Well, I need to start out. I need to start out with with um with a correction here.

I think I've I've had a bunch, but um yesterday I basic I claimed that my uh my daughter Sadie was the one that said I was being mean to you.

Yeah, she so so if so going going back from from comments maybe yesterday, her comment was bruh, it was me. Oh yeah. Her comment from the day before had Silas on it too. And Silas doing what? What do you mean? Silas made a comment on the one- She did? Yes, yes. So the one before, the day before, um, which is Devil Eggs, I guess. Um, he commented on the little ding. The little ding. He said, I think I have heard that sound every single episode. And then Ava's comment was, Your mama eats frozen pizza. And then the day before that, there's Ava saying, You're being mean to Sagel. Be nice to him.

Well, that's good. I'm glad that she's yeah, sticking up for me. And then before that, I guess I don't know what you did that wasn't nice to me, though. I I don't I guess can't really say it.

Before that, I guess I said, Oh, my name. He said, You said something about I have a lot of ease in my name. And then you said, What's your middle name? And I said, Mitchell. It doesn't have any ease.

You didn't tell me your middle name. You never mentioned what your middle name was. I just said, Do you have ease in your middle name? And you said no. You know, I I remember well, okay.

One of one of one of the uh one of her responses was just bruv. I love saying bruv. Oh man, spider's back. But I think he moved. They move. Yeah, they they definitely move. Well, but I he's now, remember, I don't I can't tell. I don't have my glasses on if which kind of spider this is, but um what's interesting is Yeah, I can't see. So you know, we've got lots of trees in the backyard, as you know, and I'm amazed. There's that sound again. I'm amazed.

Yep. I'm amazed at how far away, you know, so that he's making uh she's making a spider uh web between two two uh trees, basically. And they're like it's like ten yards away. How does it how do they even get from one to the other, right? Right. Is it like that's what I'm always wondering? Like spit the web like um like Spider-Man? Does it or does it just like lower a web and then let the wind like carry it over? Or or does it lower the web and then it kind of does like a swing, like he's swinging wee, and then swing, you know, swing and then more web and then go to the next thing.

So much we have to discuss. Well, I I've always wondered too how they get from point A to point B, you know? Yeah. Um with the first one after the first one, yeah. Okay, I get it, but you gotta go up and down, I don't know. It's kind of an amazing world, the world of bugs, you know what I mean?

Yes, I agree. So we need life lessons now. So you since you since you haven't done any of mine, um, why don't you try one and and then I'll I'll try to do your life, your life hack.

Okay, well, I think that the life hack should be that during the day, as often as possible, try to return your mind to your breathing. Breathing in, breathing out, breathing in, breathing out, and just maybe count those breaths while in and out as you think about the present moment. And then what happens is naturally your mind wanders and you end up, you know, doing something else. But to take a moment now and then when you remember, oh, I'm gonna try to focus on my breathing for a minute, even if it's just 30 seconds, you know, it's helpful to return to your breath and your body and your mindfulness, okay, which is I think the term they use these days for like being present.

Yeah. Mindfulness. I do that sometimes in the steam room or the the sauna. Yeah, have you ever heard heard of square breathing? Nope. Um, I try that too, which is also breathing. So you you br you can pick any number. Um, so let's just say four. You you breathe in for four, you hold it for four, you breathe out for four, then you hold it for four, you breathe in for four, you breathe. Was that box breathing? Okay, you call it box breathing. I call it square breathing, yeah.

Well, I don't I just made that up, but I thought it sounded good, right? No, yeah. Kind of like a box.

But it's more like a triangle, really. Did I just say square breathing? Did I call it square breathing? You said square, and then I called it box. I I I I learned this from a guy in the middle. But it's triangle. Who said that snipers use that kind of breathing before they before they go and snipe somebody. So, you know.

But do you see why it would be a triangle instead of a square or a box? No, it's a it's a square because you hold isn't it three times?

You breathe in is one, hold is two, breathe out is three, right? No, breathe in, hold it in for four, breathe out, hold it out for four, hold.

Um, so you think that we're really I'm sorry, but right when you call my um scrambled eggs were ready. So I'm eating my scrambled eggs. Because scrambled eggs aren't good when they're cold. I'm sorry. So if you hear any any any strange sounds, I'm eating breakfast. That's another life hack.
