Hello, everybody. Nate Grimsman here. This is Spirit Stream number 49, Holy Ghost Television. I'm live. Just wanted to see how everybody's doing today. I'm here with my little dog. He's on my lap uh right here. So you can say hi to him. He's really tired. I don't know why he's he's sometimes lazy. So here is little Timmy. I know some of you haven't seen him for a while. Well, if you're on my socials, you see him because I always post about him all the time. It's my little my little puppy. He got his hair cut, so he's a little uh needs uh he's a little shaved a little bit too much. I think the groom did a little too much, but he's still a little baby, right? Yeah, still a little baby. So he's real tired. But he does like to sit like this and just chill. See, he's uh he chills. Hey Vanessa, good to see you. Hi. Little Timmy here, guys. Just wanted to let him say hi. All right, let him go back to sleep here. So thank you so much for uh joining today. Let's start with prayer and then we're gonna get going, okay? Uh, we're gonna go on teaching. I don't know what I'm teaching yet. Uh guys, I've been researching some stuff uh about how to uh expand the uh the Christian network, Holy Ghost Television. We're gonna uh be it's gonna be amazing, guys. So thank you so much for partnering with the ministry and supporting ministry financially so we can get this off the ground. This year is a great year. So, Lord, we thank you for 2020 uh 2026. We thank you for everything that's happening this year, good and bad. The Bible says to give thanks in in all circumstances. So we give thanks for all the good and bad this year that uh we'll uh uh you know we'll have to go through things, of course. And and but you'll always give us the victory in Christ Jesus. We can do all things through you, and Christ Jesus always gives us the victory, the triumph. And so, Lord, we thank you for that. We thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, thank you that I can do live streams and encourage your people. I thank you that I believe today uh I'm live streaming. I think if I look, Lord, I don't know, I'm gonna keep praying, but uh I'm uh trying to get it. I did some stuff with the website trying to get it to live stream in our app. So that's pretty neat. So hopefully people are there watching. So thank you so much, uh Lord, for technology and for the things that you're doing in my life and those that and in those that watch Holy Ghost television. Lord, this is Spirit Stream 49. I've done uh 49 spirit streams as well as all the power prayer streams, I think 30 of them so far. And I pray that uh you lead and guide uh the ministry into what it's called to be uh ever since the foundation of the world. Thank you, Lord. Jesus Christ's holy name we pray. Amen. You know, guys, remember that you were called before the foundation of the world. Like somehow you were called before the foundation of the world. Your life was already figured out by God. He already knew everything that's gonna happen. Uh, and he made a way uh through Jesus Christ for you to get through everything and for you to have a testimony when you get to the new earth or you get to judgment day or whatever, you're gonna be able to uh throw down your crown that God is going to give you, the crown of righteousness that we get that's gifted to us. And you're gonna be able to have a testimony of God's faithfulness to your life. So instead of looking at things negatively, rewire your mind by the word of God that all things work together for your good. So, like I say a lot of times in these broadcasts is that uh people call our prayer line, our 1808 know him uh prayer line, not all the time I say this, but you know, they call the prayer line. And uh they're always going through something negative, right? Because you don't really call for prayer when you're going through good stuff, you call for prayer when you're going through bad stuff, usually, right? And so people call. And I get all sorts of calls on there. We get all sorts of wild calls, uh interesting calls, counseling type, pastoral counseling type calls, people going through marriage issues, people going through anxiety, people going through addictions, people going through same-sex attraction, people going through all sorts of identity stuff, bipolar depression, all sorts of things. They have questions, they want to know what the Bible says, and you know, it's always negative. Whatever everybody's going through, it's always, oh, my life's ending, you know. And a lot of times I have to talk with the person, we have to talk with the person, right? And try to pull them off the ledge. And so a lot of times ministry as a pastor or just ministry in general is encouraging people. So when you share the gospel, you're supposed to share it with love, the truth in love to people. Okay, you don't bash people with the Bible, you share the truth in love. There's a time for rebuking and a time for reproving people. Of course, those that's usually for people who are going astray, rebelling, uh, going against what God's word says, then you Christians, you go and you uh you reprove them with the word of God. We're supposed to walk in love. For example, if you show up, let's say I'm a pastor of a church, you show up, you're gossiping, you're uh walking unforgiveness and hatred towards the worship team, somebody in the worship team, or maybe one of your neighbors in the church, you know, a brethren, that's when you sit down and you go back through the Bible with the person and explain that they're to walk in love. You are to walk in the spirit. That reproving, rebuking can come as easily as that. So every behavior somebody does that's negative is not loving, right? And so you just can bring them back to the focus of love. The end of the law is Christ, who is love because God is love. God showed his love to mankind through what? Through Christ, through sending his only begotten son, whosoever believeth him, right, should not perish but have everlasting life. So his son came, died on the cross for our sins. He is the Messiah. Jesus is Lord, King of kings, Lord of lords, and then he rose from the dead to give us hope for eternal life. So our sins are forgiven. And if you really believe you're forgiven, it's easier to forgive others. So if you deal with somebody, or maybe it's you, you deal with unforgiveness and you're afraid and you're dealing with all these things. Realize that unforgiveness is really just you not accepting that you're really forgiven. Because when you're forgiven and you accept the forgiveness of Christ and you have eternal life as a free gift, it's easier to forgive others in your soul. So you're so let's talk about forgiveness today. Let's do that. Thank you, Lord. I'm just gonna check something real quick, guys. Uh, make sure I'm uh I'm broadcasting. For some reason, it has um interesting. So we have a we have a really big lag. Let me see this lag I got going on here. Um sorry guys, I you know I'm doing it all myself here. Let's see how big the lag is. Um here we go. Your soul. So the lag's not bad. All right, so uh yeah, so I am uh I am live streaming from the uh website, which is pretty cool. I'm also uh I have a uh I'm having a chat with somebody this next week um about creating an app for Holy Ghost television. Specifically, we're gonna start streaming uh like a real Christian network, like on Roku, Apple TV, television, whatever website, all that stuff. So it's gonna be totally different in the future. Um, and I'm just still praying about that. It takes a lot of money, but hey, you know what? If God wants me to do it, money will just show up. That's how it works. I don't look towards you for money, I look towards the Lord. All right, so anyway, but I appreciate people that give because the Lord puts on their heart. Okay, so forgiveness. So when somebody's dealing with unforgiveness, where is that unforgiveness at, guys? Where is it? Is it in your spirit, man? Is it in your new creation, in your new heart, in your heart of flesh? Or is it in your unregenerated area of your soul? So you think of your soul, your mind, your emotions, that's part of your uh your your whole self, but your flesh and your soul aren't regenerated at salvation. You get born again in your spirit, right? We get a new spirit, and then our soul starts transforming through the Holy Spirit in us, through the word of God. That's why you need to transform yourself in the renewing of your mind by the word of God. And I go through that a lot and I talk about that. So a lot of times with unforgiveness, the person has to come out of agreement that it's their true self that has unforgiveness. And some people can't get this yet. But if you realize that your feelings, how you feel emotionally in here, was wired by trauma, your culture, how you grew up, things that happened to you, how you believe. And so when you realize that the truth is that you're forgiven, and forgiveness flows inside of your spirit, man, that forgiveness can flow through your soul, your mind, your emotions, into your flesh or into the world. So if you have trouble forgiving others, it's most likely a spiritual stronghold. Okay? So let's go to our uh let's go here. I'm gonna go over to um, I'm just gonna jump online real quick and then I'll share my screen. I'm going to uh all right, I'm gonna go over here to Bible Hub. I like looking at Bible Hub. So let's go here um to uh 2 Corinthians 10 and then let's talk about this. Uh let me go. How do I do this? Uh yeah, go here. No, here. Yeah, here we go. This is so fun, guys. All right, share screen. I'm gonna share this right here. Share. All right. So we there. Okay, so let's go to 2 Corinthians 10, 4. So Paul is basically saying here what? The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. So we're not fighting with uh missiles and guns and swords and knives and all that stuff, okay? Uh on the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. So that's kind of a uh not really the greatest translation right there of that. Let's go to King James. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. What is he talking about here? For the weapons of our warfare. So we're fighting a war, okay? So as a Christian, you're in a war. Everybody's in a war, but you're actually awake. You actually understand that you're in this war, right? A lot of people just live in the world and they don't realize that they're actually uh captive by the enemy, okay? So you're in this war. Okay, so you are actually in warfare, you're wrestling against principalities and powers. Okay, that's what it says in Ephesians, what, six, five, something like that. Okay, so you're wrestling, you're tug of warring basically. You're wrestling, you're struggling with what principalities and powers. Think about that. You are struggling with what exactly. You think you're struggling with depression, but what does the Bible say? You're actually wrestling against principalities and powers. And what are they trying to do? Okay, they're trying to kill, right? The devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy. But Christ came that we might have life and life more abundantly. