Hello, friends. They say if you ride back for the old camps late at night, you can still hear them. The voices of the West. Not one of those voices rides with us. Jim Santangeli, the man who brought the life Simon Pearson, a Navy sailor turned camp cook, a man worn down by the world, but still shows up every morning to keep the stew hot. And the gang alive. He didn't ask for glory. He asked for supplies. And if you were paying attention, his story was one of the quietly beautiful ones. The man who actually got out, who made something of himself when it was all over. Tonight, the man behind the apron joins us by the fire. Pull up a stool, grab a drink, and get comfortable for a few rounds on Mr. Pearson. No grand plan, no speech from Dutch, just good stories and good company.
SPEAKER_03I'm Sam. I'm Zach. And this is the Outlaw Haven.
SPEAKER_01That was great. Wow. Well written.
SPEAKER_04He didn't ask for glory. He asked for supplies.
SPEAKER_01Supplies. Yeah. He kept the camp and the stew alive. Like very funny. Very good. Very clever.
SPEAKER_04Thank you. Yeah, thank you.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_04What have you been up to since Red Dead Redemption 2's release?
SPEAKER_01Oh boy. Let's see. It's been eight years. Um, I have been just continuing my career as an actor and writer. Um being a husband to my wife Emily, who's the best. We um were in Brooklyn, New York when the game came out. Then, you know, this thing happened called COVID, COVID?
SPEAKER_05Covide?
SPEAKER_01How do you pronounce it? COVID, I think. Anyways, then we went to Maine for two years. Um, and then now I'm back in Connecticut where I was where my wife and I were born and raised.
SPEAKER_03Wow.
SPEAKER_01So just sort of living that life, kind of uh, you know how it is. I don't know. Is anybody else an actor here?
SPEAKER_02I wanted to be, and then COVID happened and sure.
SPEAKER_01Right. So you're kind of just always hustling, you know? You're always hustling, you're always looking for the next rabbit for the stew pot. So that's yeah, and you can you can keep eating, if you will. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Well, um I don't want to start on the the theories yet. Right. It's our second thing on here, but I want to save that for a little bit later. We have some fan theories on Mr. Pearson, and we're gonna go down a rabbit hole with it. But I wanna I wanna save that for a little bit later.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Whatever you want.
SPEAKER_04Um well, you just did a TikTok live. So for those who are listening and don't know, which I would be shocked if there's anyone who's here that has not seen you on TikTok, you have been very busy with TikTok live and a playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2 yourself.
SPEAKER_01That's right. Yeah, I I wasn't uh when the game came out, they gave us all um, you know, a copy of the game, but I never played video games really. Like I played Tech Mobile uh on Nintendo when I was a kid. I played um GoldenEye, the James Bond video game on Nintendo 64 when I was in college, and I probably played some like um John Madden football and stuff like that. So I was never really into video games. So when I got the game, I immediately gave it to my buddy. Um and he was like, This is beautiful, this is a great game. I was happy, people were loving it, but it just never seemed like something that I was ever gonna play. But then the the the passion, the power of Red Dead never went away. It just kept getting bigger and bigger. I would watch people play the game on TikTok, and I'd be like, wow, they're still playing this game, and there's people who are still like doing fan art and creating doing um you know cosplay and all this amazing stuff based on a video game that came out eight years ago. So it finally dawned on me that like I should just play it. One because I kind of want to play it just for out of curiosity, as you should. Two, I'm a I'm a relatively funny person, and I'm also relatively bad at video games. I thought it would be this entertaining thing for fans to watch the Camp Cook play the game and like struggle through it. And the truth is, I was right. I do struggle through it, and I think it is entertaining, and I am the most genuine player of the game. I was in the game, but nothing surprises me more than this video game. I'm constantly surprised by the story. Uh, not just the beauty and the craftsmanship of the game, the actual stuff that's happening, it's blowing my mind. I didn't even know half the stuff happened. Because when you shoot the game, you don't know what's happening, you're kind of shooting it in pieces, and you know your character yells at Reverend Swanson and fights with Sadie and looks for crawfish and keeps asking for deer and whatever, right? So, and then gets upset and leaves and opens up a shop in Rhodes. But other than that, there's so much storyline that you're not there for when the other actors are creating it. So you play the game and you're like, Oh my god, like when Sean. I don't know. Is it okay to spoil some stuff?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yep, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Go ahead. So Sean gets his head blown off. I didn't know that happened, I didn't know that happened at all. I didn't know that happened when it happened. I didn't know he in the game. I know Mick. Mick's a great guy. I assumed he was in the game for the longest time. He gets killed in chapter three. Yep. It's crazy. So I'm like, I just saved the guy. Now he's dead. I lost my mind. It was so incredible. So uh I don't even know what you asked, other than why that's right. So yeah, I'm playing the game, I'm playing the game live on TikTok. I might expand to other platforms, but right now TikTok is manageable. I'm doing it, it's fun, and uh it's really an awesome game. Just in case people don't know that already, I'm here to say eight years later, it's a good game.
SPEAKER_04Well, hopefully, if if they're listening to this podcast, they should hopefully already know that.
SPEAKER_01But that's the thing, I'm just preaching to the choir, you know.
SPEAKER_04If there's someone here who hasn't listened to or who hasn't played the game but is listening to the podcast, uh go play it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, if you if you trust my review, then go play it and you won't be disappointed. It's pretty wild.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, go play it or watch the cutscenes.
SPEAKER_01Have you guys played it all the way through a few times or once?
SPEAKER_02Or oh yeah. I've done a lot. I just I just got second platinum.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, same.
SPEAKER_01What does second platinum mean?
SPEAKER_04That means I've gotten all the trophies, all the achievements.
SPEAKER_01Oh wow.
SPEAKER_04I did it on PlayStation and Xbox, so I've gotten like 100% all the trophies twice. I'm uh almost 5,400 hours in.
SPEAKER_01Does it record how many hours you play?
SPEAKER_04Uh it yeah, on whatever console you're playing.
unknownI'm gonna do it.
SPEAKER_01I also like to go check that. Maybe I think I'm 30% of the way down, 30. But I don't know. I'd love to see how many hours I've put into it.
