Hey guys, Nick Grimsman here. Uh, this is Holy Ghost Television. We're on Spirit Stream Number Sixty. Spirit Stream Number Sixty. How's everybody doing today? It's uh it's getting hot here in Arizona. It's like uh like over 100 degrees right now. So uh hope everybody's doing well. We're gonna start with a prayer and then we're gonna get right into it. Uh one thing I was thanking the Lord about before this broadcast was that uh most of the times like he's trained me to just speak from my heart, and I really enjoy that. You know, if you're uh want to be a pastor, a minister, or uh an evangelist um, you know, in the ministry, you really you really want to be in tune with the Lord when you're gonna minister. So if that is like he's trained me, I think, to uh really just speak from my heart, uh in instead of like writing down a bunch of notes and things like that. That works for some people. Some people are teachers and they do that. Uh for me, I have been trained to just talk from the heart. So I don't even know what I'm gonna talk about tonight, but I want to encourage you in your faith in Jesus Christ. So if you could, if you could, please uh share the stream wherever you're at. Give me a comment. I can see you on the screen here. We're gonna uh uh start with a prayer. Uh once again, my name is Nick, or not once again, but I mean, my name is Nick Remsman. Once again, this is Holy Ghost Television, Spirit Stream 60. 60 of these spirit streams are available for you free of charge uh at holyghost.tv. Uh that's our website, or you can go to the fathersfriends.org and just hit uh holy ghost television. I have no clue where Holy Ghost TV is going to go. I don't know uh what we're doing with this. I'm just kind of doing what I feel in my heart the Lord wants me to do right now. So, Lord, I thank you for tonight. I thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit living inside of us. I thank you for the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Thank you for the good news, Lord, that we are saved by grace through faith and not by works, and that all things work together for our good. I thank you that we're righteous by faith. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord, for your blood that cleanses our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. I thank you, Lord, that as we confess Jesus is Lord and believe with all our heart that God raised him from the dead, we shall be saved. Thank you, Lord, for the gift of repentance, where we can change our minds and our hearts and we can change direction through that gift that you've given us through the Holy Spirit given to us by you, God. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you that you died for us, that you rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. I pray, Lord, that you would speak to someone watching or listening to this, that they would be empowered by your spirit, that they would be encouraged in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. I pray. Amen. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. Guys, I uh get a lot of because of my background in behavior health, and because I was healed of uh incurable schizophrenia, um, I have a lot of people that contact the ministry for prayer that uh read my books, Defeating Mental Illness, and the other books I have, they uh watch the 30 Days to Believing Right. Um, so there's a lot of people that come to the ministry for help with mental health issues. If this is you, tonight's your night, we're gonna pray for you and you are going to uh be encouraged, I believe, and that you are going to see things from a different perspective, okay? Uh the first thing uh where I feel like I'm supposed to go first is uh let me look it up here real quick. Uh uh uh here we go. I'm gonna look it up real quick. Where is it at exactly? Luke 8. That's funny, okay. I was just I felt like earlier the Lord told me I was gonna talk on Luke uh tonight. That's kind of funny. I was getting ready and I felt that's funny. Luke 8. Okay, so we're gonna look up Luke uh 8 26. Okay, I'm just looking it up real quick. Uh, if you see here, I have it on um uh Bible hub here, uh Luke 8.26. So we're just gonna go through, we're gonna go through uh Luke. We're just gonna start um from uh uh yeah, we're just gonna we're gonna go from Luke 8. Okay, so tonight we're gonna talk from uh we're gonna talk about Luke 8. Okay, so if you are following along, here is the scriptures right here on the screen. So we have the new international version, we have the new living translation, we've got the English Standard Version, we've got Berean Standard Bible, Berean Literal, King James, New King James, New American Standard, NASB, 1977, 95, Legacy Standard Amplified, Berean, Christian Standard. We got all these different Bible uh uh Bible translations. I like to read the Bible like this, guys. Okay, and this is how I like to try to help people. Okay, so let's get the context here. So Luke, uh after um after this, so soon afterward, Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages. So Jesus was touring or walking from traveling from tour uh town to town, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. So, what was it, guys? Was he proclaiming bad news? Were people upset and mad? Uh no, the only people that were upset were mad and mad were the people that were resting on their own self for righteousness, self-righteous people, the Pharisees, okay? And this is the good news of the kingdom of God. What is the good news? The good news is that Jesus came to save us from our sins. Amen. And so the good news is that God is not counting our sins against us anymore in Christ, that Jesus carried all our burdens, all our sickness, all our depression, all the anxiety, all the fear, all the torment, all the disease, everything he carried on himself and then died on the cross for us, okay, and rose from the dead. So the good news of the kingdom of God, the kingdom of God is here. Okay, that's what he's saying. Because he is the king of the kingdom. He is God Almighty, walking the earth in the likeness of human flesh. Soon afterward, Jesus began a tour of nearbound, nearby towns and villages preaching and announcing the good news about the kingdom of God. He took his twelve disciples with him. All right, let's keep moving on. And some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases, Mary called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had come out. Okay, so Mary Magdalene had seven demons. You guys know the story? She was delivered from seven demons. So people can have demons, okay? Obviously. Then it talks about Joe, Joanna, the wife of I can't pronounce it, Juza, Herod's business manager, a manager of Herod's household. Okay, so the wife of Jusah, the manager of Herod's household, Susanna, and many others. So Jesus had people helping him, uh walking with him, not only the disciples, but other people. Okay. These women were helping to support them out of their own means. They were contributing from their own resources to support Jesus and his disciples. So right there, it shows that Jesus wasn't a billionaire walking around in limousine or driving around limousines or anything like that. He had people who had money, wealth, right? Herod's household manager and Susanna and many others who provided for them out of their means. So they are providing for Jesus and the disciples as they uh went from town to town, buying them food, clothing, whatever they needed, right? They're helping them. Yeah, sometimes you hear these teachings that Jesus was a billionaire walking around. Uh, but no, he had people helping him.

Okay.