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh. So what happens? I've, you know, you you get, let's say you get a bad neighbor in an apartment complex. Let's use that for example, and you think the neighbor is your enemy because they blare music all the time, or they're smoking drugs out front, or whatever. You think the neighbor's your enemy. But it says right there that the weapons of our warfare are not flesh. So we try to combat that person by maybe complaining at the department complex, calling the police on them, uh, maybe trying to argue with them or convince them of things. But what if there's a principality behind that person? And so a lot of times you get in these scuffles with people, and it's actually, you know, scuffles or arguments or whatever it is or disagreements, it's actually their mind connected to these principalities and powers that is provoking them to offend you or to not listen to you or do something that annoys you or hurts you. See? So our weapons are not weapons of the flesh, but they're divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. What in the world is he talking about? Think about that. That's wild to think you're just this Christian thinking you're going to church and having a good time. And in reality, there's a war going on. Literal war. And what is the war? To kill, steal, and destroy you. That's the truth, guys. The devil comes to kill, steal, and just destroy you. Okay. He wants to kill, steal, and destroy. He wants to kill, steal, and destroy. So let's go to the Greek, the weapons, so an instrument, the arms, like a utensil, weapons of our warfare, military service, Christian warfare. Okay? Warfare, not the weapons of the world, carnal weapons, like missiles and jets and all that stuff, guns. Instead, they have divine powers. Our weapons, our divine powers, are given to us by divine power. And how do we do that? To demolish, demolish, take down, racing, raising. You know what raising is? When you defeat, let's say, an army, you raise the castle, you burn the village, okay? You burn it down, destroying, demolition, okay? Extinction. To demolish, to demol, to demo demolish strongholds. Very important word here, guys. So, what is a stronghold? There's all sorts of interpretations of what is he talking about? Strongholds here. I'm gonna get into this more. Uh, are you with me here? Okay, hope you're with me. Uh, this is gonna help some of you, okay? Hallelujah. This is gonna help some of you. Strongholds, a fortress. All right, let's go right to the strongs. Let's go right to the strongs. Let's look it up ourselves. All right, we'll go right to strongs, okay? So you have a fortress, a stronghold, a fortress. It's like a meaning to fortify through the idea of holding safely. It's a castle, and it figuratively can mean an argument, a stronghold. It's a fortified military stronghold, a strong walled fortress. Isn't that amazing? So the weapons of your warfare are not carnal, they're mighty in God for the demolishing of military fortresses built by arguments or lies, right? Against the word of God. They're military fortresses. Isn't that wild? Have you ever learned this before? You're dealing with military fortresses built inside of your psyche, your mind, your emotions. Okay? So give me an amen if you're listening. Praise God. I'm gonna check uh real quick. I'm gonna check the app, see how that's streaming and see how that works. If uh I'm just uh you know, I'm just learning, guys. This is it's kind of fun. You can come along with me. All right, let's see where we're at here. All right, cool. Looks good on the app. Oh, and uh I see Amber commented on the app. Praise God. Okay, so Angie commented here. Thank you, Amber, on YouTube. Praise God, thank you for being a supportive ministry. Really appreciate you. Okay, so ready? So we are at military fortress. So let's go back to what? Uh let's go back to uh uh to unforgiveness. Let's just use that. So unforgiveness is some sort of stronghold, a military fortress. So you can you can apply this to anything you deal with: depression, discouragement, uh, you know, self-hatred, rejection. Okay? So let's go on. We uh we demolish arguments and every pretense that sets itself against uh the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Down here, King James, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. All right, so there's people, you know, they they interpret this differently and all that stuff. So that's between you and the Holy Spirit, but I'm just gonna kind of go from kind of how I see this, and then uh if you get a different revelation or or you see it differently, that's okay. Talk to the Lord about it, right? We're weren't we're learning together. I don't have all the knowledge, I don't understand everything, but I mean, casting down imaginations or overthrowing arguments. Let's go to the original here. Let's see what this says. We tear down, we're pulling down, we're destroying, we're to lower, demolish. So to demolish arguments. What's that word? Reasoning, thinking, a conception, a device. So it's like the way somebody thinks or reasons in their mind. So like you believe you're always going to have unforgiveness. You believe people hate you. So you have this reasoning and this thinking, this cons this thing is conceived or con whatever in your mind. Uh however uh however you learned from when you were in the realm of the flesh, or however the enemy has programmed you in life. So you've been programmed. That's why I say like people have been programmed, because this is really what it's saying. Your reasoning and your thinking, we are tearing down. Why? Because they're fortress. The way you think and the way you feel can be a fortress that the enemy has created inside of you to not be able to forgive others. And you need to what? Tear it down through what? Truth, surrendering and truth. So surrendering to the truth. You need to surrender to the truth who is Jesus, right? So the truth sets you free. So when you get a truth from the Word of God, from the Holy Spirit, then that thing starts breaking down. Like when I started learning that I'm not rejected, even if you reject me, I'm not rejected, because Christ took it for me. So I don't have to live with feelings of rejection or fear that people are going to reject me anymore. Because Christ took that for me. See, that was a truth that I renewed my mind on, and then I got that, it was like a revelation. It it broke that thing off of me, that that rejection thing I used to live in. Okay. Praise God. Thank you, Vanessa. Vanessa says on YouTube, she says, Amen. This is real good. Great explanation, brother. Thank you for commenting. I really appreciate it. And other people say amen. June says amen. Praise God. Welder for Jesus on YouTube. Hey, he says, Amen. Praise God. Thank you, guys. So let's keep going. All right. Arguments, reasoning, thinking, and every presumption. So every kind of presumption. What is that? What is a presumption? Height, barrier, bulwark. That's an interesting word. What's that mean? What does bulwark mean? I'm going to look that up on my phone real quick. Let's look up the term bulwark. I think it has something to do with uh yeah, defensive wall. That's what I was going to say. So what's a defensive wall? Interesting, huh? A presumption. So we tear down arguments, thinking, conceptions, devices, reasoning, and every presumption, every wall. Or elevated place or thing or altitude or barrier. So there's these. So in a castle, right? We're talking about castles here. In a castle, you have barriers or walls set up to protect what's inside the castle and what's inside the castle, guys. The lie. It's built up to protect this like personality of unforgiveness. It's like a personality, personality of schizophrenia, a personality of anger, a personality of bipolar. It's the walls are set up. It's a spiritual wall system, a castle, and you need to take those thoughts captive. Let's look into that, okay? So how do you demolish this truth, guys? Truth is how you demolish things.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01Truth is how you demolish things. Set up, raised up, lifted up against. So it's against what? The knowledge, doctrine, and wisdom of who? God Almighty. So these lies of let's we're using unforgiveness for example today. Unforgiveness is lying to you, and then it's coming against what? The knowledge of God that you don't have unforgiveness. That you have forgiveness. But there's a bulwark or a wall trying to protect it. So, for example, I minister to people. I just ministered to somebody the other day trying to help them, uh, trying to share the gospel with them, encourage them, all this stuff, right? And guess what happened? There, I ran into a bulwark. I I ran into a wall. I was I was talking with them, and then all of a sudden, this deflector thing showed up. And it was like a wall trying to protect the stronghold of this individual. And I could see it in the person I was with. I told them, Did you see when I was talking to that person how that thing came up to deflect? You ever talk with somebody about the gospel, or maybe your loved one or your friend trying to minister to them? All of a sudden, this thing comes and just, oh, I know that already, or they deflect from it. That could be a bulwark in that castle system. Isn't that amazing, guys? And you can pray about all this. You might think I'm crazy. Whatever. I don't really care. I'm trying to help somebody. Praise God. Thank you for supporting the ministry, guys. If you uh if you get something from the ministry, uh uh you can always support us, okay? Thank you so much. And we take captive. What do we do? We take captive. Okay, what does take captive? We subdue, we make captive, so we arrest them or we destroy them. Let's look at that word a captive. Okay, how's that uh to lead away, bring into captivity? We make a prisoner. We grab it, make it a prisoner. Okay. Does that make sense? Amen. So you take captive. What are you taking captive? The arguments, the thinking that's set up like a bulwark. It's elevating itself against what? The truth, the doctrine of Christ, the truth of who you are in him, the truth of what God has done for you. And we're taking captive these things. We're resting them in the spirit. We're saying, nope, not happening today. We're grabbing that thing, we're subduing it, we're putting it under what the obedience of Christ, the cross, Jesus Christ, every thought, perception, purpose, intellect, itself. Let's go to here. A perception. Okay. Thought. To exert mental effort, systematic understanding. Okay. So you see how you could look in the original Greek in Hebrew. This original Greek here, right? You can you can look, you can see, you can look at there's different kinds of meanings for each word. You know, there's a different according to this uh the uh the the way it's set up in the original Greek. I don't know original Greek, right? I uh you know there's people that study this stuff, right? But really, if you have uh if you really want to know stuff, you can go to Google and you can learn. You can go to AI and you can ask, hey, this scripture here, what is the the tenses of the words and stuff in the Greek? I mean, if you really want to dig in, right? But I usually just look at uh this Strong's right here, like