Hey everybody. This is Nick Grimsman from The Father's Friends. I'm trying a little uh little different here today with the um the look of Holy Ghost Television stream. I don't know if it's gonna work, but it's Spirit Stream 52, and I'm trying something new. That just arrived. Spirit Stream 52, and I'm trying something new. So how's everybody doing today? This is Nick Grimson. I'm your host, uh Holy Ghost Television, Spirit Stream 52. And this is uh, if you look to my which way is this? No, other way. That way, you'll see a big blank screen right there. That's gonna be for comments and questions tonight. I would like to just spend some time answering questions, um, chatting with people out there on social media, uh, people out there that are um watching. I don't know how many questions I get or how many uh viewers I will have. But uh thank you so much for joining. Let's start with prayer and then we'll uh we'll see where the Lord takes us, okay? So this is just something I'm trying. I don't know um if I'm gonna keep this format, but hey, this is uh this is exciting, right? You can change up stuff, it's not a big deal. It's fun to experiment and uh see uh just different uh ways of doing stuff. So Lord, we just thank you so much for tonight. Thank you for Holy Ghost Spirit Stream number 52. Thank you, Lord, that you live inside of us. Thank you for the spirit of faith that lives inside of us. Thank you that you have cleansed us from all unrighteousness as we walk in your light. We are cleansed, we are clean. Thank you, Lord, that we can walk before you with a humble heart. Thank you that we can be disciples of you, Lord. Thank you for eternal life. King Jesus, I pray tonight that you would give me a good word for everybody watching this live or in replay. Lord, I pray that you would draw the right people here to watch this broadcast, to ask questions or comment, or or just uh just to watch and replay is fine, Lord. I just really want to help somebody tonight. Thank you, Father. And I just thank you, Holy Spirit, for the anointing that teaches us the truth and no lies of the truth. Thank you, Lord. Thank you that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus' name, Father. Thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you that the angels are here. Thank you that you love people, that your desire is for every person to come to repentance, to know Jesus, to be saved. Thank you that you've gifted us eternal life. Amen. Jesus' name. Praise God. Hi, Tanya. Uh, good to see you. So there's no sound, she says. There's no sound. Let's go over here. I got sound on my side. Jameson over on YouTube. Do you have sound? Do you have sound, Jameson? Thank you for commenting. I appreciate it. Any sound over there, Jameson, on YouTube. Praise God. Thank you. Thank you for letting me know. Like I said, this is uh experimental. We're just going down the narrow road with the Lord, right? We're just trying out what's going on here. Actually, I have uh Facebook on my right here. Let me see if I can hear the sound. Yeah, um, we have sound there. Let me see if I fast. Oh, I can't fast forward. We have sound, Tanya. Yeah, everybody has sound, Tanya. I think you just have to unmute the live stream. It's all good. God loves you. We have sound. Praise God. We love you, Tanya. Lord, we ask that you would uh bless this broadcast abundantly. I haven't been on for a little bit, guys. I was traveling uh for ministry. I went and I was in uh Texas, ministered to some people there, two little meetings there, not too big. That's okay. You have to you have to uh understand that it's not about numbers. So a lot of people are all about I gotta have a big ministry, I have to have a big church, uh, I have to sell a lot of books, I have to minister all these people, or I'm not uh important to God. Guys, you're important to God uh because of Jesus and because God chose you before the foundation of the world to uh inherit salvation, be it son or daughter. So uh numbers uh do not matter. What matters is your obedience to the Lord. If the Lord has you in a place and there's three people to minister to, or there's one person to minister to, you should be thankful that the Lord has chosen you to be uh a minister at that time to help people. Amen. All right. So uh I started off in uh to learn how to uh to pray for people or to preach in uh this place called Baptist Village. It is a retirement home. Uh I don't know if it's still there, it's 20, almost 15 years ago now, 20 years ago, I don't know how long, but it's called Baptist Village. It was a little retirement home that I went to after work. Uh, and I would, uh this is before I was in ministry full-time, I would go and I would um I would go and do like a little meeting there, and about three or four elderly ladies would show up uh every week and I'd pray for them, and uh we would I would try to preach, and that's where I learned something really important. So I used to write down all my uh I used to write down all my sermons I was gonna do for the for that for that Wednesday night or whatever, right? So I'd write down this sermon, all the notes and everything like that. And uh this is before like, you know, AI and all that stuff, right? So I'd go and actually study the Bible and try to find a, you know, I wouldn't go on the internet and try to find everything. I was studying the Bible and trying to get a word from God. Uh so I started writing down all these scriptures. So I'd come with like two pages of notes, and I would get up in front of these three or four uh older ladies and I