SPEAKER_04I don't think it's been that much, but yeah, if you're just like on like the home screen of Xbox or PlayStation, and there should be like a little thing that tells you how many hours you've gotten in it.
SPEAKER_01Cool.
SPEAKER_04Are you playing on Xbox or PlayStation?
SPEAKER_01I'm playing on a PC and I'm using Xbox controller.
SPEAKER_02Then for on Steam, it should just be or Rockstar Launcher, either or it should be right under before you go to start playing. It should just tell you the hours. Oh, cool.
SPEAKER_01I almost don't want to know. I almost don't want to know how many hours I played the game.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I did 20 playthroughs in just the first year.
SPEAKER_01What's funny is people play the game so much and they still go, like, I never saw that Pearson scene where you crawl fish and you go, like, yeah, it's one mission with Pearson, and it's not, it's in only in chapter four. Yeah, I don't know when to find it either.
SPEAKER_04There's a lot of times where we're recording this and she says something, and I'm like, I didn't know that.
SPEAKER_01Right?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it still surprises me. Yeah, it's crazy. Um how similar. Okay, these are sorry, going back for a minute. Um, going back to the TikTok live thing, these are some of the questions from your TikTok live that you just finished doing.
SPEAKER_01Oh, funny. Okay.
SPEAKER_04I I was trying to like write them down so I didn't get who asked them, but I was trying to like write them down really quickly because the chat was just flying by.
SPEAKER_01Flies, I know.
SPEAKER_04So, first question is how similar to Pearson are you in real life?
SPEAKER_01Um, you know, that's a good question. I don't I don't know if we're that similar, other than I do look like him because they they sit on me, I'm guessing, you know, okay. They like scanned my body, and clearly when I when they showed me the rendering, I was like, oh my god, that's me, except bald with blue eyes or green eyes and long hair, and some maybe a bit of a bulbous, a more thick nose. Anyways, physically we're similar. We do both love to cook, we're naturally like feeders. Uh, we're naturally non-violent. Pearson, I said this in the live like Pearson is this guy who's clearly surrounded himself by like violent things. First the military, then this group of outlaws. But he himself is not a violent guy, so that's similar to me. I'm not a violent person. Um but he's a bit of a curmudgeon, like he's he feels a little bit like a loner. But you know what? There's that scene with the corner tiger where he's finally asked to sort of join the cool guys, right? They're all like, come into this tent and tell us what you know. Mike is like, tell him what you know. And I get Pearson gets to have this moment with the gang, and he's really overselling it, right? He just is really overcompensating, and he's like, You know how I am, huh? And it's like no one's buying it, no one has any is like his whatever he's selling. So that sort of neediness by Pearson feels sweet to me, and it feels like somebody who wants to be social and be surrounded by like friends and loved ones, and that's why at the end, when he gets to have the store and the wife, it's very sweet for the character. Um, because I feel like that's all he ever wanted. He just sort of surrounded himself with the wrong people, and that is not me, but the idea of liking other people, liking to be around other people, wanting people's approval sometimes, all of that is very similar. Um, I think there's probably more similarities between me and Pearson than there isn't, and that wasn't even done by me at all. That was done by Rockstar, like they created this character, and I don't know if it's because over the years they just kept adding more based on like my performance. I really don't know. But he's a sweet guy, and I do I have learned to like him more playing the game. Like, I I finished filming the game, and I just thought, I'm a character that I've seen in video games where you have this guy who's like, We need you to go do this, we need you to go do that, and I'm just the guy who tells you to eat food, and that's true, in some respects, that is true. I'm a character who just says, like, we need this, we need that, a bit of a pain in your ass. Uh, I can help you with upgrades, I can help you stay alive, blah blah blah blah. But Rockstar is so genius, they made Pearson this three-dimensional character who also has like real human qualities that you care about. And so I don't know. I'm doing a poor job of answering your questions. I tend to go off on a different thought, but I will say I do have more similarities to Pearson than I saying it out loud. I'm like, oh, maybe there's more similarities with me and Pearson than I thought. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I think we're gonna come back to what you said when we get to the theories. But oh yeah, but I want to keep going with some of your TikTokers' questions, yes, please. Some of the Stu Crew's questions. Um shout out Stu Crew. Yes. Um, what would you like to see for Pearson in a Red Dead Redemption 3?
SPEAKER_01Well, both like there's two versions that I can see playing out, right? If there was ever a three, and I know nothing of a three, it would either be a sequel where we follow Jack. Pearson's still alive, so Pearson could be in that one. I would love that like Jack, who wants to know more about his father, has this moment where he visits Pearson um and gets some sort of information, and maybe there's more that Pearson can do there, but he'd be an older guy. But then if it's the prequel, another prequel, where we want to learn what happens in Blackwater, why did they flee and all that, then yeah, I'd like to see Pearson like did they meet him out of the Navy? Like, what was he doing that he ended up from like what probably was a Navy cook to joining the this gang of outlaws? Like, I don't know. I mean, I would be very curious. Yeah, I would love to just see that. I don't I don't know why he joined the gang. I literally don't know why. So um, if I could know more about that, that'd be great.
SPEAKER_04I would love to see that in a prequel. I would love to see how everyone joined the gang.
SPEAKER_02I think all as a lot of us fans, a lot of us are hoping for a prequel. I mean, even you guys too, as actors, of course, you guys want a prequel, especially those who die in Red Dead One or Red Dead 2.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, true.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the dead actors do not want a sequel, no matter it makes more sense too, with it being a prequel versus a sequel.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but I mean they take Rockstar takes their time, so I mean this is stuff that like oh yeah, even wishful thinking, you are not gonna get it in the next decade. No, we're probably not we're gonna be back here 20 years from now, and I'll be like, I thought it was great.
SPEAKER_04So, how far have you gotten into the Red Dead 2 story in your playthrough?