Strong's 334, uh, 33540, and and I kind of look at it and I see the wording, and then I can see context of what's going on here. Basically, what is this saying? It's saying there's thoughts and attitudes that have set themselves up like walls, right? Against what? The truth of God, the knowledge of God for you. And then you're supposed to take these these uh these imaginations, these thoughts, uh, and this perception, and you're supposed to what? You're supposed to capture it, you're supposed to destroy it. You're like a warrior, right? The warfare, you're taking it captive, you're grabbing it, you're saying, no, thank you. Not interested today, right? Submit to God, resist the devil. To what? To make it obedient, okay? Submissive. So you're making what? You're making this negative thought process, this negative emotion. What? Submissive to what? The anointed one, Christ. Okay? So, in terms of unforgiveness, you take this thought process, these emotions, and you take it captive and say, no, submit to the obedience of Christ, Jesus Christ on the cross. I was forgiven, so therefore I don't have unforgiveness. And then this castle structure starts falling. And this isn't always instant, right? A lot of people, I'm gonna go to church and get delivered from unforgiveness. And praise God, sometimes that happens with people, right? You go down the altar, you cry to God, and God delivers you from this big feeling and this big emotion. But what I've seen is it starts rebuilding slowly if you don't renew your mind on the truth, right? If you don't believe you're truly forgiven and you have eternal life, then you're always gonna have these things rebuild. You're gonna be fearful of losing your salvation, uh, you're gonna get under works and you're gonna get into self-effort, and then pretty soon you're walking in the flesh, and then you start getting unforgiveness again. And then five years later, you're like, oh my gosh, I have unforgiveness again with my my spouse. But I prayed and I got delivered. It came back. Why? It started rebuilding. Why? Because you're dealing with principalities and powers. So they want, they see your weakness, they see how you were programmed by your family, you were programmed by your abuser or whatever it was in your past, and then it wants to rebuild this thing in you. That's why it's important for you to submit to God. Submit. You submit to God. Your life is not your own. You need to submit to God. I minister to people all the time. They have all these issues and they ask me all, well, how do I overcome this? How do I overcome that? The answer is right there in the Bible. Submit to God and resist the devil. You start what? Taking these thoughts captive, you destroy them, you make them submissive to what Christ did to you. So in rejection, what did I do? I realized I'm not rejected because Jesus, the obedience of Jesus, see? And then so when that rejection feeling came on, boom, get down. Submit to the obedience of Christ. See? Christ set me free from rejection. Christ set you free from unforgiveness and all that stuff. Amen. I hope this helps. All right, let's keep going. So we demolish these things, and then it goes on. We will be ready to punish every act of disobedience as soon as your obedience is complete. So once your obedience is complete, you can go revenge against these things. You can go help others, right? You can go help others. You get avenging. Alright, I think I skipped something here. That's it. Alright, and then let's go to Ephesians real quick. Um Ephesians, oh let's see here. Alright, Ephesians 6, 12, okay? For our struggle, like I talked about earlier, okay? I want to explain this to you. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood. You have to get that out of your head that your enemy is your boss at work, picking on you, or those people that are persecuting you. That's not your enemy, guys. Or other religions or whatever it is, those aren't our enemies. We're not struggling, we're not fighting flesh and blood. So, in reality, no human is your enemy. I mean, you know, they could be, like in the human sense, but in reality, they're not the enemy, it's the principalities behind them. But against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world. Okay, guys? Now you have to get this. We live in a dark world. You just have to accept the reality where you're at. You are in warfare in a dark world. That's what the Bible says. If you're gonna believe the Bible, you have to believe this as well. We live in a dark world, it is controlled by the prince of the power of the air. It's how it works. Let's go down to King James, right? People like the King James. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Let's go into the Greek. Let's look at this. For our struggle, wrestling, struggle, fight, conflict, contest, your wrestling, your your fight, you're struggling against what? Not flesh and blood, but against the rulers, the chiefs, against the authorities, delegated influence against the powers, world ruler. You are literally in a fight against the world rulers of the spiritual, not these physical people, you see, right? Though they could be used by them, but you're dealing with world rulers. And depending on your calling, depending on what God has for you, you go up certain levels and you deal with different powers. So you you might not be called to a worldwide ministry, you might not be called uh to uh you know travel overseas and do all stuff. You might be called to be to have a home church, which is fine. If that's your calling, then that's great. Not everybody's called to be an evangelist or uh you know, TV or whatever, right? So you're you're called to different areas, and that is according to what God has for your life. And everything, everybody's a part of the body of Christ, everybody has their certain place in the body of Christ. Depending on your calling, is how what you have to deal with in the spiritual realm. So somebody that's called higher uh to a higher level, like they're they're uh let's say they're over a nation or they're they're sent to Japan and then they're the apostle Japan or however that works, right? You're a pastor of a big city with a you know, there's different levels of principalities that you have to overcome. So you have to overcome different principalities to move forward in your ministry, in your calling. So some of you have had prophetic words. You're gonna go do crusades throughout Ethiopia, or you're gonna go to Southeast Asia, and you're gonna start a hundred churches, or you're gonna do this, and you've heard these big words, and you're like sitting there, you know, and you work at McDonald's, you're like, how is this ever gonna happen? Well, you have to conquer the principalities and the powers that are in your realm at the moment. And if you don't conquer them, then you just stay stagnant. They keep you down because they're there to kill, steal, and destroy. So they're what? They're stealing from you, they're stealing your destiny, they're stealing you the prophetic word from you, right? And so you want to conquer this. So if I didn't conquer rejection, which I didn't conquer rejection, Jesus did for me. But if I didn't get over that, then the Lord couldn't take me to certain places in the world. If I didn't get over fear of death, I couldn't have gone to Ukraine and had a Russian missile blow up over my hotel room. Okay. If I couldn't get over the fear of flying, I couldn't fly over to Europe and do ministry. If I couldn't get over the fear of going, you know, in the subway, I couldn't have ever done ministry in Times Square in New York City and live in Harlem. You know, so there's different fears I had to overcome, principalities, to be able to move forward in my ministry in my life. And it sometimes I I you know not played around, but you know, I I you know I ran around the mountain fought failing at these principalities. They were stealing time from me, they were lying to me, and I was receiving it, right? And then eventually, because I submit my life to God, he started showing me, hey, that's not the right way to go, or you know, you need to think differently, or whatever. And then I moved on from that. So if you're stagnant in your life, it might be that one, God's testing your patience and your character, because that's number one, right? You want character, you have to have godly character, you have to walk in love and forgiveness. Or two, or or whatever, it could be that you're failing in one, you know, there's some sort of lie that you're not overcoming. You know, let's say you want to be married, you want a spouse, you waited forever. You're like, what's wrong with me, Lord? It could be there's some sort of programming in there. Maybe it's in the wrong spot, maybe it's become an idol, and all you do is think about having a spouse. And God wants you to overcome that idol and realize that he's everything you need. And once you realize God is everything you need, he brings you good stuff. And then they don't become idols. You always want a new car, you want a house. Well, you have to get that stuff out of you. How? Surrendering. So a lot of Christians aren't surrendered to the Lord. And it's real, it's it's it's real, it's a simple concept, but it takes your will, right? Surrender, Lord. I surrender the emotions around uh unforgiveness. I surrender the emotions of wanting a spouse, I surrender the emotions of wanting breakthrough of my job, I surrender the emotions of it all. I surrender my soul to your Lordship. I surrender to you, Lord. I surrender my life, my children, the worry I have about their schooling, you know, and surrender. But what happens is we get these gospels or we get taught that the gospel is all about us and all the blessings we're gonna have and how big our house is gonna be, and what kind of car we get to drive, and we get to buy a yacht, or whatever it is. You're gonna be a multimillionaire. You know, we get these fake gospels. The truth is we're wrestling against wickedness and heavenly realms. You're in a war, and there's strongholds that God wants you to demolish with the truth. And if and if you surrender, you submit to God and you resist the devil, he will flee from you and you can move forward in your life and your calling and in your purpose. So if you are if you feel stagnant or you feel like you can't overcome something, then sit with the Lord, right? Sit with the Holy Ghost, and He can show you, He can give you wisdom. Because if we ask God for wisdom, He will give it to us liberally when we ask God in faith. And if you've asked and everything, then you wait. You pray in the Holy Ghost for a while, maybe a month or two, and just pray in the Holy Ghost and remind the Lord that you trust him in this area. You don't understand, but you're you're gonna get revelation. And you pray in the Spirit and you trust his word, and then as a good father, he will lead you into victory. Because we always triumph in Christ Jesus, amen. Amen. You always triumph of this world, darkness of darkness, physical or moral uh darkness, right? And against the spiritual forces, spiritual, non-carnal forces, non-carnal, non-human. Okay, supernatural. You're dealing with supernatural, non-human forces