would uh do my little sermon, but I didn't have uh, I didn't uh I didn't really feel like I had any anointing because I would just read the sermon. So I would I would start talking and then I would look at the sermon or I'd look at my notes or I'd look at the scriptures, and then I would like lose train of thought. I would feel like I lost where I was going with it. And at Baptist Village is where the Lord, I believe the Lord taught me how to just talk from my heart. And so I've done that. I can teach from notes if I need to, but I've done that for years and years and years ever since I started the ministry. Like I don't meditate for hours wondering what I'm gonna tell people on Holy Ghost television. I literally just turn on the computer here, the lights, and then I just go with it. So when you watch Holy Ghost television, know that I'm not keeping a bunch of notes trying to uh uh you know figure out everything. I am talking like they call it off the cuff, but I believe it's from my heart. And I think that's where um where God has me right now is to just do speak to people from my heart. And I do that in evangelism. I do that when I do street ministry or talk to people, do interviews. I've done interviews, and I just went, you know, with what's in my heart. So you don't have to try to analyze all your preaching and all your stuff. You don't have to analyze it all in your brain because what happens is is or at least with me and with others I've I've talked with and uh mentored or talked, you know, helped, is that they they have too much information, and then it's sometimes the your brain, your carnal mind will just take you in a way different direction than what the Lord wanted you to do. And so remember the gospel is very simple and easy, and it's not like rocket science. Uh, you don't have to say a bunch of words to get your point across. Um, it's the gospel, it's the lifting up of the name of Jesus and the word of God and what the Holy Spirit is saying at the time to the people that is going to draw people to salvation, deliverance, healing, all those things, right? And so I want to encourage you that if I started with three or four people with my little notes here and there, uh, and then the Lord, I believe the Lord trained me um to do media and to preach and things like that without all that stuff, you can do the same thing if you are somebody that feels like you're supposed to be a minister or preacher or something. You don't have to be nervous about having to write down all these notes and everything. There's nothing wrong with writing notes stuff. That's the way you operate. But for me, I just learned it early on that that's not gonna be uh the best for me right now or currently. I mean, it's been years, so I mean I've never changed. Um sometimes if I'm doing like a teaching, like a you know, like I'm trying to teach a bunch of stuff, I'll have notes or whatever, but usually it's always off the cuff. So when you watch the spirit streams, I'm literally just hanging out with people and trying to encourage you in your faith. And uh when I was in Texas, so I'm going back to Texas now, right? And you know, one another thing real quick is what I like about live is uh early on, I'll go back to early on, I started trying to do a lot of teachings, recorded teachings, okay? And what happens uh with me anyway, when I started when I did recorded teachings, I would have like this uh perfectionism come upon me. So I would do, I would spend hours trying to record a video because like I noticed I said something a little off. So I'd delete the whole thing and start over, and it just took forever and ever and ever uh to record like just even like a minute teaching. So I started just doing it live. And the way I did that was I would turn on uh live stream and I would just do I started with just doing like uh no viewers, like a Facebook Live or something with no viewers. You can like market for like no viewers, just only you can see it and the people you ask for. I don't know why I'm telling you guys this. Maybe somebody's out there wanting to start ministry. I don't know, I'm just talking, right? And so I I would record myself uh doing the teaching in live stream mode, uh, or maybe I have a couple friends watching or something like that. But what that did for me is that it got me out of the perfectionism. Another thing is when I write books or anything like that, uh, I used to, or with my website, I do the websites and everything like that. Um uh I started, I noticed that I would, you know, be really technical about everything like that. Picture has to be perfect, and that every sentence has to be perfect. It took me hours and hours because I had this perfectionism in my brain. And it was like um uh it was just kind of tormenting to me. And so I started, I just learned that, hey, you know what? I'm just gonna, I might see something off, and I'm just gonna leave it there. I'm just gonna leave it there. And I feel like the Lord kind of got all the perfectionism in my carnal mind uh out of me, not maybe all yet, but you know, and so now I can do things and like it's okay if it's not perfect. It's okay if the the picture's not perfect, you know, in on the screen with the website, or the wording is not perfect, or because you could go through editing your own book for 10 years, you know, if you just keep nitpicking it, nitpicking and nitpicking it, nitpicking. You could go through your website and change it all the time because this isn't right, or that picture's the wrong size, or this or that. And so I just learned