SPEAKER_01I'm in chapter four, but what happened was I I was loving chapter three, and and and I was getting better at the the gaming of it. I couldn't find anything to start, I had no idea where the ledger was, I had no idea where you get food, I didn't know you had to feed Arthur that much. People were like, What are you doing? And I was like, I didn't know. Um, I didn't know any of that. So then by chapter three, I started getting better at the logistics of the game, shooting and all that. Um, and suddenly the chapter was over, and I was so bummed. I was like, oh no, I just like finished the story. So, chapter four, Jack is missing. John and Abigail are constantly yelling at me to find Jack, and I'm like, I'm going hunting, I'm gonna go ride around looking for horses, and I'm I'm sorry, Jack. My priorities are to slow this down.
SPEAKER_02That's fine. Who cares about a missing kid? Yeah, but it's come on, one kid.
SPEAKER_01This is important, I gotta find a legendary um. Um, I gotta have my priorities. I gotta ride around my I got three horses to ride around. What am I gonna do? I got Josea, I got Will uh Mill House, and I got Kent. I gotta ride my horse. But I love finding the horses, so I'm in chapter four, but I I'm so afraid to just burn through this game because it's so good. As somebody who beat it open in the weekend, if I can, yeah, yeah, definitely take your time with it.
SPEAKER_02Yep, so good. That's my biggest regret. Started on the 26th and was done that weekend, so yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01You burned through, and it's like, why? You could have indulged it, but you didn't know. You wanna see, I already know what happened, right? Like, I got all I no one's there's so many people who want to spoil things for me. They're always like, Yeah, he dies, this guy dies, and it's like that's fine. I knew that, except for Sean. Um I know the big deaths, I know about John. I'm sorry, Arthur. Um, so it's not a shock, but I think if you got the game early on, it makes sense that you'd want to play it in the weekend.
SPEAKER_02I mean, it sucked because I didn't even like get a bond formed with like anyone, so I'm just like, oh, Sean dies, whatever.
SPEAKER_01Right, on to the next.
SPEAKER_04Bald my eyes out during Arthur, of course, but I mean, I was just like playing it up until Sean died, and I'm just like, oh yay, ponies, yay, flowers, and then Sean died, and I'm like, What?
SPEAKER_01Exactly, yay, ponies, yay, flowers. When you say that next next slide, I do. I promise you, if you're watching, I'm gonna ride the horse and go, Yay, ponies, yay, oh, like merch now, right? There's your merch. Yay, ponies, yay, flowers. There you go, right?
SPEAKER_04There's our merch. Um, so I'm assuming you have not played Red Dead online yet. No, do you plan to?
SPEAKER_01Um early on, I almost played accidentally because I clicked online instead of story, and suddenly they're everybody's like, You're playing online. I was like, Oh, how do I get out? Because okay, I'm a fan, I'm a friend fan of this guy named Thomas who plays Red Dead online, and he'll post things once in a while, and it seems very like he incorporates his improv comedy skills into it because he gets to sort of invest in the character he's playing and interact with people and go through like the world. And I thought that I could do that, I enjoy coming from that same background, playing the game with people and like being more in in indulging the care uh the performance of it would be fun, but yeah, I would play because then I think it'd be fun to interact with uh fans in a way that's different than how I'm doing it now. Um, but I don't know, I don't know how it is. I've never done it live. I don't know what the what it's like.
SPEAKER_04It's it's it's different from story. It would it takes a little bit of an adjustment period, I think.
SPEAKER_01So there's no story in the online. There is story. There's a story, yeah.
SPEAKER_04There's story. But it's not about the gang. It's about different things.
SPEAKER_01And you could pick your character.
SPEAKER_04Yep, completely create it. Yeah, you can.
SPEAKER_01Can you make a Pearson character?
SPEAKER_04You could, you could, yeah. You could it's it's kind of complicated how you can like customize your character because you have to choose like their um heritage and their age, and then like you can shape their face and change their hair and everything. It's very in-depth. It's it is very in-depth, but there are some people that really nail their characters like to make them look like them. Like our friend Shaniqua, she looks her character looks just like her.
SPEAKER_02It's yeah, it's really uncanny.
SPEAKER_01That's cool. Yeah, maybe, maybe uh, maybe I will. I also want to play Red Dead One. I might that might be complicated and weird to play a game that like is after this story, but technologically before, and it might be wonky. I don't know.
SPEAKER_04That's that's the way I did it. Zy played Red Dead One first and then Red Dead 2. I played Red Dead 2 and then Red Dead 1.
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah, that makes sense.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Um, what do you think has been the hardest mission you've played so far?
SPEAKER_01It's complicated because I'm sure there was harder missions than this particular mission, but I just could not get the knack. Burning the tobacco fields for some reason with Sean. I made a mess of it, and it took me ever. I kept getting caught. I could not seem to figure out the timing of the like guards. Then you had to unhitch these two horses. I got shot, did it again, unhitched them. I set my horse on fire. And like, oh my god, I just was like, this was impossible. That's the one that stands out. I think they were again, I'm not done with the game. I'm sure there were more. I also had a hard time with this weird battle with Javier. It's me and Javier in a barn, like near a barn. And he's like, go hide by the rock. That took me forever. I could not figure out how to hide near a rock. So that took forever. I just kept getting killed, kept getting killed. I just don't know why those were hard. Like, what do you guys think? Like, go before chapter four. Nothing after chapter four. Like, what's a hard mission early on?
SPEAKER_04I think the hardest one for me, at least because I just finished the gold rush achievement. Um, gold rush, you have to get 70 gold medals on like all the missions. And one of the ones that I struggled with and never got gold on was um the one where you break Micah out of Strawberry's jail. Oh yeah. I I the mission's pretty easy, but I mean for how many times I've done it, but trying to get trying to shoot all of the mounted llamen that are chasing after you, because that's one of the gold achievements. You have to kill all of them. But Micah always beats me to it.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that seems hard. Yeah, but I feel like you're making it harder for yourself. You're trying to not just do the mission, you're trying to do it like perfectly. That makes sense. What about you, Zai?
SPEAKER_02Honestly, it's probably a new south. The first mission in chapter three, when you're on the train and you gotta get um one of the Andersons, you've gotta complete that entire fight sequence without taking a hit for gold. And oh, for gold, gold such a struggle.
SPEAKER_01I keep thinking, like, how did you not get hit? Oh, you're going for gold. Yeah, I'm certainly not going for gold. I am going for gold.