of wickedness. Okay, they want you to go into wickedness, they want you to uh hurt yourself, hurt others, hate yourself, do uh do sinful behaviors, ruin your testimony, uh be mean to people, gossip, uh rebel against God, all that stuff. In the what? Heavenly realms, above the sky. Isn't that interesting? Above the sky, in the heavenly realms, like above the clouds. Wild, huh? All right, let's keep going. Hope you're excited. I'm excited. All right, then it goes on, therefore, put on the full armor of God. So, what's the full armor of God? Therefore, put on every piece of God's armor, so you be able to what? Resist the enemy in the time of evil, able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to what? To stand firm. So, what is the goal here? For you to stand firm in what? In your faith. Because faith is what pleases God, faith is how you overcome situations, faith is how you receive the promises. So the enemy comes up with a plan, he hatches a plan according to how you were programmed. Let's say you were programmed by uh an abusive father or your friend that got you into uh uh thinking a certain way, new age or whatever it is, right? Or you were programmed by uh trauma, addictions, jail, whatever it is, right? You were programmed a certain way, and then the enemy knows this, and he's gonna launch attacks through people, through circumstances, trying to steal, kill, and to destroy you, ultimately to try to take your faith. But the great news is that faith lives in you through the Holy Spirit, so you can't really fail as you what submit to God. You lose when you stop submitting to God and you start living in the flesh. And then in the flesh, you start reaping decay of life. And some of you might be there. You might have lived your Christian life in decay. You have lived in the flesh, you've lived in unforgiveness, self-hatred, addictions. You've uh never really submitted to God, but you've been saved, but you just, you know, you kind of just live a nominal Christian life. And so your life is, you know, people are, you know, you're struggling with all the stuff. You're like, what's wrong with me? I got these big emotions, I'm all messed up, my life looks horrible. I went through three divorces or whatever it is. My kids don't talk to me. All sorts of stuff. Your life starts decaying. Why? Well, I mean, I don't have all the answers, but most likely you were living in the realm of the flesh as a Christian. You were self-effort. So you were struggling with sin your whole life. You were addicted. You you hate people, you hate yourself, you're depressed. You deal with all this stuff, and in reality, it's built on lies. You need the gospel of grace. You need to understand that Jesus Christ lives in your body. You died with him, you were buried with him and bad. Baptism, you're risen to newness of life. At the cross, you surrendered everything, your will, everything. That's how it works. Because you were dead. You are dead now. You died. You have to understand you died. You were crucified with Christ. You have to accept that. You have to accept that you were crucified with Christ. It's no longer you that live. It's Christ that lives in you. The life that you now live, you live by faith in the Son of God who loved you and died for you. So whatever you're dealing with, remind yourself I was crucified with Christ. It's no longer I that live. So this thing I deal with in my body or in my mind, God's going to deal with it because the Holy Ghost lives in me and He's transforming me because He promises me that. Then the enemy's going to say, oh, wait, we feel like this. Oh, why do you have these evil thoughts? Oh, you're just a bad person. Oh, you can never get into heaven. No, you get into heaven because of Jesus Christ. You have eternal life because of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is the guarantee of eternal inheritance. So you're guaranteed eternal life through the Holy Spirit. You don't just lose your salvation at the drop of a hat. You got to get out of, you got to get out of that self-effort mindset. You got to realize it's about Jesus Christ calling you. Jesus Christ. It's about Jesus of Nazareth. It's not about you. You're not a great person. According to the law, you deserve the lake of fire, just like me. If we are gonna we try to fulfill the law, if we break one commandment, we've broken them all. And then we're under the curse, which is death, right? So we have to renew our mind on living in the spirit, which is love and faith and joy and peace and kindness and gentleness and goodness and self-control and humility. Renew your mind on who you are in Christ, that no weapon formed against you or your family can ever prosper. Why? Because you died. Now it's Christ that lives in you. Because the enemy wants you to focus on all your negative, on all your feelings. He wants you to focus on what people are doing, how your spouse isn't praying with you or your kids are rebellious or whatever. He wants you to focus on all the negative stuff instead of Christ in you. Christ in you, you can't control people. You have to learn grace and how to put up boundaries and how to lead people and guide them in truth and in love. Right? So a lot of you have issues, let's say, right? And it's most likely issues you might have created because you talked too much, you offended people, you were too religious, or you beat them with the Bible, or you were very judgmental or condemning, and not realizing that you're you're being used by the enemy sometimes because of your the way you think. So just repent, change your mind. Change your mind. Lord, I confess I said this to my spouse. I confess I wasn't the greatest parent. I confess I've you know been doing dumb things. I confess I haven't fully surrendered. And the Bible says if you confess your sins to God, He's faithful and just to forgive you. And you can you know walk in that forgiveness. But you know, you don't want to walk in condemnation and guilt for things. You know, you screwed up in the past. Guess what I did too? I deserved lake of fire. You deserve lake of fire. We all do. We all deserve lake of fire. Just accept it. You deserve lake of fire. I don't care how nice you are, I don't care how much Christian stuff you did. But thank God that Jesus came for us. That Jesus is our Savior and that He is the Messiah, He's the Savior of all mankind, that everyone who confesses Him as Lord, Jesus is Lord, and believes with their whole heart that God raised him from the dead can be saved. True faith, right? Make that confession of faith. Be saved. If you're watching this and you're like, wow, you know, I want to make that confession of faith. Give us a call. 188 know him. You can confess Jesus as Lord right on the phone with us. We can lead you through a prayer, and then you need to get water baptized. Okay? You need to be water baptized, full immersion. If you're baptized as a baby or as a kid, hey, great. You did it with your family. That's wonderful. Praise God. But in reality, you have to make an adult choice to be a servant of God. So make an adult choice and go get baptized. Okay, don't put it off. I talk to so many Christians, they put it off. Oh, yeah, so go get water baptized. It's a commandment. We're supposed to be baptized in water to show we have a good conscience with God now. We're making a public declaration of our faith. We're getting baptized in water. I serve God now. I died with Christ, I'm buried with him in baptism. So then when you know you go to church, you talk with people, and they can, you know, you can talk with people about, hey, when you were baptized, you die with Christ, right? Why are you acting like a fool? That's not what a mature Christian does. Let's mature in Christ. So you bring everybody back to who they are, what happened to them. They got saved. You're different. Did you really get saved, right? You talk with people, you know, a lot of times ministers spend a lot of time with people who might not even be saved or they're on the fence. They just got saved in their head. They just wanted to be Christian because their girlfriend was Christian. So they go to church. Now they're having issues and they go talk to a pastor. And the pastor's interacting with this person like they're a follower of Christ. But in reality, they just said a prayer because their girlfriend said it and they went and got water baptized to make her happy. Right? So you really have to have the Holy Spirit in your heart to be a Christian. Romans 8 talks about that. A real Christian is somebody that has the Holy Ghost. You need Jesus inside of you. And if you're watching, going, Oh, I don't know if I have Jesus inside of me, I don't really know. Pray to God and ask him. Ask him to fill your heart with his love. But don't listen to the devil tell you, oh, yeah, you said you're not saved. I'm not saying anybody's not saved. That's between you and the Lord. If your heart cries out, Ah the Father, if your heart, Father God, and if you, you know, right here in your heart, you'll know. You'll know. Amen. But the enemy will try to get your carnal mind. He's trying to tell you're not saved. He's done that to me a million times in the past. Okay. You're watching this broadcast, you're still watching, you know. That means the spirit's drawing you. You're watching Christian content. You know? So relax. God loves you. All right, let's keep going. Where are we at here? We're at Ephesians. Stand firm in your faith. Ephesians 6:14. Stand firm then with the belt of truth. Okay, so stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth. So your belt is truth. You gotta have your truth buckled around your waist. So truth is what's keeping you together here. Truth is what sets you free and keeps you together. Okay? So get the truth. Yearn for the truth. You're dealing with something, yearn for the truth, righteousness, God's presence. Yearn for it. Lord, I want truth. I want to learn how to help the people that watch Holy Ghost television. I want to learn to help the people that call the 188 Know Him number. You know, I used to do a lot of deliverance. I used to scream at demons a lot, and there's still stuff online, most likely you can find it, where I'm I'm I cast out demons on audio or whatever, right? Praise God. But you know, there comes a time where you have to learn truth. You know, I can scream at demons for the rest of my life, but if I don't hold up my pants with the belt of truth, the demons will start tormenting me again. You have to demolish those castles, those fortresses, and replace them with the temple of God that you are. So when you pray in the Spirit, you renew your mind and the truth, you're now forming the mind of Christ inside your brain and inside your emotions. So your brain and your emotions could start being like God. And this is a process, guys. This is a lifelong transformation. Paul said, I'm still not yet perfected. You're not perfect until you have resurrection day and you receive a sinless body. See? So you still have to deal with the flesh realm. Right? You still deal with this realm, you still deal with temptations, your flesh can pull on you, things like that. You still have that fight, right? The struggle within your emotions, pulling