm not gonna try to explain it. You know, they they try to put you in a box. You're Calvinist, you're this, you're Catholic, you're uh you're Pentecostal, you're this. I'm not gonna be in a box, guys. I got the Holy Ghost. I'm not just a Christian, I'm a follower of Jesus, I love God.
SPEAKER_02Right?
SPEAKER_01So don't go in a box. Don't go in a box. Be open to the Holy Ghost teaching you new things. And so have that relationship with Him. And if it's hard for you, I tell some people write a letter to the Lord. If prayer's hard, you know, if maybe you're not really into prayer right now, maybe you don't really know how to, write a letter. Maybe you can write a letter, handwrite a letter to the Lord. You know, guys, everything that's done with your heart, the Lord sees. So if all you know, maybe you're weak right now physically, maybe all you can do is have a cup of tea in a chair like this and sit with the Lord and just tell him you're thankful that his flesh was ripped out off of him for you, that his visage was worse than any man, couldn't even tell it was a man, that his beard was ripped out for you, that his head was beaten with that crown of thorns on, for your mental health, for your emotional health, that the peace of God, you know, is yours, not because you're a perfect person, but because you truly believe in the blood of Jesus Christ, because all things are possible, those who truly believe in the blood of Jesus, who believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and you share that with people. You continue to share the gospel with your children, you know, they're going through stuff. Remind them to talk, maybe talk with them and have them repeat it to you, you know. Oh, you're going through anxiety? Did Jesus go through anxiety? What kind of anxiety do you think Jesus went through, guys? Think about it. Hey Amber on YouTube. Hey, good to see you. All right, thanks for joining. Guys, give me a follow, give me a like if you want, right? Okay, so give me a comment. Think of the anxiety Jesus went through for you. So instead of thinking you're alone in the anxiety and the panic attacks, why don't you trust in the word of God? Jesus said, do not fear. Says it a lot in the Bible. So he that fears fears punishment, judgment. What does that tell me? That's in 1 John. So somebody that fears is living in fear, that's constantly in fear, they're fearing some sort of judgment, they don't have a revelation, or they don't fully understand yet. Or they're not, they're they're losing their the sight, right? That Jesus took everything for them. You don't have to live in fear of death, guys. Death has been abolished. Hear me. Somebody needs to hear this. Death has been abolished. There is no death to those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. That is enough to get you through anything. You know, you're afraid of cancer, you're afraid of this, you're afraid of, you know, disease and sickness, and oh my gosh. Guys, it doesn't matter. You could be in a hospital room right now. Jesus Christ abolished death. So you can rest knowing your savior has you, no matter what you face. And all things work together for your good anyway. So you've been through disease for a long time, you've been through mental torment for a long time. Okay. Hey, I've been through things for a long time too. I prayed, fasted, did everything, and then somehow it works out for my good. So even if you go through tragedy, it can still work out for your good. Amen. Amen. Praise God, Annette. Praise God. Thanks for joining.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So that's all you're gonna hear at Holy Ghost television. We're gonna lift up the name of Jesus. I'm not gonna give you a bunch of uh side quests. I'm gonna teach you the gospel. And then you have to remember that as you have confessed Jesus and you have been circumcised in your heart, you can't uncircumcise yourself. You know, physically, somebody couldn't. I mean, they could try, I guess, an operation or something, right? You have been sealed. You know the word seal there is like a stamp, like the old Roman governor or something, right? You have like a wax stick, you have a ring, and you have a wax stamp, right? Like a scroll, you stamp it, you'd seal it. Okay, who seals it though? Think about that. This is what I want. This is a I just got that, thank you, Lord. Okay, so who is the ruler stamping the seal? You're sealed by who God. Okay, so if you think you can break the seal, see that's the problem with this whole lose your salvation all the time thing. It puts so much emphasis on the person to perform. Isn't it interesting? It's so backwards of what I used to believe. Think about that. You're sealed with a guarantee of eternal