Just like in the ministry today, people help the ministry, right? If you're wealthy uh and you're, you know, you're a Christian, you're wealthy, your money belongs to the kingdom of God. However, that looks like that's between you and God, right? He blessed you with wealth and the ability to gain wealth and to have money, uh, not only to bless you and your family, but to also further his kingdom. Okay. All right. So while a large uh crowd was gathered and people were coming to Jesus from town town, he told a parable. So here's a parable. A farmer went out to sow his seed, and as he was scattering his seeds, some fell up along the path. It was trampled on, the birds ate it up. So he's so I'm gonna kind of go over this because this isn't exactly what I'm talking about tonight. But some fell on a rocky uh ground, and as it came up, the plants withered because they had no moisture. Uh, other seed fell up among thorns. It grew up with it, choked out the tender plants. Still other seed fell on good soil, okay? Still other seed fell on fertile soil. So good soil. This seed grew and produced a crop that was a hundred times as much as it had been planted. So that was a good seed. Amen. A good seed. When he had said this, he called anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand. Do you have ears to hear? Of course you do. Okay, open your ears up, your heart ears, right? Open it up. What is Jesus saying? His disciples asked him, What is this parable meant? They asked him, What is this? What is this parable, Lord? Luke 8, 9, Luke 8, 10. He said, The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables, so that though seeing they may not see, though hearing they may not understand. Very interesting, huh? So there are people that cannot hear and they cannot see. Don't ask me to explain that. It's very interesting, though. Luke 8, 11. This is the meaning of the parable. Okay, let's go, King James. Now, the parable is this. So he's explaining, he's explaining the parable to you right there. The seed is the word of God. So the word of God is the Torah, right? The New Testament, Old Testament, New Testament. The seed is the word of God, the spoken word of God, the Rhema word you call it. Jesus, Holy Spirit, the seed is the word of God. Okay, the message of the cross, the message of the gospel, the word of God. So the seed goes out. Those let's read New King James. Those by the wayside are the ones who hear. Okay. So there are people out there that hear. Then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts. So the devil, what does he do? Let's say you share a scripture with somebody, you're you try to minister to somebody, or you preach somewhere. The devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be what? Saved. Okay, so he's talking about what? Sozo, whole body, spirit, soul, salvation. Okay, so there's people that hear the word, it goes sown in their heart, you share the gospel, and then the devil immediately comes to steal it. Remember, the devil comes to what? Kill, steal, and destroy. This is just this is what happens, guys. This is how this works. Luke 8, 13. But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy. And these have no root. They what? They believe for a while, and in time of temptation, fall away. Or in the Berean Standard, it says they believe for a season. But in the time of testing, they fall away. Or they, but since they don't have deep roots, they believe for a while and then they fall away when they face temptation. What type of temptation? Let's go to the book of Hebrews. They were being tempted. The Jews of the time were being tempted to go back where? To the old temple system for sacrifice for sins. Okay. So they were being tempted. So those people, the rocky ground, they receive the word with joy. So they hear the gospel, they're like, wow, this is great news. I've I ran into them a lot, guys. I run into all sorts of these types of people. And you will if you're in ministry. They receive it, they're happy. Wow, I'm gonna get baptized. I'm so happy. The gospel's great. They go get baptized, but they don't have the roots. So something in their heart, they didn't get circumcised in their heart. Okay? It never actually wasn't good soil. Okay. They didn't have that circumcision in their heart. Then it talks about New King James. Let's go there. Luke 8, 14. Now, the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, so they hear the word, they go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life and bring no fruit to maturity. Okay. Another uh new living translation. Let's go there. Luke 8, 14. The seeds that fell among the thorns represent those who hear the message. So you meet the people that hear the message. They've come to the crusade, they've come to your church. Maybe they're part of your church. They hear the message. You've seen them get water baptized. You're like, wow, this person got saved. Great. What a great person. But all too quickly, the message is crowded out. So the message of the gospel, being saved forever, it gets crowded out. So this message that was in there that was uh that was given to them, okay. It gets crowded out by what cares and riches and pleasures of this life. So they what it never grows into maturity, it never what produces what the circumcised heart. It never grows into a circumcised heart. Isn't that interesting? It doesn't grow into maturity, they get they go to church and then they have to go pursue money, or they're like, you know what, uh, church is boring. I'm gonna go start doing drugs or I'm gonna do this or whatever. They get pulled out, okay? They never got saved, they never got born again. But these are all people that had the gospel preached to them and sat in churches and listened and maybe participated in prayer ministry or whatever. And the seeds that fell on good soil, okay, so good soil represent what honest, good-hearted people who hear God's word, cling to it, and patiently produce a huge harvest. Patiently produce a huge harvest. King James, but on on but that on the good ground are they? That's you and me, right? Amen. Good ground, which in an honest and good heart. Okay, if you go over to 1 John, he talks about those who, if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his son, cleanses us from all unrighteousness. So, what's walking in the light? Walking with an honest heart towards God, being honest, having that heart open to the Holy Spirit, walking in the light, walking in the love of God, walking in the truth of Jesus Christ. Amen. I hope everybody's with me tonight. Leave me a comment if you'd like. I like seeing the comments sometimes, answering questions and stuff. Which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it and bring forth fruit with patience. So your fruit comes how? Through patience, through perseverance. Okay, you produce a crop right here, Berean Standard Bible, but the seeds on good soil are those with a noble and good heart who hear the word, cling to it. That's you and me, right? I clung to the word. I heard that Jesus is Lord, and I had that revelation in my heart. I clung to that truth and by persevering, produce a crop. How do you produce a crop? How do you produce a harvest? Patient endurance, patiently enduring. Okay, and that's why Hebrews was talking uh when they were talking to the uh the Jewish believers, telling them that they need to have patience, patiently endure tribulations, all that stuff. Because imagine if you're preaching the gospel in a place like uh uh you know back then or wherever where you're being persecuted. Like in America, you don't really have persecution like they have in different countries, right? Closed nations, they call it. You could get saved, and you know, I've talked to people who get saved and their whole family disowns them because they're they left the the religion of the family. You know, so they so some of this, some of this stuff is, you know, not something somebody in the Western society is gonna go through, maybe, but we're talking hard persecution, right? So when you have an honest heart and you hear God's word and it produces that circumcised heart, you could be persecuted and you could get through it. But if you haven't had that heart transformation, you've really clung to the word of God, you had that good soil, then somebody's gonna persecute you, you're just gonna leave church, you're not gonna go to, you're not gonna follow God anymore. Does that make sense? So it's really about that seed in the person's heart. See, it's all a heart thing. See how it talks about it, has a noble and good heart. They have a good-hearted person, okay, because their heart is open to the truth. The other uh other instances earlier in Luke 8 that we just talked about, they didn't have that open heart. Okay. Then he talks about no one lights a lamp and hides it in the clay jar, puts under a bed. Okay, so you don't light your lamp and put it underneath your bed, right? You put it on a stand so that those who come in can see the light. For there's nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. For nothing is hidden from God that will not be made manifest. Judgment Day, everything's gonna be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Okay? But if you walk in the light, you have what fellowship with God and you have cleansing of sin. But if you hide in the darkness, eventually you're gonna be found out. So you want to walk in the light with a good and honest heart. Therefore, take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given. And whoever does not have, even what he seems to have, will be taken from him. Luke 8. Then now Jesus' mother and brothers came to him, but they were not able to get near him because of the crowd. Someone told him, Your mother and brothers are standing outside waiting to see you. Here by my mother and brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice. So Jesus all in, right? All in. Who's my mother, my brother? Those who what? Hear God's word and do it. Are you somebody like that? Do you do God's word, hear it, and do it?

