Free Social-Emotional Intelligence Course for Children and Adults!

It contains directions for different age ranges. It includes an emotional card deck series with poetry breaks in between to calm oneself down. It includes directions for Talking Circles.

I would love for some of you to try this course out and give me feedback, insights, questions, etc.

I started my emotional learning after graduate school. It's nothing to be ashamed of. It is actually something that could save your life.

Speaking from an egoic separated mind leads to anger, blame, and non-resolution.

Speaking from your heart, your emotions, creates a bond. "Ahh, ok, you feel that way." "Ahh, ok, you feel that way." So then there can be a resolution.

It's a skill to develop at any age. The younger the better, but the older the better too. We are always in relationships with people. We always have to learn how to speak from a neutral heart to create understanding, be conflict resolution-able, and keep our relationships, careers, and life in a harmonious state of being.

Hello all, welcome to the Awakening Consciousness Podcast. Um, I want to tell you about a new course that I started that's free and on YouTube. It's called the Social Emotional Intelligence Course for Children and Adults. Uh so I'm Ashley Huk. I have a podcast, YouTube channel, a website, awakeningconsciousness.community. Uh, I also have books on Amazon. So uh I wanted to tell my podcast listeners about this course. It's free right now and on YouTube, so you can start whenever you like. You can do it in a group, you can do it by yourself at home. Um I have it for different age ranges. Even if you're an adult, it's okay, don't feel bad. I started my journey of learning emotional intelligence after graduate school. Uh, it's not something that typically is taught in schools, uh, but I think it's extremely important. It's the difference between having a conversation with somebody and you're trying to resolve something from your egoic minds, and you're blaming and you're arguing, and you're not really getting anywhere, right? So that's your egoic separated minds versus speaking from your heart and your emotionality and what's really going on inside. Um, and then that creates an ah, okay, you feel that way. An ah, okay, you feel that way. Okay, so then there can be a resolution because then it's from your heart, and you create understanding, and and so it's you have a much better chance of keeping that relationship, that career, uh whatever it may be in your life. So this is very important. Um I have a main article that I wrote about it that I'll I'll put uh in the notes, and then there's the YouTube series. So um the main one is Social Emotional Intelligence Course for Children and Adults, and that contains everything, all of all of the material. Um I also created a playlist that just has the card deck series, uh, the emotional card deck series. So you could also just go there if that's what you prefer. Um and I also created just a playlist of the poems, the poems from the heart. So if you just want to go to the poetry and listen to that one day, that's okay too. So I'll put the links in the notes so you can look at them and see if this is interesting to you.