life. Okay, so you're sealed with the ring, right? Let's say, right? With the seal, that that ring. Who can break the seal? You can? Oh, okay, so you can. All right. But what happens if they go out in unbelief and they just okay, well, first John talks about that. If they go out from us and they become antichrists or they become apostates, it says they were never part of us. You they weren't really truly part of us ever. They never had the circumcision of heart. Somebody that has a circumcised heart, guys, they've been touched by God. And our heart bears witness what? That we're sons of God, that we've been adopted by the Father. We cry out, Ah, the Father. So all of a sudden we're just we we're strong enough to break the seal. What is what are we doing here, guys? See? What does sin do to people? It destroys their life. You want to go do a bunch of bad stuff? I've been there, guys. One, it doesn't fulfill anything. Two, it can damage your life, your health, your relationships. So a mature Christian knows that sin is pointless. Going and practicing sin is pointless. It's totally pointless. It doesn't lead anywhere but your life decaying. There you go. Life decay and death. Early death, prison? Who knows? You get you know, who knows what could happen. Why go that route? Why decay your life? Why get zero rewards when you meet Jesus? See, in my mind, doesn't make any sense. I'm gonna follow the Lord, I'm gonna walk in what? Being set apart, holiness. You're set apart from the world. That holiness, set apart. You're set apart for his what? His good works. You're set apart. So instead of thinking, oh, I can't do stuff because oh, this or that, just go pros and cons. You know, the temptation's easier when you just pros and cons that okay. Well, I could do that. That's a temptation. That's stupid though. Because the pro, just write it down. What's the pro? You know, what's the pro of me going over to the bar tonight? What's the pro there? Get drunk. What's the pro? Laugh a little bit, maybe? What's the con? There's a truckload of them. I used to be a drunk. Little Timmy, what are you doing? You want to come say hi? Okay, it's my dog. So what's the cons? Tons of them. DUI. Uh I can end up getting arrested. Uh I could embarrass myself, throw up. I mean, there's all sorts of get health problems, liver conditions. There's all sorts of cons to it. So when I drive by the bar, I don't go, oh my gosh, I can't go to the bar. I used to be an alcoholic, I can't go. I just say pros and cons. Literally, no con no pros in my life for that. There's really no pros there. There's a ton of cons. You can do that with anything. Drugs. What's the pro? Oh, you laugh a little bit, maybe you feel relaxed a little bit. What's the cons? There's a ton of cons. Jail, uh, disease, whatever it is, right? I know somebody that, you know, they they got uh you know HIV from being a drug user. There's all sorts of cons. Lying to people, lying to your spouse. Okay, now you got guilt. You know, there's no pros to it. Maybe you got away with something for a little thing. You got away with it. But what now what do you got to carry? You got to stay up with the lie, you know, you gotta stay on top of the lie. You've broken trust, you got guilt, all that stuff. And if you got the Holy Ghost, your nature doesn't want to do that. So now you're fighting that thing. See, unforgiveness, what's that do for you? There's no pros to that. Zero. What's a pro to being unforgiving? Zero. Right? Zero. There's zero, guys. See? Just and that's why you know I tell when I minister to young people, you know, like youth, what's the pros and cons of some of this stuff? Sure, you have freedom in Christ, but what's the pros and cons? And you make up your own mind. You do bad choices, guess what's gonna happen? Bad stuff eventually. Whatever you sow, you'll reap eventually, right? So, what you want to do is you want to sow less to the flesh and so keep sowing to the spirit, and pretty soon you you really you're like, wow, I sow to the spirit a lot, and less to the flesh. Wow, way less. Your character gets better, you're more patient, you can forgive people, and of course, you still go through stuff. And of course, you might fall once in a while. Of course, you might get offended here or there in your emotion. That's something you're working on. I'm talking about more of just like choosing to do stupid things. Okay, so look at it differently, guys. Look at it as life and death. You want eternal life, which is to know the Father. You want to know the Father. When we start living in our flesh, we feel far away from God. You know, I remember one time I was trying to trying to um I was I was trying to be a normal normal Christian, normal person, right? I felt like I just