on your flesh and things like that, worldly desires and things like that. You still will deal with that until resurrection day. And then in resurrection day, you get a new body. See, you get a new body. So imagine you close your eyes, you wake up, and you have a new body. Praise God. That is so awesome. You guys ever think about that? You're gonna close your eyes and you're gonna wake up with a brand new body that never dies. All right. Truth buckled around your waist with the breastplate of righteousness. So, what's a breastplate, guys? Let's just go to Greek. Um, that's you know, that's some that's uh uh it's the armor, right? It's uh breast armor, breastplate, corset, uh, corselet, uh, the chest. So it's like a chest armor plate of what? Righteousness, right living, Christian equity, justification. You're justified. Okay, you're justified. So you have the belt of truth holding on everything, you have this breastplate of being a righteous person by faith in Christ. So you need to understand you are a righteous person, but if you keep identifying with all the negative in your emotions, you're just falling, you're just falling for the lies of these castles that were built in you. Okay, so the breastplate of righteousness is very important, and that is the righteousness of Christ. And then once you realize you're righteous all the time, then you can start being a righteous person like Christ. Doesn't mean you're perfect all the time and all that stuff, but overall you live a righteous life. That's why in 1 John he's talking about how somebody that's born of God, they practice a lifestyle of righteousness, a lifestyle of loving their neighbor. They don't practice a lifestyle of fleshly behaviors and hatred for the brethren and ungodly behaviors. You might struggle, you might have deal with addictions, you might have a weakness, but overall, your lifestyle is a lifestyle of righteousness. And it's impossible for you as a born-again person to practice a lifestyle of sinful behaviors. Practicing is the word there, practicing this sinful behaviors like a sinner does without any thought of it, without caring about it, uh, just trying to get better at it, right? You might deal with habitual stuff that you struggle with, but you're not practicing to get better at sinful behaviors as a Christian. See, you might fall, you might struggle, you might have a season where you just make dumb choices. You know, you get discouraged and then the enemy tricks you, right? But you're not practicing. Eventually, you come back to your senses, right? Like the prodigal son. See, practicing something is different than struggling or habitually doing it because it's a habit or uh a programming from your childhood. You know, a lot of people look at ungodly images because they're programmed from childhood to look at them, or programmed in their teen years, or whatever. But they don't want to practice it as a Christian. In their heart, they know that they don't want to practice it. But the enemy comes and says, Look, you're habitually doing this. You're this horrible sinner, you're always gonna struggle with lust or whatever. But the truth is, is that you're a new creation. You died. Those who belong to Christ have crucified their flesh with its affections and lusts. So you have been crucified. You have to learn that you have been crucified. See, this is a transformation process, guys. I'm trying to help Christians get out of the baby, the babyhood, the toddlers. I'm trying to help people get out of being a toddler, being tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. Toddlers. You're always watching all this different stuff, trying to figure out how to be free, how to know God, how to surrender, submit to God, resist the devil. That's what it says. Walk in the spirit, walk in love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, goodness, self-control. Believe you're a new creation, believe you're a righteous person instead of just some horrible, sinful person that can never change because it's too hard. That's self-effort, guys. Allow the Holy Spirit to change you, allow the Holy Spirit to transform you. Amen. It's about surrendering to God, to surrendering to Christ's work on the cross for you. Okay, it's about Christ, not about you and how hard you can try. That's what the law was. And that led you to grace. That's what it's designed for. For you to finally say, Grace, I need grace, I need grace, I need God's grace. All right, then for shoes, you put on your shoes, put on the piece. Oh, wait, no, that's weird. And with your feet fitted with the ready, not weird, but just the way it was kind of written, like the way they translated it. It's kind of different way different than King James I'm used to. And your feet shod, so you you put on your feet the readiness given by the gospel of peace. The preparation of the gospel of peace. Okay, let's look that up in the Greek. What is it saying? And with your feet, your foot fitted, you put on the shoes, you bind your shoes with the foundation, the firm footing, the preparation, the readiness, foundation, firm footing, preparation, readiness of what? The good news, the good message of what peace, prosperity, spiritual prosperity, peace. You understand that? So you have the belt of truth, you have the breastplate of righteousness, and you have the shoes of the peace that comes through the gospel. So think of this: you have truth, righteousness by faith, and then you have the good news of peace with God on your feet. Isn't that amazing? That's beautiful. In addition to all this, what are you supposed to do? Take up the shield of faith. Hold up the shield of faith. Above all, what are you supposed to do? Above all, faith. See, have to take the shield of faith. So, what's the number one thing here? Faith. You have to have the shield of faith. If you don't have your shield up, you're gonna get hit hard. And so the enemy designs his plans for your life to do what? To hit you hard so we can steal from you, so he can try to hurt you, kill you, destroy you. And he wants you to put down what? The shield of faith. He wants you to put that down, and that's what a lot of people do. They get diagnosed and they go into with something and they go into discouragement. I've been there, guys. That's why I can talk about this. I'm trying to snap you out of this. I'm trying to snap you out of this thinking that you have. That discouragement is you. You gotta snap out of that. Just snap out of that. Say, no, it's not. Ask the Lord, Lord, is discouragement coming from my new nature? Of course it's not, right? Encouragement is what God wants you to have. Of course, it's not sin to feel discouraged. It becomes sin when you start taking it on as truth and then acting out on the discouragement. Going for the drink, going whatever it is. You go into self-hatred, you start hating yourself, then you start listening to voice. You know, you don't want to start listening to this stuff. It's okay to be tempted, to be, you know, tempted to by a feeling of discouragement or rejection, unforgiveness. It's what you do with it. Are you gonna harbor it and live in it? Or are you gonna say, wait a second, this ain't really me? I'm full of joy and encouragement and hope. That's who I am. See, it's not a sin to go through stuff. You know, you want to give yourself a lot of grace. Sometimes you might be going through discouragement, it's very subtle, and you don't notice it for like an hour or two. You're like, oh, wait a second, I'm living in discouragement here. It's taking me on to believe unbelief. You know, you hear that thought, God doesn't hear your prayers. Not happening, devil. That's another lie. Why does God hear your prayers? Because you're a good person? Because you went to church four times last week? Because you read the Bible? Why does God hear your prayers? Why do you think? It says God hears the prayers of the righteous. And why are you righteous? Because you have faith in Jesus. So it's your faith in Jesus is why God hears your prayers. It's because you're your faith, not because you're this great person. See, you're counted righteous apart from your behavior. Your behavior just shows how you believe. If you believe you're a righteous person, by faith, you'll start being more righteous automatically. See, you don't have to teach people what to do and don't do and all that. It's right, it starts showing up in their life by what? By faith in Jesus, by having the Holy Spirit in you, you'll automatically start living a better life eventually if you surrender. See? All right. I'm kind of yapping, right? All right, let's keep going. Hopefully, somebody's getting some from this. So having taken up the shield of faith, so you need to take on the shield of faith with which you will be able to what? Quench all the fiery darts, the wicked. So let's look at this in Greek. In addition, so among position is a relation of rest in all this, take up, raise up the shield, a heavy oblong Roman shield, a large shield of faith, which is faith, belief, trust, confidence, vitality and faithfulness. So I like confidence, right? Trusting confidence in Christ, with which you can what? Extinguish, suppress, quench to extinguish all the flaming arrows. Wow, think of that. So they would they would shoot arrows of fire at soldiers. And so Apostle Paul is talking like you're a Roman soldier, and the flaming arrows are coming at you. So you're a spiritual soldier, you go to work and you think, oh, they just don't like me, or they persecute me because I'm Christian. But in reality, the enemy is literally throwing arrows of fire at you spiritually. Arrows of fire. That's what the Bible is saying, guys. He's throwing arrows of fire at you. Spiritual arrows at you. Why? Where is he throwing them? In your mind to get to your emotions. And if there's a castle built inside of you, he can launch them from inside. So think about it. You're just sitting there all alone, and then you start getting a weird feeling to go do something dumb. Where is that coming from? The soul, the castles. So, you know, one thing that you can do, I I've learned to do this, it's just me personally. I mean, it might help somebody. I sit and, you know, when I lay down or I sit there and I try to quiet myself, wherever my mind's going, like if it's going to, oh, I gotta pay the bills, or oh, I, you know, I'm I'm fearful for my family, or oh, is there gonna be World War III, or wherever it goes, right? Oh, I gotta, you know, I'm I'm so stressed out, or I hate myself, or past relationship, or whatever it is, it just goes into something, right? Then I can kind of find that stronghold and be like, oh, that's a stronghold. That's trying to build like a fear thing. There's like a fear thing in there. Why am I obsessing over this thought about my car payment or about my house payment? See, and you can kind of find the stronghold and be like, oh, wait a second, my mind's meditating on this. That's weird. And you can beat it with truth. Okay, so these arrow. Start coming at you, right? And sometimes it's overwhelming. And you get really hurt. You know, I'm not trying to say don't have emotions. A lot of people are like, oh, you said don't have emotions. Yeah, but you don't