SPEAKER_04No, I don't blame you. A lot hard. Um that was a hard one, too.
SPEAKER_01I thought the I thought both of those were hard as well. Definitely Micah, but because I did the mission at night, so I had a hard time. Yeah, after that mission, I was like, anytime I think the sun is setting, I'm gonna camp. Yep, because I do not like playing the game at night.
SPEAKER_02It's just the night is horrible.
SPEAKER_01Okay, I'll say one other mission, and it's a mission that's not a necessary mission, which is uh one of the stew crew members said, You can get a Mustang horse if you kill bounty hunters, they are often riding Mustangs, but first you have to kill them and then chase down their horse. I've yet to accomplish it. I once spent the entire two and a half hours of my life doing that and just dying over and over and over and over and never did it. I like I had to go like, sorry guys, that's the end of the live. I did not accomplish what I expected to accomplish.
SPEAKER_04You can find the Mustangs out in the wild too and tame the wild horses.
SPEAKER_01I and I and and I want you to join the live and tell me where to do that because I will do that. I like taming the horses. Yeah, I think something now about completing this task that I'm really desperate to do.
SPEAKER_04Right. There's a spot um near Heartlands. There's a spot in the Heartlands that I find the Mustangs, kind of near Emerald Ranch, kind of like between it's like around Dewberry Creek and Emerald Ranch, somewhere in that area. Okay, or I find um over by Owen Gila, like up on that hill on the top side of Owen Gila, the like northwest side of Owen Gila.
SPEAKER_01That's another thing that's impressive. You guys know the map.
SPEAKER_04I know the map for the game better than I know my own city that I live in.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, people just go like, uh Jim, if you want to find that moose, just go to uh Piccadilly Rock.
SPEAKER_02Like as well.
SPEAKER_01I'm like, where the fuck? I'm like, you have to go. People will go, like, it's where that above the A on the you know, strawberry above the R, and you're like, Thank you.
SPEAKER_04I mean, you were almost nailing where Owen Gila is. Yeah, it's just just like northwest of strawberry.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I mean, I've also got the map like right in front of me, so that helps too.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I see you got the is that the blanket?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I got the blanket.
SPEAKER_01Did you get that box of stuff or just the blanket?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I've got the I've got like everything. Yeah, so happy for you. I've got the box, I've got the book. Um so jealous. I've got the posters.
SPEAKER_01Because when they when the game came out, they sent me this big box of merch with the video game in it, and I never touched it. I just like took the game and gave it to my friend. The box is still in storage, and I'm like, oh somebody, I could give this to somebody.
SPEAKER_02You can sell it for so much money. Oh my god, it's crazy how expensive those are. Even the guidebook, the guidebook was $200 for me, and I bought it used like $35.
SPEAKER_01But all like perfect rendering of Pearson. That's the first time I saw it.
SPEAKER_04You signed mine um in Deadwood. You were in Deadwood? Yeah, we both I was the Madame Nazar, the like fortune teller gypsy lady.
unknownOh, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Deadwood was fun.
SPEAKER_04I was the one that was like, Will you sign it, you crazy goddamn fish wife?
SPEAKER_01Oh, I love that. Can I see it?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I'm where is it?
SPEAKER_01That whole line is crazy.
SPEAKER_02Goddamn, it's it's such a good mission, too. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01Oh, and I gave you a little Pearson Doodle.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I love it. I love it. Have you been to any conventions?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we were. Well, that's where we met, was in Deadwood. Oh, you were at Deadwood too? Yeah, you sound my uh guitar.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, that's incredible. I love that we're meeting each other again. Right. And I'm like, we were actually in each other's presence. That's a that's wild.
SPEAKER_04That's funny. That's how her and I met, and we sat out in front of the autograph room for like six hours on the bench, like first in line, just sitting there talking to each other the whole time, had no clue who we were. We we had actually played together online and didn't know it.
SPEAKER_01Oh, funny.
SPEAKER_04And then, like, we talked that whole time, and then we got into the autograph room and we kind of followed each other around in there, and then when we were done, we just like left. We didn't even wait for each other, didn't get a picture together. Nope. And then I asked her to take my picture with Shaniqua and with Erin and Candace, and then we never got a picture, and then we ended up being best friends.
SPEAKER_01I love it. Yeah, I mean, I started this silly thing on TikTok, and and then I I just like the rhyme of Stu and Crew, and I was like, Stu crew, and then created a Discord server. Next thing you know, you got like people telling me that they've made friends and they didn't realize you know, they're like all these friendships are happening. We almost adopted a cat today, came close. Like someone, I was like, Oh my god, we're gonna do something special here. It's just great. I love it. I'm glad you guys found each other.
SPEAKER_04Um, okay, I'm gonna do three more TikTok questions. Um, who were some of your favorite cast members to work with, and what scenes or lines were your favorite to film with them?
SPEAKER_01With them, golly. I mean, uh you know, you can't answer that question because everybody really is wonderful.
SPEAKER_03They really are.
SPEAKER_01I didn't have a problem with anybody, and you know, I could say that like who did I talk to the most when we were all in the green room? Uh, I would say I chatted a lot with Sam and Joe. Um Peter and Roger and I went on to make like a short film when it was over.
SPEAKER_02You know what it is. Yep, I was gonna ask and talk about it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, oh my god, yeah. But it was so cold, it was the coldest night of our life.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I know that was that's an unhinged short film.
SPEAKER_01It is, but it was fun, and it's uh you know, uh Peter and his buddy, and um Ben is just uh a real leader in real life, he's not just the leader of the gang, like he's got such a big personality in like a sweet way, he's very bright, and so people would just gather around him while he like talked about politics and something interesting in the newspaper. Uh, no one's cooler and sweeter than Alex. Um I could just go on and on. It's uh it's just full of great people, but you know, you you do a lot of your scenes with with Roger because he's Arthur, so a lot of times you have to do your scenes with him, and it's always a joy. He's just like uh he's a giggly guy, and Rob, I mean, Rob is the sweetest guy in the world, you know. Like I I saw video of the character John Marston before I met Rob. And that character is just so cool looking and scarred and raspy that I just kind of thought that's what and he's the original dude. So you kind of think when this guy comes in, he's gonna be difficult in some way, and then you meet him, and he's just the most glowy-eyed, squinty, sweet man. Oh, hey, man, so good, and he's just so lovely. Rob is one of the sweetest guys. I feel like special uh to know him. Like he gives you that like he does your inner glow when he's nice to you. Oh, he's nice, and you just go like he's the best, you know. Um Kaylee and Kylie.