want to be a normal person. I'm not called to be a normal person. I'm a son of God. I'm not called to be normal, sorry. Right? Maybe you are, I'm not, right? Uh, but like I always thought, oh, normal, like a nominal person, like somebody that just you know goes to church, but they just live like a just a normal life. They don't really, you know, and I just I don't know, I got tempted by it or whatever. So I was like, oh, I'll just do normal stuff, do this. And I'm like, this isn't this is not satisfying at all, like total boredom. Like, I I I don't have like go to a bar and sit and watch sports. Maybe you can do that. For me, I find it completely pointless. That's my personal opinion. Not not bashing if you like sports, it's just not me. But like, I just see stuff as like, wow, this is I just see stuff as like wow, this is kind of pointless. A lot of a lot of a lot of the stuff we I thought was fun when I was in the flesh or in the world is totally pointless, and that's because I'm in the spirit, and so I think differently now. Okay, there's nothing wrong with like sports, guys. I would just use that example. That's my personal thing. Might be something different for somebody else, right? So, anyway, so I was uh I've just noticed the closer I get to the Lord, the less I really care about stuff of the world at all. Like talk to me about politics. I really don't even like politics anymore. I ran for city council, a loss, but hey, it was worth it because I learned I'm not really into politics unless the Lord calls me to it again, you know. Like I'm just not I'm not interested in talking about politics. I'm not I'm not interested in any of that stuff. I'm interested in the Holy Ghost. I'm interested in you getting saved, healed, delivered. I'm interested in you prospering. I'm interested in building up the body of Christ in love so that we can come to the fullness of God, right? And then the sons of God can start manifesting on the earth. But if we just keep paying attention to all this stuff of the world and being afraid of finances and the price of groceries and everything like that, guys, where's our faith, right? Don't be conformed to what the world in your ignorance. Don't be conformed. Don't take your faith and conform it to the world. Don't take your faith and just conform it to the world system. Be transformed. Be restructured by the renewal of your mind. So start thinking differently, and it's okay to think differently and to be different. It's okay not to have a hundred friends that all aren't serving God. It's okay to have a good friend, you know, little friends that all serve God. That's way better than having a hundred friends that don't serve God. It's okay if you go through seasons of uh feeling like you're, you know, alone. Lord, I'm kind of alone out here. God's doing something in you. It's okay if you're not married right now. God knows your heart's desire. It's okay if you don't have a 401k right now. It's okay if you don't have the greatest job right now. God knows. Get out of yourself, right? So the cross, Jesus took everything for us. It is finished. We are now free from death. We're free from the law that held us. Paul said, Through the law, I died to the law that I might come to Christ. It's no longer I that live, but Christ that lives in me. The life I now live. So the life we now live, we live by faith. Remember, faith is the only thing that pleases God, and that's to trust in the unseen, trust in the word of God, trust in God Almighty, trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, trust that he hears you even when you feel tormented, trust that he hears you even if you're in the doctor's office or hospital, trust that he hears you when your child's sick, comes home from school sick, trust that he hears you when you have to go visit your cousin in prison or whatever, right? I'm trying to encourage you that God hears you because you have faith in his son. And you didn't earn God's favor, he gifted it to you. Okay? You didn't earn anything. He gifted it to you. So even the gifts that we get at the Bhima seed of Christ, we get gifts, you know, uh we'll be gifted because of our works, but the works are prepared for us before the foundation of the world. See? So in reality, those are even Jesus' gifts. See, everything comes back to glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ as nothing about you. Nothing about you, other than that God loves us, right? And we're one with Him, right? So we're part of God somehow, right? So you have to get your mind off yourself and look and focus at the author and finisher of your faith and remember what He did for you. When you stop remembering what He did for you. That's when the sin flares up. That's when you feel