Luke.

One day Jesus said to his disciples, Let's go over to the other side of the lake. So they got into the boat and set out. So they just go across the lake. Okay. And what happens at the lake? This is what I want to get to. Luke 8.23. As they sailed across, Jesus settled down for a nap, but soon a fierce storm came down on the lake. The boat was filling with water and they were in danger. Think about it. And for their sailing, he fell asleep. Okay, so they're sailing, he's sleeping. A storm of wind came down to the lake, and they were being swamped and were in danger. So they're in danger. Are there times in your life where you feel like you're in danger? Well, Jesus rested when there is danger, which is wild. And they went and woke him, saying, Master, Master, we are perishing. We are going to drown. They're basically saying, Luke 8, 24. Jesus, we're gonna drown. How many times you prayed that prayer? Lord, I'm gonna lose my house. Lord, I'm gonna lose this. I'm gonna lose this, lose that. Okay, Jesus is just resting, trusting God. Are you resting and trusting God? The disciples went and woke him saying, Master, Master, we are perishing. Then Jesus got up, rebuked the wind and the raging waters, and and they subsided, and all was calm. Then Jesus, what did he say? Where is your faith? That's what he's asking you today. Where is your faith? Where is your faith? Where is your faith? So, what storm are you going through that's seems so overwhelming where you're crying to God and in fear and in anxiety about everything instead of faith? Okay, let's go to that Greek word real quick. Let's go to Greek, let's go to faith. Strongs 4102. Faith, belief, trust, confidence, fidelity, and faithfulness. Strongs 4102 in the Greek. Let's go right here to that. Persuasion, conviction of religious truth, reliance upon Christ for salvation, consistency in such profession. Okay, assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity. Okay, assurance, persuasion. Think of it like that. You have assurance and persuasion in God's word. Trust. You have assurance that God's with you. In the boat, the disciples didn't have that assurance that God was with them, even though he was right in the boat with them. So, what are you going through where you're acting like, oh, the storm's here? God's not with me. What did Jesus say? Where's your faith? So that's what he says. He continues to say it to you. Where's your faith? Where's your assurance that I'm good? Where's your assurance that I hear you? Where's your assurance that I always take care of you? Where's your assurance I'm your healer? Where's your assurance I care about your children? Where's your assurance? Are you trusting in me? A lot of things we go through is literally just for us to learn how to trust our Heavenly Father. Maybe that's what you're going through. You just have to learn how to trust God. When I when I talk with people, I I try to help them understand that there's usually a mindset and like an emotional uh belief system and feelings behind what's going on. For example, uh, you could be dealing with, uh I just talked with someone uh recently, they're dealing with a physical issue and they get fear around the physical issue, and they've been praying many years for healing. Okay, so imagine praying for 10 years, 15 years for healing, and it still hasn't manifested. But this person told me something interesting that through this horrible situation, uh, this person said that they're getting closer to the Lord and they're learning to trust him. And we talked about how the mindsets that were buried in that person's psyche, in your mind, your emotions, that soul area that's being transformed by the word of God, that that those things could be blocking the healing because of it's a wrong belief. So imagine if the the physical issue is manifesting, but it's connected to a wrong belief system about your relationship with God or how God looks at you. So you could be praying for finances or you'd be praying for healing, and you just keep declaring scriptures and reading all these books and nothing's happening. I always say look back into your mindset and in your emotions. How does it feel? And what do you think about when you have to deal with the physical issue or you're dealing with the debt or you're dealing with the bad job or whatever? What's the emotions and what's the mindset? Does it make you feel like God doesn't love you, that God's not with you, that the storm is too big, it's overwhelming, there it's painful. I'm not trying to dumb down or look down upon you for going through something physical that's painful. I understand that. But if you've tried everything, if you prayed, you've fasted, you've been to all the ministers for prayer, you've done, you know, you've read all these books, maybe sit down with the Lord and ask if there's a belief system behind it. Okay, I'll share the story. Ready? So years ago, I used to go and I would uh fast for days in a hotel room. I would lock myself up. I think I've talked about this before. Uh when I was dealing with uh this, these uh these strongholds in my mind, they would hurt my mind, felt like a big thing in my head. Um, it was when I was coming out of schizophrenia. And you know, I didn't have the voices anymore or anything like that, but I was still dealing with some big strongholds. I could feel it in my mind. It was like a torment. And so I decided I was gonna go lock myself up in a hotel room. And so I would lock myself up for like three days. I'd fast and pray and seek God. And sometimes I would come out of that hotel room more tormented than I was before. And it really, really frustrated me. And I used to cry to God about it, Lord, I don't understand this because I'm doing all I can in self-deliverance. And some people are, you know, you've done all you can in self-deliverance, you've done all you can with uh, you know, uh eating healthy, you've done everything, and you're like still tormented. And you know what happened, and this is just a personal experience. What happened with me was I ended up, I ended up uh, I ended up finally realizing that I was under condemnation. So this whole time I'm fasting and trying to get rid of this thing in my brain. I'm not just cast trying to cast out, scream at it, worship for hours, fast and pray. And you know, some of it would feel I'd feel better sometimes, but then it would come back and it was really tormenting. I couldn't get freedom from it. And I realized that it was because of condemnation. I was living under the law, I was self-righteous. So here I was trying to free myself from these chains or these torments, and it would hold on and it wouldn't leave because I was agreeing that I was condemned for past sins or whatever it was, rejected by God I felt, or whatever it was. I was agreeing with it. So you could be literally praying every day for healing or deliverance and cast trying to cast out devils and doing all this work, but you've made agreement. Like maybe you've dealt with depression your whole life, or maybe 10 years of depression or schizophrenia or bipolar. Maybe you just have to figure out that that belief system and whatever's behind it needs to be transformed, needs to be renounced and removed from your emotions and your mind, which is your soul. So remember, you want to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, the deconstruction and restructuring of your mind. So, what maybe if you're taking notes, maybe write down this stuff. When I pray and God doesn't uh heal me instantly, then I feel like what? God's not real, God, God's word isn't true. What are those feelings and those mindsets with the person? I go back to the person I was ministering to, talking to, they realized that it was because they had a really hard father growing up. Okay, so they were they didn't know the love of God, they