rest. I learned how to rest in imperfection and just realize there's imperfection in the world, and I don't have to try to be perfect, like I'm talking literally perfect with every little thing I do because it was driving me to be tormented in certain areas, and so that's uh, you know, and then later on that flared up with my ministry, like uh preaching and things like that. I started um in my my brain started kind of like the carnal mind started, well, you you know, you're teaching uh this might be a little false doctrine you're teaching, you know. So I would preach or talk on live stream or go to church and preach or whatever. And then I would sit there afterwards and be like, oh my gosh, did I just like say a false doctrine? Or did I just did I do something? Did I say something wrong? And but it wasn't like it was like big stuff for me. It was like little tiny things I might I might uh say that I'll look back and be like, oh, I shouldn't have said that or whatever. So what I was doing uh for a while was I would do like a live stream or video, and then I would uh I would do a live stream and then go, oh, I said something wrong, and I delete it. And so I started getting like a perfect, it was not started, but like it was this perfectionism thing that I was noticing and it was tormenting because like imagine doing a live stream, and every time you get off a live stream or after you preach at a church or whatever you do, all of a sudden condemnation comes and you're like, oh my gosh, I might have said something that was wrong. And it wasn't like big stuff I was saying, it was like little tiny stuff that unfortunately my carnal mind, the enemy, however you look at it, was condemning me or making me feel bad about what I was saying or what I was doing. And so it got me uh hyper focused on uh making a mistake. And so tonight let's let's pray about uh removing this hyper focus on ourselves and that hyper focus of perfection. Let's uh let's it's like an OCD type thing, you know, like a compulsive thing, right? So let's let's pray about that right now. And then if you have questions or if you uh feel like this this is uh helping you or anything, let me know in the comments. I got the comment section right there so I can see everybody commenting. It's pretty cool. Okay, I like it. So uh Lord, I just thank you that um uh our carnal mind is an enemy of God, it can't please God. It's uh it's tainted by the world, it's tainted by self-righteousness, it's tainted. Um, and your word, Lord, delivers our carnal mind and transforms our carnal mind to be more like the mighty Christ. I ask tonight, Lord, that anybody that deals with uh like an OCD mindset or like a perfectionism type thing, Lord, that they would receive freedom, that they would see um that uh things aren't that serious sometimes, that what they're obsessing over or what they're thinking about themselves. Like when I would would say, Oh, did I say something wrong? Oh no, you know, things like that, Lord. I just thank you for grace. Like grace covers when we uh you know we make a mistake that we don't mean to make, you know, or and grace covers us all the time for everything. So thank you for that. Thank you, Lord. Let's see where this goes, Lord. Jesus' name, hallelujah. Praise God, praise God. So uh so that's kind of how I started ministry, and then now I uh I do these live streams, and the the spirit streams are just kind of like a hangout. Like I really want people to uh, you know, I get emails from people that watch them at night, they'll listen to them, um, and they'll get a lot of help from them, they'll get a lot of hope. You know, the main thing is you have to remember, guys, is that you're not supposed to uh for the rest of your life just be a you know like uh somebody that just watches a bunch of uh teachings all the time and learning from other people all the time. There's a there's a time and a place to learn from other people like myself and other ministers. But there comes there there comes a place, you know, like a eventually you have to know the Lord for yourself. Eventually, you have to get to the place where you can teach others, where you can be a pastor or a missionary or something, or just fulfill what God has for you, whatever that is. Eventually you have to be mature, eventually you're supposed to be mature. Some people I've been ministering uh for what 15, almost 15 years full time. And sometimes I still uh see the same people and wonder why they're haven't grown at all. Why isn't somebody grown? Why haven't they grown into maturity? Why haven't they uh why do they still uh seem like they haven't grown out of being a baby Christian? They still struggle with fleshly stuff, big emotions, all this. What is wrong? And I've come to the conclusion, this is my personal conclusion, uh, I mean, take it for what you want, that it's lack of surrender. I think a lot of people don't realize that your emotions and your mind and your heart, right? Your emotions, your soul need to be surrendered to the Lord to move forward. So there's things that you go through in your life, there's things uh that you know attack your your finances, your family, whatever's going on. And it's like you hold on to that thing, you hold on to uh the uh the emotion of it, the fear of it. Uh you hold on to something that God wants you to overcome. So you think it's too big, you think the giant's too big, so you kind of just let it alone in your life. But the Lord is kind of pushing you to, hey, you can overcome this by faith in me. And so surrendering is what I see