tired. That's when you're depressed because you're forgetting that you're forgiven. Even in your struggle, you're forgiven. You might have a personality issue. Maybe you're abused for years and you don't know who you are yet. Just remember that you're forgiven and Jesus loves you. I knew a person years ago, a lady years ago, that went through horrific trauma. She was uh SRA, satanically ritually abused. Okay. So she went through horrific things where they were doing weird stuff. Okay, they were abusing her. Uh very bad. And she broke. So her personality was all messed up. She had like five different people in her. And one of them always wanted to cut. So her go-to when any anytime she had an issue emotionally, she would go right to cutting herself.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01Hey Brandy, good to see you on YouTube, right? They would cut. So one of the personalities always wanted to cut. So this person had razor blades all the time with them. So they go right to it. And this was a person that loved Jesus that was born again. But their personality, their mind structure was so damaged. So there's these people in your church and people you'll run into in ministry that are so damaged, like I was. I was I used to have schizophrenia. Felt like I had different personalities. I mean, I wrote about in my book. But this person was way worse. Okay, so you'll meet people that have taken these different identities and kind of put them together. And it's like these identities that they, they're strongholds. Some people say that they that they're uh people, deliverance people, they kind of argue over what this really is, but in reality, they're strongholds. Let's call them strongholds somehow, right? Somehow the soul can break off and create different personalities. You know, I don't, I'm not God. I don't, you know, some sometimes people say it's it's to protect the person's real soul and things like that. I'm not getting into all the mechanics of it because I'm preaching Jesus, okay? So no matter what, if it's broken off, if it's this or that, if they got 10 personalities, 100 personalities, the cross is that solves it. The cross solves it, okay? The cross can either if the they need to merge or if they need deliverance, or whatever it is, the cross is the answer, right? So if you run into these people, the cross is the answer for them. The cross. Talk to them about the cross, what Jesus did for them, okay? What Jesus did for them at the cross, at the cross, you're complete and whole in Christ. So if you have personality disorder, guess what? You're complete and whole in Christ. Start believing that. And then when you deal with the personality stuff, you remind yourself that Jesus makes you whole, that you have a true personality God's given to you inside your spirit, and it's going to start manifesting. And you have to learn who you are and ask God for wisdom to show you who you are and to help help you change your mind and believe correctly. If you deal with the different types of attractions, same thing. You feel like you've been this way your whole life. God has to teach you who you really are. Okay. Maybe you've struggled with that stuff your whole life. Maybe you've taken full identity in it. Well, God can teach you who you are. God can show you who you are. That's where that revelation of or or the belief or or hearing the gospel, right? Because here faith comes by hearing the word, right? The word of God. And so when we hear the gospel, we can transform. When we know that we're forgiven and that God is with us and that we're complete in Him. But if we just teach people they're broken, you're broken, you're you need all this deliverance to be free. You have to go through my booklet to be free. You have to pretty soon it's like now you're just bogged down by confusion. How much more do I have to pray to get a breakthrough? How much longer till I feel better? When am I going to feel complete? When is the anger going to leave? You need to believe the truth. Jesus' flesh was broken, ripped apart so that you can be whole. And in him, you are whole. He wore that crown of thorns, beaten with the pole, the crown of thorns on his head, beaten into his head, beard ripped out, spit on, beaten to a pulp, bleeding profusely, more than any man, his visage, nobody could tell it was a man hanging on the cross. He did that so you can be whole. But if you put it on yourself, I have to do this, I have to do all this, I have to, I now you become self-righteous. See? Instead of surrendering, like I always talk about, it's about surrendering at the foot of Jesus Christ, at his feet. So if you're struggling, people ask me, how do I get closer to God? I'm struggling here, just get on your knees before