didn't understand that God loves them unconditionally. That's very hard for people to get. God loves you unconditionally. What? Jesus took everything for me. What? God doesn't count my sins against me anymore. What? I'm free. What? It's hard for us to get sometimes. You need to renew your mind on the truth of what Jesus did for you. Remember, don't go away from the simplicity that's in Christ. Jesus took everything for you. You died with him, you were buried with him, you're risen in newness of life. Your chains are completely gone. You're not in bondage to sin anymore. Those negative attitudes and all the stuff you deal with and uh the ungodly lust and all that stuff, that stuff is part of your old nature that's connected somehow to your soul, your mind, your emotions that pulls your flesh. So when you're doing something, saying something dumb, Paul said, What? If I'm sinning, it's not really me sinning, it's sin that dwells in me. So who's gonna deliver them from this body of death? It's gonna be Jesus Christ. So if you're struggling with something, it's Jesus who's gonna deliver you through it, and you're gonna learn the truth through it, and then you're gonna be free from it, and you don't have to go back to it. See, when Jesus delivers you from something with truth, right? His truth, then you don't have to go back to it because the chains are gone and you're renewed in that area. So it's not like you get saved. Everything's you get saved, and all of a sudden you're like this sinless perfect person. Your behavior is perfect, you don't swear anymore, you you know, you do everything great and all. No, you get saved, and then that's when you're a babe in Christ. And now you have to learn how to love, how to walk in the spirit, how to forgive those people that hurt you, how to have faith through the storms, how to trust that God's good, how to submit to him and resist the devil. You resist the devil by just disagreeing with the devil. The devil has zero power, absolutely zero power. Why? Because Jesus defeated him. What power does the devil have? Only what we connect with, what we agree with. Okay. Just the agreements is how that's how he runs. He rolls, basically, through agreements. He finds those agreements you've made subconsciously or in your soul or whatever, and then he uses them against you. Bunch of agreements. There's just a bunch of agreements there. How does it all work? I don't know. But you can renew your mind on the truth that Jesus has set you free from every curse.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

He has set you free from every curse. So stop agreeing that you're cursed. Just disagree with that thought, even if it's manifesting. Just disagree with it. Disagree with the mental illness. You can be dealing with mental illness, chemical imbalance, absolutely. Start disagreeing with it, you know, and start believing that you're healing and it might take some time and it's okay to take medications while you're healing. It's okay. It's like putting a band-aid on, no condemnation for you. And start learning how you behave, you you react to things. You'll find, oh, my spouse says this to me, and I feel rejection. Okay, is rejection part of who I am in Christ? No. Okay, I'm not rejected, even if somebody says something to me. So next time they say something to you, you can not go into the behavior or the mindset that you had before, and you start learning. You're like, oh, okay, that doesn't hurt anymore. Okay, yeah, I'm growing. I can still love this person even when they snap at me. Because then you realize everybody's just programmed by uh how they grew up, their religion, whatever it is. They they're just they're just programmed like computer systems. And once you realize everybody's programmed by computer systems, and the enemy uses people to try to get to you, you can just submit to God in that area and resist going into the wrong belief system. So you go to the doctor, they give you a negative report. Hey, it's a fact, it could be a negative report, but the truth is you're healed, so you believe that you're healed. You don't walk around and start just, oh, the doctor said this, so this is what I'm gonna be for the rest of my life. Doctor told me I was gonna be schizophrenic the rest of my life. I was gonna live with my mother, I was never gonna have a job, I was always gonna be on medication. I was taking eight to ten medications. Jesus Christ set me free from everything. I even have a letter of decertification. Okay, so no longer diagnosed with anything because God is faithful to his word. Call upon me in the day of trouble, I will answer you, I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me. What does that mean? Those that have good hearts, right? Think about it. You have a good heart, because why? You've received the seed, you've received the word of God. Now you call on the name of the Lord, and he shall what? Answer you and deliver you, and you shall glorify him. What am I doing right now? I'm glorifying Jesus of Nazareth. Because why? Because I received the seed in my heart, I had a good heart, walked in the light, and Jesus heard my prayers. Why? Because I behaved perfectly all the time. No, especially back then when I was praying. I wasn't behaving, I had issues with computer stuff. I was looking at stuff on the computer, I was smoking cigarettes all the time, I was drinking all sorts of stuff. God still answered me. Why? Because my heart. He knew I was under condemnation because of false doctrine. He knew I was a hurt kid inside. He knew I struggled with addictions. Call upon the name of the Lord and you shall be saved. That's the truth. It's the truth. And it's not about your emotions and your feelings. And oh, I feel like it's true. I feel unbelief. I feel, I feel. Sometimes you have to snap out of that and you have to look at the storm and realize that yes, you could go into fear, or you could look down and see Jesus next to you. You can choose. Your family member is going through something, you're going through something. The fear can just come. Here it comes, you're not gonna be delivered. You could choose that, or you could submit to God and resist that storm, that what it's telling you. See? Okay, I don't know where I'm going with this. I'm gonna keep going though. So he says, Where is your faith? In fear and amazement, they ask one other who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him. Luke 8, 26. And they sail to the region of the uh what is it, the Garasenes. Uh, let's see what it says, New King James, uh country the Gatarine Gatarenes, which is over uh uh which is over opposite of Galilee. Okay, so this they go across a lake. What happens? Jesus steps ashore. So Jesus all of a sudden steps ashore. He's met by what a demon-possessed man from the town for a long time. This man had not worn clothes or lived in a house, but he had lived in the tombs. Okay, there is hope for people that were homeless and naked on the street. I was once one of them. Okay, I was once one of these people. He was living this man was living in the tombs. His family wrote him off. He wasn't wearing any clothes. Says right here, Luke 827 in the New Living Translations. For a long time he had been homeless and naked, living in the tombs outside the town. When he saw Jesus, so here's your key. Okay, I'm gonna give you a key here. If you're in a mental hospital right now or you're struggling with mental health issues, or your child's sick, whatever it is, look what happens here. He gives you a form you want a formula? This is the formula I I followed. When he saw Jesus, he what? He cried out, and what did he do? Fell down before him. When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and what did he do? Fall at his feet. He fell at his feet. And then in another area, I think it's uh in Mark where they talk