to be the big lack, especially in the Western church, is like surrendering everything to the Lord. And I'm not saying just say surrender, I'm talking about those pieces in your soul and in your mind that you hold on to. And those are pretty much idols if you think about it. If you think about it like an idol, an idol is a place uh of worship, a place of uh you cling to, right? So Jesus wants you to cling to him. So you'll get put in a situation where you have an opportunity to cling to Jesus. Um, but a lot of times if we're not surrendered in that area in our heart or you know, trusting the Lord in that area, we'll cling to something else. We'll cling to our own strength, we'll cling to our own righteousness, we'll cling to our own monetary uh you know ways to do stuff, or we'll cling to our education or whatever it is. We cling uh to things in our emotions, we hold on to them when God wants us to surrender them. A lot of times you hear surrender and you think you'll never get anything, right? Well, if I surrender the desire to have a nice house to God in my emotions, and just just you know accept that maybe I'm gonna live in a studio apartment for the rest of my life, if I follow God, you know, then that surrendering, that part of you is like holding on to something that God wants you to surrender, and then later on, maybe He can give it to you. So He He asks us to surrender everything so that He can give us good things in His timing. But when we hold on to stuff, then it pulls us, right? It pulls us away from God's will for our life. Our relationships are like that. You could, you know, you could feel like God wants you to let go of a relationship, but you have this pull in there. Well, this person, you know, uh, I like to go eat with that person, or I like talking fun with that person, or they're romantic, or whatever it is, and and God's like, oh, you need to surrender. I have something better for you, or I want to heal this area of your life or whatever, but you hold on to it instead. And then you just go around the mountain, go around the mountain 20 years later. You're still going around the mountain, you don't know why. It's the lack of surrender, usually. So in your own life, you can pray, you can ask the Lord, Lord, what where what area of my heart, my soul, my mind would you like me to surrender? I know in my life, I've had to go through a lot of surrendering in the realm of fear. Because if you think about fear, fear is a way that you get controlled, right? So you get controlled by fear. The Bible says that the the enemy, the devil, keeps people in bondage by fear of death. Okay, so he controls the masses by fear of death. And so he uses condemnation to make everybody afraid of death, because once death comes a judgment, right? And so the devil uses that as a weapon. So, what are you afraid of? Have you ever thought of deep in your heart, deep in your soul, what are you truly afraid of? Are you afraid of judgment day? I talked to a lot of Christians that are afraid of judgment day. I used to be one of them. I used to be really afraid of Judgment Day. Going back to my time in Dallas and Texas, when I was going to Dallas and I went to West Texas as well. I ministered there to a lady who was she was dealing with mental health issues. And she was a broken individual, right? So she uh she's uh it's common, right? You you meet people like that all the time. They, you know, their identity is messed up because of trauma or whatever. Very nice person, uh, but her doctrines were all messed up. And so if you struggle like that, you want to go back to the truth of the gospel. Okay, Jesus, he lived a sinless life and fulfilled the law of Moses completely, and he died a criminal's death on the cross, and he fulfilled everything in the prophets and the law, and he died on the cross for our sins, and he rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. So he is the Messiah. And by faith in the Messiah, you're saved by grace through faith and not by works or behavior. Okay, you're not saved by behavior. And so a lot of people who have had trauma or they've had abusive partners or family members that have been bad to them, or maybe their parents were uh rough on them or whatever, they uh they are afraid of judgment day because of what the world has told them through their own experiences. So for me, I was, you know, I brought I was brought up in a uh you know a cult, not brought up in a cult, but I when I first became Christian, I I joined a cult, and that cult was very uh behavior focused. It had a sinless perfectionism doctrine, okay? And so everybody was uh trying to be sinless all the time, and all we did was, all I did was notice all my flesh when I tried that instead of focusing on Christ in me to transform me into love and to have faith in God and to have a good conscience before God. See, there's a difference, there's a difference there, right? And so uh just in the way you believe, okay? I didn't believe in any grace at all. It was all behavior, all works. And so when people go through stuff, uh a lot of people in the world just learn that uh, you know, God only loves them if they're behaving well. And so they get saved, they're sincere, they get born again, they get baptized and watered, they get the gift of the Holy Spirit, and then they have this mindset of sinless perfection. I have to be this perfect person to be blessed, I have to be a perfect person uh so God will accept me, okay? So they get into works, so you get saved, and then eventually so in the way you receive the gospel, right? You