you go to bed, right by your bed if you can, or sit on a chair, or lay on your bed, and you just talk to the Lord. You talk to the Lord. Lord, here, even if it's five minutes, if you got to write a letter, write a letter. And instead of praying from a place of unbelief. Lord, I'm so afraid. Lord, I'm such an angry person. Lord, I'm so sickly. I'm a sickly person. I have this, Lord, instead. Pray from a place of faith. Lord, thank you that you've made me complete. You know, every issue in my life. You know how I feel in my soul. But Lord, your truth says that I am complete in him. And it's because of your sacrifice and your resurrection and the Holy Spirit that lives inside of me that I am complete. I ask that you help me. That you help me in this time of need. And Jesus said, the Bible says to cast your cares upon the Lord, because he cares for you. See, you can cast your cares upon him. See, this isn't rocket science, guys. You have to remember, 2,000 years ago, most people didn't even read. You had to go to a house church to hear the Bible. And so they so Jesus instituted what? Communion. Why? Because it tells the story of the crucifixion, the resurrection, right? You can take communion and you can share the story house to house, breaking bread. You don't need a whole entire Bible because Bibles were very expensive to print. They didn't even have printing presses back then. So it was, you know, let's say a million dollars, a hundred thousand dollars to get a scribe to do a Bible for you in leather or whatever animal skins. Okay. So what did they do? They went door to door and they shared the gospel and whatever word they they could remember, or maybe they had it right written down on a little scroll or something. I don't know. But they would go and they break bread. This is the broken body of Christ. Do this in remembrance of him. His body was broken for you. And then they talked just like I did. His flesh was ripped off. So this cup is the cup of his blood, right? Do this in remembrance of him. So we we drink this cup in remembrance of Christ. See? And some people believe it turns into Christ. I'm not going to get into all that. He said, do this in remembrance of me. So it's a remembrance thing. I mean, that's what the Bible says, so you know, you can argue if you think it's transiated or whatever, right? I would say Jesus instituted it when he was there. And so he was giving a sermon about what was happening. This is my flesh broken for you. So he's sharing what? What's going to happen to him? See? So you can do that door to door. That's what they did. That's how they won souls.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_01They break bread with each other, then they go preach a gospel, and they come over to somebody's house, teach them a gospel, break bread with them, right? Have dinner with them, then however they did it. But see the importance of communion and how simple that is. You can go to a nation and you can go evangelize 2,000 years ago and you didn't have a stack of Bibles. You had communion and you had the word of God and you had the Holy Ghost power. And you had your scroll, right? Or whatever you had. Maybe you you were a shipwreck. You didn't have any scrolls like Paul. What'd he do? He healed the whole island pretty much, right? Whatever island you went to, was it Malta? No, that was. I think that was John, right? Island of Malta. I don't know, right? John was I don't know. Anyway. Uh Patmos, no island was uh John was Patmos because I was gonna go there when I was in Greece, but I didn't. Uh I was gonna go to the cave where he lived, but it looked kind of too touristy, so I was like, ah, I'll skip it because it was like two different flights. I'm like, I'm just gonna skip it. But I was gonna go there and live stream from it. Uh, but anyway, so that was the island of Patmos. So Paul was on Malta. So think of Paul, he's on a ship, it's a shipwreck. Okay. So do you think Paul had a stack of New Testament Bibles he was gonna go give people? Like, what did Paul do? He walked in love and in the power of the Holy Ghost. Got bit by a snake, remember? And then the see, God worked it out for the good. So we got bit by this deadly viper. Most of us who get stunned by a deadly viper and start screaming and fearing that we're gonna die instantly. Instead, Paul just shook it off his hand. Why? Why? How could Paul just shake it off his hand and just be like, whatever? Because Paul knew that he had a mission. So if you know your mission, uh a bite on your hand ain't gonna do nothing. Ain't gonna, I mean, it might cause some sickness for a while. He knows you're not dying because he's gotta go minister wherever else. So when you know the Lord, you already know you got a