about the Gadereans, they says he ran to him, right? Okay, so he fell at his feet, he prostrated himself, he cried out to Jesus. So when you're on your knees and you're praying to Jesus, you're praying to God in the name of Jesus, you're asking for help with tears in your eyes. Do you think that God does not hear you? You know, I was a mentally ill person. I was very ill. I used to have schizophrenia. I was a young 24-year-old kid, 23-year-old kid, and I was hearing voices and I was so scared I thought I blasphemed the Holy Spirit. I thought I lost my salvation, this cult leader. Bunch of fear and torment he tried to put on me to take control of me. That's what false teachers do. They try to put fear on you so that they can control you and get your money and use you for merchandise. Okay. That's what this person was doing to people. And I remember hearing voices and being so scared, thinking I blaspheme and having fear inside my body. So powerful. Like it felt like it was underneath my flesh. I couldn't even leave my house. I had agoraphobia, couldn't even go shopping for groceries with my poor mother. I was taking eight to ten medications, and I was in my room and I would get on my knees and I would cry out to Jesus with tears in my eyes the best I could. And it wasn't like one day all of a sudden, Jesus appeared and I was completely delivered. It was a process. Why? Because I needed that. I needed the process. Some people, like I was in Africa doing crusades, and a lady came up, young lady, she had a bag full of medication. She said, I'm tired of taking medication. I want to be delivered from schizophrenia like you. And she got massively touched by the Lord. And I believe she was completely freed from everything right there. She was screaming and crying, got totally delivered. I think I believe. If you're watching this, please send me an email and give me a testimony. If that was you. Okay. I don't know where she's at now, but I I when I when I prayed for her, I really felt like she got massively delivered. She was screaming and crying. She was so happy. She's like, I'm free. They all left. Oh my gosh, she ran off. She was so happy. Okay. She was instant. Let's just say she was instant. I was slow. Why? What's the difference? Maybe she doesn't have any support. Maybe she was a homeless person in Africa, living under the bridge. I don't know. She didn't have good mental health care like I did. Maybe I had to be trained in behavior health administration like I was, so I could help other people here in America. I don't know. Why was it slow? Why is yours seeming like it's slow? I don't know. Maybe your recovery is slow. Or maybe it's going to be you're going to go down and you're going to get uh prayer from your pastor and it's going to immediately leave. I remember praying for somebody with depression. We would go over to this person's house and pray for this lady, this old lady. She begged us to pray for us. We drive over there, we pray for this lady. We prayed for her deliverance. Probably six months we went over there like every couple weeks, maybe. I probably was over there at least maybe eight times, maybe not every two weeks, but like eight, eight times, let's say. Right, it's years ago. So forgive me if it's not perfect timing and stuff. But like, see, we went over this person's house to pray for them. Six months later, she uh she didn't get delivered, and we we just didn't understand why. I mean, we're praying for her, she seems like a nice lady, she's not delivered from depression, she's still going through it all, she's still feeling like you know, really bad. Depression's horrible if you've ever been through it. I've been through a deep dark depression. I know exactly what it feels like. It's horrible, but there's hope for you, it's not forever in in Jesus, okay? There's that. Time and a place. She says she she oh she called and she wanted to thank me uh for going over there with uh someone and praying for. She's like, Thank you so much, the seed you planted. And uh she goes, I don't have depression anymore, I'm totally delivered, it's amazing. I'm like, how'd that happen? Like I was interested because it was mind-boggling to me. We pray for this person all the time. She said, I was really weird. I just walked into my pastor's office one day and he said, I see a spirit of depression on you. Sit down. And she sat down and said, In the name of Jesus, depression, leave her forever. She said she felt it just lift right out of her body, right out of her brain, this spirit that was on her. Not all depression is a spirit, guys. Some people have physical issues, chemical stuff, could be caused by evil spirits, but it could be physical as well. Okay, so you might need healing in your brain. You know, I went through schizophrenia uh and I, you know, took a lot of medications for a while. And I um, you know, my I felt like my brain, the memory, and all that stuff was damaged. I did a lot of drugs when I was a kid, a lot of you know, weird drugs, LSD and stuff. So I needed healing in my brain as well as deliverance, in my own opinion. But that's between you and God, right? He knows what you need. You might need deliverance and healing. You might need just healing, you might need just deliverance. I don't know. But that's between you and God. And God uses all things for the good. He can use your medication to help you, he can use healthy eating, working out, all that stuff he can use to help you. Look at yourself as like uh um, you know, this this uh uh, you know, somebody that needs uh not only just, you know, let's say deliverance, but you need love, you need support, you need maybe uh you need to eat better, you need, you know, maybe medication or uh vitamins or something. So there's different components to it. And the Lord can give you wisdom. Okay. So whatever you're dealing with, just ask him for wisdom. If we ask in faith, God gives us wisdom. So I pray that you would ask just for wisdom and believe God's gonna give you wisdom. Anytime I ask for wisdom, I really truly believe the Lord gives it to me. And I've seen it operate in my life. I'd be like, I need wisdom. And all of a sudden, I'll be driving down the road, be like, boom, wisdom shows up. It's not always instant, guys. Like you think you just pray and all of a sudden, oh, I got it, I got it. Sometimes you pray and then you'll be at work, and all of a sudden the wisdom will just show up for the problem you prayed about a week ago. You'd be like, Oh, I got the wisdom. Okay, because remember, it's all about training you to be more like Jesus, to be love, patient, godly, forgiving, strong in faith, and to know that you're loved by God and that he's with you. Amen. Amen. Keep going. So in New King James, we're in Luke 8, 29. For he command had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man, for it had often seized him, and he was kept under guard, bound with chains and shackles. Okay, I was uh in uh Ukraine ministering uh a couple few years ago, and I got to minister in one of the largest mental hospitals in all of Europe, and it's this old Soviet building, and it had way over a thousand inmates or people there. I say inmates because I'm going to a story of people who were like arrested and they did like a you know really bad crime, but they were deemed insane. So they're in a uh like the in uh the the lockdown area, the uh place where you go when you you know you're not just there as a mental patient, but you're there because you did a horrible crime and now you're in the mental facility. Forgot what the name of it is, but anyway, so I went in there and I got to talk with people who committed horrible crimes, and I got to minister to them the gospel. Okay, and some of these people they're kept under guard, like this person, chains and shackles. You ever seen like those old movies? Imagine