start getting into works, and then you start feeling like you're not on fire for God anymore. You start struggling with sinful behaviors of your past, you don't know why. You struggle with all this stuff, and the whole time you think God's mad at you, you think God's upset with you because of your struggles. Okay, so the scripture says that if I'm sinning, it's not really me sinning, it's sin that dwells in me. Okay, so Paul wants to do so. Apostle Paul in Romans 7 saying, I want to do good things, but I do bad things. Why is that? What is going on? It's the law in his members, okay? So your mind, remember, your mind is a carnal mind. It's programmed by the world system, okay? Self-righteousness. So you're self-righteous, you're trying to fulfill the law in yourself. So you get saved. Christ is the end of the law for all those who believe. So Christ fulfilled the law for you, but then you get saved, and then you think you have to, you have to the the enemy like tricks us, he makes us start focusing on everything we're doing instead of focusing on Christ. So it's like you get saved, you focus on Christ, and then pretty soon you start focusing on everything you need to repent of, everything that you're not doing. Uh you didn't read the Bible that you didn't do this or whatever, and then condemnation starts creeping in. And then when condemnation comes, then the enemy starts uh it makes your flesh start flaring up because you become self-righteous. You're focusing on the wrong thing, like in Galatians. You're basically focusing on the wrong thing. You're trying to fulfill uh righteousness in yourself, see? And so that's why it's important that you understand that you're righteous all the time. If you start believing you're righteous all the time, then it will manifest in your life. When you start believing you're a righteous person, it's harder to do unrighteous acts. Does that make sense? But you do unrighteous acts, either you believe wrong and think you're just some sinner saved by grace and you're just uh you know always gonna sin all the time, or you are in bondage to something because of the way you believe. So let's say you're looking at stuff on the computer that's wrong, you're you feel like you're addicted to it. Well, you're basically resting on yourself to be free from it. So if you're resting on yourself to be free from something, it's gonna be a long time until you're free. Change your mind and realize that Jesus has set you free from the curse of the law, Jesus has set you free from all principality and power, Jesus has set you free from all addictions, all sickness, all poverty, all life. Jesus has set you free from everything. Why? Because you did a bunch of stuff, or because he fulfilled everything in himself, that Jesus Christ completely fulfilled the law of Moses, the prophets, everything that was written about him, and that he came and he is the savior of the world. He's the savior of mankind, he is your savior. So the moment you start resting on yourself, guess what you're doing? You're kind of making yourself your own savior, your own God in a way, your own idol, right? In a way, I'm not saying you're doing, you know, you're willing, you know, you're thinking, but in a way, if you see it, and then you have to wean off of your own behavior and realize that it's the grace of God that sets you free. And the grace of God teaches us to abstain from godly lusts and evil things. So the grace of God teaches you to make better life choices. Will you screw up as a Christian? Most likely you will. You might, I've done stupid things in the past, I've said stupid things, I've done stupid things. I've tried to run from God, try to rebel, done all sorts of dumb things. But his grace always gets me. His goodness always gets me back on the narrow road. And so you don't have to be afraid of judgment day. You don't have to be afraid that God is gonna swipe you down on judgment day and throw you in the lake of fire because you didn't go to church last Sunday. Okay, we're not supposed to be afraid. John 1 John he talks about how if when Christ appears, we're gonna be like him because we'll see him as he is or something like that, right? I didn't totally quote it. So when Christ appears, he you're gonna see him and you're gonna see what lives inside of you, Christ in us, the hope of glory. So you have to focus on Christ in you, the hope of glory. If you're dealing with sickness, instead of maybe focusing on the sickness all the time, focus on Christ in you, the hope of glory. The Holy Spirit lives in your body, gives life to your mortal flesh. You're dealing with anxiety, fear, torment. Okay, break it down. Figure it out. What who fears? First John says, He that fears, fears punishment. So if you're somebody that went through a lot of punishment when you're a kid or trauma or whatever, or maybe your parents punished you wrong or you abused or whatever, you have this wrong thought process about Father God. Okay, you're a son now. You can be chastened, right? God allows chastening in our lives, trust me, I know. He allows chastening, why to help us walk in our true identity as sons, righteous people. So you're a righteous person, right? Amen. So you're a righteous person. So I prayed for this individual in uh in the ministry in Texas, and they got touched by the Holy Spirit really powerfully, got delivered. Um, and even while I was speaking, their face changed. They got deliverance while I was speaking the truth of the word of God. Because what happens is you get a revelation that breaks the power