future, right? So you're not worried about little things like that. So this snake bites him, and what happens? The the people in Malta, the natives, start freaking out. The guy's gonna die. He was a murderer, that's why he got bit. The gods killed him. Then what happened? Nothing happened to him. God's so great. So something bad happens to Paul. He gets bit by a snake, deadly snake, wherever he's scared, he's gonna die. And then what did they do? Amen. Harbinger. He said Paul knew that he had to preach in Rome. Yeah, exactly. On YouTube, thanks for the comment. Exactly. So he already knew, so he gets bit by a snake. Well, I'm still going to Rome. So he had faith, trusted God, wasn't afraid. And then what happened? Then the natives start what? Thinking he was a god. Or something like that, right? I don't have, you know, I don't have the exact scripture in there, but they were thinking, wow, now this guy's one of the gods, or the gods now favor on him, or whatever, right? So then he healed what? The father of the ruler or the father-in-law of the ruler or somebody, right? Of the native tribe. He gets healed, and then everybody starts getting healed. And what he did preach the gospel to him, then had soup, they had favor with him. And then he eventually ended up in Rome. So a bad thing happens, God what? Wins souls through it. So all the bad stuff that goes in your life, maybe God's setting you up. Instead of you thinking every bad thing that happens to you is, oh my gosh, I'm cursed. See, somebody told you that. See, somebody's telling you you're cursed. Who's telling you you're cursed? Didn't the curse of the law fall on Jesus? So who's telling you you're cursed? Maybe talk with that person or stop listening to them. Maybe start seeing yourself as blessed and filled with the glory of God. And beloved. Why don't you start seeing yourself as beloved? Why don't you start seeing yourself as like super beloved? You ever thought about that? Just start seeing yourself. I'm just super beloved of the Lord. Not because I'm a great person, because I got the Holy Ghost. I'm sealed. I got the blood of Jesus. I have eternal life. Jesus abolished death for me. Why don't you start seeing yourself a little different? You're all afraid of everything. Jesus abolished death. I'm good. I'm good. See? Those people that got burned at the stake and fed the lions in Rome. Right? They believed. They believed what? That death was abolished. Nero, supposedly Nero, the emperor used to put Christians on stakes and burn them for light for his parties in Rome. Imagine going to a party, and this evil emperor is burning Christians. And the lamps of the palace outside are all bodies of Christians burning. Think of the fear those people could have encountered. Hey, we're gonna put you, you're gonna burn at the stake in front of the emperor. Oh, you and your whole family. Unless you recant. And they're like, nope. Jesus is Lord. Light me up. Let's do it. Bravery, huh? Where'd they get the bravery from? It wasn't their own. It's from the Holy Ghost. It's from Jesus Christ. Who was the bravest of all? Who's the bravest person that ever lived? Jesus Christ. Who's the most mighty warrior that ever lived? Jesus Christ. Who's the most powerful? Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is everything, guys. He's your everything. He is your everything. And you keep looking at him and you start changing. Keep looking at the glory of God. Keep looking at the cross, what Jesus did for you, and how he resurrected himself from the dead by the Holy Ghost. And he sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for you as your high priest, too. Like, how does this even work? It's amazing. It's the goodness of God that leads you to repentance. So it's the goodness of God who's going to lead your family members and people that you know to Christ. Okay? It's the goodness of God. And the goodness of God is found in the person of Jesus Christ. Amen. I hope this encouraged you today, guys. Guys, would you uh do me a favor? Go to the website, download the app. We have like a couple more downloads on the app, and I think we're gonna hit 1,300 app downloads, which is crazy because when I when I felt like the Lord wanted me to do the app, I thought maybe I get like a hundred downloads. Now we got 1300. One day we have 13,000. Right? Who knows, guys? Why not? Or I'll just get rid of the app completely. I don't know what God's gonna do. I'm just gonna try to be led by him. And I might be off once in a while. I don't know. You know, because it's a life of faith, and it's okay if I make mistakes once in a while with you know things with the ministry or whatever. Sometimes I, you know, I do things and I think it's the Lord who's not sometimes. I'm