want to accept a bunch of emotions that are coming from trauma, that are coming from past lives. You know, your dad told you your whole life that you're no good. So then you get born again, you're a new creation, and God tells you that he loves you unconditionally. You want to come out of the emotion of not being a good and not being seen as good or as a good person or whatever, right? As uh successful or whatever. Right? You want to think like God thinks about you. God loves you unconditionally. He's not like your earthly dad that told you bad stuff. But some people are like, oh, just you know, my emotions are just, you know, I'm living in my emotions. Okay, well, have fun with that. I'm gonna live in the Holy Ghost, love, which is a great emotion, real love from the Holy Ghost, not sensual type love that they have to the world, but real unconditional love. You guys, I and you, we are all unconditionally loved by the Father. Because of Jesus, we are completely free. We have eternal life, we have our names written in the Lamb's Book of Life, we have all things. God has given us all things for enjoyment. God has blessed us in the heavenly realms. We're seated with Christ. God hears our prayers. God said that those who walk uprightly, he will withhold no good thing. So you walk in faith, you believe God's good, he's your healer, he's your deliverer, he's your provider, he's everything. Guess what? He will withhold no good thing to those who walk uprightly with him. But if you just live in your flesh and think God's mad at you and God's cursed you, and you're never gonna get through generational stuff of your family and nobody loves you, and your church is no good, and you're never gonna get a breakthrough financially, you're always gonna be on uh Soul Security, and there's no way God can bless you because you have a fixed income. You start thinking like this, guess what happens? The enemy's like, yes, wonderful. We're stealing the abundant life from that individual. But what is abundant life, guys? It's a full life of the spirit. That's what abundant life is. See, the world system and false teachers are trying to get you. I can go through it in 1 Peter. It talks about false teachers. They have great swelling words, they they're wise with their words and the eloquent speeches, and they're trying to get you to believe that you're supposed to be wealthy, that just having a lot of money and items, material items, is what you want to esteem for. Because that's where it's at. But what did Paul say to the poor saints in Jerusalem? They were in poverty, right? He didn't give them a sermon on how they're believing wrong because they're they're dealing with persecution and poverty. No, he said, let's take an offering and bless them. Let's help them. Okay? Because there's different people in the world, there's different situations, there's different times of persecution, there's different times of finances. Whole economy could crash. You could live in a third world country. You know, you could be watching this from somewhere that the economy is completely gone. You know? And then somebody gets on your well, if you're not a millionaire, then you're not blessed by God. See? See, that's false, guys. It's false. Prosperity can come, absolutely, but it's up to God and according to your calling and your character.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01If you have a calling and a character, then God can bless you with it. No big deal. But that's not your focus. Your focus isn't on material items. Come on. Materialism. Your focus should be on the presence of God. Your focus should be on the cross and how good God is. You have eternal life, guys. Remember, Jesus said, What shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Guys, I'm not going to give anything for the exchange of my soul. I cherish eternal life. And if that means I live in a studio apartment the rest of my life, my little dog, I'm happy. If I never get to buy a brand new car, pay cash for a brand new car, I'm happy. I'm not accepting that I'll never be blessed or whatever like that. I'm saying my blessing comes from the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in my life. That's the blessing, knowing the Father. Knowing God intimately is the blessing. Get this in your mind. The blessing isn't your future spouse and your future family. That's part of the blessing that God can bless you with, yes. But the blessing, true blessing, comes from your the presence of God. And then He can He can add to the blessing. Like my little puppy, my little little Timmy. Did you hear the story about him? The shelter. I got him at the shelter. They told him, they told me that he was four years old. I took him to the to the vet, right, for his checkup. And I found out he might be two years old at the most. I've already had him for almost 10 months. So he was like maybe a year or something when I got him. He's my baby. But what I'm saying is that, guys, I searched for a dog, and the Lord told me no about two years ago before I went overseas. I tell the story at the time because it's a testimony. And I searched for a dog, and the Lord's like, no, you're not gonna get a dog. I'm like, why, Lord? And then eventually I went overseas. Like, oh, that's why I didn't get a dog. Okay. And then I forgot about it. I was like, okay, God doesn't want me to have a dog. But I accepted it because I submitted my life to God. And then one day I felt like he gave me this little vision for this dog. And I was like, what kind of dog is that? It's like a husky, it looked like a husky face. Like it was weird. And he was all dirty and everything. Anyway, I go to the shelter randomly looking at dogs, and this little tiny dog was in there. He was brown. You can go to my social media right now and you see the video, the pictures. He was brown, guys. He had hair really manged, he was all matted, his nails were super long. He was chasing cars out in West Phoenix, and the dog catcher got him. He's all alone. And the Lord had me get this dog. Guys, he's like the best dog. I couldn't have found, I always told the Lord, I couldn't have found a dog like that, like this. He's never gone to the restroom in the house. He's peaceful. He loves to go to the dog park. He doesn't fight with other dogs. He's like got the greatest little personality. He's super smart. He knows how to come and all that stuff. I can, you know, like come here, and he'll come here. He does sits, all that stuff. And like I thought I was gonna get like a dog and I had to train it to do all this stuff. Dog had all right, God had the perfect dog for me, but I didn't go out and try to get a dog. I just listened to the Lord, and then He blessed me, right? The other way I could have found a good dog, right? But it wasn't the best for my life. See, so you could get things on your own, but it might not be it might be the best you could do, but you want God's best for you, and God the Father knows what's best for you. Okay, God the Father knows what's best for your life. So those of you who want a spouse, you're sitting there trying to figure out how to get a spouse, all that stuff. Just surrender to the Lord, just surrender your whole life to the Lord. God knows what kind of spouse He can give you. He this person, he or she is gonna be better than what you could have picked out. Of course, you go out there and you can go do everything and try to find your spouse. Whatever, if that's what you feel led to do. But wait on the Lord and trust the Lord that the Lord knows where you need to be to meet this person and what type of person this person's gonna be, and all that stuff, instead of you trying to figure it all out on your own. Make God's presence and his truth number one, and then he promises he will not withhold any good thing to those who walk uprightly, right, little dabby?
SPEAKER_00Little baby, you love me? Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_01All right, I'll put you back down. So I want to encourage you to put so that's what I deal with with a lot of Western culture people, unfortunately, is that we live in a prosperous society, and everything is name it, claim it, get it now. So everybody thinks that they need everything right this moment, but God wants you to have a character, He wants you to overcome and have a testimony. So, whatever you're dealing with now, remember that God can use it for your good. He truly can. Embrace that God's with you, embrace that God is with your family and he has a plan. Okay, all right, and then it goes on. So, in all circumstances, take up the shield of faith. That's how you extinguish these darts the enemy is sending at you, these these uh these uh uh these arrows, these flaming arrows, and then you put on the salvation as your helmet. You need the helmet of salvation protects your mind. You deal with mental type stuff, it could be connected to not embracing that you're saved forever. You deal with fear, anxiety, trusting God. Maybe you need to embrace the helmet of salvation, the helmet of wholeness, of eternal life, of being forgiven forever, the salvation that comes only by grace through faith. You're saved, not by your behavior, you're saved because of Jesus' perfect behavior. And what? The sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. So the sword of the spirit is how you fight back. Okay, it's how you you stand the ground with faith, and then the sword of the spirit is how you defend from attacks of the enemy or whatever, and uh attack back. Move forward. You move forward by what? The word of God, by the promises of God. Remember, the promises of God are your weapons, they're a form of weaponry. So the promises of God, promise of healing. I declare, Lord, that by your wounds I'm healed. And then the enemy is gonna say, Oh, hold on a second, I'm gonna hit you back with my sword. You're not healed yet. And then you have a you you could either take that thought captive and then go into discouragement and unbelief, or you can say, Not today, Satan, not interested. By his wounds, I'm healed. Praise God, and then go about your day. See? But what people do is by his wounds I'm healed. And they declare and decree, declare and decree, and then they get a little emotion of unbelief. And then they go, Well, I declare and decree for 45 days, like this pastor told me to do, and I'm still not healed. What's wrong with me? See? And then they go into unbelief. Because why? They were doing a bunch of self-effort, they thought they had to earn their healing. You don't earn a healing, you stand on the truth and you believe God's good. And that no matter what, if you have to get surgery, take medication for 10 years, who cares? You died, you're born again. Christ lives in you. I've dealt with stuff for many years, and then eventually the Lord healed me up of it. Praise God. Why? Because he cares about me. And hey, if you go through a long season, hey, Joseph did too. I have compassion for you, empathy, but Joseph went through a long season in a dungeon. Okay, Peter was in a dungeon when the angel freed him in a jail, but it's probably a dungeon. You've seen these old jails 2,000 years ago. Can you imagine what a jail looked like? Imagine a dungeon in Egypt.
unknownOkay?