like an old Russian, old Soviet building with all these inmates in it, these people in it, it's an institution, and then you go to this other area with all the guards and the chains and stuff. I was there. Yeah, praise God, huh? God's good, he can take you anywhere in the world. Amen. And he broke the bonds and was driven by the demon into the wilderness, so he could break chains, the supernatural strength, he could break chains that they put him on. So this person was severely demon-possessed. And who did Jesus ask his name? Okay, was Jesus asking the name of the demon or was he asking the man his name? Because remember, if you if you agree with stuff, how do you get free from it if you're agreeing with it? Like if you agree that you're always depressed, how do you pray for deliverance, expect deliverance from depression if you're agreeing that you'll always be depressed? If you keep saying I'm broke all the time, I'm broke, I'm always lacking, and then like the next day you're praying for blessings and financial breakthrough. That's double-mindedness. You're agreeing with the lie, and then you're expecting God to do something against your agreement. So you need to agree with the truth. Okay. So this person, if you if you think about it, he was agreeing with what? Legion. There was an agreement there with Legion, and this Legion got, he agreed with this Legion so far. So imagine you don't just all of a sudden get a demon, you agree somewhere. So you get hurt as a child, then you turn out to be a let's say uh drug addict, then you start doing crime, and then pretty soon you're in the mental hospital because you agreed with this anger and this rage. And then you, if you keep agreeing with it, it builds. These things build, these strongholds build and become personalities like Legion. So this person, whatever happened to them, they agreed, like schizophrenia, for example. I agreed with fear, I agreed with rejection, I start agreeing with the voices, agreeing, agreeing, agreeing, agreeing until it starts getting worse and worse. So if you're doing, uh if you're trying to help somebody, if you're doing ministry, you're trying to help somebody, they have to disagree, start disagreeing, disagreeing with depression, disagreeing with schizophrenia, disagreeing that they're sick, disagreeing that they're discouraged, disagreeing that they're rejected, disagree, disagree, and agree with the truth that you died with Christ. Your life is now hidden in Christ and God. You're totally forgiven for everything. You're seated in Christ high in the heavenly realms. God is not counting your sins against you anymore. You're free to love, you're free to be filled with the Holy Ghost. You're free, see, and you start agreeing with truth, and your mind starts what? It starts being restructured. Okay, so schizophrenia was there, it had to be re uh uh renovated, removed, and re and redone. My brain had to be redone. So it's okay if you're in the place where man, my brain needs to be redone. That's what the word of God is for. Okay, that's what the truth is for, that's what the Holy Ghost is for, that's what the blood of Jesus is for. I was explaining somebody today I was ministering to. The blood of Jesus can cleanse you from memories. You know, maybe you had a really bad past life, you know, before Christ, you were just this really bad sinner and you got all these memories, all the sin you used to do, all the people you're with, all the stuff. God can even cleanse your soul of all the memories of those partners, those people. He can cleanse your personality from, you know, let's say you have this like for a certain thing. He can cleanse your personality of it. You're you're addicted to this type of thing on the computer. He can cleanse your personality of it. I used to think that it was part of me. I used to look at ungodly images on the computer and think that was me. It's not because I died with Christ. I'm a new creation. See, my heart's been circumcised. You have a circumcised heart in Christ, you're a new person. Start believing you're a new person. Amen. And then the struggles you you go through start surrendering to the Lord. Lord, I got this issue. It's not really me. Romans 7. I'm doing stuff I don't want to do. I know it's wrong. Then it's not really you doing it, it's this personality that's set up. Anyway, back to legion. So this person listened to this, these demons for so long and it got to a place where they were fully taken over. So Jesus, some people say he asked the demon his name because he wouldn't leave or whatever. I can read it now. I believe Jesus was asking the man his name. But then the demon answered. So here you can see that that when you are that these things are people, they're like people, they're personalities. So they get to a place where they the person has agreed with the personality so much that it can talk through them. You ever met those people? I'm I've met them a lot. The demon literally talk tries to talk to me through the person. I don't talk to demons, I don't got time. Because what are they gonna do? Always lie, right? That's all they're gonna do. This is the only time in the Bible, but it says it. Jesus was asking the name. What is your name? So I mean it's up to debate if he's asking the man or the devil or whatever. I don't know. But it looks like to me, from my perspective, that he's asking the man because he was trying to minister to the man because the demon didn't leave when he asked him. So that would tell me that there's a great, there's a great hold. The man somehow is so broken that he's holding on to this person, uh, this personality. So you could minister these people in your churches and stuff, or you know, you do street ministry and they're holding on to these things, they don't even know. You know, I used to have a personality of fear, I didn't even know it was a personality until the Lord showed me. I was like, wow, Lord, I think I'm dealing with a personality of fear, and then I start asking for grace to overcome it, and then I it starts slowly going away more and more. So you can have these personalities that you think are you, you could be angry all the time and think you're an angry person. Hold on a second, is anger and fits of rage is that a fruit of the spirit, or is that your old man? See, you got to learn you died with Christ, you're risen in a newness of life. You're you're now in the spirit, you got the love of Jesus Christ in you. You can forgive people easy. Why? Because Jesus forgave you. When people struggle a lot, they're not receiving forgiveness. So if you're struggling or you know people struggling, they need they need to learn they're forgiven. They need the gospel. So that's why the gospel always needs to be taught. You should always hear the gospel. The good news, you're forgiven. Move on. You're forgiven. You can forgive others. You're forgiven. You don't have to practice that stuff. You're not in chains. Get that out of your mind. You don't got to be depressed the rest of your life. You're forgiven. God loves you. Yeah, you might struggle for a while. God has a plan. I struggled. I prayed on my knees every night, cried to God best I could for two years before it started changing. My life started changing. Why? I don't know. But I I look back and I and I'm thankful for the whole thing. I'm thankful for the whole thing, the whole process. I'm thankful I had to go through all the fear where I felt like it was in my flesh, inside my body. As a Christian, I felt like I had a demon of fear, literally. That's what I felt like. And I and I'm transparent with this because I'm trying to help somebody. I'm trying to help you understand that it's okay to be vulnerable and realize you need deliverance or you need healing or you need transformation. Everybody needs transformation, right? But I used to always look, you