How do you do boil boiled eggs?
SPEAKER_01You you you do boiled eggs. How do you do them? I don't I don't boil eggs. No, it's not. I've never boiled an egg because I don't eat boiled eggs. Huh? I don't eat boiled eggs. I don't boil eggs because I don't eat boiled eggs. Why is that? Are you Kara? I just don't like boiled eggs. I like scrambled eggs. I like eggs over easy. I like eggs over medium.

SPEAKER_00You're making deviled eggs? Yeah, I'm making deviled eggs, but I'm boiling eggs. What don't what well yeah uh but you you're 50, you're 60 years old, like don't you know how to do that? No, I I know how to do it. I was just wondering if you had like some extra special like recipe. Oh, like tips, like life hacks, some like you know, satchel's special deviled eggs. Like I thought, oh, that's something he has. He obviously has that, but no, you don't.

SPEAKER_00I don't remember. I did watch it. We did watch the Netherlands play before the time.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think Holland is the name of that. The the the the score, the scoring guy, the guy that keeps scoring the big blonde guy. Oh my gosh, he's so good. Yeah, no, he's so goofy looking. Anyway, today is USA, you know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's why I'm making that's why I'm making doubled eggs. Because you're having people over, yeah. Who who's coming over? Um, nice.
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah, yeah. Uh I'm I'm gonna make banana bread. I just I got my buttermilk um coming to room 10th for my banana bread.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're a baker. I forget. You're more of a baker.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I like to bake. Yeah. I make this cake, this yellow cake with chocolate frosting. So good. It's the the recipe I'm using is uh makes a six-inch cake, which is really kind of small. And it takes five eggs. And it's just so delicious. Yum. What? But you've got to bake it just right so that it's not, you know, so that it's fluffy in there.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you gotta make it.
SPEAKER_01I make a three-layer cake, but the the but the layers are so thick that I end up what I've figured out to finally do is to make one layer and then ice it, and then make the other two layers and ice it, and then eat the one layer myself and then give away the two layer to somebody else.
SPEAKER_00That's a good, that's a good hack. It's a hack right there, baby. Hey, let's, since you're a pizza guy, I keep seeing things, stories about like the best frozen pizza. Let's let's give all our viewers, all of them, a life hack about frozen pizza or any kind of pizza that you can get at the store, life hack from Satchel go. Well, I don't know what to say. Like, do you have a the best kind of pizza?
SPEAKER_01I like I like the uh I I do like I have I I would I really would like to just go through and try them all, right? Right, but I haven't really done that because I have pizza all the time, and you know, frozen pizza is probably not that great for you, and if you especially if you can get fresh pizza so easily, but there have been occasions where I eat froze pizza, and I like the ones called Motor City. Oh, I've seen those the motor city is like a Detroit uh pizza. Yep, that was really good. I like that one. I think it's good delicious.
SPEAKER_00Do you just follow the directions? You don't have like a I follow the directions.
SPEAKER_01No, I don't have anything that you add. No. I mean, I have an oven stone, so I usually just cook it on the oven stone instead of on you know on a sheet pan, but okay.
SPEAKER_00What was that sound?
SPEAKER_01Do you know?
SPEAKER_00We that happens every time. I don't know what that is. I don't know if if the phone and the computers and the internets just know that we do an eight-minute podcast and just the like the AI is telling us, hey, you're halfway through or something. Like, I don't know what that is. It happened yesterday, too, didn't it? It happens every time.
SPEAKER_01You probably I don't even know what that sound is, though. It's not any I don't remember my phone ever making that sound.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. What what I don't know. But it hasn't always happened, has it? Uh it seems like we've it's been I don't know. I think here's what I think all our fans should go through every episode and find I don't think we have any fans and find that sound and and keep track of it and do some research and say, you know what?
SPEAKER_01Do research.
SPEAKER_00Every time at five minutes, that sound that thing goes off that's telling you it's five minutes. Guess what?
SPEAKER_01What I'm at the beach, man. I'm in St. Augustine Beach, coast to coast, and yeah, I've come over for a few days for a little uh little getaway. Nice. And I'm gonna make some banana bread and I'm gonna make a little um sausage peppers, sausage, peppers, and onion sandwich. Okay, and uh yeah, I mean, life is good. I'm gonna watch the game, I might have a beer or two. Yeah, it's a good it's a good day, man. It's gonna be a good day for me.

SPEAKER_01Oh man, I I that's a hard like my main my mind doesn't work that way. I don't I think life hacks are overrated and inspirations are um hard to come by. Hmm. But you you you you might you're probably better at that stuff. Why don't you? What do you have?
SPEAKER_00What are you doing today? Um I'm doing everything you're doing except the pepper pepper sandwich, which sounds horrible. I hate peppers.
SPEAKER_01It's sausage, it's a calbasa. Do you know what a calbasa?
SPEAKER_00You know, yeah. I'm from Michigan. It's kabasa with peppers and onions. We invented kabazas, I think. You did? I think so. You did? I think they're good. I like kabazas, man. But peppers, no. Green peppers? No, no peppers. None of the peppers. I don't like any peppers. I like onions, but I like peppers.