not perfect, right? So I try to be sensitive to what I feel is our season to do stuff right now. It's the app you can get that in the ministry store, the father's friends app. You can just get that, okay? The fathersfriends.org. Okay, that's our website. Check us out. Um, appreciate your support of the ministry, guys. If you get stuff from the ministry, if you feel you've been ministered to, you want to help us, you can support us, guys. You can get books, you can uh we have all basically free videos, but you can get books. And so if you go to our online store, we've got evangelism shirts, the arm pads I talked about earlier. Uh you can become a monthly supporter. I want to get more monthly supporters, guys. I want to get like, I told the Lord, I want to get like probably like a hundred more monthly supporters. Because we can just keep going forward, guys, with the gospel. You know, uh the 700 Club, I think, was named because uh whatever his name was, but Pat Robertson. I think back in the day he was praying and he felt like he was supposed to do uh like 700 supporters. So I think that's why he called it the 700 club. I always wonder why, but I looked it up one time, or I saw it or something. 700 Club. So he got 700 supporters, and that's how we got on TV and stuff. I think so. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I read that somewhere. So if you guys want to partner with the ministry, go to the website, thefathersfriends.org. You can give, you can donate all that stuff. I don't try to manipulate people for money or promise you you're gonna be a millionaire if you support the ministry or nothing like that. All I know is if you give generously, you'll reap blessings. That's what the Bible says. If you give sparingly or begrudgingly, or uh being uh uh you're uh greed, not greedy, it's called uh I don't know what the name of it is. It's um or what's the name of that? When they give, when you give begrudgingly or you you give stingily, you'll reap stingily. So in reality, how you love people is how other people will love you somehow. I just it's this a weird spiritual thing. It's if you forgive people, other people forgive you more. If you have mercy on people, you'll reap more mercy from people, right? If you're generous with people and you're generous in the kingdom, you'll reap more generosity from others or whatever, right? Do it unto others like you want to be treated, I guess. Anyway, guys, I'm not trying to give a big spiel. I'm just saying thanks for supporting the ministry. Uh, you can do it at the fathersfriends.org. And if you haven't followed or subscribed, do that, and you can uh share too. You can share the broadcasts. Okay, so I'm trying to figure out what's next for the ministry. The Lord just keeps telling me to rest, and it's the hardest thing for me to learn how to rest. And so that's what I do, and that's what I'm doing live streams right now. I was, you know, sometimes I think I'm only supposed to do one live stream a week. Right now I'm doing like two, three. Okay, I don't know. I have no clue. Just follow Jesus, man. That should be a meme. Please don't make that a meme. I mean, you could if you want, but please don't. Because I mean it's as it is on it's on my stream. Like you can literally just snap this, you know, screen a quarter, make it a meme, but please don't. That was funny. I'm just trying to follow Jesus, man. Like, seriously, aren't we all just trying to follow Jesus? Right? And a lot of it's a mystery, guys. A lot of it's a mystery. How can God transform us supernaturally? We don't even see it, right? So sometimes, you know, like if you look at yourself like two years ago, you're like, wow, I've changed so much. At least I have. I can't imagine what I'm gonna be like 10 years from now. Hope I have like a million times more joy. I'm like a really happy old man. I don't want to be like an angry old man. I want to be like a happy old man. The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, and peace. Kindness, gentleness, goodness, humility, self-control. Okay? Something like that, right? So it's love, guys. Joy, peace. Love, joy, and peace. If you're lacking these things, look towards what Jesus did for you and how he sealed you with the Holy Spirit of promise. And how you're secure in your Savior as a son or daughter of God. Right? And how you couldn't even come to salvation unless the Spirit drew you. And so somehow God, before eternity began, he had a plan for you. So embrace that God is good and in him is no darkness. He's all light and he's got a plan. Amen. So, Lord, I pray for those, Lord, right now that just want more of your presence. I pray the power of the Spirit of Almighty God would go through the airwaves. And that, Lord, the