of a lie, and the stronghold leaps, and people can be delivered from all sorts of stuff. And a lot of times when you get deliverance or truth comes or whatever it is, your face will actually change. You'll stop being so oppressed. Isn't that amazing? And so it was incredible. So when you're dealing with people, realize that everybody's identity is wrapped up in something other than other than Christ, usually. So their identity, so we're always growing, right? So you're you're growing in grace, you're growing in transformation, you're you're transforming from you know, you're going from glory to glory. But you're you're your the end result is Christ in you, the hope of glory. You're supposed to be transformed into love to be more and more like Jesus, who is love. He loves the you know, love the neighbor as yourself, love God, honor God. So it's kind of like you just have to kind of change your mind and start believing that you're a righteous person despite your behavior, because you're not saved by your behavior, you're saved by grace through faith. Okay, it's a gift of God.

Okay.

First John says, if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous. Okay? So if you have something you did, you feel ashamed for, or you know is wrong, you confess that to God. You can confess it and forsake it through the power of God living inside of you. You can confess it and forsake it. You make a mistake or whatever. You don't want to be sin focused, sin conscious, right? I'm talking about like really going out and doing something really dumb. I'm not talking about everyday little stuff that you, you know, you're still growing, you know, you're growing, you're transforming, stuff like that. Character stuff. Sit there and cry about every little thing that you messed up with. Instead, just be humble and realize that you're growing. You're growing from us, you know, you were a sinner, and now you're growing into a righteous person. That's who you are. So when somebody comes for prayer, let's say you're pastor, let's say you're counselor, whatever, they they come for prayer, they they want counsel, whatever, they're gonna start talking about their trauma, they're gonna start talking to you about their addiction, they're gonna start talking about their spouse, whatever it is. And you have to lead them back their identity, teach them the gospel, teach them what happened to them when they truly got saved. If they are truly saved, right, you want to talk to them about that. So when somebody's truly saved, Christ lives in their body and he's doing the work inside of them. And we stunt that by lack of surrender. That's what I'm trying to say. Lack of surrender. So in my own life, I can look back and see different areas where I held on to. Fear was one of them, like I talked about earlier. Fear was held on to me for a long, long time. And so, in his mercy and his grace and his wisdom, God took me through different situations of fear. Okay, and I can go through these uh another time, but just different situations that were very fearful. Uh they could have been really fearful. They, I mean, they they were fearful, but they were in a place where I could overcome it. Anyway, it's kind of hard to explain. But God will take you in through situations where you can exercise your faith to overcome the strongholds you deal with. So, whatever your strongholds are in your family, uh, you know, strongholds you've had in your family, strongholds in your life, strongholds, uh, whatever things you hold on to. God will give you opportunities to overcome them. So, what are the things that God is giving you opportunities to overcome? You know, maybe uh, you know, uh depression, maybe uh uh anxiety, OCD, maybe it's an addiction. You start believing correctly. One is that you are completely free in Christ. You have to learn that. And it all breaks down to uh uh knowing that you have eternal security in Christ. They call it once saved, always saved. I call it if saved, always saved, right? If saved, always saved. It's easier. Okay, so you have eternal life gifted to you through Christ. Those that have saving faith, they've confessed Jesus as Lord and believe with their whole heart that God raised him from the dead. Remember, Philip the Evangelist was uh walking besides the uh beside the uh chariot of the guy from the uh eunuch from uh is it Ethiopia? Uh I think so. Anyway, the eunuch, and he went and he and he preached Christ to him through the book of Isaiah, and then the water showed up. There's a lake or a pond or whatever. He said, Hey, here's water. I can uh can I be baptized? And Philip said, You can be water baptized, right? You can be baptized if you believe in Jesus with your whole heart. So a lot of people they just go get baptized, they do stuff, you know, they go to church and just and they don't really believe with their whole heart. They don't really have that saving faith. But you're different because you're watching this, right? It's time for you to just full surrender, just full surrender your emotions, your thought processes, how you believe about yourself, how you believe about others, how you believe about God. You surrender that, those idols in your heart, those those things that you know you hold on to. Some people's health is their idol, right? They hold on to their health and they're just always afraid something's gonna happen with their health. They hold on to that thing, and then they go through something, and then they have to learn that God is their healer, that God is their uh wise counselor, right? So if that's