SPEAKER_04I mean, there's so many wonderful people, it's hard to they all have great vibes, great energy, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and then you know, I think my favorite line is I mean, I said come and get it or whatever, stews on so many times. But Corner Tiger's great because I like I said before earlier, there's such an insecurity to it that I loved it. And the truth is, the same way Pearson probably overcompensated and felt excited to join the cool guys under the tent, I kind of felt excited and maybe overcompensated for being able to be in a scene with the cowboys because I wasn't a cowboy at the beginning of every day. They put on like the guys who were cowboys, they put on a holster, they got like a plastic gun. I didn't get that. I'm a cook. So to actually be a part of like something cool, uh, in a cowboy outlaw way, uh, was exciting for me, just like it probably was for Pearson. So it really mirrored each other. Uh, but I love that corner tiger line, not because it's popular, but because there's like a giggle afterwards that it is so uncomfortable because he's like, huh? And no one is biting. I just think it's so right. I like it. I just like it a lot.
SPEAKER_04He didn't even get a courtesy laugh.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, not enough.
SPEAKER_01He was like, Yeah, we get it, you're cool, you're tough. They're just gonna like keep going, just keep talking.
SPEAKER_02I mean, considering where the mission goes, yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01It doesn't go well, right?
SPEAKER_02It doesn't go well, no, Arthur.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's right. Okay, that's what leads to him being like hung upside down.
SPEAKER_02Hung upside down, yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's right, that's right.
SPEAKER_04Okay, um what is what is your favorite role you've done besides Mr. Pearson?
SPEAKER_01Um, my favorite role, lots of roles. I mean, I've been in some cool, fun, fun stuff. But I would say the one I had the most fun with was um I played a lawyer in a very funny comedy called um wow, am I forgetting the name of it now? Um Search Party. Search Party was a show on like TBS or TNT, but I got to do the whole season and I got to perform with like uh Michaela Watson and um Louie Anderson and some other just like very um John Early, just people who I admire in the comedy world so much. Um yeah, it was great. It was a great like two months of shooting. So if you've never seen Search Party, I would watch it. It's really good.
SPEAKER_05Oh Search Party.
SPEAKER_01And I'm in season three, but the whole season, I think it's three. But also I'm in a video game called High on Life. The first I did the first one, I played this crazy like swamp monster type of guy. And then in the second game, High on Life 2, I played a whole bunch of other like like uh a bounty hunter and uh one of the talking guns. It's just a wild game, and um, I'm in a I play a couple characters, it's fun.
SPEAKER_04Okay, very cool. Um last question from our TikTok live. Um what are some of your favorite things to cook?
SPEAKER_01Homemade pasta all day. It's either gonna be homemade pasta or it's gonna be like a big cut of meat that I get to cook low and slow in the oven and just like watch it fall apart into this delicious fiber of meat that mixes with whatever the sauce is. But you know, I'm Italian, I come from a family of cooks, you know, like just people who love to feed um and be fed. So learning how to make homemade pasta just felt really satisfying because it's not a hard thing to do, but it's also a very like it blows people's minds when they're eating homemade pasta as opposed to store-but store-bought pasta. And you know, you I can make a few kinds and you pair it with a nice sauce. Either it's gonna be like a sort of a Sunday sauce that's just a red sauce, but it's got some meat in it, or you're looking at like a broccoli and mushroom and sausage, sort of that goes well with a cavadelli. I can do this all day. Uh awesome stuff, fituccini, uh Papa Deli. Uh love it. Homemade pasta all day.
SPEAKER_04I want to try homemade pasta sometime. You've never had homemade pasta? I need it.
SPEAKER_01But boy.
SPEAKER_04I've been making homemade bread.
SPEAKER_01You then you can make homemade pasta. It's not, it's easy. It's really easy. It's flour, it's egg, it's salt, it's a little bit of olive oil, probably, if you want that. And you just make a volcano of flour, open it up in the center, crack your eggs, fork it, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, and then just keep kneading it until it's ready. You're good. You're good. It doesn't need to be right. All you have to do is a rolling pin and a knife. Pasta does not have to be in the shapes you think they have to be in. You could rip it, you could roll it out and just tear it up and boil it. You have homemade fresh pasta that will absorb sauce. What's pro here we go? No one's gonna they're gonna what happens is you buy these store-bought pastas and they don't absorb the sauce because they're very, very dry, they're quickly dried, and so it's just like a shield. So it's like it sits on the pasta, but it doesn't get into the pasta. All right.
SPEAKER_02I'm so hungry now.
SPEAKER_01You got so mad. She's so angry about pasta.
SPEAKER_04She's hangry.
SPEAKER_01Hangry.
SPEAKER_04Um, okay, so before we get into the fan theory, there's two things that I want to talk about. One is you played the Odriscal that Sadie kills at Hanging Dog Ranch. That's right. I never knew that until she said that, like while we were getting ready for this.
SPEAKER_02Yep, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, there's no reason to know that. But go ahead. What were you gonna say, Zai?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I seen it like on your TikTok, and I was like, wait, what?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. You know, I didn't know anything about it. I just knew that Sadie had gone through something, and uh the director came up to me that day and was like, We just need you to play because sometimes people would play other characters if it was like a silent part.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_01Um if they weren't there that day, somebody would be like, Can you come and play Hosea? And you're just doing the movements. Um, so for somebody to say, like, you gotta sit in and take, you know, have Alex murder you, it's not like this unusual thing. I played like a prison guard once. Um some other characters that you just sort of sit in and do. Um, but yeah, I I thought it was interesting just because when it was very uh physical, you know, she like she knocks you to the ground, she jumps on you, she like stabs you. Um so it stood out in my mind because I thought, wow, this is feels like an important part for this character because she's getting some sort of revenge. So it stuck out in my memory. Um then when I saw it animated for the video game, I was like, Oh, that's me. That's funny, that's me. Um and so I shared it with TikTok, but yeah, yeah. I I I I still don't know, I haven't gotten to that part, I don't know why it's a big deal exactly, but um I did play that character, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Very cool. I didn't know that you guys were so interchangeable.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean I knew there's I'm a dozen.