gospel was preached best I could, and now I pray for supernatural miracles to take place to those that could recede today. I pray for miracle healings. Lord, I pray your compassion would touch the hearts of and bodies and minds of people, that the compassion of the Lord would come and people would be delivered from evil spirits, from mental illness, from diseases, from sicknesses. Lord, I ask that your angels would minister. I ask that you would set people free from debt, Lord, from uh uh from uh payments, that you would just supernaturally uh deliver people from you know hospital bills, medical bills, uh old credit card bills, that their credit would get better, that they would receive more income, Lord, that you would give them wisdom, that you'd help them trust you in all ways, all things. I pray, Lord, for breakthrough, that you give them just a new revelation of your love and your beauty. I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to go through this, the airwaves. I pray, Lord, that you would glorify yourself through Holy Ghost television. Thank you, Jesus. Father, I ask that you would glorify Jesus of Nazareth today. I ask that Jesus of Nazareth would be glorified through this live stream and that people would be encouraged in faith and that miracles would take place for someone and people out there for those that watch us in Jesus' name. And Lord, I pray for those that support the ministry financially and with their prayers. I pray extra blessings for them. Lord, I just ask that you work everything out for them, that they would see great breakthrough in their finances, Lord. Those that can be trusted with millions of dollars, that you would get them there, that they could be trusted and they could release all that money to them. And favor for them at their jobs, their careers. I pray it's for everybody, Lord. Jesus' name. Thank you, Lord. Bless them. I bless you, Lord. You're so faithful. Lord, we glorify you. You're so faithful. You're so faithful, King Jesus. We glorify you. We love you, Lord. We thank you so much. Thank you for the ministry, Lord, that you've entrusted me with. Thank you, Lord, for the future that you have for me. Thank you, Lord, for just little Timmy, Lord. He's such a little baby. Love my little dog, Lord, that you gave me. Amen. Jesus' name, Amen. Thank you, Lord, for deliverance, Lord. Yes, Lord. We just thank you for delivering people. I command all depression to just lift out of people's brains. I command every evil spirit to lift out. I command every evil spirit of torment to go. I command every evil spirit attached to people's bodies to go. Any evil spirit in my uh that hears my voice has to leave in the name of Jesus. Stop lying, just come out. Leave people's brains in Jesus' name. Let go in Jesus' name. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Jesus Christ. Thank you, God. Amen. Oh wow. I just don't even want to open my eyes. I feel so peaceful. Praise God. Hallelujah. I just don't even want to open my eyes. I just want to sit in peace. Love you guys. Alright, let me try to open my eyes. Oh wow. I I feel a lot of peace. Yeah, I get a little uh I get a little loopy when I feel the presence of God. I get really loopy sometimes. Because I have a lot of joy, guys. I have a lot of joy. I have a lot of joy. I have a lot of joy because grace has like totally transformed my life and my ministry and just everything in my life. Like learning about grace, you know, the grace of God has appeared to all men, teaching us what to abstain from ungodliness. That's what I'm talking about. The grace that gives you the power and the wisdom to understand the gospel, right? And to see, like, wow, I'm really forgiven. And that helps you break free from those chains and to believe that you're free from practicing sin. You don't need to live in ungodliness. It doesn't have power over you anymore. I'm actually in the spirit. You're in the spirit. If you're in Christ, you're in the spirit now. You're no longer in the realm of the flesh. You got the Holy Ghost. You're living in the Spirit. Now walk in the Spirit. Walk in love. Walk in joy. Walk in peace. Choose what you're going to believe. You're going to believe you're a loser for the rest of your life? You're going to believe you're always going to be in debt and you're always going to be sick and you're always going to be tormented and you're never going to be happy and God doesn't love you. Are you going to believe all this stuff forever? You can. God will still love you. But let's believe the truth. That God is doing a work inside of you for his glory. There is a work being done. Embrace that God is doing a work in you. And he has a plan. Amen. Love you guys. Thanks for your support. Thanks for your love.