you, maybe surrender that part of you and accept no matter what happens to your health, no matter what happens to your finances, no matter what happens to your kids, no matter what happens in the world, Jesus is Lord of your life, and Jesus is the one you trust. See, there's a time coming where you're gonna have to fully trust the Lord for things, and He's trying to prepare us, right? There and He's trying to mature you so that when things happen, bad stuff happens in your life or in the world or economy or whatever, you can just say, Jesus, I trust you with my family. You know, you could be tormented right now with things going on in the world, and maybe you have five kids and a spouse, and you know, you're worried about your losing your job, you're worried about your kids' safety, you're worried about all this stuff, you know. And I understand worrying about stuff, but is it in the place of kind of an idol where the fear is kind of like tormenting you? You're holding on to something. Maybe you're not really trusting God with all your money, maybe you're not really trusting God with your kids. You know, maybe you say you do, but emotionally, the enemy's using that stronghold against you to cause you to panic, cause you fearful, cause you look at the news all the time, cause you, you know, to be worried about work or your business. See, idols get built in there, these strongholds. God wants you free from those. God wants you totally free. And Jesus said, You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. And so, what is the truth? That Jesus died on the cross for your sins. He rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. He proved to be the Son of God with power, rising raising from the dead by his own power. And then everyone who calls the name of the Lord shall be saved. Everyone who calls the name of the Lord shall be delivered. The Bible says that uh bless the Lord, oh my soul, forget not all his benefits. He forgives all my iniquities, all my internal junk, all those things I I hide, every, you know, all the sin, the evil stuff that you don't like about yourself, or maybe it's in your generations, anger, you know, you got this stuff. He forgives all our iniquities and our sins, right? So our iniquities of sin as well, right? So he forgives all our sin, our iniquities, and he heals all of our diseases. Okay? Jesus heals all of our diseases, and that is the truth. The way he heals you is up to him because he's training you in righteousness and in faith. So the way God heals you, either by a miracle, deliverance from demons, revelation from the word, uh, scripture, prayer circle at your church, you know, you guys gather around and pray every day, uh, medicine, medication, uh, natural stuff, juicing, vitamins, doctors, surgery, however, God's gonna heal you is between God and God. So surrender. You don't know all the answers. You don't understand it all. I get it. I don't either. So surrender. Surrender the unknown, surrender the fear of judgment, surrender all that stuff, and you'll find peace. And you'll find peace. I feel the presence of the Lord. You'll find peace when you surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ. You'll find peace when you finally give up, when you finally say, Lord, I've tried everything here. And that's really what the law does. It gets people to the end of themselves. Self-righteousness is supposed to be so tormenting that eventually it gets you to find grace. Okay, you're trying to fulfill everything in your own strength instead of surrendering to the one that has all the strength. Jesus. Think how perfect Jesus is and what he truly did for you. He carried that cross for you. He was whipped for you. His beard was pulled out for you. He was spit upon and beaten. The crown of horns is on his head, the nail-scarred hands, the feet, the feet nailed, whipped, beaten, embarrassed, shamed, forsaken, rejected of men, called all sorts of names. He did that all for you. So Jesus is your answer. He bore your sicknesses. So Jesus is your answer. That's all you're going to get from Holy Ghost television. Every time you turn this on, you're just going to get the gospel of grace that Jesus Christ loves you. He died for you, and that he wants to have a relationship with you and give you eternal life. And I pray that the Holy Spirit draws you to a place of full surrender where you just let go and you fully embrace God's grace at the cross. You just fully embrace it and realize that in yourself, you're weak. But with Christ, all things are possible. So, Lord, I pray, Lord, that just the power of the Holy Spirit go through this uh broadcast and just bless somebody out there that somebody be encouraged to hold on to your word and to hold on to you. And I pray for healing. I pray for uh deliverance. I command every evil spirit to leave the people watching this. Lord, I pray for diseases to leave in the name of Jesus. I pray for miracles to break out. I pray for people to hear your voice clearly, to hear your word clearly. I pray, Lord, the blood of Jesus over them. I ask, Lord, that the angels would minister to them. And you promise, Lord, when your word goes forward, that you will draw men to you. Lord, you will draw all people to you. You will draw uh you will draw people salvation, Lord, that miracles and signs of wonders will follow. The preaching of the gospel, I thank you, Lord, for letting uh those that are supposed to watch this watch us draw people, Lord, draw them to surrendering at the foot of the cross, draw them to confessing Jesus Christ as Lord, and