SPEAKER_04I know that there's a lot of scenes where like Dutch isn't played by Ben, and Zai knows all of those scenes. She's analyzed him so hard.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say I was gonna say somebody like like you, Zy, might go like I could tell by the way they're walking or they're handman's. You go like that's not Ben.
SPEAKER_02Yep. Or that's not Ben Molly's Molly's well, spoiler alert, but for Molly's death, that scene isn't Ben.
SPEAKER_01Oh really?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I can tell by the movements.
SPEAKER_01I wonder who it was.
SPEAKER_02Um, I think it was uh his stunt double. Um, I forget his name.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. But I forgot they were stunt doubles. I remember when guys would come in to do more physical stuff, and they were just very fit athletic dudes, and we were like, that's not us.
SPEAKER_04Um, and then before I get to the the theory, um you are also a very talented artist.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's very nice of you.
SPEAKER_04Yes, art is that's it. No, I want to talk about the tarot cards. The tarot cards.
SPEAKER_01Okay, hold on, I'll get them. Oh gosh, you don't have to give.
SPEAKER_04We love the tarot cards.
SPEAKER_01I love them too. I mean, there's something I did, it took me a while to do, and I made a big old poster. But um, you know, I do have they're all individual drawings that I did because my wife being a healer and a like um shamanic Reiki practitioner and all that is very into um tarot cards and stuff, um, among other things. But we just got to talking one day and we realized that the the characters in the game sometimes, well almost every time, kind of fit with the major arcana of the of the tarot cards, and we were just going through the characters and which um tarot card they would be, and I was like, Oh, this is really interesting, you know. And it it really it might have been a covet thing, and I just started drawing them. That's so awesome, and I would release them every time I did one, and the first one everyone hated right away because it's Arthur, who would up of course be the zero card, the fool, but they were like, He's no fool, he's not you know.
SPEAKER_04I was like, Oh I don't understand what that means.
SPEAKER_01I know I'm like, I'm not saying he's a fool.
SPEAKER_04I'm saying it doesn't mean he's a fool, it means he's starting a new journey.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, exactly. He is he's exactly the first card, he's exactly the character that we're like going into the unknown with, and uh exactly, you know, high priestess being I love the high priestess because she looks so badass, yes.
SPEAKER_04Um perfect, yeah.
SPEAKER_01These are there, I like them. What's funny is I did Sean. I was talking to Mick, I was like, I I drew Sean relaxing upside down, then I play the game, and I'm like, the first time you meet him, he's hanging upside down.
SPEAKER_04Did you not know that when you drew it?
SPEAKER_01No, I created the wow, right? I made Sean the hangman before I knew we find him hanging upside down.
SPEAKER_02Oh wow, I totally thought you knew that when you otherwise I would have put him on a rope.
SPEAKER_01Instead, I just had him like. Upside down, uh laying on a log, you know, like kicking back. It's so funny. Like it all we it all worked out in this weird way, you know. Pearson is the chariot because he's got his chuck wagon and whatever. It's just I appreciate you bringing it up. I I like the drawings, and I do these things called personal drawings, where I just like I'll make somebody look like an outlaw on a wanted poster, and uh they're personal drawings, but of course I call them personal drawings because it's all about branding, guys.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. So we were going to ask you because we do um for every guest that we have on, we do a special edition t-shirt and like merch for them.
SPEAKER_01Oh, funny.
SPEAKER_04We were go wondering if you'd want to do the artwork for the back of the Pearson shirt, if you'd have any interest.
SPEAKER_01More interest than you know. I love drawing any opportunity to draw, I'm gonna draw.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we would love that, and you would have total creative freedom. Oh, a thousand percent.
SPEAKER_01Just yeah, just uh well, what are you what are you thinking? Like, what do you sometimes have?
SPEAKER_04So we have done for uh Rob and Mix episodes, we did um we have like our logo on with it has these skulls with cowboy hats and bandanas.
SPEAKER_05Sure.
SPEAKER_04And we replaced the cowboy hats with John's hat and Sean's hat. So obviously we're gonna do the same thing for the front of the shirt with Pearson. We're gonna replace the hat with Pearson's hat. But then on the back, like we did for mix, we put Sean's silhouette of them hanging upside down, and we did a silhouette of John. I think he was like drawing his enough to draw. But we just did silhouettes because that was easier.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01It's easier to do with silhouette, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but honestly, you can do whatever. I can do whatever. Total creative freedom.
SPEAKER_01Okay, I'll think about it. Just can't when do you need it by?
SPEAKER_02Um End of day. When does this episode come out? This will be coming out, I think, on the 25th. So at least by the 24th.
SPEAKER_01You got it.
SPEAKER_02Thank you.
SPEAKER_01Uh do you like it monochromatic, like one color, black and white kind of thing, or do you multi- Do you think multicolor? I don't want you to print things that are like too much color if you can't do it, you know.
SPEAKER_02Um, I think it tends to be fine with uh multicolor.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, the the hats that we do on the skulls are multicolored. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01You got it. It'll be if Pearson of some kind, or Pearson related at least.
SPEAKER_04Um Pearson riding a horse that is surrounded by flowers and it says, Yay, ponies, yay, flowers.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, I'm writing that down to my face. Yay, hold on, yay. Yay, ponies. Yay, flowers. I appreciate the collaboration because that's a good idea.
SPEAKER_04You don't have to do that if you if you think of something better by all means.
SPEAKER_01If I do, I will. If I don't, we got we got gold.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Win-win, really. It's win-win.
SPEAKER_04All right. Getting into oh, you know what else I'm also doing?
SPEAKER_01You probably heard this already, Sam. But I'm doing these personal recipes, I'm creating recipes.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Yeah, I did hear about those. I'm so glad you said that.