SPEAKER_01They didn't have showers. You can take a shower with some soap. Come on. He was in a dungeon. So, like, you're dealing with you know stuff. I'm not trying to limit what you're dealing with. It's it's you know, it's personal, but like sometimes you've got to snap out of him and be like, you know what? Joseph went through a dungeon. What I'm dealing with, it feels like a dungeon. Well, I'm gonna encourage myself to story Joseph. Eventually, the Pharaoh said, Hey, bring Joseph to me, shave him, put on new clothes, and he's gonna lead Egypt. And guess what? Then he saved his whole family from the famine. So maybe God setting you up to save your whole family from the famine, but you're stuck there mad, you have to go to the doctor tomorrow. Instead of, Lord, I don't want to go to the doctor, but I'm gonna trust you. And I thank you for wisdom for my doctrine. I thank you that the Holy Spirit lives in my body and I'm walking forward in Christ with the feet, with the shoes of the gospel of peace. I'm wearing that belt of truth. I'm not having my pants fall down. I'm gonna wear the belt of truth. I'm gonna have that breastplate right. I'm righteous. I'm a righteous person going into the doctor tomorrow. I'm a son of God going to the doctor tomorrow. I'm not some sickly human. I am a son of God, born of the Spirit. I have the fruit of the Spirit, I have the Holy Ghost that's transforming me, that gives life to my DNA, that gives life to my mind and my eyes and my ears. Oh, I still wear glasses. Okay, well, that's where I'm at right now. Would I love my eyes to supernaturally be healed right now? Absolutely. Have I asked the Lord? Have I fast? Have I prayed? Yes. Guess what I do now? I trust that for some reason he has me wear glasses right now. And when he's ready to heal my glass, when I'm ready to receive the promise, then he'll come, I guess. I don't know. I don't know how it works. It's none of my business. But I'm gonna walk in faith knowing God's the healer of my eyes. God's the healer of my body. And if it takes time or if it never comes, I still serve the Lord. I'm just gonna keep moving forward. See, I keep moving forward because I have the hope of the gospel inside of me. I have hope of eternal life. And all this stuff that happens in the world 10 million years from now won't even matter. It won't matter if I had a thousand followers on a live stream. It doesn't matter if you know you bought a house in Malibu. Won't matter. Nothing will matter a million, billion, trillion years from now. You're gonna be on the new earth. I'm gonna have a new body one day. I'm not gonna need glasses. Maybe I'll have some supernatural sunglasses I wear all the time, like really cool ones or something. Who knows? You know what I mean? Who knows? It's the new earth. No one's ever seen it. You have no clue what it's gonna be like. It's gonna be so amazing. So encourage instead of looking at all your circumstances, how you feel emotionally and physically, start encouraging yourself. Lord, I can't wait for the new earth. That's gonna be so awesome. Lord, transform me. Help me understand your love for me and for others. And Lord, thank you for giving me peace in the midst of this dungeon experience. Amen. Wow, I'm just keep preaching and preaching. All right, hopefully somebody's getting something from this. Okay, and then so you what? You pray in the spirit at all times and on every occasion. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit. And what? Be watchful with all what perseverance. That's what a lot of us are missing. We're supposed to be praying in the spirit. Do you pray in the spirit? Do you pray in tongues? You don't have to uh do it in public really loud. You know, you you're not you don't have to go out and start praying in the spirit really loud in public place or anything. You can pray underneath your breath, like in private or you know, in public. I pray underneath my breath. Go to the grocery store, nobody knows I'm praying in the Holy Ghost. Go for a walk, nobody knows I'm praying the Holy Ghost. I go for a walk every night with little Timmy, my dog. And I pray in the Spirit underneath my breath to talk to the Lord. It's like one of my favorite times because it's like one in the morning, 12 at night, and I get to walk around, it's cool out. I get the it's quiet, see the moon and the stars, God's creation. I pray in the spirit. Okay, so you can pray in the spirit driving your car. I always tell people, pray in the spirit, driving your car. You're by yourself going to work, pray underneath your breath, turn on some worship music, turn on a Christian Bible or whatever you want to listen to, and then pray in the spirit. Start praying the spirit more, even if it's like two minutes driving. At least two minutes more than you did yesterday. Okay, pray in the spirit, guys. Very important. You know, I I mean I can pray in the spirit a long time. I could pray eight hours in the spirit if I wanted, right? Ten hours. Okay, great. But you don't have to do that. I haven't felt called to pray in the spirit for 10 hours for a long time. You know, just pray when you can in the spirit. Maybe when you pray, you hang out with the Lord, maybe just start off with a couple minutes of tongues. Remind the Lord that you love having the Holy Spirit, you love when he prays through you. You know, and pray underneath your breath. If you know, if your brain starts going, well, this isn't really tongues or whatever, pray underneath your breath. You don't have to be like all loud and everything with it. You know how I learned to do that? I used to work for a behavior health company. We used to have these really long meetings. You ever been to a corporate meeting? Oh my gosh, it's always a meeting about another meeting, right? They never really get anything done, little stuff, and then it's like, we'll have another meeting about that. Like three-hour meeting, and all we're doing is have another meeting. Anyway, I start getting smart. I was like, man, I'm just gonna start praying. So I sit, put my hand up like this when people are talking, everybody's yapping, and I just nobody knew I was praying in tongues. So I get three hours in tongues, two, three hours in tongues in a meeting. That's like if you go to meetings. Yeah, he's uh church. I do the same thing. Sit there. If I'm in a church service, I'll just sit there and pray in tongues underneath my breath. You're talking to God, you're edifying your inner man. You don't know what you're saying, only God does. And God is praying out your destiny, He's praying for you, He's making intercession for you. So pray in the Spirit. Pray in the Spirit at all times, in every season, in opportunity. So pray in the spirit when you have opportunity, when you have occasion to do it, with every kind of prayer. Interesting, huh? And petition. So, what's a petition? You're petitioning the Lord, making supplication. Lord, I need my rent paid. Thank you so much. Lord, thank you that you know my needs before I even ask you. Lord, I need this breakthrough, I need this, whatever. My son needs this, my daughter needs this. To the end, what the same thing, the end, stay alert, keep awake, don't sleep spiritually with all perseverance, persistency, be persistent in your what? In your prayers. You need to develop a prayer life, and this is something God helped me with years ago. You can ask the Lord to help you with your prayer life. If you are somebody that just speaks uh, you know, prayers you don't really know, you know, you're just not really a prayer person you feel right now. Ask the Lord to pray through you. And if you're not baptized the Holy Spirit, go to your pastor, ask him to pray for you. Ask your pastors to pray for you, ask your friends to pray for you. Before you go to bed at night, ask the Lord for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. You want to speak in tongues. That's what I did for three months. One night, boom, I got the Holy Ghost. Oh, little Timmy got scared. Not scared, but he was like, What are you doing, Dad? He looks at me, he's like, What are you doing? Right? Boom, I got the Holy Ghost, started speaking in tongues. It was wonderful. And then after that, I didn't know what tongues were. I was like, Well, why do I have this anyway? I just knew I was supposed to pray for it. And then God led me on a whole journey there to learn more about it. So it's very important, and I'm gonna pray for everybody to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the end here, okay? That's very important for you to get the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Everybody can speak in tongues, can pray in tongues. Okay, Paul says, Does everybody speak in tongues? No, one gift for this and that. Guys, that's languages. Can everybody speak in other languages? Can everybody give a message in tongues and interpret tongues? But praying in tongues is personal. So I personally believe my belief is every believer should be baptized in the Holy Spirit. It doesn't mean you're not saved if you're not, but you want the empowerment of the Spirit. Okay? You want the baptism of the Holy Spirit, because then you can access the gifts of the Spirit. Okay. You're still saved if you confess Jesus as Lord and you baptize and all that stuff in water. You're saved. You have the Holy Spirit. But there's an empowerment, an endument, a fulfilling of the Holy Ghost. Okay? That empowers you for your ministry, for your life.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01Like Jesus received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost, and then he went into his ministry.
SPEAKER_02Okay?
SPEAKER_01All right. So pray in the spirit. But you need perseverance. You need perseverance. And so sometimes we go through really long seasons or we go through things and we're person, we need to learn perseverance. Because perseverance, it will build your character, give you patience, give you peace. Like I know that the Lord, that there's different seasons. Some seasons are longer than others, but eventually the season ends as you follow the Lord. So just follow the Lord. And if you're in a season you don't like, tell the Lord. And then learn to persevere in that season. To just accept where you're at and move forward. Some of you that watch the broadcast are dealing with sicknesses that have lasted a long time. Or they're family members sick. I've dealt with both. You persevere in trusting God. Persevere in trusting the promise. Persevere knowing you're saved. Persevere knowing God loves you. Persevere knowing that God has made you righteous apart from your behavior. Start believing that you're righteous and God loves you. And then pretty soon you're like, wow, I got through that season. How is that? Oh, the season changed. Like I was living, uh I was living in a small apartment in Kansas. I was hanging out with the Lord. I was doing some ministry stuff. And then all of a sudden I'm praying in the Holy Ghost one night and I'm just hanging out with the Lord. And he's like, okay, you're gonna sell everything and you're gonna uh you're gonna uh go to the Philippines.
unknownWhat?