for them not to be ashamed. And Lord, for those out there that feel like they've been stuck for a long time and they they know in their heart they're probably still a baby Christian because they lack surrender or you know, they still deal with all this emotional stuff and self-righteousness and stuff. Lord, I pray extra grace for them that they wouldn't feel any condemnation, but they would just say, Lord, thank you for loving me and my mess, and thank you for getting me out of it. Thank you for transforming me and setting me free by the power of your spirit. Thank you, King Jesus, for your word. Lord, thank you for your unending love for your people. Thank you, Lord, that I have uh been given the ability and the platform to be able to help people. It's amazing, Lord. It's such an honor. I hope I did well tonight. In Jesus' name, God, amen. Okay. Thank you guys for uh everything your support your love and then uh yeah any other questions comments echo 77 hello lord for your transformation praise god praise god thank you on YouTube cool I'm glad some people are watching that's good eventually there'll probably be like a lot of people watching but right now we're just starting out so it's fun I like it Steven says hi hi Joyce yes hi Steven yeah so you know it's uh we're starting out and then we just keep growing you know it's how it works you just it's how it works you just keep going forward you know uh unfortunately sometimes in my past I have started out and then quit certain things and I didn't really uh because I got discouraged I guess years ago I started uh a call center for the 188 Know Him uh prayer line and so I learned a couple things here so the 188 Know Him prayer line uh I was uh associate pastor of a church years and years ago when I first got the the number and uh we got laptops and we were calling people outbound calls and we were we were we were uh evangelizing outbound like calling just random people through the phone book or through the uh telemarketing whatever from this computers I had about a handful of people maybe eight people nine people we were doing it for like uh a couple weeks every Sunday after church we'd do it or something it was pretty cool we just call up and say hey we're Christians in Phoenix here we're wondering if you need any prayer and it worked really well a lot of people got saved you know a lot of uh homebound uh elderly people received prayer and everything just calling outbound and um anyway it started dwindling like after two months some people started leaving then pretty soon there's only a couple people left and I got really upset with God I got really sad I was like Lord what why why this why didn't you know I was dreaming of having a call center and this and I've had this dream for a long time and then like a couple years later I realized that sometimes God allows you to kind of like do like a pre-launch you know what a pre-launch is so you might have started let's say you might have written a book right and you put it on uh you know wherever Amazon or whatever and it nobody's buying it you know you get you got three three sales or whatever right and then later on God might have you write another book and then that book is a bestseller. So sometimes there's like a pre-launch like he'll give you the experience and kind of test you with attitude or or however it is I don't know how he how it works. He he's wise I'm not right and so he you know some so sometimes that that happens right so uh I I noticed in my own walk with him that I've done a lot of pre-launches and then unfortunately I do like a pre-launch of something and then I would get upset and I get you know feeling like God doesn't love me or feeling like oh I'm a failure or whatever. But now I know they're just pre-launches. So you know so I know if I do something it doesn't work out that well I'd be like okay well I guess that was either a pre-launch or something I wasn't supposed to do. No big deal. Because it's really not about what you do guys it's about who you are. You know a lot of people what's my destiny what am I I get asked that all the time what am I supposed to do for God? Well why don't you go back to what what did God do for you and then through that relationship you'll find what God's going to do for you well what you're gonna do for God. See? Well we have it backwards right what am I gonna do for God to make him happy or to fulfill my life but the fulfillment of life the fulfillment of life your fulfillment of life right so the fulfillment of life is to know the Holy Spirit that's going to fulfill your whole entire life and then you can rest in his love and in his goodness and then everything flows through that so you put Jesus first his love for you first then everything flows from that but we get taught somehow I don't know maybe just people in general through the world system that we work really hard and we're gonna earn all the blessings I did that guys I got so many stories about working really hard trying to get all the blessings giving a lot of money trying to get all these blessings but it was me being self-righteous and I can do it I can do it myself I can do it myself and you know it's real hard to start teaching grace sometimes because I wasn't a grace person at first I was very hardcore and then I started learning wow it's grace God it's really grace it's your grace it's your love it's your love that frees people it it's it's your truth and your grace that delivers people he met me where I was at when I used to deal with schizophrenia by his grace and his love.