SPEAKER_01I'm so excited to make a cookbook, but I don't want to just put recipes like willy-nilly, but if they're all like stew crew um fans or whatever, if they're if they're if it's a collapse, it's a collaboration between my knowledge of food and cooking and like who the fan is who ordered it, and so they get their own personalized recipe, but then it'll all be in a book. And I'm just I'm so into this idea. It's I love it. I can't wait to do it.
SPEAKER_04It's such a cool idea.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's very fun. So, yeah, thank you for bringing up the drawing. I drew this, I drew that.
SPEAKER_02Okay, that's awesome.
SPEAKER_01I gave him a little more life in the hair than he really.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_01His hair's much stringier, but uh some luscious locks there. Yeah, give him like a nice hair day. Yeah, younger Pearson, a younger Pearson with more humidity to it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04All right, getting into theory. The fan theory. All right. This one we're gonna go down a little rabbit hole. So the theory is that Pearson is the rat.
SPEAKER_05Sure.
SPEAKER_04Because we get the uh we get his letter that Sadie reads on the way to Rose. And the letter is addressed to dear Aunt Kathy.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_04And the thought is Catherine Braithwaite.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_04So our theory is that Aunt Kathy and Simon Pearson at the very least know each other. And our theory is that Pearson is Jack's father. And Pearson wanting to have a family probably had a thing for Abigail. I mean let's be real. They all had her, and she's a pretty girl. And Pearson wants a family, he wants to fit in, he wants to be a part of something. So he did that photo.
SPEAKER_02Oh, the photo. Yeah. The photo that Pearson keeps in his shop is of the gang just shortly after Jack was born because Abigail's holding an infant. And the only guys in that photo is Pearson, Hosea, John, Arthur, Bill, and Dutch. Javier's not in it. Oh yeah, Javier's not in it.
SPEAKER_01But what does that mean? That there's only these particular guys.
SPEAKER_02Really, only those are able to be the father of Jack.
SPEAKER_01So is it a thing that John isn't the father of the bigger?
SPEAKER_04Oh, it's a big thing. That's like the biggest fan theory there is. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Why? Because like at the end of Red Dead 1, doesn't he look so much like John?
SPEAKER_02A lot of people say they he that he looks like Javier be mainly because of the mustache.
SPEAKER_01Sure.
SPEAKER_02I think he looks like Dutch because I think he looks like Dutch because the nose.
SPEAKER_01So he doesn't really look like Pearson. So I don't but then again there was no Pearson when they created that character.
SPEAKER_02Right. Yeah, because going from the theory was always that it was Bill or Javier or Dutch, because obviously but little little Jack, little Jack kind of looks like Pearson. Honestly, in shape-wise, he kind of does.
SPEAKER_01Funny. So what do you mean everybody was with Abigail?
SPEAKER_02That's a thing where Abigail drained as a prostitute. Uncle brought her into the gang as a prostitute.
SPEAKER_04And Dutch says in Red Dead One, we all had her, but you married her to John.
SPEAKER_01Funny. Okay, I didn't know that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. And so we think that uh Pearson might have noticed how Abigail and John are fighting. And maybe he thinks that Jack could be his son and he wants better for him. And he's probably a little bitter that Abigail didn't choose Pearson. So we think that because Hosea says, like, how did they even get to him? How did they get to Jack? We think that Pearson was writing to dear Aunt Kathy and using some little like code terms or something, and arranged for the Braithwaits. Like they had like a little meetup. And so Jack went with Pearson because he trusted him. And they kind of did a little handoff. And Pearson wanted Jack to go with them.
SPEAKER_01Pearson wanted Jack. So Pearson wanted Jack to go with the Braithwaits because that's he's a he's a Braithwaite.
SPEAKER_04Um maybe, or maybe he wanted something like Bronte to take Jack because Bronte's spoiling him with slippers and spaghetti.
SPEAKER_01And sure, sure, sure.
SPEAKER_04And Jack is living his best life with me.
SPEAKER_01They're like, Don't worry about getting him, he's having a good time with spaghetti and stuff. And I'm like, oh exactly. I haven't gotten it yet.
SPEAKER_04Two pairs of slippers. What more could he want?
SPEAKER_01Oh, funny. Um, the more cool stuff that could be related to Pearson always makes me happy because yeah, I mean, there's so much that he doesn't get to do in the in the world of like outlaw uh isms, he doesn't get to be an outlaw all that much. So if he's like secretly the father of Jack and finding way, I mean, but why why is he the second rat? Like if he's just trying to get his son, quote unquote, out of the gang and out of danger, then like why wouldn't he just throw the kid on a horse with him and ride right off?
SPEAKER_02Right. And another kind of on top of that, when I mentioned the photo, um there's a whole bunch of scenes in the end credits with like Pinkertons and stuff showing up. So some people think that that's how the Pinkertons got John's location for Red Dead One, but it was was through like going to Pearson's shop because they're seen in Rhodes.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, yeah. Then I saw I saw that too. They're like the only way they could have got that information was from Pearson going to the store. So yeah, he he could have been a part of why, which is kind of fun. Like, if they did make a sequel, if it found if they found out that it was Pearson who betrayed John, then Jack could like kill Pearson. Oh no, like to see Jack murder Pearson would be there. We go, there's a new DLC, it'd be funny, you know, or it'd be like it'd be interesting. You want as many interesting storylines as possible, and as an actor, you want to be a part of as many interesting storylines as possible. And so if Pearson had more to do with stuff, I don't know. Rockstar absorbs everything, they really do. It's they absorb everything, so they may not do anything you guys want, but there's they're going to absorb it and it will inform what they create, even if it's not exactly what you think it's going to be, because they're geniuses, and I love that theory, and I don't really I have I'm excited by the idea of it, but I don't know if I believe Pearson to be the rat because he just seems so upset when it's all over. But that could be guilt, yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's just it.
SPEAKER_01But you know, no one ever said to me, Jim, then this scene you're upset that the gang is breaking up, but secretly you feel a little guilty, right? No one ever gave me that motivation as the actor to be like, you don't know why, but there's a little guilt to this, you feel a little responsible, and I could be like, Oh, because I didn't feed them so much, and the guy's like, Yeah, yeah, yeah, because of the food. But really, it's like, no, because you're the rat. Like, I didn't get any of that. At least I don't remember getting any of that direction. So um, but I love the idea and I love theories.