SPEAKER_01What? I don't know, really? Philippines? Okay, Lord. And then so he tells me, and I'm like, okay, Lord, and so I'm praying about it. I'm not like all of a sudden gonna do something. I just oh okay, I'll do it, Lord. You know, I wait. A week later, I get a call from somebody uh over in the Philippines. They're like, hey, we would like to invite you to uh uh you know, as uh we have a thing for authors, we're doing a it's like the largest book fair in Asia. You want to come? And I got to speak there and everything. So I got called to Manila like a week later. So I knew it was the Lord. I'm like, okay, cool. All right, Lord, sold everything for like the third or fourth time and moved overseas, was over there for three months in the Philippines, and then I started traveling, and then I was in 25 countries after that. The Lord took me through Europe, I got to do some of the Christmas markets I live streamed and let you see the Christmas markets because I like to live stream when I travel, and it was doing ministry from different places, I got to live in Albania for a couple months. I mean, so like you just never know in Argentina, right? All sorts of stuff. So, like all that from what realizing I'm in a season and hanging out with the Lord, and then eventually that season left, or I transitioned out of that season. So remember, everything's a season. So if you're going through a bad time, it's a season. You're not always gonna be going through this. I'm not trying to downplay your going through a bad time, maybe, but I don't want you to sit in that bad time in unbelief because that's when the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy. Okay, so I want to encourage you in your faith, full surrender, realizing you're dead. You died with Christ, you're risen in a newness of life. You have a whole new life, and you have you might be dealing with trauma and anxiety and depression, all stuff, but no, your spirit man is alive. Your spirit man has made you a new creature, your spirit man has joy in it. A lot of people are like, I want the joy of the Lord. I used to do that. Lord, I want the joy of the Lord, I want the joy of the Lord. I finally realized I got the joy of the Lord in my body. I want love, Lord, I want love. I got love in my body. See, like you have it in your body, right? You want healing. I have healing in my body. Because I have God in my body. That's the whole mystery that was hidden through the ages, but was revealed to the prophets through Christ. Christ in us the hope of glory. It's Christ in you the hope of glory, Apostle Paul said. Christ in us the hope of glory. Christ in you. So instead of looking at your test results for your blood, start looking at Christ in you, worrying about your test results. God can give you wisdom with that. Christ in me heals my blood. Christ in me gives me wisdom with how to eat or how to exercise to fix my blood panel or whatever. Christ in me, the hope of glory. Christ in me heals the trauma. But if you just keep thinking you're a traumatized person and not healed by Christ because you died, now you're risen to newness of life. You're just always gonna see yourself as a traumatized person from your your youth or whatever. See? So you want to start transforming by agreeing with the truth. Okay, guys, I'm gonna pray now. Um, I've been yapping for a while. Hopefully, you enjoyed the broadcast. Um, if uh if you'd like, you can go and you can donate at the Father's Friends Ministry. We're trying, we're we're going to. We're gonna transition Holy Ghost television. We're gonna have different speakers on here, hopefully. Uh that's the kind of vision I have right now. I want to have different teachers, I want to have events on here, live stream, I want to maybe start a news show, all sorts of stuff. I'm just talking about it now. But you know what? I got a big vision for this, so praise God. Holy Ghost television, this is like the starting of it. So thank you for being part of it. You can give, you can donate at thefathersfriends.org. Become a monthly supporter helps us a ton, even five bucks a month. Thank you for those that give and support. Thank you for your generosity. Praise God. And uh download our app. You can follow, subscribe as well, wherever you're at, on your socials, if you're watching on social media, uh, and our ministry store has a bunch of stuff. Um, and yeah, for my books, all that stuff. It's not about me, it's not about being a follower of me. I want you to follow Jesus of Nazareth. That's why I want you to be super close to the Holy Ghost. Just be super close to Jesus, okay, guys. Just just go all in. Why not? Don't be like a religious, you know, like somebody that's like super like uh condemning to others. I'm talking about being filled with love, going all in with Jesus Christ. Just go all in. What is stopping you from just saying, Lord, here I am, here I am, Lord. Use me. Here I am, Lord. Teach me. Here I am, Lord. Here I am. What's stopping you? What's stopping you? You are you stubborn? Tell the Lord, Lord, use me, but I'm stubborn right now. But that's not really your personality anyway, anymore in Christ, because you died. So you have to learn you died. Just start accepting that you died with Christ. You're buried with him in baptism. You have been crucified with him. Okay, so you're not this rejected, depressed person anymore. Snap out of it. You gotta start snapping out of it. Take those thoughts captive. You're no good. The voices start talking to you. Shut up, not interested. Don't talk to voice anymore. Just say it. I don't talk to voice anymore. I'm done. Like you're dealing with schizophrenia? I don't talk to voice anymore. I'm done. I just don't do it. You're dealing with depression? Okay, it's a feeling. I feel depressed. Okay, I can't leave my bed right now. I feel depressed. I'm on medication. Okay, that could be a fact. But the truth is, is that God is with you in your sick bed. He was with David in his sickbed, King David. And the Bible promises bless the Lord. Oh my soul, forget not all his benefits. He what? Heals all my diseases, forgives all my iniquities. So he forgives all your iniquities, he heals all your diseases. That's the truth. That's the truth. You know, oh, you didn't get healed this way or that way, or it didn't happen to that person. It doesn't matter. God's word is true and every man's a liar. I mean, that's the truth. God's word is true, and every man's a liar according to God. Hey, God forgives all my sins, heals all my diseases. That's the truth. If I fail in that way, for some reason I don't get healed or I whatever, it's not on God. It's not on God. And his healing might look different to different people. You might go through a surgery, but God had a purpose. You're still healed. You still overcame. He might have you take medication for a while to teach you something. I don't know. So your healing, your deliverance can look different than just going down at the altar and getting a miracle, an instant miracle, that's what you really want, right? Which is fine. But maybe it's not going to be that way. You know, I wanted to be instantly healed of schizophrenia years ago. Instantly. I just wanted God to take it away. And that's what I did. I prayed every day for that. And guess what? Slowly, slowly, slowly. Slowly, slowly, slowly, slowly. Why? Because I was damaged. I got damaged by a cult leader. I got damaged by false doctrines. I got damaged by self-effort and works-based mentality. I got damaged from about lies of losing my salvation all the time. I got damaged by trauma when I was a kid. I was a damaged person. So God was gentle with me and slowly delivered me because he had to father me, because I had to learn what it was like to have a father like God. A loving father, unconditional love. So some of us need to be parented, and God is going to use your situation to show you what a real parent's like. The best father in the universe or in creation, father God. So you're thinking, oh my gosh, this is horrible, but God's fathering you through it. So I want you to think differently. God's fathering you. He's fathering you. He's a good father. And our website's thefathersfriends.org. Okay, let's pray. Let's pray. You can post a prayer request. I'll give you like uh if you're on the social media, I think uh, and I'll look on the app, see if there's any prayer requests. And I'll just give it like 30 seconds because there's a little delay, so I'll just give it like 30 seconds. Oh, it turned off. That's weird. Never mind. Okay, so I'm just learning how to uh to uh schedule it on the app. You have to schedule it uh time and stuff, it's all like professional. I'm used to just getting on live stream and talking, but I guess you have to schedule the times. I scheduled the time off. So it was on there for a while, but now okay. So you uh anyway, all right. So Lord, we just thank you so much for those that are here. Thank you, Lord, for your word. Thank you for the armor of God. Thank you, Lord, that we are able to take every thought captive, we're able to arrest and destroy and to bring down every thought captive to what? To the obedience of Christ on the cross, that Jesus was obedient unto death. Thank you, Lord. Thank you that we are new creations in you, Lord. And Lord, uh, as the gospel's preached, you promise that signs and wonders would follow those who believe. And Lord, I uh I ask uh that through the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that people watching this would receive from the Holy Spirit, whatever it may be, if it may be an instant healing, a deliverance, that devils would come out of them, that healings would be in their soul, that they uh maybe somebody needs to be baptized, the Holy Spirit, that you would send forth the baptism of the Holy Spirit, uh, that somebody needs encouragement in their heart. Or uh whatever it looks like, Lord, I pray for those people and I ask in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, Father, that miracles and signs and wonders would take place now to those who can receive. Thank you, God. Thank you for filling us with the Spirit of God. Thank you, Lord, that we're saved by grace through faith and not by works, lest any man should boast. Thank you, Lord, that we cannot boast in our righteousness, but in your righteousness. And we thank you that you have a plan and a purpose for each person watching. Thank you for healing bodies and minds and delivering people from mental torment, healing people's minds, their neurons in their mind, their cells in their mind, their brain. Lord, thank you for healing emotions. Thank you for putting people back together. Uh putting people back together, those that feel like they have different personalities maybe inside of them or uh different um, you know, they act out in different types of strongholds. Thank you for putting them back together and removing those strongholds as they submit to you and they resist the devil. And Lord, I thank you for those that give the ministry that help our organization lead more people, Lord Jesus Christ. I thank you for those people. I ask that you would uh bless them abundantly, Lord, in everything they do. I pray for those that need new jobs or careers, that you would open new doors for them, and that prosperity would be theirs, Lord. Just like Apostle John said, he he prays that people prosper, that we prosper and we be in health. Uh Lord, that we prosper just as our soul is prospering. Thank you that our souls are prospering and that we prosper in all things we do. That includes business and in our jobs. Thank you for canceling debt. Lord, uh people that may have debts that they would just be canceled supernaturally, and that you'd help them make better choices, maybe, if they got into debt. Uh uh, you know, uh, and maybe they made bad choices, they got in debt, or just if they're in debt, Lord, because bills or whatever. I pray for cancellation of debt supernaturally. I pray for testimonies coming to the ministry uh of miracles that take place as as we all agree in the name of Jesus and Nazareth. Thank you, Father God. Amen. All right. Well, I'm getting super joyful. Please pray for wisdom. It seems that I am uh we have a prayer request here. Let me put it on the uh on the screen. I'll pray for you real quick. Sorry, I didn't see your prayer request. Camilla on uh YouTube says, please pray for wisdom. It seems that I'm stuck in this situation and can't get out. Please pray for a new house for me. Thank you. All right, Lord, thank you for wisdom. Thank you that when we ask for wisdom, you give it to us. We pray for our our friend here on YouTube, uh, whatever the situation is, Lord, that you will you will answer uh and that you will uh work all things for the good. We pray for wisdom uh for this individual, and it sounds like they don't like the situation they're in. And I pray that you'd use it all for the good and that you would teach through this life situation, and that at the perfect time, Lord, everything will work for their good according to your will. We bless this person, we bless the situation, thank you for giving them patience and helping them trust that you're good, Father God. Thank you for a breakthrough for them. Thank you in Jesus Christ's name. Amen. Amen. All right, all right. Thank you guys for uh joining today. Uh what's this right here? Oh, it's weird. It just showed up right there. All right, just hid it. See that? I can just hide it right there. All right, oh gosh, I'm feeling great, guys. You guys want to see little Timmy again?