know, when I started deliverance, you know, doing deliverance stuff, I started learning, you know, I started seeing myself as a demonized person all the time. I got to deal with this demon. You know, you ever meet people who are in deliverance, they're very demon-focused all the time, and they're focusing on sin, they're focusing on demons, all this stuff. And it seems like they're more demonized than the average Christian. You're like, that doesn't make sense. They're like a deliverance minister. I don't understand it. Because we are no longer in the realm of us, we're in the realm of the spirit. I'm a new creation, I'm not a demonized individual. Christians aren't demonized individuals, like walking around. I'm just a demon, I have demons all the time. No, you don't want to live your Christian life like that because you're agreeing that you're just this demonized person. Instead, I'm dealing with this situation, I'm dealing with these voices, I'm dealing with the depression, I'm dealing with this person I manifest anger or maybe speaks through me once in a while, but it's not who I am in Christ. I am a born-again child of God, I am free from the chains of bondage, I am no longer a demonized person. I'm a son of God, I'm a daughter of the king, whatever it is. But you have to start believing right, or these things are just like agreements, they're just gonna stay there. You got to start submitting to God. Very important. Submit to God, submit to his word. You're forgiven, you're delivered from all curses, you're healed by his wounds. God hears the prayers of the righteous. He withhold no, he withholds no good thing to those who walk uprightly. And we walk uprightly because Christ lives in us. He fulfilled the law and he lives in our body. It's not about you, it's about Christ in you, the hope of glory. Amen. Okay, so I'm gonna finish this up. Okay, I know I'm going kind of long tonight. Um, I think this is pretty good. I think I'm helping somebody. Uh, so Jesus asked him, What is your name? He said, Legion, for many demons have entered him. Okay, so these are thousands of demons, I think. A legion, right? Thousands of demons can be inside somebody. Okay, so this shows you that if you keep agreeing, keep agreeing, keep agreeing, traumatize, agree, all this stuff, keep going, keep going, keep going. You people can get a lot of demons, and these types of people need a lot of love and they need discipleship and they need to learn who they are in Christ. And like Legion, this guy who had the Legion, he was probably four years old inside. So was got you know, he got traumatized really bad when he was four or five or whatever, right? And then he he got in, you know, he got in like a box, his soul, and then the the soul gets stunted, right? You ever met somebody and you're like, oh, that person's like 12 years old inside, but they're like a four-year-old man. Yeah, it's like a soul, their soul was in chains, wrapped in different personalities. You might have a friend like that. You're like, gosh, there I see that real person, you know, that real personality in the person, but they got all this other stuff going on. Those are personalities, guys, strongholds. They're like layers inside people's psyche. I don't know how this all works, but I do know we have the mind of Christ living inside of us, and the mind of Christ is to what overtake our carnal mind someday. Somehow we're supposed to start. However, this works, guys, but our mind needs to be renewed, totally transformed. You're supposed to think totally different than the people of the world. You are supposed to be totally different in your mind and in your emotions than your boss or your friend, your neighbor. You're supposed to be a son of God, light to the world, love, joy, peace is yours in Christ. You don't have peace tonight? Well, how does it make you feel? You know, what's the feeling? What's the thought process? Do you believe you don't have peace because you haven't felt peace for a while? I used to not have peace. I learned that I was under condemnation. And so if peace starts going from me, I think, uh oh, the see, because the enemy comes with like these arrows and tries to get you, right? So he throws these arrows at you. What is he telling you? What is he telling you? What is he telling you? Real spiritual warfare, guys, is here. And in your emotions, your soul. That's where the warfare is at. And the enemy uses people to try to hurt you, throw things at you. Catch it, boom, you catch that. Every every thought you catch it, boom. Oh, that's trying to tell me that God doesn't love me. Oh, that's trying to tell me I'll never prosper. Oh, that's trying to tell me I'll never have a spouse. Oh, that's trying to tell me I can never lose weight. Oh, that's trying to tell me I'll always be sick. Oh, that's trying to tell me I'm depressed. Oh, that's trying to tell me to be fearful of driving. Oh, that's trying to tell me that I'm ugly. Oh, that's you see, and then you start catching it, and you're like, no, get out of there. I'm good. I got the love of God. I got the mind of Christ. I got the Holy Ghost power. I got the joy of the Lord. I'm blessed. I'm blessed. I could live in a tent. I could live in a car. I'm blessed. Why? Because I got the Holy Ghost. I died. I died. I'm seated in Christ Jesus now. My old life is gone. I'm no longer in the realm of the flesh. Who cares about the world system? I don't care. I just want the kingdom of God. I just want Jesus to come take me someday. I want to meet Jesus. I want to fulfill what God has for me on this earth, right? I want to submit to him and resist the devil. I have not yet perfected, right? I still got my quirks and my personality issues that I deal with. But we're all on this road. Some people are further along than others, right? Some people fall, some people keep going. Don't be the ones that fall by the wayside, right? Keep moving forward. Amen. All right. So I'm going to finish up here. And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the abyss. Oh, yeah. Luke 8:30. Sorry, I forgot that. What is your name? Legion, he replied, because many demons had uh gone into him. So many demons, right? And they begged him. So the demons start begging him not to send them where? To the abyss, so the bottom, bottomless pit. Okay. And that's where the uh fallen angels are, right? Those that um uh I think tried to mate with humans, right? They're in the abyss, it's uh it's like a never-ending hole, they're chained up there. I think Peter said that. First or second Peter, so they're chained in the abyss. So these demons didn't want to go there like the fallen angels, they're begging him. And what did Jesus do? Well, they asked him, can we just go in the pigs? And he and he said, Sure, go there. So he sent him the pigs, and then the demons came out of the man and they went into the pigs. I'm sure there's a spiritual thing there. Um, some people say they went into the pigs because they weren't supposed to be raising pigs in Israel at the time, right? Because it was an unclean animal, and they were raising, you know, and so they were they had the pigs, and the demons said, Well, let me go over there. Because why? Because they're not they're sinning too. Let me go kill their livestock or whatever. I don't know. Right? And he led them, and they went in the lake and they drowned. And then what? When the herdsmen saw it, so those who tended the pigs saw what happened, they ran off and reported this to the town and countryside. And then what happened? The people rushed out to see what happened. A crowd soon gathered around Jesus, and they saw the man who had been what? Freed from the demons. So Jesus frees people from demons like myself. And you know, if the demons are inside the person or attached to the person, there's different teachings on that. I'm not interested