SPEAKER_02Theories are great.
SPEAKER_01We're gonna and and do a whole episode come up with theories for a project that isn't good.
SPEAKER_02Yep, exactly.
SPEAKER_01If you watch a movie or a TV show and it's not good, you don't sit around and go like, ooh, maybe this happened because of this. No, you just go to the next thing, but when something's good, it makes you talk about it and it makes you obsessed about it, and nothing. I don't know if I've seen many things that have made fans so invested, a little obsessed, and create in their own world, like create other opera, like other um scenarios, possibilities like Red Dead 2 and 1, apparently. So um, it's clearly a sign that it's a a fantastic game, if we didn't know that already, you know.
SPEAKER_02In fact, we're gonna be doing a whole episode on fan theories because Sam's coming up here for my birthday, so we finally get to see each other again.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's nice. So, where if you don't mind, what states are you guys in?
SPEAKER_02I'm in Minnesota, so she's taking the drive. I'm in Ohio.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it's not bad.
SPEAKER_02Ohio, Minnesota's not bad. 15 hours, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I drove from Connecticut to South Dakota for that convention.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you drove for that, yeah. Really? Dang.
SPEAKER_01Because we were like, we never saw the like the the north, northwest, you know. Um, not that it's northwest, but you know, those the plains. We'd never been up to the Great Plains areas, and we wanted to see North Dakota. And my father-in-law's originally from Wyoming, so we saw like the Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana, and we got to see Minnesota, and um beautiful, all beautiful. Is that a possum? What was that? That's my dog. I saw the T and I was like, what the hell is that? I was like possum.
SPEAKER_02He's just pulled up now on my bed.
SPEAKER_01Oh man.
SPEAKER_04Also, Zai, did you talk about the cut letter from Pearson in the epilogue?
SPEAKER_02Oh no, I did not. Let me uh pull that document up. So in when you're, of course, talking to Pearson as John in the epilogue, you've got a bunch of these conversations, and Pearson's like, I'll send you a letter. You never get that letter. But it it was found in the files. And he talks I mean, it's j kind of generic. It's uh, dear John, I've it's been wonderful seeing you again after all these years. What a what a time we had, what adventures. Finally, after all my years at sea, all my years with you and everyone roaming the west, I retired to a dull life of a shopkeeper. Me. Sometimes I cannot quite believe it, believe it myself, but life is a strange experience, and the things have a habit of turn not turning out quite how you would imagine. I thought after everything that happened, I would go back to sea, or at least see or at least see the seashore. But the seafaring life is not what it once was. The ships got too big and too smoky, too many migrants and not enough sailing. It changed so much. So then I decided to try something new. First I went to Alaska. That really wasn't wasn't for me. Many years ago, I got once got stuck in an ice flow off the Cape. That was even more fun than gold prospect prospecting in the snow. After that, I tried my hand at railway work down in South America, but that was not for me either. So after that I came back up here, and well, I've ended up I've ended up becoming exactly what I always ran from, a dollared, a shopkeeper, and yet I'm happy, John. I'm happy. I married me, Simon Pearson. Once they called me the Don Juan of Manila, and now I've got a wife. Now Ethel may seem bad, but she's a lovely lady, really. Underneath, I'm happy. Besides all those years of being screamed at by Susan Grimshaw, I need a woman with with some spice. This is America. That that's the way you are, are supposed to live. Fast and hateful and slow, and dare I say it, graceful. Anywhere, anyway, I remain in your faithful, long-last brother, brother in arms, Simon Pearson. That's sweet. So it's honestly kind of a really cool letter.
SPEAKER_01It is. Oh my god, I it's more information about a guy I played so many years ago for many years. Like we did it for five or six years, and I never knew about that letter. I never heard that letter in my life. Thank you, thank you, Sam. That's like it's very sweet, and it just makes me love being a part of this game that much more.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I didn't know about it.
SPEAKER_01I really love hearing that. I never heard that before. I love until I was doing the research for this and I was like, wait, yeah, he went up to Alaska and he wanted to go back to the sea life, but it's different, it outgrew him. I mean, the whole game is about the world changing and leaving these people behind, and the fact that Pearson that's the difference, right? Like so many of those characters, the outlaw life was and the wild west life was being taken from them, and they refused to change, and so they died. Pearson saw that where he came from was changing too, but he adapted, and I give him a lot of credit for that. Also, people joke that like he didn't have any women, you know, like the line of like not for a lack of women or whatever he says in that line. Not for like shooters, yes. You don't know what Pearson was up to. You can't just laugh that the guy didn't have like game, he might have had a lot of game. He's married, he clearly was able to so you know. I try to defend Pearson as much as I can from time to time. But when people go like, I robbed him and I set him on fire, I'm like, that's okay. I don't mind, it's okay. I get it. A little low honor, but I get it.
SPEAKER_05We'll pay it.
SPEAKER_01But this this uh this conversation was very high honor, in my opinion. It was nothing but but ponies and flowers for sure.
SPEAKER_02God, that's being out of t-shirt like immediately after this, right?
SPEAKER_04Yay, ponies, yay, flowers.
SPEAKER_05Yay, ponies, yay flowers.
SPEAKER_04I love that. I feel like if he's gonna be riding a pony going, yay, ponies, yay, flowers, he needs to be riding like the red dead one undead nightmare unicorn that farts rainbows. Oh my god, yes.
SPEAKER_01I don't know this, yeah.
SPEAKER_04In undead nightmare, you have to get the four horses of the apocalypse for pestilence, famine, and death. And then once you get them all, and then you find the chupacabra, then you get the unicorn, and when you run, rainbows come out of the unicorn's butt.
SPEAKER_01I'm learning so much about the red world that I didn't know.
SPEAKER_05That's definitely the best rainbows out of its butt.
SPEAKER_01That's very funny. Very funny.
SPEAKER_04All right, well, thank you so much for joining us. We'll let you get your day.