in trying to figure that out. I know somehow they can attach somehow. So are they inside you or on the side of you? I don't know, in your head, I don't know. Doesn't matter because they're weak. If you disagree, you submit to God and resist the devil, disagree with the devil, he leaves. When you start believing the truth, he leaves. When you get in the presence of the Holy Ghost, the devils want to leave. Okay, you don't have to focus on demons. I'm not interested. You know, I used to pray, Lord, I need to learn all about demons. I need to write a demon book, I need to tell everybody about the demons, I need to tell everybody about the demons, right? That was my thing. I'm gonna tell everybody about every single demon there is. I'm gonna give them all this knowledge about demons because I always wonder why it's not in the Bible. Why isn't there all this knowledge of demons in the Bible? Didn't make any sense to me. I'm like, well, Lord, like this person's sick and this this child's sick and this. What kind of demons are causing this? What kind of demons are over America? What kind of demons are this? What kind of demons are causing that? I don't care. They're defeated by the power of the name of Jesus Christ. They're defeated by the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus defeated the devil. Why are we focusing on something that is defeated? He's been defeated. Now we have to agree with truth. You resist the devil. You submit to God, you resist him. He gives you a thought, an imagination, some sort of ungodly lust or desire. You disagree with it. See, it's like you're resurrected to newness of life in your spirit, but you're the devil's trying to get you to resurrect your old man all the time. He's trying to trick you into thinking you're still alive. You're all your flesh is still alive. Well, you got to go do this, you got to go do that, because your flesh is still alive. And he uses your mind and your emotions to try to tell you that. And then when you don't understand that you died with Christ, that's why it's important to get baptized. What is baptism? You're being buried with Christ. See, you are making a public declaration of faith, of course, but it's showing you what happened. You died with him, you're now risen in newness of life. See, so now that you died with Christ, why are you like Paul said? Why are you under the ordinances of the world? Don't touch, don't eat, don't taste, all these rules and things like that. You're not even alive anymore in the world system. Does that make sense? The world system doesn't, it's not your system anymore. See, you're in the kingdom of God. There's a whole new system: love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, goodness, self-control, faith, love, hope, prosperity, joy, all these things are yours in Christ. But you're just busy being in spiritual warfare in the world system, paying attention to the devil all the time. Submit to God, resist the devil, just disagree, like literally, you know, you just find, oh, I've been agreeing with depression. And depression, what that has been doing is trying to reinforce that I don't believe God loves me, even if I'm depressed, or reinforce that belief that God left me, or that I'm always gonna feel this way, or no one loves me, or I'm all alone. See, there's a bunch of things that can be connected in there, and what frees you is the truth. You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. You know, a lot of people they don't ever really seek God for an encounter of the Holy Ghost. If that's you, why don't you take it seriously? Why don't you continue to seek the Lord until you get a touch from the Holy Ghost? It might, you know, I thank the Lord all the time. I talked about this, I don't know how long ago. You know, when I was a young Christian, I prayed uh every night for three months. I wanted to get touched by the Holy Spirit. I wanted to speak in tongues for the first time. I wanted to have a heavenly prayer language, you know, the baptism of the Holy Spirit. And I wanted that experience. I wanted to feel the Holy Spirit. I wanted to speak in tongues. I was so zealous for God. I just wanted to have that touch from God. And I pray every night and I thought that I lost my salvation because one month went by and I never got touched by, I didn't get touched by God. Two months went by, I didn't get touched by. I was praying every night, asking, please, God, please forgive my sins. I thought I blasphemed the Holy Spirit. I thought I sinned too much. I thought I accidentally sinned and didn't know. I used to think driving down the freeway and I go one mile over the speed limit, I lost my salvation. It's called legalism. It's very legalistic. I was under sinless perfection doctrine. I didn't understand sanctification. It's a one-time thing and it's an ongoing thing. Okay. Because your mind and your soul need to be transformed. All right. So, anyway, so three months go by, and then one day I'm sitting in the prayer room and I just said, Praise God. Boom, boom, I got touched by the Holy Ghost. Thank you, Jesus, for touching me that night. And I always thank him now. Sometimes I'm going through stuff and things haven't changed in my life. And Lord, this is taking a long time. And I always remind him, Lord, I remember praying in my room and I didn't feel anything. And every night I go to sleep feeling like you didn't hear my prayer. But at the end of those three months, boom, the Holy Ghost came. Why? Faith. I had that little bit of faith. I had that heart, that good heart, that's the good seed. See? Do you have that good seed in that soil? You know, the good soil or whatever in the from the seed, the good, the good soil. Do you have that? Then God answers you. God is going to answer you. Amen. So we'll finish Luke 8.35. He was sitting at Jesus' feet. He was fully clothed and perfectly sane. God is able to make you and your loved ones and people you care about sane. Okay? Perfectly in their right mind. You got that crazy ant. God is able to put that crazy ant in her right mind. If what, she submits to God and what? Resists or disagrees with the devil. See, there's that agreement thing. That agreement thing. And it says that uh they saw him clothed in his right mind and they were afraid. Why were they afraid? Because probably because of the power that and in Luke 8.37, uh, they begged him that he would leave them. Luke 8.37 says they begged Jesus that they would he would leave. They were afraid, and also maybe the pig's thing was a judgment on the area, so they were afraid. I don't know. But the power God was seen in that in Luke 8. And God is so good, he's able to deliver you, heal you, transform you. And just because it's not instant, I always tell people, just because it's not instant doesn't mean God's not working behind the scenes. Your child's sick, you're dealing with issues at work, you're praying about stuff. Doesn't mean that God's not moving on your behalf. Sometimes you just have to start believing that the answer is coming before it comes. Like I know, like I I know that God hears my prayers and that whatever I ask according to his will, I get the timing thing is his business. So I know that now. I'll just do I always tell him I'll just endure. That's the attitude I have now because I understand patient endurance is very important to God. It's a character thing. Patiently enduring. Okay. So you're dealing with something, patiently endure. Because he's growing your character. He wants you to be godly, he wants you to walk in righteousness and love people correctly and forgive easily and have faith through the trials. Okay, and he's training you, he's training you. Remember, he's training you, he's training you in righteousness. That's what he's doing. Hi, everybody. Thanks for the uh hi Annette. Praise God. Thank you guys. Hi, Amber.
